Overall I had a very positive experience at Quest Imaging. The staff was professional and friendly and the waiting areas were very nice. I especially was appreciative of how nice the women's health wing was. It was clean, very centered towards women (women's magazines and HGTV on the tv), the dressing room and the restroom were very nice, and overall this area made me feel more at ease about the reason I was there. The only reason I give 4 out of 5 stars is because I wasn't taken back for my imagine until 30 minutes after my appointment and there was no communication. If an office is running behind, I totally understand, but would appreciate being told when checking in for my appointment so I can make sure I can make arrangements for my other obligations.Hillary Beeney

Technician was great. I had to do a 24 hour urine test. When I brought back the sample the girl at the front told me i could not just drop it off i had to give my insurance cards again. I asked why she said we don’t keep anything on file and we will bill you and not the insurance. I didn’t give my insurance or id (my information was on the sample) however i was called and my sample was taken with no questions asked. So either I am going to get a bill or someone needs training on her job. This was the Brimhall location.it was a young girl with dark hair.Leilani Jeffery

Front end staff are very friendly same as advisors, technicians even the training staff each and everyone are just awesome. I think I had the best experience and suggest everyone to visit them if there is a requirement. God bless everyone and keep away from all medical needs everyone should be healthy. If you want to learn nothing and look at PowerPoint slides all day then this is perfect for you. I signed up for their externship program and had it all lined up. However, they canceled my program, didn't refund my money, and told me I breached my contract by not responding to their emails fast enough. DO NOT GO TO THIS SCHOOL. Go anywhere else. Literally every step of the process was messed up, had lack of communication, weren’t professional, and they literally took my money. People this place is a waste of time. The job placement is at America's job center and they don't have jobs for you. Good thing it's free or I be demanding a refund. You can take these classes for free at the community college and at least get real credit for it. Ms. Ruiz for Business class likes threatening people for missing class. She don't help students. All she says is read the directions. Might as well make it an online class from home. I seriously wasted 6 months of my life. Only good teacher I think was Mr. Lopez. He helps the students. This is a place of gossip and jealousy Mrs. Russell , keyboarding , doesn’t offer you help unless you email her , and when you tell her that she is there to support and help, She refuses. She runs to the office with the dean to kick you out of her class cuz she doesn’t want you in her class anymore more not even in other classes , and Chad , principal assistant , supports them because he doesn’t know how to run his office or command them to behave like they suppose to be. We were cheated out of our full education at the beginning of COVID and are therefor unemployable. My entire class fought for months to try and get our money back, but we were told we recieved our education. The school refused to take any responsibility for their poor actions. I called to get information on two programs. Because I'm paying for this and have a child and want to see which program fits not only myself but my family aswell. The young lady who helped was very rude telling me there two different programs and why I wanted information about both which ^^ I explained and she got irritated I was requesting information about both she said I'm not doing both choose one I did and that program director reached out but I couldn't hear her and so she hung up never called back. I call back telling her what happened and if she can have either programs director call me cause I want to get the ball rolling and there's online hygienists she proceeds to yell we don't have that we only have this I said can I finish saying it's online she then says yes it's online online only I'm like yes I know. she's says we'll I'm only able to put you in one so choose I do again so again I'm waiting for the call to get basic information class schedule how many units start date cost of program. I was really excited to return to school and gain some experience to finally get a job. My instructor was very helpful and kind. But when it would come to administration, that was a whole different thing. It would take them a while to reply, my previous career advisor would take almost two weeks. With my previous career advisor, I felt like my suggestions and my goals were thrown out the window. It honestly made not want to even associate with them anymore. And I didn’t. Of course, this may have upset them, but after being left with no answers, I didn’t want to waste my time. I was told that I would get a job as soon as I graduated. And even though I was grateful for being given the chance, I left the job. I was severely unhappy and I realized that it’s not what I even wanted or suggested from my career advisor. I graduated the surgical technology course in September, 2018. I love SJVC!! Within less than a week of graduating, I applied for a job and went to work as a surgical tech. The instructors were fantastic, the courses challenging and stimulating, and the pace was fast. Best advice: Hit the ground running, don't procrastinate, be prepared for class, do all of your reading, assignments, and projects as soon as they are assigned, and you'll do fine. Everyone at SJVC has been so helpful… It's definitely not a regular junior college campus. (Thank God…) I highly recommend SJVC, no matter what field of study one chooses to pursue.Frank H. Weeden

