20 Best Radiology Programs In Des Moines, IA (2022 Updated)

I have had such a bipolar relationship with Indian Hills that I don't know where to even start. Good/Positive: Campus greenery is beautiful, Friendly and normally Understanding Teachers, "The Pit" as a social gathering place, Spent most of my time there,The Arts and Drama Department, Easy to Apply, Good Medical/Counseling. Bad/Negative: Living expenses are outrageous, especially for a small college that has not much for variety and choices. Food never changes and I barely ate there, so it was a waste of money for me. My dorm in Trustee was fine, nothing special but I was happy with the space. However I went through 3 different roommates prior to starting and after the first month my other was offered a better living space. The OneStop has often been portrayed as rude. Not only with my own experiences, but with other students as well. I am a friendly, nice, but cautious student. I am going to have QUESTIONS. I do not appreciate being talked down to. I am a first generation traditional student in my family, so a lot of the information isn't common knowledge for me. I understand a bad and busy day, but this happened on several occasions for several different type of questions/concerns. Now, Dropped Classes. I was a very ambitious student, so I got my AA done in one year. However, a class that was needed was apparently dropped. I was not notified about it until I asked the OneStop. They said I should have received an email, which I didn't. This class was suppose to be a simple science class since I am nothing close to a scientist, but I needed the credit. With one day prior to beginning of term, I had to shuffle through what was remaining since I was never notified in time. I was left with a horribly difficult class, ONLINE. Passed with a C, but hated every moment of it. There were other class situations I had with them, but this was the biggest deal to me.Luckily for me, I was involved with the arts department and had some very good teachers. I am not knocking the academics, just the people who are suppose to help and guide you to them. I have been disappointed several times and for following friends thinking about going to hills I warn them of all of this. I often say, "Stay at home or off campus if possible, save yourself the money. Worry about your classes and good luck asking for help. The teachers will be there for you, but I don't know about the rest of the institution."This college is probably excellent for students in the technology center and nursing, however for a future transfer student or gen eds, there is no guarantee that this college is for you.Caitlyn Millard

The presence of a college in a community is always a good one, with the purpose of educating and building the community. The newly elected president at Indian Hills is a good leader with good intentions. The leadership team however, is corrupt. As a result, staff members are subjected to mistreatment and unfair behavior and practices. Promotions are given based on personal preference, how well you are liked by those with the ability to make changes, and who you know. Team effort and support is also lacking when assigned duties need to be accomplished, which requires contribution from other staff members across campus. This is not reflective of all staff members however, as there are a few that do more than their fair share and are willing to work. The resouces and education available to students are comparable to other colleges in the area. After talking to community members, I have learned that the reputation of the college is not the best. Good leadership sets the foundation for a good business. Since this is lacking at Indian Hills, the college will not be able to maintain a positive image in and around the community, until and unless changes are made within the leadership team.Cherece Henry

This place is horrible. The dorms have cockroaches, a really bad infestation of cockroaches!! They have outdated elevators that should have been replaced years ago, they are just now replacing one of them. They would get stuck, open with no elevator in which someone could have been severely injured, one even caught on fire. Then now two of which I have seen of the washing machines are broken so some of us cannot do our laundry. The bathrooms are rather filthy. The parking lots need repairs badly. I have been treated poorly by numerous people including a professor who forced me and a friend to drop out of her class. That professor also called my friend a distraction because he is bisexual. The food in the cafeteria isn't the best. I honestly find this place a waste of time and money. It's not even worthy of being called a college.Ady Webb

Nice buildings, TERRIBLE instructors, especially in their medical-focused science programs. Instructors changing assignments, deleting submitted work, and failing entire sections of classes.. Instructors that play the "gotcha" game, attempting to fail and trick you on material and assignments, as opposed to trying to teach. Have professors ripping material directly from other programs and having you do it for assignments (other universities) that still has other universities logos all over it. Also, you're on your own, admin will not respond / is not on your side. I would spend my money and time elsewhere if AT ALL possible. Had an instructor claim they have the "best program in the state" and then fail to respond by email for about 3 months, and had to get Dean involved. Feels like I'm interacting with high school students for professors. I am from out of state and it turns out Iowa has basically no resources regarding escalating issues with professors – what they say goes and that's it, regardless of how inappropriate or unproductive. DO NOT trust your education to this program and these instructors.Rone Parent

