20 Best Radiology Programs In Raleigh, NC (2022 Updated)

The school maybe nice, I never had the opportunity to explore, however; their paramedic program is a joke. The staff runs each class on different criteria, for instance my instructor (Wesley Carter) stated we don't do pulse checks in CPR after the first check indicating an arrest. However; as a BLS CPR instructor that is false and the AHA teaches pulse check. However; he was my instructor so in order to test out I did as he wanted and when a different instructor tested me they failed me for using the broslow tape and for not checking pulses, said I should have done it by weight based and the broslow tape is a guideline. Since then I have spoken to several national certified paramedics, nurses, and physicians that state this school is a joke and shouldn't be teaching students period and that the broslow tape is there for a reason to assist in dosing a pediatric patient when weight is not obtained. The instructors can't get on the same page and give out different requirements and if you do what one says it's wrong to every other instructor. Also they give you test out scenarios at the end every instructor does 2 which is you standard, set by North Carolina and my instructor is the only one that does 3 scenarios. No uniformity and poor quality instructors. Horrible experience that I will never get my time, my money, and my family gatherings, birth of my child, and events because these people are not on the same page.Kevin Meiser

Get me outt. If I could drop out i would. This college is awful I learn more from quizlet then I have with any teachers. The teachers here are all lazy and only care about their paycheck. I asked for help and never got a response from one teacher and I still haven't :P. What I would give to be able to drop out from this college. I'd probably learn more by asking my dog for help then any teacher here. If your looking to attend DON'T. The classes are overpriced 400 dollars for ONE CLASS. That is awful. I felt so bad I paid my parents back the money because the prices are horrendous and you won't learn anything. 2 stars for providing a college beyond high school in Kinston. One star for pay compared to other community colleges that pay adjunct instructors $35+ per hour. How has LCC contributed to Lenoir County in skills and talent? On Pitt college's website it states that its students have contributed over $114 million dollars to the local community. I walked around the college grounds and it is boring, no energy or excitement. Lastly, LCC should market more to Black students and the Black community because although Kinston is almost 70% Black; it's not reflected in its student body. I have mixed feelings about my time at Cleveland Community College. The student services and enrollment center is outstanding. The go out of their way to get students the help they need with little to no hassle. I was able to receive all of my learning accommodations and register for classes with ease. I would like to say thank you to Dr. Willis. He was the best part about my college experience at Cleveland and is what every professor should strive to be. However, the most dissatisfactory experience was that of the quality of healthcare department. I expected a little more passion and respect from my advisor and professors in the Bailey building. They have an attitude comparable to that of the any DMV. The education is of low quality because the just cram material and expect you to get it quickly (85 pages of anatomy in four days), I had to battle with them to use my laptop in class, and they are the type of professors that like to give pop quizzes just to add to our suffering. Also, if you are a radiography student and live in Gaston County, be prepared to drive 90min to a clinical site and leave at 9:00pm, while coming back to CCC the following morning at 8:00am. The amount of stress they inflict on students is insane! This is coming from someone who has achieved nearly 130 college credit hours and is typically a straight A student.Sherman Norton

As an IT student, I've had a very mediocre experience studying for my double major (IT Networking and Systems Security). Just recently, however, I've gone through one of the most infuriating and stressful experiences I've had in years brought on by their NET-125 instructor. This instructor does not clearly list their standards for submitting work, and I've been given several zeroes for completed work that was submitted in their entirety, or missing one or so minor parts (such as leaving a comment saying you did the work). After several attempts to contact this instructor with no response, I've given up trying to talk with them about these grades. For this reason and several others, I'm led to believe that this instructor does not care about the success of their students, contradictory to what they like to advertise. Their habit of giving zeroes for missing small portions of assignments that never actually pertain to furthering the students' education or demonstrate a student's competency with the material they've learned is a pointless and detestable practice. Would an instructor with a good work ethic and a genuine desire to teach and cultivate learning in their students give out the absolute worst grades possible to the pupils who are actively learning and submitting nearly completed work, but miss out on a few small details?Valkyrie

