Very proud Spartan here. I left my home in NYC to attend NSU back in 1988 at the age of 18. However, I really grew up while attending college. I loved my courses (some harder than others). I loved my professors (some more than others). I loved the beautiful campus, the extra curricular activities (especially the parties) and I loved the friendships I made. The fact this is an HBCU… Well, that is best of all. There is nothing like being nurtured by your own culture. It is a priceless gift. You take it into the world with full understanding that you not only have something to contribute, but it has value no one can take from you. Some student decided to order doordash from Virginia Beach Which was 18 minutes out of my way and then they couldn't even tip. all I got was the base pay from doordash I couldn't even buy a cup of coffee with that. If people are going to order food and have it delivered to them they need to learn how to tip Or you better get something that's close by because you don't order from another city and then you can't even tip. The good thing and what I *really* desire the most about the "Green" and "Gold," is that visitation, even when you are not invited the University allows you to break free and be yourself. Because of this, makes me ought not to approach with such criticism when it is just basic conversation. Norfolk State University during such trying times for us all makes me want to think twice about James Madison University (where my mostly white classmates will cheer me on). Appreciate the love. The Virginia State University, like no other. As a rising junior, honors student, biology major with a minor in math, a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated as well as a social organization, my experience has been great! I have bonded with so many people and shared great experiences with my professors. Because I am an out-of-state student and 5 to 6 hours away from the university, it was a little hard adjusting however because of the warm atmosphere and friendly students, it did not take long to adjust. Virginia State University is a very family oriented university. The professors are wonderful and have a genuine care for their students. The Biology Department and the Mathematics Departments are two great departments at the school and are involved with their students to make sure they are afforded many opportunities. These departments may be tough at times but the professors are there to help. My advise to prospective students is to not overlook Virginia State University. It is a wonderful university, from academics to social life. There are so many organizations (academic or social) to be involved in that will interest all students. My son was in the hospital due to an emergency on 10/3-10/4. He had to have an urgent surgery the very next morning. I was able to stay with him in his room and it was very comfortable. This is absolutely the best and only place I will take my child in any urgent situation, if able. From the moment he arrived, he was immediately taken care of. Yes, there was a wait and that's okay because every child needs care coming into the emergency room. We as parents need to be a bit more patient and have grace for the hard working medical team and their support teams💕 My son was treated with such care, grace, humility that I was just completely at ease with what was happening. I am rarely this way, but was able to be. I was able to remain calm and so was his dad based on the thorough and clear communication provided by the care team. We knew what was happening at every step and so did my son, in terms that was appropriate. He had a lot of questions about the going to sleep part as this was his first time going through surgery and his first night at a hospital. Thank you to Dr. Horton, Dr. Fox, and all of the beautiful and amazing nurses and care team who took care of Brayden. We are forever grateful for your beautiful souls. So you're going to see my name up here a few times. We took my daughter here because her legs were a little swollen. They tell my wife they want to put a catheter in my 2 year old, not suggesting anything else. Of course I'm objective you can get a sample another way. That was one thing, when they tell my wife they are going to draw blood and they put an iv instead. Call security when I tell him I demanding better communication between the nurses and us as parents. Cut me off in the middle of a sentence to ask in I'm done! Real professional Doctor . Father's stay calm, they want you to flip out so they can have all the say in how to treat your precious child. I'm able to be dominant and polite at the same time, professional.Will Hernandez

