20 Best Vet Tech Programs In Dallas, TX (2022 Updated)

Somethings have not changed at all about this wonderful for school even after 18 years. Despite being reminded of how old I’ve gotten, I was first introduced to the school back in 2000 when I was being recruited to play soccer here and everything about the school and the people that work there were just amazing, genuine and friendly. Now I’m trying to do work with career and job fairs and the people that are working there are still extremely kind and helpful. I’ve spoken to several universities and colleges today and in this past week and I had one person that went out of their way to Dallas Baptist University just answer a bunch of questions for me and help me out and point me in the right direction. The difference is that she spent more time doing it and was patient and did not look at it as if it was a hassle or obligation and even helped find me some additional ways to get back onto the campus. I’ve had a lot of friends and family members graduate from that school including recent family members and I have a cousin that is about to attend that school and I could not be happier that they are going to a place with such a great faculty and staff along with a beautiful campus. I recommend if you have any questions about career fairs, job fairs, student services, or general questions at all you call and speak to Akita Cook. She was so patient and helpful and stayed on the line with me longer than all the other colleges I’ve spoken with combined. I hope that she is given recognition for this as this is a lost attribute at most schools now with everything being automated for students, employers, and others who find it difficult to even reach someone much less have the excellent service from this employee of this great university. Thank you Miss Cook for going out of your way and lastly, if she cannot help you, she will transfer you and find the person/department that can help you.Kevin Inman

I attended DBU from 2010-2014 and graduated with a B.B.A in Marketing and a minor in Psychology. The only regret I have is not choosing to do the fast track program where you can get your Bachelor's and Master's in 5 years. My time at DBU completely changed my life for the better. The professors there are amazing and genuinely care about their students. I still remain friends with some of my professors to this day. The atmosphere in general is really uplifting and so positive. I was in a sorority during my time at DBU and fostered many friendships, some of them lifelong. If I could go back and do it all over again I would. I also participated in the Discipleship Program (highly recommended) for two years and had the most amazing mentor who completely changed my life. DBU really is an amazing school filled with countless opportunities and countless ways to build community with other students. This school changed my life. The faculty cares so deeply about your success, not only educationally, but spiritually as well. If you are looking for an amazing education, and to be positively challenged in your faith, I highly recommend Dallas Baptist University. Not to mention, it's been ranked the number 1 safest university in the country! DBU also gives out amazing scholarships. I know several student who were able to pay off their entire first year with scholarships alone. So don't let the price online scare you away. love all the staff, Laura helped me a lot, the success coach that went to the University of Arlington helped a lot and I'm so bad with names, but a white gentleman helped a lot I think his name was Gerad. All the financial aid has supported me broadly. I know y'all are hanging in there from the pandemic I will be going to school on June 1st I have not been in school for 6 years because of problems in my family's life I'm still trying to figure life out I'm just now starting to take care of my mom I am living with her now which is a big step. I either need a scholarship for a college essay or need a grant but they said I don't make enough money. I worked for four years by the way. since I started school in dallas colleges(2019) this summer 2022 is the worse for me. My professor O'Brien is never available, no help from him, and has denied access to all the features that other professors give access to students in order to help us. I went to the campus to talk to an advisor after sending him more than 5 emails, even at the campus No one knew his whereabouts and he finally responded after 2 weeks since i told him I think I'll drop that class he didn't even bother to try and assist me instead he said yes you can drop it and you'll for sure find the same class with another instructor good luck. First time to have such a 👎 instructor at dallas colleges I so much regret wasting this semester in this class. I even submitted a complaint but no once has reached me to even ask anything.Therese Ambani

Im only a freshmen at Mountainview community college but I already have a great opinion on the institution. I love the greenery surrounding the buildings because they make me feel tranquilized, I love the inclusivity this college gives and the diversity here. The professors that I have so far have been amazing and makes my classes worth looking forward to. I visited the school store in the S building just last week and I really love everything the store has to offer such as snacks, school supplies, feminine products, hygiene products, cosmetics, and basic necessities! The subway in the dining hall has welcoming employees with great customer service. The success coaches in the S building are also very helpful with planning for classes and addressing any concerns you may have. I love this college!Brianna