To whom this may concern , I’m honestly disappointed with the instruction and materials provided by HDMC. A lot goes on campus and not much is done by administration. Each student in the UT program invest a big amount of money to this school yet we don’t have the sufficient equipment to practice our hands on training. To start off instructors teach a module they’re not specialized in and teach it when they have no clue what they’re instructing us when it comes to the hands on training. Our ultrasound machines are very out dated , old and broken. Ut is the the biggest program at this school yet theres more Ut students then ultrasound machines to scan on . Certain instructor has very poor work ethic always talking bad about her students to the other instructor when other students can hear her. As a student I don’t feel comfortable to approach my instructor if help is needed when she talks bad about us among other instructors. Another unethical habit certain instructor does is put her students on the spot with personal information when it was told to her confidential.From the looks of it HDMC overall has been focused on expanding by opening more campuses. It amazes me how many complaints I am reading. My boyfriend attended this school. I saw a lot of students who didn't put ANY effort into their work let alone apply themselves. Most of the students in that place complained about EVERYTHING, or didn't show up. There were more failures than graduates. High Desert MAKES you do the work and cuts people no slack. If they're treating you like a child, it is probably because you're acting like one. This is college, not high school. My boyfriend graduated with a 98%, High Desert treated my boyfriend like a KING. The student loan process was easier than getting a car loan. My boyfriend plans on going back to further himself in the medical field. I wouldn't want him going anywhere else. The staff are very unprofessional. they are more concern on what you are wearing, instead of actually educationing the students. the ultrasound program is the largest and the most expensive, yet the machines they trained on don’t work or outdated. The instructors never last because the school sucks! And they have these meeting every so often and they have you sitting on floor while the director who is annoying as hell with her “Woo hoo”, speaks and they give out these awards for showing up to class everyday. This location should be shut down indefinitely. Faculty is extremely lazy, rude, and unprofessional. They waste your time by not sticking to the lesson plan. They also make extremely false and misleading promises when you enroll. You waste so much time participating in classes where teachers are incapable in staying on topic and once you complete them they turn around and tell you that they are no longer compensating you for your time as initially promised. It's laughable when they try to teach you how to work in a workplace all while goofing off. You're better off going to the Mt Vernon location because they are a lot more involved in trying to motivate you and not disrespect you. Faculty here acts like your time is worthless and therefore worth wasting. There is no respect for students and they continually lie in hopes of getting students to stick around. I am a returner to BAS. I received my CNA license in 2009 and I am back 2022 for their LVN program. The instructors are nothing less than LEADERS. Some instructors are 4th semester BC instructors for their RN program. They do a great job at keeping us engaged, on track, and interested during lecture. There is also funding available that pays for the program for those who qualify. This school could use some updates. I applied to one of the graduate programs. I received an email indicating to fill out a printed version of the application to the program. Everything has to be printed on paper. I also had to make an order money check to pay for the application and other payments. I believe there should be options do to it online. I had to pay overnight shipping for I did not what my private information to be lost. There was a worker that has helped me a lot of the questions, but still made me uneasy about the program. I did not receive any notification when my application was received. The only way I knew it was received was because a worker called me to ask me a few questions about my application. Months went by. I called April and admissions did not know anything about my status on my application. I had to call someone in the program. (Same worker that was helping me). She said by mid April the school should know who they are accepting. Mid April pass now it is towards the end of May. I still have not received anything from the school. I called to ask again and the same worker told me end of May. There are only four days left for the end of May. Fall semester usually starts in August. No notification at all from the school. No rejection notification, nor waitlisted, nor acceptance. A friend even jokingly said “Does this school even exist?”. So disappointing. I cannot even plan my education without knowing if I got accepted or not. Maybe I should have applied to other schools.nvstar

Amazing experience. CSU Bakersfield doing Covid vaccines for anyone that wants one. All thats needed is photo ID. Very professional, very friendly, and very quick staff. The entire time from parking in the abundant parking spaces to walking to the facility, waiting in line, getting the show, waiting the 15 minutes, and leaving was less than an hour. Thank you to everyone the set up, ran, and administered the vaccines. Your staff are the real heros. The participants even were on point by following the guidelines to make the experience enjoyable.Kevin Butler

