Solid school. Easy(ish) to navigate. Some of the buildings are far apart and depending on your classes you might have only 10 minutes to go all the way across campus. The staff is friendly and try to help anyone navigate the school, so don't worry! Each building is clearly labeled and maps are everywhere so it's hard to get lost. There's tons of socializing areas and seating for different gatherings. Some of the popular places would be the courtyard with the fountains or the large hill in the center of campus. They have no idea how to teach what you will need in the state of Kansas. They will use other professors lectures and do not want to answer questions or teach you. So yeah if you want to teach yourself from a book and have a bunch of assignments due constantly this is the place for you. I am taking a welding certificate so I can work in the welding workforce. I want to work for the olathe railroad welding force after college. Then maybe do some underwater welding I have not quite decided. If I do I have to take a scubadiving class to get certified in that. ACC is the best Community College in Colorado period. A large fraction of the teachers employed here are ex-Ivy League professors. My intro to business teacher was a top business professor at Clemson University. Most professors have PhD’s as opposed to a master’s degree. The grading process is very fair and these professors really care about your education and will go above and beyond to see that you succeed, granted you actually seek the help this is college people the teachers most likely aren’t going to come to you. There are so many different resources, including, but not limited too: Free tutors who are amazing ( in my opinion better than if you hired one), teachers who actually care about your future and present situations, book store/school supplies store on campus, a cafe with Caribou coffee, a milkshake machine and other great snacks, there are plenty of different areas to do school work or study that are very comfortable and convenient, they have hundreds if not thousands of majors and minors to choose from you want it, they’ve got it and so much more. Arapahoe Community College is by far the greatest her in Colorado. It is not overly priced the tuition rates are so great basically you can receive an Ivy League education for 10-15k per year. It’s an amazing way to save money especially when you are planning to go to a big university. Better to spend 10-15k on required pre- requisite classes, AKA GenEd rather than 25-75k. And since ACC has such amazingly qualified professors you won’t be behind , or unable to transfer successfully to a 4-year university, you will be able to make a smooth transition. Veteran student here, all I can say is this school has been a waste of my benefits. The administration is aware that they are understaffed, busy, and stretched far too thin. Though nothing has changed not just with ACC but CCCS as well. There was a total of 4 semesters dealing with covid and distance learning, and there was no change in how it felt to learn from Spring 2020 till this past Spring 21. Four semesters with no change in how classes are taught, how students are engaged, how professors make sure that you are understanding the information, the list goes on and on. I had given up in most of my classes that I took here. I have felt everything but motivation, and determination to want to participate and study. The course I am studied in was faulty and dated. The introductory class alone is dated and will not prepare you for what it is to be an interior designer let alone give an actual representation of the work done in the field. I didn't learn to sketch, read floor plans, study the design process, bubble charts, box charts. I LEARNED HOW TO DECORATE. It was also very clear that if you wanted to decorate and only decorate you would do well in this program. I can’t believe how much this organization has failed its students and faculty. I’m seriously contemplating whether I to stop attending ACC. It doesn’t make since that online classes cost $100 extra per credit when a professor has you read chapters, and answer the chapter questions and do a weekly discussion question. There was no feedback to where I could know if I was grasping the concepts. I’d rather research what books each class provides and read them on my own then Pay $900 to a teacher that doesn’t communicate with us at all. On top of that, I experienced a micro-aggression during my final presentation where my professor asked if my business sold burritos because we were a Latino museum… This school needs to work with educating their teachers to learn how to treat their diverse students with respect and dignity. Before intellitec i had no clue what i wanted to do with my future. I was kind of just floating around not taking anything seriously. Then when i found my passion for the medical field i had a really hard time figuring out where to start. Intellitec gave me and opportunity of a lifetime. Not only did this experience teach me to adapt to unfamiliar circumstances, it showed me that even when u think there isn’t a way, there always is. Along my journey at intellitec i met some of the most warm hearted people who have nothing but your best interests in mind. Mr. Roby, one of the instructors, creates a comfortable atmosphere that keeps his students engaged. Miss Davis, former student and now instructor, has zero issue with breaking a subject down one step at a time at a pace you are comfortable