I attended Southeastern University and it was one of the most horrible experiences I’ve ever had to go through. I attended an extension site through them. I received all A’s, the courses were elementary but the communication with the school was horrible and something I’ve never seen before from a school. The counselors hardly ever answer the phone, it’s almost like hunting them down which is somewhat hard to do being at an extension site in a different state. And when you do get a hold of someone, they have no idea what theyre talking about and I was also being told different things because nobody knew 100% what they were being paid to know. This did not feel like a university what so ever and I wish I saved my time and money because all honestly, this school seemed like a scam. The financial aid department also was a huge headache. They gave me an award letter and based on that letter I decided to attend the school. Months later, they changed my awarded amount without notifying me and I didn’t find out until halfway through the semester. I never received the refund I was supposed to receive and I actually ended up owing them money on top of the loans they already took from me. All I got was a sorry for not notifying me and although they accepted responsibility on making a mistake, I was helped in no kind of way. When the fall semester ended, I couldn’t wait to run out of there and go enroll in a real school that actually is helpful in some sort of way. Southeastern wasted a lot of my time and money and I hope whoever reads this takes this into account before deciding to go. Beware!Cheyenne Marie

Update 7.25 Finally there and super happy. In the end they are coming through for the Masters Program. Looking forward to parents weekend drop off. More posts to come. Update 7.12.22 I still love this school for my kid but have been less than impressed with my own experience getting into Masters program for Nursing. It's been a rough go with little to no communication. I hope its just because its a new program but a month out from when my daughter starts in fall and still know nothing about my program, what classes, cost or when it starts. I'll post an update when I find out more. I hate lowering my rating but have to due to my experience so far. Amazing campus. I went on a visit for my kid and I want to go. Update 6.17.22 This place is still amazing. My oldest is going there and I decided to do Grad school there. Hope to teach there one day. I studied business marketing here and graduated 2016/17. As a transfer senior, I get there were some complications. That said, it was a nightmare getting classes covered. Classes were dull, mainly because students don't engage much. Most professors were not open to much discussion or further exploration of topics, which was odd, especially with my experience at other universities. The campus is nice, but I found the education and experience desperately needing much more. I like the Christian feel, but even that is a bit off. To be blunt, students here are almost worse than the public university I was at. It's just got a cultish feel. This coming from a very strong Christian, just to clarify that perspective. I applied to one of their online Master’s program and got accepted for the 2022 Fall term. Filled out everything, paid the app fee, paid for all of my official transcripts (this would have been my 4th degree), got to the advising appointment only to be told that all of my questions I needed to “look into on my own”….. I work in higher education and these are thing the advisor should have been able to answer. Then she tells me the code to look at classes after the appointment, which was odd, only to find out the two classes I was going to register for were full and she wasn’t even looking at them at the time of the appointment. This is not how advising is supposed to work. Since I have an existing Master’s I wanted to see if any of my credits could transfer in with a maximum of 6 credit hours. If classes wouldn’t transfer due to program alignment, that would have been fine. However, the reasoning was “ Since you did earn the degree with those courses, he doesn't feel that we can also use them to complete the MA degree.” I’m sorry, what??? Baylor is an amazing school. For a few reviews before me we are not all "rich kids wanting to blow daddy's money" or "rude". I personally have a bad background that would not match the first statement. I am not rich. I am blessed to be in this university thanks to scholarships and my hard working mother. Baylor itself is a blessing. Its a rigorous school BUT very well worth it. I love being part of the Baylor community. Its a beautiful campus filled with loving people. Its not "perfect" because nothing is. There will be a few issues like yes there are some kids who don't care and my be rude or blow things off but really if you are a part of it you will see the majority of the campus and the people here are more than amazing and loving. This is a fantastic university for the liberal arts. I have talked to people from other universities and to those that have come to visit me at college, and all of them see a difference in the student body. There is just a different atmosphere. All the people are kind and welcoming and always willing to help in times of need. The professors are nationally ranked and are not only outstanding in their fields of study, but wonderful people as well. Even if you're not looking to go to college, its a beautiful campus to just walk around in. It's almost like a park in some ways. Just give it a visit and I promise you'll be hooked! I loved my time as I attended Baylor for undergrad, and grad school (2008-2015). The campus has changed so much since i first step foot in 2008 (all for the better). Baylor (and Waco) is in a resurgence/growth period. Its an awesome time for Baylor and Waco. I loved my time there even though I'm not religious (agnostic/theist). Great people (students and especially faculty), and community. There was a reason why I came back to get my masters at Baylor. They helped me get through some rough times, and i am better for it now. The education I'm receiving at Syracuse University is second to none the professors are great and most of the friends I've made here are Syracuse University students friends that I will probably run into later in life the friends you make here are Syracuse University students from around the world, and some here in your own hometown, friends that you will make for life the professors are great they give you the tools you need for success in today's economy and in life and your own personal success. My son is a recent Syracuse grad. From his first campus visit he felt a connection to this place. From his first day as a freshman through his last day at graduation, this school has given him great classes, amazing professors, lifelong friendships, travels to London, two final fours in four years. sleeping out in the cold for ten days before the sold out Duke game and many epic memories in the Carrier Dome. Syracuse University has so much to offer that smaller schools just don't. The campus is really nice and very well maintained. The finacial aid is great. The staff really helped him prepare for life after graduation as he had several job opportunities. My son loved Syracuse so much he decided to stay after getting a job right away. I had great professors and excellent guidance. I think. I mean, it WAS the first half of the seventies! Seriously though, I got everything I paid for, and more, from this great institution. The academic and extracurricular education and experience has served me extremely well and provided me with the ability to lead a happy and fulfilling life. What a great part of the country. I never had a chance to visit barry university before enrolling and I wound up not liking the area. The area outside of it is very ghetto and the dorms are smaller than what is shown on the layout online. I didn't feel safe in the general area so I withdrew from the university during the grace period where I should've gotten a 100% refund on classes and an 80% refund on housing. It's been almost two months since I signed and dated the form where I only agreed on paying 20% for housing and 0% for classes. I had not gone to any classes and now I am moved out and enrolled in a different college. I am still being given hell on this process where they were only responsible for calculating the 20% on housing that I owed and signing a withdrawal form. It's taken them two months to do these simple tasks that should've been made a priority and I was told it would be. I am now being billed for $7,050 for classes. For what classes? I hadn't gone to any and withdrew during the grace period. I have copies of my withdrawal form stating what I signed for and printed copies of the official website stating the corresponding dates and percentages for refunds and billing. They are now either going to resolve this issue right away or I will be in the process of sueing the university. This is ridiculous. The only person I can say actually had done their job was my academic advisor who also agreed that this process has been a ridiculous money scam.Miranda Moran

