Review Summary
No a good place to take a home inspector class you have 60 hours to read a huge book, and triton college push you to get brand new book but all the material they show you is from 1900, therefore the teacher encourage you to just read the book because their old material doesn't Match with the new book, nothing is updated. Plus If you miss 1 point on your exam you lose the whole course and have to do it again because they don't give you another chance to take another test even for one point and expected to pay all again.so you waste your time, your money..and all over it the instructor says that if English is not your first language you are in the wrong place and makes comments all the time about people's accents. Othe places help you pass the state exam n everything.. Don't waste your time and money taking home inspector course at triton collegeNkos
The worst school to even inquire for a program.. they will charge you and send your info to the credit Breau if you don't pay!! The cashiers will emails you everyday and night and they will make you pay for not attending classes that you never even registered for! Didn't go into classes because it was covid and never even attended for any class online but they want me to pay for not providing any serviceJexlee Charles (Charles10)
Clean, friendly, cool school. I was in the A building, the lady in room A126 was VERY nice and quiet since it was a testing room. They even have FREE feminine products in restrooms for women. I asked about future classes and the lady who helped me initially was VERY pleasant and turned her computer screen around to show me how to navigate the schools website!! All around, GREAT experience!brianne Fondren

Review Summary
Had applied to this school for the MRI Program. Paid all the fees for application, transcripts, etc. Took the entrance exams and passed. Received my classes/schedule and sent them my fafsa. I had been registered for my classes already. I did an interview, the person that interviewed me was not professional, believe her name was Danielle Dertz. When trying to answer questions, i was cut off constantly and put down. Then right when everything was set and done for me to start the course, they give me a call that they do not want me as a student. My time was wasted, as well as money. They thought that I was not a good fit for the program because it is "too stressful". Previously, I was a full time student as well as a full time employee and received my degree from a different school with good grades, so I was stunned at this claim. They based this claim off of a previous job I had quit which had no relation to the MRI program itself. Instead of giving me a chance, when i expressed my interest and drive for the school i was shut down. Really disappointed in how i was treated as a student in the pandemic wanting to further my education Reply to response: The fact that you guys based your decision of my admittance on a job I worked over a year ago is disappointing. Both careers are very different from one another, so it’s sad that it is assumed that I wouldn’t be able to handle the program. My grades and achievements proved otherwise, but that was completely overlooked. I noticed with other reviews that many students had issues with the interview process as well. One would think after so many complaints something would be done about it but i guess not. As a student wanting to further their education, being discouraged because of a decision made, once again, over a year ago, was very disappointing. CNA is not the same as MRI. Many things change after over a year. The way I was put down by the Program Director was very upsetting and unprofessional. And I had also received a full schedule for the program. All of my classes were listed. You guys had waited to tell me that I was no longer accepted, hence my time being wasted. Instead of telling me right after the interview, you guys had waited. I was asked to fill out financial aid and receive my classes all the while knowing that I was not to be accepted.Tali Gallik
Midwestern Career College is a phenomenal institution! The staff, students and alumni are some of the most driven and intelligent people I have ever met. I originally met Mary Schmidt in 2018 and was fortunate to form a great business relationship after attending a career fair at the Chicago campus. While I originally attended this career fair strictly looking for Medical Assistants to hire, Mary educated me on the Externship Program that the institution offers. Mary was so kind to visit various UroPartners locations to further discuss this program with our Practice Managers. After many introductory visits, UroPartners started placing externs last year. We have now placed six MA externs and three of those individuals are full time employees who are still with the company today! In addition to that, our surgery center is now also participating in this program as they have started placing Surgical Technologists externs onsite. It has been amazing to watch this program grow and I look forward to all the future success Midwestern Career College and UroPartners will form together.Yasmine Lozano
I’m currently a student enrolled in the EKG program and I’ve really appreciated the take on online education. We have an in person class once a week that really brings the class together and elaborates on key points. The facilities are really nice, the class I’m in is in their downtown building, and I have an outstanding opportunity to learn about my field. The class sizes are not big so there’s always opportunities to ask questions and clarify for my own sake. The teachers are very helpful and are more than willing to go the extra mile for their students which is amazing because you just won’t always get that at a bigger school. All in all I’ve really enjoyed my time at at Midwest career college and will be recommending this course of study for any of my friends or family looking to get an education in any of the many fields that MCC has to offer!!Michael Goubine

