The doctor and staff were awesome on RayJ’s first visit. Everyone was kind and took the time to answer all of my questions. I really appreciated this and we definitely look forward to his next visit in September for annual vaccinations and teeth cleaning. Thanks to everyone!!! We had our visit in September for a teeth cleaning/extraction, vaccinations and ear infection. Everything went well and I definitely appreciated the doctor and staff keeping me apprised of RayJ’s procedures and condition throughout the day. Look forward to his recheck this week. The entire staff was wonderful and I know RayJ made new friends while there. Thanks to everyone for a good experience!Deaun Palenshus
We moved here from a small town where everyone was a friend. The vet made evening calls to ensure our pets were okay when something had happened with them. I was nervous about switching to a city business and loosing that customer service and care for us and our fur babies Dr. Hemmen and the Oakcrest team go above and beyond to show they truly care about us and our five pets. We have been impressed since the first appointment we had. Dr. Hemmen is so kind and truly cares and it shows in every one on the team as well. They are truly a small town feel and family atmosphere vet right in the city!! Keep doing what your doing guys!!Laura Teter
We just moved to Wichita and my cousin recommend Oakcrest to me based on that she used to work with one of the vets. From the first time I called the office to schedule a boarding appointment to my actual appointment I have been very impressed with the staff. During my dog's boarding they sent me updates and photos. Very happy with our decision to use them so far. Attached are the photos they sent me of my very happy dogJeff Heidel

Review Summary
I had 2 visits and both times felt like it was more about making money than caring for my pets. One was during their regular visit. They were trying to upsell me so many things…extra vaccines, boosters, wanting 6 month visits instead of yearly, dental cleanings, subscription to their dog park. The second was right before my 3 year old pup died. He was a patient there and I called to get him urgently checked out in the middle of the day. They said they had no appts unless I wanted to pay an emergency fee. So, do you have an opening or not? Then, I had to let them know right away, because after 4pm, the rate went up more. Thankfully, I’ve found a very caring vet clinic who not only took very good care of my seriously ill dog, who was not their patient, on a moment’s notice, but I just got back from a checkup with my other dog and they assured me that so many of the things they said my dog needed last year were unnecessary.Angie McDonald
I feel very blessed to have found these guys! I just moved here from California and it's really hard to find a place that will see birds let alone like them and handle them in a loving kind way! Since the first time we brought our Green Cheek Conure Midori to see Dr. Summer, I bring all 4 of my babies here! I KNOW they love and handle them with the same care in the treatment room as they do with me standing there! That goes for ALL THE STAFF! a special thank you to Dr Summer, Donna, and Gracen! You guys are SO KIND for putting up with me! I don't know what I would do without you! 💯💯💯💯💯❤❤❤❤❤❤💞💞💞🧡💞💞💛💕❤️ 💖❤️🔥❤❤❤❤Catherine McKaig
Prairie Ridge was amazing! They were able to fit us in yesterday unexpectedly for an emergency and took care of my dog so well! They didnt leave any boxes unchecked when caring for him/ figuring out if anything else was wrong. The staff was all super sweet and helpful, on top of that we received a call this morning to check on how he was doing and to remind us the instructions of his medication as well as telling us what to look out for, ive never had a veterinary place do that! 12/10 for everything!Taylor Bredfeldt

My boy, Jack, had a gnarly weird toe nail that our previous vet thought was just a gnarly toe nail and just clipped his nails every month to keep it short enough so it wouldn't cause him pain. When I called and talked to Faith at Vetco she immediately was worried this was something more and Dr. Alex dug in and found it was a benign cancer and needed to be amputated. The care that Jack has received is exceptional. The team was worked hard to make sure his treatment is what he needs, loves on him every time we're there – which was a daily bandage change for a week, and went above an beyond when he pulled bandages off and accidentally got locked in the car! I was hesitant to go to a corporate vet, but this team at the New Market Vetco are exceptional, outstanding, caring professionals who love your animals and take awesome care of them! I highly recommend them for any of your pet health needs.Shelley Davis
This clinic absolutely blew me away! I was shocked to be able to get an appointment on such a short notice and the online scheduler made making an appointment so easy. The doctor I saw gave me so much information and the technician made my cat feel comfortable. I absolutely recommend anyone who is looking for a veterinarian to stop in and see them. AND it's totally in the PETCO, so I could do my pet shopping after the appointment.Availon S
I just moved to Wichita a couple months ago and didn’t know where to go. My boyfriend had a great experience with the Vetco in Topeka so I took my dog to the Wichita one. They were easy to get make an appointment with, kind, and very professional. My dog is timid and scared of new people and they were nothing but patient with him. We will be going back there for a teeth cleaning and a biopsy, I know I can trust them with my baby!Amy Lanski

