Review Summary
Let me just say that as an intern as a strength and conditioning coach at RXN athletics I had a GREAT invaluable experience. I learned a lot from Manu and Armando who are very humble to teach and answer any questions I had. They are passionate in what they do and know how to connect with the athletes individually to guide them to results. Also Henry who is the owner of both RXN Athletics and Reaction Therapy is a genuine, positive guy to be around who gave me the opportunity to learn there. Amazing atmosphere to work at and the whole staff was positive to be around which reflected on the athletes/patients since they enjoyed coming to the facility to train. I have worked at a variety of jobs and it's rare to find a place that actually CARE about the results of their customers or in this case athletes/patients but BOTH RXN Athletics and Reaction Therapy are the exclusion. They genuinely care for each athlete/patient. I was really impressed with the abilities of the athletes and for the time I was there I saw the transition in beginners as they progress with minimal to substantial results. So if you are looking for a place that is professional, with a positive environment and result oriented to train your kids or you yourself are an athlete. What are you waiting for?edgar ramos
We LOVE Armando and FYZICAL! Our daughter has been in training with Armando since the summer and what a difference it has made in her volleyball skills. She's stronger, faster, more agile, secure and confident in her game. Armando is amazing with her, she loves going to her training sessions. He has really made her feel comfortable using the gym equipment and has taught her what each piece of equipment is for. Armando is very professional, and we're very satisfied with the level of training he has provided our daughter. We always get asked who/where is training our daughter. We totally, hands down recommend Armando and FYZICAL!Paulina E
My girls have been attending workouts 2X a week for at least 1 1/2 years. Their injuries have reduced, they are stronger, and are challenged every workout. Mando is a great trainer and customizes their workouts to their own abilities. One plays softball, the other runs track. I highly recommend this facility and trainer to help get your athletes to the next level!!Candace Ontiveros

Since his enrollment my son has had a dramatic improvement in his grades across the board, as well his motivation and attitude towards school and learning in general. HE ACTUALLY WANTS TO GO! Ian and Manny are great! They make the process of enrollment so smooth and are wonderful with all the students. MONEY WELL SPENT is an understatement.. if you have a kid who just needs a little extra help, or is falling WAY behind this is the ticket. It felt amazing to see my son finally ‘get it’ with reading. The tutors are so sweet and they give the students the time and attention they deserve. If I could give 10 stars I would. Sylvan changed my sons whole outlook and has opened so many doors that the public school system just couldn’t.. AMAZING and TALENTED staff. Warm. Encouraging. And Soo WORTH It!Mike
We had such an amazing experience with Sylvan Learning Center on the west side. We brought our daughter in for math tutoring and at the time she was struggling and had a failing grade in math. Within weeks we were seeing improvement and by the end of the semester she brought her grade all the way up from a 45 to an 85!!!! She has maintained that grade since. Not only have we seen an improvement in her grades but also her confidence as well. She no longer dreads going to school. Words cannot describe how grateful we are to have found Sylvan. It’s very evident that the teachers and administrators there are passionate about what they do and truly care about the children and their families. Thank you so much!!!K M
Sylvan has helped our family beyond words! The staff is amazing: supportive, knowledgeable, and caring. Ian and Manny are personable and have lots of experience. When it comes to scheduling the tutoring the front office is very flexible when working with our family’s changing needs. We are a military family and appreciate how helpful Sylvan has been for us. Once we started our child here, we immediately saw improvements in grades, understanding, and confidence. He was struggling with reading and making C’s and he quickly improved to an A in reading and I find him reading books on his own time! I highly recommend Sylvan at this location!! Thank you for all that you do for us!vanessa drewke

