Great school for engineering and decent for nursing. Business school will depend on your work and the professors you choose(from 1-4 ⭐️). The support sucks. Try calling financial aid or student accounts and you know how living in purgatory feels like. One hour of waiting on the line is typical and if you wanna use the outdated mymav website to get help without calling them, good luck 😉 The number in the picture below belongs to student accounts department who will drop you from all your classes when u owe money so you need speed dealing with them. I suggest you’ll go there physically even if you’re infected with Covid19 as you have a better chance of reaching them in person. If I could give this university a zero star, I would do it. As an international student, I have millions of terrible experiences with this university. The graduate school and the international students office have been really really rude. They will try to frustrate you using any way they could. Also, the insurance requirement for international students have been so unfair. They will charge you lots lots of money for the insurance for the summer time even though you are not enrolled in any classes during the summer. Also, the staff working in the graduate school have been so rude and know very little. Some of the graduate and undergraduate classes have been so meaningless and do not worth the money.yaqing cao

Atm a lot of construction is going around the university. Either adding new school building, dinning areas, or apartments around the school. The gym is great, great gym equipment, indoor track, and classes that you can sign up for if you do not like working out alone. Building are easy to locate but if you have trouble finding them people will be nice to direct to the correct locations. love all the staff, Laura helped me a lot, the success coach that went to the University of Arlington helped a lot and I'm so bad with names, but a white gentleman helped a lot I think his name was Gerad. All the financial aid has supported me broadly. I know y'all are hanging in there from the pandemic I will be going to school on June 1st I have not been in school for 6 years because of problems in my family's life I'm still trying to figure life out I'm just now starting to take care of my mom I am living with her now which is a big step. I either need a scholarship for a college essay or need a grant but they said I don't make enough money. I worked for four years by the way. since I started school in dallas colleges(2019) this summer 2022 is the worse for me. My professor O'Brien is never available, no help from him, and has denied access to all the features that other professors give access to students in order to help us. I went to the campus to talk to an advisor after sending him more than 5 emails, even at the campus No one knew his whereabouts and he finally responded after 2 weeks since i told him I think I'll drop that class he didn't even bother to try and assist me instead he said yes you can drop it and you'll for sure find the same class with another instructor good luck. First time to have such a 👎 instructor at dallas colleges I so much regret wasting this semester in this class. Im only a freshmen at Mountainview community college but I already have a great opinion on the institution. I love the greenery surrounding the buildings because they make me feel tranquilized, I love the inclusivity this college gives and the diversity here. The professors that I have so far have been amazing and makes my classes worth looking forward to. I visited the school store in the S building just last week and I really love everything the store has to offer such as snacks, school supplies, feminine products, hygiene products, cosmetics, and basic necessities! The subway in the dining hall has welcoming employees with great customer service. The success coaches in the S building are also very helpful with planning for classes and addressing any concerns you may have. I love this college!Brianna

I'll preface this with that the only reason this school is getting 2 stars is because staff has actually been helpful when I have reached out to try and fix things. But when I tell you EVERY step of this process has been an absolute nightmare I am not exaggerating. I am a TWU graduate and needed a quick summer class to take because i got a conditional acceptance to a graduate school. This is time sensitive. So, long story short every single step had some issue that took multiple phone calls and people to fix. The biggest issue was me paying for an official transcript, seeing that on the tracking information brookhaven had received the transcript, and days later having the transcript STILL not put into the system which kept me from registering for the class that my entire future quite literally depended on me taking. Because of the bad timing of spring break I had to register late and it took an hour in person of me and the wonderful admissions worker figuring it out because no one we needed to contact was actually on campus. Although she was incredibly helpful, it was obvious the entire set up was frustrating for her too. The website is outdated and confusing and I get endless errors- i couldn't even pay without there being an error. Christi Carter is an awful person who sees students making mistakes during class and says NOTHING, then cheats during the "random body part selection process for competicy testing" and gives you the one body part she saw you making a mistake on but said nothing during class so she can kick you out of the program. Absolute zero compassion for students and their education. Luckily I've graduated Radiology at a different college dispite her being an absolute awful teacher. How someone can be so curropt and unfair became director of the program is beyond me.__

