Not really sure what to say other than I'm a bit disappointed in the service my wife and I received earlier today. According to the staff at the hospital they were running all slow because of a new electronic medical records system they implemented and went live with literally "today". Our appointment was for 9am. We were scheduled to see 3 to 4 different nurses and an obgyn. By the time they brought us in it was 9:30 and with the wait time, we didnt get out until 1:15pm. The wait time between sessions with the sonogram, the rn, the obgyn were not good. While most of the staff were very nice, the obgyn didnt seem to communicate well with her fellow staff and neglected to provide us the right information regarding the testing and next follow ups. It was as if she was rushing everything and didnt care at all about concerns. Granted that the healthcare industry is in a much different state than it once was years ago…..that doesnt make it ok to give very poor service with a lack of manners and have us wait an extra hour not just in the last part of the appointment but after telling us youd be back in 2 minutes. An hour later you sent the RN back who you didnt communicate with. Then you threw her under the bus. Not something that I can say feels great. It's just very disappointing.Mathew Flora

Honestly, my doctors are always super friendly and incredibly informative. Just to be clear though, always do your research first before anything, make sure your insurance covers any of the procedures they request, a lot of times they do but if they don't refer to your insurance and take the prescription elsewhere. I loved it here because my insurance covers my doctor's visits but no some of the procedures they do here which is fine, i just look up where it is covered and take it there but always come back for my followups here because I haven't had a single negative experience with any of my doctor's. Dr. Fiacco, Dr. Broly are residents and they're doing so great!! They'll be great doctors! Dr. Armas and Dr. Shaulk are great doctors as well. Staffs also very friendly.Nimoka Says Hi

Call for appointment , was told doctor wanted my kid to go to Rutgers location . Was transfer by there operator to make appointment. Had to leave message. Left 5 messages over 10 days. No one returned my call. Call the lady I talk to first day. She said someone will call me back by end of day for appointment. No one still called!!! Don’t waste time! If they can’t handle making a appointment, then why would I trust you with my kids life!!!Barbara Moser

The worse hospital on Baltimore I don’t recommend for anyone to have a nicu baby . These people put me throw the worst experience of my life . Beautiful campus off a not-so scenic main thoroughfare (Baltimore Avenue). I attended for one short semester and it was nice to return and see all the progress and development that has occurred over the years. Numerous new buildings including campus dining and resident halls. The campus tour we attended for my child was long, and they still have covid protocols required for visitors, which is a bit bizarre, but not entirely surprising, since the State of Maryland always thinks it's on the cutting edge of progress. Also surprised how dead it was on homecoming weekend, and the students we did see wandering on campus do not wear their Maryland colors. A bit disappointing.Avalus

From my experience till now UMD is an amazing college with an even amazing staff and infrastructure. Orientation for students are very important and UMD makes sure they have proper ones. The college is really big and is like another city in itself with everything possible available. It will take time for you to know your way around. Classes are equipped with the latest tech. Lecturers know their subject and are very approachable. These few words wouldn't justify everything about the college. Make sure you do your own research. Would 10/10 recommend selecting UMD for any type of degree!!nikhil pullela

Really nice room. All the lights had mood settings and automation. The scenery was very modern and clean. The bathroom was nice and it had some amazing views very comfortable hotel would definitely visit again. My only recommendation would be maybe having some kind of microwave or something available in the room. However I might end up upgrading to an executive suite next time just to have a dedicated kitchen.Jovon Leblanc