Review Summary
Sadly, my experience with this place was poor. I came in as a new patient and the dentist, after examining my teeth, said that I should get deep cleaning. So I came back the following week but then the dental hygienist suggested that I do not get deep cleaning but rather just routine cleaning. I was confused so I asked for clarification and after awhile the dentist came in seemingly annoyed, defended his position from the prior week in an impatient tone, and finally said that it's actually up to me to decide. My least favorite part about this interaction was that he said that I am wasting so much of my appointment time on this. In my head I was like you guys are the ones who are wasting my time not being able to come to a clear conclusion whether I should get deep cleaning or not… I just let the dental hygienist do whatever he wanted because I am not a dental hygienist. Another less than ideal part of my experience was that they sold me a mouth rinse for $80 and my insurance did not cover it. I'm from out of state, and I had never been to a dentist that does this – I wonder if this is the norm here. Well, I'll find out when I do not return here and go someplace else in 6 monthsChris Kim
I want to extend my deepest gratitude to the entire team at Chicago Dental Boutique for the outstanding treatment during my last visit. Prompt, attentive and courteous best describe the reception staff. Methodical, gentle and thorough are just a few thoughts I have concerning the hygienist. My experience was very pleasant. Dr. Danielle Plesh, the dentist, was AMAZING. She reviewed the X-ray images with me and corresponding gum readings, triaged a cavity and treated the same with ease. She made sure I left pleased and had all my questions answered. Thank you, truly, for a wonderful experience. I no longer fear the Dentist!Giovanni Raimondi
I went to this clinic based on 4.9 rating on google reviews and now I am clearly doubting its authenticity. It was a nightmare. I was misdiagnosed and recommended tooth extraction followed by implants for a quote of $8000 Out of pocket expense. The doctor did not explain any cause of infection or what actually the issue was. I went to see another Dentist for a second opinion who explicitly stated that tooth is completely saveable and extraction is not required, following which, RCT was performed and tooth was saved. I will not recommend Chicago Dental Boutique to anyone.Palak Laroiya

Finally got all of my dental work done – and there was a lot – yay! On a scale of 1-10 of high anxiety before going to a dentist, my level is 12! After my x-rays and cleaning, Dr. Koslow set up a plan for the work I needed in the order of most important. I started with a filling, then two crowns, then 3 more fillings spread out in a few appointments. I told Dr. Koslow that she is my forever dentist. She has a really fun spirit and is always happy which made me feel super comfortable at my appointments. She constantly checks in with me while she is working to make sure I'm ok. I absolutely recommend her if you are looking for a dentist. Her work is outstanding and I didn't feel a thing! As for the rest of the staff, I have nothing but pleasant things to say. Everyone is great and I have never had to wait to be seen. I'm so grateful I found 25 East Dental.Rosy G
The staff at 25 East Dental were very friendly, helpful and made me feel very at ease during my first visit. The dental staff was excellent and thoroughly explained everything throughout the process. They also welcome questions and wanted to make sure I understood how to continual care for my teeth. The location is very convenient, clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend you give them a try!Venita Lockett
Love Dr Koslow! She took over the dental practice from my long time dentist and is worlds above my previous dentist. She's very knowledgeable and funny! She pointed out some alignment issues and old fillings that needed replacement that my previous dentist never did. I highly recommend her.Robin Reeves

If you are a new patient good luck trying to get their new patient coordinator to call you back. On day two I called the office back to see if someone would be calling me to get me setup for an appointment and then I was guaranteed someone would be calling me by the end of the day. That never happened so I figured they are not interested in new business. I called another dental provider that was in my network and in the Hyde park area. They took my information immediately and I have an appointment this week. Take notes University Dental.. very odd to have to wait days to get someone to even discuss appointment options. I can only imagine how their service is if they can’t even get intake appointments right.Jess R
I have been using UDP for over 20 years and it is the highest quality dental care I have ever had. The dentistry is just the best there is and even the hygienists are meticulous and thorough. It is probably not the least expensive dental office, but in the long run better dental work eventually means less dental work.Michael A.
Great place to take our daughter. They are super friendly and professional and don’t force or scare her. She’s only 6 and has a huge dentist phobia but they make her comfortable and able to work on her. Highly recommend taking their children there, Celia is the best hygienist and is very patient and knowledgeable.leeshka Sanchez

