The University of Findlay has a small pretty campus. Most of the architecture is beautiful red brick. The Science/pharmacy/teaching building and the library has it's own unique style. They have foliage producing trees in the fall and trees with nice blooms in the spring. They have flowers planted everywhere from Spring to Fall. They have cute clocks around campus. During the Winter they have so many beautifully decorated Christmas trees. One for the AMU student Center and one for the library. They also have a fire place in the AMU student center which is a great place to sit next to to study.Rachel Lynn Howell

Tuition is bit high but I didn't feel much stress during that period..Now I clearly clearly realize how good it was if I compare colleges and universities here inn Toronto, canada. Marietta College exists for its students. This small college is not run for its own financial benefit. The college works to make well-rounded individuals that are ready to leave their mark. The faculty and professors hold you to a high standard to prepare you. Student life is constantly changing to try to meet the needs of students and always have your best interest in mind. The campus police are the nicest people you will ever meet. When you get to the college you will either be so involved you need more time or you won’t be involved in anything. The college works its hardest to bridge the gap. No one who works hard and asks for help fails at this college. There is a lot of pride in being a part of the “Long Blue Line.”Jim

My son toured the campus and fell in love with it! We had toured a couple other schools, that I thought couldn't be beaten, but he found his college!! He was accepted and sent in his registration payment!! He's going to be playing football for the college (OLB) and found a major he never considered which will be a perfect fit for him (sports management)! He received a great scholarship package and was on par with all the other colleges he had looked at and applied for FASFA (68% paid for through scholarships/grants). It’s a racket. You pay way too much for a subpar education. There are more reasonably priced private colleges, with better programs, up the road. Do your research before attending this college. Poor service! I cannot explain the frustration myself and family endured while earning a degree I BARELY had a chance to use. This is one of the most disrespectful, greediest schools I have ever been to! The parking costs for students is outrageous. Staff in all parts of the university are lazy, some were not friendly, disrespected other cultures of people, and then some. I was lied to by multiple professors that I had to only purchase books from their book store and not Amazon. Amazon saved me tons of money for the same book! One time, I got water on one of my text books and that bookstore charged me $184 to replace the book!!!! Not to mention their clothing is overpriced! The material is just sweatshirts! Get real!! A lot of mean students attend school here. I noticed students bully other races of students, throw items at each other, teachers bully students and talk to them as if they are nothing! I am sorry, but that school costs too much to deal with BS (Not the degree either). The tutoring labs are the worst! They are not friendly, racist and do not seem to care if you have a paper due. Also, they provide those players with free tuition, but refuse to help families whose kids have straight A's. I am not talking about "wealthy" families either. That Business office needs to be shut down. That Gwendolyn or whatever her name is terrible! She has spoken to people like dogs and never smiles. I have seen those Business Professors snap at students. Terrible and unprofessional!! I hope someone snaps at your college kids as well and you will see/understand the feeling! I still owe this school money after years of graduating. Oh, but wait! Other schools helped me find work and I barely owe anything! We spent thousands of dollars for a fuc….you know the rest degree that provided no access to jobs over $40,000 and they did not help us find work. Oh, but wait! You can mail us letters asking to donate money to the school and those players. No worries! Life is still great and we eventually made better money! This school is not worth it! From the first time I visited Ohio Dominican University, I was impressed by the atmosphere and interaction between students and professors. I loved the classroom sizes, which fostered the ability to ask questions and interact with fellow students and professors. This is something that I strongly feel is a key component for any young person to grow, learn, and figure out what path they want to pursue. Throughout the course of my time at Ohio Dominican, I developed many skills that I still use today.Joe Bell

We enjoyed are visit, found Lake Erie College and the community wonderful. So good in fact my son has decided to matriculate at Lake Erie College. The students we met, along with the faculty and football coaches were all first class, Tyler is going to be a Freshman in the Fall of 2015 and play football for "The Storm", he is signing his confirmation on signing day 2/14/2015. It's a good feeling when your all in on a decision no second guessing. We both were sold on the school, the community of Panesville, OH and most importantly the many people we met, who were all first class. Go Storm !!!!!!!!Dafirestar