I was at this campus just to get my Student ID this week. Everyone I encountered was kind and helpful from the security desk attendant to the staff in Student Services. When I was looking at one of the outside campus maps to find my way a staff member came up and assisted me with the directions to where I needed to go. Reading the other reviews here, I see others have had problems with admissions and financial aid – I think all universities have lots of complicated paperwork in regards to those areas, so patience is necessary.Curtis Johnson

I love the professors. Temple College is lucky to have professors that have doctorate degrees to teach. As a students, we are lucky to pay a junior college price for access to PhD 's. Those are the professors I choose from when given the opportunity in my degree plan. The business management of the junior college could use some training in customer service and fully understand the job they do. I have learned to always have my military files with me since the files have a tendency to be lost every other semester. I never knew that I earned the President's List or the Vice President's List awards until they announced it at my graduation. Student life is hampered by lack of support from staff and lack of student interest. I hope that this college will continue to grow, take on a supportive/student oriented attitude, and attract the quality professors and staff the college needs to grow. I look forward to my tax dollars at work showing improvement and multiplying to better serve the community.Jane Smith

I loved this college. I met a lot of really great people while here, but more importantly I felt the teachers were fair and prepared me to go to University. Also if you are not part of TRIO you should go there. I spent a lot of time there and met really good people like Debbi Owens, Tina Marsh and Cecilia. I would do my homework there and receive help and tutoring. It is a wonderful thing for the College to allow students to access programs like these and I am hoping that more people can create programs like these. I was in their nursing program and I passed all the exams with mid Bs. My clinical instructor made up many violations and forced me to accept them. She further used those violations to give me very low grade (25 out of 91) on my midterm evaluation despite the fact that I was never late for clinical and I handed in all my paperwork on time. It is obviously discrimination. I had to withdraw from the course because you can not fight discrimination with hard-work. I will give it a minus star if I can.Chun-Wei Lin

This school is literally the worst, they take all day in the advising office and registration office. They will have one or two people helping more than 20 people and you would think that would make them have a sense of urgency but they do not. They all act as if they don’t feel like helping you and move so damn slow. I received 2 parking tickets during the time I have attended this school because two hours in a meter is not even enough. The best advisor is Shannon, the rest of them act like they don’t care and will not give you any guidance when your new to college, some will over talk you and not even pay attention or listen to what you are saying to them. This school will literally make you not want to attend college at all with how difficult they make the process. I am here at the college registering for my classes for the fall and have been here since 1:00 it is now 4:00pm smdh. If you plan on coming here make sure you have a whole day to spend here!!!! I was suppose to be taking classes here last year but wasn't able to log in. I had a meeting and asked for help and she said she couldn't help me for some reason…I ended up texting & emailing people for help but they eighter didn't reply or said they were going to help me but then ended up not communicating back. I managed to call tec support and they said website was down. Few days later they called me & said they were going to put me on a list and since then I haven't heard anything. I feel like putting a bad review I’m currently trying to see a councilor here at El Centro I came Thursday before 5pm and they told me it was closed but on the website they close at 5pm. Come to find out today a staff member told me they closed an hour early because they were having a spring break party. Today I’m trying to speak to an advisor I’m the only one here sitting in the lobby still waiting for someone to help me. I used to love this school but honestly service has gone down the drain. I am a current student at CHCP and I can tell you the school is great ,and they do make you feel very comfortable , the staff is very kind and helpful, they are truelly there for you when you need a hand with class concerns, personal issues or life issues, their open door policy is very real and comforting to have when you feel like you have no one to turn to if you need to talk. I am taking the M.A. course and my instructors Ms.Myers and Ms Ewing are amazing instructors. This school is DEFINITELY a place to come to to get your medical education. This school is a wonderful value! I couldn't recommend it more highly! In comparison to other schools with the same curriculum, the money spent on this program is half or even less than half of everything else out there. I am a current 3rd semester student and when I see people touring the school for consideration I want to grab each one of them and tell them about my experience. The New facility itself is amazing and is consistently receiving upgrades and improvements. The administration is wonderful and the learning environment is very well thought out. The curriculum is challenging and difficult and the system of learning is a "Connect the Dots" theory that is designed for your success. But the real prize of this school are the Instructors!! The number one compliment I can pay to this school is their uncanny ability to recognize and acquire talent. Each one of the Chef Instructors has their own unique style and certain specific expertise but the common denominator is how genuinely talented and generous they all are individually and collectively. I am entering my seventh month and my skill level has become ridiculous. If you have ever considered going to Culinary School, going "Back to School", or using your GI bill for something that will benefit you forever – You can't go wrong with this program. In the seven months that I have been a student my family has eliminated eating fast foods altogether. I am cooking high quality and healthy meals every single day of the week. The techniques I am learning have gotten me away from recipe and cookbooks and I am naturally putting exciting menu's together every single week which feed my family for less money and produce a much higher quality product than anything I could afford to buy. The skills I have been taught are already paying for themselves so well that I am covering a huge portion of my tuition in the money I am saving by not eating out and shopping smarter and producing the expensive things myself through my skillset. Tools and uniforms are provided in the cost of the program. Textbooks are also provided and The textbooks are fabulous! I will be revisiting these books throughout my culinary journey. I've come to find out that the reviews are most definitely correct as far as them not caring about you as a student. I had requested to pay my payments in weekly payments as that's how I was paid. I was told that would be fine as long as by the due date it was paid completely. I was good with that but then when it came to the start of class the lady I was dealing with Amy told me I had to have the entire payment. Which I had previously explained that because of my situation I could not pay in one lump sum. So now I've wasted time energy and money and they won't refund the monies I have spent and won't allow me to go to class. We hosted a work party here for about 30 people. It was fantastic! The space was perfect for our needs. We divided up into groups to make cookies and enjoyed appetizers and drinks while the cookies finished. Chef Waier was amazing and his students were so helpful. Thankfully, the recipes and ingredients were provided, so we came away with delicious cookies. I highly recommend The Culinary School of Fort Worth for any events!Express Employment

