I attended Southeastern University and it was one of the most horrible experiences I’ve ever had to go through. I attended an extension site through them. I received all A’s, the courses were elementary but the communication with the school was horrible and something I’ve never seen before from a school. The counselors hardly ever answer the phone, it’s almost like hunting them down which is somewhat hard to do being at an extension site in a different state. And when you do get a hold of someone, they have no idea what theyre talking about and I was also being told different things because nobody knew 100% what they were being paid to know. This did not feel like a university what so ever and I wish I saved my time and money because all honestly, this school seemed like a scam. The financial aid department also was a huge headache. They gave me an award letter and based on that letter I decided to attend the school. Months later, they changed my awarded amount without notifying me and I didn’t find out until halfway through the semester. I never received the refund I was supposed to receive and I actually ended up owing them money on top of the loans they already took from me. All I got was a sorry for not notifying me and although they accepted responsibility on making a mistake, I was helped in no kind of way. When the fall semester ended, I couldn’t wait to run out of there and go enroll in a real school that actually is helpful in some sort of way. Update 7.25 Finally there and super happy. In the end they are coming through for the Masters Program. Looking forward to parents weekend drop off. More posts to come. Update 7.12.22 I still love this school for my kid but have been less than impressed with my own experience getting into Masters program for Nursing. It's been a rough go with little to no communication. I hope its just because its a new program but a month out from when my daughter starts in fall and still know nothing about my program, what classes, cost or when it starts. I'll post an update when I find out more. I hate lowering my rating but have to due to my experience so far. Amazing campus. I went on a visit for my kid and I want to go. Update 6.17.22 This place is still amazing. My oldest is going there and I decided to do Grad school there. Hope to teach there one day. You want a place thats gonna love your kid and want the best for them. Look no further. We have visited several times before making our choice and its always the same no matter who you talk to. I studied business marketing here and graduated 2016/17. As a transfer senior, I get there were some complications. That said, it was a nightmare getting classes covered. Classes were dull, mainly because students don't engage much. Most professors were not open to much discussion or further exploration of topics, which was odd, especially with my experience at other universities. The campus is nice, but I found the education and experience desperately needing much more. I like the Christian feel, but even that is a bit off. To be blunt, students here are almost worse than the public university I was at. It's just got a cultish feel. This coming from a very strong Christian, just to clarify that perspective. The classes and teachers are great but when it comes to maitenace they are a flat 0. The maintenance is lazy, only does half ass job when fixing problems, they allow students to spend entire semesters living with black mold in the appartments until it becomes obvious the mold is there. There are bugs infesting an appartment currently because the maintenance falied to replace a fallen screen which was a small 5 minute task which is now a huge problem. The state of specifically the beacon commons apartments is literally the worst I have ever lived in. The bathtub is a sick rust color because the tub is that old it is rusting, nothing has been done about that in a year. Someone needs to be fired this entire commons complex needs to be demolished and rebuilt rather than try to house students in nearly toxic environments. These apartments are very close to section8 housing. Its sad that students have to pay over $50,000 a semester (not including housing and food cost) to live in a housing complex which makes the students feel like they are just a step up from homeless. Parents really have no idea how gross these appartments are and if they did beacon probably be facing several law suits. This needs to change, because i sure as hell would never send a child to a school where A/c units break and burn often, the maintenance takes months to tackle even the tiniest of tasks, and as students we are not supposed to fix anything ourselves.Vicious Obsene

This is a small, thriving college in central Florida that is changing lives everyday. My son currently attends and it has turned his academic career & his life around! He had attended a local college here in PA, but it did not work out. He took 2 years off to work. But agreed to give Beacon a try after I found the school I felt would help bring out his full potential. Of course, he gripes about the teachers, the other students, the dorms, blah blah blah. Just like a normal college kid! But his grades are all A's & B's. His attitude has done a 180. His mother and I felt this might be a good school for him after the school enrolled him in their 9-month onboarding program. He worked with a professional whose expertise is in building educational programs for kids like my son. He challenged my son, required homework from him, required that he talk, and supported our son throughout the program. We have since visited him on campus and plan to visit him again in January (good excuse to get out of PA in January!) The school is having a positive impact on the Leesburg community. The college had it pros and cons like any other college and or university in reality. The teachers were great, friendly, helpful and over all good people to get support from. If your a person with learning disabilities and needs extra extra support, this is definitely a good college for you. The Negatives- I went there for 1 year (August 2018- May 4th 2019) The RAP hall, which is where all Freshman are placed except for the lucky few places in the villages. The RAP hall, from the first night was. just. chaos. Some the new students had some real mental issues and made everything such a big deal. The police were call multiple time throughout the year. Idiots vaping at 3 am would set off the fire alarm, I mean I could go on. When I looked at the expectance rate in 2018 was about 76%, I looked a few weeks ago again and it went down to 43%. Okay school but professors suck! Good learning platform with Blackboard (easy to use & navigate). Professors are very picky & strict with grading. They act like they are from Harvard. Faculty is not professional & highly rude. They don't care about you learning or helping you succeed. Rather expect you to fail. Lots of errors & typos on quizzes. No live or recorded lectures. Didn't learn much. Spend the extra money & attend brick & mortar or better online school to get a job.Oliver