Review Summary
I am so pleased with my decision to take the dental assisting course here. The most valuable aspect I would acknowledge is how caring and vibrant the instructors are! Lectures in the morning are so informational and full of detail. With side tips and tricks from the real world of dentistry. The second half of the day is hands on practical work in a real clinical setting. Later on in the course, you will have real experience with the dentist, operating on patients. The staff members pay individual attention on each student. You will learn so much and leave feeling comfortable getting a job as an assistant. I definitely recommend this to anyone who is interested in dental assistant and orthodontics career, you will not be disappointedOlivia Marie
I found the program to be challenging but the teachers were very helpful and patient answering any of my questions, whether it was in class or through email, they always were willing to take the time to explain things very clearly. They also love to quiz you throughout the class, which I think was very helpful to keep things fresh in my mind. For someone who basically had no knowledge of orthodontics, I believe that I am now equipped with the knowledge and hands on practice to start working on an office. I do think that the course could be stretched out a few more weeks so we have even more hands on experience but overall a great class.Holly Hilliger
I took the class with Roxanne and Heba. I enjoyed it every Saturday. They had the patients for their students and were very informative while making the class fun. I highly recommend this class! There’s no age limit. I love how they gave us their personal experience assisting as well because it prepared us for the future events. Everyone can attend this class and master orthodontic assisting! I am so happy I joined. You won’t regret it!!Maddy Villegas

Review Summary
I have been going to Dr. Jagadeesh at Park West Dental for over 17 years. I cannot say enough good things about him and his dental practice. He genuinely cares about each of his patients and completely puts you at ease. This was so important for me, because I get a little anxious about going to the dentist. He always takes his time to explain exactly what he is doing and any additional dental procedures that may be needed. He and his dental assistant have treated me with kindness and compassion from day 1. Scheduling is a breeze and his location is ideal. I highly recommend Dr. Jagadeesh @ Park West Dental – The Best!!!Christina Purtell
Fabulous service at a fabulous price. The hours open were great to fit my crazy schedule. I have had so many problems with dentists and with their rates and fees, then I find out I have the same problem again. Finally, after years of searching for someone that can help me out without running into future problems, I find this place. It was recommended by a friend and I recommended him to my friends and family. I had a cracked tooth from chewing gum and this dentist was able to not only fix it, but fix it at a great price without any future problems. A plus plus in my book.Patrick Villalobos
I was so happy to find Dr. Jagadeesh, he's so professional, so friendly and super kind. For a person like me without insurance, I was looking for a dentist to perform a root canal, no really pricy: he explained to me that the procedure will be in two visits and gave me the price and i was so happy for that info. The first visit went so well, with no pain, looking forward for the next visit. I would love to have him as my Dentist, also to mention that his assistant is so courteous and super friendly. I highly recommend him. I'd give him five thumps up!!Jesus G. Ortega