What can I say: I love Barry. Even though I live way up here in Jax, I commuted down there for classes once a month. It was worth it to me. I’m in the PhD nursing program and I can say it really changed my life. Dr. Jessie Colin, who is also my chair, is the most intelligent and remarkable person I have ever met. The 5 stars is for her and how she is running the doctoral program. Thank you Dr. Colin! The rest of the nursing faculty are also wonderful. Lovely women (too many to name). I’m so glad I made the decision to come to this school. I’ve learned so much that this post would be too long to describe it all! It’s an intellectually challenging program, so be ready to learn. This school in general really focuses on social justice. If you are not open minded to multi-culturalism and discovering new ways of thinking outside of the norm, this may not be the school for you. I tell people this because I know how the culture is in America today (ignorance is bliss). You have to accept to live the ‘Barry Life’, which is being open to culture and seeking justice for those whose voices might go unheard. Like some say on other reviews, yes, the area in which the school is in is kinda sketchy. And be prepared, the student parking is awful. Barry University is the worst. I was enrolled for one semester in 2013. The way the school system is set up is terrible. NO ONE is on the same page, rarely will credits transfer, teachers do not truly care or seemed interested in making personal relationships (mind you this is a PRIVATE college), and lastly…getting your transcripts sent to other colleges is the HARDEST. They go through different programs like "Transcripts on Demand" so there's no help from Barry because they don't even know whats going on in the transcript process. They just buy some company to come handle all of their students and transcripts for them. My transcripts are now late being sent to two different colleges and its been over a month since I sent my consent form (since when do you need a consent form to sent transcripts…usually you pay a fee and that's that). I have been going to Saint Leo for almost 3 years, and I've had a pretty decent experience. I am a military student, and my online classes with Distance Learning were very understanding of that. However, when I took a class on campus, I had a teacher drop me the week before the end of class due to "lack of attendance" even though I informed him at the beginning of the semester of the days I would have duty. My assignments were all either ahead of schedule or on time for his class, and I immediately went from an A to an F, instead of him allowing the counselor to withdraw me from the class with my A. When I appealed, I was told that they saw no reason why my grade should be changed, since I could not provide copies of my work. Saint Leo uses online sites to submit homework, and once the class is over there is no way to access it. However, that was my only bad experience. I returned back to online classes, and I have received my Associate's. I am pursuing my Bachelor's. Although I am highly upset that I will have to retake and repay a class that I've already done well in, I won't completely judge this school based off one center. Saint Leo has accommodated me to get my degree, and they have several resources to assist you with research and tutoring for your classes. Also, the online advisors stay in touch with you and are very nice and welcoming. If you find that you can't go to school on campus, Saint Leo's Center for Online Learning may be the perfect school for you.Charittey Scott