I have to admit, after being accepted to the Master's program early in 2014 I was nervous attending graduate school. I was unsure of what type of situations I would encounter, and what type of curriculum I would face. After the first day of orientation, I knew that the University of Bridgeport was the best choice for me. The staff and professors in my department are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The classes I have taken have not only improved educational leadership qualities, but have also helped improve my mathematical prowess. Although the classes may seem difficult at time, my professors demonstrated an excellent balance in challenging students while holding their interest. I have created many long lasting friendships as well with the students in my program. In concurrence with our education progress, we find ourselves continuously engaging in a sort of fellowship that I have not experienced elsewhere. In essence, the phrase "work hard, play harder" seems fitting. We have fun in class, and we get to work when we need to. I find that my professors are equally as entertained as my fellow students, helping to aid in the maintenance of the positive climate in the classrooms. If anyone reading this is nervous or unsure of their decision to attend the University of Bridgeport, as someone who previously felt the same way I offer the following advice: don't be. This is a phenomenal University with amazing programs and a delightful professional staff. They will help guide you to success by any means necessary. I am currently a freshman at UB almost finishing my first semester, I am majoring in the health sciences and hopefully 4 years from now I will be doing my masters in Chiropractic. I came to America all the way from Indonesia, I studied at an international school so I have met people from many different countries and cultures, UB made me feel like I never left that sense of living in an international environment because of all the diverse cultures that you find here. Professors, Students and Staff are very open and very supportive if you need any help and the fact that UB is a very small school makes it a better sense of community among students. Classes are good and challenging, resources are provided if in the need of help just like tutoring or counseling. I had the chance to make many close friends in just a few months from different backgrounds, friends that have become a second family to me. As a current undergraduate student studying International Political Economy and Diplomacy (IPED), I've had nothing short of a wonderful experience at UB. I can only speak for my major, but I love my program. Most of my classes are engaging, and my teachers are always available to talk and answer questions outside of class which is much appreciated. The thing that I love most about UB is the diversity. Especially studying in a internationally focused major, there's a huge difference in talking about events throughout the world, and actually hearing a first person perspective from someone who is from that country. At one time, the tuition for a full-time evening student was less than that for daytime, which made sense since there was no access to many of the daytime nine-to-five services. Loved my college experience at UB. Quality academics, quality student life. There is great diversity which will help you with life after college. Food is good, not great, but what do you expect when you are cooking for the masses. Wish people cared more about the athletics. They have made north campus and the apartments surrounding it nice. The alumni base from what I can tell is Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, NYC, Chicago and DC. I also love the city of Buffalo. Downtown offers a lot to do for a mid size city.Joe Segrue

It’s unfortunate that I have to write this review but I am in hopes of MCPHS revising their admissions process for the Physician Assistant Program. I know that I was not the only student this year that was invited to interview and then closed out of an interview spot and placed on a waiting list. When I contacted MCPHS they told me that I may not get to interview after all as they had accidentally invited too many people to interview and did not have the resources to open up more interview dates even though acceptances are not on a rolling basis. How does a top tier medical university not have the resources to interview all the students they invited? By choosing to interview solely the people that happened to secure spots first, not only are they limiting the potential of their incoming class and proving that they only care about filling the spots for monetary reasons, but they are limiting the future of numerous successful students who worked hard to get an interview invitation. When I asked Jordan Hunt (admissions counselor) to make sense of this she was unable to provide a competent answer besides that the university messed up and the incoming students are the ones facing the repercussions. I’m not writing this for myself, but for the other students who were too timid to speak up or who had chosen this school as their top choice and then got screwed. I truly feel bad for some of the other incoming students who do not have other options and were relying on MCPHS. I am very disappointed. MCPHS either needs to change their interviewing process to rolling acceptances (interviewing the top tier students first and then going down the line) or they need to use this model but be willing to open up more dates in case of overflow. Side note: They informed me that students on the waiting list could be notified up to a day before an interview that a spot had opened up. Do they not take into consideration that everyone doesn’t live near Boston or works full-time? Extremely dissatisfied with this supposedly “top tier” medical college.Maddy Frank

Hey guys, good for all the students giving great remarks. I don't know if the school has paid you. I must say i was in the nursing program , ( the set that started 2005) the teachers were very bad. Everything was very difficult, out of 50 students that got into the nursing program only 15 students or even less that graduated from the program. Judy Murphy was very racist, no room for improvement. It was a very bad school. I will recommend another school any day any time as matter off fact the school needs to refund money back to students that paid for tuition. All they care about is your money and not the students. It was a very traumatic experience. It was one of the worst decision i have ever made in life to attend that college. I Owe up to 100,000 in debt with no nursing degree to show for. I thank the Almighty God i got my degree from another school with no stress or frustration. Guys open your eyes and look for another school. I just finished my second-year in PharmD program in MCPHS. I’m gonna transfer to Worcester to study the accelerated program. I have had great time in MCPHS so far. All professors are very nice and friendly. I haven’t met any professor who’s not willing to help student wholeheartedly. They always have office hours to answer students’ inquiries and to clarify the lecture in case the students don’t understand. There are absolutely no discrimination in MCPHS. It’s all about respect. Every MCP student is very welcoming so we have a very close-knit community in MCP. The program is well-designed and bearable. Sometime I feel overwhelmed but it’s not impossible to pass as many people say. You just need to put time and effort and you’ll be fine. In short, MCPHS is a great university for those who seriously pursuit a professional career in pharmacy and health sciences.Bill Nguyen