I am very impressed by and appreciative of Gina Aalders. I began my enrollment into the Radiography program fairly late and feared I would be unable to finish the process in time for classes. From the very first moment I met Ms. Aalders, she has continued to go above and beyond her duties and exceed my expectations. What impressed me the most was her level of communication and willingness to assist me however she could. She was proactive in letting me know approaching deadlines and extremely supportive throughout the entire process. After coming from a college where all of these things are seriously lacking, Ms. Aalders was EXACTLY the person I needed and I could not be more appreciative of how helpful she has been. Thank you very much!Kieran Richards
My daughter has recently enrolled in classes at Northwestern College, and the transition was extremely easy, thanks to her amazing and wonderful advisor, Tanisha Williams. We can't thank her enough for all her help and guidance. She answered every call, every email, every question, and so much more. She goes above and beyond! We have been so blessed to have her as our advisor, and truly, we can't thank her enough. Tanisha Williams #1juan soto
I’m so glad that I found this collage. Gina helped me get all my information together in order for me to start. Also Gina got everything done in a timely manner. Review Summary
Initially, I heard about this dental group through Dr. Mohiuddin's TikToks lol. His passion for dental education and making patients feel as comfortable and not-judged as possible really attracted me to the office. When I say this is the best dental visit I have ever had, I am NOT kidding! This was literally the best dental office I have ever been to! When you walk in, the vibes are so aesthetic that you don't even feel like you're at the dentist. I was then greeted by some of the nicest front desk receptionists ever! I think the fact that they don't wear scrubs contributes to the chill vibe of the office and reduces my anxiety of going to the dentist. My dental assistant, Naif, was amazing! He did my scans and my cleaning and I've never felt more relaxed. Even though I had the option to watch netflix or hulu, the casual conversations I had with both the doctor and the dental assistant relaxed me so much, I almost forgot I was at the dentist. My doctor was Dr. Ruof and she was quite literally the nicest human being I have ever met. I felt so comfortable talking to her about my concerns and my current oral health routine. I always hated going to the dentist because I always felt so judged but when I tell you how comfortable I felt with her looking at my teeth, I'm not kidding! She was so kind, understanding, and empathetic and really took the time teach me about my teeth and the structure of my mouth. She gave me her recommendations for what I can do to conserve the health of teeth and took the time to explain to me how my oral health contributes to my overall health. My visit was so great that after my visit yesterday, I can confidently say that I have found my new dentist!Malak Zatar
Besides the beautiful and clean aesthetic that others have mentioned, this was by FAR the smoothest, easiest, and-dare I say-relaxing dental experience I have ever had! I was there for a routine check up and cleaning and was able to book an appointment online a few days before. Everyone was so friendly from the front desk, to the dental hygienist, to the dentist – you can tell they wanted to get to know you beyond a purely transactional encounter. I also never felt pressured to get extra work done or anything like that (unlike some experiences I’ve had at other places before). Each room has 2 smart TVs including one on the ceiling (genius!) for when you’re leaning all the way back and the welcome box is a nice touch too. All these small things made my experience at Dentologie comfortable and enjoyable (& my teeth feel great afterwards too). Will definitely be back!Rebecca Hsu Ahern
If you have an trepidation about going to the dentist, go here to have your fear eliminated. years of shotty dental work and poor root canals left me traumatized I never wanted to see another dentist. I reached out to dr M on IG. Ended up seeing dr yaz and his assistant Deena. Both of whom were so comforting- putting me at ease which was no easy task spending 3+ hours in the chair. I did not feel a single injection from dr yaz. And Deena went above and beyond making sure I was at ease, checking in the entire time. Deena was so involved, knowledgeable and calming. I will never go anywhere else. I can’t speak highly enough of this practice. The way I feel about going to the dentist now is surreal. Dentologie is onto something. Something fantastic.Michael Favia

Review Summary
On Wednesday my 4 year old grandson had a dental issue. We called his usual dentist who could only see him the following Monday. Concerned, I contacted Pediatric Dental Health Associates and explained the situation. Within minutes of reaching out for help, PDHA responded. My grandson had an appointment scheduled first thing the following morning. Paperwork was completed ahead of time online. They took care of getting dental records and X-rays before our visit. When we arrived at the child-centered offices, the receptionist greeted us both. Our first contact was a very inviting, friendly, stress free experience. Everyone, from office staff, assistants, and our dentist were very efficient and professional. Highly recommend PDHA to anyone anxious about finding a good pediatric dentist.Deborah Rudnicki
This pediatric office is very welcoming! The moment I called for an appointment Izamar was very helpful! This is nothing like before. I’m so used to medical card and going to limited offices. There availability to schedule was open. Also the staff were excellent! They explained different options, answered all my questions & concerns, and most importantly they treated my son with so much attention & care. They not only talked to him, but showed him his teeth and explained the process of cleaning and much more. I definitely recommend this pediatric office. I can’t wait to follow up with the treatment and schedule his continuous appointments. Thank you!Andrea Ferrer
Experts in their field!!!!! My 4 year old was diagnosed with cavities and we were worried about him being able to sit for procedure. Not only did he sit for one, we were able to complete two visits at once. Dr. Montero and Ana explained everything so he could understand what was going on. It is evident that they know what they’re doing, Ana knew exactly what the doctor needed without the doctor saying anything. It was kinda cool to watch. Dr. Montero knew it was a good time to sneak in the cavity on top and he didn’t even notice! We got a prize and a lollipop (sugarless of course) and we had a happy camper. I highly recommend this office.Maria Gutierrez