I love Columbus State and this is why: Before Columbus State: Growing up, I was never interested in the information taught in school, because I did not feel like it was applicable to the real world. After a year at a private college, I was originally apprehensive to restart college at any college. I was also scared of a community college. I grew up in Michigan, and I felt like our local community colleges had negative stigmas attached to them. Luckily, my older brother took me into the application office in Delaware, OH to take the entrance exam. I believe I tested out of an english and/or a math class. While at Columbus State: I would like to note that I always attended C-State as I held a part time job (10-20 hours a week). I originally attended an EMT-B class at Columbus State. The class was more challenging than I had anticipated and was pretty time consuming. I received a B in this course, but found employment immediately in the field and felt confident in my skills. A year later, I returned to C-State with the desires to go to nursing school. Thanks to ample meetings with advisors in Health and Human Services, I decided to take some prerequisite nursing classes as there was a waiting list to apply for their nursing program (while I worked part time as an EMT-B). During this year, I found more confidence in my work and studies, feelings of support and encouragement from staff, and rewards from hard work. I was also able to sign up easily for academic accommodations for the first time in my life! I loved my time at Columbus State within this year! I never thought I would love school or receive my first 4.0 GPA in the spring and summer semesters. For the first time, school finally felt fulfilling for me. After Attending Columbus State: I decided to leave C-State after a full academic year, and I pursued a BSN degree through another local school. I often look back at my time at C-State and regret that I did not take more classes here while saving a decent amount of money! I would suggest night classes if you are willing and able. I found that students were more likely to be hard working, more mature, disciplined, and also employed. I also found professors who taught night classes were often from OSU and more understanding. Generally my teachers were all very competent, funny, and held experience in the world. The only negative experience that I found was dealing with C-Stat's Police department staff and accessing their gym/locker room. Students must sign up manually for the gym locker rooms every semester at C-State's Police department and then wait for several days for your card to be accepted from security/police. This system seems dated and non-productive. I feel like this process should be easily automated. This issue led to a negative experience I had with a police officer that identified as Sergeant Diamond. I felt like this officer escalated my personal situation while being disrespectful and patronizing. Another time I was eating a meal in my car between classes when a police car pulled up to me and asked why I was parked between two spots in an empty parking lot and then asked me to pick a spot. I'm sure the police department deals with things they don't want to. I could have been lucky and experienced two poor attitudes on hard days, but I do not feel like the police department is fulfilling their mission that states they want to provide "exceptional customer service" for their students based on my only two experiences with them. I would take a look at how the police staff is trained at C-State.Connor Hill

I have enjoyed Columbus State and majority of the people I’ve met here while on track to my BA but this college needs some serious restructuring. The biggest thing I wish Cstate would look into is their faculty. When I go to ratemyprofessor.com and see many of them at a 1 to 2 star rating, that concerns me. I have personally had good and bad professors here and majority of the good ones were adjunct professors, the bad ended up being tenured faculty. I wish the college would look into the gripes students have and start to question whether or not they should be hiring adjunct professors to replace them. The only other major issue I’ve had is from advisors. The point of the advisor is to advise the student on their education path, but when I have a genuine question or concern, interrupting/having a snarky attitude doesn’t come off as professional to me. One last thing, please talk with the finance department about putting a budget together for another parking garage. I don’t go during peak hours anymore but when I did parking was atrocious. It will be 6 weeks this semester (Spring 2019) before CSCC releases financial aid refunds. I cannot believe they get away with this! OSU is 9 days after the start of the semester! Some people rely on these excess funds to survive another semester of school! This should be illegal and I’m pretty sure it is because according to federal financial aid funds are to be released up to a max of 14 days after the start of a semester! Insane to make people wait 6 weeks+ to receive their refund. Also, parking is obnoxious here any time of day. It also seems to me that each department does not have a good linear structure of teaching so each professor is just kind of doing their own thing whichever way they feel like doing it. Some classes are too long some are too short. It really feels like no one is in control here it’s just a free for all I guess. Employees are not friendly in any way shape or form. Honestly the only good thing about this school is how cheap it is. “You get what you pay for.” 🤷‍♂️614 Realness