This is a good college, with many great professors, especially in the psychology department. This area has far fewer people, so it's easier to go to school here than some of the other more crowded universities down below. It's not a great place to live, not so much because it's a bad town, but because of the air-quality. But you're much more likely to pay lower rent, and find it easier to go to college here, if you're considering going to a CSU. I'm grateful for my time there.Brian Dillard

I went here off an on for a.few years however I moved out of state for 2 yrs when I returned I went on to order transcripts and saw I had a bill In further review I saw there were classes added to my acct but the format they use now canvas and such isnt something I've used. It's been years since I've taken classes. Well the classes were never dropped and never paid for but they are charging me for them. Classes that are way off of anything I've ever taken. Well no one will help me they keep saying I added them etc etc. Rediculous. I was a pre nursing major and the classes are like wildlife law stuff. Idek what to do. I've heard that it's a good place to start at, that's it. Trying to get ahold of ANYONE in charge there is a lost cause. Trying to report baseballs hitting our cars in the neighborhood from their baseball practice, reporting student cars parked in front of my driveway, and now trying to get anything done about the excessively loud music played while their baseball practice is going on….no one responds. The neighbors and I can hear the music from six houses down across the street….and from inside our homes!!! Their coaches clearly are not concerned about teaching any moral values or respect.Bug Lover

Inconsiderate college. They have courses listed for students to sign up only for them to get cancelled shortly after. They claim "low enrollment" but the classes that are available are filled to capacity. There are 100 students in one of classes with no online option! They do not care of the risk COVID. Professors don't even answer their emails when you ask them about available classes they are teaching. Go to CSUB and stop wasting your time with these chumps!M C

So disappointed in the location at 3838 San Dimas. Took my child here for care on Monday 7/25/22. All three young women at the front desk were loudly discussing their personal business in front of the patients waiting at the check-in counter. They were so loud, everyone in the waiting room could hear their personal discussion. Now, we all knew how one of them went to Disneyland, how one of them was at the movies when the place they ordered a food delivery from called them in the middle of the movie, and more. It was so disrespectful to the establishment and why patients come here. They need to keep conversations to a minimum and work on their professionalism when in front of patients. When patients come here, they tend to feel anxious about the impending medical procedures and quite frankly, they don't need to hear about the staff's personal adventures. There was a patient who arrived and and just left another KR location, and they tried to tell her that her appointment was at the other location, when the other place told her to go to San Dimas. So they didn't have an appointment for her, and directed her to go downtown to the KR location. She told them she didn't have a car. They announced very loudly, "Ohhh you don't have a car?" I could tell by the look on her face, this made the patient feel embarrassed. So the staff behind the counter goes to check the back to see if they can squeeze her in, and leaves the patient standing there, uncomfortably. While the patient is standing there, the other two women were continuing on their loudly conversation. I'm just completely disappointed by this location. I have been here before, but I will more likely not return to this location. The mom in me almost said something to them. These young women need to be reminded they are working for a reputable healthcare facility and take their jobs more seriously.Patrick and Heather Wheaton

Staff was friendly enough. My 9 year old had an 8:50pm apt,we were told to arrive 20 minutes early In which we did so. We were not seen until 10:20pm, we did not leave the facility until 11pm. When we checked in they did not tell us they were behind. We’re just told to have a seat and that they would be out to get him. It was not until the lady sitting next to us went to ask how much longer until she would be seen, her apt was at 8:10 and at this point it was 9:15. If your running over an hour behind you should atleast let people know so we don’t have to sit in the waiting room for 2 hours. I was told to arrive at 9:45. I arrived at 9:40 for a fine needle biopsy of my neck. Waited in two different rooms for 1 hour and 10 minutes Was as put on table, waited another 30 minutes for staff (one doctor + lab person). Was irritated with the wait…told several times that personnel were on their way. Also told that schedulers always tell patients to come at that time. What??? Why? If doc was off location, why make people come in when doc is not there? He had not had any emergency elsewhere.Susan Mcquerrey

