The book rental service the school insists you use by building the cost straight in to the tuition cost is a nightmare. I have to contact customer service every time I have to make a return. Also, some of my textbooks are always late. I never have them all before the first day of class. I am having an ongoing battle with the business office about a bill for the classes I dropped. As per the refund agreement I signed, I had until the start of class to withdraw for a full refund. I did and I have emails (with date and time stamps) between my academic adviser and I where I asked to be removed from classes and was told it was handled before that deadline and I am still getting emails pestering me to pay for a portion of the class. When I call no one seems to know how to fix it. I am starting to believe this is all one big scam. I have also taken off work to go to the financial aid office with an appointment to be told the lady I was supposed to meet wasn't in that day and I should have received a cancellation email which I did not. I missed four hours of paid work and drove an hour and twenty minutes each way for nothing. Then she emailed me the next week and asked me to come in again to handle business which I could not do because I need to be at work to make a living. Lunatics are clearly running the place. I would not recommend this school, I am truly and whole heartedly regretful of choosing this school over all of the other options I had. Something about this school stood out to me, and the counselors here try really hard to get you in. I do not identify with Christian faith and I am not religious at all so I initially felt weird about going to this school, but they mention multiple times that they accept all faiths and backgrounds so I felt better. However, upon talking their forced “Christian Worldview” class, the teacher grades with an iron fist for a 101 class and is just awful. My GPA for sure was going to plummet due to this stupid 101 class that they force on you. Honestly it was so ridiculous that I felt the need to reach out to my advisor. I was trying to come up with a solution because I felt some type of way about this. I suggested them placing me with a different teacher, since this teacher has AWFUL reviews going back years yet they do nothing about it. However they pretty much told me I still had to take the class, I could not switch to another teacher (you cannot pick your own teachers by the way which is huge for me now). Their only solution was that “another teacher would review my work.” This turned me off so bad from the entire school that I ended up withdrawing due to principal which messed up my financial aid. They honestly did not care one bit and obviously know there is a problem but do nothing to address it. I was so turned off that I chose to mess up my financial aid and just pick another school, there was no way that I was finishing out my degree here after this. Go elsewhere !!Taylor

I am an Atheist. I chose this college because it had the focus I was looking for, the delivery method was fully online so I could continue to work, and the price was the best around. I did not feel like being of the Christian faith was a prerequisite. My instructors and professors were not pushy with religion, and for a master's program, I felt like I was able to learn what was necessary for the field I was in. I have a Master's degree and 2 focuses now from GCU and I couldn't be happier with my education and experience. The guidance counselors were great, the financial aid process was easy, and I'm grateful for GCU and all they have done for me.April Wittmeyer

Parking in Garage building#7 on 33rdAvewas the best for going into the areana. We had to checkin at theguard station, drive around it then enter the parking garage. Parking was allowed on the 2ndfloor and above. It was the AFHE homeschool senior graduation. The campuswas very green. The areana was building #38 there is a museum to JERRY COLANGELO here and a beautiful tripple cross monument. The restrooms are spacious and everything but the soap dispensers are automated. I AM NOT A STUDENT. IM A TOURIST I toured this beautiful school yesterday. It was absolutely beautiful. To walk around seeing so much scripture. So many things to inspire young minds and hearts to Christ. I did not get a chance to walk around the entire campus but the places I did see were amazing. My tour guide was Robert Vann. He knew a lot of history and important things about the school. He probably knew the mission statement if I asked him. He took us into the Chapel and had so many great things to say about it. He also said, the school was a safe place for Christians. The professors and staff, knew Jesus. Frfr. They encourage a relationship with Christ. He has never been around so many different ethnicities fully in worship together. It reminded him of Heaven. He saw that we are all the same. The school opened the eyes of his heart to so many different beautiful things about ALL of the people of God. I’m not gone lie, I don’t wanna say that I would ever move back to Virginia. And I do not like school. However, after seeing the school, and hearing the Words of Mr. Vann, it makes me want to consider attending Regent. I could not have chosen a better university to finish my education as well continue with. My professors are very understanding and compassionate because we need that today in the world we live in. Even if you aren't a Christian the respect and just humbleness of all my professors and even peers has been extremely outstanding . I am speechless. My professors pray for me and at times that's what I needed the most. The School work had true meaning and purpose. You aren't just going to school just to go to school. All of it has meaning. I am excited to Start my PhD program and finish proudly as a regent Graduate. The biblical principles and education I received have equipped me to go out and change the world. The Professors care about your well-being just as much as your academic development. Although the classes were online. We engaged in numerous zoom sessions and kept a level of closeness. I highly recommend Regent University to anyone seeking quality higher education. The science department (bio, biochem, chemistry, physics) is amazing and so helpful in supporting students aiming for any graduate level education. Every professor pushes you to be better while also guiding you to be a better person and student. They are all straight forward and even step by step help you apply and learn about career options. I couldn't have asked for better mentors in that department. And I'm thankful every day that they invested so much in me and helped me get into medical school. The school community in itself is not accommodating. I felt ostracized my first year being out of state and being minority. I almost transferred my freshman year because I was just that miserable living on campus. The community is not diverse by any means and it is 100% a suitcase school, despite what I was told when I visited before applying. I don't necessarily blame the school for the students attitude but I never felt welcomed or at home at Anderson after 4 years. I am also a Christian, and did not agree with many of Anderson's values, although their rules are not difficult to follow, just tedious. Essentially, Anderson Univeristy has a fantastic science department, and I would rate them by themselves 10/10 but the community there I would rate 4/10. If you just want a great science education, they have it, but social life isn't as guaranteed.Meagan Ocampo

