20 Best Medical Assistant Programs In Colorado Springs, CO (2022 Updated)

ACC is the best Community College in Colorado period. A large fraction of the teachers employed here are ex-Ivy League professors. My intro to business teacher was a top business professor at Clemson University. Most professors have PhD’s as opposed to a master’s degree. The grading process is very fair and these professors really care about your education and will go above and beyond to see that you succeed, granted you actually seek the help this is college people the teachers most likely aren’t going to come to you. There are so many different resources, including, but not limited too: Free tutors who are amazing ( in my opinion better than if you hired one), teachers who actually care about your future and present situations, book store/school supplies store on campus, a cafe with Caribou coffee, a milkshake machine and other great snacks, there are plenty of different areas to do school work or study that are very comfortable and convenient, they have hundreds if not thousands of majors and minors to choose from you want it, they’ve got it and so much more. Arapahoe Community College is by far the greatest her in Colorado. It is not overly priced the tuition rates are so great basically you can receive an Ivy League education for 10-15k per year. It’s an amazing way to save money especially when you are planning to go to a big university. Better to spend 10-15k on required pre- requisite classes, AKA GenEd rather than 25-75k. And since ACC has such amazingly qualified professors you won’t be behind , or unable to transfer successfully to a 4-year university, you will be able to make a smooth transition. Veteran student here, all I can say is this school has been a waste of my benefits. The administration is aware that they are understaffed, busy, and stretched far too thin. Though nothing has changed not just with ACC but CCCS as well. There was a total of 4 semesters dealing with covid and distance learning, and there was no change in how it felt to learn from Spring 2020 till this past Spring 21. Four semesters with no change in how classes are taught, how students are engaged, how professors make sure that you are understanding the information, the list goes on and on. I had given up in most of my classes that I took here. I have felt everything but motivation, and determination to want to participate and study. The course I am studied in was faulty and dated. The introductory class alone is dated and will not prepare you for what it is to be an interior designer let alone give an actual representation of the work done in the field. I didn't learn to sketch, read floor plans, study the design process, bubble charts, box charts. I LEARNED HOW TO DECORATE. It was also very clear that if you wanted to decorate and only decorate you would do well in this program. I can’t believe how much this organization has failed its students and faculty. I’m seriously contemplating whether I to stop attending ACC. It doesn’t make since that online classes cost $100 extra per credit when a professor has you read chapters, and answer the chapter questions and do a weekly discussion question. There was no feedback to where I could know if I was grasping the concepts. I’d rather research what books each class provides and read them on my own then Pay $900 to a teacher that doesn’t communicate with us at all. On top of that, I experienced a micro-aggression during my final presentation where my professor asked if my business sold burritos because we were a Latino museum… This school needs to work with educating their teachers to learn how to treat their diverse students with respect and dignity. Before intellitec i had no clue what i wanted to do with my future. I was kind of just floating around not taking anything seriously. Then when i found my passion for the medical field i had a really hard time figuring out where to start. Intellitec gave me and opportunity of a lifetime. Not only did this experience teach me to adapt to unfamiliar circumstances, it showed me that even when u think there isn’t a way, there always is. Along my journey at intellitec i met some of the most warm hearted people who have nothing but your best interests in mind. Mr. Roby, one of the instructors, creates a comfortable atmosphere that keeps his students engaged. Miss Davis, former student and now instructor, has zero issue with breaking a subject down one step at a time at a pace you are comfortable with. Mr. Thorn, our lab instructor, is very informative and allows u to branch off so that you can become more familiar with the craft. Last but not least, Miss Lo, intellitec’s instructor and extern coordinator, is someone you can ALWAYS go to no matter the problem. She’s not only your shoulder to cry on when you need one but she’s also someone with the most remarkable networking skills. Miss Lo. got me an interview for a job outside of school in ONE 5 MINUTE PHONE CALL and because of her i am now currently employed at the location i externed at. Her number is definitely one you should have. Overall Intellitec has done nothing but provide me with a second family. I just wanted to give a positive shout out to the teacher of CCR:100. Until recently, I didn't know how this psychology class would be applicable to the real world. Rest assured, it is. I won't mention the name of the restaurant, but there is currently a GM that has enjoys screaming at employees in front of customers, all day. You are rushed through training and at times purposely trained wrong. With this class I was able to professionally express to the GM how this