Beautiful campus and accommodating during Covid. It's been great to have in-person lectures and class. There are still some campus events, career days, and visits from 4 year colleges for when you're ready to transfer. The staff and advisors have been so helpful.Michelle Nolte

I'll preface this with that the only reason this school is getting 2 stars is because staff has actually been helpful when I have reached out to try and fix things. But when I tell you EVERY step of this process has been an absolute nightmare I am not exaggerating. I am a TWU graduate and needed a quick summer class to take because i got a conditional acceptance to a graduate school. This is time sensitive. So, long story short every single step had some issue that took multiple phone calls and people to fix. The biggest issue was me paying for an official transcript, seeing that on the tracking information brookhaven had received the transcript, and days later having the transcript STILL not put into the system which kept me from registering for the class that my entire future quite literally depended on me taking. Because of the bad timing of spring break I had to register late and it took an hour in person of me and the wonderful admissions worker figuring it out because no one we needed to contact was actually on campus. Although she was incredibly helpful, it was obvious the entire set up was frustrating for her too. The website is outdated and confusing and I get endless errors- i couldn't even pay without there being an error. It should not take two weeks to get someone registered for one class.Brooke-Lynn Taylor

Christi Carter is an awful person who sees students making mistakes during class and says NOTHING, then cheats during the "random body part selection process for competicy testing" and gives you the one body part she saw you making a mistake on but said nothing during class so she can kick you out of the program. Absolute zero compassion for students and their education. Luckily I've graduated Radiology at a different college dispite her being an absolute awful teacher. How someone can be so curropt and unfair became director of the program is beyond me.__

I was at this campus just to get my Student ID this week. Everyone I encountered was kind and helpful from the security desk attendant to the staff in Student Services. When I was looking at one of the outside campus maps to find my way a staff member came up and assisted me with the directions to where I needed to go. Reading the other reviews here, I see others have had problems with admissions and financial aid – I think all universities have lots of complicated paperwork in regards to those areas, so patience is necessary.Curtis Johnson

I attended this schools OTA program and I can guarantee you will not get a better education anywhere else. The crew there prepare you so well for the field. As for the school, it's amazing. Hit by a tornado and it didnt affect the students learning experience. Covid hit and they already had a plan set to make sure no one got pushed back. The cons are small and understandable. Financial aid sometimes forgets to send you the email to renew so just keep up with it yourself. And some other enrollment/payment procedures are a bit lax to where you need to keep up with them. But they deal with the whole school so it's understandable that a few slip through. Definitely take a tour and see if this schools for you. They have a variety of professions you can go into. The schools been updated since the tornado and it looks immaculate, they really did a good job of fixing and upgrading the facility at the same time.Cjloha

I was kinda rushed into starting and didn't realize the online-only curriculum was going to involve soooooo much writing and citing and having to include references in 4 weeks. For each course there is so much emphasis put on research for writing essays and 1-6 page papers that there is less time to actually read all the text and retain/comprehend what you're studying. The essays aren't too bad, but then you have to come up with creative ways to respond to 2 or more of your peers explaining why you agree or disagree with what they each posted. What ever happened to reading the text and studying, listening to a lecture or two and then working on an assignment or a test? It my just be the 4 week time period, with new assignments and discussions due each week, that gets me frazzled. I may have to switch to hybrid or in person learning soon.Newest Times

