Rollins is truly such a special place! There are plenty of opportunities to get involved on campus and become a leader, engage in research and service opportunities, and work on campus. A magnificent Santiago Calatrava masterpiece sits centrally as the main campus building. Thematic symmetry is maintained throughout the 170-acre project. "IST", the main building is a photographer's dream. Ambient light is so ample here that it would force even the most amateur of picture taker to take out their phones & start taking pictures. A relatively new STEM University in Florida, the site, the design, planning – all point to a grand education enterprise for the future generations. WiFi is readily available. The dorm buildings claim design and architectural milestones of their own, same goes for the "Student Wellness Center" (gym with swimming pool). The cafeteria has buffet style service for full meals & fast food. A futuristic aura presents itself from the very entrance of this campus. Jogging trails, bike Lanes and acres of green – all make for an inviting scene from the beginning. There are ample parking, with designated areas for the visitors. More is being added to this campus daily. A casual campus visit makes for a wonderful experience. I'm sure it will claim it's place as a famous landmark and become a familiar name for the pursuers of higher education in America.probashi channel
Our son is going to join this coming weekend for the 22/23 academic year and we have been extremely please the the excellent on-boarding program and personal attention provided by the staff to have a most smooth start into the student life. Excellent materials provided. Regular on-boarding trainings. And – on top of that it was is great to receive personal calls by the staff to prospective students and parents "just to make sure that all is ok and that any open questions are answered". This personal touch is another impressive way making Florida Poly stand out.Frank Dreier
A university full of opportunity! I am a junior in the Electrical Engineering program. Due to the small class sizes, I know many professors personally and work with them on projects. Clubs are fun and offer a multitude of leadership positions for those interested. I would not be as successful as I am today without the help of my professors, peers, and the culture Florida Poly thrives in.Jaimie D

Horrible experience!! Everybody is supposed to be young adults however my daughter was bullied and they did nothing!!! Correction, when my daughter made threats to her tormentors so they would back off the school had a officer call me and she began yelling at me, really verbally assulting me about how bad of a mother I was! This woman was completely disrespectful. They called DCF on me and the guy who shows up at my house says the principle remarked that I sounded lethargic during our phone call which made me feel like she was suggesting that I didn't care or was high (which btw I am a single mom working a full time job overnight while school personnel are sleeping only to come home in enough time to get my kids ready and off to school before I can sleep!!!!!😑) 2 days after the incident they removed my daughter from school and baker acted (put her in a mental institution against her will) her!!! They told me this after they did it so I had to find her. At least the male officer who took her to the institution was careful with his words and respectful towards me. She was alone and scared in a locked room for 2 days without her shoestrings, bra (her underwire is considered a weapon) or phone before being evaluated and immediately released after their psych doctor found nothing wrong with her. It was tearfully agonizing for us; Meanwhile her bullies got to remain in school UNPUNISHED and the school personnel involved never apologized for what they put us through. The end result was another blow to her confidence and ability to trust people and she stopped going to classes to get prepared for her GED. Please consider our nightmare before enrolling your child as this was the best path they chose to handle my child's situation. I swear I don't know how they sleep at night knowing how they failed her!! EDITED: Your response is incorrect. This happened to my daughter at the mid florida oakridge campus a few years back. Now that I have become a guide I wanted to leave this review of what happened to my family because of your school. I as well as that campus the police, the mental facility and dcf have paperwork concerning the situation.Katrina Williams
I went in today on April 20th to register for school the man at front desk was not a greeter of new students at all. He was on the phone and acted as if his personal phone conversation was more important than being of any assistance to providing me with what the school offered. He wasn't informative of what the school offered. I went to ask he a question and he acted as if I was a bother too him while being rude to others as he spoke to them. He replied very rudely when I told him that I needed his undivided attention to explain too me about the program. He goes WHAT DO YOU NEED! I TOLD HIM IT SEEMS LIKE YOUR PHONE CALL IS MORE IMPORTANT! HE GOES IN A RUDE VOICE EXPLAINING THE PROGRAM . CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ASSIST ME WITH APPLYING FOR CLASSESNikki Real
I applied online, did all the steps and applied for FAFSA but couldn’t get ahold of anyone there. They let the phone ring until they finally send it straight to voicemail. Someone picked up first ring but all I heard was a woman breathing and mumbling to herself completely ignoring me after I acknowledged myself multiple times. Super unprofessional of OTC to expect so much money for these programs but can’t even give us a call back.tamar Collington

The school has absolutely been ran down into the ground. It was bad when I was there but now it's even worse. As a graduating student I suggest you spend your money elsewhere because it is not worth the hassle, the time, or the broken promises that are promised to you before graduating School. As a graduating student I was promised that I would be able to go back to the school whenever I was able to have the time to during the classes or the labs to be able to practice well lo and behold that is by far not the truth. And to receive comments of it's paying students before graduating students is unacceptable and very unprofessional. That sounds like discrimination at his best and I am still waiting a call back from the dean to be able to discuss the matter. Which I still have not received a call back. Not only have all the best teachers left the school, but they have also pushed away a lot of good teachers that should still be there. A lot has changed even since when I was going there but to be honest a lot has changed to where I don't want to go back even as a graduating student to be able to practice for where I need to be.Rachel Phillips
Halfway through my program which cost 20k they decided to switch to online learning. Of course using COVID as an excuse but this came probably the day after the governor lifted the mandates. This is after falsely advertising “hands on” education. I tried to switch classes explaining that it is very difficult to learn a skilled trade on a computer screen and was sent to the dean. She very kindly told me that if I didn’t like it I could just drop out. Leaving me financially responsible for a degree I didn’t receive and knowledge I did not learn. Two weeks into these hybrid classes the instructor sleeps at his desk the days we are in class and today he never showed. If you care about your education and money run away from this place. They enroll you on all these promises of a wonderful school. What you really get is old dirty buildings. Overcrowded classrooms. Antique tools and equipment that are broken and falling apart.B s
I made the biggest mistake of my life enrolling in this school. I enrolled in the veterinary assisting program and at least at my campus in Orlando we weren’t very hands on with anything when I got to my new place of work I had knowledge of things but couldn’t actually demonstrate anything because we didn’t have any practice in my school. Students would go in smelling like dope because the campus is on orange blossom trail I didn’t feel safe doing night classes. And the thing that has frustrated me the most is that you don’t really get a real degree. You get a certification that you have to renew every year or so that gains you absolutely no status at a vets office. You start just like anyone else who doesn’t have experience. Which means I could’ve just applied at a vets office with no experience and probably still gotten hired. If you’re looking to waste your money and time go for it.Elizabeth garza