Received my Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts back in October 2017. I’m still continuing my education with the Bachelors in Business Management program presently. I’m active military using funds through Tuition Assistance and have had no issues with the school. The Navy has been slow to pay on their part sometimes, but that’s not the school’s fault. Ultimately, the Navy pays the school and no problems occur. The past couple of classes I’ve taken they’ve paid on time. I’ve attended classes locally on base and online. I’ve found both to have their advantages and disadvantages, but usually do online. I can complete school work online faster if the class isn’t rigorous. I can usually get ahead by a week online. So being self-paced is a huge advantage. If it’s a subject I need better understanding in, then I’ll attend them locally if my Navy schedule permits it. I’m on sea duty and can be deployed any time, so that dictates my method of course delivery. If I can’t attend in person for a hard course, then I hold off until I can so I don’t jeopardize my GPA. Academic advisors on multiple bases have helped me out substantially though my professional development. I’ve progressed a lot at work thanks to Saint Leo. I hope they can continue to help me progress in my life endeavors. My time spent with Saint Leo hasn’t been a waste and hope they can continue to help others develop.Yesaj A

I graduated from Saint Leo in 2009 and graduated with a History and International Studies degree. I lived in apartment 4 and they were fairly new so at the time, getting them was great. It is now 2017 and I still talk to my room mates to this day. They are my absolute best friends. The education I received was top notch professors were easy to sit down with and chat with, they were all very open and personable. Not only that, because of the connections the professors had with jobs and internship opportunities, it was easy to network with others ultimately achieving your dream job. They really do help and care about helping you towards getting what you need to eventually get where you want to go. Class sizes were small (some ranged from 2-6 in my degree courses). The most people that ever were in a class was probably 25 for classes like Ernie Williams Philosophy class. The technology in classrooms is the best I've used considering my experiences at other universities. Also, can I say how important it is to have access to printing and tutoring resources so easily? The campus is absolutely resort like and looking back I probably took it for advantage, but now with the new construction that have been done…it really is picturesque. I don't regret coming here at all and recommend it to everyone interested in obtaining their degree in person and online.holly smith

It is an excellent university for intelligent students, and even for those with limited knowledge. This is for individuals who want to improve their expertise to the master level or higher. GO TO MONTANA STATE! The buildings at U of M are in really poor condition and for how much you spend it is a really poor experience. The library smells like hot depressed couch farts. The ventilation in the library is poor and there is just a stale warm smell with no comfortable places to study. When you take the tour they will only show the nice parts of the campus but go into the Health Science Building, the Library or Forestry Building and you will see how ugly the inside of the university can be. The Health Science building looks like an abandoned building on the inside not the Health Science building of a top tier university. My classroom in the forestry building had old stained seats that broke off. The walls in the classroom also had stains from the sweat and oil where students put their head. This classroom would also be extremely hot in the summer because the AC would break making focusing in class very difficult. U of M was awful and would go to any other school.Hugh Janus