I had been on the fence for a couple years about Invisalign due to a gap in my front teeth that had always bothered me but Dr Ema helped me finally make one of the best investments I've ever made. She patiently sat down with me and discussed the whole Invisalign process and I came out learning about how having the proper teeth structure is just as important as the aesthetics (meaning if your teeth are aligned you will reduce wear and tear in the long run and other benefits). She was more than willing to provide a detailed breakdown of cost estimates (that she claimed were ballpark) but ended up being totally accurate. Dr Ema also took the time to educate me about the "propel" procedure which greatly expedited the Invisalign process (several months faster). During these procedures she would do everything to keep you comfortable and painless- I really liked her way of explaining what she was doing and what I would feel as she was working. Goes a long way to show she cares about her patients. I know the dentist is the most important part of what people are looking for when looking for a provider, but let me tell you the reason I stayed: the front desk people. Dylan and Alaina are perhaps the greatest administrators I've encountered in the professional world. They are on top of everything. Despite having numerous patients, both of them would always remember with frightening accuracy what procedure I was coming in for, what I needed next, and what I had before. They were aware of where I was in the process from start to finish and scheduled accordingly (note- this is very important when you are on a rigid schedule with Invisalign tray swaps). Furthermore, they dealt with insurance hassles and reimbursements with aplomb. Quite literally they have saved me thousands of dollars and countless hours of headache due to their insurance acumen. They're also just great people. If there was something I would change it would be the logistics of Invisalign adjustment trays. The timeline of invisalign was a bit understated due to corrections needed, (but was still very short in the grand scheme of things). This was warned about, but I thought it was unlikely to happen (but apparently pretty common). This is also out of the dentist's hands since it's on the manufacturer to produce and ship the invisalign trays, so may not be a fair criticism, but just something to be aware of. The end result is just having to wear your tray for a few weeks more as you wait for new ones outside of the normal plan. All in all, I will always go to printers row so long as I am in Chicago. The hygienists are skillful and accommodating, the admins are wizards, and Dr Ema is an excellent dentist with great bedside manners and deep industry experience. I've already recommended it to my friends and have one already receiving Invisalign treatment- maybe you'll be next!Manoj Sunny
As a kid, I always hated going to the dentist because my dentist was always pretty rough with his patients. I felt a lot of pain because the novocane never full worked. I could feel the drill drilling into my teeth. As an adult, those experiences always haunted me, so I rarely went to the dentist. Only teeth cleanings. A friend had recommended me to Printers Row Dentistry and she gave glowing reviews so I thought I would give it a try. Let me tell you, I was extremely nervous at first but Dr. Ema and her team were top notch professionals, friendly, explained the processes and they really took the time to explain how to care better for your teeth. Last week, I had two fillings replaced by Printers Row dentistry and, it was the most amazing dental experiences I had ever had. I thought I was gonna be in so much pain. I was totally wrong. Dr. Ema took the time to make sure I wouldn’t feel anything and made sure I was comfortable. The entire process was really painless and effortless. I really felt the weight of anxiety lift off my shoulders. Definitely look forward to coming again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND 5/5 star!Chris K
I had a wonderful first visit to Dr. Ema's office on Saturday! I was looking for a dentist close to home and chose her based on recommendations from a neighborhood Facebook group. Dr. Ema and her staff were all very friendly and professional. I especially like that their offices are smaller as I felt thoroughly attended to and not like I was a patient on a conveyor belt as you can sometimes feel with larger/more busier offices. Dr. Ema explained everything she was doing as she conducted my exam/cleaning and reviewed her findings with me as she found them (after checking with me that I would feel comfortable/prefer this). She took ample time to listen to any concerns I had and to respond to them with enough detail that I fully understood everything. Nothing was pushed on me, helpful resources were shared, and I received a fantastic cleaning/polish with a plan for future care that assures me my dental health will be well looked-after. I highly recommend Dr. Ema and her practice to anyone looking for a new dentist in Chicago!Andie Bauer

