Beautiful campus and accommodating during Covid. It's been great to have in-person lectures and class. There are still some campus events, career days, and visits from 4 year colleges for when you're ready to transfer. The staff and advisors have been so helpful.Michelle Nolte

This school is literally the worst, they take all day in the advising office and registration office. They will have one or two people helping more than 20 people and you would think that would make them have a sense of urgency but they do not. They all act as if they don’t feel like helping you and move so damn slow. I received 2 parking tickets during the time I have attended this school because two hours in a meter is not even enough. The best advisor is Shannon, the rest of them act like they don’t care and will not give you any guidance when your new to college, some will over talk you and not even pay attention or listen to what you are saying to them. This school will literally make you not want to attend college at all with how difficult they make the process. I am here at the college registering for my classes for the fall and have been here since 1:00 it is now 4:00pm smdh. If you plan on coming here make sure you have a whole day to spend here!!!! I was suppose to be taking classes here last year but wasn't able to log in. I had a meeting and asked for help and she said she couldn't help me for some reason…I ended up texting & emailing people for help but they eighter didn't reply or said they were going to help me but then ended up not communicating back. I managed to call tec support and they said website was down. Few days later they called me & said they were going to put me on a list and since then I haven't heard anything. Haven't received a SINGLE email about it(update haven't received any emails or calls back)Edwin Avalos

I feel like putting a bad review I’m currently trying to see a councilor here at El Centro I came Thursday before 5pm and they told me it was closed but on the website they close at 5pm. Come to find out today a staff member told me they closed an hour early because they were having a spring break party. Today I’m trying to speak to an advisor I’m the only one here sitting in the lobby still waiting for someone to help me. I used to love this school but honestly service has gone down the drain. I want to thank Troy, Kelsey, and Andrew for an amazing experience! Troy was great and patient with me while I was trying to get my ducks in a row. Kelsey gave the class/refresher for me and did a great job, she made the class super cool and understanding and was able to show proper technique as well as tips and tricks! Andrew supervised Kelsey’s class and also did the refresher for the first aid. It was a fun and funny experience, I was nervous at first but they were all super nice and we’re able to calm my nerves. Katie, OJ, and the team provided a very educational and professional AHA ACLS course. As a retired military leader, I have a great appreciation for "train to standard, not to time". Although this phrase was never mentioned during the course, Katie (who appears to be well-experienced in emergency and pre-hospital care) was able to focus on areas we all needed the attention and less time on areas we were able to show proficiency. Awesome place to go to go get certified for BLS. Been getting certified here the past six years, all my company staff gets certified here. The staff here is great, pricing is great. You are in and out within 15 minutes and get your certificate within and hour. Andrew was our instructor for the day, was great, answered all questions we had. 10/10 recommend all of his classes!! I took the 24 hour refresher course, it was SO GOOD! then the 16 hour prep class, I also bought the 24 hour course on accident, but I'm glad I did!! I tested Friday, and had never felt so confident after I walked out! I fail the NR 3 times and turned around and only had 70 questions, but I knew I had passes, my results came in on Sunday morning, and sure enough I passed!! I have told my entire fire dept about him and all my EMT buddies who still need to take their NR. I will continue to take his classes, cause you can never know to much! I have used Jon's EMS CE courses in the past and again just recently. Both times I have learned a ton! The first time, ages ago, I took the course LIVE because I failed my NR twice and did not want to fail again. I can honestly say that I learned more from Jon then I did in class (1st bunch to take NR in Texas). This time I took the recorded CE class to renew my NR that I let lapse (HUGE MISTAKE). I also, as an EMS educator, want to know how the exam has changed from the ole' paper and pencil version I took so that I can better explain the exam to my graduating EMT and Paramedic students. Jon is very thorough in explanation and has great anecdotes for recalling information (that burrito will never leave my imagination). Thank you for all you do Jon!Margo Padron-Murillo

