This appointment was in the process since almost 6 months ago. There was no openings which was understandable from Covid. However when I arrived I was under the impression Dr Sing would be my doctor. I was told how sweet he is and reassured he's all in all a swell guy. In comes in Dr Wongmek who was the complete opposite from the beginning. She entered rushed and upset with the computers in the facility. She starts to rush my appointment and was condescending until I expressed I was becoming upset. She apologized for "how I was feeling" she soon changed her tone. I thought we were on to something when she asked me about my diagnosis. Unfortunately I was left in the room over another hour (almost 3 hrs total) nobody was in the hall to ask any questions. I had enough by then and walked out. I was gone almost 22 mins before they realized I had already left the premises. Mrs Rocio who was the sweetest ever, took it upon herself to call me. She wanted to reschedule me and I chose not to. Honestly for what… another 6 months. And to be passed off to another unhappy provider. Thank you but no thank you. I've been a Medical Assistant for over 13 years and never felt like such an inconvenience.Vanessa C
I went into a specific location and all I had done was a check-up basically, if you can really call it that. People say insurance is expensive, try not having it. All they did was check my weight, blood pressure, looked in my ear, looked down my throat and looked at my eyes. If I remember correctly. The whole process took about 15 minutes and I paid $100 the day of. I later received a bill with a balance of $300 roughly. It cost me almost $500 for a 15 minute check-up, that did absolutely nothing. I was given orders for blood-work and requested a colonoscopy, which I found out costs $2-3 thousand dollars, approximately. Not sure how much blood-work will cost, scared to ask. The doctor was good initially, seemed to truly care. The session was ended horribly, left feeling like, is the doctor coming back, feels like something was missing, felt incomplete. Capitalism is great and I understand it, but this country is ran by the dollar for the dollar. NOTHING IS DONE IN THIS COUNTRY FOR THE GOOD OF THE PEOPLE. Take covid-19 for example and all costs they were/are trying to pass on to the people. It's all about investors and how can they make as much money as possible.KayBecs
We are new in town Medicare with supplement and the closest clinic told us to come here maybe cecause they didn't like Medicare. A retired Physician Assistant I took 2 hours of reading with me but only waited 30 minutes. 5 stars for getting me in as a first time patient for a pre operative physical they had an appointment in two days instead of two weeks. Staff was courteous. Not sure if my MD was a resident but he was thorough and attentive. I found residents more engaged and interested than us old guys just trying to pay our mortgages. Better trained as well. Thanks. I have not had covid yet so glad to see spacious waiting room with few people in it.ken jenks