Unwilling to explain what our 2 year old's check up would entail, refused to actually conclude the check up unless my son was completely out of his clothes. One nurse said it was fine if just his shirt was removed, the doctor then said everything needed to be removed down to his diaper. Very impatient. If you work in pediatrics the expectation is that you have some type of warmth towards the children, we received none of that. As I was departing the Doctor started badmouthing me with his colleagues as a mother for not forcing my child out of his clothes to complete a routine wellness check. Looking for another degree or to switch careers and thinking of South University, well wipe the from your memory. The education you will receive here is subpar. Why do I say this? The professors race through teaching the curriculum so that you can complete the degree on 18-20 months. When this happens, students are not learning information to retain. Students are memorizing information. Better yet, many of the students cheat to pass so that they won't get put out of their programs. When students report those cheating, it goes in one ear of the staff and out the other ear. How is it fair to those students who are actually studying and not cheating to earn lower grades than those cheaters? When students are going to the professors telling them the students are cheating, why is this constantly being overlooked? Why isn't the President or Dean doing something about it? If your average is 69.9999, the professor rounds it down to a 69 and not round up to a 70. Honestly, these are some of the most no mathematical people I've ever seen. You learn how to round numbers in elementary school but a college professor round simple numbers. If you decide to go to the nursing program and decide not to heed my warning, then stay away from LINDA PECK'S class. She teaches one thing in class and tests on something totally different. You're better off teaching yourself rather than going to her class. She lows students to cheat in her class and even sees it for herself and does nothing. While the class portal shows how to calculate grades, Linda has her own way of calculating grades. If you're not Caucasian, then she will discriminate against you in any and every way that she can think of. The Dean and other higher officials let her do whatever she wants. A good professor or educator for that matter wants to see students succeed. Linda likes to see how many people she can fail. What Linda needs to remember is that she wouldn't want what she's doing to students to be done to her. While the university has recently filed bankruptcy, they failed to tell the current students. Many students found out by it appearing in news publications on the web. The great professors have been let go and staff like Linda remain to wreak havoc on her current and future students. I don't want any medical professional to work on me that has cheated their way through school. Hence, the very reason you should consult beforehand. Don't forget to check those medical licenses. If you're a minority, you want to skip South University as they allow current students to post racial slurs etc in social media. When it is brought to the attention of the school no one says anything. There is limited parking. Many students park at Whole Foods. Therefore, actual Whole Foods customers don't have anywhere to park. If you're a current student, keep complaining about the wrongdoings of the university. Better yet, take it to the head of South University in Georgia. If I could rate this so called university with negative stars, I would. Rushing through a degree and not learning anything is NOT a quality education. It's just all about quantity and how many students can get robbed paying these exorbitant fees and get further in debt while doing so. If you don't know, now you know. I am currently a PTA student and absolutely love it here. After going to MCI for nursing a few years ago and having such a bad experience (they weren't even accredited and teachers didn't seem to care about your well being and success), South has been such a breath of fresh air. They are accredited by CAPTE, every professor has received their Doctorate, and they truly and whole heartedly care about your success and well being. They strive to help you in any way, and they are so fun, outgoing, and interactive. Dr. Chamberlain and Dr. Bailey are AWESOME! I am in love with this school and program and I highly recommend it to anyone!Ashley Duncan

Even if you pay all your tuition, don't expect transcripts. More than 60 days later, with all tuition, fees, AND $10 paid for official transcripts to be submitted, this "institution" continues to be the single thing holding up my daughter's dental school application. A great place with great instructors. From the front office to the classroom, the staff is nice and friendly. When I walked through the front entrance, Someone is ready to help and make sure you get what you need. I really like the small class sizes. I am learning so many skills in the Medical Assistant Program. The instructors are very caring and encouraging. They make sure you understand and are ready to answer your questions. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNIVERSITY!!!! Positive reviews come from admissions counselors at SOUTH UNIVERSITY. BEWARE!!!!! I had a really bad experience at South University and yes I would agree with the statements about them being all about the money. I was told my transfer credits were approved, BUT once I was enrolled—signed all documents—then they told me that I had to retake more classes $$$ (again, after being “approved”). Tuition is ridiculous, I was charged well over $4,000 for 2 classes. Now they won’t even release my transcripts until I pay off this amount. BE CAREFUL!!!! The institution is disorganized, and I got mixed information from different people. I never knew who was in charge of anything…. It all seems smooth and nice until you sign up. BTW I received both As in my classes, this is an honest review based on my experience and it doesn’t come from “someone who’s not doing what they are supposed to”Santiago Cardona

I am an alumni of South University and I only experienced a great experience. I see people posting reviews that the school only cares about your money, which is not correct. There is a student academic progress process in which the students who are not doing well academically will be given the opportunity to improve their grades. If they do not, they will be academically dismissed from the school. The professors care about the students success and help in any way that they can. I highly recommend South University. The tuition if not cheap, but if you are looking for small classes, individualized attention and success…South University is the school for you. I feel that some people on this forum were not doing what they needed to do to be successful and they should own up to it, not blame the school.Kamisha Vanarsdale

