This is a great university! The psychology undergrad program prepared me for success in my current counseling psychology master’s program quite well. The faculty are fantastic and the campus is gorgeous. I appreciated Spanish tutoring with Dr. Escamilla provided by the school as well as numerous career development, grad school application, recreational, and internship placement opportunities! I only wish it was a bit more affordable as even with scholarships it’s quite pricey. But, I am glad they pay their faculty, and I do think they spend the money well on resources that directly positively impact students. They have a career resource center that’ll help alumni with resumes, searching for jobs and more! The gym and yoga studio are great. One of my psychology professors had us meditate as part of class and we did things like go outside to paint together and go to yoga! It was a positive psych class so it fit. This isn’t to say the university was easy or without academic rigor because it was challenging and involved plenty of difficult academic work including research! I do feel it was social justice oriented as I appreciated the Mexican American cultural class in Spanish I took told from an indigenous professor and perspective, though to be even more socially just, reduce the price of tuition! I enjoyed that I knew at least half of the faculty and they knew me and remembered me and would say hi years after I took their class; so much better than just being a number in a big lecture hall! It may not have the rankings or prestige of some larger universities and how can it being so small, but the quality of education and experience is high. Only 1 student was mean to me 1 time my entire undergrad career. Really recommended! I would not have been prepared for my current grad program without SEU…don’t think I would have even gotten in otherwise because I was taught at SEU how to write an ideal essay, APA publication format, interview and interpersonal skills, and was able to achieve high grades because the learning experience is so high; I got my disabilities accommodated for instance. Literally the only reason I cannot give 5 stars is the exorbitant cost that limits many people so they can’t attend or will have a lot of debt. Otherwise, fantastic!Alysia Duemler

I completely agree with a post below about how much I loved this school, yet upon graduation I felt lost and unprepared for the “real world”. I think the staff and curriculum is amazing, I wouldn’t choose differently, but St Eds was like a dream state of mind. That being said , I have obtained a different bachelors degree since graduation and changed my field of study. More real world practicality from the programs perhaps would help prepare future graduates to succeed ! Thank you st Ed’s for an amazing undergrad experience nonetheless, that I will cherish forever. I wanted to make a shitpost review but I can't think of anything funny and I also honestly really like St Eds. It's a good school. If you're ambitious, passionate, and hard working, the teachers will do everything in their power to help you succeed, even if you have mental illness or other problems most people might look down on you for. I really think I'm going to have a good shot at grad school with the support I've gotten at St. Eds and that's not something I'd be able to say about many other schools.Christina

The campus is full of very friendly people that are willing to help direct you were you are going. I will be attending this university next fall and I am so excited. The weather in the fall is beautiful and fresh. I would recommend this college to anyone who is looking to go to a smaller college that has an easy going environment. WT is a great place to go for a degree that you won't spend 30 years paying off. Some of the experiences can be a pain(finding out how much your payments are initially and when they're due, inconsistent information in their various systems on what classes are required for the degree).Alex Kitchens

Great school for engineering and decent for nursing. Business school will depend on your work and the professors you choose(from 1-4 ⭐️). The support sucks. Try calling financial aid or student accounts and you know how living in purgatory feels like. One hour of waiting on the line is typical and if you wanna use the outdated mymav website to get help without calling them, good luck 😉 The number in the picture below belongs to student accounts department who will drop you from all your classes when u owe money so you need speed dealing with them. I suggest you’ll go there physically even if you’re infected with Covid19 as you have a better chance of reaching them in person. And the pictures following the call are from when i went to student accounts in person and the line for service goes into a second building. If I could give this university a zero star, I would do it. As an international student, I have millions of terrible experiences with this university. The graduate school and the international students office have been really really rude. They will try to frustrate you using any way they could. Also, the insurance requirement for international students have been so unfair. They will charge you lots lots of money for the insurance for the summer time even though you are not enrolled in any classes during the summer. Also, the staff working in the graduate school have been so rude and know very little. Some of the graduate and undergraduate classes have been so meaningless and do not worth the money.yaqing cao

