Solid school. Easy(ish) to navigate. Some of the buildings are far apart and depending on your classes you might have only 10 minutes to go all the way across campus. The staff is friendly and try to help anyone navigate the school, so don't worry! Each building is clearly labeled and maps are everywhere so it's hard to get lost. There's tons of socializing areas and seating for different gatherings. Some of the popular places would be the courtyard with the fountains or the large hill in the center of campus. The campus also has a variety of food options, so whether you want smoothies, coffee, pizza, pastries or a salad there are options all around!Zena Krimzon

They have no idea how to teach what you will need in the state of Kansas. They will use other professors lectures and do not want to answer questions or teach you. So yeah if you want to teach yourself from a book and have a bunch of assignments due constantly this is the place for you. I am taking a welding certificate so I can work in the welding workforce. I want to work for the olathe railroad welding force after college. Then maybe do some underwater welding I have not quite decided. If I do I have to take a scubadiving class to get certified in that. i came in for one reason to get job after graduation been going on two yrs feels like high school classes. Im a criminal Justice major and i like program except one huge thing it needs more hands traning so you prepared for the job once you graduate and not have move on for four degree and they need to have dorminties to live on i hardly see people on campus it almost empety they have two many campuses they need to have one and the paint falling off the school. The advisors are literally the worst I have seen. They are basically unaware of how to advise, impossible to reach, don't follow through, and give no recommendations on pre requisite classes. Now the health science department is even worse. The instructors pride themselves on a high failure percentage. They deviate from school policy and ALL Bio 210 and 211 professors are arrogant and unwilling to support your child. Stay away from the arrogant professors, AND they don't care about your future.AB Gentry

this technical college is the best technical college in south carolina, there was a problem with the workers at the edgefield campus, they lost my transcripts, and they tried to cancel my advisement appointment so they could meet their boyfriend in the parking lot, the students at the edgefield campus were rude, and trashy, they are not going to stop me from going there, the classes that you have to take are wonderful, the instructional methods are excellentJessica Taylor

It's hit or miss with the staff. I'm transferring about 60 credits in from elsewhere and just needed residential credits to graduate. I've been trying to get a degree audit since I started in March. I took 6 credits in the spring, am taking 3 now and 6 more in the fall. I can't get an answer as to whether I'm in need of any credits in any areas to graduate. I never had this problem at any school. When I asked for an audit, they told me, "You just completed your first semester with us. Transfer credits are posted after the students complete a semester with us. Look for those to show this Summer or next Fall." I already completed a semester. I'm on my last 2 classes. This should've been done by now. This is how people waste thousands of dollars on classes they don't need while still coming up short for their program. It's a bad policy, and they shouldn't do that. Update: I'm about 3 weeks from graduating. Taking classes on campus rather than online makes a huge difference in satisfaction levels. I'm changing my star rating because the teachers are pretty good. I'm still a little annoyed with how unresponsive the staff was while trying to get info together for my last semester of college, but it worked out. Three more weeks of class, and I'm blowing this popsicle stand. The school is what you pay for. Some things could definitely use some improvement. I had to pull out of my fifth class, which I didn't sign up for, 2 days too late to get a refund. I wasn't even aware that I was in it till I saw an email about late assignments. I paid the amount they requested after they said it was my fault, at which point they sent me a check for that same amount and then told me that I owed it to them again. It just seems to me as if the entire process is just overcomplicated. I was furious when they signed me up for a class without informing me. I got over it, but when your going to school with a GI bill you don't have the luxury to go back and forth with classes like that. I had explicitly told them that with work, school, and family I couldn't manage more than 4. My experience with the school other than that instance has been well. The instructors have been great and the classes have been educational. The buildings themselves are "rustic" but the staff works within those confines to create the best experience possible.Timothy Taylor