Honestly, should have listened to everyone discrediting this school. Cheaper ain't better. This school has stressed me out and I've only been attending for one semester. They keep changing my aid amount, will not reimburse my refund and all together have made my college experience a nightmare in hell especially with me working full-time. It always something new going on with my financial information for the following semester and new requirements that were completed prior to me attending resurfacing. Who has the time to keep re-ensuring that they're getting the money they already previously accepted? It doesn't matter how early you send your FAFSA in, they will find a way to have it reprocessed so late that you won't recieve the amount you already accepted. Very poor experience, people don't care about the disabled students, they had charged me over $1k for not helping me get into my classes and they've abandoned me in 2010. One star for absolute failure. Edit: 9/14/2022 this so-called trio program from Owens community college isn't helpful not resourceful of how am I supposed to go to college, they sign me up late not knowing I'm missing out on my assignments and these advisors in the school are lazy and rude like they don't care for the disabled students such as myself. Attended Owens and completed an Associates degree in 2001. Returned to a local area 4 year college to complete a Bachelor of Science. Due to the high cost and mediocre experience. I chose to take as many transfer classes as possible at Owens. A full time semester was a fraction of a 4 year college semester. Pretty rigorous course material and most importantly, courses are well structured, you could actually work ahead following the syllabus. Students and staff are pleasant. Have my 4 year degree, and returning to Owens for certificate programs to fill in the gaps from said 4 year college curriculum.Brent A.

Had a wonderful visit to Cedarville University. The students and faculty we met on both formally on the tours and informally on campus have an passion and appreciation for the school, the vision, values, the leadership, their education, and for people in general. Just an amazing culture there. Update: Now after visiting again, I'm further impressed. Very solid teaching, both academically and in the Biblical teaching. The staff and leadership love God, love people, and really strive to help the students succeed not only in their future career, but in life. When asked tough questions, the leadership does not give in to what people say or even try to walk a fine line trying to please everyone, but they stick to the Bible as the source of truth, and practice grace and truth. I am an alumni of cedarville and I have a very spilt opinion of the school. On one hand I had incredibly helpful professors who went out of their way to teach/mentor me through 4 years of college, interview prep and ultimately connected me to my after college job. On the other hand the administration has many flaws. They refuse to listen to students. I personally was harassed by a Bible professor. (He attempted to break into my car.) If you are struggling they will not make exceptions for you with curfew or chapel exc… They promote faculty that are demeaning to students (mindy may). I understand that most places have flaws. BW provides a well rounded education. With that being said, your program of study will most likely consist of general education courses. BW degree programs usually do not provide a focused study on your major. Instead, the focus is liberal arts. I attended BW for a short time and majored in Criminal Justice. During that time I discovered that most of the classes for my major had little to nothing to do with Criminal Justice. They were mostly liberal arts courses. This is true of many other degree programs. No matter what your major, you will only take a few classes that are actually relevant to your major. In summary, if you enjoy a small campus atmosphere, if you are satisfied with a degree that does not provide a focused study on your major, if you want some prestige on your degree, and if you are willing to spend $900 per credit, then Baldwin Wallace is certainly the place for you.Tracer Films