Atm a lot of construction is going around the university. Either adding new school building, dinning areas, or apartments around the school. The gym is great, great gym equipment, indoor track, and classes that you can sign up for if you do not like working out alone. Building are easy to locate but if you have trouble finding them people will be nice to direct to the correct locations. ACU has truly made our daughter feel welcome from the first day she expressed interest. Greg Olgelsby is beyond attentive and encouraging to the kids in his territory as an admissions counselor. Our girl marches to the beat of her own drum, always has and will never change who she is to fit in. ACU has been incredible, accepting & has made her feel welcome everywhere on the campus. She could live at home instead of the dorms but she is loving it and as a parent it gives me peace to know that my child is happy. I've visited ACU for Admitted Day on November and New Student Orientation two months ago in late June. Everyone are very nice. From all the colleges I've visited, I chose ACU because they have an excellent academic program, have a strong Music & Business department (I'm majoring in Music and planning to major in Finance as well), it is truly a Christ-centered environment not in name only, everyone makes you feel loved and you feel like you're at home. Great school with good profs and good degree programs. A delightful and winsome Christian environment. I did my BA and MA there. My only real complaint is with the financial aid department. I ended up with $80,000 in student loan debt (after a half-tuition scholarship) because no one bothered to explain how the process worked. To the alumni that posted comments relative to smoking and ABET accreditation, I would like to share the following in my role as SET Dean: 1. We have become an almost no-tobacco usage campus. The many cigarette butts around our buildings prompted me to become one of the principal architects of the policy that has been in place for over a year. As with major shifts, culture change does take a little time! Having said that, I do not recall anybody complaining about the cigarette butts. 2. The Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Computer Engineering programs have been accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET since 1983, 1986, and 2009 respectively. This information is publicly posted on our site and ABET's. Now that we have graduates from the Mechanical Engineering program, we will be submitting that for initial review in January 2018. I im currently enrolled in the Master of laws program in St. Marys Law School. I will rate one star because for me as an international student its a shame that i can not choose my own courses. They have to be approved by a guy named Robert Summers which his arbitriarism is out of the world. When i came to San Antonio looking to extend my knowledge in the american law i never imagine that i could not do so because i had to follow the preference of someone else. My goal was to specialice in Immigration which was not possible because this proffesor wanted me to take courses that i wouldn't like (TO FIT THE BAR EXAM EVEN IF YOU DONT WANT TO TAKE IT AT ALL) Im very dissapointed with St Mary's School of Law. I attended St. Mary's for 3 years and left with a Bachelor's of a Arts & a teaching credential. I found it to be an excellent school, as have many friends. Baylor is an amazing school. For a few reviews before me we are not all "rich kids wanting to blow daddy's money" or "rude". I personally have a bad background that would not match the first statement. I am not rich. I am blessed to be in this university thanks to scholarships and my hard working mother. Baylor itself is a blessing. Its a rigorous school BUT very well worth it. I love being part of the Baylor community. Its a beautiful campus filled with loving people. Its not "perfect" because nothing is. There will be a few issues like yes there are some kids who don't care and my be rude or blow things off but really if you are a part of it you will see the majority of the campus and the people here are more than amazing and loving. This is a fantastic university for the liberal arts. I have talked to people from other universities and to those that have come to visit me at college, and all of them see a difference in the student body. There is just a different atmosphere. All the people are kind and welcoming and always willing to help in times of need. The professors are nationally ranked and are not only outstanding in their fields of study, but wonderful people as well. Even if you're not looking to go to college, its a beautiful campus to just walk around in. It's almost like a park in some ways. Just give it a visit and I promise you'll be hooked! I loved my time as I attended Baylor for undergrad, and grad school (2008-2015). The campus has changed so much since i first step foot in 2008 (all for the better). Baylor (and Waco) is in a resurgence/growth period. Its an awesome time for Baylor and Waco. I loved my time there even though I'm not religious (agnostic/theist). Great people (students and especially faculty), and community. There was a reason why I came back to get my masters at Baylor. They helped me get through some rough times, and i am better for it now. We are paying a $2,400+ debt for an untrained staff member’s mistake. My husband applied for this school, signed up for classes & a dorm. He decided to go somewhere cheaper & somewhere that actually had his major. He called to cancel everything & was falsely informed. He was told he would be dropped & that everything was finished & he was good to go. Of course when you tell someone they will be “dropped”, you obviously think you’ll be taken out of the school & will be “good to go”. Soon after we find out he has a debt of about $2,000! We have tried to fight it & they were not having it. They sent our case to a collection agency & now there is a $400+ fee in addition to the $2000. This school is the worst & will do anything to get your money! I myself, was a student for only a semester & was miserable. The staff sucks, not helpful at all (obviously) & the school does not try to reach out to their students in activities, etc. I lived on campus & it was not worth the money so I transferred back home in Houston. The dorms.. every night there is yelling, the smell of weed, etc. The cops patrol the streets but not very well. I do not recommend this school at all. The city around is non-existent & all there is to do is clubbing & drugs. Once you attend this school, you’ll know the regret & the waste of momey it is. Thanks for your time, I just don’t like how the school is winning in our case. We still have to pay this debt due to a dumb staff member who told us we were “good to go” & is too coward to not deny it. Thanks for the debt! (Probably some stupid student helper because that’s what this school runs on with no actual teacher to teach. Just student helpers with also no teacher supervision). This school also has very little majors & you will most likely need to transfer (like me) which means the basics you take here may not apply to your degree & is more expensive than a community college or a college that has the actual major you was. Absolute joke of a university. This is my second time applying and both have been ridiculous. First time around paid all application fees and everything, took in my physical official transcripts (etc). They took 2 1/2 months to get back to me just to say they misplaced my transcript and wouldn’t be accepting me since they didn’t have one (they never bothered telling me to take in another one). This time around I thought I’d give them another chance. Same exact thing. I applied December 5th and turned in all my documentation. Applied for spring and called the lady who said it would take ten business days for my application to process. About a month went by and I was emailing admissions who basically kept copying and pasting the same response saying to check myself to see when the application is reviewed. Called only to talk to a rude lady who stated that I need to be patient because their only one person doing application reviews(if you know it’s busy after Christmas why not have more then one person?) now today January 17 the day classes have officially started I check and they finally reviewed it. But only reviewed it and stated they needed my college transcript yet again even though I sent it and they have it marked as received. They didn’t even bother calling me and telling me this info. When I spoke to the lady she stated they have everything they need. My advice is stay far away from this university. I have been there a few times for friends and events. Campus is old and falling apart, not anything to do around campus, their customer service and staff is rude and unprofessional. I receive way better assistance at the community college I attended. I recommend anywhere but here, the majors and price may be enticing but it’s not at all worth the hassle STAY AWAY.Zachry Smithwick