I went to this school after leaving from my four year college just to save my income and somehow, this school did helped me succeed easier after getting my Associate's Degree in Computer Engineering! Both main campus and the technical education center campus are welcoming regardless of what field you're studying for. Whether you prefer day courses, online courses, or night courses, the time and budget will be worth your time as long as you maintain things properly. Writing a review for UNMC is an emotional task for me because they have been there for my mom and family through life, sickness, recovery, health, and even death. In all they've been there for they did right, without judgement or bias, and with care, hope, and support. I live in Kansas, but I know this hospital and all the towers better than some streets near my home. I've interacted with many specialty doctors, nurses, techs, housekeeping staff, ER, security team members, and so many others. We've experienced teams in Kidney Transplant, Wound Care, Cardiovascular, Cardiology, Ophthalmology, ENT, Derm, Cancer Center, and the Comfort Care Team. I can tell you that these teams are here because they love what they do. If you're considering UNMC as a new place to care for your needs I would do so without hesitation. When my mom moved they were so helpful in her transition to Kansas. Without them we'd be lost. We will miss each of her teams, their knowledge, and their care. It was so hard to leave.Tam E

Very disappointed in care provided. Nursing seems sorely under staffed. Although they frequently have cell phone in hand. Communication between staff (doctors and nursing staff)is lacking. Communication of providers and patients is insufficient. Facility is dirty dusty and run down. And should we talk about HIPPA….nothing to talk about….it doesn't exist there. Hep locks do not get flushed even after several days….negligent much? Showers/bed baths not offered to patient even after 3 days in-house. Are they trying for some nosocomial infections?S B

Today I went to Nebraska medical center and the eye clinic. The people that are very friendly and nice it's clean has three levels. The doctor I seen seem very knowledgeable and was very concerned with my eye condition it was funny when we first pulled up and parked in the first row there was a broom next to the handicap sign made me laugh remind me of handicap which parking. Someone probably had clean snow off their car with the broom and left it there.Karen Beautiful

Since they have instituted 6 sessions Columbia College has proven they are not about the students. By making this move they force students to take student loans or lose part of their Pell grant due to not being enrolled full time. They try telling their students that 6 sessions per year will benefit them. Being a student that is currently enrolled and have been for a few years now I can tell you it is of no good to the student. Not only does it cost us more but instead of having any type of break between already accelerated courses we only have two days off. This is ultimately going to lead to more stressed out students and lower GPA's. There was a time I recommended this College to everyone I came across. Now sadly I make it very clear Columbia College is the worst college you could attend. It is a joke. Rolla's new policy if we don't offer something you need in seat take it online. Not mentioning that not only are online courses significantly more expensive but the work that is required for these is beyond reason. I am talking at minimum double the workload of an in seat class. The teachers are great, administration from the main campus down is terrible. This is no longer a student centered college no matter what their website portrays.Sean Dahlman

