We were working on our project (Our Green Hope) today where we used 3000 reusable bags to make the largest mosaic. The worker at the campus were friendly and supportive. After finishing the project, all the 3K bags were given for FREE at Kroger to encourage people to start using reusable bags instead of plastic grocery bags. The College of Wooster is a great college. Every room I have seen has been very clean (outside of individuals' clutter in their rooms). The student population is generally very friendly and outgoing. The teachers are extremely well versed in their knowledge of their subjects, and are almost always willing to go out of their way to help a student do his or her best. The kitchen and custodial staff members are very kind and out going. Some may w en go as far as saying that some custodians are almost like temporary parental figures for the students in their dorms. Taught at this college for one year. Impression is not what I had expected before I started. Students are mislead with what the college has to offer them. From my experience teaching at different institutions, students should have been taught much better. Grades students receive don't necessarily represent what they had earned. I went to a high school of only 200 kids with a graduating class of less than 40 but I still feel that I'm receiving more personal attention at the College of Wooster. I go to extra curricular events with my professors every week. Professors I have never had class with know my name and will talk to me when I bump into them on campus, and I correspond with all of my professors through email frequently. Marietta College exists for its students. This small college is not run for its own financial benefit. The college works to make well-rounded individuals that are ready to leave their mark. The faculty and professors hold you to a high standard to prepare you. Student life is constantly changing to try to meet the needs of students and always have your best interest in mind. The campus police are the nicest people you will ever meet. When you get to the college you will either be so involved you need more time or you won’t be involved in anything. My son toured the campus and fell in love with it! We had toured a couple other schools, that I thought couldn't be beaten, but he found his college!! He was accepted and sent in his registration payment!! He's going to be playing football for the college (OLB) and found a major he never considered which will be a perfect fit for him (sports management)! He received a great scholarship package and was on par with all the other colleges he had looked at and applied for FASFA (68% paid for through scholarships/grants). It’s a racket. You pay way too much for a subpar education. There are more reasonably priced private colleges, with better programs, up the road. Do your research before attending this college. Its a bit hard to rate an entire university. I'll preface this with the fact that I'm rating from a students perspective and won't be factoring in cost to attend in my review. First, the university is big and beautiful. All the old brick buildings give a nice general vibe to the campus. Uptown is also a nice social hub for the weekends, fit with bars, restaurants, and Bagel and Deli. There are plenty of people on campus to befriend and plenty of clubs to find like minded people with. Second, the classes. I've had great classes so far, not finding any "bad" professors. For context, my classes have revolved around computer science and math. Mileage may vary, I haven't taken every class. Third, the food. The included meal plan gives access to meal halls which have a wide array of food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Some items, like cereal or pizza, are guaranteed every day of the week, with other entrées being cycled out each day. Its good at first,, but these dining halls are functuonally mean to be eaten at daily. After a while of that, the food quickly becomes just edible. The Armstrong center has a bunch of restaurants that require payment like normal, however they don't accept meal plan swipes or their equivalent value, something I've seen in much smaller universities. This food is actually good, but eating here isn't sustainable for the aforementioned reason. Paying at these locations means you're really paying twice. Once for the food, and again for the meal swipe you've essentially wasted. For this reason, I've taken a star. Lastly, I feel safe on campus. Their transparency with active police activity sent to your email along with their crime and fire reports each year indicate this campus is a pretty safe place to be. Its in basically the middle of nowhere, the campus being its own town. In fact, Miami University outsources their own police department to the town its inside of.Jack Duvall

I am a student at Tiffin University who will be transferring this next fall. I would not suggest TU. Below is why. 1. At orientation, my parents and I were misled and lied to on several. An example of that is public transportation. They said it was plentiful. It is not. There is an expensive taxi service. 2. Most of my professors had experience in their fields. Sadly, a lot of my professors lacked ability to teach their subject despite their experience. 3. 50% of their students are athletes. I thought this would be a good thing. It is not. Students are secluded into their sport groups. 4. It is important to note how low TU standards are. It is so they can get more athletics on campus. Not students. 5. The Seneca House on campus is not good. Your tuition includes this clinic, but it is terribly hard to get in for an appointment. 6. TU’s degree rankings are significantly low. If you do not plan to go into Homeland Security or Sports Marketing, you will most likely leave with a bad degree. 