Would not recommend. I can't speak to the instructors since I never made it that far, but the staff needs a refresher course on office management. I work in an admin office and if I ignored customers as I was ignored by this college I would have been fired a long time ago. I had my former colleges send my official transcripts in April which both confirmed that they had. I asked in June and in July where we were in the processes. The only answer I received was that "we can't find them" and asked if they were submitted under another name. I had told them multiple times that they were submitted under my maiden name as I was not married when I received other degrees. No response. So I had them resent. There was no response. So after 24 hours I emailed both the registrar's office AND the email designed specifically for transcripts and did not hear back again. When I went up and emailed everyone in the admissions office suddenly they found my transcripts and my transcript hold disappeared like that. And then afterward, suddenly I received a response to one of my emails and the person I was speaking to was quite snippy with me saying that she "got to it when she could" although I had been inquiring for 2 MONTHS about the status of my transcripts. Fortunately this was going to be my first semester and I have enough time that I found another distance education vet tech degree from another college. I won't be registering for classes with Cedar Valley after this whole thing honestly its NOT worth it. Also, there is NO requirement to meet with an advisor and no one point of contact for Distance Education students. Their instructions for registering for classes are confusing and even inquiry emails were met with silence. Also it feels the admissions office was supplying contrary information on how to enroll in vet tech classes in the first place! If you're looking for a distance education vet tech program I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you going elsewhere. You'll just get frustrated here. I would give 0 stars if possibleAmy Shumway

I'm going to be fair and admit that the teachers I've had have been the most helpful, inspiring, and kind people I've ever met. Unfortunately I can't say the same for most of the staff up front. Most of the staff are rude and unhelpful, constantly running you in circles like they have no idea how anything works. The advising staff are very unhelpful as well. Patty Soper-Shaw placed me in two wrong classes my first semester, and admitted to me she had no idea about any of the technology courses I was trying to take. Because of that, I'm now left without the hardware course I needed to take before the software one which leads me to this biggest problem I have with this college. DO NOT TAKE TECHNOLOGY CLASSES HERE! It's a dead end. A majority of classes never have enough students to make the class work, so they're constantly being dropped. The dean of the technology department, Mr. Johnson, came to our class at the beginning of the Fall 2017 Semester to tell us our class is cancelled. He even admitted that the technology classes there are failing tor receive enough students for the classes, and apparently it's been that way for the past 10 years! It's to the point where my degree is absolutely useless, and because of the constant cancellations and mess ups between staff and advisers, my life is now behind because I can't even get a simple certification or degree. I've been at this school for three semesters, and after my class getting cancelled again, I've decided to finish up this last semester and move onto another college. This school is the most unorganized, uninformative, and misleading place I've ever been to. I'm not the only student this has happened to either. I've spoken with many at that school who have suffered from the same problems I spoke about. This school has been a nightmare to go to and get anything done at. Awful experience. The advising staff were rude and unhelpful. Registration staff were extremely unhelpful and contradictory. After being led in pointless circles and constantly receiving contradictory information about required forms and materials, I was finally able to meet someone who understood what was going on (after talking with at least 4 different registration staff members). By the time everything was sorted out, the classes were filled up. The advising staff members are not accommodating, interrupting, and very accusatory. It should not be on the customers shoulders to filter through constant contradictions just to apply to the school. I did follow and submit the required material stated online. Apparently, the material submitted was no acceptable and I had to jump through many hoops and complete many tedious tasks just to be told it was all pointless and I didn't even have to do any of the "required" forms or tasks. Honestly, I just felt like I was wasting my time doing pointless tasks when most, if not all, of it could have been avoided. By the time all my information was processed, I had finished applying/enrolling, getting advised, registering for classes, and paying for the classes at a different community college. This was the most unorganized, confusing, drawn-out process I've ever had to go through for any college admission. Wasted so much time throughout this process. Oh, did I mention that no one knows how to pick up the phone? Called at many different points in time throughout the day just to be sent to voicemail… This happened for an entire week. Leave a voicemail and hope they get back to you promptly.Water Fountain