Just had our first ever bad experience at this veterinarian. They do take wonderful care of our babies. We have taken our sick pets, well pets, end of life pets and referred others pets but wow if we didn't just get blindsided out of some money. Our dog has some eye boogies so we called and were quoted $62 + meds. When we got there the nurse gave us a huge list of things we could have done and a big few hundred dollar total and I told her all I could afford was the exam and meds please. She said she understood and brought in the doc. They put in some eye drops, looked in her eyes and put some tissue in them to check tearing. I assumed, having told her i wanted and could afford only an exam and meds that this was a routine exam for eye issues. Then they gave me eye drops to take home. I go to pay and am told I owe almost $200!! I told the nurse I already told her I could not afford more than a regular exam, which I assumed it was and she says oh sorry. I paid, voiced my unhappiness and left. It was just so unfair!! How can they just rip people off? I have never had this problem there before, I really expected that they would try to fix their mistake but they just let us pay it and leave! Very unhappyTracey Korgel
After many trips and discussions my husband and I finally decided on adopting a cat from the KS Humane Society. We got her July 3. She had been treated for ear mites, but we noticed she was still shaking her head and scratching at her ears. After a search and reading reviews we decided to try All Creatures. SO GLAD WE DID! I called them at 8:10am on July 5 and talked with Lisa. Got her in at 9:30 cause of a cancel opening. Very impressed with Dr. Oehmke and Sara H. They listened to my concerns, were very professional, and answered all my questions. They were very gentle with my new cat. Checked under the microscope for mites, but just yeast infection. Concerned with a elevated temperature, gave me the options, but then checked it again before we were done, and it was normal. So home we went! Sorry for this long post, but they have all been great, from office staff and Lexi to Dr Oehmke and Sara H. I have had 3 followup phone calls from them to make sure Moka and us are doing good. So impressive! Highly recommend this office if you are looking for a Vet!!Shirley Seaman
We had an emergency a rise with one of our fur babies in January of this year (2022). Our previous vet did not have a doctor in office until later in the day, and only if their plane was not canceled. All Creatures graciously took our Tucker for the day to hydrate him so we could take him to KSate for further testing. (We were not patients yet) We decided at that time to transfer our fur babies to their clinic. We have not been disappointed with that decision. I love the staff! They are so personable and friendly. Heather G & Sara H always call me by name and are very loving to our fur babies. I appreciate how Dr. Oehmke and Dr. Blick are compassionate, caring and understanding. They answer all our questions and concerns until we are comfortable with and understand the information/results. Thank you Dr's and staff for all you do for your clients/patients.Nina Lang

Review Summary
Our two beloved fur-baby pups have been under the care of Animal Hospital at Auburn Hills for their whole lives (going on 5 years). We highly recommend them to anyone needing kind and compassionate care for the furry members of their family. The care that we have received has always been professional and prompt. What I love best about AHAAH is that while all exams are very thorough, we never feel pressured into unnecessary procedures or purchasing unnecessary products. They are always empathetic and sensitive to our family's needs. You can tell that they stay up to date on veterinary science and practices, and they will always explain things to you in a way that you can understand (without making you feel dumb). The staff there is very loving; you can tell that they genuinely love animals and will do all they can to help you and your pets. I hope AHAAH stays around forever because I could not imagine trusting our pups under anyone else's care!Sandy Rose Ahlström Parker
We came in for a second opinion after we were told there was nothing more that could be done. They made my Eva feel safe and comfortable, which is something that we have never experienced at a vet clinic before. They fully understood that my Eva is not just a dog, she is my family and I feel so good about the care that we received. We live about an hour away but will drive the extra miles to get the kind of care for her that they provide. I can’t say thank you enough!!!Jennifer Shultz
We have taken our fur babies to Auburn Hospital at Auburn Hills for several years now and my babies love the staff and all Doctors. Dr Stamps sat on the floor with them on the first visit because he wanted to get down to their level to examine them since this was their first time to this clinic and my babies loved it. I have never forgotten that. The staff are amazing and so good to my babies especially Traci. Have a blessed day! Connie PattonCONNIE PATTON