7. If you are not an athlete on campus, you will not find any substance here. 8. If you have problems with your roommate, the ability to resolve this is a slow and tedious process that only makes the situation(s) worse. 9. Despite being 130 years old, TU has one of the lowest growth in college development in the nation. 10. The housing on campus is subpair. 11. The internet and computers are slow. It is traditionally known to turn in assignments late because of the computers and/or internet. 12. The food isn’t good. When you visit on campus, it is. After you come here, the quality drops tremendously. 13. Some of the classrooms are shared public buildings – not TU owned. 14. The dean of students will sell you on some line saying how if your student doesn’t go to his/her classes, he will track them down and make sure they do. It’s all talk. 15. They will sell you on having a family atmosphere. It is all smoke and mirrors to make you feel like there’s an actual community here. 16. Most of Tiffin’s buildings are paid through public donations. The tuition you pay mostly goes into paying for the campus’s utilities and professors. 17. TU has only 22% full-time professors. Another statistic that puts TU below average. 18. Despite them talking about their importance of security here, it is horribly lacking. People have gotten robbed out of their dorms, cars broken, and even threatened with no repercussions. 19. When you look at the value of your money in comparison to other universities around the region, you see TU ranked tremendously below average. 20. Professors and admission advisors are quick to forgetting who you are as soon as you’re on campus. 21. TU feels so much like a high school. If you want a college experience, you will not get it here. High school drama, interactions, and behaviors are to be expected. 22. TU is ranked 93 out of 173 regionwide. State wide, 50 out of 57. 23. Student loan rates at TU are 0.18% more than the National Average. 24. Freshmen retention rate is below the national average. 25. TU is nothing but salesmen trying to trick you into coming here. They will put you behind in your degree. They are experts at this. It is impressive how well they can con you. 26. The cost and return are not even close to being equal. This was all discovered within the first year here. If we were told the truth and known the reality of this campus, my family and I would have never picked TU. What is above is facts through statistics online and personal experience. Don’t risk coming here on some athletic dream or to be closer to home. It is not worth it. I am a former student of Tiffin university and I can definitely say that it is not your money’s worth. I did not have an enjoyable experience at college like most freshman should. I never made any friends. It was almost impossible too. Because the main thing at this university is sports just about every kid I saw was on some kind of sports team. If you were not on a sports team is was incredibly hard to meet new people or to be friends with anyone. The food was not the greatest either is was hard to digest anything they had to offer there. The options of food were also slim as well. The worst part was when I suffered a horrible tragic event of my Fiancé passing away while I was still attending school and I was clearly distraught and grieving, being an out of state student I felt like I was alone and I had no family or friends to comfort me while I was there. So instead of the university trying to get me into counseling I was sent to a MENTAL hospital and completely cut off from the outside world and then call my family 12 hours away to say I was in a hospital and that they needed to come get me. I was in there for a mandatory three days, I could not grieve I did no feel safe and what made is worse was my roommate (after I was released) was treating me horribly to the point where I did not feel safe in my room anymore and had to stay with a friend in another dorm to avoid it. I was so traumatized that a university would do that to a student and now I suffer ptsd not only from my past but from the school and how they could do that to someone. And now here I am receiving multiple phone calls a year AFTER I transferred asking if I want to return. I clearly Transferred and it is on my recorded so at this point Tiffin University your desperate. Do NOT go to this schoolsamantha Mann

Some professors help students but the dean not help students. My story I have reports about my situation from 3 hospital in Ohio and one from my country . All my professors at fall semester 2019 accept my excused and my report but they told me we need the dean send email for us and the dean don't accept my excuse and he go to the office registration and dropped all my classes. I forget told you I have reported from disability at tiffin university but he didn't accept it. A majority of the positive reviews on this site are biased and are from the staff. Please, heed the warnings that you see here. Some of these positive comments come as a result of the staff coercing someone to post a positive review. Please, do not believe the positive reviews – for the sake of your wallet and academic progress. Coming to this college was nothing but a huge waste of time and money. By far the worst college ON THE PLANET. Please, go anywhere else but here. A lot of the credits do not transfer, the staff is rude and doesn't care about you, and a professor at Sinclair told me that they consider these classes to be sub-standard. Don't waste your time or money. The only thing they care about is your money. I understand that you may want to attend a community college because it's cheaper, but do keep in mind that you only get what you pay for and at clark state that isn't much! Low tuition fees = low quality institution. The