coercive behavior is not okay to do in front of a customer. I was able to point out flaws in management skills professionally, which in the long run has saved my record. The GM used nothing but unprofessionalism and excuses throughout each email proving strong signs of weak leadership skills. These emails include insults and calling me a liar. there was no professionalism, whatsoever. This particular class gives students the strength, courage, and applicable skills to improve the workplace, to find the right work environment, and essentially teaches you a form of management that is a business psychology applicable when you need it most. Current HVAC student and very pleased with my education so far. The teachers care about not only my education but my goals and path moving forward. I was having a tough time getting employers to notice me and take my resume seriously. Until I asked Rob Gleghorn, the Career Services Manager, for help that is. He helped me sort out my resume, going above and beyond to make sure it was the best version I could present. I started getting calls from employers the next day. I instantly went from hoping to land an interview to trying to figure out how to choose from the best option. I feel IntelliTec is more than just a school, it's a career builder. The teachers are knowledgeable in their field and always willing to spend extra time going over subject matter that I have questions about. Terrible school. They charge you an absurd amount for supplies after you've paid for classes and do not disclose it will be a charged item (Or that you will be kicked out of the class and your seat given to another person if you do not pay. You know, the class you already paid for and got in?). Not only that, this is a second job for most teachers, so good luck finding one that actually has enough energy or fs to give to teach a night or afternoon classes. Dont forget that they like to cut class lengths in half (Semester to a quarter), double the amount of time in class (from 2-4 hours), not inform anyone in the class of this AND move the location of where the class is supposed to be last minute to another campus. Oh! And let's stack on more homework than a someone taking a doctorate because the teachers figured that using an online program will make it so they only need to sit around, and they dont care enough to have the class there for the entire 4 hours. DO NOT GO HERE. GO LITERALLY TO ANY OTHER SCHOOL IN THE STATE KIDS. It's a bigger cash grab than a pyramid scheme. Only reason youd ever take a CMC class is for an AP Highschool class. I cannot stress that youd have more fun waisting your money on yourself over this absolute joke of a school.Carlton Phelps

This is my second semester at CMC. I really love the teachers and the price!! I would recommend anyone to attend here, especially if you are an in-district student. It's very affordable! I have found the teachers to be amazing. All of my teachers have been very engaging and interested in helping me succeed in my career goals. I would say there is only one downside that I have encountered and that is lack of flexibility in scheduling. I needed very specific classes, and they all seemed to be scheduled on top of each other. This led me to a stretched out schedule and lots of miles traveled (& wasted time) to other campuses to get in the classes I need. But I made it work and for the price and amazing professors, I am very happy that I was able to make it work. CMC has been great!!Amy Kovach

Pros: I like Colorado College, and the block plan and small intimate class size really intrigued me into coming here, even though I'm not a native Coloradan. It's definitely a great location if you love the outdoors and a good four seasons of weather. Those are the main reasons I chose this school. I quickly learned that I could fit in here! Additionally, I love CC's approaches to learning such as their sustainability agreement and anti racist approach. They're even starting to pick up on mental health which everyone can agree is very important nowadays. The block plan is a great way to learn content, especially if balancing multiple semester classes at once doesn't seem desirable to you. If that is the case, consider this school, since there's only about less than 10 schools on the Block Plan. Overall, I'd give CC as a whole 5 out of 5 stars, and I hope you consider attending! While wandering around the campus, I had numerous people ask if I needed anything or help me find different places. The buildings and sights are great. Beautiful area to walk through and enjoy the trees and the grass. be aware that they are currently requiring masks anywhere on campus so even walking around outside you'll need a mask. It's their private property so they can do what they want. It's a small sacrifice to make though to enjoy the space.Josh West