If you are in favor of a small Baptist community, then by all means go here. However, if you are anything but that, then expect to be forced to go to Chapel in order to graduate, a zero tolerance for married couples or any couple in that matter, and residence advisors inspecting your room in depth if there is any suspicion that you are doing anything against their small Baptist community policies. Don't expect the best one on one attention because every other class and special needs student gets it with the same professor. Lastly, most of the on campus living have a huge mold problem that affected my friends' health as well as my own, and some campus complexes were infested with roaches. By the way tuition is $22,570 per two semesters, while other public schools like Clemson is $13,022 per two semesters.Joshua Hendrix

I am currently a student at Anderson University, and overall I have had a great experience. I have made great friends and the academic curriculum is excellent in my major. I will say that the school is not for everyone. It has a very strong christian atmosphere and students are held to certain rules and standards not found at other schools. However, this is part of what I like about Anderson as it helps prepare students for the real life scenarios of being responsible adults. I will tell you this though, every professor puts in 110% into everyone's education, I have never been denied academic help when I needed it. I feel prepared for the future going forward into my senior year next semester.Caroline M

I graduated from Widener in May, 2015. I was a transfer student to Widener so I was only there for two years, but for the two years I was there, it was great! I was in the B.S. Biology program so I can only speak for the sciences at Widener and I have to say Widener has a great biology program. All my teachers were easily accessible, willing to help me out, and always wanted me to succeed. There are plenty of research opportunities for anyone looking and there are a ton of clubs to get involved in. Widener also has a pre-health adviser (who is the nicest and most dedicated person ever) and pre-health committee who do their utmost to help those who want to pursue professional careers in healthcare; this makes Widener an excellent school for anyone wanting to go into healthcare. I enjoyed all my classes at Widener and felt like I learned a lot there. Widener is very expensive (but it is a private school, what do you except) however they offer a lot of scholarships and grants which reduced my tuition considerably, the cost of attending Widener for me was actually cheaper than West Chester University. Another big plus for Widener is class registration. I know it can be difficult to register for classes at other schools but at Widener they make it very easy for you and most if not all the teachers are willing to sign you into a class in order to help you which is a huge bonus. My only two complaints about Widener is….one: the registrar and bursar office a.k.a Lipka Hall is the most atrocious place on the campus. Mostly everyone there is rude, mean, and not willing to help you at all. Two: the selection of science classes at widener is limited…I wish they offered a greater variety of science classes like pathophysiology, marine biology, or histology…they really only offer core biology classes so if you are looking to take some "exotic" science classes, you will most likely not find them here and if they are offered, they are offered once every other year which sucks. However the classes they do offer, they teach with excellence and you learn a great deal and although the variety of classes is not huge, you will still get a nice mix to pick from. Overall, Widener is a great school with a great faculty who want you to succeed. Widener will give you a sturdy foundation to which to build your career in the sciences. I think Widener is a diamond in the rough. I have toured and visited a lot of schools, and my experience has been great. If you are looking for a big ( Michigan) or really intense ( UCLA) school, then Widener probably is not where you want to be. If you are looking for a good college experience, or you have a degree already from one of those big high pressure schools.. then Widener might offer you a refreshing pace. The professors really know their students. They work with you, talk with you, and the school is very keen on helping those with Learning differences, which to me is huge given that there are so many who have this issue. I did not want a high pressure situation. I did my undergrad at USC and my graduate work, round one at UCLA… Widener was a refreshing change, and in 7 weeks I finish. I thought it was a 1000 percent better than another school that is trying to be an Ivy League ranked school in Philadelphia…. to me, the private NON Ivy League school in Philadelphia was more of a joke. They were more expensive than Widener, you could not even talk intelligently to anyone, and when I ftried to talk about how their tech dept failed students, I was reminded they are a top tier research school which means very little to a student most of the time, and that school was much more expensive than Widener.. I think you really need to examine what you want in a school and then find schools that fit that bill. Widener is a small sweet and friendly school… it is where people care about each other. Widener is not going to be for everyone, but I think in the years to come it might be one of the better schools to embrace. I also want to talk about tuition. Look, it is a private school, and so it is going to cost more than a state school.. However, if you put it next to UCLA a state school that charges $65K to out of state students, or USC that is a little more… or Georgetown, Drexel, Duke, or other private schools, you are not paying as much, and no one should look at the retail price of a college or university because 85% of all students get some kind of financial aid today… I am very happy with Widener! The key for any student is to figure out what it is in a college or university that they want. Widener has some pretty impressive alumni… so it can not be all bad!T. C.A.C.