From The University of Texas at El Paso
"UTEP has become a national model for creating and successfully executing highly competitive academic and research programs while maintaining a deep commitment to serving a 21st century student demographic. It is this dedication to providing access and excellence to students in its region that has resulted in UTEP becoming the only research-doctoral university in the United States with a Mexican- American majority student population. Set against the backdrop of the Franklin Mountains in the Chihuahuan Desert, UTEP is located at the heart of the U.S.-Mexico border in one of the largest binational communities in the world."
Review Summary
UTEP as university does not rank at all in either the QS, Times Higher Education or AWRU World University Rankings. Hence you do not go to this university to be competitive within academia nor expect career compensation on a commensurate monetary level as a Top Tier or even 100 ranked university. For those interested in careers in National Security or Intelligence, UTEP is one of the IC ACE (IC Centers for Academic Excellence) under the DIA. If you examine the current list of schools who classify, all with the exception of Penn State are sub-par in terms of academic ranking, reputation and overall competitiveness. As such, you should NOT expect to be recruited by premier alphabet federal agencies such as the CIA, ODI, FBI or DIA. The so-called meet and greet sessions with organizations such as the CIA are just for PR. Read A Curriculum of Fear by Nicole Nguyen. The IC ACE program is just an extension of the Milton High School program at a secondary level and subsequently proof of further militarization of academia. See Prof. David N. Gibbs research. UTEP NSSI program will not prepare you adequately for a position at an alphabet agency. I have direct experience in terms of the interview process and this includes two Five Eyes countries intelligence services. I would strongly advise having an established military background with an appropriate MOS, preferably working INT with high level clearance and exposure to analysis. Foreign language acquisition is mandatory. Being or becoming a polyglot is an enormous plus. Military is valuable for the vetting process and indoctrination. Finally I would also suggest majoring in fields of specialty as opposed to a generic umbrella like liberal arts program such as Intelligence studies. I would also suggest overseas exposure. Long term. Think Exchange student for extended periods. Total immersion including culturally and linguistically. Travel, gain first hand experience and real world knowledge. My final critique with UTEP is the faculty. None have applicable real world intelligence experience. Some have military background which is not the same as in the civilian world working for an agency. I can get more real world knowledge reading the articles written by ex-CIA McGovern or Philip Giraldi at Consortium News or watching Richard Steele on YouTube droning on about the need for total all source open intelligence as a reform for the CIA. This is a problem at UTEP and probably the entire IC ACE program. In fact, this was addressed in the Washington Post article, "Colleges Must Be Intelligent About Intelligence Studies" written by ex-CIA, professor of History, Nicholas Dujmovic. This was followed by a limited response from two UTEP professors entitled, "Can colleges teach intelligence? Three security studies professors argue they can, and should" I seriously suggest you READ BOTH. Pay special attention to the second follow up response comments. There are 14 comments including Dr. Dujmovic's timely response which adequately confirms my own beliefs and experience. as he correctly states, "professional academics, with little to no actual intelligence experience, who have an interest in perpetuating the degree programs they run." The additional comments are of equal merit as they brutally confront the apparent hypocrisy of the such academic programs from what genuinely appears to be INT insiders with both military and civilian intelligence experience. On a final personal note, I would like to express my disdain for the program's coordinator, Carmen B. Medellin whose has shown to be completely inconsiderate and rude to student needs and inquiries.Merauder
The school is good overall. They have enough classes so that people are not desperately trying to get registered for their class like they do in California. They have a wide range of degree programs you can choose. It is a commuter school, but still there is a lot of student life, activities and pride. University is what you make of it. You can go and leave each day without talking to anyone, or you can go and make lots of friends and join clubs making this the best years of your life. I read some of the comments that say that the professors don't answer questions and that they act like celebrities. I say talk to the dean, you are paying for your education they need to answer your questions. Of course don't be that person that tries to take over the class trying to feel smart asking question after question. Also there is a degree of learning that comes from in class teaching, but students also have to study on their own based on the guidance they get in class. How many hours do people really study? In regards to getting a degree, please don't get thousands of dollars into debt for a liberal arts degree unless you have some plan that will allow you to pay back your loans. It is no one but the students fault if they choose a useless degree. You guys should know what degrees will allow you to get a job after graduations and which ones are just going to look nice on your wall. At the end of the day, there are many Universities around the country, if you don't like it, go to another one or don't complain that you didn't get accepted anywhere else and you are stuck.Carlos Contreras
This University offers a beautiful campus. I enjoyed the scenery. On the other hand the University is awful. The structure and system of the University is poor. The staff within most departments lack knowledge. You are constantly being directed to different locations in order to resolve an issue. I wanted to change my major midway through the semester and I seriously had the worse time changing it. Let's just say, it is still the same major. I am unhappy at this University, the professors although some good, seem as if they just show in order to receive their check. My first two years, 70% of my professors were extremely anal and dealt with giving outrageous curves because the whole class was failing. The reason why everyone was failing was mostly because of the lack of teaching. Yes, it isn't always the professors but the students as well, I know, but when 95% of the class is below a 70, we have a problem. At this point I'd rather invest my money into a community college to rap up my basics. Give UTEP a try, but I am almost positive you won't be too happy.Austin Carson

My hubby have been so excited and prepared to start this coming session since the month of March. He had to wait till November because a new session started a week ago before he went in to the school. Mind you, He has rejected 4 job offers because he doesn't want what would interfere with his school work in the future. I have never seen a school administration this horrible. We are paying our own money for this school, but they don't even seem to care about their reputation. Right from my husband's time taking the exams to get in the program with the school earlier this year. An interview is required by the school, meanwhile the school administration rescheduled at the last minute. My husband got to the school for the interview at 12:02pm (Interview time is 12:00pm). He got sent back at 12:10pm that he was late for the interview. Meanwhile they can reschedule interviews at last minute, very bad with communication, I mean….. come on now, they haven't even call back or emailed. it's irritating that I'd rather let hubby continue with his master's degree than that school.Opeyemi Olorunfemi
By far the best school I’ve attended, everyone is attentive and show interest in wanting to help the best they can. Instructors are awesome I have nothing but great experience from this school. I graduated with honors and now work in an Urgent Care, they prepared me the best they know how. I wouldn’t trade Pima for any other. I definitely recommend you attend Pima, you won’t regret it. Good luck to you all, I hope pima is as good to you as it was for me ❤️linda echeverria
I participated in an Advisory Board meeting and wasd very impressed with the campus, instructors and administration. The MA department is really doing all that they can to provide their students the greatest tools for success. The meeting was conducted very professionally and orderly. Mrs. Escobedo was very knowledgeable and provided detailed information about her program. Her passion for her students came through as we spoke afterward.Ismael Ortiz