I'll preface this with that the only reason this school is getting 2 stars is because staff has actually been helpful when I have reached out to try and fix things. But when I tell you EVERY step of this process has been an absolute nightmare I am not exaggerating. I am a TWU graduate and needed a quick summer class to take because i got a conditional acceptance to a graduate school. This is time sensitive. So, long story short every single step had some issue that took multiple phone calls and people to fix. The biggest issue was me paying for an official transcript, seeing that on the tracking information brookhaven had received the transcript, and days later having the transcript STILL not put into the system which kept me from registering for the class that my entire future quite literally depended on me taking. Because of the bad timing of spring break I had to register late and it took an hour in person of me and the wonderful admissions worker figuring it out because no one we needed to contact was actually on campus. Although she was incredibly helpful, it was obvious the entire set up was frustrating for her too. The website is outdated and confusing and I get endless errors- i couldn't even pay without there being an error. Christi Carter is an awful person who sees students making mistakes during class and says NOTHING, then cheats during the "random body part selection process for competicy testing" and gives you the one body part she saw you making a mistake on but said nothing during class so she can kick you out of the program. Absolute zero compassion for students and their education. Luckily I've graduated Radiology at a different college dispite her being an absolute awful teacher. How someone can be so curropt and unfair became director of the program is beyond me.__

I was at this campus just to get my Student ID this week. Everyone I encountered was kind and helpful from the security desk attendant to the staff in Student Services. When I was looking at one of the outside campus maps to find my way a staff member came up and assisted me with the directions to where I needed to go. Reading the other reviews here, I see others have had problems with admissions and financial aid – I think all universities have lots of complicated paperwork in regards to those areas, so patience is necessary.Curtis Johnson

I attended this schools OTA program and I can guarantee you will not get a better education anywhere else. The crew there prepare you so well for the field. As for the school, it's amazing. Hit by a tornado and it didnt affect the students learning experience. Covid hit and they already had a plan set to make sure no one got pushed back. The cons are small and understandable. Financial aid sometimes forgets to send you the email to renew so just keep up with it yourself. And some other enrollment/payment procedures are a bit lax to where you need to keep up with them. But they deal with the whole school so it's understandable that a few slip through. Definitely take a tour and see if this schools for you. They have a variety of professions you can go into. The schools been updated since the tornado and it looks immaculate, they really did a good job of fixing and upgrading the facility at the same time.Cjloha

I was kinda rushed into starting and didn't realize the online-only curriculum was going to involve soooooo much writing and citing and having to include references in 4 weeks. For each course there is so much emphasis put on research for writing essays and 1-6 page papers that there is less time to actually read all the text and retain/comprehend what you're studying. The essays aren't too bad, but then you have to come up with creative ways to respond to 2 or more of your peers explaining why you agree or disagree with what they each posted. What ever happened to reading the text and studying, listening to a lecture or two and then working on an assignment or a test? It my just be the 4 week time period, with new assignments and discussions due each week, that gets me frazzled. I may have to switch to hybrid or in person learning soon.Newest Times

The school does not give you enough information prior to getting into the program. They charge you stupid fees which do not sense and go as far as increasing already high school fees. How do you charge online students technology fees for using the school's blackboard to complete assignments on top of $660 per credit. They tell you at the last minute you have a balance to pay. Very poor communication on all levels. The director of my program is the only reason I am graduating from this school. I will never refer anyone here again. Not now not ever. This school is a waste. This school is literally the worst, they take all day in the advising office and registration office. They will have one or two people helping more than 20 people and you would think that would make them have a sense of urgency but they do not. They all act as if they don’t feel like helping you and move so damn slow. I received 2 parking tickets during the time I have attended this school because two hours in a meter is not even enough. The best advisor is Shannon, the rest of them act like they don’t care and will not give you any guidance when your new to college, some will over talk you and not even pay attention or listen to what you are saying to them. This school will literally make you not want to attend college at all with how difficult they make the process. I am here at the college registering for my classes for the fall and have been here since 1:00 it is now 4:00pm smdh. If you plan on coming here make sure you have a whole day to spend here!!!! I was suppose to be taking classes here last year but wasn't able to log in. I had a meeting and asked for help and she said she couldn't help me for some reason…I ended up texting & emailing people for help but they eighter didn't reply or said they were going to help me but then ended up not communicating back. I managed to call tec support and they said website was down. Few days later they called me & said they were going to put me on a list and since then I haven't heard anything. I feel like putting a bad review I’m currently trying to see a councilor here at El Centro I came Thursday before 5pm and they told me it was closed but on the website they close at 5pm. Come to find out today a staff member told me they closed an hour early because they were having a spring break party. Today I’m trying to speak to an advisor I’m the only one here sitting in the lobby still waiting for someone to help me. I used to love this school but honestly service has gone down the drain. Terrible customer relations. Called ahead letting them know the situation that I had already gotten xrays done and knew she needed surgery, they told me to come in because it would be considered an emergency drive 3 hours for them to tell me it would be 3 days before they could do surgery on my dog, they told me because it had already be stabilized its not an emergency did they think the place that did the xrays wouldn't splint it? The student was very pleasant helpful and compassionate about the situation while the vet did not seem to care that I was told different things and honestly wasn't listening to what I had to say. So if you do decide to come up here record your conversations before hand so they can't change it when you get there. We will not be back!Caitlin Vargas