Review Summary
I’ve taken my pet to multiple Banfield locations and this by far was the worst one I’ve ever experienced. I took my girl in for a simple allergy shot that she’s gotten every month for over 2 years. When they told me the charge it was $300 MORE than what I’ve ever paid for a cytopoint shot ever. I called and realized they were going to microchip her UNAUTHORIZED, had I been spoken to about this I probably would have let it happen. But the fact that it was NEVER talked about, no one ever told me and I had to be the one to investigate to make sure what was getting done. So unprofessional, I picked my girl up right away and of course the lady in front of me’s dog was choking and they had no sense of urgency, they wanted to do blood work on the dog when you could clearly see the dog was just choking. This place only cares about making a few extra bucks on your sick animal. Check your charges BEFORE dropping your pet, or don’t even bother with this place. I didn’t even meet the vet, I barely got an apology. You don’t add on services without talking to the person first. Completely mortified.Lisandra Muro
PLEASE READ!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!! I took my 7 month old puppy in for bordatella, rabies and destemper vaccinations. They wouldn’t let me go in with her and she was horrified! They would however, let me go inside to pay which makes no sense. I wasn’t allowed to meet the vet either. One day later, she was coughing, vomiting, lethargic and had a temperature. I took her back in to Banfield, they charged me an additional visit fee and had me pay $200 for antibiotics and anti-nausea meds. Two days later my elderly dog had the same symptoms so I took her to my previous vet and it turns out they both have kennel cough which could’ve only been contracted at Banfield.. the antibiotics were Ineffective too. They obviously don’t sterilize there area where dogs are held..this has been a nightmare and I’m still not sure if my elderly dog will survive this…Jamie Porter
Very poor care. Seems like they changed hands about a year ago, and all they care about is how to tell you how much you saved for their overcharged services. We took our dog there for tooth cleaning and annual checkup. There was no detailed report of his examination. They shaved both of his front legs and a few days later he developed a pain or something else in one. We called and got their standard answer of giving him some Benadryl. The dog seems to have an infection and the vet does not have time to examine him? We are taking him to urgent care tomorrow. Oh, by the way, they just raised their maintenance fees by 20%. Somebody should put these people out of business with a hefty malpractice suite. Finally, all the five-star ratings you see is put in by themselves to raise their ratings.Kamran Rokhsaz

Review Summary
My best friend of 13 years, my beloved dog, started to decline in December. My vet clinic closed during Covid. I found Solomon by chance, and am so grateful for the staff. From Missy at the front desk, to the vet. Unfortunately the Big guy had a poor prognosis and we had to help him cross the rainbow bridge within 3 weeks of his initial visit. The staff at Solomon treated us with compassion, and did not make me feel bad making the decision not to treat him at his old age. Dr. Adair made me feel comfortable, and was very thorough when explaining what was going on. I have since brought my other animals here, and could not be happier with the services rendered. My 9 year old dog just had a mass removed from her mouth, it was scheduled for 3-25, but took a turn for the worse. Dr. Adair was able to do her surgery within 24 hours of it going bad. She is now resting at home, and doing well. It is hard to hand your fur babies over, especially if they are not doing well, and know they are receiving the best care. I do not doubt for one second that the staff at Solomon provides excellent care, and love for the animals under their care. They are reasonably priced, and extremely informative. I will be using them for many years to come. Special thanks to Missy for listening to me cry, and answering my questions on my multiple phone calls when Man got sick. You will never know how far your kind words went, and how comforting it was when you said "we can all tell how much you loved him". It made my decisions much easier to live with. THANK YOU ALLJen Brownlee
Had a great experience with my first dog. I wanted to try and take my other dog as well, made sure to tell them multiple times my dog doesn’t do very good with new people, & shows sign of anxiety at times. Got to the office & minutes later they called me because my dog wasn’t doing very good in there by himself so they asked me to go into the office. I probably shouldn’t of had taken my dog to this office just because they don’t let you go in there with them but i wanted to give it a try. My dog is small but fiesty, so he was just scared. The lady doctor advised me to put a nozzle on him, he let me put that nozzle on him with no problem because he knows me. After i did that for some reason the doctor decided to grab him and i just didn’t think it was the best idea just because before I told them how he is. At this point my dog was freaking out because he didn’t know what was going on, I was scared for him and myself because he just seemed so scared and stressed. after the doctor grabbed him a few seconds later everything happened so fast, somehow he took the nozzle off, he was wearing a shirt so the girl doctor grabbed him by his shirt and threw him on the floor since he was by the table. After that i just grabbed my poor dog and i was just so confused on what just happened. after that the doctor apologized and said that my dog got a hold of her, but i told them multiple times on how my dog was so i don’t recommend coming here if your dog has a hard time with new stuff.Aneth Lopez Rodriguez
I have been taking my fur babies to Solomon Veterinary Clinic for over 10 years. During this time they have treated my dogs for annual check-ups, emergency visits, chiropractic care and through the end of life process. In all these treatments they have been professional and loving to where I was confident that my dogs received the best possible treatment. They have kept me informed of my dogs progress as well as providing various options for care but being compassionate and realistic. I wouldn’t trust my dogs to anyone else.Krista Reaves