I highly recommend Hodges University! I enrolled in the fast track BS degree with 10 classes left to finish in Interdisciplinary Studies. I graduated 18 months later! All of my teachers were phenomenal and my counselor reached out to me at the beginning of each semester to enroll me in the correct classes to finish my degree program as quickly as possible. I have been at Hodges for two years now. Every time I hear about another school, I always compare my experience to Hodges. This has led me to believe that there are no other schools that I would be as happy with. If you are looking for a small liberal arts college that is focused on the whole student, this is the place. With a goal of having 100% of the freshman class taking a semester abroad and a faculty mentor assigned before the start of the regular fall semester are some of what make this college more unique and a great choice. This is a 4:1:4 program where students have an opportunity to do research starting their freshman year. The atmosphere is relaxed and geared for learning and reflection. Lots of beautiful green spaces and beach area along the waterfront to congregate and study. All faculty and staff focus on hands-on and individual approach to student learning and development. With less than 1900 students, there is a sense of deeper relationships and community. As a mom of a prospective student, I was impressed by the high touch approach and the emphasis on developing the whole students into thriving adults. I also love that all classes are taught by professors not TAs or grad students. It helps knowing that facility is engaged and has an open door policy. I inquired with current students on this as well. They mentioned it was one of the things they love most. I have gone to both public and private school tours and it's clear to me the relationships of students with faculty are not the same when faculty "phone it in.." with their classes. FWIW P.S. I have had the misfortune of hiring now 9 girls from UT on a rotating schedule( when they have availability). I know a total of 12 girls that have either recently graduated, are in nursing programs, or 2 that are currently in masters programs, the 9 that worked/Ing for me are either recent grads, in their masters program, or a rising senior… So… now of these girls, even though they are nice have any queslificariona to work.. 6 out 9 which 3 of those 6 are or were in honors programs. Have no clue what they are going to do after school. Most complained about the treatment and the overall vibe of the campus. The 4 out of 12 girls that I know are graduated and with a Bachelors degree in Nursing or teaching can’t even find a job and are working in low level paying jobs… practically a step up from min. Wage. This university does not produce graduates that have a impact on the world. The quality of person who is going here 8 out of 10 is not the person you want working for you… This is a school for people who are good test takers but not ready or prepared to be in the real world at all… Go to bigger school that’s not private – private universities answer to know one which is not so good.. especially when it comes to the quality of graduates they are producing and putting out into the world. Which seems subpar at best. Save yourself the hassle, go to a public university. Like USF is bigger, better diversity, better teachers, bigger endowment, better statics with the type of person they produce back into the working world. Beautiful school in a great location, however, if you're looking for a good school with good academics DO NOT COME HERE. The nice look of the school and large dorm rooms is about all it has to offer. As a freshman I went through three advisors in one year without any notification of having mine switched, and I also told my current advisor that I am transferring several times; but I keep receiving emails from them telling me I still have to register for next semester. The advisors here are not really that helpful at all. When you contact any facilities they either take weeks to respond, or do not respond at all. The grading scale is also very odd, so take a look at that as well. My first semester I had all A's and one AB and that brought my GPA down to a 3.8, when in most colleges an A- will bring your GPA down to around 3.9. The wifi is almost nonexistent unless you're using a computer in the library. Please do not invest your money here and go to a more accredited and student friendly college, so you do not have to waste time and stress looking to transfer out of here like many freshman do.Morgan Lowe