I'm currently enrolled at CC. This is the best college I've ever been to. The faculty is understanding and very helpful. They actually care about your education. My advisor was by far the best. She helped me through some very tough decisions and helped me to make the best financial decisions. I visited the enrollment center 3 times to change classes due to my own reasons and all three times they were understanding, helpful, and encouraging. I also went to the enrollment services about my financial status multiple times throughout the year and they were always there to help. They showed me my financial plan exactly including scholarships, loans, and grants. They explained everything to where I could understand and even printed me copies of my plan. BEST COLLEGE containing the VERY BEST PEOPLE! The other reviews that had one star and rude comments, it's because of their stupidity and closed mindedness. I had a terrible experience at this school. I would highly recommend not going to this college. They do not care about how you as the student does. All they care a bout is your money. You will NEVER hear back from any of your online teachers. I tried emailing a teaching with a question 3 times and not once did I hear back from the teacher. If for any reason you need to withdrawal they will not except it. Even if you withdraw a day or 2 after the deadline, they will make you pay every cent, even if you had good reason for the withdrawal. If you want to attend a college that cares about your needs and your success I would highly recommend choosing a different college because the only thing they care about at this college is getting your money. It was one of my best schools I have ever attended. My respects to Mr. Shadfar the teacher of ESL grammar classes god bless him. He invited me to work there cleaning the school and I accepted. I worked there from 6pm to 11pm to close the school. Something strange happened to me. My classmates from ESL were wonder why I accepted that job. They said that it was an old building and it was a hospital, many people died there and not body wanted that job because there was a ghost in the 8th floor a woman in white dress appears there. To hear that I started to be worried about, but I needed the job. During the nights I was really scared to be alone cleaning all hallways and all floors and especially in the basemant. I had to work there on Halloween Oct 31st and it was the scariest night. My boss was a person from Irak. One day I asked him have you ever seen something strange because people say many things about the school that it was a hospital. He told me that only one thing happened to him when we were walking on the 8th floor to the elevator. He said that one day when he was going to check from the highest floor to the first one to be sure there are no students at 11pm he was in the last floor and not body was in the building. He said the elevator went down by itself to the first floor. And the elevator to move down it should be someone in the first floor to push the button. He went downstairs runing and he didnt find anyone there. He was really scare. Other day in the basemant my boss from Irak the responsible from all my commitments showed me in the cafeteria that was the basemant one door that not body opens there. Always is closed. He opened that door and that door takes you to another bigger basemant. We went there and I could see many old machines It was very scary because I could see all the old things of the hospital including the incinerator machine where the people who died in the hospital were burned it was like a horror movie. We went out and I were so thinking about what I lived there. Nice experience something that I never imagine that could happened. I studied the ESL program and got 500 points in the tofl I took all levels from there and higher and advance level in English. Now I am an English teacher in Mexico I have taught for 15 years and I would like to work as a teacher some day for the ESL program in Donnelly if they give me the opportunity. I absolutely loved the staff of Donnelly. Pretty much everyone there is out to help you succeed in all that you do. However, if you are going for a nursing degree, I would recommend going somewhere else. I lived in the dorms above the nursing department in Marion Hall and didn't have any problems except when I went down to the only floor with a water fountain to get fresh, cold water. Patty, the head of the nursing department, repeatedly berated me for coming on "her floor" and told me I wasn't allowed there. After I brought my complaints to the dean of students, all the residents received an email saying that we were "washing dishes in the fountains", and that we weren't allowed to go down there anymore. I would go down to get cold water since we were forced to either drink from warm faucets from either our room or the bathroom, and was filling my cup and just rinsed out what was in it beforehand. I understood that my presence could be distracting, so I took to taking the back route of the dorms so I wouldn't walk past any class. It was only after the new nursing department teacher said I was washing dishes that anything was said to the dorm residents. I understand it's a silly thing to discuss, but it was a major factor in my leaving the school. I would like to see the staff drink warm water that they got from essentially a bathroom sink instead of a water fountain, since the only one that was available was on the first floor.Daniel Meier

Graduated here in 2015. Small classes, teachers realIy care for their students, and I love how students can work here too! I absolutely love this place-its like a small family, I was sad to go. I spent four years here doing my pre-reqs for nursing. Only thing is there isn't a lot of classes offered here so I had to go to other colleges while still going here. Another thing is I had to do everything on my own. When I first started thinking about nursing I didn't know where to start and what I had to do. All I knew was that I wanted to go straight for my bachelor's. One of the advisors sent me to go talk to the nursing dept. All the nursing advisor (she no longer works there) was trying to do is convince me to do the LPN program. Once I told her that I wasn't interested in that, that I needed help with what pre-reqs to take, what schools had BSN programs, etc she told me she couldn't help me at all! From that moment on, I had to do my own research -look for schools, what classes to take, how to apply, which required teas test. I even had students interested in nursing come up to me to help them with the process. Overall, it's a great college in the middle of the city..only thing, give some direction to students. There are other transfer universities besides UMKC.Liz

