This could be writing workshops, movie nights, sport games, musicals, dance parties, etc. The resources available on campus are all next to each other, so traveling from place to place is swift. The instructors in HVAC-R are knowledgeable and relatable, however I am disappointed that there are no night classes the second year making it difficult for those who have other responsibilities to work full time and go to school. Also I feel the curriculum schedule makes it to where you teach yourself and the instructors go over what you read instead of the regular cover it in class then do homework. I think financial aid is run by Dr.Seuss. It’s a literal circus. They barely answer the phone and Stacy is brutal. I think she wrestled in the WWE. I simply and politely asked about my financial aid app and she punch me in throat so hard I started singing Ave Maria. I didn’t even know I knew the song. This is a great university with students from all around the world, very beautiful buildings, gardens and sport facilities. It was a fantastic experience to study there for an year and enjoy such a nice atmosphere. Just be aware that you need a car to travel in weekends, for Riverside itself does not have many attractions, though it's a cozy city.Michael Rachid

Beautiful campus. So green. I love the Eucalyptus trees. It’s quiet in certain areas and social in others when students are around. A little something for everyone. Nice pathways for both walking and cycling. There are benches all around the campus to provide ample sitting areas to either just rest or to study with solar powered charging stations.Sajleen

Lovely campus, with almost 9000 acres! Huge trees and grand lawns frame Gothic architecture which themselves house state-of-the-art labs and lecture halls. When you read the reviews that say staff ignores students believe them. They rarely answer the phones, do not return phone calls, and rarely respond to emails either. It only gets worse once you are enrolled. You are a student ID number and a tuition fee. I wish I was lying when i say my English teacher has not graded any writing assignments this semester until yesterday after I spoke with the dean and lost my temper (3 weeks to end of semester). This was my first (and last) semester here, I had enrolled in online classes and transferred credits from a community college in Tennessee, being a working adult. If you are just jumping through the hoops to have a degree under your belt and don't care if you actually learn anything, its a fine place to do that. if you expect to get the education you are paying for to increase your knowledge base and be better prepared for your future, this is the wrong place. I feel really bad for the recent high school grads and others from the local school systems who have not had exposure to quality education to be able to tell the difference and recognize that they are being short changed/taken advantage of, and its the students who will suffer from being under-prepared, not the college or the instructors. Pitt Community College has not been a good experience for me at all. I received no help from the financial aid office, they told me they could do nothing for me unless I had a parent present even though I am 20 years old and am completely independent from them and they love in a whole other state. Don't even get me started on the "advisor" situation there. I was assigned to a "success navigator" not an advisor and he had no idea what he was doing. His name is Clark Howerton. Being a first generation college student, I needed guidance so I went to him. He offered me 0 help at all. I was then transferred to a "real" advisor during my 3rd semester there. She again offered no help. I had to email her 2 times over the course of a week, so that I was finally able to get a response. Instructors told me that she was not a good advisor… so why is she one? Because of these mistakes through pitt, I am falling behind in my academic schedule. Would not recommend this institution to anyone.Presley Bryant

So here's my Wake Tech story. I secured financial aid and then enrolled into Wake Tech as a full-time student. And then the financial aide office attempted to cut my much-needed aid twice, the first time on the Friday before my classes were to begin and then the second time was the following Monday via email when I was literally 4/5 the way through the commute from Fayetteville to Raleigh to attend my first day of classes, causing me to turn around and head back home. And another thing: maybe it's just me — perhaps I missed something?–however it seems that Wake Tech expects new students to simply show up and know what to do? Nothing's explained, nearly none of the stuff that I needed to know to get started was covered during the online orientation that new students are required to complete nor were we given any booklet or the like to explain how stuff works . But let's rewind a bit. After securing financial aid, enrolling and completing online orientation….I remained clueless. So thereafter I spent about a week commuting back and forth between Fayetteville and South campus in an effort to complete registration and get everything else taken care of. I did so under the assumption that I'd get stuff figured out if only I'd drive up there and speak to Wake Tech face to face–but not so . During this process I asked advisors and other staff a variety of questions only to be told conflicting info and advice thereby increasing my confusion. And then I went to the bookstore where I learned that some of the books that I needed were out of stock and that notebooks cost $8. So I left without my books. I did however attempt to attend classes first day of semester, as mentioned above, but then received that email from the financial aid office– had that not happened I would have went to school and maybe things would have turned out differently. I did receive another email from someone else at Wake Tech telling me that the email from financial aid threatening to reduce my aid the 2nd time was a mistake and that I'm covered…but unfortunately I've already missed a week of school so I guess I'm out. Very depressing as Wake Tech is the closest college offering a full curriculum on substance abuse/addiction counseling and that's what I want to do. But, it is what it is .Frank A