Review Summary
This is a "Christian university," which is why I choose to come here and I was the class chaplain for the ultrasound program. AHU (formerly ADU) is far from mercy or grace. I made 2 C's and have been completely dismissed from the program forever (one new and experimental course not required for ultrasound-pediatrics)… 3 years and $30k debt later with 1 required class left, I cannot graduate. I went to the admissions director explaining the circumstances. Basically, I was told their decision stands. Something is very wrong about this situation. My family and 3 children are worst off from AHU. I had to deal with major health issues (and marital) that are now reasonably stable and have been completely withdrawn from the program with one required class remaining to be registered as a sonographer. We may seek legal action against them. I'm a disabled veteran that developed a rare condition and was finally properly diagnosed while attending the program. It was a nightmare trying to go to medical appointments, etc. They treat young and old alike, like children. The program looks for reasons to drop your grade… An example would be the routine checks to look at your home and class notes, books, etc If you don't meet their standard, they take away from your professional integrity grade. The people leading the program are careless/ruthless. The year before last we went through a hurricane with property damage. While all schools were out, mine was in session leaving no time to prepare my home and family… Same thing following the hurricane… we were back in classes being quizzed/tested while public schools had no schooling in session. I was told life happens and in healthcare you must be able to keep up… No excuses… No empathy… I explained there was no power or fuel in my area for over a week, needing to clean up, property damage… Still didn't care. Realistically, someone in my situation could have called out of work opposed to running off on the family having little food, fuel and a damaged home/property to run off school. Sadly, one student who performed well on all their quizzes and tests even came to class to take a quiz with a concussion… No joke! They didn't do well, but it was better than having their grade significantly reduced or receiving an F all together… The negative experiences are endless. Do yourself a favor, if you are determined to enter the ultrasound field, this is not a school to attend. Consider Valencia, Keiser, SantaFe. There was over a 50% fail/drop rate for the class of 2017 (I'm writing this in 2019… would have graduated with the class of 2019) and I'm talking about nearly straight-A students that were hand selected for a program with this high fail rate, which is a testament for this program. We are not dealing with students that don't know how to study or manage themselves. When the program was going through re-certification, we were told what we could and couldn't say… They expressed a concern of the courses having way too much content. Often you'll sit through three hours of lectures and then for the same class have another two to three hours of material to go through in online lectures… I don't know how they got away with only making many of the courses three credit hours. My curriculum changed several times spending money and taking class that were not required because the program kept changing; AHU does not refund unnecessary classes they tell you to take and then drops them as requirements. They do not respect you or your responsibilities as a student or as parent and will not look out for you. I've been to some of the best colleges in Florida: Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Stetson and Asbury Seminary. I've also attended Daytona State college and by far AdventHealth University is the worst experience I've ever had… specifically their ultrasound program. Keep in mind I'm a middle aged adult with a bachelor's of science and a masters with 4 classes remaining to complete my second masters degree. Avoid this schoolJan Vandermark
I was lucky enough to attend both AHU In Florida and Denver. the staffing Florida seem to actually care and go above and beyond for the students who put the work in. they were very well equipped with drop-in tutoring, helpful library, and flexible teacher hours. Denver was not like this. when I left ahu they did not have a nursing teacher in place;instead had the principal overextend herself to not only teach but continue her job as principal with help of a old nursing friend (with no teaching experience whatsoever). they did not have a library or any official tutoring hours except for a student-run tutoring session held over Skype. also keep in mind that you will be barely any financial assistance considering that the Denver campus is barely set up as a Colorado college therefore is not accepting Colorado Pell Grant or any other Colorado grants or financial assistance. I was paying almost 7000 a trimester, 5000 out of pocket with FASFA help. then there was the religious stigmas and relationships within the school. the only way I can describe the situation was.. think of mean girls. the religious, varsity, I'm-better-then-you white women. that is the people running this campus. all women are over 50 years old, religious, gossiping, and judgmental. if you are not exactly what they want you to be, you will experience discrimination, bullying, and gossip. I never felt comfortable there talking to any of them about any situations I was having in my life because of the energy The faculty gave off. so if you are a uptight, well off, Christian who can devote the next four years to learning everything from the book because there are no teachers to help you; then this is the school for you, otherwise there is many other schools that are better prepared to help you become a real world nurse.Sierra Freemyer
I am a current student at Adventist University and I do not regret my decision. I have finished my first year of college and can tell you that the professors care about the students and are always available to speak with you with open arms. The staff is friendly and helpful and make it their duty to help you as best as they can. The campus is clean and great and not to mention how it is right next to the Florida Hospital which gives students chances to get that hands on experience. It is great knowing you are surrounded by people who have a similar passion for helping people and an interest in health science professions.sAga99

