'Business is Personal' is tagline of the school and everyone makes it sure to follow it completely. MBA itself is difficult and time consuming but from students, professors to career coaches and admission staff put in lot of efforts to help us as much as possible. Concentration wise – SCM and marketing are really good. I cannot speak for other as I am not aware of the details. Financial aids – School offers tremendous support in this if you are eligible and great candidate. Future Forward – The latest curriculum is very new to be reviewed but core strengths are similar so should be great value addition in near future. Placements- Graduate Career Center helps a lot with recruiting events and career coaching. International students have limited opportunities and have to try harder (but it is not specific to school). Summer Internship is compulsory. Class size – small cohort helps a lot. This was one of my major reasons for selection.Jefri Tamba

Additionally, the Student Engagement team pours their heart into ensuring students are getting involved, have access to leadership positions, and feel connected to the school. The Career Management and Employer Engagement team also provides students with a plethora of internship/job opportunities, resume/cover letter support, and interview prep. I am extremely impressed by the faculty as well. All of my professors have truly cared for my success and have helped me in invaluable ways. You will be supported in countless ways here. W. P. This business school has a great reputation, and although I knew that coming in as a student, I got way more than what I was expecting from it over my 4 years here. The professors, faculty, and even the alumni will never say no if you need help and they will do the best they can to help you get where you want to be school/career-wise. Additionally, the high number of extremely bright students here is a very positive influence since it not only drives you to improve yourself and be highly competitive individually, but it also gives you the opportunity to network and build significant relationships with many students that can only influence you in great ways during your college years and beyond.Juan Valenzuela Gallardo

Not too bad of a school overall — class and professor wise. However, the enrollment and financial aid staff are horrible. Terrible and irritating process to get you set up with everything. This was back when I first started going there in 2012. Not sure if anything has improved or not. They were also VERY understaffed at the time. It took me so long to graduate as well because I would get mixed instructions from different counselors. You never get the same counselor twice. Granted I made it in 2 years but I did have to do summer classes because of the 'changes' that kept happening with my degree. The counselors are not very well trained with each degree program. It's best to literally ask your professors about it or you can get a better understanding from counselors at the University you want to attend later. The teachers I had were phenomenal! When we got there we weren't sure if we were going to have a really long wait in line but no what we found was the nicest people posted at the cones that they had set up for the direction you were supposed to go in. They gave excellent information and instruction and we had absolutely no problem getting through our checkpoints which they did check that you had an appointment and verified some information and then we went right straight on through and there was one car in front of us getting an injection and it just took a minute and they drove off and we pulled up and they gave us our vaccines. There were two of us in the car we both had appointments and again everyone was just really super nice very knowledgeable about what was going on. They knew their job and they did it very well. This campus is amazing and not nearly as sprawled as any of the other community colleges/universities. The engineering, mathematics, computer science, and physical science (chem/bio/physics) classes are top notch. The smaller classes sizes means you're getting more personal attention and education than ANY of the universities for any of your classes. I really mean that. Also, there is always decent parking, since the buildings are all in the center (for now). I would have finished my degree here, but it was way too far when I lived in central PhoenixLloyd Allen

I would not recommend this school, I am truly and whole heartedly regretful of choosing this school over all of the other options I had. Something about this school stood out to me, and the counselors here try really hard to get you in. I do not identify with Christian faith and I am not religious at all so I initially felt weird about going to this school, but they mention multiple times that they accept all faiths and backgrounds so I felt better. However, upon talking their forced “Christian Worldview” class, the teacher grades with an iron fist for a 101 class and is just awful. My GPA for sure was going to plummet due to this stupid 101 class that they force on you. Honestly it was so ridiculous that I felt the need to reach out to my advisor. I was trying to come up with a solution because I felt some type of way about this. I suggested them placing me with a different teacher, since this teacher has AWFUL reviews going back years yet they do nothing about it. However they pretty much told me I still had to take the class, I could not switch to another teacher (you cannot pick your own teachers by the way which is huge for me now). Their only solution was that “another teacher would review my work.” This turned me off so bad from the entire school that I ended up withdrawing due to principal which messed up my financial aid. They honestly did not care one bit and obviously know there is a problem but do nothing to address it. I was so turned off that I chose to mess up my financial aid and just pick another school, there was no way that I was finishing out my degree here after this. Go elsewhere !!Taylor