The school does not give you enough information prior to getting into the program. They charge you stupid fees which do not sense and go as far as increasing already high school fees. How do you charge online students technology fees for using the school's blackboard to complete assignments on top of $660 per credit. They tell you at the last minute you have a balance to pay. Very poor communication on all levels. The director of my program is the only reason I am graduating from this school. I will never refer anyone here again. Not now not ever. This school is a waste. This school is literally the worst, they take all day in the advising office and registration office. They will have one or two people helping more than 20 people and you would think that would make them have a sense of urgency but they do not. They all act as if they don’t feel like helping you and move so damn slow. I received 2 parking tickets during the time I have attended this school because two hours in a meter is not even enough. The best advisor is Shannon, the rest of them act like they don’t care and will not give you any guidance when your new to college, some will over talk you and not even pay attention or listen to what you are saying to them. This school will literally make you not want to attend college at all with how difficult they make the process. I am here at the college registering for my classes for the fall and have been here since 1:00 it is now 4:00pm smdh. If you plan on coming here make sure you have a whole day to spend here!!!! I was suppose to be taking classes here last year but wasn't able to log in. I had a meeting and asked for help and she said she couldn't help me for some reason…I ended up texting & emailing people for help but they eighter didn't reply or said they were going to help me but then ended up not communicating back. I managed to call tec support and they said website was down. Few days later they called me & said they were going to put me on a list and since then I haven't heard anything. I feel like putting a bad review I’m currently trying to see a councilor here at El Centro I came Thursday before 5pm and they told me it was closed but on the website they close at 5pm. Come to find out today a staff member told me they closed an hour early because they were having a spring break party. Today I’m trying to speak to an advisor I’m the only one here sitting in the lobby still waiting for someone to help me. I used to love this school but honestly service has gone down the drain. I am a current student at CHCP and I can tell you the school is great ,and they do make you feel very comfortable , the staff is very kind and helpful, they are truelly there for you when you need a hand with class concerns, personal issues or life issues, their open door policy is very real and comforting to have when you feel like you have no one to turn to if you need to talk. I am taking the M.A. course and my instructors Ms.Myers and Ms Ewing are amazing instructors. This school is DEFINITELY a place to come to to get your medical education. I loved the school. The teachers, career services, financial aid and admissions are such great people and very helpful. I loved feeling welcoming, being taught so much in such a short amount time. Even if they’re not your instructors and need help you can always go to any of them and they will help you out with anything you need help with. We have been at the hospital for nearly 12 HOURS. This is RIDICULOUS. This is one of the worst children’s ER EVER. You’ll be far better off going to any ER honestly stay far away from this place. We took our 11 month daughter in because she had a seizure and They show no urgency nor do they even care!!! First it was Dr. Selby who couldn’t tell us what was wrong with her and didn’t even know how to check for an ear infection. He kept saying maybe it is maybe it’s not?! After I asked him to check again he tells us “okay it’s probably that. I can discharge you now because it’s my time to clock out”. Who says that like it’s not their JOB. What an incompetent doctor who doesn’t care for the well-being for others. We’ve been waiting for HOURS for another doctor. Why is is there a lack of urgency around here our daughter has been running a constant fever and not much has been done? Just sitting and waiting and wasting time and I am frustrated with the way things are ran here. Unless you want to spend your entire day at the hospital waiting don’t bother coming here ever.Marlee Malohi

We had a trip to the ED that ended up with surgery and being admitted… then readmitted. The staff here is awesome. They will do everything they can to make sure your child is comfortable and as happy as possible. We were totally unprepared when we showed up, and the nurses and staff were able to find us everything we needed. They have literally everything for baby and parents to be comfortable, even if you ran to the ED in your pajamas, covered in vomit with zero time to grab anything. They were able to find us a change of clothes, toiletries, and they of course had everything a baby would need. When our son was up to playing they brought up toys and teddies, a white noise machine to help him sleep. The nurses really took time to interact with him and make everything a good experience. This is really the absolute best place we could’ve taken our son to.Ashley McManis

Came into the ER because I believed my 3 month old was having some sort of allergic reaction. It was quick to get him in to do his vitals, but then I was told that it was going to be a 7 hour wait to see a doctor… seriously?? I explained my frustration to one of the nurses that I don’t believe we can wait that long to let my child be seen, and they just replied “If you want to leave that’s up to you” and “well all patients are a priority here.” I waited for maybe an hour or 2 but ended up leaving because kids were walking around coughing up a lung and touching everything. I wasn’t going to wait around and let my child catch any viruses these kids have while waiting an eternity to see a doctor, I just went to urgent care instead. But shout out to the ladies working by the front door of the ER. They were the only ones that seemed to be concerned.Courtney Anderson