$11,000 for a 5 month trucking school with interest loan to pay off after you finish school?? And 5 months of FULL TIME trucking school? ARE YOU JOKING ME? Take people for all they got and leave them with nothing…wow!!!! And use something noble like the civil rights movement to cover it up! Not good! You guys obviously have money to sit on! Most people in El Paso are poor and need to make money while learning…and thats what other companies do for them. Other companies have you with a personal trainer while your making money and getting the EXPERIENCE you need…five months of no money and debt is not the way to go! I hope you guys lessen the time and price and just work harder to get more teachers and stop looking for ways to pay yourselves..God knows what you guys are doing and at the end you will pay..how sad. One thing good I can say about this school is all the all the trucking schools in el paso want money down…this school is letting you in with no money down..my advice to you check out dallas or san antonio schools and companies. El Paso is a sad rip off city if ur broke trying to better your life. Dog eat dog here.SaxMan Soleil
Attended this "school" years ago when they had the Medical Insurance Billing Program….horriable didnt learn ANYTHING teacher always falling asleep, students helped each other best way we could, but did have to pay off the student loan off even though the school never provided books for the program or anything needed. The whole thing was a JOKE & WASTE OF MY TIME !! It’s funny how all of the sudden you don’t recall having a Billing and coding program yet I have the certificate to Proof it. Glad that those who did benefit from it are successful but what about those others who are in transportation and have to wait weeks and weeks to go test and since they have completed the program can’t get a job because they STILL waiting to be scheduled to test for their CDL. But no one has answers for them.marisol
I officially graduated 🎓and received my CDL A. It took me longer than expected, I had the opportunity to work with all 5 instructors and I am grateful for the opportunity to learn everyone's own teaching techniques. Working, home life and going to school was an extreme challenge I had to over come, but in the end I succeed with the help of CET. Thank you to Frank, Daniel, Danny, Carlos and Alex. Special thank you to Rosa Hernandez…..Monica Infante

Review Summary
We would like to thank and express our appreciation to Foothills Animal Clinic for the excellent care of our little girls, miniature schnauzers, Sierra and Pepper during our recent visits. Our doggies are 13 years old and have been to other veterinary clinics. Sierra and Pepper were very sick and were released to the care of Foothills Animal Clinic. They were treated on an excellent plan to make them well. Dr. Cortinas is a great doctor and the whole staff is wonderful. They were very patient to listen to our concerns. Dr. Cortinas was very thorough in explaining her treatment plan; and Sam explained in detail about the medicine they were being prescribed. The entire office is very caring. Thank You.Martha Huerta
I am so, so impressed with this animal clinic. Zeus started things off by being great at scheduling! His demeanor is positive and he really sets the tone for this clinic. Shjan came in during our visit, first, and was so sweet to my pups. You can tell she's in this line of work (as most are) for her sheer love of animals. Finally, Dr. Cortinas is a top-notch vet. She was so kind, empathetic, patient, and brings a very calm energy to the room. I'm so glad El Paso has a clinic as professional, caring and GREAT as this one. 10/10 recommend!Brittany Clevenger
We found out the hard way that this place is under new management, and now we will NEVER take our pets back to this place even if it’s just across the street. Found out a lot shady practices may have happened and price gouging. I won’t mention our new vet so you don’t think I’m trying to promote another clinic. I will tell you steer clear of this clinic even if it means you might have to drive a bit further. I will end this review by stating that after a second opinion, our baby Chip is 100% ok and not sick or infected as once thought.Tony Roman

I got my dog as a foster and he had this little limp and slowly started to get worse. I couldn’t tell what was going on and it was happening very fast so I took him to the hospital and after a few test they figured out what was wrong. The staff was extremely sweet, the assistant was very patient and very helpful with my dog. He carried my dog to the car when all the tests were done. The doctor was amazing, very attentive, and very knowledgeable, which was exactly what we needed. My dog is literally a 360 from when he first came to the hospital. I just truly am so grateful for their help, who knows what would’ve happened to my dog if I would’ve never came. And I will 100% take him back there to get seen again. So thankfulKeepingitsimple
I have been to many different vet clinics around El Paso, and this is the one that has been the best for my dogs! The staff is friendly, and the vets are fantastic! I like how informative they are, whether that’s discussing my pet's needs, diagnosis, and reminders. My dogs even feel comfortable and safe, which says a lot since my eldest dog seemed not to like his previous Vets. Lastly, their prices are the best in my opinion.Sheila Vaughn
I love love love this veterinarian office. They are always so nice and so informative. Their wait times are AMAZING. Their prices are very reasonable and their doctors do everything they can for your pet. They truly care about your fur baby and your overall experience. I always recommend this vet to anyone. Been taking my pug there since he was a pup. This is my go to vet! 😊OpinYuenated

