20 Best Summer Programs In Phoenix, AZ (2022 Updated)

I would not recommend this school, I am truly and whole heartedly regretful of choosing this school over all of the other options I had. Something about this school stood out to me, and the counselors here try really hard to get you in. I do not identify with Christian faith and I am not religious at all so I initially felt weird about going to this school, but they mention multiple times that they accept all faiths and backgrounds so I felt better. However, upon talking their forced “Christian Worldview” class, the teacher grades with an iron fist for a 101 class and is just awful. My GPA for sure was going to plummet due to this stupid 101 class that they force on you. Honestly it was so ridiculous that I felt the need to reach out to my advisor. I was trying to come up with a solution because I felt some type of way about this. I suggested them placing me with a different teacher, since this teacher has AWFUL reviews going back years yet they do nothing about it. However they pretty much told me I still had to take the class, I could not switch to another teacher (you cannot pick your own teachers by the way which is huge for me now). Their only solution was that “another teacher would review my work.” This turned me off so bad from the entire school that I ended up withdrawing due to principal which messed up my financial aid. They honestly did not care one bit and obviously know there is a problem but do nothing to address it. I was so turned off that I chose to mess up my financial aid and just pick another school, there was no way that I was finishing out my degree here after this. Go elsewhere !!Taylor

I am an Atheist. I chose this college because it had the focus I was looking for, the delivery method was fully online so I could continue to work, and the price was the best around. I did not feel like being of the Christian faith was a prerequisite. My instructors and professors were not pushy with religion, and for a master's program, I felt like I was able to learn what was necessary for the field I was in. I have a Master's degree and 2 focuses now from GCU and I couldn't be happier with my education and experience. The guidance counselors were great, the financial aid process was easy, and I'm grateful for GCU and all they have done for me.April Wittmeyer

Parking in Garage building#7 on 33rdAvewas the best for going into the areana. We had to checkin at theguard station, drive around it then enter the parking garage. Parking was allowed on the 2ndfloor and above. It was the AFHE homeschool senior graduation. The campuswas very green. The areana was building #38 there is a museum to JERRY COLANGELO here and a beautiful tripple cross monument. The restrooms are spacious and everything but the soap dispensers are automated. As someone who isn’t from the USA and relocated from United Kingdom , it was important that I made the correct choice when it came to education in the United States , after doing my research and reaching out to different schools who have a massage program I chose gateway because from the first contact with Mr Tapscott he was super friendly , passionate and helpful , he made sure I had all the information I needed and he directed me to the right place to complete my registration to the program . The price is amazing and they definitely can charge way more for the service they provide , gateway and especially Mr Tapscott made the process so easy and comfortable . My first day of class was so welcoming and they went the extra mile to make sure I/ we students were comfortable , I had the best experience at gateway and this experience was due to my fellow classmates but mostly for the teachers attitude and pride in teaching , Mr Tapscott , ms bouer, and mr Ybarra were amazing , they are so good at what they do and the effort and dedication they put in to each and every student sets them apart from any other education opportunity I’ve taken , we created a family and this includes the teachers , they allowed us to learn at our own pace and didn’t disrespect us , they encouraged us , the material in the program was inspiring and the method of teaching made the learning fun , it was a pleasure to go to gateway for the 9 months of the program and I looked forward to seeing my teachers and classmates everyday throughout the course , the program allows for Externship which gives us the opportunity to work with others in the community also work with employers of massage therapy , it gives you an insight to what to expect after the program . This in my option gives you the experience and confidence to be successful in your future , I love Mr Tapscott and is in my opinion an amazing teacher , a kind , honest , trustworthy person who has pride in his work , he has a pride for everything he does or talks about , I couldn’t of asked for a better college to attend and I am blessed to be apart of the experience and to see people who are passionate about what they do to improve peoples lives . I felt included and that I had a voice within this experience. I recently graduated from the Massage Therapy Program at Gateway. Mr. Tapscott and his team were the most supportive, inspirational, knowledgeable and humorous group of instructors I have ever studied under. Mr. Tapscott taught the online portion of the course that was heavily weighted in anatomy, physiology and introduction to massage therapy. Mr. Tapscott was always offering assistance to students and following up on financial aid, GI Bill funding, finding places to do externships, or assisting with any other issues the students may have faced. The lab portions of the class were taught by Mr. Ybarra and Ms. Bauer, both experienced massage therapists, both dedicated to successful outcomes for all the students. Mr. Ybarra is known for his demonstrations on various massage and stretching techniques during labs. All three instructors shared a great many stories of their experiences in the massage industry. This team of teachers worked very well together and created an environment where the students felt proud to be part of the class and continuously improved in their massage skills through out the course. Each teacher has a great sense of humor, will be direct if there are issues to address but they are always respectful and professional. The program was also the start of many long lasting friendships and a successful future in the massage industry for myself. DO NOT ATTEND THIS SCHOOL!!! I have been attending this school for a while. When I had enrolled I wasn’t given proper information. I do online school and I’ve been struggling with math and biology and to my surprise the instructors do not put the effort in to help other students online. I went in to speak to an advisor and low and behold she didn’t help either. I have a learning disability and stated that information to the advisor and the best answer she gave me was “unfortunately we don’t have special services for students who have disabilities” I’m in the process of getting my associates degree in DMS and no advisors informed me before I started the program that I needed to take an HESI Exam. Another thing is for students who do the online classes, students have to their webcams on to take the tests/quizzes but don’t require it during other class time such as completing assignments. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS SCHOOL!!! THERE IS NO HELP WHAT SO EVER AND DONT HELP STUDENTS SUCCEED!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! And because I struggle in math, I’ve tried free Tutoring and they only available for an hour and if you need more time you need to make a new appointment. An hour gets 3 questions done and they still don’t walk you through the process.Monica Balderrama