Review Summary
Adopted the most beautiful puppy from the Humane Society and was told she’d need to see a vet within a month. Haven’t had a pet for awhile so didn’t know where to go. Asked Google Assistant for his advice and he sent me to Skaer Veterinary. Wow! I can see why, it’s obvious He knows the Web like the back of His hand. Every staff member was delightful and the place had the most amazing vibe. Signed up for the monthly plan because it just felt right, and who doesn’t look forward to more visits to such a happy place! Got a very affordable care plan for my new puppy, so don’t even have to worry about unexpected expenses as it’s a set monthly budget that I find surprisingly low. Could not be happier with this Veterinary Clinic, and am very grateful for Google Assistant’s amazing recommendation. Five Stars for sure!!! Very happy customer, and my pet is as well. 💙🐈#MotherAI #MrsGoogleMapsASSISTANT999
My former vet retired so I decided to come here, as I wasn't happy with Indian Hills. I have brought all of my pets here, and I can say I am more than satisfied with the care they have received. They are more than willing to take extended amounts of time to go over care options and discuss your pet with you. They are happy to explain things to you, even if it's a silly question. I also have to say that as a cat owner, it always felt like vets in Wichita didn't like cats. At Skaer it's a completely different story, they have methods to try to help cats feel safer at the vet. The vets, nurses, and other staff all seem to genuinely love animals and think of their own pets when offering care and advice. While the prices are high compared to my old vet, I can't say that it's not worth it for the quality. I know that my fur babies are in good hands.Alex Grey
We absolutely love Skaer and Dr. Covington! All of the vet techs are so kind, and Travis at the front desk is always a pleasure to talk to about my questions. When we first moved to Wichita, it was in the second half of 2020, and things were, well, weird. I was anxious about curbside vet services, as we had adopted Kenzie less than a year before and I hadn't ever left her by herself at this point yet. They were kind and helpful, and Se. Covington came out to the car to tell me all about how the appointment went. Two years later and we still completely love going, and Kenzie gets so excited to see everyone! We've since signed up for the wellness plan and absolutely love using that to help spread out the cost of service on our lazy, 100 pound, polar bear-mix.Samantha Huckabay

Caring, kind and competent staff whose personable doctors take the time to listen and thoroughly explain conditions and options. Calm professional atmosphere. My cats don’t freak out as has happened at other vet offices. Nice people too. When my wrists were injured they carried the cats in and out for me. And one of the doctors recently suggested a pill tool when she prescribed meds. Wow! No more pill trauma for me or the cat! Funny how such a small bit of caring from a busy but attentive professional makes such a huge difference at home. Love these people!Vicki A
The doctor was good when I finally got in to see her. But took a month to get an appointment and then a half hour wait in the stuffy, warm exam room past my appointment time. However, she did apologize for the long wait which I appreciated. She was very good handling my cat, although did not weigh him or take his temp which most vets do.Lanette
After 8 years with our previous vet, I was nervous about taking our three cats somewhere new. From the very first phone call, the staff at the Cat Hospital has been wonderful. I now understand why all of my cat-loving friends rave about them! We are so impressed, and glad we made the switch.Sara Riegel

Review Summary
I have been taking my fur babies to Sweetbriar since 2018, but after todays visit which totally upset me, I’m deciding to part ways. The customer service at one point was awesome! Now, it’s lack there of. From the phone rep when you finally get them on the phone to the front desk staff. It’s not at all what it use to be. I really loved Lacey Diebold she was great with my fur babies and the service with Dr. Heath Hermes (he is very knowledgeable and shares all he knows with you as well) and Melissa was great today. But, the lack of empathy from an error on the part of whom ever was in charge of pulling the medication out at today’s visit, causing a customer to have to leave work because “it was a hind sight on there part and they are human” (Pablo quote) is not an excuse. The medication that you gave my fur baby expired 05/2022 this is completely unacceptable and today’s date is 9-23-2022. Then the front desk asks me to bring it back in only to find out that every last dose of the medication I needed was expired. Then staff just blows it off like oh well, I don’t know what to say. Shouldn’t you as staff check this prior to having the customer leave work to come all the way back for a wasted time and trip? The front desk staff acted as if they didn’t care and from this customers view is just disrespectful. (This excludes the brand new lady just starting). But writing off a long term customer by saying “you can understand if I need to find another vet .” Really? This truly shows me how little you care about the customers Pablo! I expected way more coming from you.The polite thing to have done would be to apologize that no one looked at the expiration date prior to bagging and sealing the medication with a label your office printed. Try Apologizing to the customer for having them leave work only to come all the way back to find out all the medication I needed for my fur baby was all expired. Then told you no you can’t get a refund until next week when a different doctor is in. Wow do I need to keep going? You have cost me time, money and gas. Thanks a lot. (Please Note: No customer ever wants to be told your sarcastic comment. Shame on you). But you probably won’t tell that part of the story. Right Pablo?T T
I took my little Gracie into Dr. Diebold at Sweetbriar Vet Clinic to have her spayed and chipped. Because Gracie is a teacup Shi Tzu and weighs only 6 and half pounds I was concerned. Dr. Diebold took the time to first talk with me after her round of shots and rabies vaccine. I wanted to wait a few more months for Gracie to get a bit larger so I called the office and explained I would like a return call to to visit with her once again about the spaying. I was still nervous because I had never had such a small dog. She returned my call and put me at ease about my fears and concerns. I did take Gracie in one week ago today to have the procedure done. She first called after they had done the pre-blood work to let me know everything looked great. She called a few hours later to let me know she was finished and that Gracie was resting and recovering and everything had gone great. I picked her up about 6 hours later. She was fine and frankly the day after, she acted like nothing had happened and was wanting to play. So today is one week and I took her cone off and gave her the last of her pain medication. I'm happy I had it done and happy I decided to use Dr. Diebold and Sweetbriar Vet Clinic. She has a great staff and I'm particularly impressed with the young man Pablo who works the front desk.Ann Stimac
I first started going here a couple years back when a good friend told me they were amazing with difficult dogs, and they absolutely were. I had to take my dog in today to put her to sleep and I could absolutely not suggest a better place! They have been amazing with every animal I have taken there. My dog had issues at the last vet and would have to be muzzled and sedated, not at Sweetbriar! These gals are topnotch and I definitely recommend for dogs and cats!Melodee Myers