Dr.George was the best instructor ive ever had LET ME TELL YOU! i have never enjoyed school and never made above a B plus but after taking my first module with him i past all my first 3 classes with a perfect score of 100. His teaching style is amazing, he makes you feel like youre not alone, and he loves when u ask questions so if you're like me and hate asking questions he makes it so much easier its awesome. My career service advisor was great! Ms. Alexandria Vela helped me tremendously on my job search. She was one of the people from the campus who have always been very helpful. She has always been very attentive with me and always checked in, during and after my externship, and now that I'm hired she has continued to check in. This is a career field in which has great job security as it is a job that is very much in demand and needed in society today as long as people still have mouths, gums, and teeth. Therefore, this is a great option if one is considering a career. This was one of the best decisions of my life and I am glad I went to this school. The transition from graduating to obtaining a job only took me two weeks and I was able to obtain a job during my first interview. The instructors are more than adequate and are very attentive to their students' needs. They are very clear as what is expected and required of the student in order for success. The program may be intensive, but the instructors are there to help the students succeed. There are no bad questions when trying to learn. Being a recent graduate of Texas Academy of Dental Assisting, I can assure you that joining this program is going to benefit you in many ways. TADA only lasts 3 months! That means your next big career step can happen within weeks of you joining this program. Along with having lecture every class period, you also get to participate in hands on training during clinical. I was more than pleased with my instructors at Texas Academy of Dental Assisting. Not only were they informative, but they were also extremely personable. These instructors made class so so enjoyable. Between my instructors and my classmates, whom I have made great friendships with, I looked forward to going to class every week. Graduating from TADA felt extremely bitter sweet. Although, I was proud of myself for making it through, I was sad that I would no longer see these familiar faces every week. It is such a wonderful experience to spending 3 month with Texas Academy of Dental Assisting. Love the course setting that letting me gain clinical experience ahead of time. It is such a good starting point for a career changer like me. It’s not that easy to get into the field without any knowledge on things like what a dental office needed or what a dental assistant’s life like, especially under the COVID. TADA gave me the chance to learn and getting familiar with all of those procedures, terms, and requirements as I worked in an actual dental office. During that period of learning, I can have a big picture of my future career and able to put all my effort to the right point instead of on a wrong path. I love all my peers my teachers and staff, and definitely Dr. McDonald and Sheila. They are experienced and full of joy and kindness, always willing to answer my random questions and help me practice procedures with grateful patience. The only reason I placed 2 stars is because the dean and the man who enrolled us was great. But other than that,the reviews for this school is spot on. They care only about money. After financial aid,I was told I still needed to pay 221.00 a month or my daughter would be kicked out. The lady who assisted with FA couldn't care less about anyone who goes to this school. And don't have colored hair either,they'll make you change it. When my daughter could not log in to the online course,no one bothered to help or contact us. I had my daughter withdraw. 18,000 dollars and not even a call back. So I'd shop around for a school and make sure its best for you. This one tho,was not it.Katt T

When researching schools and you read “for-profit” as Concordes main description- believe it. I was accepted into the dental hygiene program and was asked to put a down payment of an amount that was almost 5x my rent. I was considered an “independent student.” (no financial help from family) As soon as I communicated the amount was not doable the school redacted my acceptance and gave my spot to someone else… so before you put all your time, money, and effort into this school-don’t. I cannot speak for the program itself and I’ve heard nothing but great things about the instructor… but at the end of the day that doesn’t matter if Concorde is “for-profit” and not for education.Emilee Gestes

Please do not go to this school. The instructors are very disrespectful and do not teach anything. The purpose is to fail you so that you can pay again since you have to retake the whole semester. The first term had a 30 students class and it went down to like 12 of us. This term everyone is failing so far because the term 2 teacher is random and does not go by the book.There are around 5 students in term 5 which is the last term and most of them have repeated at least one term. I am looking into other programs. Stay away, it is easy to get into the program, but you won't learn anything and NCLEX passing rates are low according to the instructors.Kukita Arocha