You remember when the pandemic started, and everyone had to start learning how to use computers? Now imagine, a bunch of teachers, creating online courses from scratch with no help. ITS A DISASTER. Its like NO ONE set a criteria for how the classes should follow a general structure, so that students aren't spending the first 2 weeks of every new class trying to figure out what is what. Its like no one showed them, "this is the gold standard"… this is what a well put together black board class looks like. The online courses are archaic. (Dr. Frear, I complained about some things and I am sorry. After seeing what else is our there( summer 2022), HOLY MOLY. Your blackboard set up is the least confusing and was by far, the best thing I have seen yet) Instructors use blackboard, not as a classroom but as a file folder system. Instead of using the platform, they made it so that every thing is word documents and or files you have to download when they could have just simply used the actual platform. I should only be downloading PowerPoint slides, worksheets, homework, etc. Not opening a document to read something you could have made a video and "instructed" us or copy and pasted to the platform. Does anyone know the definition of a syllabus there? It should be all encompassing. I shouldn't have to read 5 documents to figure out how I will be graded, what I will be graded on, the rules, the expectations, which books I need to buy. If the department has a syllabus, I'm pretty sure you are supposed to take that document and incorporate it into your own, at the very least create an addendum/appendix. My Grades should clearly have due dates, weighted totals, and all of the grade-able items at the start of the class. There should be no, imagining what my grade is at any given moment.Buttercups

I’ve spent 29 years teaching at Wake Tech and have taken a number of classes here too. I know what it’s like at Wake and I am telling the unvarnished truth about it. I’m retiring soon so it’s not about getting a promotion! Generally speaking the facilities, faculty and quality of education are really very good – in addition the price is still reasonable. Don’t be conned by private educational facilities that promise you a “great job” after graduation and then put you in a low end, minimum wage job where you can’t even afford to pay off your pricey school loans (this happened to a friend of mine). Go to WT and get a better education for a fraction of the cost – you will leave with real skills and THAT’S how you get a job – with knowledge. Plus Wake has a solid reputation with employers. Yes, there are aspects of the school that are unfortunate – I hear complaints from my students, and there are a number of policies that drive the faculty crazy too – much of it is due to the typical bureaucracy that seems inevitable with very large institutions. Is it really better elsewhere? Maybe. Maybe not. Nonetheless, if you go with the sincere desire and motivation to learn, and you treat your teachers and fellow students with respect – you will be supported by all and do well. The ILC really is a remarkable facility and is intended to help struggling students succeed. When it comes to the financial aid office I hear the best approach is to fill out ALL the paperwork that is required COMPLETELY and ON TIME. This college has made a terrible impression. They got me admitted as a transfer student, and I have been preparing for the Fall session online, but to appear in person, and I just found out I missed the registration deadlines because student advising never got back to me. I took the new student orientation and the professor, just skimmed through all the info. There wasn't time for questions, and she cut it short by 30 minutes. It didn't even explain how to register online. I had been in communication and prepared for this session but didn't understand how to register so all the classes I had 'added to my schedule' weren't actually registered, and no one followed up with my questions. I thought I was registered, and even as I try to register now after the fact, it still says I need student advising which no one ever got back to be except for an email to say I already had everything set up. I am torn about this. Now I have to wait another session to get started?! NO! I will take my education somewhere where I can actually get assistance. This is such an emotional drag.Gabrielle Flores