Wonderful staff. The front desk is sympathetic and helpful. The Vet. Technicians are very kind and aware/gentle. And Dr. Chris was very informative, listened to all my questions, and left me with a lot of assurance and peace of mind on a difficult thought. I took my Samson here because he wasn't eating and he became very weak. He ended up being diagnosed with lymphoma. Dr. Chris was very informative and even showed me the lymph-nodes while offering a lot of other information. Dr. Chris was able to buy me a month or two more with the healthy boy I desperately missed. The medicine worked and he became a happy, fat boy again. Dr. Chris was also very helpful with me couping with the decision of putting Samson down due to all the variables of his health and suffering. He was honest and blunt, but still compassionate and caring, which is what I needed. After a day or two of sadness, I received by mail a signed letter by the staff with Samson's nose print in it which gave me happy tears. I am forever grateful to this clinic and to the wonderful and caring people that work here, and making a difficult situation easier to bare/coup with. Thank you College Hill AH for everything you all do ❤️💚Danny 수은제 (Mercurial)
We love this place! A year ago, our beloved vet retired and we tried to find some place that was comparable. After several tries, we found this amazing office. The people are warm, friendly and they truly care about their clients and pets. They took us once in an emergency situation without an appointment and have always been able to find us an accommodating time, sometimes on the same day. Better yet, they believe in 3 year rabies shots which, from my experience, is better for the animal and good on my wallet (their services are very reasonable). They also don’t believe in charging you for a wellness checkup every time you go in like a lot of other clinics, but will give you one if you ask. They see your pet in a timely manner as well. There’s nothing to dislike about this place in my opinion!Rebecca Robbearts
Today my cat passed away unexpectedly. We rushed her to College Hill vet to do anything to try to save her because I didn’t know she was too far gone yet. The vet who came to see her didn’t take the entire situation seriously and was completely patronizing, condescending, and unhelpful while I broke down in the room they brought her to. It wasn’t taken seriously at all and we took her home to lay her to rest. They did not offer any end of life services for her at all- I wish I could’ve chosen to cremate her. I don’t recommend this vet office.Max H

I was excited to use this clinic for boarding my dog while I was away this week. It was close, had good reviews, and I knew they had experience with her breed. When making her boarding reservations I was told I could pick her up on Saturday. Half way through the week I was called and told that they would be closed Saturday. Gloria the girl who called me then nicely suggested she could still come in to discharge my dog to me on Saturday. I don’t even let her pick the time most convenient to her since I knew I would be getting in, in the middle of the night but had nothing to do Saturday. When I got there to pick up my dog she was very rude. There was an issue with the card system denying my card when she ran it. I told her I knew the money was there but offered to go get cash. She ran it again and still didn’t go through. When I offered again to go get cash she stated she didn’t want to be there that long because it was her only Saturday off in two months. (Which I understand but I had made arrangements to pick up my dog on Saturday when the reservation was set) She then suggests she can run it manually and stated she just didn’t want to because it takes longer to process sometimes. It went through and she got me my dog. Which is the real reason for the one star. She came to me with feces covering her feet, up her leg, and on her back. I am understanding to the fact they might not be let out as much as at home but handing them back to their owner covered in their waste is rude and disrespectful. Very disappointed overall. Between the poop covered dog and Gloria’s rude service I will not be using this clinic again.Rhea Hughes
I started looking for vets last year that could help me with my long haired cat grooming. I used to go to Pet Haven but the grooming side closed. Ladies retired.. so I came across Wichita Pet Clinic by a whim. I took my cat in to get groomed. She was in Pet Haven months earlier and told my Cat had ear infection in both ears. Gave me drops! Giving a cat ear drops twice a day! My cat was not Happy! So we waited. When we took our Nadia in just for groom and shampoo, the Dr found a tumor in Both ears! Also my cat had ear mites so bad she even had ear ite eggs in both ears! Thanks So Much for Dr! He saved my Sweet Nadia! I'm dumping Pet Haven for misdiagnosing my cat! I have a new Clinic Now!Ronda Newton
We have had issues with skin irritation on our cat. We have tried several things recommended by Dr Greg. He was able to find the source of the irritation on the last visit and was very excited to find it. He shared his excitement with us and explained the issues. He showed us the issues and was able to order the proper medicine for our cat. It has helped the cat a lot, and life is returning to normal of the cat and us. We thank Dr Greg for researching for a solution and being able to help us out. I don't think you could ask more from your Veterinarian. We are very happy with the experiences from Dr. Greg and his staff.Steve Beer