I LOVE LOVE LOVE working at Pima in COS! After 30 years in general practice, I am so happy to share my experiences and make new memories with the students and staff. The students are so amazing that I get sad when then leave! Many of them keep in touch and visit when they are nearby or in town. People that I meet in the veterinary field (and the human medical field for that matter) are excited to tell me all about the incredibly talented Vet Techs and Vet Assistant students that have landed at their location after attending Pima. They are asking me to KEEP THEM COMING!! The leadership is supportive and approachable. I have experienced numerous hospitals in the last 71 years as a patient and private caregiver. My husband had surgery at Penrose in January of 2022. I have NEVER seen this kind of professionalism, expertise, and most of all the friendliness and helpfulness exuded by ALL of the staff! The procedures and technology were up to date and in use. I don’t know which part was my favorite: being treated as a prisoner, being given a diagnosis of paranoid schizophrenic without ever having heard voices in 38 years, not having the diagnosis discussed with me in any way: or not being told in my 6 days at the hospital that I more likely than not have cancer. Our family's experience… My elderly mom has been in and out of this facility several times recently. On each occasion she was left to languish in her bed, becoming weaker and weaker each day. Following one visit, she couldn't even sit up in a chair. We asked everyone we could to please walk her, so she could return home safely. We were met with inaction, excuses and indifference. I'd been holding back on writing a review for Dr. Mitchell and Gutwell Medical because I didn't want to sound overly dramatic with what I want to say. But today marks the one year anniversary of the day she changed my world and, I feel, also saved my life! I had been suffering with chronic intestinal issues all of my life, but my symptoms had been getting increasingly more painful and difficult to live with over the previous two years. My primary care physician had me going through blood tests, a colonoscope, ultrasound, and test after test would show there was nothing wrong with me. I was "healthy as a horse" as far as she could tell, and I was starting to feel like I must've been some kind of hypochondriac. All while the pain kept getting worse and making my life more miserable and difficult to get through each day. It was at that point, a little over one year ago, that I sought out Dr. Mitchell's help to help find what my PCP couldn't. During my first visit with Dr. Mitchell, she patiently listened to me describing all my woes and unresolved pains and she encouraged me to try some other tests, and particularly recommended I get a CT scan of my lower abdomen, which ended up being scheduled for Augst 27th, exactly one year go. The CT scan she urged me to take provided the answer to the question that my PCP had been had been unable to find during the two previous years. The scan showed a cellular mass surrounding my pancreas and the diagnosis was confirmed at a visit to the UC Health Anschutz Center in Denver just a week later. I was suffering from pancreatic cancer which had already metastasized to a couple of spots on my liver. Not the most desirable diagnosis, but at last I knew what was wrong with me, I was not a hypochondriac, and there was a way forward to do something about my pain! If I hadn't undergone the CT scan that day a year ago I don't know how much longer it would have taken to discover the cancer and what the impact on my life would have been. But because of Dr. Mitchell's recommendation we discovered the cancer and were able to come up with a treatment plan to fight it. And during this past year Dr. Mitchell has continued to help me fight the cancer, the side effects of the treatment, and help me feel better now, a year into my diagnosis, than I was feeling three years ago. I sincerely believe that if it hadn't been for her recommendation we wouldn't have discovered the cancer until it might have been too late for any successful intervention. As things stand today, the cancerous lesions on my liver have disappeared, the cancerous mass around my pancreas has shrunk by 50%, and the cancer markers in my blood have dropped from a high of over 660 last October to just 20.3 as of the latest blood test last week. I'm still alive and kicking today. I am hopeful that I have a chance to beat this cancer, and I couldn't be more grateful to Dr. Mitchell for continuing to help me to be here. My case may not be the kind of intestinal issue or issues you're dealing with, but I am happy to wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Mitchell to anyone looking for help.Thomas Falk

I have had stomach issues for most of my life. All of the doctors I have been to over the years simply called it IBS, which I learned was a "diagnosis of exclusion", meaning they can't come up with a definitive cause. Hi well hello currently I am in the Medical assistant evening class, and my instructor Mr Juan has been the best instructor I have had so far. He has been teaching all classes Morning, afternoon and Evening, and yet despite him being here all day and me being the last class from 5pm to 10pm he never looses his enthusiasm. He has a strong passion to teach and he really does show us real world situations. He prepares us for the best and for the worst case scenarios since he has been in the medical field for 10 years, he shows us to always have respect and empathy for everyone. He radiates positivity and love, with every thing he does. He dedicates everything to being the best teacher he can be and it really shows how much he cares. I enrolled in their cosmetology program and what a mess! In the classroom during term two I missed so much important information and when I went to the teacher for help I was just told it's ok you don't understand this you will learn more out on the floor. I pretty much felt like I had to teach myself. Once I got out to the floor things got even worse. The school has a VERY small regular clientele so if you can't bring in your own clients you are going to be working on your manaquin head every day. When you work on your manaquin you can't use any product other than conditioner so you don't get experience with using the actual chemicals you should be learning to use. You also can't see