Giving 5 stars so that everyone can see this. My brother attended this school and we honestly didn't like it. At the beginning of the year Mister.Cabrera (the Principal) pretty much tells you that if you aren't "THAT" involved in the school to not expect him to be "THAT" involved when you go to school to address something regarding you child. Both of my parents, my brother, and I work full time jobs (not to mention, both my dad and brother have two jobs and I go to college) so we don't have much time to go to school for every little meeting but that doesn't mean my brother should be treated any differently. Not to mention that Mr.Cabrera found out my brother is Christian and had the audacity to tell him "I thought you said you where a Christian?", "is that how Christians behave?" … if they don't teach religion in schools anymore.. principals and teachers shouldn't talk about ANY religion or use ANY religion against ANY students. Don't get me wrong.. I don't claim my brother was a saint at school or never did anything. I know my brother and I know he has too much energy and get distracted somewhat easily but he was NEVER a horrible student and he was never disrespectful to any staff and that's including Mr.Cabrera Sorry that the grammar is all over the place but I'm quickly writing this in between classes!Mariana Castano

They NEVER answer the phones here. I've called numerous times or numerous occasions and the phone NEVER gets answered. I'm lucky if I even get a call back! It's super frustrating when you need to get information about your student and about events that are going on but no one answers the phone. Other than that, it's a great school but I wish they had better communication between the parents and the staff at the school.Jessica Navejar

A friend invited me to a musical for the color of purple. I haven't been to the theater in eons. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and wouldn't mind coming back to watch another. It was emotional for me and I had too much excitement on my face that one of the employees could tell that it was my first time there. She complimented me and shared how truly it was and refreshing to see the excitement on my face. That made me feel good to no end. It was a delight to receive such a compliment. I'm planning on enjoying more theater in my life. The last musical I had seen was in New York the avenue Q on Broadway which was in the early 2000s. I don't give myself a chance to enjoy more of it. I love going to the movies instead but I just realized it is night and day. Thanks to my friend who thought of me and I shared in the joy of supporting his two friends that casted in the musical. What a wonderful local theater. Quaint, with a tiny Broadway feel. I had the privilege to see my first show here, ‘Edgar Allen Poe’. What an amazing, transformative experience. The performance was just brilliant. The staff there was extremely helpful and pleasant and what a treat I was able to have a small wine prior to sitting. The only wonder was where to park and I do wish that intimate seating had just a little space. I was so enthralled that a few of my gasps felt like I may have been a slight allowance to the beside me and the woman in front of me. My wife and I secured some tickets fro. Vettix to see Bandstand. We arrived early enough to enjoy a meal at the bistro. Separate review upcoming for that splendid meal. This venue was very quaint and a little dated but that made the ambiance more enjoyable. We had seats on the left side in row E. The show was awesome. This Venue is awesome! It was amazing for our wedding and we truly enjoyed the experience. You will work with Mary, the events coordinator at the center, and she'll be you POC every step of the way, including your event day! Mary cares about making your day special and will offer up her knowledge and experience with weddings at the center. You'll get great prices, and she'll even work with you on the bar menu! The best thing is there are no extra fees here and it's straightforward since it's a non-profit building and organization! The space does become your playground being able to bring in vendors you want for your day. You feel like you're getting married in a castle here and the courtyard provides the best outdoor wedding vibe! Our guests loved the look and were astounded that place like this exists right in the heart of Phoenix. The center also puts on several programs and events throughout the year to visit!Timothy Kirk