Review Summary
I was wanting to go back to school and other colleges did not take the time to help me and put in the extra effort to actually care about my future. But the first day I came to FTC the staff was wonderful and very friendly and helpful. They took the time to sit down and help me with my FAFSA to get started in college as soon as possible. Since I started my teachers and staff have been very helpful and always providing an encouraging word and always willing to help even on their free time for their personal life. The teachers really take the time and stay at school til night and are always around for help and questions. My teachers I have had so far have really pushed me to limits and things I thought I never could do they have pushed me to be a better person and soon to be graduate! I thank all the staff and teachers for everything such as your time out of your lives to care about the students graduating and putting in the effort and encouragement and just being there to listen when we need to talk. I feel like I just started in July in 2017 and I will be graduated in June 2018. I have had an absolute amazing, out of this world experience since I began and I have recommended the school to everyone I know you will NEVER find amazing teachers, staff, faculty and counselors anywhere else. They have also offered night school for when i was sick and could not make it in the morning. Hands on procedures and labs, are on point thanks to the teachers for offering a helping hand. My counselor as well Ms. Sherry and director Ms.Jill have also been the biggest supporters just from the first day! I would not call anywhere else comfortable or even relaxed with spontaneous fun and help provided. Another awesome person is the director of admissions Mr. Joshua he asks about how he can help you and how everything is going and makes sure you are taken care of he is real polite and very friendly plus has a heart for people actually trying to graduate and do better with their lives. Everyone here works together and helps each other and works as a team I have not been disappointed with the school, directors, faculty, and staff!April Hudson
I have previously attended FTC, back in 2016. When I first started, it was chaotic…honestly. Everything just seemed very unorganized. So, I decided to withdraw. Here we are today…and I decided to give it another try! I went in and the environment was completely different! Everyone was so very helpful in admissions and they made sure everything question I had was answered. Before classes started, they made sure I had all information on when to be there and made sure I was still 100% ready to start. The first day, we received a bag full of goodies and that is always appreciated! I received texts from Heath and admissions making sure my first week of class was perfect and making sure I didn't have any questions. My professor is also great as well! He always makes sure you understand the lecture and if you have questions or don't understand something, you are always welcome to come to tutoring! The staff is incredible, organized and the programs are well put together! FTC has changed in so many ways since my first encounter in 2016 and I am proud to say that I am a student here and I will graduate from the MAT program in 2020! 🙂 Thank you FTC for a great learning experience and for being a great school all around! I would 100% recommend for anyone that is wanting to further their education!Brooke Bosse
This school it’s a joke and fraud, not only after graduation you will not find a job. I was a MA student the school director Heath told me if I sign up for the bachelors degree program I will receive a $4800 scholarships and the money that I owe from the MA program will split in half. So instead of owing them 2800 dollars I will owe them $1400 which I paid in full with payment plans. As soon i graduated from the bachelors degree program I went to get my my bachelors degree certificate they said I will have to pay the other half balance of the tuition that I owed from the MA program in order to receive my diploma. So basically they didn’t give me the scholarships for signing up for their bachelors. On top of that this lady Natalie Woods who’s supposed to help students find employment after graduation. I graduated since July 2021 now April 2022 still no employment. Each time I call Natalie woods to help me find employment she never pick up my phone. But when I call her from different numbers she picked. Waisted 40,000 on a school like this and still not finding a job. I NEED A FULL REFUND!!!!!Dana Luxama

READ THIS BEFORE YOU APPLY TO THE LPN PROGRAM I am making this post because I don’t want anyone else having to go into this Without knowing exactly what this program and school are like. 1. If you are expecting to pay for someone to actually teach you, this is not the place for you. The teachers here literally do not want to teach, probably because they have no idea how to. Only one of the actually cared, and when she lectured, we actually learned and had class discussions about the topics at hand. The rest would either A) split up part of a chapter and have the class make posters all day and then present to the class, B)split up a chapter (med surg chapters, so think disorders, nursing interventions, and meds, pretty important stuff that I don’t believe students who have no prior knowledge or experience should be teaching other students in the same class, isn’t that why the instructors are there for?) There were unfortunately very few times that we got a lecture. 2. The head teacher is a bully, and she likes to play favorites. Lord help you if you get on her bad side. Singles out students, makes fun of them, talks about them to OTHER STUDENTS behind their backs. Certain rules apply to certain students but not others because she likes them. If you end up enrolling, do not trust her. She likes to power trip. A lot. If she doesn’t get her way, she will play dirty till she does, and all the other teachers, including people above her seem scared of her for some reason. 3. Grades are messed with. If you do or say anything that upsets a certain someone, grades mysteriously suffer, and this isn’t just coming from student experience. People in the office warned us about her and the grades. 4. They are just as bad at teaching skills as they are lecturing. Complete disorganization. No demonstrations. We were told to read the book and figure it out. If we asked them a question, they would yell at us to look in the book. It was all in the book. The book was our teacher. Some students asked if they could please demonstrate for the class first and then have us practice, they would say no. “That’s not the way it works in the real world” or “no one is going to show you how to do this in the hospital, if you don’t know, you have to go and figure it out”. Yeeeaaa… pretty sure patients and their families don’t want you to “figure it out” at the hospital, but ok. 5. Speaking of skills, let’s talk about clinicals. So, you learned all these skills in class, and clinical is the time to get your hands dirty and reinforce the skills you learned, right? Nope! Can’t give shots, can’t pass med, can’t take vitals, can’t do anything, except practice CNA skills. We saw other nursing students from other schools get assigned to a nurse and do everything with the RN, but not us. We were not allowed to. 6. Although the school promotes itself as a “college”, expect to be treated like a middle schooler. While I do understand that there are dual enrollment students at the school (high schoolers), that is no reason to treat grown adult student like children. You will be talked down to. A LOT. Literally no respect whatsoever. Sometimes you even forget that you are an adult in this place. Valencia and Seminole also have dual enrollment, and everyone is treated in a professional manner, regardless of your age, so that is no excuse. 7. Let’s talk pharmacology. Very important in nursing. We never ever ever EVER had a single pharmacology lecture. AT ALL! Never! All we got were packets. That’s it. So that pharm class on your class schedule, forget about it. Doesn’t exist. The meds we did learn, we learned in the med surg chapters. That was the extent of our exposure to pharm. I wanted to write this so other people know exactly what they are getting into, because I wish I had known, so I could have made an informed decision (run!!!) There was so very little information available, and had I known about the toxic environment that I would be getting myself into, I would have never ever gone to this “college”.Flo Nighting
If I could give them a zero star I would!! DO NOT I repeat DO NOT waste your time with this school !!! it's a JOKE. The staff downstairs are a whole bunch of liars and have no ideas what they are talking about half of the time. I took accounting with a teacher that is not certified to teach! she does nothing but sit on her computer and look at houses all day. when I registered for this school I was told that I will have an professor that will actually teach me accounting and go over everything with me. We teach our self! EVERYTHING we do is ONLINE!!! but they want you to sit here for 900 hours!!! and it's doesn't matter if your child is sick or if you have court YOU HAVE TO MAKE ALL OF THE HOURS UP! so please don't waste you time. there is a similar school in the area that offer the same programs as this school. I wish I went there instead!!!Francisca Joseph
I am NEVER a person to leave feedback no matter how unprofessional one is . But this school is HORRIBLE &VERY unprofessional !! I applied for surgical tech and completed the paperwork & medical for this program back January 2021. In May I begin to email BOTH instructors over this program to see what date in August will I be able to start so after multiple emails and phone calls I was finally able to speak to front desk who advised me that they're still accepting people from 2019 for surgical .Why do they still have it open if their that backed up ??like I could have chose a different program. Then The instructor called me and said we don't have your paperwork on file and that I need to come back down to resubmit it. Like whatttt??? .Jah'Nyce Floyd