with. Mr. Thorn, our lab instructor, is very informative and allows u to branch off so that you can become more familiar with the craft. Last but not least, Miss Lo, intellitec’s instructor and extern coordinator, is someone you can ALWAYS go to no matter the problem. She’s not only your shoulder to cry on when you need one but she’s also someone with the most remarkable networking skills. Miss Lo. got me an interview for a job outside of school in ONE 5 MINUTE PHONE CALL and because of her i am now currently employed at the location i externed at. Her number is definitely one you should have. Overall Intellitec has done nothing but provide me with a second family. I just wanted to give a positive shout out to the teacher of CCR:100. Until recently, I didn't know how this psychology class would be applicable to the real world. Rest assured, it is. I won't mention the name of the restaurant, but there is currently a GM that has enjoys screaming at employees in front of customers, all day. You are rushed through training and at times purposely trained wrong. With this class I was able to professionally express to the GM how this coercive behavior is not okay to do in front of a customer. I was able to point out flaws in management skills professionally, which in the long run has saved my record. The GM used nothing but unprofessionalism and excuses throughout each email proving strong signs of weak leadership skills. These emails include insults and calling me a liar. there was no professionalism, whatsoever. This particular class gives students the strength, courage, and applicable skills to improve the workplace, to find the right work environment, and essentially teaches you a form of management that is a business psychology applicable when you need it most. Current HVAC student and very pleased with my education so far. The teachers care about not only my education but my goals and path moving forward. I was having a tough time getting employers to notice me and take my resume seriously. Until I asked Rob Gleghorn, the Career Services Manager, for help that is. He helped me sort out my resume, going above and beyond to make sure it was the best version I could present. I started getting calls from employers the next day. I instantly went from hoping to land an interview to trying to figure out how to choose from the best option. I feel IntelliTec is more than just a school, it's a career builder. The teachers are knowledgeable in their field and always willing to spend extra time going over subject matter that I have questions about. Terrible school. They charge you an absurd amount for supplies after you've paid for classes and do not disclose it will be a charged item (Or that you will be kicked out of the class and your seat given to another person if you do not pay. You know, the class you already paid for and got in?). Not only that, this is a second job for most teachers, so good luck finding one that actually has enough energy or fs to give to teach a night or afternoon classes. Dont forget that they like to cut class lengths in half (Semester to a quarter), double the amount of time in class (from 2-4 hours), not inform anyone in the class of this AND move the location of where the class is supposed to be last minute to another campus. And let's stack on more homework than a someone taking a doctorate because the teachers figured that using an online program will make it so they only need to sit around, and they dont care enough to have the class there for the entire 4 hours. DO NOT GO HERE. GO LITERALLY TO ANY OTHER SCHOOL IN THE STATE KIDS. It's a bigger cash grab than a pyramid scheme. Only reason youd ever take a CMC class is for an AP Highschool class. This is my second semester at CMC. I really love the teachers and the price!! I would recommend anyone to attend here, especially if you are an in-district student. It's very affordable! I have found the teachers to be amazing. All of my teachers have been very engaging and interested in helping me succeed in my career goals. I would say there is only one downside that I have encountered and that is lack of flexibility in scheduling. I needed very specific classes, and they all seemed to be scheduled on top of each other. This led me to a stretched out schedule and lots of miles traveled (& wasted time) to other campuses to get in the classes I need. I graduated in Food Science at Colorado State in 2011. The education in the classroom and in life that I received while I attended university was life changing. I met some of the best people I have had in my life and I pursued my love for nutrition and food science while I was there. My degree opened up many doors for me in my career in the brewing industry and at the time the undergrad brewing course was one of the only ones in the country. I am so glad I attended CSU and I can say without a doubt my life and career would not be the same had I not gone here. My daughter and I visited the campus as it currently ranks number 3 for Veterinary Medicine. The staff was genuine, sincere and gracious. They setup one on one meetings to make the visit extremely personal. They appeared to have the students best interest at heart and even supplied a full day parking pass. The facilities appeared updated and state of the art. They were heads and shoulders above our visit at Texas aTm. The only prevention of a five star rating was partially our fault as we were unable to get a tour of the school of medicine.Andy Benavidez