Kirkwood is a fantastic school with high level talent. The college seems to view itself as a service to paying customers (a bafflingly rare delight), and offers courses that inspire good work and deep thinking. Kirkwood *far* exceeds any other educational institution I've attended. The admission process is transparent, the courses you're paying for are clearly outlined, the requirements of the course are made plain at the start of the term… man. I can't say enough nice things. And you know what? I never once had anyone correct me to say "Call me 'Doctor' ". That may not mean much to you, but it meant a hell of a lot to me. Do yourself a favor and go here for your first two years with an eye to transfer on, should that be your aim. You're not just getting more for your money. You're flat out getting more.Claiming Light

Least understanding faculty. Called 6 hours after my deadline to cancel a test that I paid $95 dollars to take. The program director for CE was rude and condescending stating that she would not refund my exam because I was simply 6 hours past the 24 hour deadline. This school is clearly just out to rob people of their money and it’s sickening. I’ve had nothing but a bad experience and it’s crazy to me because at one point I was so excited to attend. I was charged 600 dollars because they weren't able to post the required material for for a class, until the day before the class was suppose to start. When talking to them on the phone, it was like I was talking to a incoherent baboon, one second they say I'm talking to the wrong office. Asked to get transferred to the right office, then hear them say this is the right office. If you have a stereotype of an illiterate Iowans, then this place fits it like a glove. Don't waste your time, go to a real community college, not some redheaded step child who's parents are inbred framers. Can't emphasis how bad the administration is.Steven Bell

Amazing place to go ! Not only for the cancer center but they have a pediatric wing, and an OB wing, a place for diabetics and pretty much anything you could need at a hospital to be seen for. Never had a bad experience here, usually we're taken very good care of at this hospital, appointments are fast and workers are professional and kind! Parking can be a bit of a hassle sometimes when busy but they have a parking garage and a very large parking lot so it's not hard to find a place to park. I would recommend this hospital to anyone in all honesty ! Happy to have a hospital around like this ! Taking the 40 minute drive for proper care is worth it !Zach Plur

I would give it less than one star if I could. My dad has a brain tumor. Dr. Isaak didn't even do a planning MRI before he started radiation. My dad complained of symptoms during treatment, but they continued with radiation until he ended up in the ER with brain inflamation. Because of their negligence my dad has a reoccurrence of the tumor. I was even yelled at by nurse Katie in Dr Jawa's office when trying to get second opinions outside JS. I still cannot believe the level of incompetence and lack of professionalism at this center.Eva Madren

Came to the school for a conference. It was very comfortable, spacious, and while there was a ton of construction which made finding the place challenging. There was lots of parking, but we were also here at 7am on a weekend. I was surprised there were minimal electrical plugs in the classroom but for our purpose that wasn’t a big problem.Big Traveler

I needed to be seen immediately for a hip injury and no other urgent cares were open so I found this clinic on the internet. I was promptly greeted and the gal at the desk came to me to get my insurance card, ID and copayment. She was friendly, had a smile and positive attitude. I was taken back to a room after about 15 minutes. The paramedic who roomed me was concise and friendly. The Dr came in the room within 5 minutes and made sure he understood how the injury happened and what type of pain I was experiencing. I had x-rays – the tech was very nice and made sure I was comfortable. The Dr was back in the room within about 10 minutes to discuss the results of x-ray and explained the injury and the best way to treat it. He made sure I understood and answered my questions. From arrival to departure was about an hour. Hands down, the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is comfortable and staff is friendly. If you’re in need of urgent care, I highly recommend this clinic.Liz Prymek

Well second times the charm. The first time I went in I was not very happy with the outcome for my one child and I had left a 1 star. Unfortunately we did have to come back in for that child but this time was a world of a difference. We got to see Dr Jean on evening shift this time and she was fantastic. Gave the proper care to my son and even spoke with me over the phone prior to my decision to come in and gave me tips and things to look out for if He was getting worse. Very caring and compassionate and understanding. I felt like she really understood my concerns for my little ones health. I now feel like we have been given the proper care.Megan Hall

I had heard wonderful things about exemplar and the exceptional care they have given to friends and family I know. I thought I would go as I was feeling really crummy with a very high fever. I set an appointment and had to wait 70+ minutes for the provider. There was no apology for the long wait. When I asked the nurse she said they had just gotten really busy and she wasn’t sure how long I’d have to wait. In my opinion, I have had better luck with primary care or other urgent care clinics. Maybe it was an off day with the provider on duty, but I will likely not go back unless it is the only option available.Meredith Owens