Review Summary
My Daughter attended Gymnastics and All-Star Cheer at Gymnastics Elite West, and the only thing I can say is if you need more stress and confusion in your life then this is the place to go. When my daughter first started at Elite she did Gymnastics and Tumbling classes there were no issues, and my daughter loved going to class. My daughter started All Star Cheer in January and since then it has been nothing but downhill from there. Parents paid a booster fee to get items for the Cheer team and that includes a backpack with my daughter's name on it that was never done, shirts for parents with my daughter's name on it and that was never done. The billing was completely messed up when their manager left, charged three times in one month, and being accused several times that I had not made a payment when in fact I had to provide my bank statement more than twice to get the credit to my daughter's account. Then comes the issues with coaches, being talked down to and yelled at and being told what my daughter can and can not do at another gym because the cheer coach did not want another coach help my daughter, so she gets yelled at. My daughter did gymnastics, cheer, and tumbling we were there more then we were at home. This business claims always about fun when a 10-year-old goes and have fun and it stuck between two grown men fighting about helping her with the same thing is ridiculous and uncalled for and plain immature! The owner confronted the said coach and then he retaliated against a 10-year-old, and me for " making the owner yell at him. When I told the owner of the issues I am told " they have had issues in the past with the said coach" so it takes a 10-year-old crying and leaving a team for the owner to do something about this coach? Pretty sad when employees of the gym sends me a text apologizing for the coach's actions and the outcome of the entire situation. My opinion is to go to a different GYM unless you want a headache and problems for your child to have fun! The best thing about this place was meeting certain coaches that do care about the kids and truly love their job instead of coaches competing with each other on who is going to help a child. Poorly ran gym and more so poorly customer service from the owner himself.Katie Cleary
This review is based off of my experience of my daughter being enrolled In the jumping jellybeans program on Saturdays for two years. I would have to say overall my experience was negative. The coaches were often stand-offish and seemed like they were lacking patience with the kids. If your child is not disciplined enough or doesn’t listen well, your child will be kicked around between different coaches. The gym on Saturdays often seemed overcrowded with too many programs going on at once. This creates lots of distractions thus creating a distracted child. The gym was very dark and gloomy. I felt that it was incredibly uninspiring and definitely in need of more light. The parking is also terrible and if you didn’t arrive 15-20 minutes before the class starts, you as a parent would end up not being able to find good seats or let alone a seat at all. Coaches that work there often quit creating high turnover and confusion as I would not know who to talk to about my daughters progress. The coaches were also behind on updating skills in the skill chart which was frustrating as this was supposed to be an interface for parents to keep track of their child’s progress in the program. My suggestions for the owner and management would be to reduce turnover and to increase the size of facilities. I would also suggest using brighter colors, lighting and more windows.Alura Emerald
So, I brought my daughter (2 yr old) here for the summer while visiting El Paso. We both enjoyed our experience. I actually hate that we have to go back home. My daughter became comfortable with Coach Brisa (she's the best) and grew so much in a very short time. Even when the class had a few more students (6 or 7?), I felt my daughter still got the attention and instruction that she needed. I love that you can try it out first. The homeschooling classes were perfect for our schedule. Great experience overall.Leah Brown

Review Summary
I don't typically write reviews and rarely give 5 star reviews. To me, in order to get a 5 Stars, you have to go above and beyond. That is exactly why D-Bat West has earned that rating from me. The facility is very nice and the pitching machines are top notch, having a ton of adjustability for both Baseballs and Softballs. The other training cages are very well equipped. The prices are very reasonable. Then there is Andy in the front. He is so friendly and awesome. He makes sure everyone feels welcomed and is constantly checking to make sure everything is ok. The icing on the cake was the personal written note to my daughter, welcoming her to the DBat community after we signed up for the monthly membership program (which is a lot of value and a no brainer). All of this is so above and beyond and truly worthy of my 5 stars! We will be spending a lot of time here.Brett Elliott
I could not invest in a nicer place. ANDY is doing an amazing job keeping these athletes busy with baseball especially during this very challenging time. His co manager and coach MIKE is an exceptional instructor and mentor. He teaches my kid weekly and I already see a great deal of improvement. But what is most important, especially to a parent, is that he is an incredible motivator. I appreciate the humbleness in the staff of this location. Keep up the excellent work dbat west.Marvin Parker
Without a doubt a simply amazing place to go and enjoy some ball, our family loves it, everyone is always so welcoming and polite and they always greet you with a smile. It is a clean environment and they do regular cleanings. Even if you don't like baseball or softball I would definitely still recommend visiting, it may change your mind. Their instructors are very knowledgeable and it seems like they absolutely love teaching. I can say keep up the amazing work!!Arianna Erickson