It's a good school and the campus is really nice. Best thing is probably the professors. I loved 95% of my professors. Worst part of the school is the surrounding area. My daughter went to BW and we couldn't have asked for a better college. You are not just a number, the staff is very helpful and caring. By far the worse school you could attend . The school charges you for a education , but you never have a professor. I attended the VA program which was a complete waste of time . You don’t learn anything with animals instead you are working with stuff animals. There are never teachers at this campus’s, let alone by whole time attending this program I had a teacher literally verbally assaulting me via text message and changing my grades constantly. I had to eventually go to the students president who therefore didn’t solve anything , and then once he did at this point it was useless because I already wanted to drop out but I was in too deep. The counselors were aware too of the situation and did absolutely nothing about it , also if attending this school pregnant, be aware they don’t believe in Time of leave , and or doctors note . After I gave birth to my first son they wanted me to finish my proficiencies not even 2 weeks after my son was born , even with a doctors note explaining postpartum rules ( when I had 3/5 done). They also didn’t let me take my exam at a later day, I had to take it not even 24 hours after giving birth ! Very unprofessional and unorganized school . I would avoid at all costMillie AndZelik

NOT a success story. 2018 graduate for VA program. I graduated the top of my class and I am currently unemployed. In both the clinics I worked at, the position of an actual Veterinary Assistant was never granted to me. First place I was at I was a kennel attendant for a year and they didn't like me enough to promote me. Second place, kennel again, position of Veterinary Assistant didn't exist and had to consider becoming a tech – a far more independent role that I was NOT ready for given the deadline I had and my coworkers being too busy to train me. My certification never, ever held much weight. I am thousands upon thousands of dollars in debt and my life was almost ruined. I can't afford monthly tuition anymore. Dreams crushed. Years wasted. Have to literally pay for my biggest mistake for the next decade. Now that I've lost faith in the medical field I don't know what to do with my life. Be wary. I had a pretty great experience with Ross. Very hands on. We learn by doing things on each other. The teachers are awesome. They make sure you are very prepared to go out into the work field. Everybody is rooting for you there. I met some very amazing people at Ross. They also help you find a job when you're done with the program. This is a great stepping stone to get you into the medical field. Or in general if you're looking to make more money. I attended the Ann Arbor, Michigan location. My experience with Ross has been nothing short of AMAZING. My instructors were professional, competent, fair, confident, supportive, and always made themselves available to their students whenever needed. They made learning interesting and fun. I've never had any issues with my tuition thanks to the financial aide department always being on top of their game. And thanks to Career Services department, I was able to do my externship at a location closer to home at a well known and high rated medical facility. From the moment I walked in to Ross to become a student, I was greeted with a smile, and all questions were answered honestly and completely. I thank admissions personnel and administration for always being a positive ray of sunshine to all who walk into the facility, or call for information. And last, but certainly not least, I want to acknowledge the Director and the Assistant director for helping to make my amazing experience at Ross Possible. This school has helped me learn so much. The staff is so helpful. I am pursuing dental assisting at the moment. The instructor Ms. May is absolutely AMAZING! But going to PT Link Therapy, the recovery is going faster than expected, in fact, I had a fuller range of motion using my knee only after 4 weeks versus other knee replacement patients who I know. After 3 1/2 months in the hospital my husband came home in February needing nursing care and therapy services. He had several chest tube wound sites. The nurse came out one day to evaluate and change his dressing and to address medication issues from his discharge- she said she wouldn't be his regular nurse, but someone would be out. Never saw another nurse and I took care of the dressings and sorted the medication issues myself. PT came out until he could make it from our home to the garage. The occupational therapist, Christine has continued to come out weekly and has really helped him progress and get stronger. He received a call yesterday from a nurse calling to schedule an appointment to discharge him from services…it's probably fine since he can do much more on his own….but really? Nursing hasn't been around in 2 months, and they get to decide?? As a health care professional myself, it doesn't make much sense to me. Grateful for the therapy he has received, but disappointed in the lack of nursing care and follow through.Leigh Lesniewski