I will leave this review for parents of bunnies who need to find excellent medical care for their fur babies. My white bunny, Snowflake, got stasis and was bloated and couldn’t eat or poop. If you’re a knowledgeable bunny parent you know this condition can go from bad to severe quickly and is deadly for bunnies. My other bunny, Liams had an eye infection. I really needed to find a Veterinarian quickly to save Snowflake and treat Liams eye infection. I called several Vet offices that see exotic pets but they were completely booked for the day until one of them referred me to TLC who accept walk-ins!!! I am so glad and thankful to the veterinarian and technician that saved my Snowflake and cured Liams’ eyes!!! The veterinarian knew right away what was wrong with my bunnies and gave them awesome medication that healed them. She is very knowledgeable about bunnies and how to fix them. I hope this helps other bunny parents find excellent health care for their fur babies. Now Snowflake and Liams are all better and back to their playful mischief !!!🐇💕🐰😀Adalia Gonzales
We have been taking our dogs here for a bit now and service has always been great but I felt this recent experience called for a formal review. We recently had to put our dog of 15 years to sleep. The entire staff from our doctor to the front desk staff were great. At no time were we expected to go back to the lobby to pay or exit the building. We were given as much time as we needed and it being a Saturday when they usually close early we stayed way past closing time. The outstanding service didn't end there. When I picked up our Paisley's ashes it was given to us in a beautiful package with a keepsake of his paw print and lock of hair. And still it did not end there, we just received a greeting card in the mail signed by the entire staff. I cannot express just how grateful we were for just the visit but everything else was just beyond our expectations. Thank you TLC for caring so much.Rachel Serrano
We haven’t been coming here long, but when it comes to our baby pup, we don’t play. They got her in and back fairly quickly for a Monday afternoon. I will say wait time can be a little long, but when you think about it, you’re pet is getting cared for. So they’re taking their time to assess them and speak to every patients parent(s). They don’t rush around just to get pets seen back to back. They took care of her with kindness. Never once did I feel like a bother. Tons of staff who are all helpfully friendly & you can tell they love what they do. When the doctor arrived she was very informative and made me feel comfortable with all of the information given. I would one million percent recommend this vet!Constance Meadville

As a prospective new client, new to the area I was told by another person that this was a great facility. I had arrived early, had my pre-printed/completed forms. Sat in my car as they require. Eventually got to sign in. Received a phone call a bit later and was chastised by the staff member that I did not send the forms to them online and was turned away. This was the very best thing that could have happened to me and my dog. We found another very lovely facility the next day and was seen by polite and professional staff at another vet hospital.Patricia Rogers
The vets, techs, and everyone working in the office are amazing. They take the time to discuss and explain all your pet concerns. Very reasonably priced. As a former Adobe Animal Clinic customer, there is no comparison in the quality from start to finish. One downside is no appointments so often I spend 2 hours but Adobe makes confirmed appointments and I experienced the same wait. GO HERE, you and your pet can thank me later.Terri Barker
Came in today with my 8 week old Chiweenie puppy, who just needed a check up & his first round of shots. Entire staff was super friendly, knowledgeable. We were in & out within a reasonable amount of time. Didn’t have to wait long at all. We checked in & waited in our car until they came & got us. Which was actually really nice because my little guy didn’t have any contact with any other animals! Definitely coming back!Andrea Lewetag

I would definitely not recommend this school, don’t look at the prices and get fooled, they don’t even teach you, your in a classroom with a computer and studying and doing it all yourself, minus well download a cdl phone app and save yourself the money. This school has a total of 144 student with a 61% passing rate, that is really bad compared to other schools, going in there on my first day now I know why only a little more then half pass, if your considering cdl school and looking for a good school that care if you pass or not then I would suggest not choosing this one, don’t be fooled by these people, they will try to convince you that this is a good school. Don’t find out to late, go to a school that’s a little more expensive but that will actually help you pass the first time, with the way these people teach it will take you a few attempts to pass and that’s more money out of your pocket, they only give you 1 driving test attempt and extra fees if you fail and want to retake, REALLY BAD SCHOOL!!Hasim Peterson
If I could give it a zero stars I would, do not waste your money on this school, you will not pass unless you have experience driving a rig, they give you very little manuever and driving hours. there is like 20 students trying to learn the pretrip at once from one instructor. the price is appealing but they don't tell you that they're gonna charge you 300$ or more every time you have to retest. Aside from all that you will probably wait for a couple of weeks to go take your test. The owners only care about taking your money. I have lost count of how many people have had to go to another school to get their CDL. My best advice is to go to western tech. They are a bit more pricey but you will save yourself a whole lot of time and headaches and you are guaranteed to get your CDL in the time they say.brian romero
I want to commend Julieta and Jorge at the administration office for their guidance and their willingness to help, very nice people. Dr. Hector Noriega is very knowledgeable and patient, explains all subjects very clearly and answers all your questions or doubts until you’re completely satisfied. Could not have chosen a better school, better staff. The programs are very well designed and very affordable, no student loan debt when you finish. Keep up the good work and best wishes to all. Definitely recommend this school and the phlebotomy program to any and everyone.Daniel Medina

