So, I called back and they told me to speak with Dana Tanner. I called back and left a message on Dana Tanner’s machine. She was not in either. First time in yesterday 9/21/22 for a free driving/tip clinic on how to get better lap times, or so we thought! Zach, the GM, got us checked in and went over all the rules and was able to answer all questions/comments I threw at him. Race time – Needless to say, we had a "crash course!" No pun intended but it was terrible for my 13 y/o daughter. These karts go 50 MPH and being her first time, I was about to have a panic attack. I have to give a special shout out to Martez for saving her after every crash to get back refocused and telling her she got this. He was running around the course! 2nd lap, her fastest time with maybe 1 crash. On this lap a worker joined in, SiSi, yall I didn't have time to tell her watch out for (whatever car # she was as they changed cars each race). Luckly we were good. 3rd lap was slowest but NO crashes. Upon exiting I spoke with Sylvanna and SiSi, they were very friendly and knowledgeable. I made a suggestion for air bags for 1st timers! LOL also the young man who held up with signs about using brakes and not hitting the walls had me dying. I didn't catch his name but overall the staff as well as the customer's were great and understanding about my daughter crashing to everything. They also offer axe throwing sooo maybe that will be next! They do birthday parties as well, check them out yall!AC

Set a reservation, was super easy. When we arrived we were greeted immediately and welcomed to Autobahn. Both customer service reps at the front desk were super friendly and made us feel appreciated. Both were knowledgeable of all options and confirmed our reservations quickly. Once checked in we were directed to a seating area to wait for our debriefing, the young lady who conducted was awesome! She explained everything in detail and even joked about the flags as we were on a date night. The actual racing was the most awesome experience. The pit guys and gals were helpful. This place is awesome!! I would not recommend taking any small children (which there is a height requirement anyways) because I was rear ended by another driver and honestly it caused me a headache instantly from the impact. That’s not what I was expecting (as this is not bumper cars, but speed racing) anywho, I had soooo much fun! The race really gives you a thrill and being on the track at fast speeds definitely is an adrenaline rush lol. It took me one race to get the hang of it and I didn’t want to stop after that. My brother has had a policy with this company for many years. He passed away on October 8th and on the 18th they charged his checking account for his policy. I called to let them know that he passed, the girl Wendy Said ok. I told my dilemma and she said without a court notice of me taking over his policy account. I didn’t have a leg to stand on and they’re going to continue to draft his account monthly. I said I will have the death certificate within the next week and she said it didn’t matter. Great friendly and very professional staff. The notified us of a missed payment to help us maintain our membership in good standing. We had just slipped by us . We've been customers with them for over 20 years and they called my wife to let her know about the payment because we have never missed any payments with them. They waved any penalties or fees. The information online and is not the same information you’re told when you pick up your car from the facility. Even when you call on the phone you’re not told about all the fees and deposits. Also the prices tend to change from one hour to the next with no warning forcing you to have to come up with more money on the spot. It was the eve of my wedding day and they gave me hell! Also I wasn’t the only one. There were multiple people there with the same issue. Customers don’t mind spending money as long as you’re up front with us. They don’t have to deceive to make money. I have routinely rented cars from this airport location and have been genuinely impressed. However, recently when I rent from the location when I arrive for my scheduled rental – there is a long line of individuals lined up – as there are zero cars available inn the lot. The line sometimes were 10 people deep, other times 50 people. This seems unheard of – in a scheduling system available of noticing when there are more rental approvals than projected returns. So, I was very disappointed when I arrived to no cars available.mkbem

Upon arriving to the airport a little after midnight there were absolutely no cars on the lot. Zero. After having reserved a car online ahead of time. I had to return later the next day to pick up a car. The staff on duty did the best and were very nice and tried to get everyone a car as quickly as possible because there was a long line waiting for a car to be returned, quickly cleaned, and then given to the next person in line. We’ve donated lots to St. Jude off and on over the years. It hit home on two important charities for us – children and cancer. In early April, we signed up to give monthly recurring donations after seeing the “Love Music Stop Cancer” shirt on an award show. Of course, donating is not about the shirt, still though, it was a promotion that got our attention, we loved the look of the shirt, and we would have been proud to wear it. The shirt was supposed to arrive in 6-8 weeks. It’s now September. In July, we wrote St Jude, very kindly, inquiring about the shirt and asking how it might be arriving, as to be on the watch. A very matter-of-fact reply came back stating a new shirt was sent and it’ll be another 6-8 weeks. No apology and no answer on how it would be delivered (assuming USPS). It still has not arrived. Overall, it’s been about five months now, and we’re finally giving up on the shirt. Maybe the promo was far more popular than anticipated and a challenge for St Jude to live up to their end of the commitment. St Jude may be very a decent organization, but how they have managed this simple promo makes us wonder how well they manage our donations. We had held them in high regard until now. It’s funny how a mere mismanaged promo can really change your view.Amelia Marie