Had a great time visiting the welding school a Cleveland Tech College. Their welding course is superb and they teach the students everything they could possibly need to know about breaking in the welding career. The head instructor Tim Wisher is a personal friend and his associate Dana is a great place to visit and talk shop. I'm a retired pipeline welder I have known Tim for probably close to fifteen years now. he really cares about his students and wants them to progress to have a bright future. Huge stage area and accompanying land/ field area to house large events. Comfortably had 25,000 people present for a concert & down in front of the stage & surrounding activities was fine & not too crowded. Only complaint is parking. We had to walk what seemed like 2 miles (straight up hill) to get back to where we parked the car. They didn't offer shuttles or any type of assistance with getting people back to their vehicles. (&& I was with my 72-year old grandmother & my young daughter trying to haul our lawn chairs, cooler, stroller, ect..) They sure had people spread out all over that entire campus. && Was surprised at the traffic they were funneling down into this tiny town..Kayla Wilson

Been a while since I had been to the walking track. Added some lighting on the back side of the track closet to the creek and they have also cleaned out the underbrush enabling you to been seen all the way around the track. The track itself is either paved or fine gravel but there is a small section of larger gravel. It also connections to the greenway.Wayne (Southernbacon)

We went there for an outside concert. It was blazing heat. We saw 30 minutes of the concert. Ended up leaving because of heat exhaustion. Never again. I don’t even know where to begin with this place. First of all if you are considering going here you need to run in the opposite direction. I moved here from out of state and gave this institution 10,000 of my dollars just to be disrespected and ridiculed by the faculty and staff. My high school teachers were more competent and respectful than anyone here. The school is run down and smells like mildew other than the main building they use to advertise this place. I did not learn one single thing the entire time I was here and let it be known that I am now graduating to be a medical professional so I was not the problem. Be careful if using MYCAA to pay for classes, regardless of whether or not you submit on your end on time. If the school doesn't submit it on time on their end (as in my case) you'll receive a dozen and a half reminders that tuition is due (the school doesn't handle MYCAA and the funds get sent to the student to then pass on to the school and if it's not paid by "x" date at "x" time classes are dropped. Ordering books from the bookstore is a terrible experience. First, the books were listed as on back-order (which wasn't accurate, they just don't update it), but they charged TWENTY DOLLARS for GROUND shipping. If that's not gouging, I don't know what is. To add insult to injury, they require signature on the package, so I've now missed the package two days in a row because UPS won't leave it at my door. My experience at Stanly was awesome! I was in the Criminal Justice Program. All the instructors and advisors were excellent at directing me to what step was next. The instructors were very responsive to questions and helped me through the classes step by step. I graduated with a 4.0 GPA because of this. I left a BSN program to attend CCHS and it was the best decision I ever made for my nursing career! Compared to the university I previously attended, CCHS classes are small and intimate, we had easy access to our teachers and advisors and we had a TON of hands-on clinical experience. I felt very prepared for the NCLEX as well as my first nursing job after I graduated. I then was able to work as an RN while taking classes online for my BSN after I graduated. I've attended CCHS for almost 2 years now. I like how the staff has worked diligently with student during COVID-19. While everyone is still going through difficult times, they have been able to adapt to regulations and restrictions of healthcare that have been placed during the pandemic. The instructors in HVAC-R are knowledgeable and relatable, however I am disappointed that there are no night classes the second year making it difficult for those who have other responsibilities to work full time and go to school. Also I feel the curriculum schedule makes it to where you teach yourself and the instructors go over what you read instead of the regular cover it in class then do homework. Out of the 4 community colleges I have taken courses at, ABTech has been the worst by far. I have had the worst experience with advising/registration trying to get scheduled for the classes I want. Everyone I speak to just turns me in circles and no one seems to understand what to do in order to help me go where I need to go. They only give you 48 hours once classes start to switch them around if need be, but you need an advisor to approve before you can register for anything different, but you can’t get in to meet with an advisor till days after the deadline. I feel so defeated. I worked so hard to get the courage to return to school, just to not be able to take any courses this semester. Wasting my time and my financial aide. The staff here are for the most part very friendly and easy to be around. The administration however, is terribly unorganized. It's not uncommon to get information from their website or info center, but be told the complete opposite by a faculty member or chair person. I was following a recommended schedule for the program I'm in, when it was changed completely without any notice. Half the classes I was told to take this Fall are no longer offered, and it will now take me twice as long to complete my program. Long story short- don't attend AB tech if you're pursuing a degree or diploma. I'd only recommend this place to continuing education students.Andy Albert