I had to have an ultrasound of my neck and due to school being out, I had to bring my 6 yr old and 8 month old and while the big one tried to help, my baby just cried so another technologist came in and was very sweet talking to both boys and even asked if she could hold the baby and I shook my head yes and she calmed him down instantly and it was such a relief!!!! I was very overwhelmed and they were just SO sweet and went above and beyond! 12/10Shawna Cook

First off the building is beautiful very clean also each area has letter designations so easy to find. got checked in the staff was very nice and friendly waited just a few minutes took me back and spent about an hour total there but best of all I must say my technician was very good even though I worried a little bit about her being young she was very professional and excellent at her job. I’ve had many appointments with Iowa Radiology and it’s always been a pleasant experience. I just had a breast MRI and I love the fact that they have earlier morning appointments. My appointment was at 7:45. It is nice to get it done and out of the way. The front desk gal was super friendly and the radiology/MRI tech was great. She prepared me for exactly what to expect so there were no surprises. I was in and out of there as quick as possible.Kelly Barge

My wife and I were very impressed with This Little Piggy Ultrasound. We didn't really know what to expect going in, but we enjoyed the entire experience. The ultrasound room was cozy and relaxed compared to the clinical setting of a typical doctor's office. Once the ultrasound began, the images were displayed on two large televisions for easy viewing. The ultrasound tech pointed out everything we were looking at as she worked her way through the appointment, making it easy for my wife and I to follow along. Overall, the experience was very neat, organized, and efficient. It was really incredible to see 3D images of our little girl, and we felt we got our money's worth for the half-hour appointment. We would definitely recommend this experience to anyone. One quick thing to note: The building sits back off of the road in a strip mall. It's not hidden by any means, but it can be easy to miss if you don't know what you're looking for.Cody Koeppen

I had a fantastic experience at This little Piggy Ultrasound! When my doctors messed up and didn’t give me my scheduled ultrasound and said I wouldn’t get one till my anatomy scan I was just super irritated and after 3 years of infertility and miscarriages I wanted to see my baby again before that! This Little Piggy was the first private ultrasound practice that showed up on my google and I booked immediately! We got to confirm gender of our little boy and got to see him wiggle around and literally peace out and turn his back to us when he was done with pics haha. 😂 I would 100% do this again and was thrilled with all we got for the value!!! I went in on 8-3-22 at 14 weeks and 6 days to find out the gender. I am nearly 40 years old and this is my 2nd pregnancy. My first was 11 years ago. Due to infertility issues I have been a wreck and could not wait to see the baby or find out the gender. The room was so cute and clean. It fit my husband and my daughter with plenty of room to spare. Getting the gender was easy with my baby because apparently he likes to sit spready to the gods lol. I loved the heart beat animal I got as well! It's like a build a bear for a mommy to be in a way lol. What an amazing thing to take home! I'm so happy this type of service is offered nowadays. I don't ever remember the option to do this 11 years ago. Erin, the nurse I had most of the time, explained everything to me and addressed all of my questions and concerns. I tore my Achilles on Sunday night which is definitely overwhelming and very painful. Got into Dr. Vineyard on Monday to get checked out where he was very knowledgeable and made it a very quick and easy process. He was able to get me into surgery less than 24 hours from our visit where he answered all questions I had plus provided more information on questions I didn’t know I had. One day post pone surgery, I’m feeling great and confident I chose the right individual to help assist me. This review is more on the billing side of things. Dr. Vinyard was excellent. The bill pay was very clunky and asked for a lot of information in comparison to other medical providers I've been to The other provider's billing system was slick and much more user friendly. The billing platform at Iowa Ortho required what I deemed unnecessary information for just making a payment and took much longer to complete the transaction.Ron L