professors are not here because they want to ensure the success of their students. It is so incredibly difficult and annoying trying to contact ANYONE at Clark State. Trying to speak with anyone at all via phone during normal business hours during the day on a normal weekday is just a string of voicemail after voicemail and no one ever calls back. The only way to accomplish anything, even having a simple question answered, is to physically go to the school and deal with someone directly. And even then, probably 90% of the staff are not helpful and talk to you like you are incompetent. I am finally finishing up my 2 years at Clark State in order to get the classes that I need to transfer into a 4 year school. It has been a constant battle to get anything done at this school. The teaching staff HAS been very helpful, but the staff that work in the offices (testing center, records & registration, cashier's office) are so condescending it is unbelievable. After spending thousands of dollars every semester to attend classes here, you would think the staff would be just only SLIGHTLY more respectful.Alisha Scott

My daughter has been trying to reach out to Clark to attend this Fall and NOBODY has returned her messages or calls. So I decided to check into the ratings on this community college. After reading some of the reviews with low ratings I’m understanding why Clark will not return my daughters calls or messages. I’m willing to try one more time in the hopes of getting an explanation. However, if I cannot get a hold of anyone, then I will take it that this is my sign that Clark is obviously NOT the college for my daughter. I would rather look for another college for her to attend with a much better education. if Clark cannot get their stuff together to return messages and called to students that are wanting to attend a hen how can they have their stuff together to teach students. I am an alumni. B.S. Chemical Engineering 2008, M.S. Biomedical Engineering 2012. I chose CSU as my undergrad school over Case Western because Case is ridiculously expensive and I received a full scholarship to CSU. My mother told me I could choose whatever school I wanted but if I passed the scholarship up for 40k+ a year in debt she would kill me. Thanks mom, you were right as always! The Chemical and Biomedical Engineering departments are outstanding. Great faculty, small class sizes, professors that legitimately care about the students but also won't put up with BS from students that aren't taking their own (or their classmates') education seriously. The head of the BME department at the time had a major impact on my life. He personally took interest in helping me get a full scholarship during the second year of my M.S. (Choose Ohio First scholarship), helped me land a Teaching Assistant position AND a fantastic internship. THANK YOU! CSU is not perfect though. I had some bad professors (and also excellent ones) in the math and physics departments. That is hard to avoid at any school. Many of the school departments are much, much bigger than mine so you may lose some of the personal interest from professors when your graduating undergrad class is more than 12 like mine. I tried to make use of the career center multiple times but they were not helpful in job searching. Also the Fenn College of Engineering (now the Washkewicz College of Engineering) building is woefully old and dated. It's so bad that in my second year in 2006 a metal fence had to be put about 10 – 15 feet in front of the building facade so no one would be injured by the crumbling concrete. I wish I was joking. The engineering labs were also filled with old equipment, the classrooms were missing technology that is standard in other schools like projectors. Note that this was all before the very generous donation from Mr. Washkewicz so I hope things have improved. The only other complaint I have is that my graduation requirements changed a couple times during my B.S. and I had a VERY difficult time finding out if I was on track for graduation. In fact I wasn't sure that I was going to graduate until I got confirmation about a month before graduation! Even with these complaints I had a great experience at CSU, which is why I went back for my M.S. after briefly considering Ohio State University. It was my professors and department that made the decision easy, they had a great positive effect on my life and I owe a lot to them.Jim

I'm a business student currently in my third year at CSU (transferred from Kent State) and have nothing but good things to say about this school. The campus is beautiful and right in the center of Downtown, giving you easy access to tons of interesting things to do in Cleveland. The general vibe of the campus is very laid back and friendly, and despite what other reviews seem to say, this is a very liberal/progressive and diverse school with many students of all walks of life. I feel I have received a perfectly adequate education at CSU, as someone who cares mainly about getting ready for a career and moving into the business world. There are good professors and bad ones, but the majority of them have been very likeable and knowledgeable. Many of my business professors have lots of real world experience and many years working in their field. I cannot comment on the other departments, but the business school is excellent and has many career services available to students. As a commuter student I love the RTA pass they provide, so I don't have to worry about driving and parking downtown (yes, their parking situation is pretty terrible here). Finally I'd like to say shame on the idiots who are giving my school 1-star reviews because of a faux pas made by the administration. The first amendment comment was misinformed, but it's far from supporting the offensive poster. Anyone trying to paint CSU as anti-LGBTQ because of that poster debacle is ignorant.Steven Barnes