Review Summary
Doctor Plabón and the staff that work at this location get 10 stars from me. Alan, Mariam. They are all great! Absolutely amazing and wonderful. They care so much for all of my pets. I’ve been going here since it opened (might have even been the first or second day). But I can’t give the Vetco/Thrive business 5 stars because of two things: 1) appointments are so hard to come by within a reasonable time. They are usually booked out 2+ weeks. As someone who used to work at a vet, 50% of our business came from walk-ins. Most reasons someone takes their pet to the vet is usually acute problems like vomiting, diarrhea, etc. You can’t plan those things out weeks in advance. So if convenience of appointments is what you’re looking for, this isn’t the place. The staff here doesn’t control this, so I don’t blame them at all. They work hard and have worked hard to fit me in if I needed, but it’s not an “always going to happen” thing and I don’t count on it. They really should have two doctor here to handle this, but I believe Dr. Pablón is the only regular one. Maybe that will change? I hope so. I hope whoever reads these will take that into consideration. So many doctors coming out of vet school. 2) When you call then, it goes to a call center. Doesn’t matter the time of day or anything. Again, this is the company, not the location. I don’t know where the call center is, or who they hire, but most of the time they don’t know much about the issue at hand so it’s essentially useless to talk to them. They follow a script for general inquiries and struggle with anything beyond that. I know first hand how busy this location is so having staff specifically to man the phones may be a challenge, but for all that is good, I shouldn’t be calling some call center who doesn’t understand my question, or I have to repeat something several times, etc. Sure, if i have a general question like “when is the next available appointment?” Or “what time do you close?” Or even “what is the cost of this or that?” Call centers are great. But take this example that happened two days ago: My dog was in kidney failure and was vomiting. She had just been seen by the vet three days prior. I called up to see if there was a medicine the doctor could just fill to make her comfortable. The call center simply just said “since your pet is vomiting, we do recommend you take her to the emergency clinic.” While generally this would be fine information, give they had no appointments, in a normal circumstance, my dog had just been seen, she was in kidney failure of which vomiting can be a regular symptom of and there was no need to go to the emergency clinic to get some anti-nausea medication. My dog has since passed away, and the staff here were so gracious with us and helping us – I cannot express my gratitude more. But the call center was a pile of garbage. Please please please do something about this Vetco. Again, the staff and doctor are amazing here. I will continue to bring my animals here even though appointments may be hard to come by, because the people are amazing. The company though, could use some policy and procedural changes.Chris Mason
The staff have been lovely since I started taking my dog Rose. I go by Rose's reaction, she doesn't have a problem in the consultation room, no shaking or signs of stress. In fact she lays by the door and when the girl came back in the first time we were there she wagged her tail and that told me everything! I agree that the emergency part is an issue but having discussed that with them I know they are working to fix that at the moment. The important thing is that I believe they truly care. The cost is way below the previous place we were going to and was actually lower than they themselves had quoted when Rose had her teeth cleaned. They didn't do anything unnecessary just for money!!!!!!!!! Happy going there.Jane McFarlane
I wish I could give this place 5 stars because they were so helpful thru a rough time in my life when I could barely afford to take care of my pup but when I can’t make an appointment for almost 2 weeks out when he has an ear infection that is not getting better and I am just told I’m sorry there’s nothing we can do you other then make my dog wait until that first apt I could make almost 2 and a half weeks out just boggles my mind, how can a vet office not take emergency visits it’s not like I can just know when things like this are going to happen and plan them ahead of time. And as much as I love the office and the staff here I honestly need to find a new vet that has my pups best interest at hand.Tori Patchell

I am beyond grateful to have found this veterinarian. The front desk staff is so friendly and welcoming. The vet technicians are awesome. Dr Alonso is very kind and compassionate. I have five cats and one of them is nearly 20 years old. My old lady was in rough shape last week and they fixed her up. They treated her like a family member. She was there for most of the day and they kept me updated on how she was doing. They even sent her home with a little blanket. Thank you Eastwood Animal Hospital!Brittany

Thk u Eastwood for providing an excellent service . On my top of list for the care of doggies ..HECTOR LUGO
My partner and I have an aggressive dog and it is difficult to find a vet to even help us with him or even him be okay with. But the staff at Eastwood Aninal Hospital are super amazing, polite and didn't treat our dog like some animal. His actually great with them, having the muzzle on of course. We love taking him here and they have great annual package, that saves you money 💰 I definitely recommend this place for your pets!Egypt Arnold