Review Summary
Do not go to this office. It’s terrible. I just called and the receptionist screamed and then she hung up on me. They charged me for a night guard but are failing to deliver it and the dentist I saw for the appointment was incredibly rude. Her bed side manner doesn’t exist. I already reported her and her medical license is being investigated. This office just collects your money and doesn’t deliver treatment. Every time I contact them they have a new excuse. To add context, this office collected $1,000 for a night guard but they have been making me jump through hoops to pick it up. I told them initially that I will be working out of state so I'd need to schedule to pick up my night guard a few months out. The receptionist said they can't wait, only after I paid them. Thus, the receptionist has been making me schedule appointments that I cannot come to, even though I made it clear I would not be there, I still had to schedule because they cannot wait. Do not be a patient here. They will not treat you well. Read the other reviews. They overcharge and don’t deliver. This time they did this to an attorney. I did not hear from you while your office was open. I am informing you that I am beginning to file a complaint to the ADA and your office is now the subject of a complaint to the dental board. Pursuant to (225 ILCS 25/) Illinois Dental Practice Act, it is apparent any judge would deem such behavior as strongly unethical and grounds for medical malpractice. Again, there is potential to reverse the complaint only if your office begins to cooperate and you schedule an appointment for me to pick up the night guard with the same dentist I was scheduled with earlier this evening at a time I am available to come in, not at a time your receptionist staff insists as has been the case thus far. This serves to inform you that after I file a complaint to the ADA, I will report fraud to the insurance and meet with the US Department of Public Health after which your office will be subject to an investigation. Medical malpractice rates skyrocket once an investigation is conducted. It is in both of our best interests to deliver the night guard.Joanna
Hi Mel here! I am one of Dr. Hoffman's out of state clients. Why do I fly in to see him? Lets start with his zest for technology. I just finished my Invisalign treatment and I am beyond happy I went with Dr. Hoffman and his team. My consult started with a scan of my mouth, they don't even get out the purple goo at The Chicago Dental Studio… So this scan is completed and my mouth pops up on this big screen with a heat map of where I'm currently putting the most pressure on the wrong teeth. Super cool, so Tony Stark of him. Dr. Hoffman begins the consult and he's showing me what my smile and my bite will look like after my treatment is complete. It's a short film of my teeth moving after every tray. LIKE?? My current dentist literally cannot do that, she lacks the technology. So his investment into his technology is his investment into his patients. Very impressive. Now onto his staff. 10/10 staff. Everyone is upbeat and smiling. The office is a friendly environment that puts you at ease. Dr. Hoffman has some how made dentistry cool, a nearly impossible feat. I get excited to see his staff, my favorites are Jackie and Melissa. They are absolute queens. I have a very fragile and sensitive gag reflex.. unfortunately I wasn't able to make through my X-rays without .. you know.. barfing. Very embarrassing stuff. Jackie and Melissa handled it with grace and didn't make a big deal of it. Melissa even rubbed my back while I was unwell. They let me take a break and even gave me a little plate of snacks. It was the best outcome for such a terrible beginning. We ended up laughing about it once I made it through my appointment. I recommend him to everyone. He is truly the best. He loves being a dentist and really puts your dental hygiene and health first. I have left the dentist with doubts in the past. Dr. Hoffman and his incredible team do not have room for doubts during their day. They are the very best, he uses the best tools, technologies and staff at his disposal to deliver the very best in class. Trust me, you want to see Dr. Hoffman. Sincerely, Mel D. from Columbus, Ohio.Melanie Dolce
I am a longtime client of Dr. Hoffman and will refer him to anyone who will listen. He has seen me through some tough times with the health of my teeth, but always approached me with kindness and positivity. He never made me feel embarrassed about my insecurities with my teeth and converted me from someone who avoided the the dentist (out of fear and embarrassment) to someone who never misses an appointment. I just finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Hoffman and am currently obsessed with how my teeth look. Although it was a minor change I was looking for – the payoff was huge and I love the way my smile looks. Dr. Hoffman walked me through the whole process and I loved the 3-d images of the progress I was making. Long story short – best dental office in town (or anywhere?). I will never go anywhere else.Shannon O'Brien

I have been coming here since 2007. Dr. Siegel installed my braces in 2007 until 2010 I was hard headed and didn't always listen to his instructions so I had to wear them an extra 10 months. The environment at Big Smile is always welcoming and caring. The staff and doctors really care. If you are looking for a dentist look no further. Call them asap to make an appointment. No to mention I haven't been to his office 2014 it's now 2021 I still had a balance of 300.00 they didn't say well you have to pay your balance 1st before you will be serviced. I paid my balance I love this place. Everyone at Big Smile continue doing what yall are doing its working. And Thanks again.Brandon Wilson
As always the Big Smile Team was friendly and welcoming. I had not been here since before the COVID pandemic and it was good to know the team is still so nice. My hygienists was super friendly and gave the feeling she really enjoyed her work. Someone who hums and sings to the background music has to be happy with their work. Dr. Kim did a good job with a soft touch as always. I continue to come here even though they are not an in network provider and it cost me more more. The treatment and service is well worth the extra money paid.David Cerda
I've been coming here a couple years now. I was always terrified of dentists and orthodontists starting young because of traumatizing braces experiences. My first visit, I got emotional and panicked with Dr. Kim and she gave me such patience and grace beyond what I deserved and has a bedside manner and empathy I wish everyone received when going in to take care of their teeth. I've been loyal ever since, and the care I receive here is the best and I've encountered.Rachel Neiman