He was the one that made it a point to listen and take my symptoms and pain into consideration to keep pushing for the right testing for a diagnosis. This place is amazing. I only got to come here once when I was pregnant with my youngest son but the experience was amazing and now that I’m pregnant again, so far for this pregnancy I’ve been here 3 or 4 times already. I can’t remember. I just called and scheduled another appointment to come back again as I am currently 29 weeks, I’ll be 30 weeks when I have my appointment, and the last time I seen my daughter on ultrasound which was here I was 22 weeks so it’s been awhile. We’ve gotten some good pictures (when she would let us). When I did the gender one, I found out later after the ultrasound with family and I didn’t believe the results because I’ve had 3 boys so I ended up going back like 2 weeks later because I needed them to tell me again. 🤣🤣. Yes I have issues. But I’ve had nothing but an amazing experience and time here. This is my last baby so I’m trying to make as many memories as I can. And I can’t wait for my ultrasound appointment next week. I was hoping they had some cancellations or could squeeze me in so I could see her this week, but I guess I can wait. If I could give zero stars I would! The technician was aggressive and hurt my daughter! Didn’t get any photos for us, not even 1!!! Proceeds to tell her she’ll have to come back another time but we still have to pay (We did get a discounted rate but still) Then Goes to send us on our way and another technician comes in to review the scans and pulls us in the room to tell us we need to go to the EMERGENCY room, fluid levels are low heartbeat is low, concerned about positioning, etc… and she is concerned!!! What?! First technician doesn’t tell us any of that and was just gonna let us leave!?! Double what!?! New Ultrasound performed and fluids are fine they are over 15 not 6, heartbeat is fine, baby is positioned fine… Talk about total panic from parents and grandparents to be, and over nothing because your technician obviously didn’t know what she was doing and didn’t report anything correctly! Not to mention anytime they brought up the cost they kept saying you got almost an hour ultrasound for such and such $’s…. Who cares if it’s not done properly?! Any cost is too much when your technician is rough and unqualified! Save your $ or go somewhere else.Danielle Murphy

Very disappointed 😞 my first experience 2 years ago with my first son was absolutely amazing. He wasn't cooperating but we were asked to come back and they did it again. All in all about 50 pictures from both sessions combined. This time, it wasn't great. Again my baby didn't cooperate which wasn't their fault however I feel like the tech should've given me more pictures. I know they weren't "perfect" but that didn't matter to me, and my first one wasnt perfect either but we still got more pictures. We saw his feet and hands and arms and got pictures of none of it. He did a cute sucking motion and got no pictures of that either. We got a picture of his ear. I've seen all over their FB pictures of hands and feet so why I wasn't offered them don't know. They said I was too far along to be offered to come back but just posted a 37 weeker (I'm 35 weeks). I felt a little rushed and literally cried the whole way home. Paid over $100 for 4 pictures and a bear. This is my last pregnancy so was hoping for a great experience like the first time but not even close.Sayeh Anderson

I had a lumbar puncture yesterday. My first one, and I was really anxious. Amanda Oppedal was my technician, and I couldn't have been luckier. Before laying a finger on me, she would explain what step she was on and what it would feel like. She complimented me for not flinching when the numbing medication was injected. It sounds small, but it put me at ease and built trust. We chatted about weekend plans and cracked jokes while waiting for medication to go into effect. I was able to slow down my heart rate and breath rate during this time thanks to her distractions. When it was time for the long needle, she triple checked that I couldn't feel anything in the area other than pressure. She confirmed I felt as ready as I could ever be, and she got the procedure done. We continued to chat while CSF drained so I didn't over-think. I felt no pain. I received excellent care that calmed my nerves and made the experience a positive one. If I ever need this procedure again, I will insist upon having the same technician. For starters I walked in and everyone at the desk just stared at me before helping me. I then told them I had orders sent in from my primary care provider and they said they couldn’t find them. That is totally fine they didn’t receive them. I called my doctor and then went back to the desk. I stated my doctor is saying it sent over but asked if they should try faxing it again. She then said well it’s not here and gave me the number. (It’s not what you say it’s how you say it) My doctor then faxed it over again. I sat back down to see the people that helped me keep staring and looking at me .( unprofessional) I sat in the lobby for about 2 hours. About 10 people were being called back that came in after me. They let me sit there for two hours without saying anything to me, not even trying to help me or let me know what was going on. And let me not forget to mention that they were talking and helping everyone else in the lobby.Ciciley gunn