The bad: 1. DANGEROUS CITY. Chester ,Pennsylvania has a very high crime rate. Nowhere is safe in this city. A student was shot inside Widener's parking lot a couple of years ago. Both the city and neighborhood are terrible. Walking too far off campus can put you in great danger. 2. Nothing to do for fun in Chester. The city is rundown and the downtown area is filled with many vacant buildings and trash. ALL Philadelphia universities are superior to Widener because of their locations. 3. Widener Law school is the worst in the area. Their graduates fall far behind Temple, Villanova, Drexel, and UPenn law schools. Widener Law is low quality. I attended Widener Law briefly in the 80's before transferring to a better law school. 4. Widener University's reputation is bad in the Philadelphia area. The quality of Widener, both undergrad and grad programs, are below average. Widener gets a bad Rep and is out shined by Upenn, Temple, Villanova, Drexel, La Salle, and St.joseph's graduates and alumni. Even West Chester University is superior to Widener. My child was interested in Widener for undergrad, but turned away due to their low quality and reputation. 5. Widener is not challenging. That's why too many people graduated with high GPAs. The school is easy to succeed. They don't prepare their students properly. 6. Widener is too expensive for a college located in a city like Chester. The Good: 1. Widener University isn't that far from Philadelphia, where there are places to shop, work, intern, and enjoy your college experience. (Attending college in Philadelphia is a better option) 2. co-op program, small class sizes, 3. The ability to transfer to another schoolThomas B. Smith

I'm not saying this is a bad school. It is a really affordable option for people who want small class sizes and one-on-one opportunities with professors. But be warned, the small class sizes come with a price. Professors are required to take attendance and often grade for participation. The campus is nice, but quite small. Park does offer some clubs and campus activities, but obviously nothing compared to a larger school. The Copley Quad dorms are very nice and while there isn't a super large community of students who get involved those who do seem to have a great time. That being said, if you are looking for a "typical" college experience this isn't the place. Most of the students commute and many of them are non-traditional meaning they are older than the average student, part-time, or using their GI bill. I don't regret going to Park because it is an affordable school. However, I do wish I'd gone to a more rigorous school, or at least a school with more life. The students for the most part aren't sure engaged and don't have a lot of school spirit. I don't know many students in my classes who are going to drive around with Park bumperstickers or wear the t-shirts around after graduation. For me, when I imagined going to college I pictured a campus filled with the hustle and bustle of student life. I hoped there would be enough of a residential presence that some parties would take place and I kind of anticipated having my mind opened to the world. I thought I'd participate in lively in-class discussion and do research that would prepare me for grad school much more than I have. There's not much diversity and not much student activism (they brag about all of the international students at Park but they aren't integrated into the campus very well). I also thought going to Park would come with the added freedom and flexibility most students dream of after high school graduation. In reality, Park feels a lot like a grownup high school. I want to be clear Park is a good school, you should just know what you're getting into. You can only be as immersed in the college experience as you allow yourself to be and I will admit I didn't really want to drink the Park kool-aid. If you're looking for a school you can become deeply immersed in, this might not be the place. But if you're just looking to get a degree and get out for a good price I do recommend checking it out.Brooke Rhoads