Please read regarding the 46th ranked PCOM PA program! After attending PCOM PA program, I made it out by the skin of my teeth, literally!! I spoke with numerous PA colleagues from other programs and my experience was horrible compared to theirs. I applied to PCOM because I knew of the name PCOM hold but that really only applies to the DO program, the PA program is explained below. The PA program is run by people who could careless about you as a student. I say this factually because I have heard them talking about how they only care about their PANCE 1st time pass rate. What this means is they wouldn’t care if they lost over 75% of the class as long as those that finished passed the PANCE 1st time. Professor say differently but they don’t mean it in their actions. The averages on tests are low 80's, they provide NO CURVE or grade BOOSTERS and you need to keep a 3.0 to progress through program! Even the employees in the learning center, who offer tutoring and study techniques say that the PA program is not well managed is over kill and loses many students. For example in 1 term we have a 10 credit class but sit in class for 16-18 hrs a week for it. Then we have a 10% exam that covers 16 different ppt that are minimum of 60 slides each all taught and tested on under 14 days. Finals were comprehensive – 100Q test that covered 90 ppt all about 60 slides each. That is 5,400 slides of information! Again that is just one class and all the 2 credit classes are very similar. They have a Pathology class for the PA students but its not directed to PA, its the EXACT same lectures and tests the DO students get but PA students get 1/3 the time to learn and digest info. Each of those PPT range from 100-150 slides each. The best class though in the program is the Pharmacology. That professor actually seems like she cares about you as a student and writes straight forward Qs to test your knowledge. I get that PA school or any Masters program is challenging and should require a little more thinking and work. But at PCOM they teach you the same curriculum that the DO program gets but you have to do it in 1/3rd the time. They never test you on Keyword or Hallmark information that the PANCE tests you on. PCOM tests you on the pointless information that they find within the required reading of a 2000 pg textbook called Current medical diagnosis & treatment, which is a medical reference book not a textbook. To me I think they literally flip to a page and with eyes closed placed their finger on a spot and then write a Q based off the word their finger landed on. When it comes to the clinical rotations they have the most strict guidelines ever and rarely if ever give students their suggestions they would like! Out of my whole class, I think only 1 person got a rotation they suggested and there were about 60 students who have ability to submit. PS this is Pre Covid, I doubt they let anyone now post covid. I submitted 3 and got 0 I wanted, including my elective!!! Finally you have to do a RESEARCH PAPER in this program. The research professor is very belittling in how he talks to students. The research paper is a waste of time and pointless in teaching you how to be a PA. It solely is to make the PA program look good by them posting it on their webpages. They could make the class way more enjoyable and not full of busy work, but the rumor around the program is that the professors purposely want to take you to your breaking point not help you excel. I’m glad I barely made it through and ever have to deal with PCOM again, I'll never donate or be a rotation site for them! I hope by sharing my view of the school this makes people question even applying to PCOM. We need PAs out in the world, go to another school as being a PA is not about jumping through a million hoops and doing countless busy work assignments that PCOM mandates all while being continually put down and belittled by various professors in the way they talk to you.B J

I was recommended to see Dr. Todd Kelman by Dr. Robby Pullen to look at an x-ray taken of my right hand. He wants me to have an MRI to reach a better conclusion than the x-ray shows. We shall see what the final outcome will be. Today, I had an appointment to see Dr. Kelman for an injection on my right hand. Hopefully this will bring some relief. The swelling had decreased somewhat, and because of other medical issues, there is a limitation of methods to be employed. Arthritis is not only painful, but also a nuisance. I'll check with Dr. Kelman in a couple of weeks to see how everything is progressing.Harold Tucker