I have studied in here as an international student for one year, but now I transfer to another college. The main reason is the reputation of the CSU college of business. The employment rate of international students after they graduation is so low, and I rarely find one get even an internship. Although there are lots of nice people live here, you get almost nothing to do in this dull town besides hiking or playing with your dogs.王信

Since they have instituted 6 sessions Columbia College has proven they are not about the students. By making this move they force students to take student loans or lose part of their Pell grant due to not being enrolled full time. They try telling their students that 6 sessions per year will benefit them. Being a student that is currently enrolled and have been for a few years now I can tell you it is of no good to the student. Not only does it cost us more but instead of having any type of break between already accelerated courses we only have two days off. This is ultimately going to lead to more stressed out students and lower GPA's. There was a time I recommended this College to everyone I came across. Now sadly I make it very clear Columbia College is the worst college you could attend. It is a joke. Rolla's new policy if we don't offer something you need in seat take it online. Not mentioning that not only are online courses significantly more expensive but the work that is required for these is beyond reason. I am talking at minimum double the workload of an in seat class. I'm currently enrolled at CC. This is the best college I've ever been to. The faculty is understanding and very helpful. They actually care about your education. My advisor was by far the best. She helped me through some very tough decisions and helped me to make the best financial decisions. I visited the enrollment center 3 times to change classes due to my own reasons and all three times they were understanding, helpful, and encouraging. I also went to the enrollment services about my financial status multiple times throughout the year and they were always there to help. They showed me my financial plan exactly including scholarships, loans, and grants. They explained everything to where I could understand and even printed me copies of my plan. BEST COLLEGE containing the VERY BEST PEOPLE! The other reviews that had one star and rude comments, it's because of their stupidity and closed mindedness. I had a terrible experience at this school. I would highly recommend not going to this college. They do not care about how you as the student does. All they care a bout is your money. You will NEVER hear back from any of your online teachers. I tried emailing a teaching with a question 3 times and not once did I hear back from the teacher. If for any reason you need to withdrawal they will not except it. Even if you withdraw a day or 2 after the deadline, they will make you pay every cent, even if you had good reason for the withdrawal. If you want to attend a college that cares about your needs and your success I would highly recommend choosing a different college because the only thing they care about at this college is getting your money. I wish I could give this school ZERO stars. Some teachers press play on a recorded lecture during our "class," and thats how we learn. Other teachers read verbatim off of the slides. There is only one competent teacher – Mary Castang, but she only teaches the begining nursing classes. The teachers were very unprofessional and often didnt know answers to students questions. They are very power hungry, and will get in arguments with students who find mistakes or have questions about the material/books. The books are written by regis professors – an obvious conflict of interest and are required for the class. The clinical instructors are VERY untrustworthy, and will cover their back in an instant, and put the students at risk. Even though they are supposed to protect students, and teach them during clinical. The dean for the nursing school terrible, and should really be looked into. She claims to care about the students well being and wants them to suceed. Of course this all happens virtually or in a big lecture hall in front of all the students. When met with individually she acted as if she was listening and responded with a gereic response she probably tells all students/ has a list and chooses one that matches what the student says –> all she had to say was "I dont care," and literally reapeated that after I tried to explain. All very degrading and emotionally traumatizing when nurses in school are already loaded with busy work from class, and clinical work assigned by the clinical instructor and from the class teacher. Lisa Zenoni comes off as the sweetest lady during orientation, and seems super supportive of students succeeding. After school starts shes very passive aggressive, and gets very defensive when she is confronted about being wrong. All in all, if admitted to the nursing program, be aware of every rules in the student guide, and dont follow the directions of the clinical instuctors as those rules dont match the regis rules and those are grounds for dismissal. Understand the teachers and how they teach and be ready to teach yourself. As for the students, the younger students who went throught the regis college are very rude to the transfer students and try to get them in trouble due to the fact that theu are usually smarter, do really well in all the classes, and are very motivated. Be very careful where trust is,placed as it is easilt used to get students in trouble.maria trick