This is my first experience with home health and I am very happy with the Therapy staff. Colleen from physical therapy and Melissa from occupational therapy are the best! They were so positive and kind when I first met them. Melissa is the OT who works with me, and brought me a tub bar and all the equipment I needed. I needed a little encouragement as I have never had a major health issue. I had hip surgery and I was afraid to move! She encouraged me so much that I am able to shower now. Lauren the physical therapy assistant was very good with working on my confidence with going up and down the steps. If I ever need anything in the future, I will only use Med1care. My fear I felt before they started was so high, now I am able to do almost everything that I could do before and it has only been 2 or 3 weeks. They are a great knowledgeable team. I recently had neck and spine surgery. Med 1 was there to help me within a couple of days after I got home from the hospital. My nurse, Trish, was very kind and let me know what I could expect. My physical therapists, Colleen and Lauren, were very helpful in showing me the exercises I needed to regain my strength and making sure I understood how to do them. My occupational therapists, Melissa and Danielle, were also helpful in instructing me in ways I could strengthen and regain the use of my left hand. Each of these wonderful ladies who helped me were very professional and friendly, and always willing to take the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. I would not recommend this oral surgeon’s office as their billing is not ethical. My daughter had oral surgery in June 2021. It is now February 2022 and we are still waiting for money they owe us. They told us the day of her surgery that my UNION INSURANCE would not cover the entire procedure, and made me pay out of pocket hundreds of dollars towards said procedure prior to putting her under. This was of course completely inaccurate as my dental insurance is adequate. I have never once had to pay a dental bill nor do I have a copay or deductible for dental, but never the less, my daughter was in pain, so I paid. We have received one reimbursement after calling/ emailing them numerous times. Please consider taking your dental needs elsewhere.Amber Gowing

I have to say that this is one of the most professional upstanding dental offices I have visited in a long time. Dr. Hashim & his staff was very nice and comforting. The office was very classy and clean and just a great atmosphere. I went in for a cleaning and the staff was very gentle and patient with me. I have had bad experiences in the past, so I was kinda reluctant about becoming an new patient but this experience has changed my mind about dental offices. My dental work did not last 3weeks and he never return calls to fix my problem. Dorsey has literally changed my life! My late husband passed away in January 2019 and left our 5 year old son and myself devastated. We were grieving, had to move, and lost my job during the first 3 months of being a single mother. I didn't have enough money to support my child while I was working minimum wage job and also being on government assistance. While I worked at Walgreens, I was told they had a pharmacy tech program for employees that have worked their for at least 6 months. I thought that would be such an interesting career and couldn't stop thinking about it. Unfortunately, I lost my job at Walgreens but I still wanted to become a pharmacy technician. It was 3 days before my birthday I called up Dorsey to see if they offered a CphT program. Tara, my amazing admissions advisor, gave me all the details and made an appointment within 5 minutes of that phone call. I met with Tara the next day and she was so nice and thorough when explaining the program, the facility, financial aid and everything. I signed up for the program that day. All the staff made it so easy to get enrolled, get help me get finaical aid, and loans payments I can afford! All the staff at Dorsey are legitimately the most supportive people you will meet in your life! They genuinely care about you and you aren't a number but an individual. My teachers are amazing and will do whatever it takes. Mrs. Ault, the pharmacy tech teacher at Dorsey, is one of the most generous, smart, nicest, and most genuine person I have ever met. She will come in early to help tutor you or answer any questions you have through text. I have texted her when I was overwhelmed and she is always there to talk to. I admire her so much and she inspires me everyday to be a better person and teaching me to love myself again, to have pride in myself. Ms. G. is another example of a model teacher. She is so down to Earth, makes sure you are ok, and always answers any questions you have. I adore her as well. I currently have a 4.0 GPA and was awarded Student of the Module award! 😃❤️❤️. I highly recommend Dorsey Woodhaven to anyone considering going back to school. I have been through so many trials and obstacles while in the program and the faculty has helped me through every single one of them and I am still succeeding. Not to sound corny, but honestly if I can do it, anyone can do it! Enrolling at Dorsey has been the best decision I have ever made (besides having my wonderful son) and I am going to school for my dream career! SUCCESS- the accomplishment of an aim or purpose Do you know why you wake up and go to work in the morning? Many people spend their lives trying to find purpose. Why am I here? What am I suppose to be doing? Some people may find that purpose and some won’t. Me, however, I have found my purpose because of Dorsey. I am a former graduate from the medical assisting program. I was speaker at class graduation, I’ve won an award through the state of Michigan, and I have done the lobby video for the campus. My ONLY goal when I started was to FINISH. All of my other accomplishments came along the journey, they weren’t planned. So never settle for less. I didn’t attend the Woodhaven campus, but I’m sure with encouragement, support and love the faculty provides; everyone will find their purpose just like I did. Take advantage of all the opportunity has to offer you. Use your resources; don’t be afraid to ask for help. The purpose of the staff is fulfilled every time a person crosses the stage. Dorsey schools is an amazing experience all together, to the students to the teachers all the way to the Dean of the school, everyone is super nice and the teachers are always there to help you if you need it, when it comes to the end of your school days they provide an externship, I was so thankful for that because I was able to get hired right off my externship! I am so happy for not just choosing dorsey but going with this specific campus, best part is they do events that get you involved, I was an ambassador my entire time being there and I loved being able to get involved with not just school but the community, if I could give them 10 stars I would!Mechayla Ramon