Jon is awesome! I took his class due to failing the National Registry Exam three times in almost every category! I had taken my medic class so long before finally taking the exam I had forgotten everything and felt hopeless. Jon's class was super engaging, entertaining and easy to understand. Jon not only is a great educator but seems like a great person as well! I am writing this review after I have passed my National Registry on my first try after taking his course and I finished the exam in 80 questions! Karina was a great instructor! She gave great tips on how to improve your CPR and you can tell she was very experienced. I also enjoyed how the CPR mannequins lit up based on how well you were performing CPR. Compared to my previous CPR class where I only completed the skills portion in person, I enjoyed this class more (completely in person) because you got more experience performing CPR and I felt more confident performing CPR afterwards.April Peterson

Signed up for my CPR-BLS class recommended by my employer and Brian was our instructor today. Must say from attending several classes before, Brian was most engaging and allowed us his personal experiences to learn from. Definitely a good source for CPR class, they let you borrow the book to follow through class as well as study sheet to know important notes and be able to pay attention. The course content is excellent and Professor Juddson is awesome. Being an online course, it was quite the surprise to see the level of response from Texas EMS School whenever I had a question or need. They were flexible and worked with me on getting my rotations completed. As long as you stay on track and meet the deadlines that are given you, the course goes by pretty quickly. Don't think for a minute that it's easy though. Be prepared to commit 3-4 hours per chapter and be challenged. I learned that the variables that present themselves with each case is unique and can have more than one solution. Learning to navigate through the physiology and pathophysiology to help the patient is very challenging and rewarding. If you are looking for an online EMT school that allows you to work and maintain a social/family life, this is what you are looking for.Kevin Murphree

I had a fantastic experience with Axon Education. Their program allows the student to complete assignments, quizes and tests on their own terms. The coursework is challenging and fun. The support from the professors is amazing. I was able to work ahead and finish the course sooner than expected. Yes, it's a difficult course if you don't put the effort into it. But they design the exams to be difficult so that the student is fully prepared to take the National Registry of EMT exam. I passed the NREMT on my first try, and it's due to the rigorous nature of the Axon Education course, and thanks to the professors who endured endless questions from me and always helped to ensure I fully understood the concepts. This is an amazing school they have really made it possible for me to: 1.) continue my education. 2.) believe in myself again!!!! Prior to axon education I was a criminal justice major Double minor in psychology & child development At Tarleton State University I spent over $30k there unfortunately I jumped the gun and couldn’t afford everything I signed up for so ended up getting nothing. Pope and Crystal at Fort Worth were both awesome. Between the two of them, we got a lot of the “by the books” way of doing things, and the actual way things will play out while on the job. We got plenty of stories and lived scenarios from Pope that covered everything from patient treatment to self care, and Crystal hammered in solid strategies like PENMAN and GLXABCD that really helped with the medical and trauma assessments. Overall, much higher quality instruction and investment from our instructors than I expected for just three days. Would come back to learn from them any time.Alec Rigik