Disappointment at every turn. I'm a student at Regis, was using my GI Bill here. I've seen a lot of my classmates (BS Computer Science) not able to find the classes offered needed to graduate on schedule. The course offerings are pretty sporadic, graduating on time is unlikely. I was pursuing a certificate in Information Systems Security along with a BS in Computer Science, but the Advanced Unix course that was required for the certificate is offered once a year and often doesn't even run. Now the certificate has been withdrawn. The advisors are helpless. The closer you get to graduation, the harder it is to find the classes you need. I have been advising my veteran friends to attend other schools. The professors here are top notch. They are the only reason I can give Regis two starts instead of one.Zach Zachareas

If you don't already have a job in the computer programming world, do not bother going to Regis through their online computer science degree program. The program has many errors in both the content, the instructions, and even in the grading of assignments. The cost of their program is incredibly expensive, unacceptably so with the errors they have in their own coursework. You also spend all of your time reading and teaching yourself since there are little to no videos available. This is fine if you have experience in the field already or are fine with reading a textbook, but if you are looking for someone to actually teach you this is not the location you want to go. I appreciate Rasmussen University for having an abundance of resources and many professors and other staff members who demonstrate they want students to succeed. I especially have enjoyed being a peer educator, being privileged to work with Tammy Hopps who is an excellent supervisor and leader, and also being able to work with other peer educators who care for their peers as much as I do. I transferred from a local state college, which I considered sticking with to save money, but in reality, not much is saved when you compare the timeframe for graduation. At the state college it would take me an extra 2 whole years to receive my BSN, whereas at Rasmussen I save 2 years of time because of their second-degree BSN option. I am very pleased with the quality of technology – at the state school blackboard and other resources were slow and did not work as well on my cell phone, whereas with Rasmussen I can easily access everything I need from my phone when I'm on the go. It's inspiring to see so many single parents and married parents in school, some of which also work full time or part time like myself while completing their degree. I had such high hopes when enrolling at this school. However my experience hasn't been favorable at all. I am a current student and I was disappointed because even though I was able to enroll and start classes I really felt unsupported on this journey. I'm realizing Rasmussen may not be the school for me. I REALLY thought I would be supported and encouraged. I was made to feel that Rasmussen would be rooting for me through my academic journey. Instead I am bombarded with emails and calls telling me what I already know… I owe money. No calls or emails about how I can be helped to budget so that I can pay more toward the balance. I'm only being told: what I owe, to get the balance down to $500-$1000 and to take out loans; which will only put me in debt and it's too early to be taking out loans when I've been in school since September of 2021 and have 2 more years. Also this school doesn't cater to single parents, limited income and individuals that HAVE to work. This morning I called the university for the North Orlando Campus for the Nursing program and spoke to the director of Nursing who was discusstingly rude on the phone. I called to get information, He had no patience and told me Not to proceed a career in Nursing because it was Not for me. Word of advice: try and transfer out of this ghetto school as soon as possible. It'll save you the headache. TAKE ONLINE CLASSES! That way, you will not have to deal with their crap. The only good thing you'll find about this school is the cheap tuition, some good professors if you can find the right ones. So far, I managed to have good ones. And a few nice students along the way. But the unprofessional, unorganized with the admins, staff, etc is a nightmare. I'm speaking from experience with the financial aid and trying to sign up for classes. They act like they don't know what they're doing. Not to mention, you try to be friendly and they give you attitude like you did something wrong. Plus, the staff and admins are incredibly immature and straight up bullies. When you ask for help, they will act irritated, rude or expect you to it yourself. You know that you are going to be around students all day long, and if that is something you cannot handle or deliver civil professionalism, then why are you working here to begin with? Oh yeah, because they just hire anybody, and just hungry for a paycheck. Oh and also, people just tell you different answers or just straight up lie to you. If I had the choice, I would not spend another semester here for another minute. They really need to do something about this ghetto, unprofessional, unorganized, low class school and hire better admins, staff, etc too. I'll be so glad when I'm able to leave this school because I will not miss it. I'm sticking to my statement that Virginia schools are better. Also, another thing to add is that the advisers do not know how to do their jobs! I hated this college including all staffs, administration and president of this college I had many issues with back when I was attending this college. Yes, I graduated in 2004, made very high grades and achieve my goals, but the President of this college did nothing about my situation. She failed to do her job claiming that she will not bar a student for harassing me. She is very lucky I did not sue her before I graduated. Other people has complained about allowing non-visitors attending to this school for no reason. This brings a major concern about safety. I would advise no one attend to this school. I wonder why there are so many bad reviews about this school. It's not as bad as I thought or as I read. Yes, I did have a bad impression at first because I was supposed to take four courses, now I'm taking three because of their carelessness. But that's the only problem I've encountered here. I had some guy named Ian text me. He started off by saying hi. All I wanted was information on the nursing program. Then he asked if I did the financial aide, then he said " we cannot go forward if they didn't have my financial aide information and if I had a high school diploma. All I wanted was information about the nursing program, why would I give him all that information? He kept pressuring me. So, finally I said to him, I will not ho forward until I get information about the nursing program. I have applications pending at other nursing schools. And accepted to one. I'm a busy mom, worked full time until recently and have been working towards my Bach. Psychology with a minor in Spiritual Leadership. I've enjoyed every moment of my degree. The counselors have been phenomenal and the student financial aid department is both nice and helpful every time I've had to contact them. This isn't a slacker school. The courses are demanding and the knowledge you obtain is real. I love the flexibility online classes offers as I have two young boys at home and a full time job to keep up with. I absolutely loved going to school here. I have made so many life long friendships and even met my husband here! Not only that, but I am friends with the professors here and still keep in touch with them. They have a fantastic missions department where students can lead trips across the world to share the Gospel. The campus looks nothing like what it did when I first started going there but it’s exciting to go back and see all the changes and upgrades they have. The school is by far the worst I've ever been to. Started off fall of 2021 with accomodation for disability. My FAFSA was submitted incorrectly edited twice by the admin, one who had not a clue what was going on, my advisor starting off was late for appts and didn't even tell me the half of how to do anything on campus much less how to get around on the website, he assumed many things that I knew as well. Come time to start the semester and only 1 professor of 4 submits books to the library and the library doesn't have all of them. So I order them and by the time week 4 starts everything is just getting settled. Fast forward to spring, once again no submissions of text books by any professors. Due to my disability accomodations, I'm supposed to submit receipts for my books 4-6weeks out, hard to do this when professors aren't submitting. Had a death in the family and then covid twice and was told the same thing every other student was told and the office of the president told me to go back to the dsrc and to get new accomodations. These accomodations were originally set by the dsrc and were determined to be reasonable. This administration is clearly not equipped to handle most things and offers no recourse for students. Along with this CSU-Pueblo supports the discrimination of disabled students and even allows it within the Hassan School of Business. If you can, attend another school near Pueblo like UCCS, etc..Timothy Fleenor