Top-of-the-line dental office (I've had four previous dentists in my lifetime–and Dr. Marshall, and his entire dental staff, is the best by far). They treat you like royalty. Dr. Marshall's office also does an incredible job of letting you know when your next appointment is. They don't try to do high-pressure add-ons, either (and I like and appreciate that). I am so glad that I chose Dr. Warren to be my dentist. He is so gentle and kind. When I have a concern about anything other than what I am at my appointment for he looks at the issue without any problem. I adore his staff. I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of the staff and services provided at Evolv. I stand by my statement when I say that they have the BEST front desk staff in all of the land. Everyone is SO friendly and makes me feel amazing which is all one can hope for when seeking out treatment for something that may be an insecurity and often brings an instinctual feeling of embarrassment. There is no shame, only support at this office. I consider it an honor to be treated by Julie David. I am astounded by her nurturing spirit, and endless knowledge. You can tell she loves what she does and that is just one aspect of why she is the best there is. During my initial consultation, she walked me through each step of my Botox treatment and made me feel like I was hanging out with a friend. She explained what I did and did not need which was much appreciated as a first timer as was not sure what I needed, only where I wanted it. There was zero discomfort. I noticed results sooner than anticipated and could not be happier with the way I look. I also appreciate the way they are not shy about sharing deals, discounts to help save you money and earn points for your future visits. This is the 3rd thing I have had done there over the last 2 years (not countingfollow up or consultationappointments). The entire team is super friendly and helpful. I have not had any bad experiences there ever. I love that they encourage getting healthy before bigger procedures like surgery. I was put on a vitamin regimen for the week leading up to surgery and an EXTREMELY detailed, custom made book telling me how to prepare, what to do day of, follow up care, and even the emotions I might go through. My experience was so positive when I decided to have an obvious scar on my head removed they were the only place I considered. They also stick to their word and quotes and I never one single time felt like anyone tried to upsell me. They made me aware of other options, but that is it. Never, ever pressure. Some I did, others I didn't. I am so incredibly grateful that I found them when I was considering making changes.Tiffany Colter