Signing up was easy, I was provided help at every step in order to insure my success when I completed my diploma, I felt confident enough to move forward with a degree. Once I completed my diploma and as I have been working on my degree I have had the best career advisor. Even though life got busy with work, school and home issues and sometimes I did not respond, my career counselor Marianne Cooper never gave up on me. I attended Brookline College online in the Medical Office Administration program. From the beginning at admission, to the instructors and career services it has been a great experience. Everyone was always willing to assist you with whatever is needed and very responsive to all communication. An Absolutely Awful Experience… It seems to me that majority of the faculty and staff are there to make a buck and don't care about providing an education to the students. After many run ins with the Financial Aid Office, Admissions, Office of Accessibility and Disabilities, and many departments I realized that the whole school was just a big business that was in it for the money and I believe most of the issues that I faced were due to poor communication between departments, advisers, professors and students. I had multiple issues that occurred with class enrollment which was ultimately blamed on me. I was then required to pay for classes that I didn't even take. To notify me of these facts the Registrar's Office sent me a rude email about how these issues are not their problem and students need to be more responsible. I went in to the Financial Aid to pay this with a card and was then told that they only could accept cash or check because their system was down. I was able to pay online but then of course incurred a convenience fee. In other instance where I had issues I was run around between multiple advisers and departments unable to get answers and heard too often, "we don't have record of that." In my last year of school I changed my major from Aviation to General Studies. I hoped to change to a business major but the school didn't make this possible and stated the reason was because I would need to retake the businesses classes I had already taken. Supposedly even though the required classes and classes I had taken were the same title and course they were not comparable as there are classes of these courses specifically for business majors. The Aviation Department has a few nice people in it but has too few instructors and grounds students due to this. The department is very political and seems to only value students that are in the aviation clubs and organizations. I wish that my experience at UCM had been better as I met many friends and made some great memories. But students should only have to worry about passing classes and not how to escape the tangle of policies the school has in place making the whole college experience confusing, expensive, and unsatisfactory. Worst communication ever. Do not stand behind their word to ensure students have the assistance they need. Documented "direct communication" with my student even after he no longer was attending college classes. He literly had not been on campus or had communication with anyone at the university and his mentor documented 15 accounts of communication. When I asked them to explain the communication and brought to their attention my student Haden even been on campus or spoken to anyone. His mentor did not respond. I guess that means he didn't have a response or justification of the false documentation of dates. They talk a good game but in the end truly only care about the money and not the student. I would not encourage anyone to attend this University. Very poor communication and no one wants to take accountability for false information. In the end it is more about geting the tuition money and not about providing the tools the student needs to be successful. As I have begun and ended this journey with UCM I have spoken to several mother's that have had the same experience with their student. Very sad and disheartening. This is the most disorganized college I have ever had to deal with. For one it was a mess trying to even get admitted to get my bachelors degree. Second, after I earned by bachelors degree I applied for a graduate program. They denied me because they said I didn’t meet the GPA requirements when I in fact did. I was borderline at meeting the GPA requirement and I knew this. I waited until my final grades were posted before applying to ensure I would meet the requirement. Apparently the system they use to evaluate applicants does not update appropriately and it listed by GPA before completing the program. And when I shared my concerns with them they had the nerve to tell me that most applicants that get accepted have a higher GPA than mine. I get that the programs can be competitive but I felt that it was very unprofessional to tell me that after I had already been denied. Also, I met the program requirements so maybe they need to raise the GPA requirements if most accepted applicants’ GPA is higher. I gave them two stars just because their tuition rates are much lower than most universities in the area.Anonymous