Do not waste your time with this schools online program. It is a for-profit institution in that aspect, and is on par with University of Phoenix. This school should be taken off of military installations. Pretty much what Sara said. It claims to be for military veterans, which is a lie. Just about every education officer you encounter will advise you to not go to Park University. This school gouges you for money. They've developed Online programs that sound appealing to Military members, but like Sara said, you learn nothing in. They're priced appropriately to rob you of all the Tuition Assistance you earn, and quickly at that. The administration is a joke. There is no accountability and they just pass you from person to person if you have an issue. I have had Marines file student grievance reports against different departments and not have them ever be solved. They eventually just switch institutions. The phone clerks respond with e-mails and claim they have M.A.'s that they earned at Park. If you want to be a highly qualified phone clerk go to Park.Danielle Troop

This university is a joke. i have two bachelor's degrees and an MA from a top ranked liberal arts institution. Going to back to school for my second graduate degree, I thought I'd try the online thing, and I wanted to stick with a private university. Clearly, Park was the wrong choice. Administration is riddled with bureaucracy, instructors have very little power over the course shells (if they care enough to bother), and e-courses are horribly disorganized and dated. I've yet to take a course with a completely updated syllabus. Neither have I had a single chance to take a course with actual tenured faculty. Nothing against adjuncts. They work hard, and they get almost nothing back in return for their hard work. But good grief; you'd think at least some of the upper-level classes would be taught by professors. In the end, I would never recommend this school. Thankfully, come spring, I'm transferring to a college that actually shows an interest in its students. I'm not giving any more money to the incompetent bureaucrats that run this institution.Cat L

When I first started signing up for my MBA I advised them that I had just graduated with my bachelors degree. My goal was to start August 5, and I submitted all my necessary paperwork and cooperated as such. When it got to my transcripts I was advised I could not start because the conferral date was not on the transcripts. The enrollment specialist told me to reach out to my previous school. I did and it was a hassle. I called the enrollment specialist at Capella to advise of the updates to only find out that Capella’s registrar team had already been in contact with my school. I wanted to start on the 5th as it was very discouraging to go through the process to be turned away at last minute. 1). Total waist of time as I took time out of my day to complete orientation and do what they advised of me. 2) I asked to speak with a supervisor who was very vague and could not provide the information needed. 3) I again called Capella to try and escalate the situation, but the manager never returned my call. I feel as if they had me sign up because they were the ones to get paid for each student to enroll and failed to educate me properly in the beginning, which is very misleading and discouraging. Since no one wanted to comply and take responsibility I will be escalating this to the BBB as this is not my fault and I should had been able to start in the promised time given and should have been educated properly.Tearra McCray

The worst university ever! They made me waste my time and my money from the first day, every time I communicated with them each counselor told me something different, and more than a month passed and I did not have an accurate answer on the status of my application, after a month a person from human resources let me know that I had to do my transcripts equivalency again on another website because the one I had already sent twice to them waiting for they review it (and that they themselves told me it was okay to do it that way) was not valid for them to take me into account to start the course this past October. 1- First time the transcripts were not encrypted, so they asked my to ask the institution they send it again but encrypted this time and I did it and sent it again. And after that they let me know that didn’t work for them. So I wasted my time, my money and above all the opportunity to start on the desired date. A very bad job of the staff. Very bad communication with the students who want to start there, and they also contradict each other. They all say different things and waste your time. They are also very rude. I hope that no one has this bad experience, nor misses the opportunity to start the course on the date they planned, and due to the horrible work of other people you lose opportunities in life.Claudia Espinosa