My daughter has been attending Little Gym since she was 16 months old and now she is 3 1/2 years old. The teachers are amazing, sweet, patient and invested with the kids. The owners are so hands on and the sweetest! They always do all they can to make sure your family and especially your child has an awesome experience. I'm so glad for this place because they helped my daughter gain so much confidence in herself from being such a shy and timid little girl. I also appreciate all the safety precautions and cleaning they do while we continue to deal with COVID in our world, their attention to safety sets me at ease. I highly recommend this place for your kids! ❤J L
We love The Little Gym.We’ve been going to The Little Gym for a few years now and both our boys have loved it. It’s fun to watch our baby and our 4 year old learn new skills and have fun with other kids their age. The teachers are the best! They’re so kind and honestly it blows my mind that they can remember all the kids names and their siblings even. I love that I can send a quick text if I have a question or if we will be missing a class. They’ve worked with us so much over the years and we appreciate how kind the staff has always been. You can tell they put a lot of effort into training the teachers. It’s always been a great experience!Lily E
We absolutely love the Little Gym!! We shopped around for a gym for a while before we found the Little Gym. Considering how clean and new the facility is and efficient the teachers are, it is surprisingly affordable. Once we signed up, spring break had started which caused a confusion about classes for us, and the owner Alexis, was incredibly kind and accommodating. Our little's teacher, Marin, is enthusiastic and runs a class smoothly. Even the front desk is always pleasant. Truly satisfied with our experience with the Little Gym so far, and I highly recommend it for any parent looking to enroll their kids.Jacqueline Guerrero

Review Summary
Excellent conservatory, from the administration and faculty members to the programs, which is reflected in their products – the students and graduates. I fist came across the conservatory when i googled it way back in 2008 when i just moved in El Paso from the Philippines. The directors, Prentice Loftin Yvonne Marmolejo, and met up with me and a colleague to talk about music opportunities in the sun city and surrounding areas. A week later, I began taking Voice Lessons with Prentice while getting me to sing with the El Paso Chamber Singers, El Paso Chorale, El Paso Opera and the Sanctuary Choir at St. Mark's United Methodist Church. The conservatory also set up solo recitals for me in different venues with the very supportive Pianist and Coach, Dr. Ezequiel Meza. Summer of the same year, I volunteered to assist in the summer music program where the students took intensive classes in the chosen instruments, as well Theory and Sight Reading, Ensemble, Choir and Keyboard Classes. Here, i witnessed the work ethics and quality of training that the conservatory has imparted on the students. My short stay in El Paso has not just helped me with my music skills but has given me a new and supportive musical family and has encouraged a great deal in pursuing not just a musical performing career but a teaching career as well. I currently work in Los Angeles as a Choir Director, a Voice Teacher, a Singer, and with the help and guidance of Mr. Loftin and Ms. Marmolejo, an administrator of my own conservatory of music in the near future.Sheen Sanchez
The El Paso Conservatory of Music is such an amazing place where everyone is friendly, and everyone is willing to help you grow as a musician and as a person. I have attended the conservatory since 2008, ever since my singing skills have developed so much that I am now working on some strenuous arias. The conservatory gives students the opportunity to participate in exquisite productions such as Carmina Burana (Carl Orff), The Messiah (Handel), the Opera Amahl and the Night Visitors and the upcoming Mozart's Coronation Mass, Vaughan Williams Serenade to Music and Mark Hayes Te Deum Concert. I am also part of the Conservatory Young Ladies Choir which has changed my life completely and has made me realize why I began singing in the first place. We have traveled all around the world doing what we love the most while improving our music skills at the same time, and to finish up my last year here, I will be heading to Austria in the summer with the Young Ladies Choir to visit Mozart's home. Overall, the El Paso Conservatory is the best place to be at because of it's incredible faculty such as Mrs. Yvonne Marmolejo (Voice & Diction), Dr. Esequiel Meza (Piano & Coaching), Mr. Prentice Loftin (Voice, Conducting & Sightreading), Melissa Parks (Voice, Music Theatre & Opera) and many more. I am extremely happy here and proud to say that everything that I know about music and all the wonderful things that I have accomplished are thanks to all of these amazing people.Monica Cuellar
I had the wonderful privilege to attend the El Paso Conservatory of Music my junior and senior year of high school. I think it’s safe to say that I wouldn't be anywhere close to where I am today if I had not attended. In fact I wish I had known about this establishment earlier in my high school career. I had the great opportunity to work with musicians and teachers that weren't only extremely good at what they do, but are also great people. Some of my greatest high school memories are at the conservatory and the education I got there was absolutely necessary for my progression and success in music. Since then I have become a working jazz musician around town, traveled around the United States to meet other people that play my instrument, and have been very successful in my music classes in College. This program built by Mr. Loftin is one of the best things to happen in my life and to El Paso. I highly recommend that anyone who plans on doing music in anyway shape or form should enroll in The El Paso Conservatory of Music.Christian Chesanek