I was here for two years after my time at Nova CC. I was with the Schar School of Policy and Government. It was a fantastic experience I wouldn't trade for anything. The professors are all experts in their fields with PhD's. Everyone in my classes were respectful and engaging. For a social life it was average, you have to make your own friends by joining clubs or living in dorms with your door open. Be polite and talk to people. Infrastructure wise there is a huge effort by the university to modernize. With the Peterson Medical building, Nguyen Engineering Building, Fenwick library, exploratory building, and the new Robinson building that is being built in the middle of campus, it's gonna be great. For now the construction may put people off but it will become a great school for students and graduate students alike. 4/5 would do it again. Not really but still.Ameen Karim

The George Mason University is better than I expected going in. Many Norther Virginia High School students don’t really want to go to this school because they think it is not that good and they do not want to stay home. This is a great place to learn especially is you are on a budget. Stay at home and commute, it is a great way to save money while getting a good quality education at a university. This school is great and although there is not much on campus culture, there are many things that make the school amazing. This was not my first choice school, but I am content with the decision I made.Johnathan le

Great academics (I was in Family and Child Studies so I could eventually do Early Childhood P-3, and I know the Musical Theater and Dance programs are amazing. Also the Visual Communication Design BFA) but I have complaints about dorm life. I was put in a dorm room with a smoker even though I have a chronic illness and explicitly put on the roommate application that I did NOT want to live with a smoker. She came in every night smelling of smoke and it was not… a good situation. Not much to do on campus either as far as activities (personally, as I'm not one for sports or many of the clubs they offered) I did appreciate that there was an ice skating rink so close to campus! But I went home every weekend. Disability Resource Center is AWESOME. If you need support or accommodations because of a disability or chronic illness I strongly suggest checking in with them!!!Laura Whitney

Now that my son is graduating I can write a review. The school administration, professors, and overall staff are unresponsive and ill informed. Takes weeks to get answers and then they are conflicting. Graduation ceremony multiple posts graduates need to be there for 11 no 12 no 11. Guests can arrive 60 minutes early. Guests stand In Parking lot 7 . No one there directing people to opposite side of building for entrance. Graduates just standing around in the parking lot again no direction. We went there for a sports clinic . Nice facility and staff. The campus seems well maintained and up dated. The training was professional. I’m not certain about the academics, as we were not there to take a class. The campus is a bit sprawling and it took a bit to figure out where we needed to go…all in all- the road signage is adequate. There is a Yogi Berra stadium which looked interesting.eric j

I went here for my first two years of college. Here's what I've noticed. – The people here are great, for the most part. – UNH emphasizes on a welcoming environment – There's always new development like the Bergami center which is a very nice looking building. – I lived in Westside and Winchester halls. Both are good! – I was in Engineering which I struggled in, but when I changed my major to accounting I had no struggle. – I just really wish UNH was more helpful with finance and mental health. – They were WAY too strict with Covid. Yes, I understand the dangers, but we're adults you have to remember. They threatened to suspend if you violate rules, even accidentally. They also quarantined my entire hall in 2020 just because one student got covid. I really didn't believe they had to be that harsh. – They were also TERRIBLE with communication when moving in for my 2nd year (because of covid), and I had to spend a month trying to figure out when to move in. – The Accessibility resources center is a good place, but once they forbid me from using a calculator on a chemistry exam in March of 2020. Everybody but the ARC staff thought that was terrible. – Their math department was terrible. The professors meant well, but it was not taught in an interesting way. – On a positive note, they are fantastic at safety. In January of 2021 I got cyberbullied by someone in the school who made threats including a death threat. The ResLife dept. handled it very well and the police took it very seriously and found the guy doing it, someone who I thought was a friend. He was suspended. Overall, UNH is not perfect, but their heart is in the right place. I didn't leave for any of these reasons listed, that's another story entirely. But if you are Nick, Chris, Lucas, Antonia, Victoria, Makayla, Jenna, Galianna, Alexa, or Patrick, I miss you!James Shewan