This is a good University offering valuable courses on engineering, agriculture and business at cheaper rates, even for internationals. But, if you are coming with an intention to pay tuition and fee with most of the amount through part-time and jobs it may not work well. The reason is of its location, in a small village and a little bit far from any town. The second reason is a lot of universities around Texas where students compete for a little fewer part-time jobs. But, if you want to get good grades and want to spend most of your time during college or at school on education and want to receive a degree from a good university like the one it works well. The campus map you can see is not so clear as the other universities and you can watch a clear view of campus in you-tube. There are many videos that have a clear picture of the campus. Also don't expect the university to be too beautiful. It is neither a beautiful university nor an opposite. It is not a university that focuses too much on campus architecture, but has a lot of scholarship opportunities if you are at a good standing. Please don't post an improper review without a clear picture of what's happening around here which makes people think of what the University is, even though it's not of a kind you speak. The SAGU experience is one you can't forget. SAGU is full of passionate people going after the call of God on their life whether that's in ministry or in business. The professors are phenomenal (at least the majority of them, but we all have our opinions). Don't get me wrong. SAGU has an ugly side too, but it really depends on the student. If you want to succeed at Southwestern, you'll find a great group of people to help you along the way. If you want to go here just to party and hangout with friends that just happen to go here, I'd say save your money. This school is too pricey to just throw your education out the window. As far as dorms go, personally, I suggest Guynes. You'll find a whole bunch of people who will disagree with me on that though. Guynes' 2nd floor was where I stayed. Kendrick is great for the close nit girls who want to escape for the guys for a bit. Savell tends to be the Pastoral Majors group, although that may have changed. The newer dorms are beautiful and very private (I never really visited them much). As a note: SAGU can get expensive. If you are a freshman, I suggest going to a community college for at least the first year if not the first two years of your college education. This will dramatically help with cost. Don't worry about "getting the college experience" either. You'll have plenty of time to get the "college experience" after getting your basics out of the way. Another great way to save: SAGU has agreed to accept DSOM students who have completed their Berean courses and received credentials from the AG up to 9 credit hours per completed year. That's up to 27 credit hours. DSOM costs about $1200 per year, so the investment is about $3600 for 27 credit hours. That's not too bad. You should call about this to get all the details though. There are always scholarships and grants to help you along the way.Nate Cress