I had a tour of the hospital and pavilion. This organization is full of class and care. For those that don't know, St Jude's Children's Hospital shares all of it's discoveries the world over and doesn't charge for this information. This is consistent with it's core mission of saving lives. Thousands around the world have been positively affected by this information sharing without ever coming in contact with SJCH. The people who work here are passionate about helping kids heal and stay as comfortable as possible during their treatment! I met a couple of dozen people that work or volunteer here. All of them were energized by the SJCH mission. It was refreshing to encounter so many people that feel they are where they should be. Several of them have been working here for 20+ years! I encourage support in materials, time, or money donations to St Jude Children's Hospital whenever possible. The work they do is amazing.John Adams

I don't even know how to begin a review for this place. I have worked in healthcare, in general, and hospitals, specifically, for over a decade. I am amazed at the care they give to patients here. In so many ways it is apparent to me that they have labored to take the best care of sick children under very adverse circumstances. Medical care can so often feel distant, money-driven, and cold. At St Jude's, they have done the best job of any facility I have ever encountered to push back against that trend. Medical care here feels individual, personal, care driven, and very human. 6 out of 5 stars. I'm going to break down the experience I've had and give some details about the school as a whole . If you're not the type for long descriptions just scroll down. Attending this school really depends on how well you can communicate, do your work, show up on time, follow simple rules as usual. -Cafeteria Food Depending on what you like to eat, the food is pretty good. Most prefer not to eat school lunch or always have an excuse but never tried it.The lines get very long, people do skip a lot, they aren't really monitored. I didn't mind the food at all long as I ate I'm good. -Administration I never had a problem with them. If you're like me, you rarely see them because you don't have any issues that needs to be handled by them or you're simply not a trouble maker and stay to yourself. Like fights, failing grades, dress code violation, skipping class, leaving campus, etc. Those things will have you in their office 24/7 and you will start to get irritated by them. -Teachers They can be kind, mean, selfish, time wasting but hey they're your teacher unless you change your schedule so deal with them. Some have favorite students, some treat everyone equally and others just love to have fun while teaching to get to know their students. So teachers can be fun just need the right one. However, a little bit of them have a problem with keeping a professional profile, meaning they will tell their personal life half the time to the class and just not care and continue to do so. Be ready for that. I personally do listen but, I do not care because it's not my life and it's not going to help me learn anything besides I should never talk about my personal life period. -Grades You get what you work for. If you do half the front of a worksheet and you're supposed to do front and back completely, that's a nice F sitting in your face. LOTS of students love to complain about getting half grades yet they're doing half work the whole entire time or they just attend class, stay for a few minutes to do the work, leave to the restroom and never come back. I love to do my work fully because at the last 20 minutes I take a nap. -Bathrooms Okay this is funny to talk about honestly. There's going to be some weeks when there is literally no tissue nor paper towels for like 3 days in a row in literally all the bathrooms. So if you're the type who has to go a lot, you're going to be in a bit of a hassle to find some around the school. Also, some teachers don't allow their students to do restroom breaks at all because of skipping. Be ready for that. Plan ahead for bathroom breaks. -Attendance You're tardy the minute they close the door. Some teachers will close the door when you're just 1 feet away just being honest. Seen it happen at least twice. Better get to class early if you don't like being marked tardy. After a certain amount a punishment is issued. -Students Depending on your personality, you'll find a close friend. Careful though, not everyone can be trusted so it's best to stick with old middle school friends or something. I personally have them as just associates until I feel they are worth being a friend with. Some love to tell your personal business to others, talk about you on the media, etc. The school does find out about media posts if a fight happens to break out about a post somewhere, so you better be smart about what you post or message, especially if you're threatening another student. Be smart about who you hang around and how you carry yourself.You are literally being watched. -School They have pest issues. Mostly rats and spiders. Sometimes roaches but that's rare. Keep the classes clean and there won't be any. So throw away your trash or the school will always have pests. The hugest group of pests I've seen though, ants. Every corner, every window. So careful where you set your backpacks (if you don't purchase a locker which is optional). -Organization They're pretty last minute about certain events but sometimes they do pretty good just not always. -Gangs There are plenty in this school but quiet mostly.Micka Icka