The training I received at the school has served me well for the 40 years I have been in the military and in private practice. My training has been as good or better than docs from schools all over the country. I didn't know how well I was prepared until internship. I put my training up against interns from many MD and DO school and came out fine. I compete against docs from many school in my private practice and I have never been found wanting. My training was 40 years ago and it was great. I don't really know about the current training climate but I assume it is just as good as when I attended. This place had a very nice dorms and a lot of places for people to be able to get plant-based option foods including a whole foods that is right around the corner pretty much on campus. They're swimming pools pretty awesome too when it unfolds in the summer to let the sunlight in. They do have some pretty big lecture classes they told us but other than that the class sizes are supposed to be fairly reasonable. Campus was clean but had a bit of construction going on. This is the best Chiropractic care in the city. Everyone is kind and helpful, and a typical treatment cost is under $20. Does it work? Yes! From the first day I came in to visit the school until I graduated, everybody on campus was fantastic. Any time I needed help or was struggling, there was always somebody to help point you in the right direction. Everybody I have come into contact with has been extremely helpful. Throughout your program, you will remain in contact with a success coach, for me this was Mr. Hollis. Your success coach will reach out and contact you just to check up on how you're doing and see if there is anything that they can help with. Coming from a 4 year institution, I did not the advantage of a success coach and this adds a level of accountability which helps you to succeed. I just finished one of Concorde’s many medical programs. My admissions advisor was Mr. Todd Hollis, although I believe he works primarily in the business office now, he was a great first impression as to the kind of people Concorde has working for them to help the students succeed. Mr. Hollis answered any and all of the questions I had. He walked me through the step by step application process over the phone as I was completely things on my computer at home. During my time as a Concorde student, Mr. Hollis would always stop and ask me how things we going and always reiterate that he was there to help. Two years ago I had the good insight of enrolling in Concorde's PTA program. The program is run by knowledgeable Physical Therapists invested in quality education (Mary, Sam, Laura, Kelly, Dennis). They provided me with the necessary tools to start a new career and enter the work force feeling competent with my skills. The school has a department dedicated to assist graduates find a job, Alvy has personally helped me with this, he even rendered a mock interview so that I would show up to a possible employer as a strong and coherent candidate. Because the program is so well organized (from prerequisites to clinical rotations and even when/how to signing up for your board test!) it is easier to have a balance school/personal life. My experience at Concorde has truly been astounding. I joined the Medical Assistant program and my teacher Ms Tameka was nothing short of a great instructor. She was very patient, compassionate and dedicated to ensuring that every student learned even if it meant staying late or adapting the way she presented materials.The Financial staff Eva and Peetee were very efficient in handling my paperwork so that I could dedicate my focus to studying and be successful. Upon completion my graduate employment specialist Rocky was a true rockstar. I would tell anyone that knows someone looking at going here, to seriously consider going elsewhere. There are so many other colleges or universities that they could attend. There are numerous issues my wife has run into with this place. My wife graduated from this place about twelve years ago and went back to get her nursing degree. It was a great college to attend back then, very accommodating, high standards, and the personnel very helpful. However, it has changed a great deal. The front office personnel are rude and not that helpful. My wife had to go three different occasions to give them her transcripts (high school and college). They kept asking for them even though these should have been on file since she graduated from there. I can't remember the person she talked to but she was very rude and didn't want to be bothered. My wife just talked to her advisor and they changed the standards and prerequisites to enter the nursing program. They changed these just two weeks ago in the middle of a semester. You think that would be changed for the following semester not during one. My wife is supposed to be grandfathered into the program since she did her entent to enroll prior to these changes. Now they are changing rules, standards, and prerequisites on her mid-semester. She has to get a full grade higher than she did prior or risk having to do it again or dropped. Not sure that is even legal. Also, they are trying to make her take courses and the accuplacer test, which she has already taken. This is very costly to do again. Not just the money but with time as well. I have heard them doing this to others, must be a good money maker. There are other issues as well but I don't have time to name them all. If you are considering going here or know someone who is, please be careful and beware is all we can say. They can change what they want whenever they like at your expense.Michael Broton

My mother took me here on May for suicidal ideation on behalf of my school counselor's recommendation. Don't ever bring children here. We had to wait for about 7 hours just to get a room while in the ER. They took my clothes and phone away and made me wear a gown with nothing while being stared to to 'make sure' I wasn't going to harm myself despite my mother being with me. I had an outburst and cursed at one of the 'doctors' for lying. Nurses were rude, I could hear them talking about me through the door. Once we got a room, I had to be watched 24/7 by nurses, those same nurses lying to me and my mother. Being threatened to be given to foster care of I didn't agree to go to a psych ward. It took 3 days to be seen by a psychiatrist, but by then I was fed up so I just lied. I don't understand how this place is still open. Stuff like this never makes me want to get help. Hire people that are actually good at their job.JB