Professors seem to want what's best for the students but the administration is only worried about money. Most Colleges have sayings that say "My money and my child goes there, but the saying for SAGU should be "My money and the Governments money goes to SAGU but my child doesn't." They have deceptive, discriminating practices some are even flat out dishonest. They will make promises they don't even try to keep at their Campus Days, so don't be taken in by their deceiving words. Before you send your children to SAGU research how much money they keep when the students aren't there and how they hold on to the money collecting interest. Please feel free to contact me and I will let you know everything they did and show you some of their deceptive practices. There are many more Christian Colleges that truly operate under Christian Values and help the students in any way they can, that aren't more worried about your money than the students. SAGU is a quality school with quality people. If you're Assemblies of God or of the Christian faith, in general, you will develop and grow both academically and spiritually through this school. Many of my life's fondest memories were created during my time at SAGU between 2003-2013 as a student and then a staff member. Like every other school, SAGU is not perfect and its tuition is higher than most other schools (which is to be expected for a private school that doesn't receive as many federal dollars as do public schools). With this being said, if God is calling you to pursue a degree in higher education with a Bible-based foundation at an institution led by men and women who are Gospel-centered, you will have a life-changing experience as a SAGU student.Josh Brown

UPDATE: I was told that career services had been developed since 2014 so I began my masters here… they only changed the name of the website. They did get a new president which I have no earthly idea what he has done because this is the biggest waste of money. You still get the same answer in career services or any department there, “go check online.” It is sad for the great professors here that all the current student reviews mentioned. They deserve better and so do alumni. Past post (2014) The reason I gave it two stars is strictly because of the good professors there. As alumni I will even admit, this school has absolutely nothing else going for it. They have untrained teenage kids handling all your paperwork with HORRIFIC customer service. The most common phrase you hear when you interrupt their cellphone time by asking them a question is, it's online. The career services department is very underdeveloped, do not expect assistance finding a career after graduation. The most you will get is help developing a Tarleton version of linkedin. This school is a joke for serious adults and anyone wanting to be more than a teacher or nurse in a small town.Barret Turner

Honestly, the school is seemingly unorganized and I feel like the dining hall faculty are more friendly to the students rather than faculty who work in the administration parts of the school itself. Parts such as Advising services, housing, or Financial aid for example. (Although not all faculty of course but it seems to be more rude staff than you'd think). Some students have a problem with parking, resulting in parking in no parking zones. The website wasn't helpful to me at all when I was registering. They make you watch videos instead of putting steps on the same page. Rates for housing is pretty ridiculous especially since the meal plan is separate. In my opinion I feel that if the housing rates is going to be 3,000+ they should at least give you the meal plan instead of having to pay a extra 2,000 for that. I don't feel like the school or administration or whatever you want to call it are trying to be very helpful of anything so I don't really feel very secure I should say.BRangerBot

Amazing school…. I am considered a distance learner here at the satellite campus in Waco Tx… I completed my bachelor's in criminal justice August 2011 I enjoyed the curriculum so much & my instructors that I have returned to complete my master's degree here, set to graduate December 2017 (graduated May 2018 with Masters of Criminal Justice)… for those students who say they did not or have not had a pleasant experience I do not possibly understand why, the staff is always helpful & if not ask for a supervisor….education at a university level is not handed to you it is a must that one grasp a understanding of their learning environment & set realistic goals! I took classes after having graduated from a different university years ago. The administration here – specifically, admissions and Student Business Services – is horrible to work with. Rude, don't answer their phones, poor automated phone system, basically take your money and make you live with the poor customer service they provide because once you're enrolled, you don't have a choice, right? Additionally, I took a class from the worst professor I have ever had. His name I unfortunately can't recall. He patronized students who weren't well-versed in calculus and was rude in general. His teaching method consisted entirely of projecting pages of the book on the board and copying the sample problems. I couldn't believe it. He did not answer and student questions and did not seem to care about his students or his own abilities as a professor. I actually stopped attending the course, wasting a thousand dollars, because I couldn't sit through another class. I really like this school! People overall are friendly, and very helpful. I ll miss it here. And living on campus wasn't bad either I had a great dorm experience. Im graduating soon and I feel confident I will find a job through my hard work. Work very hard. Yes it's fun. But don't slip up your freshman year. Your gpa will be hard to get back up even when you make good grades. You got to make great grades. Don't party too hard. Education is something that should be taken seriously! But don't give up. One thing I would suggest is not being an undecided major. I regret that. Find something you're passionate about or something you like the most or feel is most beneficial to you and pick that as your major. In summary: Overcrowded, nearly over-priced, but with under-funded departments. Not handicapped friendly or even fat person friendly (they haven't upgraded half the lecture halls so if you're not stick thin be prepared to sit uncomfortably in a tight chair surrounded by hundreds of other people). Near non-existent diversity. Do not transfer here, you will receive no assistance. If this is all you can afford and if you manage to find a place to live near enough to campus then this school is OKAY. buses and parking are nightmares here. No parking or you will have to pay everytime you park including weekend whereas other schools often free. Buses always late and full. The school not even tried to get more buses. Also, there is 40mins wait between 2 buses. Finally, unequal opportunity for on cambus job or help. We came to many departments and asked for help but they rarely tried to solve but kept saying we could not do anything. And we came back multiple time and the other did help us out. I enjoyed my time at UNT, made some great friends, and I have good memories. However, this University is not longer a place of higher education but a political activist training ground. I never thought that I’d see the day that The First Amendment would not be honored at UNT, but that is what has happened. And to think I have a degree in Criminal Justice from there is similar to being trained as an EMT by Dr. Kevorkian. Awful….it’s too bad that I will not be able to hire any students (or UNTs “product”) from here as it’s just too risky. Same with giving to the Development office.Where's Waldo?