From the beginning of my Master's level school search, Capella stood out. I had a great recommendation from a friend already, but in researching complete online programs to work with my schedule, Capella checked all of the boxes I needed. I had a wonderful experience with my admissions counselor and continue to have great interactions with all communication. I am happy with all faculty thus far and feel that I am learning exactly what I need for my future as a school counselor. The course load is what I expected it to be and the time I spend on classwork is time well spent. I feel very confident that I will be prepared to enter the field of school counseling when I graduate. The very first thing Capella does once you are enrolled is to start you in a class to help navigate your program and get you familiar with the online format. This helped immensely and calmed my nerves for entering into a graduate program online. I feel very well cared for and have not had a negative experience yet! An Absolutely Awful Experience… It seems to me that majority of the faculty and staff are there to make a buck and don't care about providing an education to the students. After many run ins with the Financial Aid Office, Admissions, Office of Accessibility and Disabilities, and many departments I realized that the whole school was just a big business that was in it for the money and I believe most of the issues that I faced were due to poor communication between departments, advisers, professors and students. I had multiple issues that occurred with class enrollment which was ultimately blamed on me. I was then required to pay for classes that I didn't even take. To notify me of these facts the Registrar's Office sent me a rude email about how these issues are not their problem and students need to be more responsible. I went in to the Financial Aid to pay this with a card and was then told that they only could accept cash or check because their system was down. I was able to pay online but then of course incurred a convenience fee. In other instance where I had issues I was run around between multiple advisers and departments unable to get answers and heard too often, "we don't have record of that." In my last year of school I changed my major from Aviation to General Studies. I hoped to change to a business major but the school didn't make this possible and stated the reason was because I would need to retake the businesses classes I had already taken. Supposedly even though the required classes and classes I had taken were the same title and course they were not comparable as there are classes of these courses specifically for business majors. The Aviation Department has a few nice people in it but has too few instructors and grounds students due to this. The department is very political and seems to only value students that are in the aviation clubs and organizations. I wish that my experience at UCM had been better as I met many friends and made some great memories. But students should only have to worry about passing classes and not how to escape the tangle of policies the school has in place making the whole college experience confusing, expensive, and unsatisfactory. Worst communication ever. Do not stand behind their word to ensure students have the assistance they need. Documented "direct communication" with my student even after he no longer was attending college classes. He literly had not been on campus or had communication with anyone at the university and his mentor documented 15 accounts of communication. When I asked them to explain the communication and brought to their attention my student Haden even been on campus or spoken to anyone. His mentor did not respond. I guess that means he didn't have a response or justification of the false documentation of dates. They talk a good game but in the end truly only care about the money and not the student. I would not encourage anyone to attend this University. Very poor communication and no one wants to take accountability for false information. In the end it is more about geting the tuition money and not about providing the tools the student needs to be successful. As I have begun and ended this journey with UCM I have spoken to several mother's that have had the same experience with their student. Very sad and disheartening. This is the most disorganized college I have ever had to deal with. For one it was a mess trying to even get admitted to get my bachelors degree. Second, after I earned by bachelors degree I applied for a graduate program. They denied me because they said I didn’t meet the GPA requirements when I in fact did. I was borderline at meeting the GPA requirement and I knew this. I waited until my final grades were posted before applying to ensure I would meet the requirement. Apparently the system they use to evaluate applicants does not update appropriately and it listed by GPA before completing the program. And when I shared my concerns with them they had the nerve to tell me that most applicants that get accepted have a higher GPA than mine. I get that the programs can be competitive but I felt that it was very unprofessional to tell me that after I had already been denied. Also, I met the program requirements so maybe they need to raise the GPA requirements if most accepted applicants’ GPA is higher. I gave them two stars just because their tuition rates are much lower than most universities in the area.Anonymous

I went to this school back in 2015-2016. I was living near the school at the time, but I had to move over 4 hours away after escaping domestic violence. This school hires professors that do not want to see domestic violence victims succeed. Put your money elsewhere. Here is my story: Even with my broken wrist, I managed to complete the courses and coursework, and for a time, the professors were understanding of my situation, since I was not cleared to go back to work yet and was relying on my financial aid to pay for basic things like my phone and my health bills related to my wrist. I ended up getting cleared to go back to work, and had the job opportunity of a lifetime present itself to me. I accepted so I could get back on my feet. However, this was around the same time I had to complete one of my first residency requirements. My student adviser at the time was willing to work with me and found a course that I could take to meet my work life needs. However, it was the only option available to me. Since I had to leave for training for two weeks, the work campus did not allow personal business to be conducted on their computers, which included school work. I emailed my professor, and explained to him the situation that I was going to be gone for training when the class began and explained to him my predicament, asking for a compromise so I wouldn't lose my job. Part of the coursework was to attend GoToMeeting lectures. However, due to the nature of my work, I was unable to stream these lectures as no recording cameras were allowed. I explained all of this to him in e-mails. He did not listen to my emails, giving me responses that made it seem like he wasn't even reading my e-mails, and forwarded me back to the student adviser and washed his hands of it. Ultimately, after enduring a layover at an airport after training had finished, this professor expected me to attend a Go-To-Meeting class with two hours of sleep, then berate me for my lack of participation, after explaining to him my job's requirements and rules, and what had happened since a hurricane caused a delay and lengthy layover on my flight. Thankfully, I am working now, but I wished I never had attend this school. This school only put me further in debt and now I can't even attend the school I want.Reika Chan