I called Paws and Hooves to ask if they have the shots for feline respiratory issues and was told yes, they had them. I took three cats to get the shots. We ended up waiting four hours to be told $875 to give all three cats an array of suggested treatments and tests. I had not expected to spend that much for what is typically a simple shot to clear up the cats sinuses. I asked if we could just get the shots we came for and not do any of the other suggested treatments. Suddenly they didn't have any shots, only the oral version. Try giving oral antibiotics to a feral cat (we feed and treat neighborhood cats, all our babies are feral). We ended up paying $25 per cat to essentially get them weighed and not getting what we went there for, respiratory shots. Then, they had the gall to ask me to sign a form saying I am declining Doctor's orders, which is a bad faith claim. They suggested the same HIV and other tests every veterinarian suggests. They did not diagnose any of the cats with anything specific, so there was no Doctor order to decline. In my opinion, it is a dishonest business practice to claim someone is declining a suggested test. That's not the same as leaving a hospital in the middle of cancer treatment or with a concussion. Plus these are cats, and I have never heard another veterinarian make any similar statement in thirty years of pet rescue. This, along with the $875 in spurious tests and the false claims of having shots and then not having them, is disreputable behavior. UPDATE The cat we took to Paws N' Hooves that were most worried about due to rapid weight loss , Shadow, died about a month later. We had to put him to sleep to end his suffering. He had went from about 14 pounds to 11 pounds in a matter of a few weeks. They weighed him and simply said that at 11 pounds "he was still overweight." It turned out he had a mass. We took him there to seek treatment and they called him fat, offered a bunch of irrelevant tests, and didn't find a mass that another vet found within seconds of examining him. Rest in Peace Shadow. He was a sweet baby, and we were lucky enough to have him for nine years and miss him dearly.Valerie Smith
The service was amazing, everyone except the woman outside was nice and I felt like my dog was cared for. I went to the mobile version to get my dog fixed as well as most of her shots. There were only two issues I had at drop off and pick up. At drop off when I was signing up for what my dog needed the woman helping me was rude in wanting to know why it took us so long to get her fixed (she's about two, covid puppy) I tried to play it off because we were in a public space, but she wasn't taking my obviously fake answers. It was embarrassing having to admit it was for financial reasons out loud when it should have been obvious since all the shot records I had were from organizations that do shots for free. With pick up they tried to say I didn't bring a cone and pressure me into buying one of theirs and then when I got the cone back, they wrote my dogs name on it in pen. I had burrowed the cone from a friend for the above reason and the pen won't come off, that's ruining someone else's property without asking. I would have brought it with a sticky note.Sora Strife
Went in to get my pom spayed. The mobile vet goes to three different locations a week. I caught them at thw one closest to me which is Zaragoza. I went super super early because a huge line forms to get checked in. They only take as many surgeries as they can handle since inwas told there's only one doctor doing the surgeries. I was there before 7 and i was the 4th in line and they open at 9. They have you sign in, they give you all info before they take in the pet. I compared prices to my regular vet and it was literally half the price i would have paid. I had my pom spayed, bought the cone, had extra pain meds added, iv, laser for faster healing, really every add on i could get to make it easier for my pet. They do tell you it can take all the way til 10 pm for your pet to be ready to go home because they dont release the pets until they are fully aware and awake. They did a great job explaining post surgical care and as far as i saw, they were gentle with my pup. The wait is excruciating, but worth the savings.Cristina Cardiel

Well I learned my lesson the hard way I went somewhere else and received the typical ER treatment that we get for humans which is basically a lot of cost and nothing personalized for you. With Dr Schneider you get personal service all the time thank you Dr Snyder and thank your staff for me. 👍🏽A+++ by the way they are not on airways anymore they are on Montana down the Sonic I don't know why Google hasn't changed their address yet. On another note you did it doctor! This old dog's rash finally went away you were the only one who was able to do it successfully as permanently Rocky's got a lot of problems but this is one less one to worry about! He was suffering so much with it it was going into his ears all the way to his brain but you reversed it thank you! Money well spent.D Garcia
Last resort because I thought the prices would be fair, said they we’re going to do one test then switched it to another and ended up still having to do the first one, they kept adding additional things and honestly I don’t even think they cared for his sickness. They shot him up with three vaccines while he was WEAK AND SICK. I didn’t know any better then, but after consulting others they told me that it wasn’t right. They let me take him home with barely any instruction for care or warnings of any side effects. He ended up having three seizures and became very unstable very fast. We had to make the hardest choice to put him down, he started twitching and having neurological issues. I’ve never seen a dog get sick so fast. Please do your research before going to this vet.Alazay Gomez
They did attentional charges that were not communicate and said it hat they had to do more blood work charging us a lot of money. Then they called to say that they needed to do more blood work, which was supposed to be done and wanted to charge us again. All they care about is getting money and not the animals. Be careful for scamming!!! I called them to see why we were being charged and why they needed more blood work and Mary Ann was difficult and rude!!! She acted friendly when she got our credit card information, thereafter did not care about the care of our dogs.Denise Barraza