the results of your work so you can't visually determine if you did a good job or not. If you do need help with something good luck finding an instructor to help you unless you are one of their favorites. Also if you aren't a favorite of the instructor out on the floor have fun being constantly being picked on for your appearance and everything else you do. Girls that the teacher favored could leave for lunch for two hours No problem and never had to make up time while other girls could step out for a five minute break and the entire time have an instructor breathing down their neck. They also didn't have to follow dress code and would be praised for how cute they look while girls wearing dress code appropriate attire would be told they can't wear that. Another problem the school has is they never have even the most basic supplies in stock such as nail glue and hair color. The cleanliness of the school could be improved on, no one was around to make sure proper sanitation was being practiced and I can tell you people get lazy there and skip over important sanitation. The pedicure stools had dead skin and toe nail clippings in them from 10 different clients half the time. Once you get out on the floor theory was in the back of the salon not in a class room and at the time I was there we had no white board or proper seating/tables. Theory was another time where the favorite students could do what ever they please and have no points taken off their grade but if the teacher didn't like you they could mark you down for not participating just because they felt like it. You don't actually learn anything in theory they had us playing games the whole time that were not effective and difficult for everyone to be included in. Girls spoke up about the ineffectiveness of the games and asked to do more immersive activities but their request were ignored. Sometimes during theory we would have clients still in chairs receiving services in the middle of us trying to have class. When I attended the school the air conditioniner was broken in the middle of summer and I never once saw anyone come work on it even though the school has an HVAC program. While I attended the school the AC was never fixed. One of the sinks had fallen off the wall in the bathroom and was never fixed. There was also a shampooing sink that leaked water through the wall on to the floor and instead of fixing it they just put towels down on the floor. I left the course in September and by the end of November I still had not received my withdrawal analysis so I called main campus multiple times to ask about it but no one was ever there that could help me so finally about a week later someone called me back and told me they had sent it out in September. I told her I never received it and told her I can come in and get it so this time it for sure gets to me. She reassured me that was not necessary and she will resend it then asked me what my address is ,after giving it to her she read back the address to confirm it was correct and it was. Now it's February and I still don't have my paper work. To top it off I have been receiving calls And bills from intellitec that I owe them almost $500 when my tuition was paid up front in full and I withdrew from the course before I was even halfway through it.Ireen H

I loved this school. I tried a traditional 4 year college several times, always dropping out for any reason I could think of. I just couldn't find justice in it. If I want to work in medicine why do I need to pay to learn medieval British history? I didn't make sense to me. So after years of "going no where" jobs, I finally decided to put my GI Bill to use and enrolled into IntelliTec colleges MA program. I'm so glad I did. Every class I took was a step towards a career that I wanted. After 18 months, I graduated with a state certification in medical assisting and phlebotomy. My credits couldn't be transferred to the local university here, but they do transfer to Colorado Christian University, so if I decide to further my education I can. While in school I learned a lot of skills that I wanted to incorporate into my career. I also set a goal to work either at an urgent care, or the VA hospital upon graduation. I ended up meeting my goal, getting hired at an urgent care practicing my skills. Going to IntelliTec really opened up many doors for me. I'm so glad I decided to go here. I graduated from this "college" in 2010. I would like to point out that the recruiters get paid commission. Because of this, I was told that i would be able to make $17/hr working as a medical assistant in a hospital once I graduated. When i did graduate, with a GPA of 3.8, all I was able to get was a job that paid $9/hr. When I moved out of state and tried to get a decent job, i was told that my degree wasn't any good because this school is NOT medically accredited. I was told the same thing when i tried to work in a hospital. I was out of my field for too long by the time i came back to Colorado that i couldn't get hired to be a medical assistant. In early 2016, I went to the Intellitec in Colorado Springs to try to get help getting back in my field, i was promised the ability to audit some classes and get help re-certifying. I have not been able to get anyone to call me/email me back now. Now i am paying back $20,000 in student loans for a career that i don't even get to have. The worst group of teachers & counselors I have ever experienced. When a student has trouble passing classes they take over and over and over…says something about those teachers. Terrible program, the cost is easily 4x more than anywhere else and the knowledge they offer is no more than a basic 6 week long course. They say that you can receive college credit at their program. That is a lie. If you are looking to be a vet tech I would stay clear of this "school"Mark Glass