Apparently they like to give patients the run-around. I really wanted to give a good review but after a disappointing experience, I have to share. Husband wanted to be seen at DMOS after breaking collarbone. Since he was seen at Mercy ER, we were told to call Mercy and have records sent to DMOS. Called Mercy and they said DMOS has to send in a request form. Then it would take a few days from there. Called DMOS again. DMOS representative said it would be alright for us to pick up physical copies of the medical records from Mercy and give to the front desk at DMOS in West Des Moines and say it’s for the doctor that was assigned to my husband’s case. Then the doctor would review and the triage would call us back to schedule an appointment. We did everything they said. Went to DMOS with requested papers and they wouldn’t take our papers until he was seen at urgent care. Urgent care told us it would be 2 hours at least. This was never told to us over the phone but it didn’t matter. No one was going to help us unless we went through their urgent care clinic first. We told them that we weren’t needing an appointment today, we were just told to give the medical records to the doctor so he could review and call us back to arrange an appointment time. They were confused. We were confused. I am extremely disappointed in their process and lack of communication. Wasted our time and energy. Had rotor cuff surgery. And the linear bicep tendon where they reattach it to your pec muscle. Well either it pulled apart or the doctor didn't cut it short enough. Now I have a sagging bicep muscle. I wanted it fixed but my doctor considered it a cosmetic issue and refused to even look at it. I feel that the doctor should if it was his mistake repair it. I hate to pay for something that wasn't repaired properly. If it was my fault I offered to pay for surgery again. Two points here, no one want to spend $6,000 again and no one want to go through the pain and time. Just a little upset he wouldn't consider that a mistake could have been his. A doctor in my hometown cut my stepdaughters too short. The hospital had a different surgeon repair it at no cost and she is doing fine. I did alot of research on my doctor and felt I pick an excellent choice. Boy was I wrong. I will think twice before going back to DMOS. And I will bring an agreement to sign to guarantee the surgeons work.Raymond W

Dr. Nelson and his team provided amazing care and concern for me leading up to, and following my hip replacement in March 2022. Dr. Nelson is a very caring, compassionate, skilled surgeon that I highly recommend to anyone needing surgery! The periodic email communications with information to educate and guide me in preparation for surgery and during recovery were frequent and provided great guidance. The office staff was always considerate and very helpful when I called with any questions related to my care or insurance. I cannot say enough good things about my experiences with Dr. Nelson and his team, and I will be forever grateful that they made my journey to get back to normal living so much easier than I imagined it would be!!!!carole hix

Iowa Radiology Clive is the place to go for top notch care with regard to your testing needs. Pleasant staffing at the front desk sets the tone and the technicians are always kind and caring. My recent experience was no different. Dr. Westercamp took time to explain my test results. She was compassionate and made sure my questions were answered. Talia was there for me, reassuring along the way and Dr Grandbois was really wonderful! She was personable and professional, making my experience much more comfortable.They are really a great team! I had a great experience at the Iowa Radiology Clive location. The front desk staff were very nice and got me checked in quickly. Mary was my tech and she was very knowledgeable about the entire MRI process. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She explained the MRI process in a way I could easily understand. She also checked in with me periodically throughout the scan to make sure I was comfortable. I will definitely go back to Iowa Radiology with any future needs. Appointments are easy to make by phone and about a 2wk lead time to accommodate my time schedule. Front staff kind and efficient. Easy to access. Flat parking lot right at the door. Technician came to me so I didn't have contact with any other patients in community waiting. We scooted through screening with remarkable time. No contact checkout so less time in congested area. Thank goodness, I went to this campus over Iowa State University because I wasn't too sure which was better for doing my automotive classes, this or at Ames. But now, here I am doing my auto classes and experience in ease, it's convenient in terms of price and the majors I have, now that I did the smart thing, and kept the money in my pockets, I will lean forward towards the next 2 years, and ensure I get the education I need. Being a DMACC Commercial Horticulture grad in the mid80's changed my life. Work-study w/Jim Mason in the early years of Country Landscapes also put me in a position to be a Iowa Certified Nurseryman @I.S.U. for 25+ years. If I was a parent w/new student in any of the horticulture programs I would be thankful knowing he/she had the best there is as department head. He will change your life as well.Jim Schleier