I have two dogs, a senior and a puppy. They were both showing the same severe symptoms and needed to be seem immediately. My original veterinarian didn't bother to try to fit us in and wanted to schedule me out 2 weeks from today, so I called Forever Vets and they gladly not only helped me get an immediate appt for one, but BOTH of my sick babies!! I was in their office and seen within 20-30 mintues upon arrival. 👉(I would like to add how they have a chart upon entering the office; of all the patients with APPOINTMENTS that will be seen on the day welcoming them: the list was not short, so I knew they accomadated me without a hassle) So thumbs up on taking walk-ins, in a great timely manner. 👍 The front desk staff was very friendly, and thorough. The girl helping me, broke down all the vaccines, possible treatments, and prices before hand so I have an idea of what I'm looking forward too before they took my babies to the back alone to be examiated. Staff gets the thumbs up too! 👍 The Vet Tech Estevan called me while I was out waiting for my dogs to be examined. We discussed the dogs history and possible causes. We assumed the dogs might have contracted Giardia .. He was patient and spent time on the phone with me ready to answer any of my questions/concerns.. A happy staff means a happy boss (Dr.) right? So okay.. Things are looking good so far.. I have hope with my new vet.. My doggies had to be examined alone with this whole Covid situation, I was pretty nervous about not being able to meet their new Dr with them to get a feel of our new Dr's energy and how he would hand them.. However, he called me while he was examining them and was VERY VERY kind, knowledgeable, patient, and also informative. I love a Dr. that doesn't make you feel rushed, spends some time explaining anything you might/might not be aware of, and is willing to teach you about your dog's situation, possibilities and preventatives. Didn't rush me at all.. He gained all my trust over the phone!! The dogs were ready after they ran all the needed test, was given the appropriate medications. The Dr. Met with me in person at the front desk to chat about the dogs and the medications he had prescribed for them and discussed follow up and the next steps, again… Such a kind, KNOWLEDGEABLE Doctor. My vet bill came out to about 300 dollars. That covered TWO dog visits My puppies entire immunization vaccinations/rabies A few test that were run Medications… I am not mad about that price at all. It's honestly a steal for two dogs if you ask me.. Overall, Great expierence. I'm so happy I picked Forever Vets. I look forward to having you guys as my new provider and happy to ditch the old one!! 👉🏽 (I've read the negative reviews on this platform and I feel bad for some of the bad expierences some of the past clients had written, I'm not saying their experience wasn't real.. But I do believe alot of it is misunderstanding.. I didn't let negative reviews deter me away from my own experience. And I'm glad I didn't, I am a Director in Client relations, and you can tell from the type of reviews whose REALLY practicing poorly and this place IS NOT ONE OF THEM) 🌟🌟 Thanks again!! How does this place have 4+ stars?! It’s a joke. As much as I wanted to like this Vet, every experience just got worst and worst. Some staff members don’t seem as knowledgeable as they should be. I paid for the wellness plan despite the vet refusing to see my pet for the last 5/6 months of the plan, stating my pet was “aggressive”. My pet was a 7/8 month old kitten at the time who was fine the first few visits but then suddenly developed fear and anxiety, which made me question why. Also, I imagine a vet is trained to deal with animals, it’s their area of expertise, so immediately refusing to see my pet and turn her away without even trying to ease the process for her says a lot. Her wounds from surgery were larger than normal spay wounds, which was sketchy, topped with my cats fear of them made me question how they treated her. When they called me to apologize and asked me to give them another chance after hiring a new vet, they refused to make up for the services I missed out on. So I paid for a plan I couldn’t benefit from. I continued to pay for the plan until my contract was up and then cancelled it. They have no customer service skills whatsoever. I wasn’t trying to get free services, just services I paid for and didn’t get. They are just the worst in every aspect you can think of. (Update: I got a new kitten and took her to Crystal Creek animal hospital. The best experience! Do not trust Forever Vets, go to Crystal Creek, you will be happy you did! The vet at Crystal Creek is super friendly and knowledgeable and was even able to tame and comfort my first cat who Forever Vets refused to see. I highly recommend Crystal Creek!)Lorie Liz
I’d start by saying I use to bring all my animals to this vet but after coming in for about 3 months and spending 1000 dollars my cat still passed away I told the doctor that his treatments weren’t working and he made it seem like I didn’t know what I was talking about after going to another vet they told me any vet should have known that my cat was untreatable. I got 2 puppies I asked the vet to check them out the vet never checked them out and I found out 1 of the puppies was deaf if the vet would have checked them out we would have known sooner. I have a 9 year old chihuahua I asked them to check his teeth out, they never checked his teeth and later on I seen one of his teeth was a little wobbly and when I came and picked him up he was screaming and yelling in the back. After that I never went back to that vet if I was going to spend money it would be at a place that actually listened to me and my animals fast forward to almost a year after I stopped going I get a bill from collections for almost 800 dollars for a membership that I told them I didn’t want anymore when I stopped going I would not recommend this vet at allsolodolo.e

I graduated from medical billing program, top of my class straight A's but failed the practice exam, Everyone did??? Even after doing it on my own to practice the test alot of the information and methods i never learned. ICD 10 Decided to take up medical assistance 3 years later after i heard they had better teachers, maybe i had a chance for review on medical billing and help. wrong!!! My loans should be forgiven for wasting my time, remember you are paying them!!! This isn't high school to hug, eat and talk to friends. It's your career and you're held accountable for the poor education think wisely!!! I miss some of my professors sometimes but at the end of the day. They failed me, hopefully FED loan forgiveness starts an investigation into the integrity of the school. More BITE less TALK!! I worked as hard as I could thinking my excellent grades and attendance was enough. Even my externship was a joke. I made more money at the job i had than the 10 dollars an hour i was offered when I made 14 back then in hospitality. Career services is strict, but blind to the inside works, still failed me. The school does look better these days. But i read the comments still a expensive joke. Even though I really want to finish and pass. I don't have the time i had back then anymore. I'm just angry, sad and depressed. I'm almost 30, 7 years of wasted time.how would my life be if i had the support advertised??. Smh Still studying to pass the test now. It's harder, but I'm self made anyway. Just rusty. 100%Nicole Allen
Very disappointed in the school. Went in for the Electrical class an finished there program. Wasn't as much hands on as I hoped. Class cost $7,000 after financial aid. We didn't get power tools(Hammer drill, Impact drill, SawZall, Helmet, Tick Tester, PPE). Which all Electricans must have. Felt like the classes were skimming thru the pages and being rushed. I'm right now working for an electrical company in Commercial. So for anyone who wants to get in the electrical or any construction field. You can work for a company an get free schooling for 4years for FEAT. And they will prepare you for your Journeymans test unlike FTC. FTC just gives you a paper you completed there program. Almost like a highschool diploma, it's just a piece of paper. Journeyman certification is where the money's at. Please Save your money an your time. The shortcut isn't always the best way.Jordan Solano
Five stars to Katherine Sarria for helping me after finishing school when it came time to get ready for my Cosmetology State exam, it was a long process for me but she did everything in her power to help me out and now I can finally take my test. Katherine THANK YOU SO MUCH!! The school itself has a lot more of work to do, when I started the Cosmetology program in 2021, it was as if the Cosmetology program was an after thought the entire time I was there. I didn't get my full tool set until two months in, didn't get my sicciors until I was in my third block. When in my haircoloring class, everything, I mean EVERYTHING was expired and old. It was sad and really put a damper on really getting a good understanding of how products should and should not react. I hope as a school they do better.Rebecca Pimentel