LOVE this school! I am graduating this May from the Radiography program and will graduate next May with an AS in Biochemistry. AB Tech has made the process smooth and efficient for me, just as I worked hard to make sure I turned everything needed for processing my information early to them to ensure success. The teachers are fantastic and truly care about their students. I am so grateful for the writing, math and science study labs as well because the staff there gave me the extra help I needed whenever a concept was tough. As with any CC or University, there are pros and cons. Most of the staff are nice and knowledgeable. However, a big downside to me was the lack of sections. Transferred to Northern Virginia CC because they have so many more class sections available and even online. Not to mention, DCC doesn't offer Unsubsidized Stafford Loans, which means you don't get all the money you are eligible for to help live while you attend school. Northern Virginia does offer them, so you can get up to 10,500 a year instead of 4,500 (in loans). Less loans might be better to some, but I think that should be up to the student – not the college – especially if your level of need has indicated that you are eligible for it.James Bennett

My experience at DCC was somewhat varied. Their guide book for which classes were required for which degree varied from the classes that were available each semester so it took much longer than it should have to complete anything. Some of the teachers were very engaging and knew their professions well, others were very boring. When you read the reviews that say staff ignores students believe them. They rarely answer the phones, do not return phone calls, and rarely respond to emails either. It only gets worse once you are enrolled. You are a student ID number and a tuition fee. I wish I was lying when i say my English teacher has not graded any writing assignments this semester until yesterday after I spoke with the dean and lost my temper (3 weeks to end of semester). This was my first (and last) semester here, I had enrolled in online classes and transferred credits from a community college in Tennessee, being a working adult. If you are just jumping through the hoops to have a degree under your belt and don't care if you actually learn anything, its a fine place to do that. if you expect to get the education you are paying for to increase your knowledge base and be better prepared for your future, this is the wrong place. I feel really bad for the recent high school grads and others from the local school systems who have not had exposure to quality education to be able to tell the difference and recognize that they are being short changed/taken advantage of, and its the students who will suffer from being under-prepared, not the college or the instructors. Pitt Community College has not been a good experience for me at all. I received no help from the financial aid office, they told me they could do nothing for me unless I had a parent present even though I am 20 years old and am completely independent from them and they love in a whole other state. Don't even get me started on the "advisor" situation there. I was assigned to a "success navigator" not an advisor and he had no idea what he was doing. His name is Clark Howerton. Being a first generation college student, I needed guidance so I went to him. He offered me 0 help at all. I was then transferred to a "real" advisor during my 3rd semester there. She again offered no help. I had to email her 2 times over the course of a week, so that I was finally able to get a response. Instructors told me that she was not a good advisor… so why is she one? Because of these mistakes through pitt, I am falling behind in my academic schedule. Would not recommend this institution to anyone.Presley Bryant

So here's my Wake Tech story. I secured financial aid and then enrolled into Wake Tech as a full-time student. And then the financial aide office attempted to cut my much-needed aid twice, the first time on the Friday before my classes were to begin and then the second time was the following Monday via email when I was literally 4/5 the way through the commute from Fayetteville to Raleigh to attend my first day of classes, causing me to turn around and head back home. And another thing: maybe it's just me — perhaps I missed something?–however it seems that Wake Tech expects new students to simply show up and know what to do? Nothing's explained, nearly none of the stuff that I needed to know to get started was covered during the online orientation that new students are required to complete nor were we given any booklet or the like to explain how stuff works . But let's rewind a bit. After securing financial aid, enrolling and completing online orientation….I remained clueless. So thereafter I spent about a week commuting back and forth between Fayetteville and South campus in an effort to complete registration and get everything else taken care of. I did so under the assumption that I'd get stuff figured out if only I'd drive up there and speak to Wake Tech face to face–but not so . During this process I asked advisors and other staff a variety of questions only to be told conflicting info and advice thereby increasing my confusion. And then I went to the bookstore where I learned that some of the books that I needed were out of stock and that notebooks cost $8. So I left without my books. I did however attempt to attend classes first day of semester, as mentioned above, but then received that email from the financial aid office– had that not happened I would have went to school and maybe things would have turned out differently. I did receive another email from someone else at Wake Tech telling me that the email from financial aid threatening to reduce my aid the 2nd time was a mistake and that I'm covered…but unfortunately I've already missed a week of school so I guess I'm out. Very depressing as Wake Tech is the closest college offering a full curriculum on substance abuse/addiction counseling and that's what I want to do. But, it is what it is .Frank A