The Grad program is a joke. I've never met more people incompetent of doing their job. The undergrad school should conduct training with the grad school to get them up to par. Because they dropped the ball, I now get stuck with their issues. Also the elderly lady working in billing should take a phone etiquette class. We are in 2022. There shouldn't be this many issues consistently happening. Yet, the undergrad side was on top of every single aspect. I am an international student came here to study masters in technology management program. Firstly the program " Masters in Technology Management" doesn't have anything tech in the course. Most of the syllabus revolves around drones, project management and leadership. The program doesn't have any internship or CPT which is a huge disadvantage. There are no scholarships available for this course. This is more like a mini PHD where in you have to do so much research on several topics which are absolutely waste and have no relevance in the practical world. Neither is this degree valued for getting a job. The professors are only bothered about having research in APA format and doing coursework like a research with no relevance to the practical corporate world. As an international student, i took this course with a hope to get some practical exposure like internship and getting placed in a technology company. But i have wasted all my TIME, MONEY and EFFORT on this useless course. The professors are very much involved in their research work and least interested in teaching or helping students be prepared for corporate world.neelu B

The university is great small classes, great environment and accessible online school. The staff on the other hand is terrible. I emailed my advisor in regards to some credits missing on my transcript and its been 2 months and still haven't heard from her. I called her, left her some voicemails and still no answer. I took 3 online classes and it would take days sometimes week for the professors to respond. I chose to stay because I'm already enrolled but would not recommend it to other students. I absolutely love this school ! I recently transferred her from a community college and I couldn't be happier. The professors really focus on the students they are all looking for you to succeed. They're are also tons of student organizations, events, and guest speakers plus a ton more benefits like a fitness center with a pool, a track, a rock climbing wall and a bunch more, they're is also free counseling and free health care (well it's part of tuition ) but it's amazing. I really enjoy the student life here and most of the staff here is friendly, but overall the lack of professors and class schedule availablity is very disturbing. Classes that are available during the day is very limited and a majority are only offered at night plus a good 3/4 of the classes are taught by the same professors. The STEM department is very underfunded, I feel that this college is missing out on a big opportunity since the general area around here is next up and coming medical center (League City, Webster, Clear Lake, etc.). These two have been a big issue that have come up a lot when talking to other students. Another drawback of this campus is that you cannot graduate on time due to the lack of open class availablity. Also, this university is not a friendly parent student, so if you are a student that has kids I would look elsewhere. Overall, I feel like this is a very underfunded univeristy that needs a lot of improvement and it is sad to say that the community colleges are better than this one.Ashley M

Went to help move my daughter into her dorm/room on Saturday 1/16/21 & evryone we saw were very helpful, questions were answered & its been just a couple of days but my daughter has had an amazing experience!!! Update: unfortunately after the freeze we had my daughter was asked to go to hotel or back home (which was fine with me) until they "fixed" the problems that occured due to weather, the unfortunate thing is that it's so expensive to live there & YES she had help with financial aid but they did NOT give any discount even though she wasn't there for a month, not fair but oh well it is what it is..just had to write down the experience as part of my review.Jessica Ramirez