I attended UNH between spring 2019 and January 2021 (two years) as a transfer, and earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice (Investigative Services Concentration). I am giving this school 3 stars because excluding a very good academic experience, there were too many low moments I experienced at UNH for me to give this review more stars. These low moments range from lack of opportunities for commuter students (which is what I was for 3/4 semesters), existing social circles that prevent prospective students from feeling any sense of belonging, the school's fostering and promotion of the word "LatinX", and other things. (Mainly because I am a Latino/Hispanic male originally from South America, and don't see how the word is applicable to the Central/South American community). The pandemic did affect the college experience in spring 2020, but my experience was already going downhill well before this. For these reasons, I feel as though this was an era of my life that never happened. Above all, I find it difficult to talk about this era and school in more positive (than negative) ways. I do recommend this school for my degree. My professors did an excellent job of teaching me. But it all does come at a cost because setbacks or letdowns (described above) can quickly affect a student's experience. Likewise, I am considering graduate school here because my professional job search opened my eyes to how graduate degrees are becoming the new standard for the U.S workforce. The beauty of this school is not just about the academic excellence and great facilities, but the diversity; it’s almost as if every nationality is represented here. Everyone is friendly from the students to the academic staffers, non-academic staffers, to the school security operatives. When I visited this school I observed wheelchair accessibility is greatly adhered to in this institution. I also noticed there’s a 24/7 Wells Fargo Bank ATM point on this campus. Consequently, you will always have access to cash. When you school here you also get to enjoy the magnificence of New Haven, West Haven and most of all New York City, since it’s just less than an hour ride with your car or via the Metro-North Train. Stalinist little place. The whole campus was like a totalitarian police state in 20/21. False accusations were thrown at students about masks and stupid Covid tests. University policy accords no rights to the accused – punishment before adjudication, no right to know or face your accuser or even to view the complaint against you, pressure to admit guilt, and not even an apology when you are found "innocent." The girls cross country team is toxic, with cliques, favoritism and bullying, all courtesy of the coach – Andrew Marrocco. SU of course imposed a fascist and scientifically unsupportable vaccine mandate, resulting in a loss of intelligent, free thinking staff. The buck of course always stops at the top. This school is a waste of money! My daughter was assigned to live in a dorm room that was a converted motel room! Right behind a dump of a gas station. She is a presidential scholar and athlete and this is the best that Shenandoah had to offer one of its bests. Unacceptable! She will be leaving this school immediately!Paul Martin

I have just graduated from Gwynedd in the fall of 2021. When I first started, I was terrified. What college freshman wouldn't be scared? It was a brand new environment and I didn't know anyone. After a few weeks I felt right at home and now, 3.5 years later, I couldn't be happier with my decision to attend Gwynedd. The school has given me amazing opportunities to expand my knowledge in a family-oriented environment. The professors truly care about each student's success no matter what course and they're more than willing to help students get the help they need. Advisors are awesome as well. If it weren't for my advisor, I wouldn't have pushed myself as hard and I wouldn't have graduated early. I will never regret my decision to attend Gwynedd for many reasons. The school gave me everything I could've possibly wanted and needed. As a commuter, the location was perfect. The drive was no more than 30 minutes and the area around Gwynedd is comfortable. Gwynedd is primarily commuters and I think they did a really great job of making sure those students were involved with as much as possible. Events are held in the afternoon or evening so commuters have the option to participate and join in the fun. Gwynedd did an amazing job at providing the college experience to commuters while they also having the comfort of their own home. Overall, it was the best of both worlds. I also had the privilege of being a student-athlete at GMercyU. As a D3 school, Gwynedd offers an incredible opportunity for students to perform well academically while participating in the sport they love. The coaches each play a huge role in the success of the student-athlete body by monitoring grades, attendance, and participation. They're completely understanding when students need to focus on their classwork and they acknowledge that academics come first. Gwynedd places much emphasis on the athletes to help keep the school spirit up. Each team is extremely supportive of the others and they are always more than willing to help out with school events. My time at Gwynedd has been part of the best 3.5 years of my life. Everyone on campus, whether it's students, faculty, or staff, is extremely welcoming and friendly. The campus community is one big family and I'm extremely thankful to have been a part of that. There are so many ways to get involved on campus, from athletics to clubs to honor societies. Look elsewhere! I went to this "university" many years ago when it was still a college. Based on the reviews, it seems nothing has changed since when I went. I was an adult student for secondary education and the program was the worst. Once you're locked in to their program, that's it – your credits are good no where else. There were at least twenty people in my secondary education class – at the final, only three of us were left – and not because of the students, but because of the teacher. The students I spoke to who were just out of high school said that the campus life was non-existent and boring, that they hated it here (that hasn't changed, either). The classes are spaced so far apart that you can either stick around and be bored for hours or drive home and waste gas. After reading the reviews and seeing nothing has changed in all these years – that they didn't care to change, why would you go here?Nemysis OnEarth