The entire Children's Mercy staff are exceptional. My 6 month old son had to have emergency surgery and it’s such a scary thing to go through. The bedside manner, professionalism, communication and knowledge the staff demonstrated was so reassuring. The hospital itself is super adorable. Very clean, inviting and easy to navigate. The doctors never left me waiting and they took a team approach to communicate and execute the best plan for his surgery, Although the hospital was busy, I we never lacked attention. We've been here for 3 major procedures for my daughter from birth to her preteen years. Our experience here with the staff, doctors and expectations were always exceeded. They truly do care for your child and specialize each patient visit to show that. The doctors and nurses are kind, caring and thorough. They select their staff well as I have not met a staff I felt was rude. They all speak to me and my child respectfully, directly kindly to show they care. A little over a month ago, I wrote a review on here about a situation that was happening between this school and myself: I was receiving calls and emails from them in regards to a balance that I was unaware of due to some mishaps during Covid where the grant vouchers I turned in weren’t utilized and the balance remained. I was beyond frustrated and when it got to the point where they said I’d be I collections for a debt that wasn’t my fault. I became angry and explained the situation here. Not even an hour later, the school reached out to me about getting in touch with the new Campus President, Dr. Dean Vines, to speak more on the situation. When I tell you Dr. Vines was extremely warm, understanding and apologetic about what was happening and personally took the time to listen. He took it upon himself to reach out to me and look into the situation personally, even though this occurred back in 2020 before his time at Concorde. I am very grateful for him taking the time out from his busy schedule to not only correct the problem, but met with me in person to hand me my transcripts and diploma that I had yet to receive from them. Thank you Campus President Vines! You’re an incredible addition to an otherwise great school. I am so glad that Concorde has you as their guide. I have been trying to go back to school and further my education for years and years finally I came to Florida for a visit and spoke with Claudette Simpson an admission representative and fell in love with her she's been more down to earth more personable than anyone I've known in education she's helped in so many ways I meant a lot of the faculty and staff involved in occupational therapy assistant program and they've all seemed very very very very professional and very nice and very helpful unfortunately I was not able to complete the program when I started in 2020 but here I am 2022 and within within weeks I'm about to start again still feeling like family still feeling like I have support still feeling that everyone wants me to graduate it's a wonderful feeling it's been scary even though I know I can do it but with these people behind you pushing you and rooting for you I have no doubt in my mind they told me they cannot wait to see me graduate and I see me graduating thank you thank you Claudette you are Amazing!!!!Jennifer Lovelock

This is going to be my 3rd Course. So far so good. Everyone's very friendly including the receptionists they are very nice. They greet everyone, like if they knew you for a long time. Also, when you have problems with your work, your teachers makes sure you understand it, including the students. They just don't sign you up and ignore you. I was greeted with a smile behind that mask! There was a person before my turn that was experiencing some problems and I was going to be a little late in being escorted in for my actual appointment. Someone came out to assure me about my appointment time and was so pleasant. And then a few mins later they came out to get me! I hardly waited at all. And in my CT I think it was Shannon? Was super professional, reassuring and pleasant to chat with. Another RN, came in also and we had a sweet chat too. My ct was fast and a little sting with the contrast but not bad at all. I was out of there so fast! And results were all good! Thank you for great service!Vicki Smith

on Thursday, October 27th, 2021, I visited Brookside Emergency Room because I was experien deep cough, stuffy nose, I was weak, didn't have an appetite, sore throat and upset stomach. When I was discharged, the doctor or nursing staff did not send (Prescription medications) that could help these symptoms and rhey should have. On November 2nd, 20222, I visisted my doctor, Dr. Nagel and she diagnosed me with Bronchitis. I took medications over the counter as Brookside ER Campus suggested and they did not work. I felt that the treatment that day was poor and unprofessional .Bobby Hayward

My wife was checked in through the ER. The doctor there was real nice. When she was moved to a room, the nurses did not take very good care of her, did not give her water, and left her mostly alone all night long. She was hooked up to an IV and the cord was not long enough to reach the bathroom. She needed assistance to walk but no one was there to answer her call. We were very disappointed with the service the first two days. After that, the nurses were better and the service improved.Richard Macklin