You remember when the pandemic started, and everyone had to start learning how to use computers? Now imagine, a bunch of teachers, creating online courses from scratch with no help. ITS A DISASTER. Its like NO ONE set a criteria for how the classes should follow a general structure, so that students aren't spending the first 2 weeks of every new class trying to figure out what is what. Its like no one showed them, "this is the gold standard"… this is what a well put together black board class looks like. The online courses are archaic. (Dr. Frear, I complained about some things and I am sorry. After seeing what else is our there( summer 2022), HOLY MOLY. Your blackboard set up is the least confusing and was by far, the best thing I have seen yet) Instructors use blackboard, not as a classroom but as a file folder system. Instead of using the platform, they made it so that every thing is word documents and or files you have to download when they could have just simply used the actual platform. I should only be downloading PowerPoint slides, worksheets, homework, etc. Not opening a document to read something you could have made a video and "instructed" us or copy and pasted to the platform. Does anyone know the definition of a syllabus there? It should be all encompassing. I shouldn't have to read 5 documents to figure out how I will be graded, what I will be graded on, the rules, the expectations, which books I need to buy. If the department has a syllabus, I'm pretty sure you are supposed to take that document and incorporate it into your own, at the very least create an addendum/appendix. My Grades should clearly have due dates, weighted totals, and all of the grade-able items at the start of the class. There should be no, imagining what my grade is at any given moment.Buttercups

I’ve spent 29 years teaching at Wake Tech and have taken a number of classes here too. I know what it’s like at Wake and I am telling the unvarnished truth about it. I’m retiring soon so it’s not about getting a promotion! Generally speaking the facilities, faculty and quality of education are really very good – in addition the price is still reasonable. Don’t be conned by private educational facilities that promise you a “great job” after graduation and then put you in a low end, minimum wage job where you can’t even afford to pay off your pricey school loans (this happened to a friend of mine). Go to WT and get a better education for a fraction of the cost – you will leave with real skills and THAT’S how you get a job – with knowledge. Plus Wake has a solid reputation with employers. Yes, there are aspects of the school that are unfortunate – I hear complaints from my students, and there are a number of policies that drive the faculty crazy too – much of it is due to the typical bureaucracy that seems inevitable with very large institutions. Is it really better elsewhere? Maybe. Maybe not. Nonetheless, if you go with the sincere desire and motivation to learn, and you treat your teachers and fellow students with respect – you will be supported by all and do well. The ILC really is a remarkable facility and is intended to help struggling students succeed. When it comes to the financial aid office I hear the best approach is to fill out ALL the paperwork that is required COMPLETELY and ON TIME. This college has made a terrible impression. They got me admitted as a transfer student, and I have been preparing for the Fall session online, but to appear in person, and I just found out I missed the registration deadlines because student advising never got back to me. I took the new student orientation and the professor, just skimmed through all the info. There wasn't time for questions, and she cut it short by 30 minutes. It didn't even explain how to register online. I had been in communication and prepared for this session but didn't understand how to register so all the classes I had 'added to my schedule' weren't actually registered, and no one followed up with my questions. I thought I was registered, and even as I try to register now after the fact, it still says I need student advising which no one ever got back to be except for an email to say I already had everything set up. I am torn about this. Now I have to wait another session to get started?! NO! I will take my education somewhere where I can actually get assistance. This is such an emotional drag.Gabrielle Flores

So our 4 month old English bulldog was in for a serious heart condition and upon referral to NC State from out local vet office we began trips and treatment with NC state ER for his heart valve restriction. They quickly realized how serious the condition his heart was in and informed us that the only chance at life for him was heart surgery. They set a date for surgery over a month out 3 days before his scheduled surgery his abdomen was so swollen from fluid in his stomach and lungs that they had us bring him in early to drain the fluid so he could breathe and have a chance to make it to the surgery date. He did make it to surgery and we meet several times with discussions about the surgery and his chances with and without the surgery. The surgery initially was successful and they requested him to return for a follow up and changed his medications due to his heart conditioning worsening. Tonight his abdomen is severely swollen even with the change in his prescriptions and we have called multiple times and when speaking to the receptionists at NC State (who act like you are a burden for asking them to answer the phone and treat you like a 3rd rate citizen and talked down to my wife trying to get her off the phone) they informed us they would not see him or provide any assistance for him at this time. This after spending over $8,000 this week alone with NC State. The cardiology department has been great with they care and attention, however the ER DEPARTMENT on the other hand if I could give them minus 5 stars for this review I would. I will be seeking legal recourse for their lack of care and compassion after they received their $$ they could not seem to care less if our beloved puppy lived or dies. This is absolutely ridiculous and insulting. When it comes to life or death you don’t turn the other way and say oh well. You need to try to triage and make an attempt in an emergency situation when you are a medical professional. I would love someone from bc state to contact me in regards to this situation.ben hoggard