I attended EMTS for both my EMT and medic training several years back. I was nervous- I was the oldest one in my EMT class (27 at the time) and thought maybe I had made a mistake starting my training so much later in life. Dead wrong. After 1 day in class I knew I had made the right decision. The instructors at EMTS were there for me anytime I needed help. Day, night, before class, after class, between classes, everything. I did my homework on schools in the area and EMTS was the best there was. This wasn’t some mediocre trade school full of students and staff who don’t really want to be there. The people at this school have a genuine passion for EMS. They work hard to be sure the students that walk through their doors have that same passion. Make no mistake they care about you and your education more than you can imagine, but they will show you some tough love. EMS is not a career for anyone who cannot handle the brutal realities of the field. Many go into EMS with the thought that it is exciting, full of adrenaline packed situations, and great stories for later. While all of this is true, there is also going to be that patient with Alzheimer’s who wandered out of their home and fell down and you’re now spending anywhere from 1 minute to 3 hours with them just to get their name and birthday because they are scared and crying. There will be that SIDS call or that child abuse call. There will be inmates you treat that will go out of their way to get under your skin even as you’re trying to help them. EMTS works hard so that by the time you graduate, those who did not have the passion for it have been weeded out and you are 200% prepared both physically and mentally. That might sound a bit harsh, but would you want your loved one being attended to by an EMT or medic who didn’t care or didn’t have the best training possible? I have worked in various areas since graduating: ER, MICU, correction/tactical medicine, and mental health. My training put me miles ahead of most of the EMS personnel I encounter. Even medics with years more of experience or RNs- many many times I have had to step in and correct or take charge when I was not the lead for a patient. I have emailed my medic instructor numerous times to thank him for teaching us how to thrive. If you attend school here you will quickly see on your rotations how EMTS students are favored. I got to see and assist with A LOT of really cool stuff simply because I’d proved myself not to be an idiot and willing to step up. So many students on my rotations looked like deer in headlights. When you get into the field you will have people’s LIVES in your hands. I do not understand why schools and students choose mediocrity for something so important. This is not an easy program. It will push you and it’s tough. But they give you every tool you need to get through it and then some. EMTS is very hands on- they want to be sure you are thoroughly prepared. By the time you graduate you actually feel confident in yourself and your skill set which is such a great feeling. Anyone considering a career in EMS will thank themselves for giving EMTS a shot.Gaylen Grenier

This is the best training school you will find in my opinion. I went to EMTS with absolutely no prior emergency medicine training or education and gained an immense amount of knowledge and experience. More than I could have expected. I graduated EMTS prepared for a career as a first responder on a level that is heights above what other schools offer. Even if your goal lies in some other medical field, I would recommend this school, as they teach outstanding medicine that is applicable all around. I had a good amount of apprehension as the NREMT exam approached due to a fear of the unknown, but it was an absolute breeze given what I had been taught at EMTS. There was no difficulty at all. I was worried for nothing, because I had been prepared prior to taking it. This is not to say that you will not work. You WILL put in work or you will not graduate. Rightfully so. Identify your problem areas, work on them, and prioritize. Everything you need to succeed is given to you. The instructors are extremely approachable with any questions you may have (even Tom in his own way), the lectures are way above par, and the hands on training is excellent. In addition, take constructive criticism as just that – constructive. Use it to better your skills and knowledge as they are trying to teach you. Don’t be soft and you will emerge from this school a very well trained first responder. I cannot endorse this school enough. It was a difficult yet phenomenal experience.Michael Cook

I took this EMT course with not much interest in the medical field but knew I needed the certification to pursue my fire career. After the first couple classes I was pretty stressed out thinking I wouldn't be able to keep up, seeing as I have 2 businesses of my own to keep going as well. I quickly became overwhelmed and struggled to find time for homework and studying but as the course went on and things started connecting, I started having fun learning it. Tom teaches far more in depth than most instructors do, I assume, but his way of teaching helps you understand how the body works, and how things are connected. This helps you understand what you are learning, rather than just trying to remember words from the book. This course was difficult but if you put in the time and just pay attention, you will come out much further ahead in the end. I passed the NREMT on my first try with the minimum amount of questions which was a pretty big deal to me seeing as I started this course with very little interest. I now have full intentions to move on to paramedic which is also something I never thought I would want to do. Tom is very fair, straight forward, and tells you how to pass. I went into this school not knowing how to drive an 18 wheeler, Mr. Sam and Mr. Todd  had the knowledge & patience that I don't think I could have gotten from any other training program, every day I saw an improvement in mine and the other students knowledge, we each had different areas where we were struggling and they helped each of us in that specific area, our skills behind the wheel were improving each passing day. They understand how important it is for each one of their students to obtain their CDL License and will be with you side by side until you obtain it. Talking about the administrative side of the school they worked with me since the time I went to ask information until I got scheduled my driving test. If you want your CDL this is the place to go. From start to finish they provide everything you need to succeed. I can't say enough nice things about this school! I was able to drive 3 different trucks and i got plenty of driving time, maneuvers lessons and every single day we were going over pretrip.  I would totally recommend this school.Nancy Cilos