Drove a lot of miles at the recommendation of our long term family vet to get our bulldog a CT of her gallbladder after several ultrasound investigations. We were refused by the A&M Doctor in giving her a CT scan and they proceed with another ultrasound which resulted in no new information. We put our 11 year old baby girl to a many hour drive and her poor adverse experiences with sedation for for no new information…so very, very disappointing. Additionally our resident Dr must have been all of her late 20s, where is the experience when needed. I always thought, go to A&M when you really need help…not the case, not going back! Had an AAEP 360 veterinary conference there and it was fantastic. Facilities are top class, especially the new Veni Vidi Vici buildings, but also the large animal hospital. Staff, professors and clinicians were amazing, and extremely friendly, welcoming, accommodating and helpful. A great spirit and atmosphere and energy there, evidenced by happy engaged students and lack of rivalry with the clinicians. All in all the best AAEP experience ever, and just a pleasant and rewarding experience overall.mike towns

Hello, my name is Tammie Tarpley Harris. I graduated in March of 2022 with my first degree in the HMAS program at 54 years old! CHCP has made this life changing dream come true for me. The cost and short time to complete the program really helped me to decide that this was the right step and time for me to do something for myself. The admission staff was really professional and efficient with every step of enrollment as well. I remember being so nervous that I would fail on my first day but Mrs Anderson, my first instructor really assured me that I would be just fine! All of the instructors are really hands on, even online! They are concerned for your future and making sure that you have the support and tools to get you there! I have enjoyed learning in a fast-paced setting throughout the past few months that I have been enrolled in the program to become a medical assistant. For the past week, Ms. Marshall, my previous teacher, has been very supportive and understanding of both my learning and myself. I'm currently enrolled in Ms. Morehead's class, and on my first day, I have injected Ms. Morehead with saline as a form of vaccine. I really love how I have learned different techniques from my various instructors because it has aided me to learn what techniques I like best. One of my favorite instructors has been Mrs.Morchead. She always makes her class fun and tells us stories about her experience in the medical field, which has helped me learn. He made the admissions process such a breeze to gather through. The program is definitely challenging but so worth it. My lecture teacher Mr.Smith was awesome when it came time for certification she made sure if we didn’t understand something she would have private tutoring to make sure we understood. My boyfriend and I both work in Animal Services. We already had previous experience with Dallas Animal Urgent Care, so when one of our recently adopted kittens showed signs of crashing (high fever, lethargic, dehydrated) we knew exactly where we wanted to take him. When we arrived the staff was super helpful (as usual) and they took great care of our kitten, Soda Pop. Soda Pop ended up getting diagnosed with Panleukopenia. Working in Animal Services, my boyfriend and I had a general idea of Panleukopenia and how to treat it. DVM Hoyt helped us with what we did not know and gave us a specific treatment plan. The veterinary staff also gave Soda Pop his first round of treatment, which ultimately saved his life that night. The cost of their outstanding care was very affordable in both mine and my boyfriends opinion. After a month of treatment, Soda Pop became a happy and healthy kitten. He gets to play with his brother Lamb Chop and has become quite a food hog. He actually has become so much of a food hog that he sneaks into our sink to lick our dishes (his favorite is lasagna lol). I hope that all the staff who helped with Soda Pop can see this review, and know how healthy and happy he is now because of your care the night we came. Thank you guys so much and I strongly recommend anyone with a sick pet to go to Dallas Animal Urgent Care. The most caring, compassionate, and supportive vet's and staff imaginable! Our Sadie had been ill for a few weeks and we'd seen our regular vet trying different solutions. Over the weekend things took a turn for the worse and we rushed her to Dallas Animal Urgent Care. They saw us carrying in Sadie and they met us at the door with a pet gurney that was comfortable and designed for pets, not a table. They rushed her back to start an IV while we did some quick paper work. We were given a private exam room to wait for the vet. About 5 minutes later Dr. Ali Thames came in and explained it was worse than we thought. She was so caring and honest at the same time and explained some options. We decided the car ride home would be a painful experience she didn't need just to make it until the next day, so we decided we'd comfort her there. They asked if we wanted other family there and we did. We made a call and in about 30 minutes the whole family was there. During that time she fixed a very nice pallet of blankets and pillow on the floor while we were loving on Sadie. After everyone was there and we had our private time with her, we called Dr. Thames back and she sat with us and went through the experience with us. She was absolutely the most caring vet I've ever met. I'm having a hard time just writing this, but I wanted to put our appreciation in writing.Curt Crawford