My daughters have been coming here for a couple of years for their prom package which is only $20 for hair, makeup, and a polish….plus tip. They've used this package for prom and school banquets. Last year my daughters ended up with some amazing students that did great hair and makeup. This year one of my daughters ended up with someone who didn't do so well and was rude to boot. It's really a hit or miss with this place. Either it's going to be great or going to be bad. Keep in mind these are only students and it's cheaper because they are students so you can't complain too much if get someone who didn't do such a great job. My suggestion is to go in a few days before your event to have a run through for hair and makeup to see if student/customer shares the same vision. I am giving this place 5 stars because we have gotten graet service from them in the past and after today's incident when I called the school to complain about the customer service the student lacked… to my surprise they called back to ensure me if I kept my daughters prom appointment she would be seeing a different person and apologized as well. So even though things didn't go well today they definitely made up for it with just that one phone call.Trinedad M

I highly suggest going anywhere else but here! I had an appointment the day before Mother's Day to get my hair colored, and the day before they called and cancelled saying they were now over-booked. As in, I got pushed out by another person? Anyways, I was upset about that. I waited 2 weeks and tried again. I set another appointment for hair coloring. I was called less than 20 minutes before my appointment to say it was cancelled AGAIN due to the lack of staff. I was 5 minutes down the road after a long day of work and rushing to make my appointment. At this point, I'm very upset and ask to speak to the manager. She goes on to say that they will not have ANY availability after 4PM in the near future and could not even schedule another time for me to get my hair colored. They close at 10PM, so to not be able to squeeze me in within 6 hours?! Really?! The manager was unkind and every single person I spoke to was unprofessional. I know this is not a salon and do not expect salon quality treatment, but I did deserve to be treated fairly. And I was very, very disappointed…as I expressed to the manager. This is a cosmetology school. I go there for my color, root touch-ups primarily. The student's level of experience will determine how long the process will take to apply the color. You should expect to spend more time there. Obviously, a more experienced student will probably apply the color faster than a less experienced student. I am very pleased as you can't beat the low price for the service provided. The instructors are always nearby and review the quality of the work. Update: 08/11/2016 A student applied a balayage hair color on my hair. It is very subtle as I wanted. It looks beautiful.Mary M

With something like a testing facility all you hope is that it isn't going to distract you or stress you out. However, at AES Literacy Institute, they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome in their testing spaces. They had excellent and organized service, they were already fully prepared for my arrival and check in took no time. They asked me about my day and encouraged me before my test which was really nice. And wow, it was random but they had extra touches, like decor to make the space feel more inviting. I am recommending everyone at work get their certifications done here, and I would literally come back here just for the fun of it it was so nice! My only small nitpick is that their desks were metal so they were kind of loud if you bumped into them and I am really tall so I was a little smushed under the desk.Sarah Kaiser