Please don't let this people steal your money. My husband paid $2500 advance for his cdl training with this people and he was not accepted for an unknown reason and this people stole him $1500 he was only refunded $1000. If they have some years in this bussiness they are suppose to know who can and who can't get their cdl. I think they stole his money on purpose . Very unprofessional we had to wait a month to get the incomplete refund . This people are hungry for money they don't care how much people struggles to save some money . I was blessed with the opportunity to attend a paramedic course online. I would not have been able to travel to school from the rural area that I live in. The instructors were great and always willing to guide me through something I didn't understand. The skills instructors were equally as awesome! Jane Dinsmore was super helpful in that she gave me multiple extensions throughout my schooling. However, the clinical portion of the course was the most complicated. It was the worst schooling experience that I've ever had. This course is unlike any others, in that you have to pass the didactic portion of the course before entering clinical's. That is too much time out of school and makes NR testing that much harder. The clinical coordinator was unorganized. I had to resend clinical paperwork multiple times because she would claim that she never received them. I waited 2+ months to get into clinicals. The plan was to attend Abilene Hospital. Tammy stated she just wasn't hearing from them. After 2 months, I was informed that they no longer had a clinical coordinator at that hospital. When applying for clinicals at the second site, I was told that Tammy was waiting on a response. I called the hospital myself and found that their clinical coordinator had quit. I then took it upon myself to find out who the clinical coordinator was. After multiple failed scheduling attempts and confusion, I eventually went through the sites coordinator to set up clinicals myself. I eventually worked up the nerve to report to Jane Dinsmore that I was having issues with Tammy, it was made clear that I was the one being "unprofessional." Not having clarified how I was being unprofessional, I was left to deal with it on my own. While I truly appreciate the one's who supported me through this process. I only hope that these comments would help to re-evaluate the way your clinical portion of the course works.ashley A

Excellent course. I did my paramedic through percom because I couldn’t quit working to go to school full time. I had 2 major life events, that caused me to have to put my schooling on hold. Percom allowed me to do this, then pick back up where I left off. I did this course during the height of covid, when hospitals simply wouldn’t accept students. Jane, and the clinical coordinator worked with me to get other clinical sites set up. I finished the course, I passed the paramedic written, and the skills fist time go. My national registry cut off at 82 questions. If I didn’t go through percom I wouldn’t be a paramedic today. I was able to get hired at one of the sites I used for clinicals a service that is a revered and aggressive service in the Texas Panhandle. If you make it through the course, you will pass national registry. If you log in and do the course work as recommended you will finish.Dillon Beach

Simply put; you get out, what you put into this course. The instructors are very practical on how to implement class teachings into daily experiences in the EMS field. The Academy has a great administration leading these students and will help with questions you might have; yet you are an adult, so they aren't going to hold your hand like you're in High School. You have an expectation as someone seeking a career in the EMS field, and this academy adequately gets you prepared for that. The beginning may seem daunting when you look at the itinerary (especially if you are in the day course); but once you are a few weeks in, it won't seem so bad. This academy will take a lot of time in order to complete homework and study for exams (for which you are required to make a minimum grade, and final average). If you are not serious about pursing this career field or do it just because your family member told you too or significant other; then you will probably not be successful. This career path is only dealing with the lives of others within your care, so they want you to know what you are studying and talking about (hence why there is a minimum grade you can make). If you are serious and still struggle, they offer office hours most of the time after class where you can ask questions and look over past exams/quizzes. Not everyone is cut for this industry and if you go through this academy, you will know if you are cut out or not.Klint Roefer