I brought my elderly family member here a few days after Thanksgiving 2021. Prior to our visit I exchanged about 4-5 phone calls with the staff regarding our scheduled visit. Never ever at any point during these phone calls did anyone disclose the facilities dangerously strict "mask protocol." My elderly family member and I arrived on time for our appointment in the early morning hours. The waiting room had about two other people waiting. I assisted my family in sitting down as they are handicap. I engaged the front desk and checked in. The girl at the desk had ear pods in and was listening to something because she initially responded in a distracted manner. The other front desk females were on their cellphones and appeared to be playing games. The girl I spoke with asked if we had masks and I replied no we didn't. She then said she'd get us one. I informed her that both me and my family member had documented medical conditions that prevented us from wearing masks. She didn't understand. I had to explain it again to her. She then went to discuss it with her office manager, Eric. After, what felt like a punitive 20 minute wait, Eric came out and aggressively and confrontationally confronted me about our inability to wear a mask. He was hostile from the start. After a few minutes of back and forth between he and I, my family member started to get visibly upset and nervous. Their anxiety was kicking in from this "Eric the office manager's" inability to handle the situation. Eric, was demanding we each were masks or get out. We was giggling at the fact that we had documented medical conditions that prevented us from wearing masks. I kept asking him why nobody ever disclosed the policy during any of the 4-5 phone calls prior to the appointment and his repeated response was "because it's on the door." Ridiculous! Eric, then asked what our conditions were and who was the documenting doctor. I had to educate Eric that he was violating the American Disability Act and furthermore, he was illegally inquiring about our private personal medical information in a public venue. The waiting room! Where others were watching this unprofessional fiasco. It was I, not him that suggested we find a private room to discuss this as my family member could no longer handle the stress. Once Eric and I got into an empty room he tried to raise his voice and condescend me. He even insisted that I get my doctor on the phone to prove it. And, I actually did get my doctor on the phone to prove it and Eric stilled snarled at the proof. The company does not appear to train their "managers" in how to "manage" conflict or disagreement. Eric then said he'd only allow the family member to not wear a mask but I'd have to leave. I had to inform Eric the "manager" that I was the this person's primary care taker and I was responsible form their well being. If he was kicking me out he would be held fully responsible for anything that happened. Keep in mind we had already been in the building for well over 30 minutes without masks so if there was any possibility that we were going to contaminate the facility with our breath we would have already done so. So Eric was behaving this way with an egotistical intention to win and nothing else. I cared too much for my family member to leave them alone so I put the mask on under my chin and stayed with them as they was shaking, anxious and stressed from the verbal abuse Eric inflicted on us. Then, the nurses performed their pre surgical review and find my family member's blood pressure is "very alarming and dangerously high." So high they need to delay any treatment and call in for a doctor's approval. It never ever crossed these "nurses" mind that my family member has various documented health conditions and one of them was in regards to wearing a mask. Furthermore, she just spent 30 minutes freaking out while two men just about came to throwing punches because of her inability to wear a mask. Don't go here but if you do, expect unprofessionalism. Maybe go by a few weeks early to read what's on the door.ATC Stooge

It was my first time and I had no idea what to expect. They were so professional and kind. They explained what they were going to do and then when finished with the ultrasounds, they explained what the Nurse Practitioner would do and how long it would take. The NP was wonderful. This place has the most pleasant, knowledgeable and educated staff. They are never in a rush regarding you time spent with the doctor. Your health is number one priority. I recently completed the fast track CNA program at Legacy with Ms. Kee and Ms. Starla(both very amazing women/instructors)!!!!! From first entering the location you get the sense that they mean business. Although choosing a fast track(two week) program you will receive hands down the most thorough and informative training with no short cuts!!! These ladies make sure you learn all skills to the t and understand the importance of full accurate patient care (not just because of state or national acts and stipulations) but because they are truly experienced and TRULY care!! You are provided a variety of times(night