I was so impressed with Mary at the front desk. She made me feel welcome, cared about what I needed and communication between her and the other staff and visitors was second to none. Unfortunately the allied health program is not at all strong. Outdated books, organized to a point but not as organized as the well established colleges, no structure to the rules and regulations for student attendance policy, because the program is so small, students get away with treating staff and instructors badly, staff needs to pay attention to educational detail to guide students in the correct direction and not make rules and regulations as they go day to day, some instructors that are there just for a paycheck, very bad relations between Nursing Program staff and Allied Health staff because one thinks they are better than the other and look to create drama to cause low moral for staff and students, and the financial struggles month after month that any school gas, but very disorganized on how they deal with the struggles. Advice, spend your money at a better college or institute so you can have a well rounded education with a school that makes sense.Freedom 1
Before going to this school …please read this!! Run…they don't care about you ….all they want is your money. Most of the teachers care for the most part but if you have issues with your teachers they turn a deaf ear . They don't listen to you especially if you have teachers who are failing you on purpose ,belittling you in front of the class and make you feel small in front of everybody. When you get to med surge the teacher will fail you on purpose ..majority of my class failed . The school knows all about this teacher and won't do a thing about it . So my advice to you is go to concorde because gwinnett in Orlando don't care about you. It's funny how the school is trying to help people pass capstone!!When we only got a two day remediation..the capstone teachers job Is already alot in a whole. They banned me from repeating my capstone even tho I'm done program!! All I asked for is proper remediation…go elsewhere. If enough student's get together they should sue themNeisha Simpson
I graduated from the RN program at Gwinnett Institute July 1, 2019. Less than 3 weeks later I passed the NCLEX on the first try! The school providing me all the necessary tools to pass this exam. The instructors made theirselves available for tutoring, not only with nursing/patient topics but with hands on skills. I also really felt like the staff cared about me. If I ever had a problem, as a student or in my personal life, I always had someone I could go to. The administration literally kept their doors open for the students. I would recommend this school to anyone looking for an education in health care. I am just so grateful to Gwinnett Institute for the education, life long career and the many friendships I've made along the way.Diane lambeth

I recently had to put my cat down due to medical complications that resulted in her being in a lot of pain. Downtown Pet Hospital's staff was very supportive towards me in this process. Having to go through this is an emotionally challenging experience, especially for having a close bond with your pet. The staff expressed gentleness, sympathy, and comfort during this time. At one moment, one of the staff members even cried and expressed that she developed a bond with my cat as well. While I hope to never have to experience this again, I will always remember how helpful and nurturing this place was towards my cat and I.Enrique
DPH provides excellent care for my dogs. Technicians and doctors are available to respond to all channels of communication. I appreciate their follow up calls. Their quality of care is evidenced by my dogs excitement to go to DPH. A few Christmases ago they took this photo and sent to me. I used it as my Christmas card! We all love DPH.Sherrie Hill
After charging my $64 to get an appointment, in which no services ended up being offered, I had to ask independently what the remainder of expected costs would be to complete my pet’s vaccine schedule: $278, not including what I paid nor medication costs the vet mandated my pet take to come back for her vaccines. A hard pass.Cory Benjamin

I had brought my pets milk and tea for spray at June 1. And Tea passed away at June 18. When I brought them back home they had so much intense responds! Making mad sounds! Jumping! Flipping! We have to hold them so tied! So they can stop it. Later in couples days, they started to throw up! I call pet alliance immediately to ask: my pets just finish the surgery, if there’s anything can I bring her back. The agents said if it’s vomiting or sick I can’t. Only surgery related issue. About a week, they both stopped vomiting. We bring them to our dad’s place and went to vacation! When we come back at June 16! My dad told us! Tea is super tired and not eating or drinking at all. We brought her to the Vet nearby immediately at 17. We had done the tests saying she had acute kidney failure!!! And the vet said it might be due to the urethral being tide up after the surgery!!! The doctor said we have to do urethrocystogram, they do not have this process. And they gave me a list of emergency that does this process. Because it was 6pm at that time. We called so many places. The only places that does urethrocystogram are UF and animal hospital at Tampa. We drive 2 hours to Tampa right away. They told us that she looks really bad! And the specialist that can do the process can only be here the soonest on Monday. We don’t want to wait! So we drive her 2 more hours to Gainesville to UF in the midnight around 1am. The doctor said it’s a lot of chance of surgery tide up. There are 50% of chance she is not going to make it when the doctors trying to save her. Even she is cure right now, she won’t have too much time with us. She will have chronic kidney issue! And price range is from $4000 (without surgery) to at least $10000 (with surgery). We can’t take that much money! We are still students! We had already spent $800 by bring her to different doctors and do the exams! We do not have insurance. Please buy insurance! That’s what I learned! Wait till 5AM we finally decided to put her to sleep since she is in severe pain and we can’t afford the price! We paid another around $300for cremation (one paid at hospital forgot how much. And $170 for cremation place). So I can bring her home to see her sister and parents. I know Pet alliance is super cheap and had helped thousands of pet! My pet is just one, or mistake. So I won’t say anything to it since pet alliance had saved so many pets. But please! I saw so many cars out there for spay or neuter at the same day. If the doctor is tired! Please do not do the surgery! People can not afford the lost! Please do the surgery carefully! It’s not you are cheap and you have lots of surgery so you can do whatever you want! Please! Don’t let any pet pass away with pain! I wish every owner and every pet will be the best! With out pain. I wish everyone can take good care of their pets! Thank you!Shijia Li
God bless these individuals that care for these pets that obviously need a home,, I'm taking a moment to write this review for all of us out there that would love to have these pets in our homes. How in the world can most people even take in pets nowadays! With Vet Visits being so costly. I've always had pets in my life and currently have a senior Dog in my home. I'm finding it hard to accept this but this one will be my last. There are no affordable veterinarians anymore and I see even making an appointment to get in to see one is a challenge. Pet Food also is ridiculously High in price. My prayers go out to these animals because they are the ones to suffer.Lily Santiago
Irresponsible clinic will not come back I had my cat's first RCP here and they made an appointment for the second shot on the same day. It was almost time for the second shot and they called me to tell me that they were closed they needed to rescheldue it. When I went today they told me the first shot had expired and my cat need to get it again! They rescheldued my appointment! It was really frustrating that no one told me the first rcp shot would expire and It was obviously their fault but they did nothing and the manager was very rude and very inefficient and unprofessional staff! Waste of time and money…yiqiong yao