My experience with Banfield was poor at best. They were not responsive to me at all when I needed help logging into his profile where they insisted I do things. The emails they sent me were overwhelming as I got a new email near everyday and a lot of them had nothing to do with my pet. They overcharged me for everything as I was paying 2 times what I am now at a vet I like much better. Seriously when I eventually changed over to McRae Pet Hospital I am paying the same amount for the same things (vaccinations, neutering, meds, checkups) for 2 cats instead of 1 and Im paying less still than I did for 1 normally healthy cat. I do admit the doctors and nurses at Banfield were friendly and helpful but none the less when the rest was as bad for me as it was I cant recommend this place in good faith. That Artist Girl
We pay monthly for our dog to have a wellness plan with unlimited office visits and when we needed our dog to be seen on emergency (called ahead) they said the vet wasn’t seeing any additional pets that day even though I called when they opened and told them the dog didn’t want to walk or lay down and had a possible injured spine during business hours. As a health care professional I was extremely disappointed that our dog wasn’t at least triaged. I did ask for him to at least get looked at and was told no against Ended up spending over $1K at an emergency hospital for X-rays and diagnostic exams that would of costed a fraction with our wellness plan. Will be speaking to corporate about this.S J
Easy check in and checkout. Veterinarian Dr. Collier did an awesome job addressing everything about both my dog and cat. He was super friendly with my son too. His assistant was also very kind and helpful with helping me back out to my car with all my children 😅. The front end was attentive and polite. I appreciate them because I just moved from my home state and was really unsure about services in El Paso. Thank you for your kindness and care for your patients and owners!Samantha Miller

I chose to go with banfield welness plan for my first puppy, I was lured by the perks the wellness plan offered. Pros: there is a sense of security that comes from knowing Banfield is a big chain pet hospital with all the resources and not just a small local operation. Gives adequate care to your pet. Cons: they over book themselves so your pet will stay at their office from 8 am until 3 pm in a kennel. I usually wait on hold for 20 mins and no one picks up so I give up and call again just for the same thing to happen. It's hard to get an appointment within a couple days unless it's an emergency. Basically they need to hire a lot more people but they continue to take on more and more so your pet will get lost in the weeds.Brianna Blanchard
Whoever was the tech at 7/29 at 3:47pm when I called just ruined my whole trip. I called to get my pets VAX records and she told me my pets were up to date. She never sent the records. I called again on Monday cause my pets were scheduled to be boarded on Tuesday. When the tech on Monday sent me the records that should have been sent Friday. I could see both of my dogs were not up to date. When I called back to confirm they agreed with me. So I was not able to board my dogs for my trip. All because a tech CANT read a simple vaxx record. I have zero training and was able to see it. I don’t even know if they’re certified at this point. If they don’t know how to read records I don’t trust taking my pets here anymore….roberto esparza
Took both dogs there with the expectation of only getting 1 seen due to him being sick but, Dr. Marquez asked if we wanted both dogs to get their comprehensive check ups done since they were due. Great group overall from the staff in the front checking us in to those working in the back. We even had another dog get aggressive out front to our Cooper and the vet was there, checked up on us to make sure Cooper was good and approached the family who had to aggressive dog. They all care and work very hard, what an amazing pet hospital. Thank you for helping our little fur babies and caring for them as much as we care them.Krystal Schwartz

"Our hospital was founded in 1986 by Dr. Orlando Garza with the ultimate goal of providing compassionate, quality care to the El Paso community and surrounding areas. With many ranches and large animals in our rural areas, Dr. Garza decided to also extend his practice to include farm-calls and mobile vaccination clinics. The current facility was built in 2015 to include a large and comfortable waiting room with children’s play area, 5 treatment rooms and 2 surgical rooms. We offer boarding services with various sized runs and cages for smaller breeds. The hospital is also home to Grammie’s Grooming, a separate entity operating out of our facility for a one-stop-shop convenience to our clients."