class for me, worked well with my day job schedule), as well as a hybrid option with hands on skills focus along with home based computer modules and given materials to help aid in passing the state exam,(which I passed on the first try!!!). Upon graduation and waiting for your exam you are able to come in and practice as well. They are even a location recognized with the state as a testing center so practicing there gives a sense of ease and comfortability when taking the exam vs a foreign location! Legacy exemplifies what a great and thorough school training program should be! I will continue to refer others to Legacy and will soon be going back for certification in a different program! I plan to go to the facility tomorrow to practice…The fact that they let you come and practice is so nice. I feel prepared to PASS THIS EXAM. && I start the Phleb class next weekend..super excited to learn from them again. Can't beat the teachers, material, price, or length of course here. Ms. Sherry and Kee are great teachers who truly care about their students. I did the Medical Assistant certification as well as BLS certification. The BLS course is to be certified through the American Heart association and was about 1.5-2 hours. The MA course is 10 weeks long, $2k out-of-pocket. It’s shorter and cheaper than any of the other trade schools or community college courses and you are ready to go into the work force in less than 3 months. They will set you up with a clinical and provide study material for the national exam. I have no regrets picking Legacy Healthcare Careers to start me on my medical field journey! When my insurance would not cover the cost of an MRI without waiting 6 weeks i asked how much it would cost me out of pocket it was $1,900. So i started calling around and found that most imaging places would not give me a cash price. I found this website and gave it a shot. It found dozens of cheaper options for the same imaging and i picked a place just 10min from my house for $750 though a place 2 hours from me was $550 i figured it was worth the $200 not to drive all that way. i did call the near by place and found it would cost me $800 to book the same appointment directly. But why bother when this service makes it easier to find, navigate the paperwork, and resolve billing. Plus, its significantly better than having it done at the medical practice charging $1,900. I paid the $750 and got the MRI without any complications. The facility they found was fantastic as well. All around a good experience and without doubt the most economical option. I needed a diagnostic test done, with my insurance it was going to be around 300$; knowing that flat rate can be cheaper because the offices do not have to call the insurance to verify I did a google search and found this company. On their site they give you the cost of the procedure at different locations near you (which in my case was less than half price at 136$). The only down side is that they require you to pay within 24-48 hours of them booking the appointment even if the appointment is a week or so away. It was easy to change my appointment, because the earliest ones did not fit my schedule. No phone calls necessary, e-mail communication was very quick and efficient. They did a great job helping me get an MRI on my wrist at an affordable price. My insurance will not pay for an MRI until I meet my deductible, which is over $1000. Using Radiology Assist I was able to pay $188 in cash and not use my insurance. I did have to drive 93 miles, but it was still a substantial savings-even with gas over $4! The process is easy and simple too. Fill out your application online, upload the doctor’s order and choose a location and potential dates and they take care of the rest. At first I was loving this location. When I arrived I was told I needed to wear a mask. I informed them that I physically could not. They offered to let me speak with their Lead/Manager to see if we could do something. So I agreed and was fed a canned "our policy" line. Then I was actually asked WHY I couldn't wear a mask, so I disclosed my personal information to them thinking we would be able to proceed or figure out some accommodation. Nope. Apparently I was asked this personal information out of her own personal curiosity because she immediately went back to the "our policy" script. Completely discriminatory against those of us who cannot wear masks. I even asked if we could do a face shield instead as I know it will still negatively affect me, it would at least be something I can do and tolerate for the visit. Nope, no reasonable accommodation at all, they didn't even TRY to work with me to find a reasonable solution/compromise just the canned "our policy." Then to top it off, to "further look into MY issue", I was given a corporate number with no extension where nobody answers the phone. You can't hide behind policy to discriminate. It's not MY fault I can't wear a mask. Just like it's not a deaf person's fault they can't hear. Try enacting a policy that you can't be seen unless you can hear verbal instructions, and hiding behind the "our policy" line.Jeff