10/10 1000% recommend bringing your fur babies. I brought in my two cats Darling & Pooh Bear, and was dazzled by my experience. They had an enclosed cat room, because our feline friends can be quite sensitive and I actually appreciative of that sentiment very much. I was greeted immediately by the front of house who quickly and accurately inputted my information. From there I was placed in a room, offered refreshments as I waited for the doctor to come in. And what a wonderful idea to place a television in the room for entertainment in between time. Dr. Darcy was amazing throughout the exam. Very patience with my two. I can’t thank him enough for his knowledge and understanding throughout our appointment. Victorea and Alejandra were excellent handling my babies as they got their vaccines. We’ve been taking our dogs to CityVet Preston Park (formerly on Park) since we moved to Plano 5 years ago. They’ve been amazing and we love everyone there. One of my dogs was having seizures but since it was their surgery day, they referred me to CityVet Windhaven; CVPP even called CVW so they’d know to expect me. The person I first met with knew who I was as soon as I walked in and since the offices are affiliated, they had access to her prior records. She listened to my concerns and I received updates throughout the day from Dr. Creighton (sp?) When I returned to pick her up, the doctor spent about 45 minutes with me explaining what they’d done and why. She’d contacted a neurologist and got pricing for various tests and then reviewed the pros and cons of each. She took the time to understand my dogs treatment plan and was patient with my numerous questions! Everyone I encountered was extremely friendly, efficient, understanding and knowledgeable. I highly recommend both this location as well as Preston Park. From my experience, you can’t go wrong with any CityVet office.Jennifer Gero

Living in Dallas it’s been very difficult finding a good Vet and I’ve been out here for almost 5 years! I must say CityVet Loverlane and Cityvet Windhaven by far are the best locations I’ve been to. Dr Tomlin Is located at the Cityvet Windhaven location in Plano. She is truly a great Dr. she has been helping me with the care of My Bokya. He has had a very bad UTI infection and she is doing all she can to help my cat get better . It has been a rough few months with my baby but they have not giving up on. I was fortunate to attend ACI during a very difficult time in my life. I have made some amazing connections, and Mr George Clay helped make the admission process seamless and took all my concerns, and questions like a champ. We've been going to Campbell Village Vet for close to 30 years and have nothing but the best experience there. We use Dr. Krug and he is tops. Another person we have come to love is Vet Tech Jessica. We met her when she was a high school kid working there many years ago and now she has climbed the ladder to Clinic Manager. She loves all the animals and would do anything necessary to make the visit as easy as possible for the fur babies. She also runs an efficient clinic. Personalized, professional, and attentive care. First off, they keep up with my dog's vaccinations and emailed me that he was out of date on one. I've never had a vet do this preventatively, they just mention if he's out of date on something when I bring him in for an issue so I thought that was really great. A few days before the vaccine appointment I realized he unfortunately had two hot spots and mentioned this when I was there. Turns out it's the vet tech who does the vaccines not the doctor so they rearranged their schedule so he could be seen that day, stayed open a little late so I could pick him up, and never complained once that I admittedly made things really difficult by making an appointment for one issue then bringing up several bigger ones. I want to especially praise one of the vet techs, I didn't catch his name but he's a 20sish black guy who was working on 9/21. He just had a really great attitude, you can tell he loves animals and he seems kind and personable. I'll add that I thought it was good value for the money, about the same as I would pay at the Petco vet. They don't overcharge. They did an exam, clipped & cleaned the hot spots, gave him a vaccine, two different medications, and an e-collar for $215. Hot spots are a recurrent issue for my dog so I've been through this process before enough to know what it costs, and that is a fair price.Jen Stegall