I'd give none if I could. Idk how y'all sleep at night, really don't. Read the other comments about this scam and it absolutely applies to my situation. I feel dumb for falling for it. No adjustment first visit, first adjustment lasted not even 5 minutes, second adjustment was supposed to be 10-15 but literally was a minute long and left me in much worse pain than when I arrived. What are you doing there? Making people's pain worse so they rely on you? Or do you actually take care of the ones who dish out thousands of dollars? Oh and not to mention, and this should've been a HUGE red flag, one of your "doctors" stated to me that a patient (who I just saw, said hello to, sat in the waiting room with) has a brain injury and that he has difficulty understanding things. Dunno if y'all know that you aren't supposed to share that with people, but you're not. Anyway, I'll be finding a legitimate place to get taken care of. After almost 6 weeks of pain and no/ misinformation/ answers from the ER or PCP, Trive Health Systems Chiropractor Dr Uthe was able to give my 19yr son some hope and relief with the first start of treatment to come and education they provided. As well as relieve some of my mommy stress of seeing my child in pain. The staff from walking in the door was super nice and made us feel welcome, even gave my 6yr old a sticker and something to color. Just after one visit he is able to move a little better. I've been dealing with chronic back pain for more than 3 years and Dr. Storm was able to help me so quickly. The staff here are very welcoming and non-judgemental. Mindy even shared her weightloss story with me which really put me at ease. The staff are very knowledgeable about different treatments and will find the best one that works for you. Everything is a one stop shop, so it makes it super convenient. Can't say enough good things. Doctor Sung is excellent & his bed side manners are pleasant. He has done both of my back surgeries. After one, I was off of pain medication in 2 weeks & 2 days. My other surgery, a neck fusion, made the pain in my neck, shoulders, arms, and hands pretty much dissapear. Now, I am facing another surgery & I can't wait because I want out of pain!! I referred a friend that had surgery with him; and as a massage therapist, several of my clients have had surgeries with Doctor Sung. Not one had anything bad to say. My last visit was awesome: Check in went pleasantly smooth, the person who took me back was gracious & X-rays were a snap, even she was really nice. I saw his PA Kelsi, she was very thorough & extremely knowledgeable. She was also caring, personable & down to earth. I actually shop my insurance around & to include certain doctors & Doctor Sung is one of them. I called Dr. Watson's office first thing in a morning, and they were able to fit me in his schedule for that afternoon. As soon as I filled out the paperwork, I was walked in, and on x-rays were done right the way. After the doctor examined my injury and we looked at the x-rays, he assured me that my injury was not as severe, which made me feel a lot better instantaneously. Sure enough, few days later I felt a lot better. There were no traces of the trauma or development of any complications just like Dr. Watson said. I am a returning patient of Dr. James Bee. I returned because the first experience I had with him 16+ years ago proved to be so successful and recommendation-worthy. When I knew it was time for a second back surgery (the first procedure still had everything in place and was not the issue), I was so thankful Dr. Bee was still available (I knew he was because I had recommended him to others who had utilized him and also rendered their gratitude). I haven't made an appointment nor do I plan to. Super shady, red flags popping up all over. A lot of fake reviews but it's those one star reviews that speak volumes about this business. I also mistrust a business who's number comes in as private instead of forthcoming on my voicemail. The message was not informative and professional but a chance to twist my arm with an ad for your business. You failed to answer my question, are your services covered by Medicaid. On a long winded and politician like ad, "Here are the services covered by insurance…" Followed by not a yes or no, but a huge ambiguous spiel that did not answer my question. I then read a review on Facebook that if you don't have Medicare, then Medicaid isn't covered. From reading between the really suspicious lines, you sell snake oil and BHRT. No thank you. If all I wanted was hormone replacement, I'd go to my actual physician, and not what sounds like a scam.Colorado Crone