Our family has been part of the Sylvan family for a couple of years now. Our son was at grade level for math, but we noticed the subject didn't come as easy for him as it did other subjects. We decided to enroll him in Sylvan to help accelerate his learning and build confidence in the subject. It has been great! He gets one-on-one time with the instructors and is able to get additional instruction in areas he finds challenging. He also can quickly test out of topics that come easy. As parents, we have meetings with the director every other month. We talk about our student's progress, any particular areas of focus, and what he will be tackling in the near future. Sylvan learning center is a great place to help your child succeed in school. There assessment is very easy and cheaper than Huntington. I went with this place because I had a sense they were the better fit for my child. He loves it there and is eager to learn reading. The price is not too bad either. If you can't afford to pay right away, there is a payment plan that is available. I loved that the payment plan is an option and you can always cancel the plan as soon as you know your child is doing good with there process. For example, if you sign up for 100 hours and child succeed at reading on the level you want at 50 hours, you can stop the program with no problems or future payments.Elizabeth

Five stars all the way. Everything at this Sylvan location is great. From directors to teachers it is a thoroughly refreshing experience. I had my Son go here for SAT tutoring and now my 6 grade daughter goes here for Math and Reading. She has gone from an average student to an excellent student. We can see the difference in her Reading abilities, in her computational skills and most importantly in her confidence. She loves her Homework, loves to now participate in class and has gone on to become an "A+" student. Her recent scorecard came out and have scores in excess of 95 on all her subjects. All of this at a very competitive price; we couldn't have asked for more. She is a new person and loves to go to Sylvan. The experience here for kids is enriching and exciting. It's different from the traditional teaching methods and more fun for kids. Our daughter started on a program in elementary school that puts her two years ahead in math. Because the courses move so quickly, we came to Sylvan to get extra help for her. In just a few months, her math skills have progressed far enough that she is much more confident about starting Pre-Calculus this year as a Sophomore. Sylvan has an excellent system for assessing her skills and identifying which ones she needs to practice. They've also been really great about working with our schedule. Sylvan has so many things to offer kids, I wish I had found them sooner! Our daughter would have loved the summer camps they have to offer to younger kids. However, she is looking forward to taking their Study Skills and Organization Skills courses to help her with the demands of High School and her extra-curricular activities. I started at Victory Step a few months ago when I was fairly new to the SAT/PSAT format. My scores started of incredibly low but as more sessions went by and the 1-on-1 tutoring continued, my scores began to shoot up. slowly saw myself being able to understand question a lot better and also new what type of questions would be coming my way. I never thought that the SAT/PSAT could truly be this easy to understand. I've read a lot of awful reviews. A lot of them being concerned of the price, before you even sign anything the price is promptly stated. If there's an issue, why continue on with the school? Secondly, I'm reading a lot of concerns about jobs after school. I am currently employed at a dealership right now, just being promoted to 'shop help' (oil changes, tire rotation, and alignments) once I have some uti schooling under my belt, that's when I become a technician under the shop foremans watch. I feel that both of these concerns are misplaced by students. But I'm still uti the benefit of the doubt, I hope the experience will be wonderful and very informative. I start school January 17th and will change my review as school goes on August 26th, 2018 I have graduated UTI Dallas this past April and before I gave my final thoughts, I decided to work a little bit afterwards to give the most down to earth review I can. I can begin with I regret going to this school. the overall curriculum is practically a joke. In some of my classes, which will remain anonymous, I did not do a lab or two (classwork) and still on my progress report I got full credit for something I did not do. Before most of the quizzes, we were told the answers in a different order from the quiz. There was no learning that was going on at this school, a lot of "just enough to get by" attitude. I was able to get past all that, but one thing I was NOT able to deal with was Shawn Rizzo. I had the misfortune of being in several phases under his supervision and it was terrible. The man consistently talked negatively about other instructors who worked at the same campus, he did not allow you to have an opinion on anything he knew about, nothing. He would every day throw in your face about how much money he has and how his house has a lift in it. even had the audacity to say to one of the classes I was in "lets compare bank accounts to see who is more successful." I was amazed at how a grown man was talking to all these young adults. At the moment I saw how it was acceptable to talk to students like that and OPENLY talk bad about your coworkers, I knew this school was nothing special. Anyway, Finical aid is another horror story, I had to supply several large amounts of money to that school while in school because of their errors, they also wanted several checks that were written to my moms name to be cashed and brought to the school. Made no sense to me whatsoever and they never fully explained why the money is addressed to my mothers name and not the school. The education managers at the time were wonderful and assisted me in the few times I went to them about some tardy issues. I brought up other issues I was having with instructors but nothing was done over that, anyway, look at the good over the bad. So, in the end, would I go back to this school if I had the chance to? Never. Do I feel I learned anything to help me in the field, not as much as I would have like to, but like I said earlier, there was not a lot of learning going on here in the first place anyway. Do I feel like the school was worth the 30k in the end? No, I do not. My advice to you- parents or potential students- ask yourself if this is really what you want to do. It is not a rewarding career, you destroy your body, and, well, the pay is terrible considering what you have to pay for (school loan, tool loans, whatever personal things you have going on.) Pretty much what I am saying, do not make the same mistake I did. you can see I was optimistic about this in the beginning, but in the end it was nothing like I thought it was going to be. We enrolled my son in the welding program here, and overall we all were very disappointed. They talk it up and sell you on a lot of empty promises, and support that never actually happens. Though the facilities are nice and have mostly nice equipment, there is still a lot left to be desired. They promise this amazing job placement assistance, but this program is terrible at best! My son was only 17 at the time, and all the jobs they supposedly found for him had a minimum age of 18, so no matter how many times he tried to tell them of this issue, they were unable to help him at all. As for the courses them selves, they are very basic, slow and not creative at all. They promise and say the students will be welding 80+ % of the time with tons of great projects for them to do, this is not at all true. Once they complete the simple assignment, the instructors have nothing else for them to do, my son being a very good welder was always one of the first to finish, and then was very bored with nothing left to do!!! Some of the instructors were great, but some were terrible. This school cost a lot of money, and though we made him stick to it and complete it, we ultimately found very little to any actual benefit for him at all. I do not know if all the tech schools like this are the same, but I can definitely tell you this, If we could do it over, we would NOT have sent him to this school.Michael Taylor

