First thing is first I would like to state that the guys in the store are fantastic! Very professional kind and willing to go above and beyond to help a customer. Unfortunately due to a circumstance that is outside of their control. I will be leaving a poor review. Apparently there is an issue with the supply chain. I ordered a $400 battery. That showed in stock. Only to receive a phone call from the store to inform me that it was not.At that point I was told it would be in on the next that arrives Tuesday around three or 4 o’clock. Tuesday rolled around and I was informed that the pallet that my battery was on was lost. I was told that it would be the following week when the next truck arrived. Unfortunately it has not. I have called customer service and escalated it to Jenny that I left a voicemail with. Unfortunately I have not received any type of communication.Joel Andreasen

Extremely easy to deal with. My battery I purchased died within the warranty period, they looked up my order history while I was on the phone, confirmed status. I brought the old battery in for a double check on it. They didn't have one in stock but called me the next morning within 10 minutes of when they said their deliveries normally come. My husband went to OU and he came home angry everyday because the teachers only taught their political stand point. My friend was told by her teacher; "if you oppose me you are racist!" Not a student. But as a millennial who purposefully moved to the area because of the University I can say I'm in love with the campus. Beautiful architecture, the atmosphere is open and beautiful, the staff are friendly and everywhere I have ever walked my dogs, or posted up with my hammock and a book its clean! We love going to TU games. My older brother graduated from TU. He also played football there, so it's very nostalgic for me to attend their events. They have a very clean stadium and the staff is always nice. Go Golden Hurricanes! Yesterday we were able to meet the basketball teams and I spoke to the Ladies coach. It was a cool experience. Great university, much more personal with being a smaller school. Can't compare the perks of smaller class sizes, personalized care/attend when needed for whatever reason, more of a "family emphasis"atmosphere for everything from orientation, convocation, homecoming, football games, graduation, etc. Your student isn't "just a number" at TU!Vickie Ray

The University of Oklahoma was the best 4 years I could have asked for! I enjoyed so much at this great University! The architecture for one is a beautiful sight! You feel like you are in a different world when you live on campus and its filled with exciting things to do and fun people to meet! We cant forget about the athletics. OU leads the nation with some of the most entertaining teams in almost every sport. Its truly a place where champions go. Also the education is incredible. I attended the Price College of Business and have seen many wonderful habits that they instilled translate to the betterment of my career. An absolutely beautiful campus. Great place to go for a quiet stroll with the family. Lots of lovely spots to sit and talk. We also like to take the grandkids here with their bikes. The scientists are publishing high impact peer review articles every year. The university has a medical center where the doctors are treating patients. I wrote a very long review about how wrong they were to kick my daughter out of WIR when she was thriving so well. Now I want to say that she has been incarcerated for two years now and is not allowed a 2 yr judicial review or the opportunity to go back into WIR because of what WIR makes you sign when you go into the program. My daughter wants to finish the program loved the program had three offenses after overdosing twice before let in WIR. The first being a girl in the program giving her dope. Melissa telling on herself because of the guilt. Second looking at her facebook page not messaging but looking so unauthorized communication and then her third and final reason to throw her away and put her in prison by Rachel Decour own hand taking a gabapatin prescribed to her at our house for her restless leg syndrome. Walking to the bus riding several bus a day to counseling to her job at the IHOP. Why can other girls go back in after going AWOL committing crimes and you all had Melissa Ann Winkle sign that if she didn't graduate she wouldn't qualify to come back. If you all are so concerned and want the welfare of the addicts to become productive members in society why do you throw away the very one that was doing it all holding her head up high not addicted to opiods not overdosing loving WIR to rot another year in prison with us the tax payers paying for it? Why? The DA won't even let us ask a Judge after two years in prison now graduating from Prison Fellowship getting 10 certificates if she could come back to the program. I honestly do not see any good in the way things are run in WIR when they cant after a two year punishment for the infractions above give a woman and opportunity to finish their program. College of Public Health, OUHSC has a masters program. It is a highly demaning sector in US public health. This department offer assisstanship to cover student expenses. The assisstantship is reasonable but not excellent. The program does not offer any health insurence coverage.