I'm new to the area (Kissimmee/Orlando) and needed my 9 year old cat, Baby, seen by a veterinarian for an international travel well-check, vaccinations, microchip, and documentation. I was late to my initial appointment because I had no idea driving 8.8 miles would take 40 mins (yikes!) but the clinic was willing to work with me to be seen that evening 👍👍Every staff member interaction was professional, friendly & pleasant 🙂 Baby was seen by both Dr. Manning & Dr. Lima (separate appointments) and I was extremely impressed with both doctors! Dr. Manning did not rush (even tho it was late/we were late) and explained everything thoroughly; she was very kind and knowledgeable. The 1st thing Dr. Lima did when he entered the room was notice that Baby was scared so he opened his lab coat for her to hide, and she went right to him! ❤ Neither doctor nor staff pressured me for additional services but they did suggest Baby have her teeth cleaned 😸 I am extremely happy with the services provided by Boggy Creek Animal Hospital, and highly recommend!!Cassandra Berttula
Dr. Katherine Manning is one of the best veterinarians I have ever taken my pets to for appointments. With many different pets over the years, I have worked with many vets and Dr. Manning is one of the few I would whole-heartedly trust with my fur babies. When my dog started limping, I sought treatment and I was getting multiple diagnosis, xrays and treatment recommendations from different vets that were not fully explaining options or sure in their diagnosis. It was Dr. Manning that took the time to properly diagnose and offer treatment recommendations. Her expertise and compassion were such a relief in a stressful time when I was trying to seek direction of care for my fur baby. She even caught abnormalities in the xrays that no other vet mentioned. Now my pup is back to running around chasing squirrels and running the beaches, pain-free! In such a profession where the animals can’t tell us what is wrong, I am incredibly thankful to have Dr. Manning doing her best to care for my fur babies. Thank you Dr. Manning!Aleah Lodge
We we’re looking for a permanent vet to call home for our beautiful new puppy and we’re so glad we got Boggy Creek recommended to us by another vet who was too full. The receptionist who did our intake was very sweet and professional, we were glad to be able to schedule an appointment within a reasonable time frame. When we met the Dr.Lima (vet) we knew we were in the right hands. He took time to build rapport with our pup by playing with her giving her treats and interacting with her in order to give her a positive experience. He was very patient with all of the questions we had and was very informative during our time. At the end he topped it off with a cute stuffed animal which has now become of of her new favorite toys. The entire staff took time to play with our pup and we’re extremely polite, understanding, professional and clearly loved animals. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR YOUR VETERINARY NEEDS!Vanessa Escobar

The staff are angels in disguise. We have been taking our puppy here for over two years now and I trust them whole heartedly. They are experts and I know I can come to them with anything. Everyone from the receptionists- who always answer my calls with a positive and friendly attitude- to the vets themselves make the visit enjoyable and worthwhile. Ichly was the first person to take our puppy for examination during her very first visit to the vet. She has a heart of gold and radiates a love for animals. We believe our puppy loves coming to the WOVH because of that first warm welcome 🙂 Dr. Brown discovered a heart murmur in our puppy early on and we tip our hats to her for having the skill set to find it. She was so helpful in many ways including dealing with the shock and disappointment of such news and always gave us the facts. We thank her tremendously for her knowledge and her heart. Dr. Markwardt is so communicative and keeps us abreast on everything. Her summary of our dog’s yearly exam was so thorough and easy to understand. She was patient beyond belief as I had so many questions typed out (yes, I am a hard-core dog mom!) on paper and she took the time to read over everything and talk to me about them. We appreciate how involved she gets with each client and it is inspiring to see someone who take their job as seriously as she does. Robert is so friendly and professional; it is a joy to see him. You can tell he loves his job and helping animals. He will thoroughly explain your pet’s medication and what all happened during the visit all while treating your furry son/daughter like it’s his own. We are thankful for his expertise and that our pet has a friend in him 🙂 Bottom line: I would recommend this place to everyone. For people who complain that vet offices are expensive, please know that this place is moderately priced….they are more than fair. You may be able to find a cheaper clinic, but the care and attention they give at WOVH, the cleanliness, the accommodations, the helpfulness, isn’t something you can find elsewhere and it makes paying a bit more worth it. They ‘know you’ after your first visit and you feel like they are a natural part of your dog’s life. More importantly, please also understand that veterinarians are not money grabbers. If they wanted to make big salaries, they would have used their all of their training and aptitude in biology and chemistry and taken it to the medical field. Instead, they chose to care for your pet. Please be respectful of that and don’t think they are trying to upcharge you or make a big profit. I highly recommend watching the TedTalk “What Being a Veterinarian Really Takes” by Dr. Melanie Bowden to get a good insider look into the Vet world. My husband and I thank you all so very much for taking care of our girl and for the professionalism, and personal touch you give to each and every visit day in and day out.Danny Girl
Our puppy loves the staff here. Every vet, vet tech, and receptionist at both locations have excellent bedside manner. They take the time to pet her, give her snuggles before trying to administer anything. They are always very sympathetic to her symptoms when she's had a few illnesses and seem to really care about her. I've never had an issue getting a future or same day appointment. They are very efficient to respond to our puppy's health insurance claims. They even took back unopened Trifexis as an exchange after my puppy had a bad reaction to it. Great location.Kenneth Knepler
We recently had to visit because of our very ill elderly cat. Sadly she had to be euthanized. The staff was wonderful in helping us in this very trying period. They were so thoughtful and even sent a sympathy card a few days after the event. They are friendly, quick and have been great. I highly recommend. The care both our cats, now single cat, received is fantastic. I don't want to dwell just on our loss, but given how much care they gave us, and our sweet cat, it goes to show how much they care for the pets AND pet owners. Thank you WOVH!!Matthew Montoya

Best vet experience thus far. I had adopted a kitty yesterday and without making an appointment I walked in the animal hospital today and Dr. Z was able to check her out with no issue. He and the nurse was very kind, caring and answered all of my questions which extremely comforted me. She had fleas and a potential parasite and was given medication for both. They handled her very well and I feel more confident on the health of my cat. As I was walking out my cat had pooped in her temporary carrier and the front desk and nurse took her to the back to bathe her and provide her a clean temporary carrier. Everyone at this hospital has been very helpful and I greatly appreciate all their efforts.saladham
I wanted to say thank you so very very much to Dr. Z and to all of his staff from the bottom of my heart .l Best vet and staff I have ever been to in my life ! Everyone from the doctor and to his personal staff Ciara and Sarah. They are ALL kind hearted . You can tell everyone there loves animals. I would most surely recommend Dr. Z and staff to treat any of your pets. Such compassion. Dr. Z explains everything you need to know. He takes his time to listen and inform you what exactly is the best medical care your pet needs. You will not be disappointed in any way to take your pet to this clean facility and excellent Dr. and his staff. I am so happy I chose to go to this office!! 🙂Candence P
We love Dr. Z and the whole staff! They're all so friendly and you can just tell that each one of them truly cares about your pet. My puppy had his very 1st appt here when he was about 8 weeks old and he's now just over a year old. He def loves Dr. Z for all the treats he gets, ha. Only thing I have to say is choose your appt time wisely. Sometimes their appointments overlap so you could be sitting in the room for a while until you're out the door. Also from my experience with other vets, they are a little on the pricier side compared to some others (they do take insurance though). But you can request an estimated invoice before your appointment so you're aware.Jaide G.