As an attending student, and Veteran, I joined the program to fine tune my knowledge and get a hands on experience working on cars in all aspects. To be TAUGHT by an instructor and not to be told watch "video's'' to learn. the teachers primarily RELY on Black board , which is computer based program. like watching YOUTUBE ,to do the teaching rather then in class instruction. the rules and policies are ALWAYS changing like girls change clothes the school board cant make up their mind on what policy's they want to enforce and they discriminate on who they're enforced upon. To top everything off the female staff members like to sleep with the students. absolute s/ show. if the military wasn't paying for my school I would have dropped out a long time ago.Tyler Sinquefield

If you want a real, honest review keep reading. I dropped out of high-school and now that I'm in my thirties I realized how much that decision ruined my chances of having a successful career. This changed when I was told about Texas Success Academy and learned of its program. After I signed up I was relieved to see how easy it was to understand the curriculum and that I could go at my own pace. Dr. Lisa, the teachers, and staff are all so helpful. Christi the financial advisor has been so helpful during this process as well. I'm weeks away from being a high school graduate and I'm so happy that I finally feel that I made my mama proud. Now I'm ready to get out there and take on the next challenge in enrolling at my local community College for classes in project management. Texas Success Academy has gave me my confidence back. I have to say that this school has been a blessing for our family. I enrolled my oldest son when he was having a hard time in regular school. He received his diploma last year. I am a high school drop out and enrolled. 28 years after dropping out I got my High School diploma from here. My youngest son is now enrolled and they have really gone above and beyond for our family. Christi, in particular has been a HUGE blessing to us! I graduated back in August, and I've been meaning to put this review up for a while. this school is so amazing you can work at your own pace and not feel so stressed out, even though it was a little bit difficult for me, I managed to get through it. I started school around March of 2020 and because of the pandemic, and being quarantine I was able to finish, and graduate by August. Patricia, and the staff were so helpful, and very communicating. I am so happy we enrolled our son with Sylvan. He has blown through a grade and a half worth of reading in about four months, all thanks to the wonderful team at the Sylvan Learning of South Fort Worth location. He started second grade barely able to read on a kindergarten level, and is almost totally caught up to his grade at this point. Nick and the management team are wonderful with communicating, and there are monthly meetings with the staff to go over progress where you'll get updates and can address any concerns. My kiddo loves all his teachers and looks forward to his classes twice a week, and he loves the fun games between each session. Their system really works, they make sure your child is retaining all of the information they are teaching and go over anything they are struggling with until it's nailed down. Mandy started at Sylvian in 3rd grade after multiple interventions at school for reading difficulties. When she first tested, they said she needed review of basic pre-K skills like letter recognition. She knew them, but didn’t recognize them as quickly as she should. I was pretty shocked considering we had been reading at home and she had so much practice at school as well. With Sylvian, she has mastered these and other gaps and I’ve seen so much improvement in her skill, confidence, and enjoyment of reading. This year, she has MAP tested with the school in the top 15% in reading and top 5% in math compared to her 4th grade peers and is projected to pass the STAAR in both for the first time. Sylvian ranks her as still missing some 2nd grade skills, and I plan to keep her at Sylvian until she is 2 grades ahead by Sylvian’s rankings. It brings me so much joy to partner with