The worst experience I ever had. Please be aware before anyone plan to visit Iowa Diagnostic Imaging and procedure Center at 4200 University Suite 104, West des Moines, Iowa. They make you sign bunch of papers without giving proper information about it. I had gone there for preventing/regular Mammogram checkup and they made it under diagnosis to make money on it. Highly disappointed and with no proper patient care. My insurance is ready to pay if you correct the service as requested to preventive care. Unnecessary putting the code of Diagnosis resulting me paying the amount. Highly disappointed and unprofessional. Continuing the thread as I can't respond to the response. This hasn't got anything to do with my insurance. It started from the Doctor's office and billing department who entered the incorrect code. I had visited the office for my regular check up and was asked to fill up the form for diagnostic. I was never informed that this is different or else I would have checked with my insurance before accepting. How are we expected to know all these medical code or jargon. It's a fraud and would expect you guys to fix it and send the correct code to insuranceShweta Saxena

I had my mammogram in July. It was the month my insurance renews and they changed my account number. The charge was filed according to the old number. My claim was denied and I was billed. I called. They said they would refile. A month later I am billed again and it is said that I am late on my bill. I called again. They said they didn't have a record of my first call. I called the insurance company. No one had refiled. Several calls later, it was determined all was well. A month goes by. Now I am sent to a collection agency. I am enraged. I call again. They say they fixed it. They say they took it off the collection. A month goes by. Here I am again. The collection agency is still after me even though my bill has been paid. Really and truly, don't go to Iowa Radiology. It is a financial nightmare and it shouldn't be. Mammograms are covered completely by my insurance but I am still being hassled for payment, not to mention what this may be doing to my credit score.Linda Wickett

I had a CT scan 2 weeks ago and was very impressed with them. It was busy, but they seemed to handle it seamlessly. The technician who performed the CT scan was VERY professional, friendly and very willing to answer my questions. I have veins that at occasionally are hard to penetrate the first time and I told her that. She got the job done without a hitch. It was a good experience and I would be happy to go back or recommend them to a friend.Steve Hamilton

I was so grateful for the care and compassion that my family received when my husband was a patient at the Mercy Cancer Center. When a loved one is diagnosed with cancer, our lives and all of the priorities therein are suddenly changed. Treating cancer becomes the most important, and yet one of the most terrifying things that one can face. Overnight you are living in a whole new world, and the staff and physicians at the Mercy Cancer Center do an amazing job of helping you navigate through that world. I couldn't imagine a better experience with my treatment. Not only did they save my life, they treated me like a person not just another patient. My doctors' bedside manner was second-to-none and to them I was an old friend they were helping through a hard time. They were kind, funny, and ensured my mind and spirit were also healthy…not just my fleshy bits. I don't recommend anybody get cancer. I have grown to know most of the staff here and I can’t stress enough how blessed I am that we have this team of people behind us. They support us by lending a shoulder when needed, to discuss what the next plan is with care and they are real people too….we’ve cried together and laughed together. My Experience was Horrible from the time I Arrived until the time I left. I went to the ER because I fell getting out of the shower and the Doctor ordered a CT scan after the CTScan was done the two female Radiologist ask me if I needed help getting up and I said so one took one and the other took the other hand and I couldn't believe what happened next, they snatched me up and my Neck and Head snapped back so hard and instantly some of the worst pain i have ever felt in my life and that was the reason for me going to the ER because of my Neck and they knew that. I just had Neck Surgery July 2022 and my Neck is still excruciating Spasms in my Neck worse than before I went th the ER. I wish I knew the two Radiologist names because they need to be reported because my Neck will never be the same again.Michael Nevills

I can't even begin to tell you the horrific care my family received on the Yonkers floor. Nurses sitting on their cell pho es while 45 mins of my family member sitting in his feces. His room had feces on his portable toliet, at the foot of his bed. The trash was over flowing and stunk. His nurse was nasty with both of us. He fell out of bed twice even though he has a video monitor and bed monitor. One fall ended in 16 to 18 stitches and featured eye socket. When he was in CCU they were phenomenal!! And so were the doc's. But on Yonkers he had Jessie, or nurse Rachett. I love nurses and God bless them for all they do. But this was nuts.We can not get any answers for him. We ask and the nurses just say I don't know.Denise Carroll

6 STARS! Never had such a positive experience when taking family members to other emergency rooms.Today I took my daughter to the Unity Point emergency room. They were efficient in getting her started on fluids, medicating her appropriately, and quickly getting lab work/scan completed in order to diagnose her condition. Staff was clearly busy but very sensitive to meeting my daughters needs, all while maintaining positive/upbeat interactions with us and each other. The pharmacy quickly dispensed my daughters’ prescriptions and the free valet service promptly delivered our vehicle to us at the pharmacy exit. Amazing!Lori Henning