*This is for the online learning experience I've attended this school for 2 years now (I've been attending this long due to using my GI bill). To start off, the lessons feel too fast. They cram years of knowledge into a few months. I felt like I would like this because I'm a quick learner, and I love Information Technology, but the teaching methods they use and their attitudes toward their students are inexcusable (very rude). I could post the tuition right now, and show you it's incredibly overpriced. An example would be that all students pay $700 for a laptop to use for school (included in their tuition). I was pretty excited to see what kind of computer they send. I figured they bought a good PC in bulk and got it for cheaper, but I was wrong. They sent the lowest spec Lenova Thinkpad e585 (Ryzen 3 2200u edition) you could get (worth about $300 retail when it was out 4 years ago, and is now discontinued). I tried to speak to them about all of my issues (including the overpriced laptop), but they must have the same laptop as I do because it takes days to get an email back from them. I gave 2 stars because it's not all bad. If you teach yourself and do your school work, than they pay for 2 attempts (sometimes 3) to get your certifications. If I were you, though, I'd buy the Mike Meyers CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ books and watch his lessons on Udemy. He'll teach you everything you need to know, and about $25,000 cheaper too. Teach yourself, get yourself a laptop worth your money, and earn your certifications. Don't waste your money going here.Matthew Felton

I had my last class in December 2020. I got my first real IT job as a help desk tech and had that for 3 months before I got a call for a job opportunity as a Lab Engineer at Cisco. Best job I have ever had and it is thanks to the MyCC career services department. Do not get me wrong it was not easy by any means. You will not be able to just show up for class and do your homework and expect to get all the certifications. You will have to study in addition every day and focus on the materials you don’t understand (on top of class, homework, a job and a newborn baby I managed to study an average of 3 hours a day). The teachers will tell you “you get out what you put in” and that is absolutely true. Don’t go into this halfway. You will have to commit to it fully but the benefits for me so far after a year of graduation are a better life for me and my family. Don’t listen to the bad reviews (at first I was concerned that I had made a big mistake because these reviews psyched me out) but don’t think it will be easy. Thank you MyCC.Derek Baker

Tuition is $ 22 Grand . Half way through the course they let you know you should expect to make $11 to $ 15 dollars an hour in your first IT job.. Twenty two grand to make $ 11 dollars an hr. It is all based on how many of the certifications that your can obtain. The class certification average was just over 1 per student . Eight certifications are offered. They fail to tell you those certifications are extremely hard to obtain with no computer experience. The normal way is to work in the industry then get a certification. So unless you have an amazing amount of spare time to study. I would find a better way to waste $22,000 dollars. I signed up to better myself and now have more debt. In my opinion, the only thing they are good at is getting the federal financial aid. In a class of 74 students about 10 folks had success. Please just do a lot of research before committing. I recently moved to Raleigh from Baltimore and was super apprehensive about finding a new gym and trainer that would be able to offer and provide a similar training style, programming and experience I became accustomed to at my gym in Baltimore. Knowing that I have a deep seated love for kettlebells and anything StrongFirst, The Movement Lab was the first facility to pop up in my search for a new place to train (kettlebell wall mural?! I’m in!). I was able to reach out to Eirinn directly a few weeks before our move- Just as a way to indicate interest, introduce myself and give a little background about how I had been training and what I was looking for. Eirinn’s response was extremely sincere and welcoming, and provided thoughtful, genuine responses all my questions. I immediately felt at ease and couldn’t wait to visit the Lab! Fast forward 3 months of living in Raleigh and training at the Lab and WOW, am I grateful these guys moved from Boston to Raleigh to share their knowledge, expertise and passion for kettlebells, fitness and all things pertaining to health and wellness! I have learned so much since joining The Movement Lab- about myself, about proper movement, safe and effective programming, how to build strength and all things in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Everyone here- members and trainers alike, are all super friendly, motivated and genuinely enjoy their time spent at the Lab. I've been training with Alex for about 9 months now both individually and as a part of the MOVE Group. Working with Alex (as well as the rest of the staff since they've opened the Movement Lab) has been incredibly helpful to me regaining and developing physical and mental strength. Alex worked with me to understand my body and injury history and he developed a training regimen that has helped address some issues I had. I have also been growing stronger than I have been in a long time. Personally, I love the exercises that we do with kettle-bells, particularly ones that are variations and help build up muscles to support core lifts like OVHP, Squat, DL, BP, etc. I can't say thank you to the Movement Lab enough, and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for help to get in better shape.Luke