Getting my EMT from this school has been a great experience, Laura was incredibly responsive to any questions that I had, and really went above and beyond to help with anything I needed. The class is made for those who are willing to put in the work to be successful in this field. If your not serious about learning the material and taking accountability for your own future this is not the place for you. EMTS Provides the student with all the opportunities to learn the material and get ready for the national registry. It is not an easy course. The goal is to actually learn the material so you can do your job well. The instructors like Jenn, John, Nick, and Roxanne are incredible. They really bring the real world approach and application of the material to the class. The amount of passion that they have for helping students learn how to do things the right way is remarkable. COVID has just about messed up everything, but despite all of it, EMTS adapted to the challenges and made everything work. This is nothing short of impressive. If you are serious about getting your EMT or Paramedic then EMTS is a great opportunity. I have seen so many people making excuses, but that’s all they are is excuses. Went to this school/boot camp back in late 2019. This seemed like a convenient and quick option as a Canadian student to get my training done, get all my qualifications, while gaining lots of experience. Far from that. My class comprised of around 28 students, 97% of them being from Canada. Prior to starting the course, you have to do the online modules which were tedious. They make you purchase all these expensive books which you hardly touch throughout your course (out of the 2 books we had to buy, I didn't even touch one of them). Arriving at the camp, we were shown around, clean space with comfortable accommodations. The actual fire-fighting staff were amazing. Seriously solid instructors (for the most part), great humor, and all around a good time with them. Especially on the burn days, and auto extrication days. My issue with this course was how it was organized. The first week you arrive there, you stress about the "Training division" test. Then after passing that, you have a week until your state exam, which is very difficult. The one instructor in charge of the online materials would come and speak to us, and he was not supportive at all. Wouldn't deviate from simple questions like "So whats your the success rate of students passing the state exam?, etc". I found the course books did not cover all the material properly that were on the state exam. I feel like our course didn't even cover hazmat properly. I can't remember if the instructor was filling in for some one, but we really didn't learn much. On another day, we even spent an entire day trying to get an explanation on the different types of high pressure containers, low pressure, etc…. instructors did not clarify anything. In addition, the food was alright most days. However it became very mundane. A lot of the food was frozen, and simply reheated. A course tip, spend the cash and order some real food from a local restaurant on your graduation day. So much better than the sodium saturated, artificial food. A lot of our time was also spent doing all the chores throughout the building, which was fine, but when it came to crunch time and needing to study, last thing you want to be doing is washing dishes, and filling the tanks. A lot more emphasis on the state exam, and clarity of what to study would have been nice. At least 10 people I've spoken to have failed some portion of their state exam. I also feel like this school is some kind of a low-key religious cult. Maybe it's a Texas thing, I don't know. Respectfully, the instructors that were hands on throughout the course, and with us in the burn buildings were great. Definitely had some great, and memorable times. However I feel like spending the few extra dollars, and staying local (IN CANADA) would have been a much better choice. A part from the Texan instructors, you don't really get to experience Texas the way you think you would. If you're extremely self motivated, and you have studied the material from the books prior to arriving, this may be a course from you. If you like to be more hands on, steer clear.Charlie B