Although I do not have any experience with the education provide by this Christian institution, as a local I am displeased with the un-neighborly and un-Christian way Gwynedd Mercy security officers, or "public safety officers," handle individuals who are lead onto the campus by the local park trail. I understand this is a private university and they can ask people to leave if they are intruding, but simply riding my bike through an empty campus to avoid dangerous traffic on Sumnytown Pike seems like a bit much. Not to mention when I asked one of the officers, "so I need to go get hit by a car on Sumneytown rather than ride here without any issue," and he replied, "YES!" Pretty nice mid sized place. Everything is so Gothic looking. Seems like a nice safe place to be for students. There are emergency call buttons all around and it's a quiet mix sized place. They have their share of high tech and old tradition. I thought the place was beautiful in general and they seem to have a lot of options for students like overseas study, internships, while also being somewhat local to the Philadelphia and New York area.Thompson JT

Attended a baseball showcase at Legacy Park on Lehigh's beautiful campus. What a great college stadium tucked in the hills of Pennsylvania. Lehigh was a wonderful sports complex on top of being a top flight school.Robert W

Terrible when it comes to visitors and what information they tell you. My sister is currently in this place and apparently I can’t visit her. When my mom called them, they told us “only two set visitors can show up to visit the patient.” Nowhere on the pamphlet did it say that. The pamphlet says “immediate family members are welcome to visit during the day” and “other family and friends may visit Monday-Friday”. Also, they said it’s a rule due to covid. Everybody in our family is vaccinated including my sister (the patient) + we haven’t been near anybody with covid at all. Thanks to the hospital to telling us about this policy, my brother and father have wasted just about 3 and a half hours of their day going to visit, told they can’t, and driving back. Also, what happened to the no electronics thing? Everybody was told she was not allowed near electronics, but all of a sudden, she’s allowed to have a zoom meeting via iPad? They just broke their own rule which was already stupid in the first place. This whole place is a disaster.AverageBoi2356

Spent 6 hours at this hospital. They don't seem to do anything but COVID. I told them multiple times I didn't have COVID but they wouldn't be convinced so they sent me home with no diagnosis, convinced they were right. Got my negative test result from them this morning but that doesn't help my 101 fever. People need to trust that a hospital will actually do their job instead of just assuming they know. Really scary and pathetic to think how many people this has happened to.djrethoret

Horrible if I could rate 0 stars I would. Honestly this has to be the most worst medical center in the US. It makes every other center pool bad this place should've been shut down from the start I hope they know how to deal with lawsuits better then they're students/patients cause by the way this place is running they're gonna have a fun time in court. Good only for specific programs like Physical Therapy and ? and if you are planning to spend 1-2 semesters abroad. Their travel abroad opportunities is their claim to fame, Otherwise, it is a very boring campus, the food is pretty bad, the dorms are dirty for what you what you pay, and the majority of the students are commuters or live off campus so you don; t get the full college experience. As a Communications Major, I would HIGHLY SUGGEST another school. I wasn't prepared for a job as an editor on a magazine and most journalism jobs expect you are at least intermediate at Adobe Suite,using a Mac, able to do film/ photography and write, and chase are stories for $10 an/hr. The nostalgic days of the investigative reporter and my visions of bringing justice to the world like Edward R, Murrow and Hunter Thompson were over long ago, at least at this school, but the BILLS for just 2 years at Arcadia ( I was a transfer student keep on coming and probably will till I die). The Communications department is a joke and 90% is run by adjuncts. I had some good classes but I should have learned how to make a perfect resume, portfolio, and all the computer skills you're expected to know now. It is a beautiful campus although they neglect to say you are bordering a ghetto. Don't let that damn castle lure you in. Small class sizes are nice but you can get that at other schools for a lot less money The worst part is no one has ever heard of this school outside the Philadelphia area, so it is kind of embarrassing considering I am fairly smart and could have went to a better school if I had more money to pay for it. All in all, make Arcadia your back-up school and commute if u can to save a lot of money. You can throw a party in your back yard more exciting than any I ever went to at Arcadia.E morrison