I took my dog to the Eastside Animal Clinic he was having a real hard time with a bad rash 7 months without seeing an end to it. He was always in a bad mood and in a bad way as you can see by the pictures that he bit me while trying to load him on the truck he was very sensitive everywhere. Doctor did a complete regiment antibiotics do really work but get ready to pay. Overall they're pretty good hospital respectful professional courteous. Karen's if you see somebody with a dog who has a muzzle don't go off having a tantrum there's always a reason. New photos three weeks after taking medication for skin rash looks and feels a lot better. He is happy for now I fortunately he has a big tumor on his belly I'm afraid there's not going to be enough funding for that little problem hopefully he'll be happy cast starts bothering him.D Garcia
I took my puppy in to be spayed. She had not been to the vet before and she was so frightened her temperature sky rocked. However they were so gentle and reassuring with her that her temp came down and they were able to proceed with surgery. I've had many dogs at this vet and they never fail to take my feelings into consideration and realize what my pets mean to me. Their prices are fair compared to other animal hospitals in town. Their staff has always been kind and treated me with respect. Sometimes the wait time seems excessive however I know that they will treat us the same way with whatever time we need when seen. For these reasons we will continue to use the East Side animal Hospital for all of our veterinary needs.Debbie Walburn
We arrived on a Saturday with an emergency which was stressful but the staff took such amazing care of us and helped us in so many ways! This is the absolute BEST clinic I have ever been to! Everyone at the front desk is just so sweet and friendly and it’s just a great atmosphere overall. We were greeted with smiles and they took such great care of our fur baby! We are new to the area so it’s always intimidating going somewhere you don’t know but when I tell you we felt right at home when we walked in I mean that! The doctor is absolutely amazing and is just so kind and very thorough in everything he said and did for our cat. I just appreciate them so much. 10/10!!!Ariel Watson

**Update: went down to 2 stars because my pets spay got infected and when I took her back (per bottom review) they gave her the meds and told me to go back in 2 weeks. I thought she was ok but it didn't set right after 3 days of her incisions got 3 blisters. Decided to go to our regular vet, and turned out she had a deep abscess and eventually her incision dehisced. 7 weeks of antibiotics later and a lot of wound care and she's better but still healing and it's a month later. Wish I would have done more research before spaying my dog.. be cautious. Very pleased with services. I had to try 2 times to get my dog spayed because we were not early enough but was able to on a Thursday (Saturday is crazy busy). Wanted to get my dog checked after her spay since I was worried and they replied quickly on FB messenger, and didn't have to wait long for a follow up. They gave her a shot and she's doing better. The only thing is please please get some Westside locations. It would be amazing since I've had to drive 35-50 min to get my dog seen (which was worth it).Evelyn
Business structure is terrible, woke up at 4am just to be rejected due to a full schedule. There is no one who takes list of patients who come earlier than everyone else. I’ll save you guys the sleep and time and just make an appointment with the actual vets it’ll save you guys time and the frustration. Some advice for this business is to have a truck come early in the morning with the logo on the side of the door so that people can sign up rather than waiting for “someone” to sign you up.Carlos Simental
This is my second time trying to catch an available spot to get my dog fixed driving all across town. I called and the guy was rude and dry could not give clear directions of where they would be by Walmart. There needs to be a sign so new members aren’t driving all across the parking lot. Yesterday 12 dogs were fixed but he told me they only fix 9. So people are getting turned away. If you make appointments on your site this would save time and gas wasted for many.kimera mason

First of all this whole experience was emotional. I am extremely grateful for this staff for doing anything possible for our Salem😭🙏🏻. As soon as we went in they provided triage to him as he was critical due to his scuffle with a pitbull and a fall that was fatal. I will say be prepared to pay up first as that is a requirement and offer Care Credit as an option. We did not care the price as Salem was like our little son love has no price. I loved that Patty was always nice to give us hourly updates and the tech that was the middle man you did amazing in being upfront with us and also I believe Dr. Sampson. Although Salem didnt make it 😭🙏🏻we are forever grateful to you guys and also for providing us his little paws as it is still so emotional for us and we are still in disbelief our baby is with Jesus. Giving us alone time with him before and after he left was not only special to us but to Salem, and also for letting us know you could cremate him. As we will be getting his ashes soon. Keep in mind this is a hospital and it will be pricey just like with a human but this is too be paid upfront. So be prepared and dont bash this hospital or their staff for pricing as they have special equipment and specialists, keep this as a hospital for an URGENT life or death matter. We are forever grateful for you guys and my family and I highly recommend this hospital.Nancy Lugo
My 16 week old teething puppy Vicious chews on EVERYTHING so it's no surprise she got into something toxic during an early evening "doggie pool party" (105° El Paso summer weather) complete with vanilla ice cream bars. The staff and doctors at the animal emergency hospital were GREAT to her AND to me when I frantically rushed in carrying my dizzy, wobbly, lethargic 25lb puppy… They were compassionate and patient with me and helpful with financial programs available. They were all very empathetic when I broke down crying out of fear of losing my baby-girl and made sure I was calm before driving home to wait. They flushed out her system with iv fluids & meds, checked her blood work to make sure it wasn't something fatal and took care of her all night long and answered every single phone call I had during Vicious's 14 hour stay and they even let me see her and bring her baby toy (giraffe stuffed animal) super early in the morning. By the time she was ready to come home I had my ADHD baby Siberian husky back as if nothing had ever happened. Discarded "roach" found on the porch and eaten by a puppy $1000 My baby-girl's life, PRICELESS!Mellicious Muse (Mellissa)
I was hiking in the Organ mountains when my dog cut both of her front paws on some sharp rocks. Tried to get her into a vet here and Cruces and it was impossible. This hospital came with great reviews. Staff is very friendly and caring. Super clean and professional animal hospital. They got us in right away. Vet assessed my dog and realized that the cuts were superficial and recommended us getting some booties. He was very gentle with my baby and calmed all of my fears. He didn’t charge me because there wasn’t much he could do. I was blown away. I would have paid the fees but he wrote it off. I highly recommend the animal hospital!!!Timothy James