The admissions team was amazing when I got there (of course I had an appointment) the wait wasn't long at all. The next day I went to see the financial aid, which didn't take much longer then any other college that I had gone to. The teachers are really nice and help you when you need any help with assignments. The tuition is pretty high but it is a private school that helps when you ask for what you need in a polite manner. Though I am upset that I can not rollover all of my previous credit from the last college that was closed down, I'm still happy that they have taken what they could! The nursing program is predatory. There has been a mas exodus of teachers and the good ones have refused to return because they don't trust the head of the department. They have lied to the Virginia Board of Nursing and the VA regarding their NCLEX pass rates and the VA will now not allow new students to use their GI Bill to attend this program. Last I heard, the Virginia Department of Nursing was also reviewing them due to complaints. If you still want to attend, anticipate having to teach yourself everything and probably still failing out of the program. Out of my class of over 35 students, only 1 or 2 haven't failed out. They staff is rude and condescending. They will tell you to go into debt to go through their program and to not pay your bills so you can focus on them if youre not doing well. They will accept anyone that will pay them, and legitimately only see students as dollar signs. When students drop out, they dont care because there's always new students for them to prey upon with lies and false promises. They don't want students passing, the more students that pass their program the more they risk their NCLEX pass rate dropping. **EDIT TO ADDRESS THEIR RESPONSE** The program had previously been allowed to receive GI Bill students, however that is not currently the case. Their response was misleading, making it seem like they've never been able to utilize GI Bill funding, because the program "has not yet" been able to? They had been able to just fine for the previous two years at least before it was revoked. This school's nursing program is the most toxic thing I've had the misfortune of feeding into. When the new director of the program took over and we had the Board of Nursing visit she solicited students to be available to answer questions about the program, then coached answers and told us what to tell them, instead of offering our genuine experiences because it could have affected the programs standing. The nursing staff themselves heard the same things about the schools standing with the Board of Nursing and the V.A. They're only sorry I'm publicly speaking out, they literally only care about making money off of the people they can sweet talk into attending their program.Nika

I really enjoyed receiving my education at Bryant & Stratton I graduated with my Associate of Applied Science and Medical Reimbursement Billing & Coding August 2021 and the program has really made a difference in my life. I would say to the future students just stay focus and you will succeed. This is for nursing… They will draw you in with their nice admission reps then when you get there, they completely flip the script. They don’t care about you or your success. You’re just a number to them. Half of the instructors are completely clueless on what to even do for the course. There was one who held a secret meeting with certain students, gave them the test answers and I not then revealed to the rest of the class that we were having a test. The rest of the class failed. Only a couple of the instructors are great. If you do clinicals you will most likely get misled by an instructor who has their own set of rules and then they will hold it against you for not following the “rules”. It’s like they want you to fail just to get your money.They will put on a big Smiley face when the board of nursing shows up and the students are so safaris if the administration, we don’t tell them the truth when we are asked. Either way, our word doesn’t matter to them and it never will. Ask any Bryant and Stratton nursing student and you will always get the same answer.DON’T DO IT.Jessica Matos