Graduated from this college in 2016. Program was not an issue at the time and professors ranged from good to decent. However, cost was outrageous. I paid out of state tuition even though I had a Colorado physical address due to living with a parent, but my license was out of state. So I paid double cause of my driver's license. And like one reviewer has stated, degree does not equal experience; so no one will hire me in my career field because I have zero experience in the field, despite meeting the degree qualifications…. even for entry level positions. Waste of money. Don't attend college, get the experience in your career path first. You'll get farther than spending thousands on book knowledge you can learn on your own.Katie

Very rude staff members. I'm still new at school and when I ask could I use the library was told I wasn't allowed because I was only enrolled into 9 credit hrs. Then dealing with Teresa from the bookstore very rude. I bought brand new books for almost $500 and was told they only would offer me $30 for my $253 book that they resale at $190 used. When asking questions she got real rude and belittling making me feel stupid because I wanted to ask questions. I loved this college, compared to a university I saved a TON of money, and I have had nothing but amazing experiences with staff and faculty. They went above and beyond to help me and make sure that I was taking the correct classes for what I wanted to do and that all my credits would transfer. The professors are dedicated to helping the students that want to be helped, just like any school there are the students who don't care and don't put in the effort. I absolutely love the RT program here, the instructors are probably the best I have ever had. They have super high standards, but they also help you reach those high standards. The school is a bit pricey, but you get helpful instructors, with real experience, and who are ready to assist you whenever you need it. Plus, the hands on experience in class is a huge benefit. The only two downsides is not the program itself, but the food and beverage options in the school “cafe”, and the uniforms. For the price of the program, the uniforms are very stiff, and definitely nothing close to decent quality. So, if your enrolling, make sure to put some $$ aside to buy comfortable scrubs that actually fit you. As for the cafe, it would be great to have a real coffee machine (not instant coffee), so we don’t have the need to go off campus for caffeine. Overall though, I love my program, the instructors, and the new career PIMA is helping me prepare for. I definitely would recommend PIMA to anyone who wants to actually start a new medical career!Christina Romero