Lakewood Veterinary Center is the best vet I have ever been to. My pup is my best friend, and everyone – from the front desk staff to Dr. Wright – is professional, kind, caring, thoughtful, friendly, and knowledgeable about everything they do and I know my BFF is in wonderful hands when I take him there. I trust them 100%!! The entire team has been such a blessing to me. My pup was my first dog that I've taken care of on my own, and this team has been so helpful throughout my dog's life, I am just so grateful. This place is the best. I found them on a whim when I got my first dog and I can't imagine going somewhere else. Dr. Wright is always kind and patient and the staff is truly top notch. With everything surrounding COVID-19 you are not able to go inside with your dog, which sometimes makes it more difficult to know what questions to ask. I am very grateful to have stumbled upon City Vet at the Paws Colinas dog park grand opening. I recently moved to the area and was in search of a new primary vet for my fur baby and was so lucky to have found the Las Colinas City Vet location for many reasons: not only do they offer wellness exams, this location also offers grooming right next door! The City Vet staff is amazing and pay very close attention to detail. I took my pup in for a grooming and groomer Victoria noticed a few bumps on my pup’s skin, the staff called me and let me know to not be alarmed and asked if I’d like Dr. Bryant to have a closer look. Dr. Bryant is the absolute best. She was very thorough and knowledgeable, and I trusted her recommendation as we discovered that Peaches has seasonal allergies! Dr. Bryant and all of the techs and staff are excellent! Our puppy was seriously ill and Dr. Bryant did not give up on her until she figured out that it was a tick disease and treated her back to perfect health. Our pup usually sees Dr Dame, who is excellent – calm, friendly, and knowledgeable – but we've had great experiences with all the vets we've seen here. Our dog had to be boarded with some stomach issues at one point when we were going out of town, and they took great care of her. Now when she goes back, even though any vet's office makes her nervous, she's excited to see individual vet techs who took care of her. Case in point on their care for their animals: we were just driving past and a tech was sitting on the grass out front with one of their charges and was giving her scratches and affection the whole time we were sitting at the traffic light. We’ve been taking our dogs here for years. They are knowledgeable, caring, and they have never tried to push us to spend money on unnecessary tests or procedures. When our senior lab had cancer, Dr. Dame called and checked in on us regularly to see if she was comfortable or if she needed her meds modified. We cannot recommend this group enough. Dr. Tucker, Jenny, and team were fantastic. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly and possessed positive dispositions. Dr. Tucker treats my golden doodle, Molly, so well and he is very warm and friendly. Molly loves to see him! He checks her thoroughly and he’s given me very useful information about her wellbeing. He knows what options to offer and it’s worked out very well. Molly has been going to CityVet since she was a little baby puppy and everyone there has been super helpful all along the way. Molly is 1 year old now. She is my first dog (in my adult life) and she means everything to me. Everyone there is so sweet to her and she gets comfortable there pretty quickly. 😇Jenna Lee