I attended 9-11 years ago, so hopefully this has changed. The school psychology program was weirdly punitive. They shamed people for not knowing things like how to dress professionally instead of giving them concrete advice for what they expected. (This is classist.) They required us to be over-the-top obedient to professors and supervisors, even if they were doing something unethical. Meanwhile, they taught how kids do better with a strengths-based approach in which they are listened to. This is true and does not stop when a person turns 18. The professors make students retake classes and redo practicum hours for disagreeing or expressing concern. So students have to pay extra money to learn to suppress their critical thinking. They encourage students to think about "best practices" in their first year practicum. But in the second year their response to problems at practicum sites is "that's just how it is". I was discouraged to get involved with anything "political" like the teachers' strike and campaign to replace campus police officers with counselors because "no one will want to hire you". Their answer to disparities between wealthy suburban districts and underfunded districts like Chicago's was "don't work at CPS if you don't like it". 0/10 Do not recommend.Erin Rusmi

From the Counseling Psychology program perspective, my experience have been exceptional! From the knowledge of the professors to the structured placement process and classroom agendas, I love it! It has been a life changer for me, considering what I’ve learned during my 2 1/2 years here. The instructors are very knowledgeable and have experience on the subjects they’re teaching. You are provided a professional development coach to help maintain stability in classes and graduate on time. Someone is always there to answer questions or help in ways they can. All staff is professional and lead towards the process of your professional development as well . Classes are flexible and class sizes are comfortable ( max 15 students unless blended). The training I received at the school has served me well for the 40 years I have been in the military and in private practice. My training has been as good or better than docs from schools all over the country. I didn't know how well I was prepared until internship. I put my training up against interns from many MD and DO school and came out fine. I compete against docs from many school in my private practice and I have never been found wanting. My training was 40 years ago and it was great. I don't really know about the current training climate but I assume it is just as good as when I attended. This place had a very nice dorms and a lot of places for people to be able to get plant-based option foods including a whole foods that is right around the corner pretty much on campus. They're swimming pools pretty awesome too when it unfolds in the summer to let the sunlight in. They do have some pretty big lecture classes they told us but other than that the class sizes are supposed to be fairly reasonable. Campus was clean but had a bit of construction going on. My 1st covid vaccine ( Pfizer BioNTech) parking,walking,entering,registering, sitting, shot,15 minute waiting period back in vehicle 45 MINUTES !! I THINK THEY DID GREAT !! THE ONLY 2 THINGS THAT WAS A WORRY !! NO ONE TOOK MY TEMPERATURE!! My mother took me here on May for suicidal ideation on behalf of my school counselor's recommendation. Don't ever bring children here. We had to wait for about 7 hours just to get a room while in the ER. They took my clothes and phone away and made me wear a gown with nothing while being stared to to 'make sure' I wasn't going to harm myself despite my mother being with me. I had an outburst and cursed at one of the 'doctors' for lying. Nurses were rude, I could hear them talking about me through the door. Once we got a room, I had to be watched 24/7 by nurses, those same nurses lying to me and my mother. Being threatened to be given to foster care of I didn't agree to go to a psych ward. It took 3 days to be seen by a psychiatrist, but by then I was fed up so I just lied. I don't understand how this place is still open. Stuff like this never makes me want to get help. Hire people that are actually good at their job.JB

