The only reason ppl go here and are willing to grossly pay for an education is the location. I went to school here and will say it is far overpriced for the education you are given. Some staff are great and really care about the education they are providing. Others just read off a powerpoint and have no interest except for a paycheck. Career services ask if you want to be reached out to and say they will help but its not in their interest. At the NYC campus the administrative and financial aid staff are blatantly rudeRyan Ryan

Pace is expensive, doesn't help the students getting internships and when the students get one on their own, Pace takes the credit. After graduating, the students don't get a job. One of their alumni just got a good job and due to she owes money, they don't give her transcripts and are retaining her title. Is not possible for Pace to help when the students really need help? This is a good school. However, the quality is almost identical to the CUNY school I attended before coming here that costed significantly less. Additionally, the lack of diversity (granted, because of how this is a private school) is also lacking. At one time, the tuition for a full-time evening student was less than that for daytime, which made sense since there was no access to many of the daytime nine-to-five services. Great academics (I was in Family and Child Studies so I could eventually do Early Childhood P-3, and I know the Musical Theater and Dance programs are amazing. Also the Visual Communication Design BFA) but I have complaints about dorm life. I was put in a dorm room with a smoker even though I have a chronic illness and explicitly put on the roommate application that I did NOT want to live with a smoker. She came in every night smelling of smoke and it was not… a good situation. Not much to do on campus either as far as activities (personally, as I'm not one for sports or many of the clubs they offered) I did appreciate that there was an ice skating rink so close to campus! But I went home every weekend. Disability Resource Center is AWESOME. If you need support or accommodations because of a disability or chronic illness I strongly suggest checking in with them!!!Laura Whitney

Now that my son is graduating I can write a review. The school administration, professors, and overall staff are unresponsive and ill informed. Takes weeks to get answers and then they are conflicting. Graduation ceremony multiple posts graduates need to be there for 11 no 12 no 11. Guests can arrive 60 minutes early. Guests stand In Parking lot 7 . No one there directing people to opposite side of building for entrance. Graduates just standing around in the parking lot again no direction. We went there for a sports clinic . Nice facility and staff. The campus seems well maintained and up dated. The training was professional. I’m not certain about the academics, as we were not there to take a class. The campus is a bit sprawling and it took a bit to figure out where we needed to go…all in all- the road signage is adequate. There is a Yogi Berra stadium which looked interesting.eric j

As F-1 visa international student, I would say that ASA College is a great place for our educational and career goals. Professors are responsive and very collaborative as well as helpful. During my education in ASA College I was able to make friends with students from different parts of world. The most of them are my lifetime friends now. Classes are not too big. Therefore, providing a tremendous opportunity to study and excel your knowledge and/or skills. I would recommend international students to study in ASA College if they want to be ready to compete within existing job market and get a job they are looking for. One of the benefits of ASA College is providing an internship opportunity. ASA College gave me the opportunity to get my first degree in Medical Assisting in the USA, and also to gain useful experience through work in the admission office. Terrible when it comes to visitors and what information they tell you. My sister is currently in this place and apparently I can’t visit her. When my mom called them, they told us “only two set visitors can show up to visit the patient.” Nowhere on the pamphlet did it say that. The pamphlet says “immediate family members are welcome to visit during the day” and “other family and friends may visit Monday-Friday”. Also, they said it’s a rule due to covid. Everybody in our family is vaccinated including my sister (the patient) + we haven’t been near anybody with covid at all. Thanks to the hospital to telling us about this policy, my brother and father have wasted just about 3 and a half hours of their day going to visit, told they can’t, and driving back. Also, what happened to the no electronics thing? Everybody was told she was not allowed near electronics, but all of a sudden, she’s allowed to have a zoom meeting via iPad? They just broke their own rule which was already stupid in the first place. This whole place is a disaster.AverageBoi2356