Every time I go to Applied Health I am greeted with amazing positivity…from Dr.C, Quest (in reception) the entire staff. More importantly, you will rarely if ever experience the patience, compassion, and diverse skill set that Dr. C brings to this healing practice. Her background and the depth of her knowledge in Chiropractic and Kinesiology Is very impressive, yet it is her intuition, and ability to meet you "where you are" on any particular day that is invaluable. I have been attending Applied Health for a year now. My body has dramatically gotten better. When i first started here, my body was so tight and tense that i actually ended up in the habit of hitting my back to make the tension go away. Now, i never feel that type of tension or pain on a regular day. That pain used to be so normal to me and now feeling normal is normal to me. Great staff! Goyal Dentistry is absolutely amazing!! The staff is TOP NOTCH, very caring and kind! Dr. Goyal is wonderful!! You can not ask for a better Dentist with a beautiful bedside manor and so much compassion! I called as a new patient with a dental emergency for my son! They got me in immediately with no wait and performed an extraction on a wisdom tooth for my son at that moment. Dr. Goyal was very thorough explaining to me what was going on and what needed to be done. I came here originally for an emergency tooth situation, in pain for for over a month searching for a dentist to help with my situation and soonest appointment was month or two out. I couldn’t wait that long I was in so much pain. Mr. Goyle & his staff were very considerate and helpful and quickly got me in and taken care of. I have searched for years regarding my severe neck pain – along with some other health concerns. All the other doctors have left me in the dust (or just want to do surgery) because it is just too "complicated" for them. Dr. Barr is the best doctor I have ever dealt with. She is incredibly intelligent, conservative when it comes to surgery and not afraid to think "outside the box." She has given me hope for a life of less pain for the first time in almost a decade. My experience under the care of Dr. Barr and the Barr Center Staff has been amazing! The staff is very professional, considerate, and kind. The office is clean and organized with documentation that covers a wealth of information. Dr. Barr is deeply knowledgeable and informative in her field and is very personable and approachable. She is readily available to answer any questions and ensures that her patients are aware of what’s going on and are comfortable during procedures. Dr. Barr recently did scar injections on me. I had a total thyroidectomy with neck lymph node dissection in June of this year leaving me with nearly 12" of scar around my neck. The scar was limiting my mobility and made my neck feel tight and uncomfortable all the time. After 3 sessions of scar injections by Dr. Barr, my neck mobility was improved by at least 75% with continued daily improvement. Dr. Martin saved my mouth and my sanity, literally. As a pregnant patient new to the area, Gentle Dental was actually my second stop. Originally, I was seen by Green Meadow Dental and was told I had 7 cavities and needed a heavy duty treatment. I take pretty good care of my teeth and was in disbelief. I also was hesitant to get this much work done before delivery. Frantic about the prognosis, I called Gentle Dental that afternoon. They got me in quickly and now, I will be a patient of theirs for life. Dr. Martin is an all-star, I honestly can't thank him enough. He did an extremely thorough but gentle exam, and his bedside manner was beyond what you would expect. He felt like a family member, trusted and sincerely invested in my well-being. I appreciated how seriously he took pregnancy and caring for his patients. After his exam, he took the time to show me literally every single tooth with a camera and explained why it was healthy. I appreciated this because even though I hoped for better news, I wanted to be sure I wasn't ignoring any issues either! His prognosis was that I had one minor cavity that could wait to be filled until the baby was born and my mouth was in overall a very healthy state. I teared up in the office because I was so appreciative of him. It wasn't just about receiving good news, it was about knowing I could trust in the care I was recieving, which was very juxtaposed from my visit with Green Meadow. Gentle Dental Center Landstown is hands down the best dental office ever!! The receptionist is really nice, always answering any questions I have and very welcoming as you come into the office. The dental hygienist ladies are wonderful and made me feel very comfortable where I have anxieties getting work done. Dr. Moorefield is also very kind and nice, works gentle and makes me feel I'm in good hands . She answered all and any questions I had as well as explained things to me on the x ray. Gentle Dental (Landstown location) has been my dentistry for a few years now. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. This has been instrumental for me since my cancer diagnosis. Simple and easy equals less stress. They are attentive to my needs and have always given me the best care. I had an oral surgery and had a broken tooth extracted. I haven’t been to a dentist in years because of an awful previous experience and because of that I have extreme anxiety and do not go to dentist. The staff here was so generous and knowledgeable and had me at a comfort level that amazed me. My procedure was perfect and now home healing up. I will go there for any dental needs for the future. Wonderful office. Couldn’t find an in network provider that was taking patients soon enough for wisdom teeth extractions. My insurance found them for me and the staff are all super friendly and very accommodating and understanding. I was nervous about my surgery but the staff even did a great job of calming me down. I had Phase II dental implant surgery today and I cannot say enough great things about OST. From the moment you walk in, the front desk is friendly and helpful. The treatment coordinators are wonderful. Last but not least, Dr. Ford, Nikki and the rest of my surgical team were fantastic. Dr. Ford was very enthusiastic about explaining to me how the entire process would go once I was under and Nikki and the other assistant (I didn't catch their name) were amazing getting me prepped and calming my nerves before the procedure. I was asleep and then back in my dads car heading home before I know it. Despite a little mild discomfort at first, after some ice, ibuprofen and a nap.. I don't have much discomfort and have no doubt the healing process will be a breeze! Easy, kind, and informative. The whole process was easy, they went over all the finical responsibilities, they took their time to discuss the procedure. I supported the practice back when it was a small mom pop shop by Marshals. Morgan was attentive, courteous and overall pleasant..i think he is good. They have now gotten too "big", nothing but sales people. What's worse is that i will NEVER support a business that uses gender or race as means of promoting/advertisement. Its a slimy political move i will never support. If i choose to spend my money, its because the service is good, not because its black or woman owned. Gay friendly?! This was by far the best experience I've had for an eye appointment. From the moment I walked in to the time I walked out, I felt as if I was completely catered to!! First off, the atmosphere was very positive, the staff were extremely polite and friendly which made me feel right at home! It was very clean and smelled amazing! I mean the customer service was just phenomenal! I did not have a wait time at all and was brought back immediately! Dr. Morgan was truly the best I've ever seen and he was thorough in his exam, explained everything to me in detail, and made sure I understood all that was discussed. We have been to several eye doctors due to frequent moves. My children usually have Medicaid insurance, and most places TREATED us like we had Medicaid. Frame selection is usually limited, which I understand, but the quality of care shouldn't be less just due to our insurance. Every single member of Morgan's staff is always so kind and accommodating. They have made getting new glasses a very enjoyable experience this time. After our first visit, we even got a card from Dr Morgan telling us to have fun on the trip i mentioned we were taking. We love Michelle. She always takes time to help pick just the right frames. I would recommend this place over and over again!Rene Bartels