I paid $3120 for courses. they ended up being horrible. did not like them, had multiple people that are 20yrs+ FD vets stand by and kind of read over my shoulder. they agreed that I should just get a refund. I called at day 15 of joining and was told to continue the courses and call back if I wanted to still cancel. I declined and said that I did not want to continue and go over the 30day period and lose an amount I believe to be a "cancellation fee". I was then told I would be called back. I called through out the month and nothing. at this point I felt like I was robbed. I had no choice but to continue and try to finish what I paid for, while seeing if they would call me back. after getting 98% overall yearly percentages of fire calls per year, over 4.5yrs of serving in my Volunteer fire dept I have met thousands of people. I have warned these people and have stopped 4 people this week that just a conversation of being a fire fighter ended up where they mentioned this company and after telling my experience they refused to sign up. this put me in a whole financial bind paying for these courses and saved up to only lose everything. I attended the Structure Firefighter course here. I had been a volunteer for about a year, so was familiar with some of the basics of the equipment and tools. You do your bookwork online and then take the two week boot camp to learn and test your skills as well as take the state test. I had a great experience- the instructors are experienced firefighters, many with Fort Worth or Arlington or other big Texas departments. Obviously it's not going to be the same experience as a municipal department's ~six month academy where they teach you how THEY do it exactly, but this will prepare you with the basics you need to go into a department's orientation to learn their ways. I work for Stadium People, an event venue staffing company. TCU is one of our clients and I can't say enough about the facilities. The pride of the employees, fans, and players really show through. All involved are motivated, pleasant people to be around, work with, and assist. Stadium People provides all of the essential tools, leadership criteria, and environment to make coming to work something to look forward to, and working the numerous events at TCU is the icing on the cake. stolen body program According to the Tarrant County coroner's department, they tried to research and find my husband or other relatives. After 10 days per their policy; if the body is not claimed, they release the body to the University of North Texas Health Science willed body program . This program is designed to handle the bodies of the deceased that were not claimed due to financial difficulties. Our father has life and burial insurance. He and our family are not indigent, however Tyler and Claudia head of the UNT willed body program claim we have no rights to our fathers body or remains. Claudia, the supervisor in a very hearless and matter of fact tone said; "well the body is ours and as a courtesy, when we are finished with the body we will give you the ashes. If you sign this form by 5pm today." Claudia is referring to "next of kin donation form". This form attached is requesting that we donate his body to them. When we questioned Claudia why we would sign or need to sign this form, if we do not agree for them to have or use the body? Claudia's repugnant response was "well I don't know what to tell you, just sign the form or we'll keep the remains." After getting the run around between the County and UNT, we researched the Texas statues regarding disposition of body according to the Texas Health and Safety code. Sec. 691.025. PROCEDURE AFTER DEATH. (A)and(D). According to this a relative of the deceased may claim the body within 60 days after the body has been delivered to an institution or other entity authorized to receive the body (ie… UNT). The body shall be released without charge. Because we will not sign the UNT donation form, and UNT will not release his body to Golden Gate Funeral home, neither organization can send the request to the state for his death certificate. This empase has caused severe heartache to our family and friends. We are wanting to lay his body to rest, in the fashion that he request and planned.Cameron Kyser

The UNT Health Science Center somehow got it backward at one of the most crucial times, when Tarrant County residents needed efficient and effective delivery of COVID-19 vaccines. A Star-Telegram investigation reveals how disappointing the center’s performance was in distributing shots (pay for by TAXPAYERS) under an expensive county contract. The piece shows that the deal was a waste of money, thanks to misplaced priorities and excessive attention paid to petty details about communication and public credit. What taxpayers got was largely a pass-through contract, with the Health Science Center hiring a private-sector firm to do the actual work. The county itself could have done that! But then, Health Science Center officials seemed to be more concerned about who they were dealing with at the county than whether the program was doing much good. Records show that leaders were obsessive about who got credit for what and fussy about which county officials they would hear from. A top official had to prod administrator David Mansdoerfer about being willing to respond to the county’s top elected official, Judge Glen Whitley. Young capable leaders need to replace "the old guards of Fort Worth! This city deserves better leadership! Hospitals in Fort Worth are in serious need of improvement.Barbara Gayle

The Willed Body Program aka Body Snatchers Program and the staff specifically, Claudia are heartless and Claudia feels that the bodies that come to her office are hers. UNTHS has wrongfully possessed our grandfather's Body. We have not and will not give permission yet Claudia said its hers now! They are trying to pressure our family to sign the donation form. Good education at an affordable price, perfect for saving thousands of dollars doing your basic courses and transferring your credits at a university. Most of the instructors are generally passionate about their job and are willing to help their students, something that is easier to accomplish than at a university due to the size of the campus. However, my issue is how the school handles the bad apples. HR does not care about student-teacher complaints. I had an incident in the past where a professor publicly insulted me by my disability, but the department I sent my complaint – which contained receipts of both the incident and similar past conduct from the instructor – offered no sympathies, disregarded it due to it taking place "outside of campus", and trashed it. So by their logic, TCC's faculty are able to get away with any kind of discriminatory behavior so long as they make sure it doesn't happen in the classroom. I was going to return to get an additional certification, but because that same professor is still working there without so much as a slap on the wrist, I will have to study elsewhere knowing that they will prioritize their faculty over their students under any legal circumstance.Cody Kyrk