I love Cleveland State. I am a biology pre-med major and the department is great. However, if you live in the dorms, don't plan on getting your mail anytime soon. It takes at least 10 days added on to the normal mail time to receive any type of letter or package. I ended up just getting a P.O. box at a local post office. The education and clubs are great. There are so many great opportunities here to take advantage of. I would definitely recommend this school to anyone who wants to live in the city and get a great education.Madison Chapanar

My sister held her wedding at this facility and it couldn't have been more perfect! Where do I start? The facility itself is very nice. Modern, immaculate inside and out, and very well designed. It's located on the ONU campus, which is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are sparkling and super comfortable. The food is delicious and expertly prepared. The Staff!! Where do I begin? From the moment we walked through the door we couldn't have been made to feel more welcome! It's not a huge facility, so everyone was aware of the upcoming event and was so welcoming. Beginning with Heather at check-in, Gayle assisting all weekend with food/beverage. Carla everywhere! And Tabitha, who coordinated the wedding; simply a masterful job! So many others that all contributed to making this a truly exceptional and memorable event! Honestly, should have listened to everyone discrediting this school. Cheaper ain't better. This school has stressed me out and I've only been attending for one semester. They keep changing my aid amount, will not reimburse my refund and all together have made my college experience a nightmare in hell especially with me working full-time. It always something new going on with my financial information for the following semester and new requirements that were completed prior to me attending resurfacing. Who has the time to keep re-ensuring that they're getting the money they already previously accepted? It doesn't matter how early you send your FAFSA in, they will find a way to have it reprocessed so late that you won't recieve the amount you already accepted. Attended Owens and completed an Associates degree in 2001. Returned to a local area 4 year college to complete a Bachelor of Science. Due to the high cost and mediocre experience. I chose to take as many transfer classes as possible at Owens. A full time semester was a fraction of a 4 year college semester. Pretty rigorous course material and most importantly, courses are well structured, you could actually work ahead following the syllabus. Students and staff are pleasant. Have my 4 year degree, and returning to Owens for certificate programs to fill in the gaps from said 4 year college curriculum.Brent A.

Denison is one of the top schools anyone looking for a liberal arts education could attend. The faculty and staff as well as fellow classmates provide a sense of belonging to anyone and everyone who visits or attends the school. During my four years attending the college on the hill, I made some of the best and most rewarding relationships with classmates, faculty, and staff. I continue to enjoy visiting the campus and love bringing my daughter to show her the great school that I attended. Besides my personal feelings about Denison, they are always doing their best to stay current with the times. This year, Denison has added many new additions to their curriculum. A new major in global commerce, a data analytics major, a concentration in financial economics and a new major in Health, Exercise, and Sport Studies (one that I am jealous they are offering since I graduated with an BA in Athletic Training). We love Denison, and Grandville, too, such an amazing place, and we're thrilled that our son chose and was chosen by Denison. He's getting a fantastic liberal arts education, participating in very progressive, positive groups, activities, tasks, work, life experiences. They've implemented, enforced, and succeeded with strong and smart COVID policies to give the students and staff as much of the true Denison experience as possible. Update, 8/30/2022: As we move our son back on to campus for his senior year, we're planning to spend more time visiting this wonderfully quaint village. Had a wonderful visit to Cedarville University. The students and faculty we met on both formally on the tours and informally on campus have an passion and appreciation for the school, the vision, values, the leadership, their education, and for people in general. Just an amazing culture there. Update: Now after visiting again, I'm further impressed. Very solid teaching, both academically and in the Biblical teaching. The staff and leadership love God, love people, and really strive to help the students succeed not only in their future career, but in life. When asked tough questions, the leadership does not give in to what people say or even try to walk a fine line trying to please everyone, but they stick to the Bible as the source of truth, and practice grace and truth. I am an alumni of cedarville and I have a very spilt opinion of the school. On one hand I had incredibly helpful professors who went out of their way to teach/mentor me through 4 years of college, interview prep and ultimately connected me to my after college job. On the other hand the administration has many flaws. They refuse to listen to students. I personally was harassed by a Bible professor. (He attempted to break into my car.) If you are struggling they will not make exceptions for you with curfew or chapel exc… They promote faculty that are demeaning to students (mindy may). I understand that most places have flaws. If you are willing to keep your head down and not debate or discuss theology and are okay with having a very mild college experience this is the place for you!Isaak Sam Schulze