My instructor Ms. Brown has been the best leader and teacher I’ve ever experienced. She is always willing to help and answer questions at any time. She is patient, kind, understanding and overall a pleasant individual to be around. She makes everyone feel welcomed and comfortable regardless of their situations which shows she truly cares. I’m in the Concorde Career Program, my admissions coordinator Mr. Greg Stewart was always on top of things, easy to get ahold of and always professional. He made the admissions process such a breeze to gather through. The program is definitely challenging but so worth it. I recently just graduated from the ST program. My director Mrs.Harris was very supportive and very helpful. My lecture teacher Mr.Smith was awesome when it came time for certification she made sure if we didn’t understand something she would have private tutoring to make sure we understood. Excellent care and personal attention always. After my initial cancer diagnosis in early 2021, I visited a few cancer treatment centers. Obviously this is a terrifying, life changing moment for anyone. Especially as we were in the midst of Covid 19 lockdowns. Choosing The Sarah Cannon Cancer Center at Research Hospital was an easy choice. My husband and I met with Dr Singh, his staff and the radiation team, from physicians to technicians. The time dedicated to us explaining treatment options, answering all questions, was so reassuring. Our decision was easily made that day. The entire team at Research is amazing from the daily front desk check-in staff to nurses, technicians, and follow-up appointment scheduling department. The comfort and support cannot be overstated. Now cancer free, I still see my team on a regular basis to insure my counts remain healthy. As you have certainly summarized, I highly recommend Research Hospital. At the very least, it’s worth the initial visit.Kathleen Fasone

From the reception staff to the pre op to post op They were spot on the whole time, I was the patient but they also made sure my wife and daughter were taking care of during my procedure. From questions I had that were simple to questions they had to search to find the answer no question was a bother to them. The OR staff was phenomenal also they made sure that I was in complete comfort before I was knocked out and actually took the time to make sure I was at ease. After the procedure the recovery team made sure I was taken care of also along with my family members. All the staff that interacted with me and my family from the start to discharge they’re concern was me. The radiologist/surgeon and his assistant were awesome! They were both very informative and very nice, as well as caring and concerned. My experience with the 2…I have no complaints. The assistant came to the nurses station to get me, walked me back and when my appointment was over, he walked me to the door, to the parking lot. We even chatted about health afterwards and how to keep ourselves healthy. The ladies at the front desk, in radiology were exceptionally nice too. One of them called the assistant and asked if he wanted her to walk me back she was told no and that he’d come to get me. They took really good care of me. If I end up having this surgery, I know I’ll be in good hands. Thank you for the warm welcoming and being so informative. It was greatly appreciated.Ajuana Williams

I had a really good experience at Concorde. It changed my life a lot, I didn’t start at concorde first. I went to MCC just across the street from the campus and I honestly feel like it was a mistake to go there, feels like I wasted time and I did. I was going for the same career Medical Assistant and I was there for three years, not even learning the things I needed to become an MA. I loved that starting here I was learning and doing hands on. Which for me I learn best and I’m just glad where it has me now, I just finished externship and got offered a full time job where I’m at which is great. I am a student in the MOA program and my experience at concorde I would say it has been amazing.The staff are always willing to help the students to help them succeed and answer any questions they have.If anyone ever has a bad day Stacie and Mari are always open to donating some of their time to the students and help them talk about any issues that they need help with in their personal life.The instructors are very aware of their students and make sure that each and everyone is passing their classes.If you need to find a job in order to survive while attending school Ms.Danielle is always open to helping those who need to find one.Since my second MOD I have been a member of the lamplighter program which is a student leadership program where students help one another including their peers in class and help mentor them as well as help them in anything they need.We lamplighters are always at the service of students and staff if there is ever anything they need help with. The dental hygiene program here is absolutely wonderful. Our teachers and program director are amazing. But I am giving two stars because of the issues I’ve had with financial aid. It feels almost impossible to get an appointment with them and everything is so confusing. I understand everyone is short staffed but I have been trying to get ahold of my financial aid person for a month. Not only are they hard to get ahold of but they have said things such as “you need to get a job” if we ask to take a loan out for living expenses. Don’t they think we would get a job if we could? The program is full time there’s absolutely no time to get a job. I’m honestly just hurt that they treat us that way when we spend 73k on this program.Leah Broyles

I took a night class. The instructor always wanted to go home early. so instead of teaching us hands on, he just read over the instructions. When i and several others in my class took the tour, they said we would practice on dummys before we drew blood on each other. They lied. "The equipment doesnt work" is what we were always told. Towards the end of your last mod they crammed both badge tests and extern sites. We weren't notified if we got into our externs until the last day of class. Really nerve recking to the students who had to quit their jobs or try to notify their jobs of the schedule changes. The extern hours change constantly.Heather Gallagher