Spent 6 hours at this hospital. They don't seem to do anything but COVID. I told them multiple times I didn't have COVID but they wouldn't be convinced so they sent me home with no diagnosis, convinced they were right. Got my negative test result from them this morning but that doesn't help my 101 fever. People need to trust that a hospital will actually do their job instead of just assuming they know. The best college ever! The best opportunity in your life! Berkeley College is a small college but very professional one. You can find everything you want there, an excellent stuff who works hard and is always waiting for you, a sophisticated technology, using up different sources to make you succeed, a big stuff helping out students to finds jobs and internships, They will do everything to motivate you and prepare you for your future success. That's the way I see this college. It may be a little bit expansive but when it's about our future we have to invest first. Everything in this college is great. Let me start sharing me experience with you: I come from a small country from Europe, where we have a completely different system than here that seems to be a completely stress-free. My English level was not so good, and I still find it difficulty sometimes, but it was not a obstetrical for me at all, because all the professors helped me. And I am definitely glad for all the professors that I had, for 19 of them (5 quarters until now), they are all gorgeous. They never stop telling their student to use them as much as possible. They are respectful, patient, helpful, easy to understand, and they will try everything and every method for the student to succeed, after that is up to the students. If you do what the professors tell you to do you'll be fine, and that's what I and all my friends do. And we enjoy time in the class, we work in group, we discuss and bring new topics in class related with the lectures. And what is the beauty of Berkeley College is the diversity that it has. I consider myself lucky to have peers form different part of the world, because in an easy way help me to learn more about what's going around and try to understand other cultures too, thing that is very important if you live in a city as New York. I agree with a review here that in short terms tells that Berkeley College is a easy college to enter in because it accept everyone. That's true! Men lie, women lie, numbers don't; Berkeley College is one of the worst college in America. According to National Center for Education Statistics, the retention rate is 64 percent and the graduation rate is 30 percent. When people see these type of statistics, many people like to blame the students however in Berkeley College’s case, it’s not the students fault, it’s the school’s fault. One of the problems with Berkeley College is the financial aid. When you first come to Berkeley College, they promise you that you will graduate in 3 years however when you have to deal with the Financial aid it’s nearly impossible. Berkeley College operates on a Quarter System. And because Berkeley College operates on a Quarter system, the government can’t fund every quarter like Summer Quarter. This is a problem because students are force to pay large amount of money out of pocket. And if you can’t afford it, you have no choose but to drop the quarter and this will push back you graduation date. Berkeley College is so expensive and such a waste of money. If you’re coming from high school or another college, don't waste your money and your time. This school is not worth the tuition money you have to pay every year. You pay 30,000 plus (about $7,800 each Quarter) in tuition and with the new book policy, you will be forced to pay $300 out-of-pocket for books you will never use each Quarter. Word of advice, if you are looking for a college look somewhere else. If not be prepared to work at McDonald with a Bachelor or Associate degree.Andrew Owens