I’m always very hesitant to go to any urgent care unless absolutely necessary and last resort scenario due to past experiences! All I can say is this CareNow had Unbelievable Quality of Service! From the front desk representative (check in) all the way to medical professional staff! They were Very thorough and they actually listened to my symptoms! I was IN and OUT in 30 minutes start to finish! Super impressed by the efficiency in the office and at home care plan! They handled my pain immediately with two steroid injections and good medication that I needed to help with at home pain. I will be back with any future immediate issues! This is the best Care Now facility I've been to and I've visited several Care Now's throughout the years. The check in process was smooth and there was hardly a wait. I was placed in a room quickly and both the nurse and the Dr showed up quickly and were very attentive and caring. They listened to me and my complains about pain, I didn't feel rushed and they applied treatment that no other doctor would. After a couple of shots and a prescription, I walked away feeling hopeful that this pain will go away soon so I can enjoy my upcoming vacation. Thank you!Maru Iabichela

I had to delete my previous 5-star review rather than downgrade and edit it so management wouldn't look ridiculous with a response that appeared to be a grateful for this one. I hope they take this to heart. I've always had a primary doctor buy used Care Now in urgent situations and those times where I had to place scheduling concerns for others ahead of my own. Care now has the inert ability to recruit great staff and doctors but coming in on average a couple times a year I can honestly say I've never seen the same faces twice. But I'm not there to socialize. I'm there to get my issue taken care of in what precious little time I have. My latest experience has really shaken my confidence on a couple of levels and has me on the watch for another urgent care facility for next time. First my confidence has been shaken in their on-line scheduling system. Never again will I use that. I've learned now if what they say is true the only way to have your time respected is to appear at their counter unannounced declaring an "emergency" even though I've never actually seen that happen. With the system they have now you can schedule your visit at the crack of dawn, leave your entire day flexible waiting to be notified they are ready for you and then spend the better part of the day waiting there for them to see you once they have. This ran afoul of every reason for going to Care NOW. Never would have gone to a clinic named Care EVENTUALLY. Second, my confidence in their candor and honesty in what they tell me has been badly shaken. It all ties back to the situation above. For twenty-five years I've ran a business that closely mimics the day-to-day activities of a doctor's office where scheduling a licensed professional with the customer is mission-critical. And I better than anybody understand 'stuff' happens. A few minutes before receiving the message from Care Now Lake Worth saying 'we're ready for you, come-on' I received a call purporting to be from Care Now White Settlement. She said Care Now Lake Worth was really 'busy' and I could be seen faster I'd I came to White Settlement. I declined the offer. I had my early morning made space reserved at Lake Worth; my records were at Lake Worth; and there have been time's I've seen the waiting room packed at Lake Worth and my wait was still never any longer than it would have taken than to drive to White Settlement. Had they said there were staffing issues and they were without a doctor I would have immediately understood and jumped on the offer to go the White Settlement. After arriving at the nearly empty (one other patient) Lake Worth location with a nearly empty parking lot and waiting 45 minutes I was told the doctor was "busy with emergencies" and would be "at least an hour" and did I want to go to lunch? No! I don't have time for lunch today. The immediate vibe I got was there was no doctor on the premises and frankly that has never changed. I believe I spent the entire time waiting while they called a doctor from another location. I have a nose for BS and zero-tolerance for it. Especially when it's coming from a doctor's office. After being seen I again walked out through an empty waiting area and parking lot. No care flight helicopters or ambulances parked out back. Just me. I understand with confidentiality laws, etc. Care Now will never be able to show me where I am wrong. Perhaps the unconvincing assurances they were "busy with emergencies" made by the office manager during my ridiculous wait were truthful. I can't say what goes on behind closed doors. I want to be fair and say I could be wrong. I'll never know. But I am very astute, observant, and intuitive. So I'm going to go with what I saw over what I was told. And I am most disappointed.David Sloane

Helpful, caring staff–glad I visited. This Care Now clinic, located in Lake Worth, is about 20 minutes from me, but I will always use this one in preference the one literally around the corner from me in Fort Worth, which is a disaster. In any case, I visited this Lake Worth Care Now clinic three years ago when I had a very nasty cold that was just on the verge of turning into pneumonia. I was seen then in a timely fashion, and the friendly doctor on call prescribed four or five things that began clearing up my condition that very night. I visited yesterday afternoon to have my ears irrigated, something I had not had done in 10 years. Dr. Blackburn, the physician on call, was friendly and helpful, as the previous doctor had been, and Madison, the nurse, who checked me in and performed the procedure, was also pleasant and competent. She had to be persistent, since some of the wax was tightly packed, but she kept at it until the job was complete and my ears were completely clear. Having this sort of thing done always makes me quite uneasy because of the risk of injury from even a slight slip, but Madison was extremely careful, and I really had nothing to worry about. The front desk staff was also helpful. An elderly woman arrived who was ambulatory but may have had a broken arm, and the staff realized they weren't equipped to treat her there but helpfully directed her to a nearby emergency facility and gave her driving directions, all delivered in a sensitive and considerate manner. Care Now is set up with the MyHealthOne web site, so you can book appointments, fill out your forms, and check in online, which is what I did before arriving. Everything about this facility was perfectly satisfactory, and I will certainly be back if the need arises.Michael Huggins

Only leaving a one star review because I can not leave a zero. First off the doctors all seem to not be very bright. They remind me of cops that can only get on at small departments. I went in ( not by choice) for a work injury to my foot. For the doctor to tell me who had no idea of my work environment that I can return to work. He refused to listen to my work situation. Just saying he feel the restrictions are appropriate. Well doc I am so glad you know my pain and can feel it and know what my job intel’s more than myself. Also due to the pain and frustration my blood pressure was high at both visits and they made no attempt to address that issue. Well today I went to work for my job to tell me they can’t accommodate the restrictions and to be sent home. Due to the pain and frustration my blood pressure went up. I went to the emergency room and it was 217/127 the emergency room treated me very well. Later I called care now and said do you still think it is worth trying to sent me back to work with all this. And not at all listening to the fact that my job said THEY CAN NOT ACCOMMODATE THE RESTRICTIONS. But more concerned with being on a power trip to say they feel like the restrictions are good enough which was a clear indication he was not listening to me at all. These doctors don’t care about the patients. They care about covering up for employers and preventing you from getting better. Well Monday I am calling around for attorneys because if I don’t this clinic will cause me to die from a stroke from the pain and frustration. Take your business elsewhere. Always an excellent experience with Envision. When I called to set my appt I spoke with Michelle who took care of getting it all setup. She was pleasant/professional in all aspects. I enjoyed speaking with her. Upon arrival I called as instructed was ask to wait in the car for another 10 minutes, came in at the time I was given, and greeted with a friendly face at the front counter. I had a very minimal wait and was taken care of by Sharon for my exam. I was in and out in less than 45 mins from start to finish. The facility was clean and you could tell patients/staff safety was taken to heart! Great job Envision! Keep it up!Christel M