This place is the most knowledgeable functional strength training place in Raleigh. I was beginning to lose the ability to trust trainers until I found Alex and Greg. They both understand the body and make a very intentional effort to progress every client safely. Their programs are thought out and effective. They understand alignment and anatomy of movement. The chances of you moving with bad form in front of them is unlikely. I really appreciate how they keep a file for each client and track their progressions. They don't show up unprepared with random exercises they feel like doing that day. There is a method to this training. Highly recommend. Me and my husband are professional salsa dancers who dance full time and have our own business. We decided to jump in on of the drop-in ballet class back in Fall and it was quite possibly one of the best decision we had made, period! Beautiful studio with fantastic location for us, the staff member and teachers are absolutely wonderful. It is a joy to be dancing here! If you are considering taking up dance, jazz, ballet, tap, hip-hop, or contemporary, I cannot recommend NCDI enough. From our perspective, especially if you are an adult dancer , or have never danced before, it is a great place to either start your first dance step, or pick it back up as we do. There are many levels, time & teachers that offers incredibly inclusive materials. I have loved each everyone of the classes & it absolutely puts a smile on my face each time I step in to the studio. I found NCDI and Ms. Kirstie during COVID, when the world was turned upside down, but NCDI allowed my daughter to have a little normalcy through virtual dance (which, by the way, was conducted with so much professionalism, and FUN)! After that, my daughter was hooked and we committed to making a longer drive in order for her to continue live lessons at NCDI. It's more than just dance, it's a space where my daughter feels loved, challenged and respected. As a parent, I feel like I have another positive group of role models for my daughter. She LOVES it there, and looks forward to going every week. I love that NCDI is your no-frills, pure dance studio. The kids are not working towards memorizing just one routine for an entire year, rather they are learning skills, building confidence, and changing it up routinely. It's been a while since I wrote this review, so I will update. We've been at NC Dance Institute for over 11 years. My daughter has thrived here with such wonderful, talented, & kind teachers. Somehow, my modern/contemporary/jazz kid has turned into a Ballerina under the care of Ms. Carolyn who brings such a loving energy to the ballet. I never imagined my beautiful girl on pointe, but she loves every minute of it. Ms. Carolyn is a magic ballet whisperer. She takes the time to connect with each student and really helps them thrive. Forget the idea of mean ballet teachers, she really raises the bar to teach with kindness & love. Beyond ballet, my girl is still a lover of Modern, Contemporary and she thrives in Ms. Victoria's classes. Again, she has a wonderful energy and loves to inspire the students. Ms. Kirstie has been our jazz teacher for 11 years now. We love the other teachers there as well. Ms. Kim & Ms. Nicole are fabulous! This is the place for dance education. Love this studio!bobbi v

Recently moved from NJ to NC. Finding a gym is not always easy. Whether you are an athlete or not this place is quite the gem. I find the cost is very reasonable for everything you get. Everyone is super nice and knowledgeable which is refreshing to have genuine care. The atmosphere is not intimidating with a nice clean set up. I’ve found there are a healthy amount of machines, free weights, even turf and a running area. This fitness center truly caters to everyone’s needs. There are of course personal trainers on staff, even physical therapist around and a daycare for kids if that applies to you. I love the versatility of the abundance of classes that are offered to shake up your regular routine working out solo. The hours of operation are perfect for early AM and reasonably late too. I never thought I would join a gym let alone enjoy going. My health insurance offered a free membership so I took them up on it. I didn’t even know it was in that shopping center. I was immediately impressed with the size of facility and cleanliness. I took advantage of my 2 complimentary sessions with a trainer and found Drew to be very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I also find Katie at the front desk to always be extremely welcoming and she has really been encouraging about my new fitness journey. Every time I am in she always makes a point to ask how I am and offers to answer any questions. This is great since I am not yet super comfortable yet on all the equipment. I started my fitness training with Katie Filidoro around the beginning of year. I didn’t quite know what to expect. Katie was thorough in her evaluation of my needs and eased me in to the twice weekly routine while giving me a good plan to follow for the off days. Katie education and knowledge of fitness and how to train someone who had mostly tried to avoid weights and individual exercise (I love team and competition exercise) for 60+ years was much appreciated. For personal reasons I had to discontinue the training, but, I feel much more confident and motivated to continue my workout regimen, have lost weight, and am overall very pleased with the experience. Midtown Yoga Raleigh is the best hot yoga studio! I've been practicing hot yoga for 15 years and visited a dozen studios in the area, midwest and Portland. The Midtown Yoga flow is unique, challenging, true to yoga and fun! The teachers are highly skilled and talented offering a variety of sequences. The atmosphere and design is urban sheek with a chill vibe. The studio's high level of cleanliness and sanitation standards makes me feel safe to practice in the public. Midtown yoga is a hot yoga studio that teaches you to take your practice off your mat and truly live it. With multiple styles of asana offered, as well as meditation, this studio has it all! The teachers are diverse in class style and pace, and the community make this place a home. The dim lights and beat allow you to focus on yourself while practicing, the hot flow is my favorite class. I was dragged (yes, dragged 😂) to Pure Barre by a friend TWICE. The first time I was so lost & couldn’t keep up that I swore I wouldn’t go back. After much convincing from my friend, I went back a second time & enjoyed myself a lot more. I bought class passes, because I wasn’t totally sold on Pure Barre & I still had a gym membership somewhere else. Fast forward 3 weeks later & I am in LOVE with Pure Barre. Pure Barre is more than just a fitness studio for me, it's a community! I started visiting O2 at Brier Creek sometime in 2019. Even though I was new to gym workouts, everyone at O2 was super nice and was very welcoming. Few months into my membership, I started training with Isaiah. I had just one goal in mind – reduce weight by 20 pounds. All thanks to Isaiah, we were successful within a year! It wouldn't have been possible without Isaiah's meticulous planning. He would take the measurements once every two weeks and gave me really good feedback on my workouts and diet. During the weekends, Isaiah would plan out all the workouts for the next week which I found to be very helpful as a beginner. I also wanted to get into running (running was something that I loathed before but wanted to give it a shot). Isaiah couldn't have been more supportive – he was there for me all the time and answers to any of my questions was just a text away. I really cherish working with Isaiah. I’ve been a member at this gym for almost 2 years. The last 7 months it’s went down hill. They gym is filthy. There’s trash and dirt all over when you walk in and especially in the locker rooms. Equipment breaks and stays down for months. I’ve alerted management about these issues multiple times and the response is call corporate or we will look into it. I contacted corporate multiple times and they never responded. You would expect a gym that charges 59$ per month to provide a premium service but they do not. There’s a planet fitness up the street that charges 10$ a month and keeps their gym clean. I recommend you go there instead. They seem to value their customers more.jaron henderson

