I've attended schools from Syracuse University to Holyoke Community College and AIC and STCC and Umass and no one can touch WNEU. AMAZING school. Insane involvement from faculty and staff. Career focused education. Professors that will challenge you NO MATTER who you are and what department you're in. I majored in Electrical Engineering, but took courses outside of Sleith (the engineering college). I enrolled in Spanish courses, Math course and Chemistry, which are all outside of the Engineering umbrella. I was astounded by how ubiquitous WNE's focus on high standards is. I earned a 3.9 GPA and was challenged in every course. Nothing was easy, but nothing was impossible. I highly recommend the university. Sure, rural Springfield is a bit of a let-down for things to do. The university does a great job of creating trips and events for students every weekend. Seize the opportunities and enjoy all that Western Mass has to offer. WNE is a great school for anyone looking to earn an education and secure a career by working hard and being focused on a brighter tomorrow. Thanks for a life changing experience.DPR _

This is a terrible Quiznos! I went in there asking for a grinder and the lady at the desk just looked at me confused. She wasn't wearing usual Quiznos attire, instead she was wearing formal business attire. I thought this was the fanciest Quiznos I had ever been to. The sign above the counter said "Welcome Center", which I thought would be the place to order. I never received my order and I am suspicious as to whether this place was actually a Quiznos.Zachary Booth

In my experience, many of the staff are very rude, does not provide good and timely response, let alone horrible customer service. Let’s talk about the lack of quality work and the lack of academic advising performance. There isn’t any quality in that area at all, no “attention to detail” No one Seems have a clue or worse, they don’t focus on the older online students. The main focus is on the young students, and no one else seems to matter. For the amount of money we pay to attend this private school the service they provide does match our money at all. Let’s talk about some of the Professors. They might have PhD’s but they certainty behave themselves as not having no education at all in the way they communicate with students. Rude, unprofessional. For many of them it’s just a title and nothing more. Students surveys really need to be considered to possibly improve in certain areas that continues to lack in professionalism and “attention to detail.” Please start with the academic advising for the online students. This review is solely based on the library, which is open 24 hours of the day. The library comes with a Starbucks, and four floors providing ample amount of seating. The furniture is quite nice, and relatively comfortable. There are a great deal of computers to be used by students, and it comes with a gender inclusive bathroom on each level. Tuition is 50k and what do the students get. Terrible food, awful dorms, and nonexistant wifi. Cant get anything done. Just a cash grab school. Doesn’t really put the money toward the students, or anything useful.Unhappy Student

My girlfriends and I are treating ourselves to a museum weekend here in Springfield MA. While this museum was beautiful, I was very disappointed that there we no O'Keefe paintings as stated on the outside menu. However there were some pretty exhibits and the entire quad of museums can be done in a day. These are two of my favorite pieces. The window is a Tiffany stained glass using a ripple glass technique which gives the image a three dimensional appearance. The roses were just beautiful in their realism.Lisa Moreau

I don't know how busy the weekends get, but I would definitely recommend a visit during a weekday. The guides are very passionate about the art and hearing their excitement about the medieval 14th century display made me spend an extra moment and really appreciate the little details. Visited on

Great small museum. It looks like most of it's collection is donations from local private collectors, and the painters are mostly not that well known. Although there is a hall with famous impressionists. However I found the collection very well representative of each age. Also it was great to see Ai WeiWei exhibition there.Alex Kotlik

Is the best place to study in Cambridge College in Springfield,MA, the staff are really friendly beside helpful and the professor are the best, I would not change this opportunity of being part of this system for nothing in my life.