Absolutely amazing practice. They were so professional and so kind. From the second I walked in the door the receptionist was the face of the company, happy and very nice, willing to assist. She explained everything I needed and was going to be doing with her before we began. Then she explained next steps. The hygienist Kim who came to get me from the waiting room explained how they did things there and was super sweet. Love her. She was so gentle and very good at communicating what I needed to do snd what was going on with my teeth throughout the cleaning. Then the dentist I saw was so awesome. He came in and shook my hand, asked how I heard of the practice which was just a Google search. He was great about explaining everything he was going to do and was doing as well as his best suggestions. Even the ladies at check out were awesome. Asking if I understood how my insurance worked and offering to explain it to me. They took their time. You could tell everyone that works there really cares and loves what they do. I think I found my new permanent dentist office. I will recommend them to all my friends and family. Great office. Great staff. Great experience. My Mom has had years of satisfying dental services at Beach Dental and nothing but high praise for the staff and especially for Dr. Daniel Barton. After my first visit as a patient, I am in complete agreement. The staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful, and they have this excellent system whereby the first person the patient sees in the chair is a totally knowledgeable dental professional who, besides being a very skilled hygienist, is in contact with the doctor throughout the initial exam, transmitting observed issues. The doctor responds electronically with instructions for further examination and then visits the patient as his schedule permits, which can be prior to completion.of the hygienic process, thus streamlining the entire operation from start to finish! Before becoming a patient at this office, I never had a dental appointment that I really looked forward to going to. When you walk in, the woman at the front desk is always so warm and welcoming, we talk about our families and she is always so kind. My most recent appointment, my babysitter cancelled and I had to bring my 20 month old daughter.. I really thought it was going to be an issue but my dental hygienist, Kim, turned it into a whole learning experience! She was *so* kind and attentive .. and as always, knowledgeable and educational. this specific appointment, Dr. Barton was the only dentist that day, but he still made time for us and didn’t make us feel rushed – he always makes it a point to teach and meet with me. Such a wonderful experience! At my consultation, we discussed my goals and I was presented with several options for different budgets so that I could choose what worked best for me. I asked to start my treatments as soon as possible and they got me in FAST! The treatment itself is almost a luxury. They brought me hot tea, several blankets, and a heating pad since I mentioned that I'm a wuss about being cold. The rooms are elegantly decorated and cozy. I was so comfortable that I almost fell asleep. Also, I travel with a service dog and they put a water bowl and blanket down for him. So sweet! My experience at Cool Body Coolsculpting was really so much more than I could have expected. The ladies that took care of me were so kind and welcoming. They explained everything they were doing and made me feel really comfortable. I had 6 sections on my stomach done so I was there for 4 hours. It was comfortable with a TV, pillows, blankets and snacks. They checked on me often. I’m looking forward to seeing my results and returning for my second session.Jennifer K

Great staff that is welcoming and friendly. They have a multitude of techniques and skills to help anyone literally. They seem to pool their skills to address your condition, so you get the best therapy for you that day. Sometimes, we are working an area, which then affects another. They'll work with that to get it all to settle down and to keep me moving forward. They provide cash plans and accept insurance. In addition to physical therapy, trainers, personal training, nutrition, massage, cupping, turbo massage, and more are available. Most work is done in a spacious six bay area. Additional bays, floor space, and workout equipment assist the therapists in targeting areas. Private room massage is available in a number of back rooms. The facility keeps cleaning gear and sanitizer accessible and routinely cleans tables and equipment after client use. It's a good environment for improving and restoration.Jennifer Dolehite