After 3 long days of trying to get my Apollo help, and being denied his treatment by 3 other Emergency Vet Clinics due to lack of funds, Banfield Pet Hospital was an answer to a lot of prayers! Apollo was suffering from Parvovirus and had not eaten in days, would barely drink water, had bloody stools, and his bright energetic spirit was completely depleted. The team that helped us provided us with the materials, knowledge and reassurance on how to treat Apollo at home. Dr. Calvert was not only able to administer Apollo with an exam and a few medications to help his symptoms, but she also provided me with the materials necessary to take care of him at home. They demonstrated to me how to give him his subcutaneous fluids, and instructed me when to administer his prescriptions. I normally never leave reviews but after my previous experiences this weekend begging other places to help my Fur baby and being denied. The Banfeild team deserves some sort of recognition for going above and beyond. My family is overly grateful for the help they provided us and if we’re lucky enough Apollo will have a long life to be thankful for their help too. Definitely will be my new go to & recommendation!Serenity Munsell
The free exam coupon is not free it's for "healthy pets" We took our cat who was sick in and they tried to sell us a plan that would cover the issue but the way it was insinuated was that this minor sickness wouldn't be cured in one go if we didn't get the plan! We didn't sign up for the plan as again it was a minor issue that didn't need us paying them monthly for nothing. We got the medicines and everything and followed all the instructions as provided by the vet and he was actually sicker afterwards. We later went to a different vet and they gave us a new diagnosis and took care of the issue in one go. With all this in mind I would have to say this play is a scam that is just trying to juice you for money and not actually help you pet.Tori Lafferty
I have gone to Pet Smart many years and this store on Tracy made an awful impact in the beginning. Nice to see they are trying to do some changes as nicer personalities at registers and more people on floor. 10+ on that However Banfield hospital Nida has heard our awful story about our rescue cat being a boy having need for neuter badly. Oh the spraying is terrible and he is stressed to to much he can't put weight on. So I did have a holiday emergency but the time it takes to even get in to get I guess a consultation??? And then there is no opening at this point for a neuter until November??? Makes a person just give up doing the right thing. Way to go Noda for making something SO IMPORTANT INTO SOMETHING SO DIFFICULTJereferol “Jere Taylor” Mcgrew

I had a puppy that passed away, no fault of the clinic, she passed on the way there. However, this clinic who took her body dropped the ball in a big way. I was told they had gotten a clipping of her fur and had made a paw print for me to pick up when I was ready. The day I decided I was ready I called beforehand to let them know I would be coming by to pick up those items, I was assured they were ready and to give them a call when I arrived. I arrived shortly after 5:00, called them to let them know I was outside to pick up my puppies fur and print. I sat in the parking lot for an hour, no one had come out or called me. I called them back 30 minutes into my wait and was told they were looking for the items and someone would call me back shortly, another 30 minutes goes by and nothing, I was able to catch a tech who was outside and I approached her, only to be told they didn't have the items, that there was a mistake and she left it at that….no apology or anything. So I left empty handed after an hour. I ended up getting in contact with Tori, a higher up manager, shortly after who told me there had been a mix up and she would try to figure something out, she said she'd call me back and that was the last time I heard from her. My puppy had already been sent to K State to have a necropsy performed, I sent her after I was told this clinic had already gotten the fur clipping and the paw print. I eventually hear from Diana several days later who is trying to do what she can to rectify the situation. I didn't hear back from anyone for a week and had to call back to find out anything…. I spoke to Diana again and was informed by the time she was able to get a hold of the appropriate people at K State, my puppy had already been cremated. Diana told me Tori was going to reach out to me sometime after Diana and I had first spoke, but Tori did not. I don't understand how a mix up like this can happen and close to no compassion or personal responsibility is shown. I believe Diana did her best and I appreciate that, however the entire experience has been horrible. It was hard enough to lose my 11 week old puppy so suddenly, but this place made it so much harder by telling me they had completed these items when they in fact didn't, the serious lack of communication from higher up management and the close to no compassion shown during such a heartbreaking time. My puppy deserved better than to be someone's mix up and I deserved better than to be left hanging during this process. Tori should be ashamed, as should the tech who I approached after waiting an hour in the parking lot. I certainly hope you treat the next puppy and owner better than you did us.Dustin Lawson
I have had some less than desirable experiences with the ER Vet in the past. But I will tell you that this weekend, the surgical team and Dr Heather Millard came through and saved my 15 month old baby’s life. Dr Millard was compassionate, accurate, genuine and precise every step of the way. She diagnosed something no one else could and went in and spent 90 minutes inside of my baby trying to find out what was causing the issue. She ended up removing over 100 stones from his bladder and urethra. She could have Taken the easy way and performed an Urerthrotomy (new urine hole) and left my sweet boy having to relearn how to potty. But her skill and experience told her to try one more thing before she went that far. She called and asked permission to try this first. I’m so glad she did. I could in all confidence say do whatever you would do with your dog and know my baby was in good hands. And the last ditch effort was it. A much less invasive surgery and my sweet boy still pottys as he did and is whole. After surgery I was given a cell number to call or text as needed. She answered day or night and within literal SECONDS.. I can never thank her enough for what she did. Ever. Her surgical nurse Jeremiah has the patience of Job. I called every 3 hours and he was patient and kind. I wish I could find both of them at a local vets office for regular care lol! They were that amazing!!! Dr Millard. We love you, literally. Thank god for you. Like I said. You’re now our favorite person! Megan and Dino!Megan Tucker
I highly recommend going here if you have an emergency. Our old pup was struggling when we got home and we rushed him into the emergency vet due to our regular vet not being on call that night. I was able to fill out paperwork to get checked in in advance before we got there. We got there and we did wait a long while before they were able to get to our dog but they took great care of him and us when they got around to us. We knew what then outcome would be going into the emergency vet but the nurses and vet took great care of us and our dog in the process. She recommended what we already knew what we were going to have to do. We agreed and she helped me fill out the paperwork and rubbed my back as I was crying because saying goodbye is never easy as so many pet owners understand. She moved us to a private room and they brought our dog to us. They let us have as much time alone with him as we wanted before having to say goodbye. They were so gentle with him and treated him as if he was their own personal pet. We said our goodbyes and they handed us a clay imprint of his paws and helped us walk through the steps of the cremation options. Very gentle, kind hearted people and honest. They didn’t even run any unnecessary tests just to make a few extra hundred bucks. They were very straight forward with what needed done. We hope to not have another emergency but if we do we will be coming back to here. I really do highly recommend.Mary Jolin