Not what I thought it would be. I thought maybe it would have some Irish castle decor. It was very modern inside. The cottage only took maybe 10 minutes to look at. Really only good if you are Irish and want to do your ancestry. The whole upstairs is a library with computers and books to look up family.AZona

Stop by the Irish Cultural Center to get a tour of the replica of an Irish cottage. The architecture of the castle imitates Norman less in Northern Ireland and houses the library. The library is free to visit and a facsimile of the Book of Kels with explanations is on display.Matthias Lampe

We took our 5 and 9 year old granddaughters to see Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat on Saturday August 29th. I was deeply disappointed in how risque some parts were (Potiphars wife) and absolutely vulgar Pharoh was. I understand Pharoh was "Elvis" but the real "Elvis" was not vulgar. He did not thrust his hips like this young man did. He was WAY over the top. Potipars wife did not have to be depicted as so vulgar. The story could have been told in a family friendly manner. The professional troupes that perform this wonderful Bible story do so in a manner that is not simply vulgar and classless. I am sorry that my precious grandchildren were subjected to this unnecessarily vulgar depiction of a beautiful Biblical story…Jeanette Compton

We recently saw their production of Seussical the Musical. WHAT A GREAT SHOW! All of their talent was far above our expectations! My wife and I were very impressed by the quality – not only of the acting talent, but the choreography, sets and sound engineering as well! We have two little ones and they absolutely loved it! I went here for the welding program and I’m very disappointed with my experience. I finished top 3 in my class and left not feeling ready for the real world. I found that instructors often contradict eachother. Mario is the only competent instructor, the other instructors, especially Sam have bad attitudes about welding and are seen outside of the class room hanging out most of the time. I heard a lot of good things about instructor Larrison Smith from both students and the online reviews, he was working morning classes until RSI fired him. Being from the afternoon class we had Mario teaching half the class and then after that we were left with the inexperienced instructors that are not good at teaching. It seemed like students from the morning class got the best treatment as far as having everything they needed to succeed. Most of my welding knowledge has came from YouTube since there’s too many students for good 1 on 1 time. I had all of my welding equipment stolen and had 0 help replacing them. Numerous times they run out of material to weld on and a majority of them are cut out very poorly. When it came time to start welding stainless steel and aluminum (which is what I wanted to do the whole time I was at school) we were told to get our pieces from the trash, which it’s all warped, dirty, and filled with weld already. This school is way too over priced for the information and training you get, and I would highly recommend looking into another school.Nich Palencia

RSI is a great school to attend if you want to learn something new, in a different field. Its all up to you and how you want it to work for you. The instructors do an awesome job at keeping their students in line and on track to graduate. Being part of the first set of classes to go through the program and graduate (aug 2018). We had a lot of bumps with having to learn to weld outside in the sun in an empty space for a couple weeks. Haha then having a string of other instructors that didnt last long. L. Smith did his best to teach all of his students in the welding class. As a class we all did our part to help each other with as much guidance as we need from Larrison and Eric. Would highly recommend these two to anybody that wants to learn how to become a welder!! 👌Amber Purley