We went on a college tour of New College of Florida. New College is a unique honors college that is part of the State University System of Florida. The tour was very informing about how New College focuses on academics, the arts, and a liberal arts college education. While New College is small, it has growth plans in place. The tour guide advised they have hired 15 new multidiscipline faculty members, with a goal to grow the college from about 800 to 1,200 students. Unique Observations: New College is located on Sarasota Bay, which makes for a beautiful and relaxing place to attend college, have special events, and participate in water sports. New College campus is split between the north and south side by Tamiami Trail, with a pedestrian walkover for students. New College is located very close to the Sarasota- Bradenton International Airport, which makes it very convenient to travel to and from the campus. Located in beautiful Sarasota, Florida, New College is closely connected with the local art, cultural, and outdoor recreation scene. The professors here are amazingly good! They are what's keeping me here. Most of the administration is terrible. When I got here I heard about it a lot from the senior students but I didn't realize how bad it is until I finished my first semester. Mold in your room? Too bad. Need your transcripts sent to another school? Too bad. Accidentally got billed twice for the meal plan? Too bad. Someone from another dorm in another building breaks something? Too bad, everyone gets billed. Want to live off campus? Too bad. So many students leave before they finish their first year and the administration is scratching their heads wondering why. It's a small yet personal school because the faculty are truly FOR the students. Everyone is involved in some way on campus, its not called an honors college for nothing. I have loved being a student at Albizu University. The small class sizes makes communication with teachers amazing, teachers know you by name. Teacher’s experience is invaluable and they bring their expertise to the classroom to make the learning experience amazing. There is always someone willing to help with any questions or concerns. It is reassuring how Google allows businesses that slightly change their names to erase all of their bad reviews and start fresh. I obtained both of my degrees at this campus. While attending, I experienced several issues with Admissions and Financial Aid at CAU. After I graduated, I discovered on the US Department of Education website. that there was a Pell grant that was never applied to my tuition. It was a slight oversight on behalf of the Financial Aid office. My student loan could have been less but alas there is no accountability.Cristina L