This place and all these people are amazing . I would have to write a book to even begin to describe what a wonderful experience this has been . Angelo the office manager , Sandra who works on me, all the other desk people, Liz etc are the kindest most professional people you would ever hope to meet. I love coming here. There is no comparison to other similar places who claim to offer the same services. They don’t have the knowledge or the technology that this place does. No comparison. Colorado Medical Solutions The People are so kind and helpful and very knowledgeable of their jobs. The Hormone replacement Therapy has cleared my head form the fog it was in, given me more energy and brought me back to my youth in so many ways. As I was in the Clinic, I seen a sign for melting 3 to 10 inches away in 3 weeks I ask about it and the next day I was in for my first session and right after it my whole body felt absolutely amazing! I hadn't been to the doctor in almost two decades for a proper physical so I was pretty nervous about being uncomfortable. The doctors were great and really put me at ease. I didn't have insurance and I want sure what kind of customer service to expect since I wasn't a paying customer but they were professional and respectful. I went into Dream Center today for scary pregnancy symptoms and this place is amazing! I have no insurance and am waiting for my husbands work insurance to kick in in three months! The staff treated me very well, gave me an exam and scheduled be for an ultrasound tomorrow! They also sent me to a lab for blood work, I don't know what we would have done without this clinic! Best ACLS renewal I've ever had. The center is conveniently located on Academy and is quit high tech. The owener operator Catherine is an amazing teacher who cares about her students and is passonate about having you truely learn in a NO STRESS ENVIRONMENT!! Highly recommend. I was given 5 days notice to complete both ACLS and NRP for a new job and was panicking but Catherine made it so easy to get both skills sessions booked and done in time. I was a student at Heart To Heart Academy and when I tell you Miss Priscilla was the best teacher I have ever, she really takes her time to teach you step-by-step, she never rush you, and she is not going to let you walk away not understanding what the assignment was, Mr. Williams which is her husband very very instrumental in everything that has to be done, I would highly recommend this school to anyone that wants to become a CNA, her teaching technique is spectacular, her curriculum is so organized, her theory organized, her way of teaching you was so easy to understand, I have never seen such an amazing team, also the people that come in to speak with you, talk to you about Job, was top notch in the Colorado Springs surrounding area. This physical therapy program is different than any other I have encountered. You only work with a real physical therapists, not technicians. They spend 40 minutes with you, and use many manual techniques to relieve pain. I am a 76 year old with significant arthritis. I was having alot of jaw and neck pain. Ethan has had special training in cranial therapy and with some manual therapy was able to totally fix my jaw, neck pain relieved, and I was able to open my mouth again after weeks of limited motion. My experience has been nothing short of excellent. My therapist, Sam, explains everything he is doing and why; and, provides me with instructions for at home exercises to do between visits. He provides encouragement and feedback on how well I am doing. Another thing I like about Total Function PT is that you are always seeing a Physical Therapist, not an assistant. I use to come to this urgent care because it was one of the good ones. However after tonight I will never come back and I refuse to recommend this location to anyone. The male doctor that worked was more concerned about pushing people out because he wanted to go home. I got in the clinic around 6:50pm and while standing in line the receptionists just complained everytime someone walked through those doors. While sitting there they locked the doors so no one else could come in and they made it a big ordeal because now no one else could come in because they wanted to go home! So I finally got taken back to a room and I didn't have a nurse I had a technician from x ray. The doctor was in such a rush to push patients out that 2 minutes in he barged in and then said oh I will be back to the technician. Then she left and about five minutes later he comes in and was so rude and unprofessional. He did nothing for me. Not even a referral. He told me to go see my primary. I didn't even get discharge paperwork. He was rude and didn't have a single clue on what he was talking about. He didn't do his job because he wanted to go home. The staff tonight had no respect for patients and they were all loud enough to make it known they were annoyed with people walking in. On top of all of this they didn't call patients in order. Honestly this should be considered theft. I came in and you said just go to your primary physician and he didn't do any scans, and he didn't even do a referral. So he did nothing . He wanted to go home so bad that he didn't do his job. By far one of the worst experience!Alicia Borchardt

We were skeptic on whether or not we should take our LO to a UCHealth branch because our first visit with a different location was a horrible experience! We drove 20 minutes to this location & I will certainly do it again if needed! I had called prior to going there, the front staff had looked up my number after my call & saw that our LO was established, so she added us to the schedule prior to our arrival. It took less than 5 minutes to get settled into a room. The nurse was very considerate being that our LO wasn’tfeeling well and was fussy. She then came back with a teddy bear to help cheer up our LO & our baby loved it! Dr. Bob came in shortly and was very patient and answered all our questions. This is truly the best urgent care I have ever been to. The employees at the front are very attentive, the nurses and medical assistants are also compassionate and attentive and Dr Japp is obviously in the right profession. It is so absolutely inspiring to see a doctor who really does care about the patients which he sees. It was so relieving to actually have a doctor be this attentive and helpful!