them to bring out my wonderful girl’s full potential. My son enrolled at this location right after his 1st grade school ended. He loves going here and even said he’d rather go here than to his reg school for this next school year. We were initially skeptic about the tuition but they worked with us on that. Staff are very nice and Ms. JJ and all other teachers he meets every Saturday have been very kind and swee to my kid. I had a great experience with one of my GED tests today. It was quiet, efficient and I was accommodated with a 100% score for customer service ! The testing room was lighted perfectly and very cool and comforting. The chairs were very comfortable. I am going back for my last 3 tests when I am ready for them. I would highly recommend this place for any testing. I was nervous and my fears just melted away in this environment ! Thank you ComputerMinds!! UPDATE I took the rest of my GED tests here and now have my diploma! They were so nice and accommodating in a clean and well maintained testing environment. I attended this school using educational benefits from military service. I had zero experience in my chosen field. The instructors and staff have a passion to educate and help change lives. I successfully completed my pipeline and started interviewing. I received a few offers ( around 55k) but I went with a company for $15 per hour entry-level for better long term fit (early 2021) I used the lessons and work ethic computer minds embraces and I have been promoted 3 times and I am in line for a major one next year. ComputerMinds is an amazing organization. I utilized the VRRAP program to participate in the Project Management Curriculum and it was amazing. Dr. Bell is top notch when it comes to pursing that line of work and also teaching it. The courses were very in depth and current. I wish I could take multiple courses with them because they are definitely making a difference. The certifications gained and used with the advice of Dr. Bell will more than likely get you seen. I contacted Christian Academy of America (CAA) because I wanted to put my son Michael at an online school due to the COVID 19 virus. Well I went through the entire internet looking for the best school possible. I really did my research. After comparing all the Christian online schools, I chose CAA. Well my son has been there now for the 7 months and he really likes it. The Ignitia curriculum is just excellent, yet challenging enough to keep my son on track with his studies. Additionally, from the very beginning the support from the CAA staff is just outstanding. They took the time to show me what I had to do, step by step, to work with their online system. Christian Academy of America has been such a blessing to us. Our daughter was in a fine Christian school with a great, caring teacher; but when she headed into the third grade, we decided to home school so that we could focus more time on her math and handwriting skills. This step proved to be just what our daughter needed. Found this wonderful little gem and had to go get library cards for all 3 of my homeschooled littles. This place was great and the staff was super helpful and so nice and welcoming as we are new to the area. They have a nice selection of everything new and old as you'd expect, but it was just so clean and organized with plenty of space between aisles and not super crowded together. The computers were easy to get onto and use, the kids play area was nice and clean, and there was plenty of things offered for the kids from younger to teen events. They have a very nice website to navigate that the staff was kind enough to give us a run through on. Parking area is nice with shaded areas and plenty of parking. We plan to come in at least once a week for new books and activities they offer. So happy we came in.Rene Trevino

We just left the library! They got new checkout stations. With these you can put a whole stack of books on it and it checks them all out at once. We were so excited at how simple it was for us. Sometimes we can have 30 to 50 books at a time and going through each book individually can seem long. Such a nice upgrade for the library. 🙂 we love this library!chelsea bowenwe