Review Summary
Great staff, great Dentist! Very friendly and great with the kids. My only complaint would be they didn't say anything about what my out of pocket cost would be for my daughter's procedures until we arrived the day of and hit us with a $267 payment expected. Then after procedure when we went to pay, it became $321. I asked how did it go up from my invoice one hour prior. I was told it was from the previous visit. I would have gladly paid that previous visit's balance as soon as they figured out what my portion was after insurance had I been notified. I understood they didn't know until after the appointment but it had been 3 weeks since then. I'd rather not have it added on randomly after an already invoiced appointment as I'm paying. Another almost $60 makes a difference when I'm already paying $264 that wasn't anticipated. But in closing overall the staff and dentist are amazing. It's just the way they handled the financial. I don't like surprises.Shinell Brooks
Dr. Justin was recommended to us by our lactation consultant when our daughter was 4 weeks old after having some difficulty with breastfeeding. He was kind, caring and knowledgable during our consultation and diagnosed a "moderate" tongue and lip tie. He calmly and clearly explained the pros and cons of doing a procedure to remove the tongue and lip tie, as well as the required mouth exercises following the procedure. After the procedure we noticed an immediate improvement in breastfeeding and were impressed that Dr. Justin called us directly that evening to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly. After following Dr. Justin's mouth exercise guidelines for 3 weeks, the tongue and lip tie were fully healed and breastfeeding dramatically improved. Now 12 weeks later were still breastfeeding successfully and are so happy we saw Dr. Justin! Highly recommend!Ali Hedquist
I had the best experience at CPDO from my consultation to the end of my treatment. The staff was always very friendly and the environment was very welcoming. The practice is also very organized and accommodating. Dr. Dale was very understanding and gave me a treatment plan that fit best. I felt very involved and informed with everything that was going on and the end results restored confidence! A very special thankyou to my awesome dental assistant Mikey also to Sandy and Melissa at the front desk that were always very helpful with rescheduling and communication. They all played a part in bettering my already great experience. Will recommend this place to anyone 🙂Nwaku Emeka

I transferred dental offices and it was the best decision I made for my kids. Korina gave us a tour of the dental office on day one and did a great job of explaining the steps to my 4 year old and 8 year old. On day two we came back for my son’s filling and she was amazing. She heard my son say he was nervous and she went over everything the dental doctor would be using for his filling. The doctor has been amazing as well. She gives him words of encouragement and she kept him involved in his cleaning. She showed him the sugar bugs 😂.Rosa Rosas
Love this place for my kiddo! We’ve been coming here since she was 2 and she is now 4. Everyone is always so nice and they are very patient with the kids. Service is usually pretty fast, but things happen where you can go a little past your appointment time. Nothing crazy, though. The clinic is very clean and they take time to answer your questions. My daughter enjoys coming and looks forward to coming to her appointments. If she’s happy, I’m happy! 10/10 recommend!Adriana Salinas
First time new patient here for my daughter. Great customer service, feels welcoming when you walk in the dentist. I received a mailer from this place and decided to reach out for an appointment. The response was quick and it was incredibly easy to schedule an appointment. Everyone there was amazing from the first time I walked in. Now I've been there several times for a cleaning and miscellaneous dental procedures. All have gone well. I've learned several things about my teeth and the reasons behind them that no other dentist has explained to me before. The staff really works with your specific situation and is incredibly accommodating. Great vibe and experiences….hard to find in a dental office.l therese
Everything about this office is great! The people working the front desk always make you feel welcome and listen to you. The assistants are wonderful! They make you feel comfortable and at ease. The hygienist is so caring and compassionate. And Dr Nissan, she is wonderful! She explains everything to a T and makes you feel listened to and comfortable. I recommend Jefferson Park Dental Studio! And as a sidenote, they are great singers!Mary Scott
I've been going to Jefferson Park Dental for many years and had good dental work done by previous Dentist Michelle Bogacki and now Dr Nissan. Office staff from the front desk to the Dental Hygienist to the assistants make you feel very comfortable. Dr Nissan explains in detail any matters of interest to your dental care and suggest what may or should be done without forcing anything upon you. I wouldn't go anywhere else.Paul Stamper