The University of Montana has a beautiful campus and is home to many excellent academic programs in a range of fields. I haven't always been pleased with budget and staff cuts over the years, but overall most departments are filled with dedicated educators, and students here have a lot of opportunities for professional development, field work in the state, and international study and connections. I immensely value my time here as both a student and a staff member in various positions. I also studied at a large research university in grad school and did not find the same amount of care and attention to students there as I did at UM. The University of Montana is located on the historical lands of the Salish and Kalispell people, and you will have many opportunities here to connect with the diverse heritage of Montana and learn more about the indigenous peoples here.Green Deathray

I love this University. We went to the game last night. It looked packed and all the students and band made the surrounding mountains ring with cheers. Such a great atmosphere for a night game. I was here for two years after my time at Nova CC. I was with the Schar School of Policy and Government. It was a fantastic experience I wouldn't trade for anything. The professors are all experts in their fields with PhD's. Everyone in my classes were respectful and engaging. For a social life it was average, you have to make your own friends by joining clubs or living in dorms with your door open. Be polite and talk to people. Infrastructure wise there is a huge effort by the university to modernize. With the Peterson Medical building, Nguyen Engineering Building, Fenwick library, exploratory building, and the new Robinson building that is being built in the middle of campus, it's gonna be great. For now the construction may put people off but it will become a great school for students and graduate students alike. 4/5 would do it again. Not really but still.Ameen Karim

The George Mason University is better than I expected going in. Many Norther Virginia High School students don’t really want to go to this school because they think it is not that good and they do not want to stay home. This is a great place to learn especially is you are on a budget. Stay at home and commute, it is a great way to save money while getting a good quality education at a university. This school is great and although there is not much on campus culture, there are many things that make the school amazing. Currently attending and have been struck with how little people here care about their students’ education. I’ve called for advisors to help me with transfer papers and financial aid to ask about my scholarship money (they never refunded it back to me) and I’ve been hung up, transfered to other lines, and even worst… gotten a voicemail saying they’re not available even after calling 5 times during different days and hours. It’s as if the faculty here doesn’t work. The professors are mediocre, really lazy and most have an accent that is hard to understand. Never answer to emails either and don’t help their students pass. I’ve gotten all As and one B but that’s due to how much I tried and stressed myself since I didn’t get any help here. Ever since the pandemic, it’s been difficult getting a hold of different departments and professors. When you sign up for a class, they usually cancel the class for the semester for various reasons. They don’t communicate changes in policy i.e. when you enroll for a class and your funding doesn’t come through, they no longer automatically drop you from the class so they expect you to pay for that class, even if you didn’t take it. Apparently they no longer automatically drop you for non-payment. It’s an unethical practice. Students should be notified of this policy change. The only bright side of this school has been the Access program. They’ve always answered calls and provided help.Kim Sanchez

Glitchy system that logs in when it feels like it, making me pay for classes I DID NOT TAKE and sent me to collections. Staff may lack 3rd grade education let alone college, the only thing they can direct you to is the bathroom. Appealing anything takes several tries and a firework display over Bayside spelling out "stop screwing me i.d. #000000000". Best thing I could've done for myself is not even bother with MDC. My daughter played soccer for Saint Thomas University. It wasn’t the most organized, but she enjoyed her time playing. There was normal girl drama that I wish females didn’t have to deal with, but it is what it is. She walked on, and transferred in from Texas and was never really welcomed as a recruit, but she made the best of her situation and was a key starting player for her team. While attending the University they hired a new dean. I had some contact with him, and I understand he is trying to turn things around for the university. They need to hire better quality professors, and better quality staff. I had the pleasure of working with Alex Matolcsy | Financial Counselor/Collector in Office of Financial Affairs, and he was the one consistent person who always had the answers and replied to emails in a timely manner. I love STU. The classrooms are smaller than other universities so it’s easier to learn and get one on one with the professors. When it comes to student life, CAB has it covered. Students have a variety of activities to participate in as well as many extra curricular activities. The campus is also heavily guarded by campus security, 24/7 so it always feels safe.Nadya Hanna