I had an extremely positive experience with Saible Neuropsychology when I brought my minor son (age 6) in for an evaluation with Dr. Kenny Borgas. Before the appointment, the office sent me paperwork to complete. After this was submitted, Dr. Borgas called and described the process completely and asked me specific follow-up questions to my written responses. It was evident he was well-prepared for our call and had thoroughly reviewed the documents I previously submitted. This was a refreshing change from other medical office experiences I've had where it seems like staff and/or doctors seem to have no idea what the purpose of the visit may be! When we arrived for the evaluation, Dr. Borgas met us personally in the reception area and greeted both of us warmly and professionally, which definitely put my son, aged 6.5 (and me) at ease. We spoke for a few minutes and Dr. Borgas listened patiently to my thoughts and concerns about the evaluation and answered each of my questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. My son was initially nervous to leave me in the receptions area but Dr. Borgas engaged him immediately and everything transitioned smoothly. Since the appointment was after hours, everything was quiet in the office and while I could not hear what was being spoken between my son and Dr. Borgas (who were now in a separate room), I could hear the inflections in their voices and could tell that while my son was initially shy, he began to open up as Dr. Borgas engaged him in conversation. I could hear my son's interest and excitement grow as the appointment continued and I could tell that Dr. Borgas had established and excellent rapport with him. As I mentioned later to Dr. Borgas, "I couldn't hear the lyrics but I could definitely hear the music!" In short, after 1.5 hours, I don't remember hearing my son engage in such a lengthy dialogue and to be so attentive to another adult, especially one he just met. As I write this, I recall being so thankful that my son was being evaluated by a professional who truly 'cared' (in every positive sense of that word). After they finishes the session, Dr. Borgas spoke to me at length about his initial observations and asked several relevant and insightful questions regarding my son and it was clear to me, listening to his questions and comments, that my son was in the best hands possible — which is everything a parent could hope for in this setting. Dr. Borgas thoroughly explained everything that had taken place and the techniques he used to engage my son (which I am now employing at home) as well as 'next steps' in the process. This gave me much confidence in the process and helped me to understand the 'next steps' moving forward. In summary, Dr. Kenny Borgas presented himself as the consummate professional, who possesses true expertise and a warm, compassionate demeanor that was highly effective in creating an environment for my young son where he felt safe and was thoroughly engaged in the process. My daughter’s appointment was with Dr. Kenny Borgas. Dr. Borgas not only is very professional, but he is also very compassionate and caring. After taking my daughter to numerous psychologists, Dr. Borgas was the only one that was able to provide the root cause of what the problem was. All other psychologists were treating her for her symptoms, but when you don’t know what the real issue is, all they were doing was putting a bandage and she was not getting better on the contrary she was getting worst. One of those psychologists even blamed my daughter for the issues she was having. That’s when I lost all hope for a good psychologist. The first thing Dr. Borgas did was truly listen to my concerns. He was the only psychologist that run tests on my daughter to figure out what the real problem was. Then he met with Cassie, He was very friendly, and Cassie felt welcoming therefore was able to open up to him. He provided a diagnosis and went over the results of the tests with me and provided recommendations. Now that I know what the problem with my daughter is, we can get her the correct treatment and the correct help. As a mother, I can’t thank Dr. Borgas enough for the insight he has provided and his recommendations. Dr. Borgas is very responsive too, I lost count of how many emails I sent him; and he replied to all of them. He answered all my questions and concerns. Dr. Kenny Borgas has help us a lot to understand the neuropsychological evaluation and testing process for my daughter. We arrived to this place thanks to my daughter pediatrician referral, and we are glad we did. Dr Borgas initially give us an interview and help us to understand what information will be taken to deliver a report. My daughter went through two evaluation sessions at Saible Neuropsychology location. My daughter was diagnose with ADHD and Dr Borgas delivered an extended report, and he also did a clear explanation to understand all the data showed in the report. The report also included all the recommendations and suggestions for the right accommodations at my daughter school. I also asked for some advice and recommendations on how I could help my daughter, and Dr Borgas kindly gave me some recommendation accordingly. Dr. Taormina and her staff are amazing! My son was referred to her office by his pediatrician for psychoeducational and autism spectrum disorder testing, she was unable to complete all of the tests in one 4-hour session, and was so great about getting him back in quickly to finish the testing. She is high energy, which made my shy kid super comfortable with trying to match her energy. They went into the session smiling and came out of it exactly the same. Dr.T truly has gone above and beyond the call of duty with giving me additional resources and techniques to help my son at home. I am so thankful to have been referred to Tampa Psychology Group. I found this group for testing for my daughter Layla . When I had my phone conference with Dr. T I was so comfortable speaking with her without even meeting her in person. I knew just from our conversation I felt my daughter was in good hands and Dr. knew what she was doing. I don’t know what magical touch Dr. T has because my daughter fell in love with her after the first visit. My daughter would not stop talking about her visit afterwards. The next appointment my daughter was so excited to go & was ready to go right when I picked her up from school but the appointment time was in an hour. My daughter feels so comfortable with Dr. T. Dr. Rochelle Taormina, PhD was very professional when speaking with my wife and I for the initial. When it came time for psych testing for my son he had two days of three hour testing. After the first day he wanted to get home immediately to paint her a picture. The next day he was so excited to give it to her. So with this being said she has a way with kids to get them to open up and be able to get them to have fun even when doing 6 total hours of testing. I just graduated from the Surgical Technology program at this school with the instructor Ms.Daise, she was excellent!! There is sooo much to learn in such a short period of time and she was very thorough and prepared us very well for our clinical rotation. She was our sole instructor this time around. I guess in the past they normally have a seperate instructor for clinicals. We did not this time, And I would not of had it any other way. Having Ms.Daise as our instructor made our clincial rotation so much better, everyone at the location of our clinicals couldnt say anything but great things about our class and our instructor. I guess they have had issues with the other "instructor" at the school that we did not. This program was great! The hospital literally wants to hire every single one of us, thats how great this experience has been for all of us! Ms.Daise is the best!! She is the heart and soul of this program, she really cares and loves to teach and it is apparent. She also has the standards for Surgical technology down pat, And doesnt teach short cuts. SHE IS THE REAL DEAL!! I would give her ten stars if I could, and I would give 2 stars to the Health science Office staff… Too many "politics" going on in the office and they care more about their " status quo" then making sure the students have what they need to succeed. Program: Computer Systems & Information Technology (CSIT) Instructor: Rob Saul Instructor is world class, he often utilized a Socratic style of teaching which was unique compared to just about every other teacher I've ever had. The program exposes you to various technology but the main components are centered around the CompTIA certifications, namely A+, Net+, Sec+. I'd imagine the core learning material is still largely self-paced as you progress towards each certification exam. I was dual enrolled 9-10 years ago but I doubt much has changed aside from the actual certification material being updated every few years These certs are all great for getting into various entry level IT positions..you're probably looking at roles like help desk/desktop support/support technician/isp tech/etc. These certs won't make you a sys admin or network admin, but they certainly lead to those type of career trajectories. Final thoughts: Adults – I'd personally just recommend picking up an A+, Net+, Sec+ CompTIA bundle and going to town. There I just probably saved you a ton of money. You'd gain the same knowledge and can sit for the same certs the program prepares you for, but in a MUCH quicker time frame really. High School Dual enrollers – 100% sign up for this if seriously interested in computers/networking/security/IT in general. You'll be so ahead of your peers its borderline OP.James Whipple