Homeschooling El Paso children since 1995."
Review Summary
Your guide to on campus NHHSA If you were a decent student from public school, then NHHSA will be the easiest school you will find. Instead of being given assignments each day that are due almost immediately after they were assigned you are given a position to take your months worth of work and do it when ever you want. Each month you will be assigned a check sheet of all the assignment you will complete. Remember that you are allowed to take longer than a month to finish a check sheet but don't do that all the time or you will fall behind. There are 9 check sheet's that you must complete by the end of the year. Yes there is a trade off otherwise it would be too easy. Each month you will take part in a what's called PBL's. PBL's are Project based-learning assignments that you will do with your class and write essays on depending on the subject you're working with. The subjects in PBL's are Science and Social Studies. The difficulty in PBL's vary between grade level. There are 3 classes in NHHSA. Kids from Pre-K to 2nd share the same room and share the same activities. Kids from 3rd-6th grade share the same class and will work on their specified assignments. Kids from 7th-12th grade will share the same class and work on their specified assignments. Electives can be swapped out for another subject that fits the student. The staff is good at their job, they will teach well, are friendly, and will do their best to make sure the student passes with good grades. (Tips)1. Just because your ahead by a week or a month does not mean your actually ahead, like I said PBL's are the only draw back from making this school too easy so always keep working until you know your in the clear. 2. Say hi and be friendly most of the people that come here have their own problems so don't become another one for them. Edit: Thank you NHHSA for correcting my mistake I'll make sure to ask about the correct information more often.S.N

Review Summary
With Covid forcing students to do online learning for school, I was worried that my daughter would not get the full 3rd grade experience or even worse, fall behind in school. I enrolled her at Sylvan right before the school year started and have seen that not only is she excelling in school, but Sylvan is helping to fill in any gaps that I see other students in her class struggling with. Furthermore, my daughter enjoys how fun the teachers at Sylvan make it to learn. Thank you Sylvan Team!!Nicole Darcel
I am very pleased with the program, my daughter has shown so much progress. She started in the summer before interning 3rd grade. Her teacher has seen how much she has progress in her reading and math. She is in 4th grade and is know reading at a 6th grade level. This program was the best thing for my daughter. Thank you Sylvan for everything you have done for my daughter.Victoria Martinez
My son and I love the staff at sylvan, everyone is really helpful and caring. My son has improved his grades since day 1, and was even able to accomplish a 100% on his reading 9wks test… his old scores were in the 50's. They always make you feel like family, my son has AdHD and is autistic so even if he has tantrums or any issues they work really well with him.tricia urban

Review Summary
I am so pleased we found the Salle De Long Fencing school. Coach Margaret is a fencing coach and master of all 3 weapons with over 25+ years of experience fencing, coaching, and enriching the lives of her students and community. She goes above and beyond to ensure that all her fencers are safe as they develop their tactical skills. Her classes are well planned, and each lesson builds upon prior skills while introducing new skills. Students are challenged and encouraged to progress. The center offers group, individual classes, private lessons, and camps for all levels, abilities, and ages. Fencing Equipment is provided and thoroughly sanitized for safety. The studio is spotless and well cared for with a comfortable waiting area for parents and family. Salle De Long offers classes in Epee and Foil. My children started in the beginner class two years ago and are now traveling to regional competitions and excelling both individually and with their team. They love the sport, the coaches, and the friendships they’ve developed. The transformation in my children’s athletic ability and confidence is incredible. I am thrilled to see them learning to referee, care and repair the equipment (armory), and serve as role models to the younger fencers. The staff is knowledgeable, caring and respectful and has instilled a sense of pride, respect, and belonging. Coach Margaret and her staff are all certified by the US Fencing Coaches Association and dedicated to the sport. Fencing is a great way to exercise your body & mind while developing confidence, agility, stamina, muscular endurance and having a blast. I appreciate the fact that fencing takes place year-round and indoors. My children will always have an opportunity to participate regardless of the weather! Highly recommend 🤺⭐️🌟Nancy Johnson
Salle De Long is a wonderful place to learn fencing. Coach Margaret has been my coach for the past 5 years and she has always shown great compassion, kindness, and positivity towards me and the other fencers. Her passion for the sport of fencing is showcased by her work, and it is very evident that she is dedicated to help and encourage each and every student. I highly recommend the Salle De Long fencing school to anyone wanting to try the sport or further their skills.Julia Davis
We love Salle De Long Fencing and its great atmosphere. The wonderful coaches work with the fencing students in a fun learning environment, give them a lot of background information and teach them so the necessary skills. A great experience and training for your children or for yourself. Trial sessions are available.Miriam Eslinger