We came for an ultrasound on my daughter. We were running late, and I was so worried we would have to reschedule. We needed this done, it was extremely important. The front desk ladies were very understanding and so polite. Our ultrasound technician was very professional, but very personable at the same time. She made my daughter very comfortable, which calmed her nerves. The facility was very clean and comfortable. This team is excellent!!Elizabeth Menchaca

I do not understand why they won't pick up the phone. I called 4 different locations to ask a question. I waited 20 minutes and was brought to voicemail. Their hold music and voice says they're dedicated and their customers are so important to them. This is unprofessional behavior. I better not be charged for not showing up. Word of advice, don't make Saturday appointments. Apparently, they're either not there or drinking early martinis.Vescha LaHearse

I went to get my teeth cleaned today. It was an hour and a half after my appointment time before they took me back. Then they did my x rays, after that, to the room for cleaning where I waited 40 more minutes before they started cleaning my teeth. I am very patient, but the waiting times were unacceptable. Plus, it feels like a hospital there, not welcoming at all. I went here only bc my dental insurance changed, and now I really really miss my former dentist. I will not be returning. I would have appreciated a call from them before I arrived to tell me they were running really behind so I could have shown up later. It was a mess today. I know so many places are having staffing issues, but being at their office for three hours today was NOT okay.A C (AC)

The staff was great they were so full of life. The front desk staff greet me once I came in. I’m one person who is big on customer service and they meet my expectations. Ebony at the front was helpful and me and her have the same name so I knew she would be amazing 🙂 I meet Dr. Hemphill and he did my braces and when I tell you I’m in love with them. I really like this office the staff was amazing. Ebony went above and beyond to help me get my treatment. Dr. Park explained to me exactly what I needed. She made me feel comfortable because I was so nervous. I highly recommend this office to everyone especially if your looking for a one stop shop. They have several specialty doctors that come to the office. They also do braces which I will be getting because they have amazing payment plans.zak prihoda

I would like to give them more stars because the surgery center in HEB that they use is outstanding and her nurses at the Henderson location are amazing. But for doctor ABC Classen she is something left to be desired. She will be very calm and nice and at the same time passive aggressive. She does not offer mask for her patience and will turn you away if your not wearing one. If you work and drive to the appt thinking your on time but happen to be 9 min late she will refuse your visit. She will make you reschedule. Even though the front desk could have signed you in, they chose to spend 6 min asking permission and another 6 explaining that you have to leave. I was the only one in the waiting room and I was a repeat customer. I spent time out of my work day to speak with the nursing staff. Dr. ABC makes it very clear that the cost of the pandemic is why she does not offer mask (can't financially afford to do so) but she can afford to turn away a paying customer because of 10 min time difference. I get the hint, moving on to a different doctor. In the future just be honest with the patients you don't want to service instead of wasting their time and money. I was not one to complain when previous procedure appointment times were modified unexpectedly. I showed up. I paid. I said thank you.Cheryl Boggess

Rude office staff and don't go here if you don't understand how insurance works. Call your insurance(s) anytime they try to make you pay for something. When I started going my out of pocket for the year had been met and I had to call my insurance twice and have them tell the front office staff that I didn't have to pay for my visits. There was also one time that I was on the phone with them and one of the office staff didn't realize I wasn't on hold and came in making a very rude comment about me. I was willing to deal with them because I really like Dr. Bailey-Classen but then she switched me to a medication and when I asked her if it could be done at Walgreens she said it couldn't and that I was going to have to pay for it. Sure enough i got the prescription switched to my neurologist and he sent it to Walgreens and they had no problem making it and my insurance covered it.Andrea Merrett