This school is easy to get started at. I was admitted to the RT program immediately after taking some brief tests and completing a mock study schedule. It is not a cheap option, but the wait list for cheaper schools is two years long…so I decided to get my schooling done rather than wait. I hope that the high price of education here all goes to the instructors, because they are the only worthwhile part of attending here. The admissions staff will make whatever promises they need to make to get you signed up, even if it is something they can’t deliver. The facility and equipment is old. The programs are fast paced and will leave you behind unless you are serious about learning the material.Derek Aaron

Choosing Pima Medical Institute and their Respiratory Therapy program was one of the best decisions my family and I have made. The program was very thorough and straightforward in the teachings. The thing I enjoyed the most was the constant engagement you were able to have with the instructors. Everyone is very open and willing to help in any situation whether it was school related or just life in general. The PD is amazing and she will do everything in her power to make sure you are not only a successful graduate but you are a successful RRT for many years to come. I LOVE LOVE LOVE working at Pima in COS! After 30 years in general practice, I am so happy to share my experiences and make new memories with the students and staff. The students are so amazing that I get sad when then leave! Many of them keep in touch and visit when they are nearby or in town. People that I meet in the veterinary field (and the human medical field for that matter) are excited to tell me all about the incredibly talented Vet Techs and Vet Assistant students that have landed at their location after attending Pima. They are asking me to KEEP THEM COMING!! The leadership is supportive and approachable. They make a great effort to celebrate and show appreciation for the students and the instructors throughout the year. A shout out during a staff meeting means a lot to those of us that are teaching every day! We are proud to be celebrating Pima Medical Instutitute's 50Th anniversary and kudos to the really popular, soft and comfortable 50th anniversary t-shirts. . .my evening students wear them EVERY casual Thursday night! I've spent a year and a half at Pima in the veterinary assistant and technician programs and I love it! The instructors are amazing and they do everything they can to help you succeed. I've gotten to work with animals I never thought I would go near and I've gained so much confidence from my experiences. I started the Respiratory Therapy program in 2007, as a non-traditional student seeking some sort of career in the medical field, but having no background in medicine whatsoever. It was hands down the best decision I ever made in terms of career choices. My instructors and the Program Director were patient, knowledgeable, and so caring. I graduated and was able to find work in the field right away here in Tucson. I loved the culture at Pima Medical Institute so much that I came back 10 years later to teach, helping to educate future RTs in the field. I would recommend PMI to anyone needing more individualized attention than a university setting generally provides, as well as anyone who needs a structured school schedule that is designed to still allow for work.Samandrea Barkley

I whole heartedly recommend PMI-Tucson nursing program. This is not your typical nursing school. Yes, it is accelerated, but they care! I am a student that travels from Phoenix every week to attend school, and both the program director Mrs. Wiebelhaus and the clinical director Mrs. Morelli regularly check-in to make sure I am doing okay. When I got sick and had to miss two weeks of class, my instructors made sure I had all the notes and homework so that I did not fall behind. PMI is a wonderful school to attend for nursing! I absolutely love my instructors, and I know they genuinely care about me and the level of education I receive. So much thought is put into each individual class, and there are many resources to reach out to if you need additional help. Mrs. Arnold and Mrs. Morelli are two instructors out of many that really put forth effort into personalized help as well as an overall rounded education, and I'm grateful that I have them and all the other instructors at PMI to lead me into my nursing career.Kat Weaver

They let me down big time, took forever to get my financial aid appointment, they slacked on helping me as a first time student and caused me to be bumped out of the esthetisian course for the second time and they put me on a waiting list again saying the course is now filled up. The advisors don't communicate well and didn't do enough to ensure that process would come together. So now after all of my hard work to get in school they won't own up to the fact that they failed and put it back on me. Excuse me but they get a pay check to ensure a first time student succeeds. No going the extra mile here nor connecting the dots. Your just SOL if you think they care.E Green