Once your pet actually receives care, it is very good. Actually getting someone to help you is another story. Our dog needed spinal surgery and was losing use of his back legs. They sent him home from the ER multiple times before finally listening to our pleading to do something to help him. They finally relented and performed the surgery and he has made a full recovery (5 stars for that). However, the customer service was terrible. The "doctors" talk down to you and make you feel like you are bothering them by asking questions about your pet's condition, billing screwed up our invoice multiple times, and people answering the phones seemed annoyed to try to help you. If your pet is in their care, don't even bother trying to call for an update on their condition. You will get a generic response and be told you can't speak with anyone that is actually helping with your pet.JJ

First off we had been trying to get our lab seen for over a month for an eye injury but was told it wasn't urgent. When we arrived the lady at the front desk was very unwelcoming as if she cared less we were there. Once seen by Dr. Smith ( only know her name because of the prescription as she never introduced herself) she was more concerned with us wearing a mask than us being able to understand what she was saying but she did manage to let us know that due to the extensive time of inflammation in the eye my lab would be permanently blind like it was our fault, then tried to cover her tracks by saying we don't know if sooner treatment would have changed the outcome. On a side note the student Abby Cox was awesome and showed so much care, concern and interest. Too bad the Dr. made it such a bad experience I am already not looking forward to the follow up in 2 months.Derek Spencer

I was misdiagnosed by my local hospital for months. I was told that I was having trouble with my gallbladder and I would eventually need to get it removed. I wasted away from 185 lbs to 149 which concerned my mother. She brought me to the local hospital and made them run more tests. They found 25 blood clots in my liver and the portal vein was completely blocked. The visiting Dr asked me where I wanted to be transferred to and I said Duke or Johns Hopkins. I was rushed to Duke and within a few hours they discovered that I was dying and my organs were not getting any blood. I was treated very professionally and was given 7 life saving surgeries, by a specialist from JH. I would have died if it wasn't for Duke and their amazing team. They performed almost 9 million dollars of surgeries and saved me. I'm also impressed with the physical therapist that taught me how to walk and got me back on my feet. We waited hours and hours and hours. The emergency waiting area was packed so forget social distancing. I overheard one of the staff members talking about being understaffed. Clearly there were emergent cases and then a large percentage of people there for what should have been a routine doctors appointments. If you are in the emergency room ordering door dash go home. It was so much going on I felt as if I was gonna be sick after this. They did their best with what they had I guess. This visit wasn’t reflective of the quick and thorough responses that we’re used. My husband was eventually seen and taken care of. Seeing this makes me very afraid to even think of an emergency. Everyone please do your best to stay safe and healthy. Amazing hospital. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The doctors were vigilant to ensure they covered all bases before releasing my husband from care. Thorough is an understatement. As I navigated the building, staff readily escorted me so I wouldn’t get lost. The nurses are top notch, knowledgeable and supportive. No rock goes unturned. State of the art equipment ensured my husband got the best evaluation available. I will never go to an average hospital again after this experience. It is your choice where to go when there isn’t a bed or you need a referral, don’t let anyone let you think otherwise. With the healthcare system stressed as it is in America, insist on going to Duke or what’s comparable in your area.Marla Andreoli-Weber

I have been wanting to write a review because of how lovely and helpful everyone is here but I kept forgetting. But nowwww that I have gone the longest I ever have with not feeling the unbearable back pain, I figured it was the perfect time. It has been just about a week! It may not seem that much for many but for me, the longest I have gone with some relief was about a day. I have been going to Raleigh Specific Chiropractic for about 2 1/2 months. I have a subluxation of my lower back with some arthritic changes. I have been dealing with this for YEARS. I have seen two neurosurgeons, one which recommended surgery. That definitely was not the route I was going for being that I am in my 30’s. When I tell you I have tried everything, that’s not a lie. From PT, to injections, to medical massage, to acupuncture, to a place that had all of the above that included chiropractic treatments to pain management that involved facet joint injections to more, nothing seemed to help. I recently moved here from NY so was doing some research. I came across Raleigh Specific Chiropractic and everyone had nothing but good things to say about them. From my first visit, the staff was amazing, so attentive and caring. They start with x-rays, talk with you and discuss a plan that is specific to your needs. I currently am going twice a week, getting adjusted and doing spinal decompression. I know I have a long way to go but look forward to many more pain free days! Mid February I was tired of having migraines and taking a month supply of Imitrex in a week (9 pills). My blood work in December showed that my GFR was 59 for a white female it should be 60+. This means I've been damaging my kidneys with Tylenol and Motrin. The headaches started in the 90s. My OB/GYN told me I could take up to 24 yes that is correct Motrin a day off label for headaches. Eventually it stopped working. 2011 I was taking Tylenol and Migraine/Tension formula of Tylenol. I took so much they diagnosed me with rebound headaches. I went back to Motrin. I got tired of taking those so much and saw a Neurologist. He put me on Nortriptyline off label for migraines. I couldn't get up for work and was always tired. So I took myself off after about 9 months. 2021 was hectic and now I'm picking up on the intensity of the Imitrex I'm taking. By Feb 2022 a prescription wasn't lasting me a month. I started seeing Dr Winget and Dr Mark (Chiropractors). My C5 and L5 have lost their cushioning and the C5 has spurs on it. I committed to a treatment plan and I haven't had a migraine since. I ha e had two headaches since February that were minor. I was losing 2 to 5 days a month succumbing to the couch for headaches. If you are interested in a holistic approach to help yourself I highly recommend this practice. I'm over big pharma and their pill approach.Sandra Bishop