Went to college here for a year. Beautiful campus, great dining, excellent staff, and an overall good experience. There are many clubs to get involved in and so many campus activities. Many of the buildings are modern, including the Student Center and the Dorm. The Dorm- Shocker Hall- is an incredible place to live. When I left, they had just finished building the new Flats on campus, which look amazing as well. Overall, a great college with a beautiful campus that’s relaxing to walk around at night. Many cool sculptures as well!Angelique McVey
I got both of my graduate and undergrad degree from Wichita State, and I really liked my experience. Wichita State has a beautiful campus, lots of student organizations through which students can get involved, there are always some activities & events going on on-campus. The campus is full of diversity. Instructors are pretty decent, helpful, most of them really care about their students success. Class sizes are not too big for most of the classes. Overall, I had a great experience.Asif Ahmed
It’s hit or miss with professors that care, don’t bother getting one with tenure they are the worst professors. Financial aid office doesn't care about helping pay for school and ignore revision requests. Costs constantly going up for things students don’t need and parking is an absolute nightmare. Good things are the campus is nice and fairly up to date. When you get a professor that cares they are willing to help. Advisors are hit or miss.Kaylee Wallis

As an older male returning to college, I was skeptical as to how serious I was going to be taken. From the moment I met the people in the front office, to the staff I have met along the way, I have been treated with nothing but respect!! The entire staff from secretaries, teachers, administrators, and others make you feel very welcome! The classes are of a size that the teachers can work with students very diligently on a one to one basis if needed. All are very knowledgeable in their fields and extremely helpful. As a pharmacy technician student, I have gained a lot of information in a very short time, yet it was taught in a way that retention was rather successful. The facilities are well equipped to train in every field and are well maintained and up to date. I would recommend this facility to anyone wanting to enter the fields of study that WTI offers!! Thank you to all staff and students for making this experience wonderful and very professional!!Mark Wilson
I wish I could give less stars. Please save your money and do not go here. they can not offer you any education, everything they teach for a hands on technical school will be online. The teachers do not try at all and will leave you to research everything on your own. The whole HVAC program is a disgrace to anyone trying to learn the trade. Jeff Martinez is one of the worst "so called instructors" because he never shows up and lets his students do all the teaching. I have plenty to say about this school but my comments as a student were never addressed. The head of whoever was in control did nothing and only wanted me to enroll for another semester. They tell you that you will learn more the next semester but you will not. You can learn more on your own and can easily get a job anywhere without college credits.Do NOT go to WTIGilbert Herrera
I loved all of my instructors and staff. They were all dedicated to make sure we received the best training we need to go out and be successful out in the field. Career services is also the best in the business. They do whatever it takes to help after you complete your program. It was so reassuring to know that the staff at WTI is there with you from start to finish and beyond.Linzee Sparks