The entire Children's Mercy staff are exceptional. My 6 month old son had to have emergency surgery and it’s such a scary thing to go through. The bedside manner, professionalism, communication and knowledge the staff demonstrated was so reassuring. The hospital itself is super adorable. Very clean, inviting and easy to navigate. The doctors never left me waiting and they took a team approach to communicate and execute the best plan for his surgery, Although the hospital was busy, I we never lacked attention. We've been here for 3 major procedures for my daughter from birth to her preteen years. Our experience here with the staff, doctors and expectations were always exceeded. They truly do care for your child and specialize each patient visit to show that. The doctors and nurses are kind, caring and thorough. They select their staff well as I have not met a staff I felt was rude. They all speak to me and my child respectfully, directly kindly to show they care. My program was great but am consistently unimpressed by the school's most senior leadership. Fully confirmed when IN CLASS, we were bombarded and demanded (not asked) to leave our room for a meeting… And I give ALL the credit to our instructor on pushing back. It was ten minutes before our class was scheduled to end AND the meeting was to start. The arrogance was proven right then there. Pure annoyance for having to wait while we finished. Paid a lot for my education… you sir, can wait a sec while we wrap up our scheduled time in a classroom. But thematically? Par for the course. A great school limited by such behaviors.N ERB

Unfortunately, when you reach out to these kinds of service you are already in the middle of a problem therefore you search for answers. My daughter and self needed some help during a rough time and we sought out for help and guidance but in return received disappointing services which caused even more issues. 1. They only accept auto draft but don’t bill quickly so watch out you can be slapped with them taking money all at once and weeks after appts (exactly what happened to me-) . 2. They will not give you a price for each session until insurance runs so again you have no clue how much each session is and it’s not like you have a choice when your kid is in need to not start services. 3. The counselor we had not only over-turned my parental decisions when engaging with my kid but would guide my daughter in how to convince me to change my mind on so many important issues.(school/sports/a new pet/friends/Seclusion of others) It was honestly sick and more frustrating during a time in need that we were seeking out help. We left there and got a 2nd opinion and within 2 weeks my daughter is not 10x better. Parents don’t give up on kids that are going through a hard time but DONT ALSO TRY FINDING HELP IN ERIC THE COUNSELOR!erin walker

I love Clinical Counseling Associates! I have been going for about over a year and couldn’t be more happy about it! I definitely recommend, there are many different therapists for different types of mental health! Very satisfied with the area, the people, the common areas as well! This place is fantastic. Marie is so caring and sweet and always makes me feel safe and comfortable talking to her about anything. I applied for admission and provided transcripts from my prior colleges, military training etc. I was given 65 transfer hours which were displayed on my web transcript. I had to leave town for awhile because I'm still in the reserves. When I returned i got online to enroll in classes when I noticed that 18 hours had been taken back and I only had 47 hours on my transcript. When I engaged the college, they told me I could have those hours back, but only if I paid a certain amount per hour to have them returned to my transcript. When I asked why they were given then taken away, my concerns were simply dismissed as I was told "I don't think that's what happened", even though I had a printed web transcript to prove it. I never received a good explanation why my hours were taken away and why I was being extorted money to have them returned. Because of this shenanigan, I chose to go to school somewhere else. Bottom line; the integrity of park university is in question, it has been in question for sometime and remains in question. This doesn't seem to bother the college one bit as I'm sure they're still utilizing their less than ethical practices to admit students under false pretenses of transferred credits. I gave them 3 stars out of benefit of the doubt because of their good reputation for providing quality education. Due to their deceptive admissions practices, I never took my first class and cannot verify anything beyond the botched admissions process.Jimmy V

This institution is run by a rabid, pernicious administration that puts the school above the student. Expect to be pestered by low-yield material, poorly taught in meaningless lectures, but then tested on minutia that is so esoteric that it wouldn't even be found in a Jeopardy question. The non-clinical professors, perhaps competent in their chosen field, teach poorly but test unduly rigorously. Over ten students per class year fail out or repeat. I love the U of U!! Since I was a child we played in the fountains at the library. Took classes and enjoyed them very much!! My son got his bachelor's in kinesiology there and loved it. My father got a teaching degree there. My sister got a Pharmacy degree there. My daughter is currently getting an engineering degree there. My sister got a math teaching master's there. Excellent University!! Love it!!!!michael stephens

The stadium expansion is nearly done. They are preping for Garth Brooks this weekend. The new suites are looking good. The new locker room is unbelievable! The team that has been working on this really deserve a huge thank-you. The U will have one of the nicest stadiums around.J Mack

STUNNING location! Next to the mountains overlooking the Salt Lake Valley. Easy to find. Simple to navigate inside the stadium. Plenty of volunteers and staff to answer questions. Heavy friendly police and EMS presence. Very clean. Wish the concessions had more variety available.Rachel E Stewart