I highly recommend Raleigh Specific Chiropractic. I've been working through a treatment plan for almost 6 months and I cannot express how much better I feel overall. Initially, I came seeking help for frequent headaches after seeing my primary care doctor several times and getting nowhere. Through chiropractic care, it was clear my neck alignment was contributing to these frequent headaches. Over the course of treatment, I've gone from weekly headaches to rarely getting them. Not only does my body feel better, but mentally I'm in a much better place not feeling physical pain so often. And on top of all that goodness, the staff is warm and welcoming. The visit was great considering. Check in was quick without hassle. The patient registration was professional, kind and knowledgeable. Once registered I sat for a couple of minutes before being called to the back. The lobby was very clean and comfortable. The nurse was pleasant and attended to my needs and my discharge was fast. Took my son for suspected ear infection on Sunday morning. Everyone from front staff to the PA were kind, welcoming, and patient. The facility is very clean. The designated parking spots out front are helpful! Online check in and reserving a space in line is an added bonus.Rebecca Barry

My mom met Dr. Schreiber last year when she wanted to take care of the numbness she was experiencing in her left hand. She had carpal tunnel surgery last November. He is a wonderful doctor with great demeanor. He is patient and kind. He takes the time to answer questions and to show exacrtly what he will be doing during surgery. My mom's hand is healing very well but slowly. She is starting to have tingling at the base of fingers which the doctor reassured is good news because it means that the nerves are growing and hopefully will soon work their way up to her finger tips within months. Dr. Schreiber Is excellent on many levels. His knowledge is very apparent and he does a great job of explaining in a lay person’s language what the science behind the issues are. I visited the Wakefield office on Saturday with knee pain and inflammation that was impacting my walking. From the moment I entered the facility until I left, every interaction was extraordinary! I was seen almost immediately, as no one was waiting. Olivia at the front desk greeted me with a smile, was very kind, and efficient with the process of checking my insurance and all information to intake me in as a new patient. She addressed me by name after processing the information, and was engaging when I talked to her while waiting. I waited a minimal amount of time before being taken to the exam room by Amelia. Amelia was nice, and completed the initial evaluation and X-rays showing empathy. She listened to my concerns and didn’t rush through the process. I was amazed at her thoroughness to clearly understand my concern and the different angles that she took the X-rays. Dan was the PA that treated me. He listened to my concerns, reviewed the X-rays with me and clearly communicated what was happening and treated the issue on the spot and informed me of future options. He had a sense of humor and I was very satisfied that I got to see him for treatment. In addition to the practitioners, the facility is beautiful and very clean! Dr. Watson and his team are just amazing! I was in a bad car accident back in March 2022 and I have been seeing Dr Watson for about 4 months now. He is always so kind and caring. Today I had a small procedure and he made sure to answer all of my questions and kept me informed with every careful step he took. It means so much to be in the company of doctors and nurses who truly care about you and your well being. They are not only careful they are patient and precise always going the extra step to make sure you are well informed and listened to in regards to any concerns. This has already been a really hard road for me but I know that I am in good hands. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Watson and his team enough. Saw Dr. Carrera for a couple of foot issues today. He listened and diagnosed both issues quickly. He also informed me of the follow-up plans. If better in 3 weeks, I did not need to return, but he wanted me to send a message through the portal to provide an update. My husband, both kids, and mother have all been evaluated and/or treated for various issues (knees, elbow, shoulder, ankle, and foot) with different providers over the years.