I had the worse college applying experience. This is for the Paramus NJ Campus. I was a prospective student. Unfortunately, I’m on temporary disability for now so I figured “why not go back to school to pursue my dreams?!”. Well, Berkeley admissions gave me a HORRIBLE experience. They stopped following up with me unlike other universities I applied to. No one knew what was going on in my admissions process. I gave this college money that THEY knew I didn’t have because of my disability because I wanted to attend. All of that for these fools to tell me they’re only accepting a portion of the credits I took for my associates degree. I am going to attend a prestigious university that knows what they’re doing and how to handle their prospective students. Putting effort into this college was WORTHLESS!!! Now a month later after my horrible experience the director of admissions Janine contacts me to stand up for her poor excuse of a staffs behavior. She called to say “sorry”. What kind of BS is that?! From the moment I was accepted to a few months later, it’s been nothing but miscommunication, incorrect information, and confirming false details left and right. Name any kind of detail, and they’ve gotten it wrong. Name any kind of procedural, logistical, student experience piece, and there’s conflicting information. The “right hand doesn’t talk to the left” saying doesn’t even begin to describe how dysfunctional this place already is, and classes haven’t even started. When you’re about to go into $120,000+ debt for the rest of your life you’d at least expect the “student success advisor” not to demean you at every turn, or for at least one person to confirm details that are actually true. If you’re considering applying here, go absolutely anywhere else and spare yourself the unbelievably unnecessary headaches and stress. I started going to NYU dental clinic in October 2017 for a dental evaluation and any work that may be needed including one implant on the upper right quadrant which had been missing for several years. Five years and many visits later and I need more work than ever, and we are still nowhere close to replacing the tooth I originally came in for. Now that clinic has broken at least three other teeth that later needed to be removed and I’m now walking around with three missing teeth, and one half-broken-off tooth in need of extraction. With no treatment in the foreseeable future as their students will not even work on my teeth through no fault of my own. I often see ads for how great NYU College of Dentistry implants is, but they don’t tell people that it will take years to actually get one if ever. The students pay hundreds of thousands of dollars for a dental degree at NYU and the school charges patients through insurance and private payments so they can practice but it treats the patients like dental training manikins. It takes weeks and sometimes months just to get an appointment and you have a bunch of follow-up appointments that could the rest of the semester to work on just one tooth. They take my blood pressure before starting a session, which has always been low as I exercise regularly and run 17-20 miles a week but all the damage they caused to my mouth required even more work than before and they wanted me to pay for the damage they caused. This resulted in a spike in blood pressure one time and asked me to leave and see a cardiologist which I did and after a battery of tests was told I was perfectly healthy. However, I refuse to go back to NYU Dental Clinic.Joseph vizzielli

It's the first time to go to dentist in the US and I was kind of nervous but my students were very nice and gentle. And sane students are in charge always you go.(If they graduate then different student will be.) Usually a junior and a senior student are one pair. And it is appreciative price not like super expensive dentists. Treatments may take time since students give you the treatments mostly with supervised the dentist professor only at the beginning or the end so I recommend you if you can be patient and give them enough time. Just one thing, I went here for a filling treatment and I didn’t feel any pain at all and I didn’t know what kind of filling procedure they will give me. Then the senior student gave me TWO anesthesia shots which were UNNECESSARY!! I couldn’t tell my filling was good or not because of numbness around my teeth and mouth so I had to go back one more time to adjust on different day. My mouth was uncomfortable during the period. So it’s better you ask them every time BEFORE they do treatment for your teeth.日福米豪

I have been trying to get an appointment here for over 2 years. Each time I call, I am told different things and that's only if they pick up. I was told by their staff I was indeed a good fit for their disability dental clinic. I was told they don't take medicaid despite it saying it on their own website. When I pointed that out to the receptionist, she snapped at me about how that's not in her control. I was just letting you know so someone could take it off the website if its not true and then people wouldn't call and waste your time asking if you take medicaid. But to add on to that, another receptionist said you DO take medicaid. This place is very confusing and disorganized. I really needed your services and the crazy thing is, I still do! The longer it takes, the more afraid I will be of the dentist. I just wish if you weren't gonna help, You would've been upfront, honest and not let me suffer in pain for a return call that never came. I really had faith in you.Angel Baby