First, here are my recommendations (I tried to put a positive spin) 1) Be professionals, learn to introduce yourself and explain what is going to happen, share findings, recommendation and next steps. 2) train your team to use proper techniques, develop finger/hands skills or whatever is that you need to use the tools in a proper way. Evaluate how your team does certain procedures, keep the bar high, keep them trained. 3) Do not dismiss patients' pain, concerns, fears, etc. You do this every day, patients sometimes see you because they have no other choice. 4) You are a business and you try to get more procedures to generate revenue, but put the patients care and needs first. Here is a summary of my experience: Sadly, I did not have a good experience. I have had many deep cleanings due to gingivitis and tartar buildup , so I had experienced skilled dentist professionals that have mastered the techniques, with soft fingers and hands that pay attention to details and are able to do this type of work with care and without inflicting unnecessary pain. But in this case, it was not only excruciatingly painful, but it was done so rough and without any care….then I heard I was the last appointment of the day (Friday), which may explain why they were in such a hurry. I think a dentist came (I am not sure, she never introduced herself…funny, nobody introduced themselves….front desk was the exception, they were super nice) , but only checked my teeth for 20 seconds, and I asked about any cavities or the situation with my gingivitis, but I only got was a sales pitch about doing some kind of cosmetic procedure to close the gap of my front teeth, because and I quote "You don't have a pleasant smile". I was baffled, not offended, but baffled that they would say such things to a patient. I asked again about the conditions of my teeth, cavities, gingivitis, etc. But the Doctor (I think she was a DDS) continued with her sales pitch about the cosmetic procedure. At the end, I was supposed to get some kind of recommendations for care, a special tooth paste to reduce gum inflammation, but I got nothing. Only a horrible experience.R L
I chose this place based on the majority of the reviews. Maybe they have the best hygienists in the Loop (or purchase the positive reviews overseas), but if you need to have any dental work done (including Invisalign), look elsewhere. I had an initial consult with one of the dentists almost 1.5 months ago. Was asked to do dental x-rays so they could get me a quote on all the dental services I was to do at that clinic. 4 phone calls and 1.5 month later, I still have yet to receive a quote on the proposal. I spoke to 2 people reminding them to send me the quote, they promised to follow up, none of which happened. Fast forward to today, I just got the bill for the x-rays though … It appears either the dentist I saw is incompetent, office is disorganized, or they just don't need 20k of my money (implant, Invisalign and some fillings). Word of advice, look elsewhere for your dentist. EDIT: After this business responded, I attempted to contact them via email and phone (as they requested), but have not received any response whatsoever. The bill for the X-Rays is still outstanding, but no quote which was the reason they took them. Unbelievable.Damian Styga
This place has gone way down hill since COVID. Their only redeeming qualities are the nice views and the wonderful desk staff. I've been coming to DD for years prior to COVID and had a wonder male dentist do my original veneers, using very sheer brand that break easily. They have chipped over the years and he always graciously replaced them for free. Well it's 2022 and I've been in a bike accident and chipped the front two. My dentist is no longer with DD, sadly, so I was made to pay $2k out of pocket for replacement veneers. I was then told I would need to wait 2 weeks for them (while wearing these hideously done temps). Well it's 2 weeks and I get a call saying they don’t know when they will arrive (literally call the lab? do something?). Will not be coming back here after this treatment process is complete (not that I know when that will be)Danyelle Sage

This place is a scam. The orthodontist literally took my braces off and send me home w/o a temporary retainer. Came back 5 days later and ofc the permanent retainer didn’t fit because my teeth shifted. Than made me wear these holly retainers but my son accidentally throw them out. I go back to get scanned and paid $ 700 to order new ones and for them to tell me I need to put the braces back on for 6 months and tried to charge me $ 4800 again for their mistake of not giving me temporary retainers when they took off the braces! That’s what I originally paid two and a half years ago! I guess I got to report them because they will be finding out how to fix this mess they put me in!Priscilla Garcia
Orthodontic Expects made my son and I experience amazing. I wasn't able to take my son for his appointment so my sister took him and I met them afterwards. The experts communicated with me over the phone and allowed me to sign the contract via email after going over and explaining each section to me. My son said that they went through details with him as well on what he should and should not do/eat. My son was very happy with the look of his blue braces. I didn't get the young lady name, but she was so professional and content with communication about my son. (Burbank, IL location)Jamie Jackson
Fantastic staff & experienced orthodontist. Wonderful with children. Great sense of humor, made my daughter feel welcome & even managed to make her laugh, which is difficult to do. I loved that they’re in my network of providers that take my insurance, so that will save our family money. They took the time to answer all of our concerns and didn’t rush us out the door. Very clean and modern office. If you’re looking for an experienced orthodontist who does it all and will make your children feel like they matter, this is the place to go!Adriana Esparza