Prepped for a year to do well enough on the GRE, gain work experience, and crush my interview to gain admission into their physician assistant program…which I did. Even visited the campus before accepting their offer to get an impression of if it was right for me. Well, it was a classic bait and switch [in quality]. The castle ambiance is luring, but the administration and chairs are a soup-sandwich falling apart. Two professors were fine but the rest couldn't separate out their divorced unhappy lives from their duty to teach. Some had a strange understanding of pathophysiology that makes me chuckle 12 years later now that I know better. Plus, they tracked negative feedback on courses by seeing what time your evaluation populated off and when an unnamed new one populated on…so there was no true anonymity. Luckily my academic advisor went to bat for me when I was threatened with expulsion if I ever gave another negative review. It prepared me but I am sure another university would have done so just as well with kinder and more just intent as well as better organization.Nathan Whitfield

I have spent 4 years at this great institution and I plan to stay for a further 3 years in pursuing my DPT degree. Many complain of a lack of activities and in my opinion it's due to the lack of effort many put into finding things to do. I have found it incredibly easy to have fun while enjoying the peacefulness of avoiding inner city sound pollution. If you are pursuing a degree in any biological studies and want close personal interaction with professors, this is the place to be. This university has opened many doors for me and I am grateful. I will be honest in saying that it needs a tune up in some categories, student affairs I'm staring at you, but it succeeds in preparing you for the real world. Finally, if you want to see the world, there is no better place. I have been to London and the Virgin Islands for study abroad and have had many friends that have explored nearly every corner of the world. I loved this school they provide an unbelievable education and connection to the local community. Something I had the joy of experiencing for most of my life. I remember going to my first sign language class there with my mother when I was around 9 years old and told everyone I was going to college. Education can create so many strong bonds and it did with me for most of my life. The one thing I am really disappointed with is the frat behavior there. I dated someone that attended UNH and is in one of your frats. They call "community service" destroying ex girlfriends and use their influence and connections to do so. I had to run to another part of the country and was eventually followed still by the frat he was part of and they eventually made it into a game. They used an amazing institution that is the foundation of not only education but a lot of great research. It's sad when you see organizations donate money and time to something like hazing or initiation. It definitely was not only physically damaging but mentally damaging and I am afraid to even be in the general area because of it. I feared for my life. I can only hope the university will see this in the future and put a stop to it.Ellery Littlefield

The school itself is great, the buildings are often very nice and enjoyable. However, it's hard to say whether the education is worth the price. Because depending on your major and goals, you will have a varied experience. For me personally, it has been an overall decent experience, nothing special and certainly there are teachers with real attitudes. I am a 1983 graduate and I felt that my educational experience at Muhlenberg was excellent. It is academically very rigorous and challenging, but also socially responsible while providing a very family-like atmosphere. I have had opportunities to go back to the college recently and the changes to the campus with the new buildings and facilities along with the academic upgrades were truly impressive. Muhlenberg to me should be high on anyone's list looking for a top notch education in a supportive, tight knit academic community environment.Anthony Ware

Makes enrolling for adults extremely stress free, always friendly and willing to help with any issues, and open later than I would have expected if you need anything. On Friday May 31 2019 I did a self-guided tour of Muhlenberg College. I was impressed by the building's architecture. Every building has a red door. I wondered what the significance of that. I find that college campuses make for interesting photo subjects and Muhlenberg College is no exception.Richard K