This was my first experience at EVOLV and I was beyond impressed. I was an aesthetician for 7 years and had high expectations on service. I got the Visio photo, Hydrofacial and Botox. Each experience was customized to my needs and I feel so refreshed and ready to take on anything. Addison did my botox and her knowledge on facial structures and the products she uses were impressive. Her drive from further education gave me a great sense of comfort as well. Brittany gave me the Hydrofacial and the experience was more than I could hope for. My skin looks and feel fresh and clean. She new exactly what I need without having to say too much. The front desk was welcoming from the moment I walked in and they were all excited for my first time experience and helpful throughout the process. This has to be the worst school if you are looking to further your education. I am in the electrical technician program and I PROMISE you it would be better to just become an apprentice. The only thing this school will do for you is give you the school hours for your journeyman test. One teacher is SERIOUSLY ONLY here for his extra pay check, the other teacher expects you to remember everything even though he has only talked about it ONCE, and the other teacher can only help as much as he can. The other thing is, they tell you it’s about 75% hands on 25% bookwork. I am on my last mod and so far it’s been about 85% bookwork and 15% hands on and the little bit of hands on work you do is un-realistic. Long story short, I wish I never came here, please don’t make the same mistake. I would recommend becoming an apprentice once or twice to see if you really like electrical before you sign up for Dorseyginger sarge

Dorsey has failed the pandemic graduating class, there was absolutely no communication or follow up after an earned externship. They failed to communicate an existing balance. Leading to me wasting a year of my life thinking that I was going to graduate and move on to me not being accomplished and in debt. 2,900 is the balance that was due and not communicated due to lack of employees during the pandemic. No graduation, no state test, nothing to attempt to help fellow students having a hard time. I DO NOT recommend DORSEYcinnamon ector

Dorsey was a great experience for me, at the time I was really going through in my personal life and they were very supportive in helping get through in the death of my husband which was just before graduation, having my hearing disability they made sure I was able to understand and pass my courses, I graduated with my Medical Coding degree and obtained a job before graduation. This school is the biggest waste of money and time I’ve ever seen. I signed up for an online phlebotomy course because in my situation that was the easiest for me to complete a certification. The online course of filled with errors and was completely disorganized because it wasn’t clear what information I should even pay attention to. The disorganization of course was a hassle in itself and on top of that I was expected to complete my draws from an outside source so the school didn’t even provide me with volunteers to do my draws. Given the current climate of the corona pandemic and with shutdowns and increased health risks, it was difficult to find an outside source that would teach me how to draw blood. I then decided to switch to the in person course because I was told I’d be able to complete my draws at the school. This was a blatant lie because I was still expected to bring in family and friends for blood draws instead of the drawing on classmates. This was impossible because family members were constantly busy with work or school and could not go completely out of their way to take time off or ensure a negative covid test. All I did was waste a bunch of money only to learn nothing and not gain any sort of certification or phlebotomy skills. I tried to get an externship. Which if you go through the school you have to pay for. Doctor offices, clinics and urgent cares wouldn't even look my way once I told them the name of the school. It’s completely unfair that students are expected to find their own externship and volunteers to do training on. So now here I am a year later, looking for schools again.. Just please everyone do yourself a favor and stay far away from this "school". Learn from my mistake don't go here unless you like wasting money.Zeinab Hazime

I’m currently in the phlebotomy class, and I have to be honest and say I wouldn’t recommend it. I’m grateful to be in the course, don’t get me wrong, but I feel like I could have looked up the same info on YouTube or Google and learned more. In fact that’s what I’ve mostly done, followed the guides they’ve given and research the information myself. I also ordered a test prep book for phlebotomy & that’s been more helpful. The videos are unorganized, old, hard to follow, and not straightforward. The instructor goes over a lot of unnecessary info mixed in with the info you need, which is challenging. The medical terminology video instead of preparing the PowerPoint then going over it, she makes the presentation as she goes. It takes about 2 hours to go over what should be 45 minutes if information. If you’re a visual learner like me, this isn’t the course for you. Mostly it’s lecturing on a frozen screen that has nothing to do with the context of the video. It’s very affordable & go at your own pace which is great, but you do kinda just get what you pay for in this course!Claire Maria

Phlebotomy career Training /Garden City / Michigan State, has changed & improved my life for the better in a very shot period of time. I used to work as a general labor worker for a long time, but now I am pursuing my dream because I am working as a Medical Assistant with such a great team and great Doctor. All the staff in Phlebotomy career Training /Garden City are great. They are very knowledgeable in their field. In addition they are so friendly & helpful with the students.