It is like pulling teeth to get ahold of ANYONE here. I've sent several emails and voicemails. When (and if) someone does finally respond, they leave a very undetailed email. I never get a phone call back. I live an hour away from the school so "dropping in" isn't really an option. I was willing to move closer to the school if I got into their LPN program, but stopping by to be able to talk to someone is just a bit out of the way… I don't want to drive all the way down there for a few simple questions…Aimee Whatley

I love this school I did not do good in school my girlfriend encouraged me to go back and get my G.E.D . Then told me we should do nurse assistant class at the college i love all the instructors they are super helpful and push me to keep going. I graduated in 2019 from citizens school of nursing! I chose this program over 2 others based on numerous things! 1.) A friend of mine had gone there and had wonderful things to say about the classes and the staff! 2.) I also liked the fact that there was more clinical and more experiences over other programs (we got go to core, children’s home, 3 different hospitals, and numerous other awesome places while also taking care of a home health patient etc)! 3.)They put you into smaller groups and that group becomes like your family! We all studied together and pushed each other to do our best! I would never have passed if it wasn’t for my classmates and the amazing teachers! If I needed help, I could walk up to just about any of the staff and they would figure out a way to help me! All in all I am happy I chose citizens! My teachers have all kept in touch with me and I really truly feel like they care about where you end up there!Nikki Nadeo

I can honestly say that choosing citizens school of nursing was the best career choice I could have ever made. The instructors and faculty were welcoming from day 1, always willing to help and encourage us. They were available and answered on weekends, evenings (when they are off the clock). They truly wanted to see each and every student succeed. The atmosphere is wonderful, the facility is well kept & always tidy. Learning & engagement is 100%! Small classroom sizes, allowing for more individualized teaching/help. Citizens School of Nursing prepared me to enter this profession & I feel confident doing it. I had a great experience at Citizens! The teachers are great, if you need help they will absolutely take the time to help you. You get way more clinical experience then any other nursing school around time wise and variety of places you go! The program is tough and you have to work hard but hey it’s nursing school it’s supposed to be tough. I feel a lot of the negative comments are from people who couldn’t make it through the program and you have to put the time and hard work in for sure. If you are looking for a nursing school call and talk to them you won’t be disappointed. You will have a great nursing school experience and land a great job after graduation.shannon lowen

I found that the staff and faculty were helpful and skilled. The professors are able to talk to students and are great instructors.The campus has a variety of higher education and skill pathways. There are classes for auto mechanics, park rangers, and much more. I got a fair amount of my credits from this school and more importantly it prepared me for advanced education.John T.L Hulstine

Hi well hello currently I am in the Medical assistant evening class, and my instructor Mr Juan has been the best instructor I have had so far. He has been teaching all classes Morning, afternoon and Evening, and yet despite him being here all day and me being the last class from 5pm to 10pm he never looses his enthusiasm. He has a strong passion to teach and he really does show us real world situations. He prepares us for the best and for the worst case scenarios since he has been in the medical field for 10 years, he shows us to always have respect and empathy for everyone. He radiates positivity and love, with every thing he does. He dedicates everything to being the best teacher he can be and it really shows how much he cares. Any time i'm having trouble with any work I know I can ask and he will explain everything a million times until I fully understand the subject. Thank you Mr Juan my JUABULOSO teacher for everything you do. you are so much appreciated by the whole class.But much appreciated by me. I loveeeeeeeeee instructor Prowat! I have always struggled with anatomy and physiology but until she become my instructor I have been able to pass and learn my content. She makes learning so much fun and structures her class to where I feel like I am learning my best. If you want to join the LPN program she will make sure you succeed in her class. Also instructor Woolf is such a kind sweet soul who makes sure you are learning her context and does the above and beyond to stay with you after school to explain things to youGiselle Hermosill Padilla

I am currently enrolled at Pima, and the last couple months have been amazing. I’m in the Dental Assistant program and my instructor, Tanya Elespuru, has taught me more than I ever thought I would know. She’s an amazing instructor, and overall great person. For sure one of the best people that I have ever met, and I’m so glad to have her as an instructor at this campus.