I joined Drexel University as a Computer Science major with a sole aim to take transfer to a better institution. The only two things that I liked at Drexel was :- 1. Scholarship and Financial Aid 2. Math faculty (Dimitri, Jason and Pavel Grinfield) The CS lectures were aweful, so was the CS faculty. I had a 4 GPA for 3 continuous quarters (that's how long I stayed here). CS 164 was a course which taught Javascript language. However, I knew more JavaScript before taking the course than I came out learning after the course. Totally confusing. Popyack was my professor. CS 171 and 172 were fine, just because I had prior experience with C++. In 8 out of 10 lectures I fell asleep, because they were extremely boring. The professor made no eye contact what so ever. Half of the time what he says would make no sense. The labs don't really help you out, they are poorly designed. Most labs will take more time than the time allotted. You'll have to go home with extra work. The university is fraud and extremely unmanaged. There's no infrastructure compared to the good colleges. Small football field. The area is not safe at all. You keep hearing this person got shot, that person got robbed, raped etc. They do not maintain student to faculty ratio. Classes are oversized and poorly air conditioned. Drexel course registration system is very poor. Generally by the time your registration time starts most of the classes you had planned to take would be full. Leaving you sweating and worried early in the morning (around 7 am). There's something called Drexel Central at Drexel, which helps you out with general/administrative/financial aid questions. I emailed them many a times, however, out of 5 emails, I only got reply to 3 of them. Bad service. (They say they maintain a well-designed database system for all the messages/inquiries/support). They compare themselves to UPenn. (Yes, you can laugh). Also, some professors say that Drexel Dragons are much better than UPenn students. (Laugh again). Extremely expensive. (So much money for nothin'. In fact, the tuition is more than that of UPenn which is an Ivey League) There are two places where you can go and have meals, and hang out with friends too. However, the food options there is so limited that it's better you rather eat at other places and waste all your meal swipes for which you are paying about $ 2000 per quarter. Even with meal swipes you don't get everything (basically the good things). For most of the things you can't use meal swipes. For meal swipe, at one of the locations, for example you can buy Pepppperrrronnnni Pizza (You can guess the quality of the pizza! The worst pepperoni is served here.) The free refill cups are extremely small. When I joined in the Fall the cups had a good size of 16 oz, but as time flew the cups became smaller and smaller. They are now half (may be even lesser) of what they used to be. The books for the courses are at extremely high price, and are hardly used. Drexel maintains rating and review system for course and faculy, however, though it is hardly ever evaluated. (But they will send you a million emails asking you to complete course/faculty rating/review). For example, one of the Pfysics professors at Drexel, who is pathetic at teaching, asks the students to buy books if they are taking the course compulsorily, still continues this practice of making them buy books, even after so many reviews having been done against it. No action taken by Drexel. The dorm life is not bad. Except that the washrooms, toilets are not cleaned on a daily basis. The kitchen is always dirty. Laundry room is always full. Well, they do have a Subway, but the quality of service provided there is extremely poor. The guy there literally just throws everything you tell him on the bread, such that when the bread is folded, 1/4th of the sandwich comes out. Chick fil A at Drexel unlike at all other locations does not provide free refills. Again they are charging you so much for nothing. Never consider going here.Niam Tomer

Surprisingly good University, presenting a good amount of development and a few excellent professors. The co-op opportunities are very interesting, a great idea and implementation. It is, however, a very expensive education, leading to a lower prestige/cost relationship. To become a top-ranked University, Drexel still needs a lot of branding through student achievement – combined with school pride, which could be much stronger – and research projects/applications with high visibility. Both could be reached with benefits to bring more top-level students and professors and with good money usage (because there is a lot of it) and cooperations for project funding.Leonardo Rolim

I attended Drexel and I can honestly say this was the worst choice I've made in a school choice. My professors were pretty decent, but the staff are not helpful and they talk to you like you should know certain things already. I pay this damn school every month on time because I have a balance due, and they won't release my transcripts even though I am paying them upward $125 per month. Which are payments that I am never late paying. I can honestly say I regret this decision and really should have went with my first choice which was Temple and my second choice being Cheyney. The one thing that i did love was it was fast track learning.Ashley Hinton