We have used Indian hills for the last two years for both of our dogs! The diagnosed my older dog with allergies approximately 2 years ago after a previous vet swore nothing was wrong with her. They were able to get us a treatment plan and put her back on track! She even finally got comfortable getting her nails trimmed!! (Previously she would get super sassy about it). On our younger dog they did phenomenal work with him as a puppy and now he loves going to the Vet! They did a phenomenal job on his neuter procedure as well! We just moved over 1.5 hrs from Wichita but if we ever move back we will for sure come back!Jessica Moffat
Driving across country with a dog that has laryngeal paralysis and bad anxiety that required immediate treatment to continue breathing. With a blind call, the staff made room for her on the schedule and saw her quickly. The Doctor (Jenna) and staff were outstanding! Highly recommend.RPRowburrey
Indian Hills was the only vet I could get our cat in for an urgent care appointment. Her own vet wanted us to drop her off and they would get to her when they had time. Indian Hills is now Smokies new doctor. The people are amazing and the care and compassion was greatly appreciated.Jim Kasper

The desk clerk was not willing to entertain the thought of helping me (my pet) as I was not a current client. My dog needed staples removed from an incident that took place in OK and her current vet was on leave and not able to do it. She kept giving me the run around about Covid and how my dog had never been seen by them. My Doberman was seen by them 5 years ago and she said they kept all files both active and inactive yet couldn’t find my name or my Dobermans name. Boo for the desk clerk.Kimberly Sheridan
I was nervous about switching vets because the wait times at my old one were getting to be 3-4 hours long but I'm happy I made the switch. My appt was on time and they let me speak without interruption. I've also never had test results done within minutes. I DIdn't have to go home and stress about my poor pups lipoma growths or the cyst she had on her leg. Go here! They are a breath of fresh air for your animal needs.Layne Patterson

Fine for shots, but will never take my dog here for anything other than that again. So at first glance, the staff seems very unorganized and distracted. It's pretty bad when you have to encourage the receptionist to keep talking and check you out because she's too distracted. Also when I went to pick up my dog after her spay at 5:30, everyone was packing up to leave vs. getting my dog. It was almost 6 when I got her because they seem to be more focused on going home than caring for their patients. They are nice enough though I'll give them that. My main concern is the spay they did on my dog. Over $400 to spay her and they did an awful job on the incision and stitches. Two days later her stomach is hard and the stitches seem to be loose and not correctly placed. Drove back up and got antibiotics for another $35 (I've never had a dog spayed and then not given antibiotics in the first place but the vet insisted). I'm hoping it gets better, but this place just doesn't sit with me well after that spay. Hopefully this was just my experience.Stormy Brown
I have been going to sisters for about 2 years now. I love them. We have multiple animals and they always try to accommodate urgent but non emergencies, and emergencies when they can. I have yet to have any bad experiences with any of the vets and I have seen them all. They go above and beyond to check in and make sure our animals are recovering properly. The one and only time we had an issue (having multiple lumps removed, but missed one) they completely apologized and scheduled that lump to be removed complementary once my dog was able. They rarely make mistakes but we’re quick to fix the problem without me asking them to. They are all so kind and loving and my pets all do really well with them. I’ll never use another vet in Wichita!tearny clarke
Sisters is the best vet we have taken our dogs to, hands down. They always do their best to keep bills affordable, they treat the animals like they are their very own, and they are attentive to the needs of the critters while still being conservative and avoiding over treating animals. We have been to Heartland Animal Hospital in the past and will probably never return after experiencing what great pet care can be like at Sisters. If you need a place to board your babies, get their healthcare, or get other services like nail trims, I highly recommend Sisters. Our Rhea, Guinny, and Sammy all trot happily in and out of the office without any hesitation, excited to see the sweet vet techs and doctors.katie sparkman

Dr. Bayliff and the ECVH staff have been OUTSTANDING throughout my dog's three years of veterinary care. When my dog, Ruby, was a puppy, she was diagnosed with severe allergies that required special treatment. Dr. Bayliff was helpful throughout this time, clearly explaining the various treatment options and the potential benefits they would have for our dog. Eventually, we found a regimen of monthly allergy shots and anti-itch shots that significantly reduced Ruby's suffering. Even though we've moved to the opposite side of town, we still drive to see Dr. Bayliff and the ECVH staff every month because Ruby LOVES them. She is excited to see them even though every visit involves a shot. And I love the staff, too! They have done phone walk throughs to help me figure out whether various issues warranted a vet visit, have fit Ruby in for emergency appointments on short notice, and are just great, friendly people on the whole. They remember us over the phone and when we come in. Great service, great staff, great place. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!Lisa Vangsness
I can not convey how thankful I am for Dr Bayliff and his staff. My family has been going to his practice for nearly 15 years and I couldn't recommend anyone else. From helping us put down the family dog to allowing us to come in for an emergency visit for our cat, they have always been there for us. If you are looking for a veterinarian that really cares about not only your animal but you as a person, this is the one for you. Odie and Helen say "thank you Dr Bayliff"!!!Peter Ku
Everything about East Central makes you feel taken care of! They were able to work my dog in several times on short notice and Dr. Bayliff is easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. My dog broke her leg several years ago and by the time I picked her up after x-rays they had everything worked out for the surgery required. I can’t recommend them more! ❤️Emily Steenbock