I Strongly recommend those who are interested in the programs they offer TO DO IT; especially the CNA program. Words cannot describe the professionalism and care each individual who works here give to each student. Mrs. V is an incredible person all around she answered every question or concern we had with love and patience. Mrs. V made the classroom feel very safe for ANYONE to participate whether we were extremely shy or comfortable to speak in front of others. She took her time to teach us the material and went over additional material given to succeed. She definitely went above and beyond her title as an instructor/admin. The 23 days go by so fast I will not only miss the staff but my classmates. I have made friendships here that will last a lifetime. The campus feels like home with what is provided to us as students. They have replicas of the setting you will be attending residents/patients which was really cool to practice in not having any experience in healthcare. Not only that but selected students were given an interview opportunity with KMC hospital. That is one of the many examples of how this facility wants to see you succeed in any aspiration you have. I am so proud to have recently graduated from this college. I did the accelerated CNA program, and now have a new career. Mrs. O. cares so deeply about each individual student and ensures your full comprehension of the material. There are two fully equipped lab rooms on site, the facility is beautiful, and we were even able to do clinicals at a local skilled nursing facility. Those of us that graduated with honors and top of the class were invited to a panel interview immediately upon graduating and offered immediate employment at one of the hospitals. I will be working at the hospital as a new grad. Mrs. Verna, Mrs. V. Mrs. Ashley and Mrs. O. are the dream team you want behind you that will push you to your highest potential in a professional and meaningful way. Invest in yourself and take the leap! I had such a positive experience in the 23-day accelerated CNA program. A friend recommended this program to me because of the kind, knowledgeable, and supportive staff and instructors. I currently live in San Bernardino; however, I drove three hours for this program because of the amazing things I heard about it. Fortunately, I was not let down. Miss O is an insightful and passionate instructor who deeply cares about her students. She promotes a safe and positive learning environment. Her instruction and the program prepared me for the State Certification Exam. If your long-term goal is to become a registered nurse, Cellan Central Valley College is a fantastic place to start your nursing career. Most awful experience… Ann is a straight KAREN was very passive aggressive and rude constantly speaking to everyone condescendingly, No matter how nicely you spoke to her. I once witnessed her get into a heated argument with a pregnant student over the nail polish she had on… Also every time they do speak to you it’s always the both of them, never just one to gang up and insert power over you to make you feel small. They have NO RESPECT FOR THEIR STUDENTS. YOUR OPINION DOES NOT MATTER AT THIS SCHOOL! Even though everyone maintains the right to speech they will Not let you defend yourself without threatening to drop you from the program. The program that you paid out of pocket to attend mind you that. As they do not accept financial aid. They see self defense or personal opinion as “attitude” and will drop you from the program for it. That’s what I was told from Ann herself. Over all learning wasn’t great either when I attended externship they told me to forget what I had learned as I was making mistakes because of it. Just completed their Hybrid Medical Assistant Program and it was definitely worth it. I was hesitant to apply at first, but I eventually applied and it was the best decision! Ann and Carlos were both very nice and helpful. Carlos is a great instructor and I learned a lot from him. I liked how he would point things out if you're doing something wrong and makes sure you are performing them correctly. Ann replies to emails every quickly and stays on top of all the background work. The class was fun and I enjoyed every bit of it. I was able to start my externship early while still taking their classes. Ann and Carlos let us complete homeworks that were passed due, especially since they know that we also have other things going on with our lives. Best decision I've made was coming to Liberty Career College! Speaking from my own experience, Carlos and Ann are genuine people and are there to help you succeed whether it's in the MA program or Phlebotomy program. I am in the phlebotomy program, and I don't regret coming to their school! Affordable, fast, and efficient. Carlos is a great instructor and very knowledgeable in what he is teaching. If you are hesitant to come due to the bad reviews, I would say, see for yourself because the bad reviews in my opinion were not accurate as to how I have been treated in class. Take good notes, be attentive, ask questions, and enjoy your time in class! I took the OSHA 511 course and the material we reviewed was relevant and helpful. My instructor was Russ Barringer. He didn't answer peoples questions clearly and pressured the class participants to attend an additional lecture at a different location for an additional cost. Long story short I did not attend but I passed the class. He would give round about answers and default back to re-reading the slide(s). He allowed students to take over the course and because of that that the last two days of the course seemed rushed and inefficient.Karmela k