This particular location of O2 is always lacking. The bathrooms are gross. For a few days straight I noticed only one stall had toilet paper. The trash cans pile up and the floors look like they haven’t been mopped for months. The lockers in the locker room are almost all stuck on locked but are completely empty and open. On the gym floor, paper towel dispensers for wiping down equipment are almost always empty. There is always some machine broken and out of order. You can see dust and grime collect on the cardio machines as well. This location clearly needs better management, I have 0 issues at any other location of O2.KT

Great program. I am so glad I invested in Ruckus to send him to training. There were pros and cons but the overall experience and results was well worth it. Pros – Ruckus is much calmer now. We can walk him and not have him jumping on strangers. He has a "place" to go to now when he gets to excited. This has also had a positive impact on my younger pup as well. Cons – Ruckus was signed up for the 3 week course but came home a day early. I asked if the last day would be refunded and I was told no. Our trainer did a wonderful job posting things on social media about Ruckus but there were videos on her phone that she didn't share that I would have loved to seen while tracking his progress. Lastly, the trainer cut back on his food without consulting me first which really bothered me. She said she did this because my pup seemed overweight. This really bothered me because my vet has never complained about his weight and now he looks underweight to us. The first thing my wife said when she saw him after his return was "why does Ruckus look so skinny" Summary – Loved the program. Wow! I was dog-sitting my son’s Cane Corso puppy and realized that he needed professional direction….before he got any bigger! He was fine as a small puppy but at 9mos, I couldn’t control his playful puppy surges! I interviewed many trainers. I had narrowed it down to just 2. I was walking Jaxx and he got overly excited about another dog on the trail and charged… the neighbor just said, don’t worry, we were there not too long ago. I told him I was interviewing and asked who he used for his well-behaved dog. He said “next-door k9 near Sanford”. That made the decision easy- I registered Jaxx as soon as I got into the house! Adam came to our home in Cary to pick up Jaxx….and the rest is history! We absolutely love Adam and looked forward to the videos he sent us each day. Now we walk a 100 lb Jaxx with great pride, he can join us at restaurants with other dogs present. We are so pleased with the work Adam did. ❤️Liz Dion