What a wonderful experience! It was great to have a face to face visit with a vet who obviously loves what he does and is passionate about teaching pet parents. I felt like he genuinely wanted the best for my Chloe. Dr. Coady is the best vet I have seen in years. Jenny, his tech, was also wonderful. She was so pleasant and helpful. I loved being able to stay and wait, bring my girl home. The facility is clean and inviting, with actual comfortable chairs in the private consultation rooms. This was 5 stars all the way. I have a Jack Russell Terrier mix; she is only 13 lbs and I was worried about getting spayed. My sister got her dog neutered here as well, so I was comfortable with this clinic. I want to add that I got her taken to the clinic by the mobile service—the driver was super nice and paper work was super easy! The driver had them back earlier than promised, so I was so happy to get my baby back earlier! Her stitches are healing well and all is well! Also, the cost of everything (shots, nail trim, microchip, pain medication, and the surgery) was cheaper than I expected and especially for the amazing job they did with her! We decided to take our puppy here but with our busy schedules of work We decided to do the transportation and drop our pup off I must say this was great they came on time and drop off on time and gave an update on how she did. The only thing my husband was told it was 5.00 for nail trim but they took 10.00 off my card but it was ok they did a excellent job is only been a week but she is going good. I'm surprised that they don't do a follow up call to check on your pup but I do recommend spay neuter network. Like I said it's only been a week and my pup is doing really good. All of the staff were very patient and sweet. I did not get the name of the male vet tech who took my cat into the back but he was so nice and reassuring. He let me know that they would do their best at helping keep our pets calm and comfortable. It help me relax as I was nervous for my cat being neutered and him being scared from hearing the dogs bark but the vet tech was so nice and sweet. As well as provided lots of info on after care as well as a bag of shredded paper litter for my cat to use. This is my second time taking one of my pets and definitely recommend them.J

The instructors are great, some of the staff is great , … but the credits do not transfer to any TEXAS university.. They are nationally accredited , and the universities are regionally accredited. I got several denials for universities since the credits don't transfer. I had serval recommendation letters Maintained A- B honor roll (Deans list) Perfect attendance High GPA I received an Associates degree and a certification. The degree is only good job wise – not moving up in your education. The laptop was a great addition as well Now I'll be Starting completely over as a freshman at a community College spring 2021. If you just want a quick certification this is the place for you. Now I'm in debt over a degree thats worthless in the educational system . I've confronted the issue with a few staff members. They don't care .. I am getting legal advice on this matter . Everything I have said I can back up 100%Renee J

My, my, my, my, my!! My entire experience here at Asher (Dallas) has been nothing short of absolutely amazing!! The entire staff, from the Campus director to the front office personnel are very professional and go out of their way to ensure all of your questions, concerns, and needs are met. Dr. Tubby is hands down the best vet I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting and bringing my fur babies to—I’d follow him to any clinic he went to if I can drive there (and coming from a woman who lives 5 minutes from work, that’s saying something!) I have two very different pets—the 18 mo 50 lb Vizsla is a high energy sweetheart, while the 8 year old grumpy kitty queen has been labeled “unfriendly” by vets since her birth—and Dr. Tubby is equally amazing with both of them! I can’t believe the difference he’s made in my sweet girl’s comfort level to even go to the vet, which in turn has allowed me to feel confident enough to actually go regularly and know that I don’t need to worry. And that’s just his bedside manners—he’s helped us through a terminally ill doggo, a fussy kitty going into slow kidney failure, and our new over-energy puppy all with skillful expertise, a calm trustworthy attitude, and, above all, a clear understanding of and love for each pet. We suspected our pet had a UTI and we are relatively new to the area. I tried calling a few local veterinary offices but none would work with a new client on short notice. CityVet was different right from the very first call. Very pleasant and helpful. Helping me get an appointment the very next day. The experience was just as good when we arrived. Reception immediately took us to a waiting room. A veterinary assistant checked on us within 2 minutes and started the process. The Lead Veterinarian (Dr Tubby) talked with us for a good amount of time about our Dog's condition and contributing factors as well as prevention. The whole experience was very positive and we are very happy with the results so far. We have antibiotics to take for 10 days so we have to wait to determine if this does the trick. Staff are all extremely helpful and professional. If I had to give any feedback for improvement it would be that the room was a little dirty. But it was a late afternoon appointment so I have little doubt it was clean most of the day.Greg Beeber

CityVet Preston Hollow, how can we ever thank you enough!? My family has 3 dogs: an old, a wild middle, and a smol puppy. Between 2 knee tears, liver issues, neutering, giardiasis, toe infections, and environmental allergies, we have spent a lot of time and money with City Vet Preston Hollow. We know this team well, and couldn’t be more pleased with all of our experiences. Dr Tubby, Dr Greer, and their entire staff are INCREDIBLE and have gone above and beyond for our family and we are eternally grateful for their partnership in our dogs’ lives. When our oldest tore both his knees within 2 weeks, they talked us off the ledge and let us know he would be okay. The care they provided pre and post-surgery was better than we could have ever expected and something we’ll never forget.