I went to their information session for surgical technician , and just from simply calling and going there I did not like the experience . I do not recommend going there if you want to be a SURGICAL TECHNICIAN. They want you to pay around 500$ before even getting accepted and it’s non refundable, a tour is not included in the session and I saw a review on here that a surgical technician said there was a 20% passing rate I asked the lady and she pretended like she knew nothing about , she just said they had a really bad dropout rate because students “couldn’t handle it” and that’s why they’re making people who to get in a program take a 4 hour long test. As well as a 2 hour long test . I have never written a bad google review but I really hope nobody wastes their money on this program and not even to know if you’re getting accepted . The only good side of this school is that it’s in a nice area and the interior is very clean and nice . Unless you want to share majority of the college with high school students I don’t recommend you going here.Elianna Corona

After my fourth child was born, I floundered; my needs were not getting met. How could I mother four children well AND take care of myself? I was lonely and emotionally zapped. I love this school, but I knew I would. I was intuitively drawn to EU in 2020, nervous and scared about going back to school in my 30's, but speaking to my enrollment specialist and the financial aid department, my intuition was right! I have been attending here now for almost 3.5 years. I completed my Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and I will be graduating in a few months with my Masters. The Professors and staff here truly care about you and your experience. I highly recommend to any adult learner. For the person who put a bad review, the school does not pay us for our words, we truly love it here. It is a small school with one on one attention with people who are very knowledgeable in there fields. Dr. Barnett absolutely changed the course of our lives, made our marriage stronger, helped us get healthier, and helped us take control of our diets. We always wanted to transition to the Mediterranean diet, one of the top recommended diets to follow, but every time we tried on our own (or when we tried other fad diets as well), it didn’t work out . The support we received from Dr. Barnett and her entire staff was amazing… they kept us on track, helped us reach success and thought about every aspect of our health (seriously.. Dr. Barnett has thought of everything!). She also tailored two game plans for each us based on our individual circumstances. I’m at the lowest body fat percentage I’ve been at in more than 15 years, and my wife lost 15 lbs in 4.5 weeks (and we’re still going!). There are a lot of weight loss places around that talk a big game, or may have a lower price tag – not worth it. Take it from us – we’ve tried multiple places and other diets throughout the years. Lifestance is annoying. When you switch doctors in the practice, they don't share notes, they ask you the same thing 8 different times, and honestly I got off the telehealth call and cried. I feel like Dr. Vallrugo made me feel so insignificant. She wanted to have another session because she spent all of our time together doing her own research taking about possibly scheduling other doctors appointments. Not to mention she wanted to "tackle" the side effects of my condition without going to the root of the source and suggested I treat them one at a time. Even after I spent alot of time and money getting myself tested to have clarity of exactly what I am diagnosed with. But apparently she knows better? And yet she admits she's not an expert. Entirely unprofessional. It wasn't until I mentioned I'd be more comfortable seeing a different psychiatrist then she started to listen to me. Seriously, I mentioned several things, that she obviously wasn't listening to and asked me questions like she had a memory issue tbh. These doctors, They want to "give you the help you need by their oath of not harming anyone" and yet won't take down the information of the other doctors to talk to even tho you have asked 6 times do you want the doctors name and number, do you want this information.Calla Tisdale

RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!!! STAY AWAY FROM FLORIDA BEHAVIORAL HEALTH NOW LIFE STANCE!!!! I saw Dr. Vallrugo early this week who promised I would be able to fill my prescription before I left the country. I provided the necessary documents they requested which was strange because I have never need an EKG for this medication. I called dozens of times to ensure that the had everything they needed. Of course, hours before I was to leave they sent me a message saying that needed additional clearance and would not fill my prescription. Now I have to go weeks without my medication and all they said was they are “sorry that I’m frustrated” and then woman at their office hung the phone up on me in my face. I will never use this company again and I advise that others avoid lifestance health at all costs. Also alerting my insurance company that I didn’t receive any care from these people. Dr. V. Was very caring, compassionate, and she took her time and listened to me. My only concern is she needs to keep outside distractions/interruptions to a minimum. That goes for kids, deliveries, etc. I've worked from home, so I know that can be a challenge sometimes. It didn't bother me, but it could potentially upset other patients. Its like that greasy feeling of sunscreen on your skin, but you still got sunburned and now your family wants to go out to eat but you have sand in your shoes… while needing aloe. This is how this school feels. Good school, got my associates from here with a 3.8 and never had any issues until now, trying to enroll in other schools. The upsetting part is that this school continues to outsource to third parties for pretty critical matters. BankMobile for a tuition refund? Why? Kinda sketch what you have to do to get a refund from your school. Want a transcript? Sign up for Parchment. Why? It wasn't like that 3 months prior to writing this review, not sure why I need to sign up for a third party service to get a college transcript from the correlating school. These aren't huge issues, but this is pretty frustrating constantly having to enlist an email address into a service I will use precisely one time in my entire life; especially when the school is more than capable handling these matters on its own. I have been trying to get my twins into SCF Collegiate School since they were going into 6th grade. They are in 8th now and they still have not gotten in. Last year my daughter was number 2 on the waiting list for practically the whole school year. I know it's a lottery and it's luck if you get in or not, but I know someone that her daughter was called and she wasn't even up, so I think that my twins are being passed because it's 2 of them. They rather take two kids from two different families then one family. I have at least 5 coworkers that have a family member or a friend that applied for the first time and they get in right away. I even emailed them about this and no one had the decency to email me back. I was really hoping to get my twins in before they go to high school. As a parent you try to get your children the best education possible, but there always seem to be obstacles in the way unless you got money to grease someones hand.Y. Roman

There are few token professors I can say who were "adequate" here, my past several years here dealing with the staff and faculty has been a nightmare. Specific staff members will tell you one piece of information and then another will say the exact opposite. Several of the teacher's are completely incompetent's when it comes to deadlines and teaching the students as well as preparing them in the correct manner to pass the exams. You are always told to file complaints which get you nowhere and the teachers and staff continue to do whatever they want. I am so glad I am transferring from this school to go to a better university.Brandon Bolesta

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Our counselor left after about a month of services. We were on hold for 2 months before we could get back in. Once we were able to get back in my 6 year old could not see a counselor any more because there was only 1 counselor and she was booked. I made contact with her and just asked her to let me know when and if she had an opening available. We had asked to get into couples counseling. The owner, Ms. Rykiel, e-mailed me back very unprofessionally. I pretty much got in trouble for making contact with Elisa, about my 6 year old, our old counselor and our most recent one there told her that they recommended us to get into couples counseling and work on a parenting skills, which neither counselors did that. They are horrible at communication. I am not longer using there services. Rykiel told me not to ask for services unless I planned on coming to the appointments. How rude and unprofessional of an OWNER to do. Lost my business. It is said that you have a company like this turning their backs on people who seek help, especially children.Kristi W

I called to make an appointment for my daughter and they said with all their “therapist” they couldn’t get her in for a month. I said that that was fine and I would like to make an appointment. They then said to call back in a month to make it. When I asked why I couldn’t just make one now they had no real reason other than they didn’t know what their schedule would look like. I’ve worked at doctors offices and scheduled patients and this makes no sense. I believe the only reason they wouldn’t book with me is because I said I was cash pay. They NEVER answer the phone when you call and for being in the profession of helping people I say shame on them for not caring about a child. Not a well run office by any means.Dezy Hopkins

Would not recommend this facility at all. Barbara was our counselor for one appointment and without listening to us she chimes in with 15 minutes and said to break up and then said you probably don’t want another appointment. She was awful. I scheduled an appointment with a different counselor and had to cancel. Now, I am getting a 50 dollar no show fee when I cancelled. They do not listen and their billing practices are questionable. Find a different place to go if you can!!! I would give this place 0 stars.Julie Read