I was recommended to this surgeon. Worst mistake ever and thank God I did not trust this practice with my princess. I cannot attest to the surgeon, yet, (see below) other than the fact he told me the surgery would not be over a specific amount and of course it was. I was told that they would not be able to do my little girls surgery at the time because my vet did the wrong blood work. How is that possible when your office wrote down what needed to be done? Additionally they told me she had a problem with her liver! This is the first I'm hearing about a liver issue. I spoke with my vet, who assured me that her liver is fine. Tried to speak to the surgeon and he basically refused to talk to me and had his office tell me there was a problem with her kidney and to speak to my vet! What a coward! Apparently this is not the first complaint about the surgeon either.Xanthe Calzadilla
My dog, Luke, was diagnosed with hip dysplasia by his regular vet but was simply not improving. I went back to the vet again and was referred to Dr. Silverman. He immediately knew Luke actually had torn CCLs and needed TPLO surgery. He and his team took really great care of Luke and answered every question I had along the way. Dr. Silverman did a fantastic job on the surgery and I am back to not being able to keep up with Luke. He is back to his normal wild self and I can’t thank Dr. Silverman and his team enough. They have given Luke his life back. I would like to comment on a negative review. I will agree that sometimes wait times can be long. I think I had maybe 5 appointments and one I did wait almost an hour. They have complications with surgeries and emergencies that can push appointments back. They can’t predict everything so please don’t let that deter you.Megan Bickal
Dr. Silverman is like Dr. DoLittle! He had a love for animals unlike anyone I have ever seen, he truly loves his patients and cares for them like if they were his own. I am very pleased with his services and clinic because everyone there is extremely professional, kind and most importantly caring. My little Maximus had emergency surgery and Dr. Silverman took so much care for him and kept me updated along the process daily. I am very grateful for him and his staff for an excellent experience in a difficult time.Arianna Legaspy

I’ve been going to Western Tech for the Diesel program for a little over a year now, almost heading out and honestly I would do it all again. This was by far the best life decision I made. The school isn’t perfect but like everyone and everything there’s always room for growth. Grateful for the teachers that I’ve had so far they couldn’t be more helpful shout out to Ismael Acosta, goes out of his to way to help a student, a great teacher and that’s an understatement. Overall the school is a great option presenting great opportunities, if I ever need a change of career WT would be the first option.J Sanchez
If there are any real reviews read the lowest ones. 5 stars, are you kidding me? How much did they pay you? lol. This school is a scam. Don't even bother, for the price of a 4yr undergraduate school, JUST GET YOUR BACHELOR'S DEGREE!!! constantly just overcharging adding to you tuition. I can honestly say I regret going to this school. It's designed to steal from the VA. Im glad I pushed through and graduated. I believe the only good thing I'm able to take from this is my AOS. I'll forever use it to repay this scam.Daniel Garcia

Everything about this school is amazing ! Staff actually seem like they want to be there and don’t hate their jobs. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience at their school. They would even text me to make sure i’m doing good which you can’t say all schools do 😀 Unfortunately i dropped from my classes which they give you a full refund within the first 14 days which is awesome. The process was smooth and easy and the lady who helped me cancel “ Leticia Moreno” was super nice and non judge mental and even gave me a soda & snack. I recommend this school for anyone that wants to get a college degree. They are for sure the best option in El Paso !!dr pepper
I got my Associate's Degree back in December. No complaints. Decided to enroll in their Bachelors and finish up. I signed paperwork for an April start date on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I arrive on my start date only to be told oops, we forgot to tell you that you don't start until June and you'll be going on Mondays and Wednesdays. No professionalism. Lots of sorries, but no remorse. Now without adequate break times, we're no longer allowed to eat in class. This place has become a greedy money making institution with overpriced cafeteria food that they are forcing their students to have to eat if they want to get through their day.Amber Le Roy
My boyfriend comes to this college and I laugh at him all the time there basically stealing his money he was supposed to get 2000 back because the pell grant over paid so the college decided to add that money for the next semester which they have no right to touch it, but I called other great colleges and let the Pell grant know what is happening he will get his money back, military veterans stay away from here is this even a certified college?Sylvia W