As a student at Cordova High I can definitely say I'm proud to be in the Wolf pack. Cordova is one of those places where if you apply yourself you will get awarded. Your hard work is almost always paid off in fun activities and honor programs and so on and so forth. They give you the opportunity to make the best of your situation. There has recently been a change in Administration and I honestly think it was the best thing that ever happen to Cordova. Gradually Cordova is starting to excel. I would recommend using someone else. The work is worthless. Maybe They are good for cleaning window. I don’t know. I hired them to do gutter clean out on the second story and power wash the second story vinyl areas. The guys that showed up were nice and well mannered. The quality of there work isn’t worth hiring. Gutter cleaning 👎. —- On the front of the home there is about 40ft of total gutter and they missed about 15ft of it. Unfortunately they miss where the gutter heads to the downspouts. So the middle of the run is clean, but the water cannot escape due to piles of debris before it can reach an exit point. This poor workmanship continues to the rear of the home. The middle is clear but both ends are blocked due to blatant non “gutter cleaning”. Power washing 👎… Over the garage has a are of vinyl similar to what is shown in the pictures. All and all that area is acceptable. However; they also washed the garage door. Well……. half of it. I wish I could load a security video so you all could watch the gentleman wash half and walk away. The door looks worse than before due to nonuniform dirt. Moving to the rear of the home. They charged an extra $50 to wash what you see in the pictures. The entire left side was completely unwashed. You can see the mildew and dirt that wasn’t even touched. The red line is the gutter that they missed along with a section on the other side the of the same gutter. (Cannot drain) Also if you hire them to do power washing, take note, they use 3-4ft wand extension. They stand on the ground to spray from the ground to reach the second story. So the upper part of a two story will have very reduced pressure. If you got a 3 story, forget it. Needless to say this entire service was a waste money. Unfortunately I’ll have to find another service provider to accomplish the job that this company was paid to do. I did notify the company of the issues and I elected not to have them back. I would have if it was a small issue. However, in this case, I’m so frustrated with the work that I simply do not have faith they would do it completely. If you broke each section and job down they accomplished half of each job and section. If I had them back the entire job would need to be done. Versus having a crew come back and probably due half of the half, I’ll just move on a hopefully find a better contractor. The lady that answered the phone for the complaint was sympathetic and offered to have them come back out. That was the only remedy offered, but seemed pointless. I hate just bashing. Here is the pros to hiring this company. Calling in to the office lady good as she is pleasant and scheduling is easy. The gentleman show up looking like a real company. Not just some obscure truck with a ladder. The Workman were nice and polite. Cleaned up after themselves. Ie. They didn’t scatter gutter debris in the yard. Maybe they are good for window cleaning. I’m not sure. Over all thoughts. ——-This could be a good company. However, If the Workman are unmotivated to do a good job. The customer will pay for it. (They had no problem charging extra for this poor service.) I would recommend having a manager or foreman inspect a job before the workman leave.lowflyingjoe

We called and scheduled them to come out for an estimate for pressure washing our pool deck and patio. They came out and gave us an estimate of the project with no heavy sales tactics or up-sale, we were surprised that it was so cost effective for as much concrete as we have. We scheduled them to come out, they were on time and man everything looks great. It was such a pleasure having them to come out. You can see in the picture where I had them stop. M.A.H.S High and Middle are both great charter schools, my oldest graduated from the high school and my youngest has graduated from the middle and now about to graduate from the high. I went here from September of 2018-May 2019. Classroom: My instructor didn’t really “teach” but was available if questions needed to be answered. It was quite a chilled and laidback classroom setting. Curriculum was easy to follow. The coursework was pretty much laid out. Breaks: I really liked that we had our own lunch area at the back of the classroom because, well, there was no way I was going to the main cafeteria with that crowd. These people would not clean up after themselves and were extremely loud and chaotic. No way. Environment: Most of my classmates were respectable peers, however, the students at this school have issues. If you are a decent person that keeps to herself, beware— bootmouth thots run amok and will hate on you for absolutely no reason, hints of racism from foreign students and domestic students will be apparent and students belonging to certain programs will stick their nose up at you. 100% not joking nor exaggerating. Social depravity at its finest. Student Services: Hit or miss. It can be super crowded in there during January, May, and September. Please don’t go during these times unless you want your paperwork “misplaced”. I have no real complaints other than some of the staff seem to be mentally lacking and this could be crucial for requesting your diploma, transcripts or waiting to receive your check disbursements. Overall, Classroom: C+ Breaks: A Environment: F- Student Services: C Decent, (for the budget) school to get your foot in the door of whichever career choice you pursue.JustTerri

The employees here are very unprofessional and very much comfortable in doing whatever it is that they want they catch attitudes and make you jump through all kinds of hoops to get what you need. I was trying to get my test scores and as soon I finished testing I was told the test giver was gone for the day after 45 mins of raising suspicion and asking to speak with her boss she suddenly appears and gives me my test scores they speak to students here in a manner as if your incarcerated. Employees at this location lack proper etiquette when it comes to professionalism I tested at this location three times before I was informed that we could use a calculator for the math portion of test finally I pass the test when I used the calculator and was waiting on test scores so that I could sign up for classes in September at the covington location sadly I didn't make the deadline due to the test giver leaving for an hour and wasn't able to get all my paperwork in time for 2022 class year so I'll be attending classes fall of 2023 there needs to be an in-service given to the employes of tcat memphis on basic job responsibilities because you guys lack what it takes horriblyJAYE BURD

Seriously considering going anywhere else but tcat for education next semester. Idek what the curriculum is. Ive been in school for about a month. I havent learned anything useful. Cant buy school books because the schools certifying official went on vacation in the middle of certification. That lasted two weeks. Now that ive annoyed them into cooperation, apparently school funds and financial aid are late or have been pushed back due to my certification being processed late by the said certifying official. In addition to this Im being mislead by multiple tcat employees on fund availability. Online payment schedules havent been accurate. Im loosing bill money paying out of pocket and no school official ive talked to moves, genuinely cares, or helps unless i act out or until theres nothing they can do.