Review Summary
Sadly I’m very disappointed in this veterinary practice. We moved to Orlando from Atlanta and was recommended this practice by our prior veterinarian. Upon moving here, I brought my 11 year old dog in to establish care as he has epilepsy and requires uninterrupted medication. While I was at the first visit, I still had medication and was told when the time for a refill came, I could call and get the prescription. I called Saturday 9/24 and spoke with Dave/David and he was very kind and helpful, advising that the vet would take a look and call me back Monday. Not a problem at all. Around 2pm Monday I call in as I haven’t heard from anyone and I wanted to get the refill done before the incoming hurricane. The girl I spoke with rushed me off the phone and said someone would be in touch. Monday afternoon near closing time rolls around and I’ve heard from no one. I had to leave a voicemail explaining the importance of this refill – even though they should already know considering it’s anti-seizure medication that is vital. I get a text the following morning letting me know I could come in to pick up the prescription for filling at a pharmacy of my choice. I then go straight to the pharmacy to request the refill and was advised they cannot promise it will be done before they close for the hurricane. The pharmacy is now closed through Thursday and I am without the prescription through the hurricane only due to the lack of urgency and competency of this practice. I surely hope my senior dog doesn’t begin having seizures that can be difficult to control during this hurricane. This practice did not put the health & safety of my dog first and I will never trust them with my animals ever again.Ryan Ruggiero
The kindest, most compassionate staff! My cat had a medical emergency on a Sunday when SODO was closed, and a different vet wanted to charge us $5500 for surgery. Instead we brought him to SODO first thing Monday morning, and the man at the front desk, Fernando, was so kind and sympathetic. He got us checked in and into a private room right away, and Dr. Ortiz was in the room not even 15 minutes later. They kept him overnight and were able to avoid surgery altogether! My cat received fluids, medications, special food, 2 X-rays, and a 30 hour stay and they only charged $450! I honestly thought they had made a mistake and undercharged us. Multiple members of the staff called with updates, and they were always kind and patient. They sent our cat home with food and medication, all included in the $450 cost. We also brought our cat here when we first got him, SODO was the only clinic nearby taking new clients. At that time they were also incredibly friendly and gave us several bags of food to take home. This clinic always goes above and beyond, they have a nice building with multiple private patient rooms, you can see how the staff genuinely loves animals and is eager to give the best care. This is a fantastic choice for care for your animal!Emily Sudkamp
I recently switched to SODO from another veterinarian in town. I have been beyond impressed with the staff and doctors with both of my dogs. The Veterinarian's never made me feel embarrassed to ask a question, or bring up an issue with my dogs that Ive tried to remedy myself prior to bringing in. I'm often leery bringing my rescue to new places due to the stigma of her bully breed, even though she is a lover, can be "temperamental". The staff handled her with such wonderful care, and made me feel so comfortable. Boarding them was a breeze, and the pups came out as happy little clams 🙂 It means the world that I can trust a Veterinary Hospital to care for my fur-kids, medically and with boarding.Brittani Read

Review Summary
I was looking for a vet for my new Australian Shepard puppy, Azula. This is my first puppy, but we have a cat as well. The cats vet has made it so you don’t get to speak to the vet, only the staff, so I looked around for vets near me with high reviews. Seeing Alafaya Trail Animal Hospital had 5 stars, and other reviews talking about how the staff actually cares about your animal, I decided to give it a shot. After requesting an appointment late at night, I received a call the very next morning from them asking when I was available. The woman I spoke with on the phone was INCREDIBLY helpful, easy to talk to, and excited for me for getting my puppy, I could hear it in her voice. Arriving for my appointment, the staff melted at how cute my baby is!!! She was very well behaved, slept most of the time, was wonderful for the vet and her assistants. The vet was very helpful, more than willing to answer all of my little questions, even went as far as printing out additional information for me without even asking. Very receptive, very easy to talk to. Before I left, they had apparently taken pictures of my baby Azula, and printed out a little certificate commemorating how well behaved she was. I didn’t expect that, I almost teared up, it was so cute. A receptive, engaging, positive staff, everybody seems like they loved their jobs and that makes me feel like I’m putting my baby in the right hands. When I DID leave, another member of the staff walked out with me and helped me get the puppy and my belongings in my car, as I came to the appointment alone. All in all, wonderful experience. Great vet, great staff, great time. If you work there and you’re reading this, thank you very much, I appreciate you all and thank you for taking such good care of Azula.Corey Curtis
Everything about my experience here was a 10/10. The space was clean, the workers at the front desk were so kind, and they made everything so simple with the price breakdowns. The vet tech was super knowledgeable and the vet herself was very kind and smart as well. it genuinely felt like I had a competent and caring team around my dog and this was just for a normal check up. I would definitely trust them – all of them mentioned their own pets and gave me a lot of good insight, options and information for any topics that came up. Would 100% recommend!!!Shannon L
Dr. Q and Dr. Duprey are terrific! They listened to my concerns with my dog who has not been feeling well. A Vet (not at this practice) was unable to diagnose the condition my dog had these 2 Vets had my dog in for teeth cleaning and found 2 teeth that were bad and were extracted. We are hopeful that this action will help my dog feel better. Their kindness to me and listening to my concerns makes me feel that they care about the animals they see. The Vet techs and office are kind and also terrific. I'm glad I found them.Mary Jones

I wanted to say a big thank you to the staff at Shaffer’s Animal Hospital and especially to Dr. Jennifer for her care for my senior dog Benji. She always responded to all my questions and concerns. We never felt rushed when we were at our appointments, and I felt that she genuinely cared. Benji was diagnosed with cancer and Dr Jennifer was very caring and empathetic through the process. It was a difficult time for us as our poor boy eventually passed away but Dr. Jennifer helped to smooth the transition for us and for our Benji.Aimee M.
Shaffer Animal Hospital has treated our family cat, in addition to my three dogs (two of whom are reactive rescues). We have seen Dr. Gerrish for the majority of our visits , and Dr. Jones as well! I highly recommend both. They are both patient with animals who need a little extra time to warm up, as well as with humans with lots of questions. Staff has always been helpful, patient, and kind!Jamie Everett
Dr. Gerrish was amazing! We adopted our baby in January and have been very nervous to take her to the vet since she is so anxious. Dr. Gerrish and her technician sat on the floor with Prym the entire time and made sure she was comfortable for her visit. Prym left with a smile on her face and a belly full of treats! We will definitely be coming back here. 🙂Morgan Clark