This University is trash. They can't keep professors, but their tuition keeps going up. Don't expect any help from your advisor because they won't be in your field of work and have zero clue about your major. They are business people only. The STEM department has drama in it so they are a mess. Expect to be in a class of 50 in a tiny room using garbage computer programs that are always expensive or vague and then not be able to receive any help from anyone. I work for Stadium People, an event venue staffing company. TCU is one of our clients and I can't say enough about the facilities. The pride of the employees, fans, and players really show through. All involved are motivated, pleasant people to be around, work with, and assist. Stadium People provides all of the essential tools, leadership criteria, and environment to make coming to work something to look forward to, and working the numerous events at TCU is the icing on the cake. One semester in and I'm running far far away. Sucks every cent out of you. Paid $60 for parking just to have to look for a spot for hours. My roommate went to get food the other day at 11 at night and finally gave up looking for parking at 2am. Getting food right across the road didn't take 3 hours… (more like 15 mins) then got ticketed for parking in a hall director spot for the night because she wanted to go to sleep.. never bring your car here if you're tricked into going here. Also the cafeteria food isn't okay. You're forced to get a meal plan just like you're forced to get a dorm. Any vegetarians beware!!! I've found meat in their vegan options (like a piece of pepperoni on a vegan pizza). Also the dorms you're forced into aren't safe. The bathrooms are small and the vents seem to be moldy or rusty… either way I've stayed away from cleaning that because I don't have the equipment to do it safely. The shower is cramped at best and has long yellow stains and uneven tiles. The walls are thin and you can always hear someone doing something. Don't expect to get any studying done. (Not like you're going to college to study right!?!?)… also expect fines for everything.. they also charge extra money for anything that's remotely convenient. They will screw you over and the education you could get here isn't worth the heartache.. I loved my last college deeply and it did a lot for me… but this just isn't the fit for any self respecting person who wants to get a meaningful degree.Erica Langley

The environment is friendly and everyone there is nice & helpful but is not the school for me. Tried to give it a chance but didn't last 4 days simply bc the school is super extra and has way toooo many fees for everything. You basically paying for all the "free" things that the school hype up like "free" tutoring and etc. I stayed on campus and the experience was okay depending on which residence hall you choose. The only thing that upsetted me was the fact they gave me a dirty room and I had to basically do their job. Dorms are crazy expensive here and always check your Ebill on a daily bc the school try to sneak extra charges on you to basically get more money. If you choose to stay on campus and have a car I advise to not get a permit for them bc its a waste of money. SFA can be a serious rip offShellie R.

I was there an lived in hall 14. It was loud and you couldn't get anything done. The teachers and advisers are a joke. They would tell you one thing and do another. A good example would be the science department. They give you extra credit and I did the extra credit but I never received any points for doing it. Then when I challenged the grade with the dean the teacher erased the extra credit part on his syllabus. I respond to anyone looking at this college to look somewhere else. There are better schools to go to. Also, the admission requirements are very easy.Brent Stephenson

Angelo State University is one of the best small university in U.S. I have heard many positive opinion about this university. I began attending OLLU when I was still active duty in the Navy. I became interested in this school because I was looking for a Psychology program that had a basis in Social Work. What sold me on the choice was the class size. See before I joined the Navy and really my reason for doing so was because I didn't think that I nor my parents could afford to send me to college after high school. So without having the college experience, even at the community college level, I wanted a smaller and more focused approach at a school that had a great reputation and track record. Once enrolled I loved the quiet on campus environment and the facilities were modern enough for the resources provided. I truly enjoyed the gym. Because of the small campus and student body the gym was never crowded but had all the latest equipment so working out there was a dream. My professors were very understanding and provided options if at any time my schedule became a little complicated. I love this school and if I had more time in San Antonio I'd be able to finish my last few credits. Go SAINTS!!!!!Atlee Urquhart

I just finished my first semester at OLLU. The campus is amazing! The classes are small enough to where the professor can get to know each individual student and not see them as a number or paycheck. You always see the same people, so it isn't like meeting someone new everyday. By the end of one week, you remember people's faces even if you don't become friends or acquaintances. The professors I've had so far were awesome! The Survey for Mexican-American Literature, was my favorite professor. She is very passionate about culture and her job. The only dislike I would have about the school is the tuition, but then again most of the professors all care about the quality of education each student receives. There is also a higher chance at making new friends because of the small student population. Study groups aren't as awkward. Other than tuition, I don't have any problems with the school. It has become my home.Dorien Earl

Won't allow fans to attend the Baseball games (which draw literally 10s of people) in the open air because "safety is our main concern" according to the spokesperson I spoke with.. Attempting to keep people safe from a virus with a 99.9% survival rate at the cost of the student athletes and families not getting every possible opportunity to share this experience that MANY have overpaid for shows a lack of common sense or intelligent leadership. I hope the 40% of students that actually do graduate from this institution are better prepared to navigate this world than the people that are responsible for their education.David Williams