Great staff. Excellent energy upon entry. I made the right choice. Kate Thurston is a true professional dedicated to her profession. My first visit I was able to release much tension from my headaches that I have suffered from for years with pill after pill. Thigh pain loosened from pinched nerves. She is just exceptionally gifted at what she does. Whatever you are paying her is not enough. Needed to add. Been suffering from headaches for years with medication. I am a Medic and I have had the worst dental experience with the young dentist, Dr Troisi that make me miss Dr Mrs Estrada( she was gentle, patient and very empathetic with patients) Dr Troisi is skillful but from my own experience, I feel like she is overwhelmed and rushing over patients just to finish the queue.. the 2 encounters with her were rough, traumatizing and worst of all dental dental experience I have ever had..and I thank God I don’t have a near future appointment ….. on the other hand I appreciate Daisy ( hygienist) for the great job she does!! The new owner, Dr. Troisi, is a highly skilled and family-friendly dentist. She was our dentist previously at Konikoff Dental Associates in Suffolk, Virginia. At Konikoff, we switched dentists multiple times because each dentist would constantly try to sell dental-related products like mouth guards, sonic toothbrushes, etc. I asked them to stop. Dr. Troisi was the only dentist who listened. When we discovered she had left Konikoff, we googled her new office location. The office staff is friendly, helpful, and reliable. There have been no sales pitches so far. Only fantastic dental services. I do miss the amazing aquarium at the Konikoff office though. However, when in the market for a dentist, I will always choose a dentist who provides superb dental services over a dentist with an aquarium. I am a new patient at this office and as soon as I walked in the office there was very open welcoming arms. Dr.Torisi is so sweet and very kind! All of her assistants are very nice and positive and the hygienist are very sweet and kind !! Everyone at the office greeted me and it made me feel special ! 1. Have fun trying to get on the phone with them. They do not answer the phone and take days to call you back. 2. Choose your doctor wisely. Apparently they have a policy stating if you’ve seen one doctor, you are never allowed to switch to any other doctor within the same practice. So since I saw one Neurosurgeon TWO years ago, never again, no treatment plan, nothing actually tying me to this doctor, I cannot now TWO years later make an appointment with any of the other two Neurosurgeons available. That means, I have zero access to two other fully capable Neurosurgeons that may be a better fit for my personal medical issues because their own “private practice” policy. Quite frankly, I have seen enough doctors in the past 10 years of my multiple medical conditions to know when I am not connecting with a doctor. That is how I feel with the previous Neurosurgeon and I should not be restricted to him. I could 100% understand IF I was under some form of medical treatment or I had consistently been a patient of them and decided I just wanted to switch, however I have NO ties to this doctor minus ONE appointment TWO years ago where no medicine or treatment was initiated. How is this even legal? & No, I have not been seeing any other Neurosurgeon elsewhere in the past two years, my medical condition is beginning to flare up again and I need to be seen to ensure it has not worsened. I guess I will take my money elsewhere.K Q

I took my mother to see Dr. Robertson today to get a cortisone shot. She broke her femur two weeks ago a day before she was scheduled to get a cortisone shot. She missed that appointment because she was in the hospital. Her shoulder is bothering her making it difficult for her to do the needed therapy. She had an appointment there today. She was medically transported there by rehab. I told them she was two person assist and knew the examination table with the step stool would be challenging for her. Not easy to transition from the wheel chair to the high table and tiny stool. Who knew the world renowned Jordan Young Institute does not have an exam table that can be lowered to accommodate a patient with a broken Femur? The PA even admitted that stool can be challenging for older patients and I remember thinking that on earlier visits.🤦🏻‍♀️ How my mother needs to go to the hospital for the shot and the appointment is scheduled for well after her discharge date from rehab. 20 years ago my mom had both knees replaced by Dr. Jordan and Dr. Dowd. Feel like it was a different place back then. Very sad my mother is still having shoulder pain because they didn’t have equipment in the office to assist her. Ridiculous.Alec Tober

1st the good. Dr. Vincent did an awesome job on my anterior cervical discectomy (neck surgery) & would highly recommend him for this procedure. The bad is office communication & returning calls. I still, as of this posting, have an issue over $112.96. I have repeatedly asked for detailed billing on several occasions yet only get a summary from billing. The same person in billing seems to be the issue (with an attitude). I have asked twice for someone else to call so we can settle this matter. yet no call. My medical bills including insurance have exceeded $60, 000 (all paid in full except this) since 2020, so I don't think I am not being unreasonable able asking for detailed billing.Scott Freeman