Review Summary
Great environment for the kids, the place is always clean, most important the staff has always been friendly when we have been there, the only thing I would complain about would be the pitching machines I would like to get 15 balls per credit instead of 10 the reason being that there is always 3 or 4 balls that just aren't in the strike zone at all and with 10 balls per credit that really just leaves you with about 6 or 7 balls, but over all the place is great and the kids love it and always seem to enjoy it everytime we go.Bigdawg Big Papa
Awesome place to get to work on skills and fundamentals and yet have a ton a fun. My son has been taking lessons with Johan Garcia and he has improved in all aspects of the game, tremendously; but the most important improvement yet, his confidence level went up and loves the game of baseball. Well, tee-ball for him. 2 thumbs up, and if I had more thumbs, they would be up as well! 👍🏻👍🏻The personnel at Dbat make you feel as a part of the family. I wish we had something like this growing up.FRANK MARTINEZ
I like d bat because they undersrand how to grow the athlete! I appreciate how great the management is. Joseph, one of the managers takes a personal interest in making sure the clients are having an exceptional learning experience. He sets the athlete up with the perfect coach for thier personal growth. My son has excelled and made better his game because of Joseph and the d bat team. Please keep up the exceptional workMarvin Parker

Review Summary
Hands down the best gym in el paso! If you want your kid to be happy, no bullying, no nonsense they have a zero policy on it then this is the gym! She will be a strong gymnast! Coaches are amazing…only down side is that they hold there girls back if they don't score two 36AA in meets, while they only need 32/34 from levels 3-6 & then optionals-8 or 9. According to USAG GUIDELINES. It discourages the girls making them quit after being held more than 2 years. the owners well there like family & will treat you like family too!! I left while hubby deployed, came back & they welcomed us back with open arms!Melinda Ramirez
I was not impressed by this place. It has good reviews but the staff lacks costumer service skills. When I approached the window I was not acknowledged by the first person who saw me. I stood there until the other person came up to me to ask what I needed. They didn't offer a tour of the facility or to meet the coach. They have a post on the wall with poor etiquette that says(something along the lines) "we don't longer offer split payments so do not enroll your child here if thats what you need." The negativity of this post alone says a lot about the owner(s)and the employees.Nilda Padilla
Best gym in El Paso Texas by far, but don't take my word for it. Go to a gymnastics meet and watch IGC outperform any other gymnastics club in El Paso. Owner's are very involved and are always in the gym helping gymnast achieve their goals. Jaime and Gina have been doing this for 30 plus years and are the King's of gymnastics in El Paso!Luis Peralta

Review Summary
We moved to El Paso early in 2022 and adore this school for our sons ( ages 1 and 3). The staff is so nurturing and wonderful with my children. My boys love their teachers and the people who work here so much. Both of my son's have learned a ton since beginning school in April here. My 3 year old can nearly write his name, knows his days of the week, alphabet, seasons, and more because of all their lessons. My 17 month old is speaking English and Spanish so well and my three year old tells me every Sunday about how he can't wait to tell his teachers about his weekend. It warms my heart and the school has made us feel so much more at home in a brand new city!Megan Connelley
We love this place! The teachers show that they care for my kids and are always friendly. Great communication with the teachers, the staff and management. The staff and management always addresses my kids and myself by our name which makes me feel good that they know us and are paying attention to my kids. Both my kids have learned a lot here and I love hearing about their day. If there is an incident I always get a report at the end of the day or a call. My daughter was potty trained at 2 and a half years old with the help of the teachers. Great place for your kids!Susi Barron
My daughter repeatedly gets injured there after many complaints. They just give you a little note and say accidents happens in that age. The injuries are due to lack of staffing and cramping kids there with one teacher sometimes, and when asked about it they said oh well so and so called in sick and we’re short staff. It’s not the teachers fault when they’re watching 10-12 kids, even though their policy says 4-6 kids per teacher. Food is so processed and unhealthy. Just bunch of sugary drinks, and processed meats and cheese.Wilk Assunne