Removed with no explanation other than receiving more loan money than they were supposed to give, an error on the University's part, not to mention if your opinion differs of that from other students and they become hostile the HR will do nothing for you as a student, class times are not flexible and they have put a hold on my transfer credits without explanation. First off, the campus itself is in poor condition. The sidwalks are cracked, and the stairs are worn and a tripping hazard. If you are physically disabled, be warned, there is hardly no disabled access aroud campus. The elevators are used by those who are athletic and can walk perfectly fine, but crowd out those in wheelchairs…. Didn't have a safe campus I got followed home by men so did other girls. I wanted to leave after the first semester because my grandmother was dying and they said it wasn't a good enough reason for me to leave and not finish the year and made me pay for a semester I didn't take. I applied (sight unseen) to Antioch College, because I was attracted to their Co-Op educational structure, it's small but not tiny size (not like it is now) and it's EXTREMELY picturesque campus. Back when I applied to Antioch in 1992, the college still had about 1,000 students; and all the bucolic charm a rural campus should have. I had my interview with an Antioch alum in upstate NY (I'm from NYC), and I was accepted. I turned Antioch down in favor of Hampshire College in Amherst, MA (which was much closer to home for me) and was a larger college than Antioch was — at 1,400 students. Hampshire also had the Five College consortium around it (as well as an actual Film Program which Antioch did NOT have back at that time), so there were absolutely more resources and cultural and educational opportunities for me in Massachusetts than there were in Ohio. During my first year at Hampshire, I met an Antioch transfer student who had left Antioch and transferred to Hampshire BECAUSE of Antioch's smallness and geographical isolation. She was from Yellow Springs (had grown up there), and so, she wanted a change, with more resources and more opportunities in a less isolated place; making me happy I'd had the foresight to choose Hampshire instead. Went on a cross-country roadtrip out to Oregon and Washington state after my first year at Hampshire, and stopped in Yellow Springs to visit my friend and to tour the Antioch campus (finally!). Well, the campus IS beautiful, but it is very, VERY TINY. I had NO idea how TINY, and Yellow Springs, while a cute and charming liberal town is DEFINITELY isolated and extremely rural. At least the Amherst/Northampton area was within close proximity to Albany, Boston, Springfield, Providence, Hartford and NYC. Dayton isn't exactly what I'd call a bustling metropolis, but it DOES have the nearest airport. Comparatively, Hampshire wasn't isolated, AT ALL. Whereas, Antioch REALLY is. I don't regret applying and getting accepted to Antioch, BUT, I probably wouldn't have ended up going (especially if I'd visited before attending) there due to those issues. Loved the whole Co-Op aspect of Antioch's educational structure though (which Hampshire didn't have), and that no doubt gets students off that campus and into the larger work world, which I liked as an academic component. However, with a campus as TINY and isolated as Antioch's, (and with a town like Yellow Springs with such limited opportunities), you'd HAVE to leave just to get some real-world work experience. For myself as an urban student, there were certain extremely specific things I was looking for in a college, and Antioch ended up not meeting my needs. Initially when I applied to colleges, Antioch was in my top five, behind Hampshire. Emerson, Sarah Lawrence and Reed. Of course, after finally visiting, I think it probably would have fallen to maybe sixth place for me after Bennington, but still ahead of Marlboro and Goddard. Vermont (like Ohio), has some VERY isolated college campuses also. Antioch at least still got my application. I had to rule Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio out COMPLETELY, also because of how utterly isolated it was (even more so than Antioch) in the TINY hamlet of Gambier. Oberlin was my third Ohio college application choice, but I only got waitlisted there because it's as hard to get into as NYU, Amherst, Williams or Carnegie Mellon and is considered a "hidden Ivy."Ben Schaeffer

Don't waste your time. Go to wright state, or any other real university. Clark state credits don't transfer well and some of their classes don't meet state requirements. Heed the bad reviews on this so called, "college". There's a lot of better colleges in the area that treat their students with more respect. The classes aren't that much cheaper here. This place puts the old saying, "You get what you pay for" to rest. Because, here at clark state, you do NOT get what you pay for. You actually get less! They won't let you resell some your old books because they're "out-of-date". The teachers are unprofessional and do not care about their students. Clark state is a very poorly run joke of school and needs to be shut down. The positive reviews on this site are created by the staff. There's a teacher here named Ayman Idrees who fraudulently withheld information from me as to why I was kicked out of my program. He's one of the worst things that ever happened to me in my entire life. Be careful, and watch out for this crafty scam artist. I hope you think of my disadvantaged child while you're stuffing your face you disgusting liar. Don't waste your precious time or money. Go to a real university. I don't know how Ayman M. Idrees can be such a cruel man. He's an absolute inhumane monster. My grandson has a child and he still lied to him and withheld information from him. Learn how to treat people like human beings you liar. You really are one of the worst things that happened to me in my entire life you know that? I love Clark State! I started in Spring 2020 and I have had great experiences with all of the faculty there. Professors are very caring and dedicated to help their students succeed. They handled Covid-19 very well and were very caring for students as we transitioned into virtual learning.Joy P