Apparently a Top 20 school. But beware of this place: -no letters of recommendation from faculty unless it’s your advisor -no fellowship advising and poor career services-forget it if you want a Fulbright or some other award -cost cutting with tons of adjuncts teaching electives -grad assistantships with no tuition support -office hours “by appointment” -grade inflation All in all it is a good school but to call it top 20 would be an overstep. Faculty seem to be invested in research not teaching or student relationships. Dr. August is an exceptional doctor. I was referred to her for the first time by my Perinatalogist in 2012 after I developed preeclampsia at 27-weeks gestation. Sadly, I had to deliver my son at 27-weeks, and we lost him when he was 2-days old due to complications of prematurity. After our loss my then husband, now ex-husband, and I wanted to try again, but we wanted to make sure I had the best medical care and did everything in our power to prevent the same outcome. At that time, I worked closely with Dr. August, and it was my pleasure to get to know her well. Unfortunately, my marriage fell apart due to the stress of the loss of our son, but I knew that if I was lucky enough to find love again and try to have another baby that I would employ Dr. August’s services. So 10-years after first meeting her, I have returned to Dr. August’s care because my partner and I have started IVF. I cannot sing the praises highly enough of Dr. Graham and his team. Dr. Graham is one in a million and anyone who sees him and becomes a patient should know that they are in some of the best hands in the city and probably country and world. I have been seeing Dr. Graham for the past 9 months and when I showed up at his office he was my last hope. I had initially fallen ill with digestive problems but once treated with antibiotics I was considered cured, however many problems persisted. I had seen over fifteen doctors and specialists in the City who all deemed me perfectly healthy by western medicine standards and wanted to give me medicine to treat the symptoms I was experiencing, which didn't help. It wasn't until I met Dr. Graham and the nutritionist on his team Michelle, that I finally found people who believed me and assured me I wasn't "crazy" and didn't attribute the symptoms I was experiencing to depression or anxiety. They instead worked tirelessly with me to get to the source of the issue. Dr. Graham is extremely compassionate, hard working, attentive and relentless. He has always been accessible, a rarity amongst doctors today. Dr. Graham is the best doctor I’ve been to, hands down! After seeing many doctors for years and getting no help, all it took was one visit with Dr. Graham to get the help I needed. Unlike most doctors, Dr. Graham doesn’t rush you out of his office with a pill. He truly practices integrative medicine and tries to gain an understanding of his patients so he can best address your well-being overall. Unlike most doctors, you have the chance to talk about all of your concerns and have ALL of them be addressed. It’s kind of therapeutic in a sense because you’re able to talk about all of your health concerns with someone who is really listening. Another thing I love about Dr. Graham is that you have the possibility to get treated with natural treatments and supplements that actually work which was a big thing for me. You don't have to worry about getting sent away with a pill that will attack you with a whole bunch of side effects. For the first time, I have peace of mind with the doctor that I have. My mom had the great fortune of coming across Dr. Montgomery when I was in desperate need of someone who would listen to me. I have been under Dr. Montgomery’s care for the past six weeks and have found myself in a completely different state of mind from when I first came here. I've been a patient of Dr. Montgomery for around a year now and I highly recommend her for treatment. Dr. Montgomery has a wealth of knowledge as a medical professional especially in regards to handling my issues with suffering from major depression and ADHD. Passed my road test the first time after a 15 lesson package! As a 32y old NYC commuter all my life, I was looking for a driving school with good ratings to finally get my license. These guys are great instructors, patient, relaxed, and easy to talk to and just explain anything you need to know about passing your road test. What I liked is that they aren't snappy, they don't get angry if you make a mistake, they realize that you're there to learn and that it's a process. I had lessons with both Jason and Peter throughout my 15 lesson package, and you can't go wrong with either. If you're nervous about learning to drive, the people here are perfect for building your confidence. We progressed from basic driving around the neighborhood, to them judging I could take the next step and go on Queens Blvd to farther areas to practice. This is a really nice school. It was a bit hard for me to find at first as it shares offices with another business. They have very clear packages with lots of options – I took one that included 5 lessons, a pre-licensing course, road test + car for road test.It was great, and I passed on the first try. I already had prior driving experience, but it was good to have a driving refresher after 4+ years of no driving. I had lessons with both Jason and Peter and they were both good instructors who had good pointers both during lessons (a much easier method to parallel park), and on the day of the road test. All in all, I'm very happy with my experience. The communication with Jose the manager was great, and I got an SMS reminder the day before each of my lessons with the time of the lesson.Hila Karimov

If you’re thinking about taking driving lessons here, just do it! You won’t regret it. Peter was a fantastic instructor who guided me throughout my entire driving journey. I had little to no experience with driving prior to coming to 26 mph. With 10 lessons, I passed on my first try! Jose was incredible with scheduling and always made sure everything was set before taking my next lesson. Among teaching me the ins and outs of how to drive, Peter also helped me grow my confidence getting behind the wheel and working through my mistakes.