We enrolled our daughter on a "1 month special" NOT the month-to-month as they say, I have my contract. We paid a deposit which was said to be refunded if we decided not to continue before my daughter's month was up. On Aug 18th I told the front desk girl that I wanted to cancel we would not continue with them. She sent me a link through text which I completed and they responded with an empty email. I called and of course they don't take calls so I started texting their main number for information on how to complete my cancellation and whoever had the phone replied "they would be in contact with me soon". Again on Sept 9th I asked and they said "not to go to their office that they would check what if anything was missing and then get back with me".Now on Sept 28th I text again and they send me a link to communicate through email with the billing dept. I did and now they're making up excuses about what I needed to do to get my refund. I specifically asked the girl in the front desk about my refund before enrolling my daughter because it was just a month trial for us. And because my request was processed through the main office the billing dept never received it, how am I supposed to know the protocols? I have requested to speak with someone and no one seems to have the time to call or speak to me directly. I have done a BBB complaint to make sure they follow through with what their employees are saying. I expect a call or someone to speak to me, not giving me the run around as it has been done through email and texts.Jennifer Quinones
Have been taking my daughter for nearly two years, she started at 2 1/2 years old and now she’s nearly 5. She has great strength and has improved so much by coming to her gymnastic classes, from paying attention, to following instructions to doing physical skills. I am very happy with her overall performance at this gym. There are times I do feel the gym needs more personnel to help out with the amount of girls there is. There has been a few instances where my daughter hurt herself due to the coach not being able to pay attention to that many girls. Gymnastics is a great way to keep her active and she loves coming and making new friends.Maria Rivera
I was looking for a part time job and for Something that I will love and enjoy doing and when I found out that Gymnastics Elite was hiring I was really excited and motivated to wanting to be part of an employee for Gymnastics Elite and I applied and everything and the process was all worth it and now I’m more then ready to be part of a new open chapter for me and to see what the future holds for me to me I don’t really consider this as a job this is more my hobby because this is what I love doing. I love to see kids accomplish their goals as much as I did when I was younger and now I want to motivate kids to do their best.Carive Rivas

I have been coming to La Paz for three years now, and throughout my time here, I have received outstanding Spanish teachings and gained Spanish knowledge I had not received anywhere else. La Paz offers kids amazing Spanish teachings, credits for high school Spanish, outstanding teachers who understand their lessons, and an organized schedule that is student friendly. When it comes to Spanish, La Paz is the place to go for Spanish and other language credit.Paul Bernhard
I am currently a Pre-AP Spanish 3 student at La Paz Language Academy and I have had a great experience here. I really enjoy how interactive the classes are and the incorporation of not only the learning but the oral practice. Mrs. Ely and Ms. Anita, my teachers, have taught me so much and I am so happy that my parents allowed me to take this class here. I found out about the academy through my sisters best friend, Rocio, and I really wanted to try it out!Alyssa Heist
My sister and I started at La Paz when we were small children. We were taught the basics of spanish and learned how to form words and sentences. I am now taking spanish 4 and I am happy to be able to share my spanish skills, especially since most of the people who live here are fluent. The teachers here are very patient and make the classes more interactive. Overall La Paz is definitely worth trying.Mia Cossentino