This facility has wonderful, knowledgeable, emphatic counselors and staff who truly want you to succeed. The owner is an amazingly caring guy and I have witnessed him many times help people receive their treatments regardless of any financial or insurance issues. As long as you genuinely want to rehabilitate yourself this center will help you in any way they can. The intake/office staff are very friendly and down to earth. I've been in the out -patient program for over three weeks now and I've really enjoyed the group meetings and have really started to learn a lot and focus on my recovery. Why Im giving it only four stars, the sad part is…unfortunately the medical side of the center has nurse(s) who are very rude when you inquire about anything, degrading in my experiences,lack genuine caring, and an overall lack of ethics and good mannerisms towards patients. How and why this person would pursue a career in this type of medical/counseling facility is beyond me, as his extreme lack of professinalism and just basic respect for other people (patients) is a total oxy moron to the principles this facility upholds. It's a shame how a bad apple can spoil the bunch. The secretary in medical is very nice, Im referring to the so called medical nurse(s). Please do not let this deter you from seeking treatment either here or elsewhere. No place is perfect and this facility overall tries to get people in and transitioned into the program as quickly as possible. The staff and counselors work hard as they are a very busy, they usually do not have a waiting list, and people can get into the program impressively fast. They charge your insurance $700 a week on average, so they try to keep you as long as possible. It doesn't matter if you've been sober for years and do everything they ask, they'll make up an excuse to keep you longer. Some of the counselors are really good, but the bad ones overshadow them and make the experience unbearable. Some of these people shouldn't be responsible for others mental health, but they are. There were 2 counselors in particular that were really bad, Sam and Lauren. They're rude, condescending, and think they're smarter/better than the people they're treating. Lauren falsely and passive aggressively accused me of lying in front of a group of 20 people, with no evidence or reason (I had just met her). They're both egocentric, apathetic misandrists. They were unprofessional and didn't care about my sobriety. Aside from those two, all of the other counselors and staff I met were really good. You can tell they care and want to help you. Toby and Kim were my favorites because they knew a lot about the many aspects of addiction(psychologically and physiologically), and they were always prepared. Anyway, if you can avoid Sam and Lauren this can be a great place to get sober. I've been sober for a long time and my experiences at recovery works probably contributed to my continued sobriety in some way. Rise Counseling provides multiple forms of services including, but not limited to: individual, group and couples therapy. One of many things that makes Rise stand out is that there are many EMDR trained clinicians. They also offer virtual therapy in a very streamlined manner which is a major bonus in this day and age. I was in the MA program, learning more about leadership to better qualify myself as an instructor to teach more courses at a growing, local college. I had already taught at the secondary and post-secondary levels for over 25 years. I was amazed how much the first class inspired me to do more in leadership and develop and use my skills, as well, all within the first four weeks of class. I came to realize this was the Professor's goal, she had it set up this way, to help us identify the leader within us, become an advocate for our own selves, and find ourselves, in leadership roles! I learned so much that I LOVED IT! I could not ask for any more individualized attention. She responded to every assignment with all positive feedback! It was rigorous! Hard work on assignments, taking as much time as it should take to get out of it what I expected and more! I will have completed the CMHC MA program next week and will be so happy to be done with my nightmare of an experience dealing the program director and my faculty advisor. There is a complete lack of communication in the program leaving students anxious and frustrated. It’s near impossible to get in contact with the program director and my faculty advisor was not any better. I had to deal with their lack of professionalism for almost 2 years. I would hear from my advisor once a semester and my program director only leading up to required residencies. This being my last semester, I tried to be assertive as I could be professionally to make sure grades were in and that all the required paperwork was submitted. After not hearing back from the director or my advisor when they promised me answers by a certain day, I was left having to reach out again. In the responses I would get from them both, they were rude and trying to downplay the anxiety I was feeling. The education I received at Union was good but it was not worth the frustrations brought on by the neglectful CMHC program director or my advisor.Kristen Keller