Awesome instructors, awesome atmosphere, awesome school. I decided in my 40's that I wanted to go back to school. I had been managing restaurants but always had a passion for working different forms of construction, remodeling, etc. I decided this was the perfect opportunity for me, and I couldn't have been happier with my decision to attend R.S.I. If you are considering a career change, or looking for your first start towards a solid, lucrative career in an industry that is all but guaranteed to grow every year, then this should be your choice too. My advisor was Sharon, you can call the school and talk with her, or any of the other advisors and they will give you a tour and answer any questions you might have. The phoenix zoo was amazing for myself, my wife my 8 year old and my 7 month year old. It was a busy day, but the lines were short, none of the attractions were crowded. They have definitely upgraded the grounds and even have venues for weddings and birthday parties. The membership option is a great value, pays for itself in just about 2 trips. We are going back next week to see the African wildlife exhibits we missed. Plenty of restrooms and snack stands. The petting zoo is always a hit with my kids, and I love the river stingrays and alligator exhibits. My wife thought the prairie dogs were adorable, and the carousel was a big hit. I have never been so terrified in my life, of, my baby, having a freak accident and slipping off. My stress was at a 99 out of 10. Absolutely wonderful place to visit in the right weather! Phoenix summertime it would only be first thing in the morning. Christmas time and zoo lights is something spectacular. There is a lot to see, a massive area, including a playground for kids, carousel, fountains, farm animals to pet, a souvenir store and even a hall to rent out for birthday parties! I highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance in order to avoid lines. Tickets are being scanned and then it's a fast entrance. They could cost a little less though, but it's still worth it. The best part was the camel ride which our little one got on twice on how much she enjoyed it. Would highly recommend to buy tickets only because to buy tickets at the place is a very long line. The science center wasn’t bad but they were way too many rough public school students pushing their way across the exhibits. they needed a little more activities for toddlers and kids up to age 5. I feel like they should have a special time that field trip students come through so that they are not mowing over the other paid guests. it was a little difficult to find the parking garage but once we did parking was easy and it was only three dollars. I gave it three stars because it needed more interactive activities for young children. The security guards were sweet and they were excellent at doing their jobs. My family had a great time at the Science Museum. It’s been a few years since we have visited and it felt like the museum may have been scaled down due to covid. But it was still a good time. Lots to learn. We went on a Sunday around 1pm and the place was not packed at all. We did the whole museum in about 2 hours. Anytime I travel will always visit the science center, and this ONE is definitely worth seeing! With over 300 hands on interactive exhibits, there is bound to be something interesting for you, your family, and everyone else! We were lucky enough to see the spider 🕷 exhibit! Serene and calming, this random "on a whim" stop turned out to be better than anticipated. I love botanical gardens, especially the care taken in curating them- this one in particular is teeming with desert flora AND fauna. The staff are friendly, and judging by the thriving plants, and booming animal and insect population, they're doing great! Take your time and pay attention to each section you go through. Every time there's a rustling in the brush, you're usually rewarded with some playful lizards, timid rabbits or fiendishly hungry baby chipmunks. Birds flit and call throughout the garden, letting visitors peer into their behavior and characteristics. If nature and curated desert plants wasn't enough, there's art currently sprawled throughout the space, changing as the scape does with the lighting. Plaques are posted throughout with identifications, facts and more, easily inviting you to look and explore further. Well worth the visit, and highly recommended! My only complaint is there were multiple sections closed off for a private event, but then again, who can blame them? This is truly a magical place! Free parking, maps provided and gift shop and well maintained bathrooms are all present to boot!Ari

This place is heaven on earth. I leave a lot of reviews and have rarely wished to lavish such praise. If you don’t leave five stars you maybe should talk to your therapist. This is incredible!!! It is massive and in reality you could easily spend 3 to 4 hours here appreciating the expanse of desert plants and flowers and sculpture. It is beyond beautiful and I would argue one of the finest collections of such natural wonders on the planet. The staff are professional and passionate, the grounds are modern and kept, there are all sorts of possibilities for events as well and whatever you might need as a visitor for hydration or food if you must. I just felt totally calm and at peace and by the way, there are hundreds of birds and I mean of all varieties but most of all we saw so many hummingbirds playing together and they are quite curious, I snagged a photo. This is an instance where the photos are beautiful but the place is better in real life. The natural world is in abundance here and it will, it should connect with your soul. Enjoy!Nicholas Hood

It is a wonderful place in Phoenix, Arizona, and I can strongly say that you will definitely enjoy the time you spend here. I was on transit in Arizona, and was thinking about how to spend my long layover. When I checked, I found this place, which is very close to the airport! I called a taxi and visited the place. It was a well-worth visit of at least half a day! This is very useful, especially for botany students and nature lovers. This is incredible!!! You may experience desert plants, flowers, and sculptures, which are beyond beautiful!! The staff are professional and friendly. I felt very peaceful! These guys are amazing, and there are no judgments. They truly want to help people wherever they are in life and their careers. If acting isn't your thing…it doesn't matter. I love taking classes here! Not only is a positive, encouraging environment, but also a great classroom. I loved working on myself and how I can improve my speech, diction, and overall acting ability. Truly the best part was also seeing all my classmates develop into better actors! Amazing summer programs open to all young people. It's a small price to pay for a little slice of the specialness that is PCDS (small classes, caring focused teachers). My thirteen year old has been dancing with Ascend since they opened up. After her previous studio closed due to covid, we moved to this studio. She already had experience with some of the teachers from her previous studio. When covid was at its peak, they did a great job of creating a safe environment for the students.This isn’t just a dance studio to her. It’s a second family. The staff truly care about the students and want them to succeed. They do a great job of teaching them to be mentors as they grow older to the younger levels. My dancer has some amazing role models at this studio. This is our first year dancing with the completion team and they did a great job of making it a smooth transition for my dancer.Lindsay Hager