I excelled in all my classes and was promised easy work placement and then realized that this school is nothing it promises. It’s honestly sad that you can tell a lot of the people employed here were educated here as well. Let me tell you of the nightmare that was my initial experience at Warner University. It starts with enrollment and everything is fine, then I receive my first schedule and realized I had two classes scheduled at the same time, this confused me so I spent weeks trying to get in touch with the proper person to solve the issue. Next off to financial aid after filling out the required paperwork months in advance I still have to make 2 repeat visits as well as a stop on my first day due to “incomplete or missing paperwork” otherwise known as lost. I then am told a week before classes start that I owe $4000 and missed my first payment a week ago and to be sure to get it in before the first day of classes. This confuses me and of course after weeks of trying to get the appropriate folks to answer the phone I am told that I was enrolled as an “on-campus” student. This also confuses me as I had filled out the form stating I would be a commuting student, and so I ask and of course there is no responsibility taken I am simply expected to fill out yet another form in duplicate. All of this would be understandable if it weren’t for a hit or miss teaching faculty and the fact that the school’s “business office” (what a joke!) has been jacking me around on receiving a refund on the payment I had to make before classes start but later found out was unnecessary. So I am stuck as a broke college student waiting on the inept staff of Warner University to provide me my refund so that I may finish my semester here and be done with their backwards mindset.Best Wishes

Our daughter was so excited to attend a university for her first year and within 1 month begged to come home because the school is not what they claim. It’s dorms and even apartments are left unlocked at all time and the campus isn’t safe for anyone. Some very bad things have happened and students are not made aware to take precautions. The school will say the students can use the gym but get kicked out because staff will not take the time to supervise( required to be in the gym). Staff told my daughter they are not paid enough. If you get on a basketball scholarship make sure it’s varsity because the JV team is a joke and they don’t get uniforms or anything for that matter. Track coach is awesome but no track on campus. Security is never seen and no help. My daughter is leaving after 1 semester and get get home fast enough. She feels unsafe and Holland apartments on campus never answer calls or try to help with anything.Ann in the office is the only level headed worker on campus. The teachers are great but the cheer coaching was a nightmare. My daughter and her boyfriend will continue their education someplace that actually has the school under control and can handle safety issues in a professional manner and keeps the students safety a priority.Theresa Grieves

Biggest gripe with school is that it is NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL. Unless your getting a degree in education you might want to go somewhere else. Most education majors graduate with jobs., Business and all others are unknown to me because for the past two years i have been there I've seen or heard nothing about internships or anything. Freshman building is awful, small faculty which makes financial aide and other papers forever to process which are crucial to your college success. Although they are small the are friendly. Such as their librarian(Beatty) and communications professors (Craig) DID NOT FEEL LIKE A CHRISTIAN SCHOOL AT ALL!!! only the forced classes you take somewhat give the feeling, ONLY THING GOOD ARE THE RIVAL GAMES (WHICH ARE REALLY GOOD) LACK OF FEMALE STUDENTS RATIO IS 5:1 ( 5 boys for every 1 girl on campus) SCHOOL IS IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE DO NOT GO TO THE SCHOOL EXPECTING THE COLLEGE EXPERIENCE GRADUATED WITH AN AA DEGREE AND IT FELT LIKE HIGH SCHOOL THE ENTIRE TIME. This school is God sent. My family and I were blessed to have been able to find this school for my daughter, there are truly angels working there. I had to move out of state but if I could bring the school and staff with me I wouldn't hesitate to do so. My daughter was diagnosed with ASD and we were desperate to find a place for her where she would be welcome and treated well. Well, they did go above and beyond since day 1, and the entire staff was the most outstanding group of people in the entire state of Florida. A special shout out to Debbie & Laura… Who worked non stop for my daughter, and also a special thank you for Mandy, Michelle, Jessica, Denise & Joanne.. they were all truly wonderful, kind, knowledgeable and professional.. thank you to the principal as well who has hand picked her staff and has done an amazing work for all the children attending this school and made it such a wonderful place. They all treated my daughter as family and I cannot thank you all enough.. they gave us hope when we were desperately needing it. The staff care about the kids so much and it’s evident from the moment you step into Angels Reach. The fact that they care so deeply contributes to the school being continually being supported and to the kids’ triumphant learning. The children who go here benefit not only academically but socially and the staff help them with activities geared towards transitions in life, social activities, handling emotions and situations, etc. I was able to volunteer for a Children’s Trust event and was blown away by how dedicated everyone was to making it special for the kids. It payed off; the kids participated, contributed, and thereby socialized and gained real world skills through their contribution. It was a really cute event that I was able to capture on camera and the kids were so joyous and taken care of. Everyone who works here pours their whole heart into their work. Kids are the future; this is why it’s imperative that places like Angels Reach, where the faculty and staff are always all in, are nourished.Rachel Schueg