I haven’t even started my fall semester yet because they failed to inform me about the tsi test and all the other things I had to do before applying—id say about 3 things I had to do after taking the tsi test. I’m currently waiting on several emails to be returned back with information. Mind you, I’ve been emailing since June and it’s already august. Ive gone absolutely no where. I would NEVER recommend for anyone to apply for a job here at Tarrant county college southeast campus. They will never give you the opportunity to advance and you should see how they treat our part time personnel. Our HR department is not fair at all, they are personal friends with some managers, and they FAIL to see the whole picture, instead they let their friends control HR. We will have parties and food for all full-time employees and leave all part times OUT, the other day they sent an email “now all part times come and get some leftovers” that was SAD! ☹ I also feel like we discriminate part time employees and we don’t allow them to advance in their careers, if you are black you are more likely to advance and be promoted not if you are white. The moral around here is LOW for all employees. You can feel it when you walk in to our premises. No one is happy here and we are all micromanaged. The pay is not great at all. I’ll give this campus 2 stars only because I had 2 teachers that truly seemed to care about their craft and helping all their students learn well. When I expressed to advisors how my English teacher was basically failing me which I felt like was on purpose even though She knew about certain things she didn’t care and neither did they and that’s fine by me, but I’ll never set back foot in TCC ever again. Wonderful school. Transferred from UNT. I also attend Dcccd and if I could compare them I would say that TCC is better and more organized. Financial aid drops a week before classes, instructors are great, the science classes are well equipped and everything is clean. It’s very affordable as well and the best part is that there is a small student to teacher ratio (compared to the universities) so my quality of education was higher. 10/10 would attend this schoolJamila Obsiye

It was my first time visiting the campus and the college is really nice and clean. However, I wish the staff would know the difference between down town Dallas and Fort Worth because I was informed several times that my program was at the Dallas location and I live in Rockwall TX so it's an hour commute without traffic. At the main campus I went to the advising desk to turn in my application she pointed me to another location and that person pointed me to a different location that was at the east location away from the main campus. I was very frustrated because even on the program application it has the main campus address. This is the only college that offers this program so I'm kind of stuck going here but even the website is unorganized and all over the place. If I didn't need this as badly as I do I wouldn't attend this college. But I'm program director is nice and the staff for this program is helpful and friendly. I also heard good things about this program so I'm excited to start my courses.Tawauna Renea

I would not suggest this school for anyone wishing to learn. The helpful and effective professors are few and very far. 90% of the time you're being taught by youtube, literally. It doesn't end with the teachers, counselors are equally lack luster. I actually witnessed and transfer counselor call a student "stupid" for taking chemistry because its a hard class and they might not get a good grade. Crime is rampant on campus also. Almost weekly crime report emails are sent ranging from sexual assault to car robbery. They built the college directly across from the county jail! Like you literally cross the street after being released from jail and you are on the college campus. Rude teachers, convicted felons of all kinds, and a total lack of organization makes me wish I could give this 0 stars.Robyn Pryne

This is the worst school I have ever heard of! The teachers don’t work with you or even care about the student education! All staff and employees are there for just a paycheck and it deff shows! I passing rate is low bc teachers don’t teach they just expect u to know! The entire 2 years I went to school there I taught myself! Even during a pandemic teachers just post assignments with teaching them! YouTube is a better teacher! I will be transferring to a better school!!