I absolutely love Ascend Dance Academy. My daughter (now 4) has been coming here since they opened during the pandemic. This place is clean, all the ladies (Rachel, Kristina, Payton, and so on) are so friendly and welcoming, prices for dance are very reasonable, and on top of all that they doing amazing work with the little ones. my daughter was very shy and quite but now opens up when she gets to dance and the ladies always make the time to comfort the littles when they have big feeling. The teachers at Ascend are very kind and helpful! I was so happy to find a group wiling to take carful measures during the pandemic but also a group who truly value the individuals they are working with! Their 3-4 yr old program has not only been fun for my daughter, but it has also taught her skills and technique all through play. This is more than just a fun dance class. If you want a unique but incredibly beautiful place to have your wedding then I highly suggest Campway. I was blown away at how they handled the wedding for my two dear friends. From the planning to the execution on the wedding day they took such great care in all the details plus more. When you think of a summer camp you think of great memories of your childhood and all the activities it entails. This camp tied all of that in and still created a wedding weekend to remember. Also, the wedding reception dinner was delectable and exceeded all expectations. The unique atmosphere of the camp tied with the romantic vibes of the wedding created a perfect weekend thanks to the assiduous staff at Campway. This was such a fantastic and unexpected experience for our family, and exactly what we needed to get out of the daily grind and Phoenix heat. The camp itself is great – shaded by tall pine trees, deer that roam around freely, a lake for boating, a pool for swimming, tennis courts, horse back riding, and all kinds of great Arizona-outdoor stuff like zip lines, ax throwing, and a huge rock wall. The staff was fantastic and made the camp experience extra fun with s'mores and camp songs and lots of encouragement to try new things (the grown-ups needed it more than the kids!). We visited CampWay this weekend. It was the best weekend ever!! Nothing like kids in nature, fun activities, great food, and family bonding. The staff is unbelievable and so engaging. There are activities for everyone. Tie-dying, archery, zip lining, camp fires, canoeing, and geocaching is just to name a few. My daughter who is 6.5 years old is already asking to go back. We love this camp! We had to pull our son from another camp mid way through summer due to some bullying issues and other things… a friend told us about this place – i called then communicated via text after that (my preferred method of communication). Coach Sharon was very responsive in all our communication. They allowed us to tour after hours. We’ve been attending for 3 weeks now (1 day into the 4th week) and our son came up to me and told me last week, that he loved the fact that no one bullies him at this camp. He said not a single kid or adult is mean to him ever. We already loved it but this was the icing on the cake. This place hands down was the best find for us. We are definitely coming back next summer and all the school breaks during the year. We can’t say enough great things about this place. I love this camp! My 8 year old son has had the opportunity to do their spring camp and now their summer camp. When they had their in-person camp he had so much fun! Even now, DJ looks forward to his 1 hour Zoom Camp from 2pm-3pm with the fantastic Mr. Goad. They do dance, exercise, brain teasers, math and games! The best part of this camp is that the owners, instructors and assistants focus on the body, mind and emotional well being of my child. They have extremely high standards of safety during these uncertain times and I know that they will always put the well being of my son as their number one priority. This is not only Glendale's BEST, it is THE best program I have ever seen in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. The staff are professional and kid friendly. They plan and execute activities throughout the day that excite the kids and keep them engaged. Their program has multiple levels of activity so the kids never get bored and don't overexert themselves. In addition to activities, they weave in character education goals each week including practice, focus, and determination. This has been the BEST summer experience my grandchild has ever had! I wish i didn't have to give a star. My wife graduated at the Tucson location, she got hired to work at the Phoenix location as an on call type of basis, and she recently got accepted to go to grad school here. She wanted a new agenda that she can use for her classes. I noticed my wife had 4 University of AZ agendas she used during her undergrad studies. She could've used an agenda from Walmart but she really liked supporting her school by buying an agenda every year from University of AZ until she graduated with her bachelors degree. Now she's a graduate student and I decided to buy her a new one. When I went to visit the Phoenix campus the security was very rude. They called the library to see if it was okay for me to visit. Really? You have to have permission to view the library? The security told me that I'm strictly only allowed to go straight to the library and no where else. This is a different experience for me because when I visited University of AZ Tucson location they're very kind to family members, visitors, and students. Security is very un-welcoming at the Phoenix location. I don't know why they need to be rude when all they deal with majority of the time is students and family members that are excited to visit the campus of loved ones. Family members that are supportive to the school students and staff. When I arrived to the bookstore I was told that they don't carry or sell agendas of any kind. I looked online for the bookstore and I called the number online. Sadly, the person from the bookstore told me over the phone that University of Arizona College of Medicine Phoenix location doesn't carry agendas and hung up without saying goodbye or see if I had any further questions. OVERALL, FROM A FAMILY MEMBER OF A UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA GRADUATE, GRADUATE STUDENT, STAFF THAT IS ONLY VISITING THE CAMPUS TO BUY AN AGENDA THIS WAS SUCH A NIGHTMARE AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.Fredrick Jones