I've known the owner and Director of Angels Reach (Dory) for many years and can truly say her dedication to the well-being of neurodiverse children and their families is unparalleled. I've had first hand experience of working with her staff in the classroom environment and 100% the talent she attracts to her school are not only amazing at what they do, they support the students with such warmth and caring. I can truly see the beautiful bonds the children have with their therapists and teachers and I personally feel that is step 1 to creating an effective educational program. Worst experience ever! She asked me to fill out 12 pages worth of documents. She sent me the file to fill it out not compatible with any computer. I went to UPS to fill out all the documents then scan it and it costed me all 10 dollars. She then requests me to send more information and as I ask a question about a certain number she wants, she emails me saying that she is not interested me as her client. All I did was ask for help. For someone that is reaching out for mental help that is absolutely unacceptable. Worst service and do not go to this doctor.Anat Tsypkin

Ms. Frona Israel is profesional therapist. She helped through a very difficult and sad time with kindness and diligence. I found very impressive that she asked me to filled many questionnaires, which I know are a bit intimidating, but it helps her understand her patients more thoroughly. One day I’d love to write an incredible review. I may not live to see that day. Over a year of being a pre-transplant patient I’ve been met with one disappointment after another. Perfunctory would be a kind way to describe my doctor, but apathetically negligent would be most accurate. Just out of the ER now after a 4th week of reporting my alarming new and worsening symptoms due to medication mismanagement. I have better chances of seeing a unicorn than my own doctor and even then he is ill prepared and it’s obvious all the tests I take between follow ups aren’t even glanced at. There is no oversight nor way to file complaints. It’s at such a level of gross negligence that I’m surprised they could ever have earned status as a “center of excellence”. Great example: Angela K, the MTI nurse manager, has been gone for several months and most employees were entirely unaware suggesting all concerns be directed to her (though they can’t provide any contact info for her). I expect nothing less than the same generic response sent to everyone else here. Sad not just for me, but for all their patients especially the ones who don’t realize they are frequently wronged- something doctors will never admit there. They all cover for each other and none of their staff will voice the wrongs they see doctors do out of fear of repercussion. ****UPDATE****** I did receive a call from what I believe is the “uh oh” department of “that review doesn’t look so good for us.” A kind lady from customer service called to better understand the nature of my concerns and guaranteed me that while she’s e could NOT provide me with anyway to reach her again (always a huge red flag as it’s the only response I’ve ever received and they never follow up) that I could rest assured a call back would come within 24 hours. That was a week ago. At least MTI is consistent; consistently disappointing!!!Grace Carricarte

Diabetes Research Institute & the University of Miami Transplant Institute with healthcare from the staff at Jackson Memorial Hospital saved my life with a kidney transplant for my chronic renal disease & also gave me a donor pancreas for my Type 1 diabetes. I had excellent care and a successful kidney & pancreas double transplant surgery in December 2004. Today, January 2020 I still have perfect glucose readings & have good creatinine levels. I am very happy with my doctors, nursing staff, radiologists, & technicians that helped me during my surgery and recovery. I am very thankful for the extra 15 years of life that I have been living. Great facility for my transplant operation and immediate post operation support. After the initial 3 months following my operation my experience has been terrible and getting worse. The nurse coordinator function is clearly broken with no effective communication with post transplant patients. I still have not received any results from my tacrolimus/ everilimus retest (10 days ago) despite calling at least 5 times in the last 5 days. Blanca is my coordinator who has has been non responsive for nearly two years. Very frustrating!Michael Papantoniou