My kids originally went to the CDC on Bliss for over a year, we had very few complaints but my youngest would struggle at drop off if his favorite teachers weren’t there (and they were frequently moved around so this made morning drop offs lengthy). I was afraid to move them off post and toured a few different daycares but was frustrating at how many daycares didn’t have any reviews or had random negative ones. Then I came across Flying Colors and saw all the positive reviews and decided to give it a try. I was hesitant at first (mainly because the on post daycares have huge playgrounds and activity rooms to get their energy out and off post ones are obviously smaller facilities and didn’t have these sort of amenities) but after a few months of them being there I have to say I am extremely happy we made the switch and they still get plenty of opportunities to run and play. My oldest is 5 and has learned SO much in the last 4 months, and my youngest has never cried at drop off except for the very first day, in fact they both run right in, and even ask to go on weekends. They love their teachers, and you can tell that the teachers care deeply for the kids and understand that these are young kids who don’t always listen or hit or bite and they handle these incidences very professionally and with care.Kayla Simon
The new owner is so rude and unprofessional. One of the teachers spanked my son and has spanked other children in kinder as well as pinching and tugging on their arm. When I brought it to the attention of the office/ director, no one was aware of this. Then when I asked to speak to the owner of the school/ daycare his response was, “Well what do you want me to do? It’s the first time I hear she does this!!! Do you want me to kill her? Do you want me to shoot her?” Be careful where you put your children. My boys were there 2 years and it was always one thing or another. Plus they didn’t remove the teacher from the school. All they did was put her in another class which is worse. It’s either with babies who can’t speak or pre-k. All they have there is up to 1st grade so what other options are there?Tina Q
I don't like how this daycare allows parents to bring child here who are sick and contagious because they can give it other children. I meam hello keep your sick child at home. My nephew is sick and in the hospital because of you people who are not careful and concerned for the other children. Like hello pay a attention. You guys need to be aware of things like this. What is wrong with you guys. Like what kind of daycare do you run if you let this happen. Seriously!Genesis Marquez

My daughter started here at Stars Haven, in the 3rd grade. With a current total of 6 yrs of learning/training. She is now 14 yrs old and preparing for Franklin High School Volleyball. We have always felt at home. I love how ample the size of the facility is, (Spacious). With 6 courts, very high ceilings, 4 restrooms. The Concession Stand is plentiful, with many options, snacks, cotton candy, takis, Nachos, hotdogs, variety of burritos, menudo, gorditas, elote cups, can sodas, bottled water, agua frescas, coffee & so much more ect.. My daughter started out with League, and tried out for CLUB Volleyball-traveling team under Coach Fatima, in the 5th grade. My daughter truly loves this sport, she's even gotten private lesson, and extra training here. We as a family have learned so much about Club volleyball and still learning. There is NO Perfect facility in El Paso. But Stars Haven is home to my family. We bring our own chairs during tournaments, sometime blankets, whatever Cozy Comforts you need to enjoy your children play, learn, and develop. When this facility is full of spectators it's fun, music playing, & you get to be around El Pasoans, surrounding City Teams & even Teams form Albq, AZ, & other Texas cities. My 2-cents Parents go with the flow, It's truly up to your own child's Athletic Abilities. Please be realistic regarding your own child's abilities. These skills take time to develop. Children and NOT Parents need to WANT to BE COACHED. El Paso Star's is well versed in running, planning & hosting Volleyball tournament, training, Leagues, & even Adult Leagues. El Paso Star's Haven is Home & packet full of excitement!Michele Rivas
Terrible customer service, the coaches and some parents manipulate the team to their daughters benefits and wants. The “coaches” (which have no experience coaching whatsoever) have preferred parents and players and are easily influenced by money and private needs( if you know what I mean). Coach dawson begs you to join his team, however once you sign the contract he ignores you and your daughter and rarely gives them the chance to learn/ play. Hopefully this review helps back-out before you waste your time and your money, not to mention Coach Alonso constantly screaming at parents as if he where something other than a coach as if we didn’t pay him over exaggerated amounts of money for luxury restaurants, hotels, and plane tickets even if its a 3 hr drive. Please don’t fall into this scam. fwi, the gym doesn’t even have air conditioning nor heating. Thank youalam bustamante
WASTE OF MONEY Please invest your money in a club where they listen and properly take the time to train your daughter. The owner and coaches are straight up rude and have interest in nothing other than your money. They have no interest in actually focusing on your daughter to make them better players. I read a comment where they state that it gets very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter and this is absolutely true, the owner is a cheapskate and if he doesn’t invest in good jerseys which the parents have to pay for anyways then of course he’s not going to invest in air conditioning.lorena shrute