We sent our dog to the board and train aggression rehab program with the trainer, Haley. We were worried and hesitant as we have had a bad dog training experience in the past with another company. Haley blew our expectations away. She was patient, kind, and responsive. We could tell she genuinely cared about our dog, and wanted him to succeed. He came home trained beyond what we could’ve asked for. When we struggled with the learning curve after bringing him home, Haley without question came back out to our home to support and help us with our questions. Our dog is happier, safer, and night and day with his confidence with other people and in public. The company itself was very kind and responsive from the start with us as well. My 4 month old English Golden Retriever went to K9 Training School after exhibiting some dominance issues with me. The results were far beyond expectations. The team (Sylvie, Joel, & Ryan) were exceptional in their support and expertise. It was obvious how much they cared for me and my puppy. They worked to make sure that Juno's skills were transferred to me and I felt more confident in working with him. By the end of KTS, I had a different dog and a different relationship with him. I love that my dog lived with the trainer, not in a kennel. He received ongoing, in vivo training in the home and in public. He was treated as part of the family. But it does not end there, as a KTS graduate you continue to get the support of the classes to ensure that the skills transfer and you have continued support. We've trained both of our dogs at Topline K9 Solutions, both group classes and personal training sessions. We've worked with a variety of trainers at the organization. All of them have been great to work with and had unique perspectives that helped us figure out what worked best for us and our dogs. Both of our dogs are reactive, and it can be overwhelming as an owner to manage their outbursts. It's such a relief to come away from a training session with new exercises and approaches that will help our dogs be more relaxed in the long run. I also appreciate that they welcome questions even after the classes are finished. This is a workout studio that earns the 5 star review! The workouts are a good combo of fun and challenging. The gym is clean and I appreciate that they are frequently introducing new and interesting equipment (the ski machine being a recent favorite). However, what really sets this place apart is the staff and ownership. They really care and make an effort to learn about you as an individual – your fitness goals, any limitations, and even life events. They are always friendly, extremely accommodating and want every individual to succeed at their individual fitness goal! If I had any feedback (and this more pertains to corporate than the individual five points F45), I wish there was slightly better clarity to what workout you are getting into on a given day. There have definitely been instances where I have gone into a workout expecting it to be one thing and then have it be another and I think the app could do a better job of being clear on what is an upper body, lower body, cardio, or hybrid day. Overall, I highly recommend coming in and giving F45 a try. If you are looking for a place to get a good workout, with a fun vibe and friendly trainers – this is the spot!Thomas Coughlin

This place is far more than just a gym. If you want to be in a place where people truly care then F45 Five Points is for you!! I love the different stations and how quickly the workouts go by and the sense of accomplishment after. It almost seems like no time has passed at all. It’s extremely helpful that they have the moves being demonstrated on the TV screens too for those who are forgetful like me. I like how interactive it is and that there are so many modifications given so the gym is inclusive for beginners to those who have been training for years. This gym truly is for everyone. All that being said the best part about F45 are the trainers and the owners Ben and Katie. Not only are you guaranteed to have an incredible workout in each class, but you will also find a positive community that the gym owners, Katie and Ben, have fostered. Love Spenga! I was completely hooked after my first class at this studio. The instructors are all professional and knowledgeable. They explain everything very clearly so you feel equipped in your first session. The environment is fun, challenging and so inviting. I have never seen a workout program incorporate Spin, strength training and yoga all in one class. This is super helpful for those of us who do not take the time to stretch on our own or give time to each aspect of fitness. They keep the studio immaculate and wipe down everything for you once you are done with your workout. I highly recommend Spenga and the North Raleigh studio in particular. You've come to the right place! I've been seeing Cordale weekly for the past 1.5-2 years and he has helped me tremendously with my weight loss. I wasn't the best client the first year with me bailing on workouts and not breaking my bad eating habits of 20 years, but he stuck with me and kept me accountable which is what I ultimately need. On Saturdays he offers a free bootcamp and many of his clients have become friends from seeing each other there and when coming/going from our personal sessions. It's nice to have people that you're friendly with that pass zero judgement. I like variety and so my workouts are always different, but he tailors his workouts to his clients' preferences and needs. He always has music playing to whatever I, or his client, wants to listen to. Some days it's R&B, some days it's heavy metal–he's there for all of it. My husband and I have been training with Cordale for about 2 years and have seen huge changes in our physiques! We train with him once a week as a couple and attend his Saturday bootcamp class. Been going to Cordale for about 2 years now and have seen some serious improvements in strength, power, physique, and overall motivation to continue grinding.