As a patient, I have come across residents amd instructors from multiple disciplines and here are my concerns about the quality of medical professionals who graduate from this school: 1. I am concerned that residents are being taught greed over patients best interests. This means the graduate will be too quick to perform a medical test when the symptoms that a patient has does not line up with the disease or illness that the patient has. This also means medically unnecessary surgeries and the disrespect of informed consent. 2. The graduate will have no critical thinking skills and lacks the ability to keep up with medical research. This in turn will lead misdiagnosis in patients as well as unnecessary treatment while the underlying condition is not treated. Remember, the medical organizations such as American College of Gynecogy, etc. guidelines are written for the physician best interest and not the patient best interest. Take a look at the 2018 diabetic guidelines and their justification for increasing the recommended A1C levels. Instead of addressing the cost of insulin,, they raised the target A1C levels which in turn has the potential to shorten the life expectancy of diabetics in the long run. 3. The graduate is only educated in the white suburban middle class culture. What does this mean, they will be biased to and quick to judge anyone who does not fit in the white middle class suburban culture which is the majority of America. Helpful and cheerful folks manning the front desk, a beautiful facility, and an excellent 12-hour pain and purpose spin/walk/run-a-thon! I'm very happy to have visited. There is a therapy pool, a 25-yard lap pool, a spacious gym with an indoor 1/10th mile upper level track, and everything has an accessible option. I was very impressed!Coach Rose

I've been coming to ability360 for since 2015 and I love classes and staff they alway are happy and friendly and helpful. I walk the indoor track, and use the waight room and ride the bicycle. I swim most of the time the pool is clean and refreshing 😌.Melinda Bouwman

I lucked into this fabulous music opportunity when a friend invited my kids. Fast forward two years and we are ALL taking music lessons here. I've always wanted to learn piano, but who has the time? Waiting for my kids in their own lessons, I realized I now did have the time. They squeezed us all into the same day and time, and accommodates my work schedule. When a child in drums was desperate to quit, I sent them to chat with the front desk. The response was better than great – and that same child is now taking DJ lessons (that really have become piano, but since I didn't approve piano is much more exciting for them to sneak out in their way… Of course I'm thrilled!) My piano lessons are fabulous and all the instructors are equally awesome! I've been tapping my novice instructions on my steering wheel when caught in traffic every morning… And am surprised I'm finally doing what I never thought possible. A++++!!!!ME Lopez

My family (~6 year old son, ~10 year old daughter, husband, and myself!) have been taking lessons with Music Maker Workshop over the past three years. The faculty at the studio are excellent!! The instructors are all highly qualified, enthusiastic, and encouraging. The administrators are impressively organized, professional, and very helpful. The studio has a great community spirit, always feeling very welcoming, smooth running, and full of friendly and competent folk. Our family all love going to the studio for our regular lessons as well as participating in various events like camps, recitals, and practice motivational challenges which are run in an exceedingly fun, encouraging, and supportive way. My daughter has taken piano lessons at Music Maker Workshops since she was 4, and she is turning 13 this December. Mrs. B. and her family, as well as Jess have always EXCEEDED my EXPECTATIONS, and have been a crucial part of my daughter's musical life. Key points are them recommending teachers who motivate and stimulate my daughter vs. me having to NAG her to practicing. Mary is her current piano teacher and has EXCEEDED our expectations with teaching my daughter how to write in and improvise by adding melodies and harmonies to make the piece more difficult. Mary helps motivate, yet diversify my daughter by having a classical piece, jazz piece, and popular piece for flexibility. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Music Maker Workshops!Kim Horn