Pitt's School of Social work and associated faculty and staff work very hard to ensure the success of their students. The education is comprehensive and highly skill/practically based. Upon graduation, students should definitely be able to practice very competently in direct practice or at a systems level. Most of the faculty are excellent instructors with very relevant practical experience. The main cons are the amount of disorganization within the department and that a few instructors (a minority) aren't great at teaching.Alysse Littleberry

Worst place I have ever worked. The culture of this place is really bad no one speaks, no good mornings and absolutely no direction on what to do no job training and etc.. I can't even get an email back about my paycheck that I'm owed. I was here for only three months and I watched people that worked here for 38 years 15, and 20 years just up and leave and there were many that left. Seems like the place don't care either they just post the job on indeed and move on without a care of how the people feel. The CEO never introduced herself to me one employee acted like I was a complete stranger after helping her carry a case of water to her desk she stopped me at the security door and told me I had to go to the front door to check in im like I work here why can't I go through here with you smh!!!! The place is terrible there were a couple nice people but avoid this place at all cost. And I never write reviews on people but take my advice avoid this placeReal One

Very slow working staff. some are working in the building, some are working from home. Too busy trying to chart their own paperwork, I'm not truly interested in getting the client the paperwork needed to continue to the next step. I have no electricity since December 29th, and they can't seem to understand hand me the paperwork through the door!Frannie Dee

Awful attention. My dad had to get a procedure done. They took 7 blood tubes out of him unnecessarily. Then someone came to his room to take more. MORE?! My dad refused. Good for him. The, procedure itself didn't take long. But after that, they kept delaying my dad and ended up keeping him overnight because of lack of communication. The nutritionist was supposed to come see him after surgery but not only was there no order for it, but the next day they told my dad, the nursing supervisor was supposed to approve that and no-one had told her. They kept delaying my dad by saying the insurance can cover the ensures he's gonna need, I'm assuming they were aiming at keeping him another night so they could charge that. He left and they said that he is leaving on his own, he voiced his concerns and they were dismissive and said that if he leaves, no one will help him with insurance and it is his problem because he checked himself out. There was no reason to stay! He had an appointment with a doctor (in another place) the next day and he processed the paperwork for the Ensures through his insurance right away. I guess that proves that could have easily be done had they not be stalling. How can u keep sick people like that waiting? And don't tell me that's how hospitals work. I have been in other hospitals and didn't have this problems. Go somewhere else. TL DR: lack of communication between staff lead to my dad staying in hospital, and get too much blood taken, for no reason. Trying to trick my dad into staying longer and being dismissive of him. Cafeteria food is gross. TV with terrible signal.GabZ

I was brought to the emergency room by my family because I fainted. The ER team was superb. All of the doctors, nurses and staff members took care of me right away. Later, I was moved to the 4th floor telemetry to keep overnight for observation. The neurology team came to see me, Rudy Caballero was among one of the members who was extremely thorough and explained everything in detail. The only thing that I was not satisfied with was the time it took for me to get an MRI of the brain done. Apparently, there is only two machines in the entire hospital. One is for trauma patients only and the other is for the hospital patients. I had to be on a list which took an extra day in the hospital. However, Nathalie the nurse and Carlos the nurse assistant were amazing in their pushing the MRI department to get my MRI done. I am lucky to have ended up in Kendall Regional Hospital's hands. All of their employees were professional, courteous and most of all actually cared about my recovery.Idarmis & Mario Rodriguez

As much as Kendall regional hospital has improved over the years, there is still some attention that needs to be addressed. The nutrition team should be embarrassed by over 30 million diabetics. The snack machine doesn’t have one item that is sugar free. The drink machine has maybe 2 drinks that has no sugar. Let’s not mention the ice cream machine. Shower was not working or the tv room 428. The elevators needs some attention. most lights don’t work and the doors close on you. The worst is the lack of visible vending machine. No coffee thru out the building. I’m sure correcting these simple things can improve your image as an up and coming top of the line hospital. Thank youGeorge Fernandez