This office is a JOKE!! I have left messages for 3 days in a row trying to talk to someone about making a new patient appt for my husband and still no one has returned my calls. They must not need new patients too badly. First off a live human being NEVER answers the phone. You ALWAYS have to leave a message. That is pathetic customer service for a Dr office!! Quit being so cheap and hire a live person to answer your phone. Secondly, if you want a Dr office who never answers the phone then by all means this is the place for you. I went for a work injury to my back. Every time I went, I had a different doctor and none of them would listen to me, or hear what I was trying to tell them. They just had me try to touch my toes and said if I could do that, then I was fine, even though I still had lower back pain.The pain had nothing to do with touching my toes. They made me continue working on "light duty", which was hurting my back even more. I was still having pain when the doctor released me completely to go back to work with no restrictions. They released me when I said it was a little bit better even though it wasn't all the way healed yet. They had selective hearing and only heard the word "better" and then said I was miraculously cured and could go back to work.Angie Crow

Set up an appointment online for a possible broken leg. I was called for triage, and told them what was wrong. I drove all the way there, told the guy up front what was wrong. Waited, and then told the nurse what was wrong. Waited even more and the PA finally came in, knowing what was wrong, and asked if I was going to need an x-ray. Well, yeah… It was only then that I was told that their x-ray machine was not working, and they then tried to get me to go somewhere else. I understand it is not the PA's fault, and he was kind enough to give me a fracture boot while I waited to get an x-ray elsewhere, but that was extremely disappointing, a waste of time and gas, and had to put someone out for child care for nothing.Justin Archer

Very friendly and professional staff. I did web sign in, filled out all forms online and a few minutes later they called me to let me know that I needed to head out their way. Gave me about 30 minutes. Once there I only needed to fill out an extra form. Had to wait about 10 minutes to go to the checking room. Nurse took my vitals and asked me some questions, then proceeded to do the COVID test. Doctor came to the room a few minutes later with the result and went over it with me. Answered all my questions. At exit, front desk collected my copay and said they would file with my insurance. Very pleased with the service I received at this place. It was my first time. I had this experience before and once again, I'm having it. I paid over $700 according to their own records when I call about my bill, but my bill shows I only paid $104.65. Nowhere near what I actually paid. I've asked for an itemized bill, they told me they would send one, I have it on my own recorded line, but they haven't done so weeks after the request. They owe me money back on it but refuse to pay, and they refuse to show me the itemized bill because it will absolutely show they owe me. I have bank statements showing my payments, can quite easily prove them unless they want to tell me they didn't actually receive them so I can tell my bank it was fraudulent. But nope, they've strung me along while holding my money hostage. I've had it, I'm going to spread this wide and loud. Apparently you can't read either, I said I called your billing department. Your billing department said I paid over $700, they said they would send me an itemized bill. They have not done so. Been down that route. Escalate this.Kathryn Grabill

This facility is near my home & offers ample parking. For me easy to find as I go to a dentist in the same commercial center but also off a major artery close to freeways & tollway. I was instantly welcomed upon entry, the only patient at that moment. The clinic is inviting with an attractive reception area with comfortable seating. The size is generous so clients don't have to cluster close together & increase chance of contagion. All areas were immaculately clean. Staff was personable, professional, & caring. They seemed to get along & work together well which reassures patients. I was treated very quickly by a very patient, kind radiologist.Laurence Pimentel

From the phone call that I got the lady called me to schedule my appointment she was very friendly. When I got to the office the young lady that checked me in was very friendly and that feels good. Also the ladies that did my exam I liked that they didn't chat me up because that kind of exam for myself I just needed to relax.they were nice and I really appreciated and enjoyed the music that was playing throughout my exam. I have spent hours and hours on the phone with this company. Because this office didn’t bill my insurance company, even after being in contact with them, even after I signed a release form at this office stating I am not liable for any payment, your company continues to harass me and my family multiple times a day. My insurance is more than willing to pay for it, why won’t you just bill them?? And when I call your office directly you ignore the call. I am not paying for it as advised by my insurance company. Bill them. Stop harassing me. Stop sending me in endless loops of people asking me to just pay for it. Bill the right people. It’s not that hard.Seth Johnson

As an out of pocket patient Brident dental worked with me in the best possible way. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. Over all the Doctor that took care of my tooth extraction took time to explain what I may experience in the next few days. Being at a dental office gives me terrible anxiety but trust me this place gave me the re assurance I needed. I will definitely recommend and will be back! this place is a 10/10.Linda Aguilar