I am an Atheist. I chose this college because it had the focus I was looking for, the delivery method was fully online so I could continue to work, and the price was the best around. I did not feel like being of the Christian faith was a prerequisite. My instructors and professors were not pushy with religion, and for a master's program, I felt like I was able to learn what was necessary for the field I was in. I have a Master's degree and 2 focuses now from GCU and I couldn't be happier with my education and experience. Parking in Garage building#7 on 33rdAvewas the best for going into the areana. We had to checkin at theguard station, drive around it then enter the parking garage. Parking was allowed on the 2ndfloor and above. It was the AFHE homeschool senior graduation. The campuswas very green. The areana was building #38 there is a museum to JERRY COLANGELO here and a beautiful tripple cross monument. The restrooms are spacious and everything but the soap dispensers are automated. Went to Trilogy beauty salon for a haircut and hair color appointment. Student did a really nice job on both. All the students were dressed professionally They were wearing nice looking smocks unlike some other beauty schools were they wore whatever they wished Trilogy salon uses very high quality products which is appreciated Students do take more time completing a hair cut or hair color Instructors are there if they have any questions and everything they do is looked at by the teacher Students gain valuable experience there Highly recommendedKathy Salm

Affordable for gen eds but for a technical college they have some of the worse tech issues I have every seen my I have seen middle schools with better technical support. Do not take there advice on what laptop to buy since I was told to buy a Microsoft brand laptop but I needed to add every chrome extension needed to even access half the course material. Let's just say I'm no spring chicken. I got my Industrial electrical apprenticeship at the age of 46 and at the age of 50 I graduated. It was not an easy thing for me. But the program was excellent and they gave me alot of skills I use everyday at my job. Some days I think I should have tried fitting the instrumentation specialist into my schedule some how but with work hours it wouldn't have work. I'd like to think that because of Covid, there is a lack of help from this college. I have been trying my very best for the last month to do everything myself without the help from any employees at this college. I have not been contacted regarding how to get enrolled, registered, what classes I need, financial aid, etc. I have been struggling since I have submitted my application to this college. You basically have to figure out everything on your own which isn't hard for me to do because I was walked through the steps from my previous college who actually took the time to help me out. While I understand quite a few things, there are some things that I don't understand and that I have questions about but getting into contact with anyone at this college is very difficult. Even through emails, no one responds. This college lacks the skill for helping their future students. I believe that I have done everything necessary in order to be a student but getting in touch with a counselor is the biggest problem. Making an appointment with a counselor via zoom, is quite a struggle and I have messaged quite a few employees at the college but yet, I still haven't received any responses. I am about to give up and just try somewhere else although this college is very convient for me, it's not worth the struggle and hassle at this point. 😔Mary McDonald

Great atmosphere. Their financial aid office needs help though. I started my fasfa around May and I'm trying to get in for the fall. I sat down with the students that help you with the fasfa form online so I don't do it wrong. I had to wait for them to approve it. They told me to bring my parents IRS info, even though I used the retrieval tool. I had to do a dependent verification form. Turned in copies of those. Then asked for my W-2. Then they asked for another verification form. Just constantly asking me for things I turned in. It sometimes takes them weeks to let you know what's next. So I learned the hard way the previous year that they ask for these forms every semester. They didn't tell me until I was applying for another semester. First year student trying to figure them out. I lived in El Cajon when they were asking for forms making this process extra annoying. Apparently they had to restart the process for the new semester. Don't ask me why but this is the most annoying part of school. I advise making multiple copies of whatever they ask for IRS FORMS, W-2, AND TAX INFO. They'll ask for it next semester and start it months before to avoid lines. I'm grateful there is a financial office though or school would be ROUGH! Thank you. EDIT: THEY MOVED TO A 270PERSONAL

City College is represented by the San Diego transit people, MTS, as City College Trolley Station, a cave, possibly Plato's, remarkable for grime and an expansive range of social behaviors not common in the quiet halls of ivy and higher education. The City College Trolley Station, is, of course, the gateway of San Diego's always expanding skidrow that could be seen as starting here and continuing to 25th and Commercial. San Diego and the real estate community promotes skidrow as being the East Village, but it's not really so much a village as it is a refugee camp. And it is getting bigger every day and will one day engulf all of downtown and possibly as far into the neighborhoods as Hillcrest and North Park. Atfter 3 years… Word to the wise, more often than not, you never crack open that 100, 200 something dollar book. A quarter of the professors are great people and go above and beyond and are the positives of the university. Another quarter are there and go through the motions, pretty average and that's fine. The rest are communicationally and emotionally compromised and feel the need to be dictators of their classrooms and go on emotional rants unrelated to material, are professors that have checked out because retirement is around the corner, or are teaching assistants in their early 20s and have no idea what they're doing and rush through so they can get THEIR work done. Parking is a mad house the first half of the semester. I've spent an hour trying to find parking and gave up, I've been threatened and screamed at, dealt with aggression and almost hit by cars. It's not like I felt safe on campus anyways or in Springfield for that matter. The school enrollment is growing faster than they're willing to keep up expecting more and more from professors and give less and less to those who pay the continually raising tuition.Steph McCarty

I myself have had a horrible experience at MSU, but I won't let that account for the school as a whole. If you are considering entering the Computer Information Systems program, you should really consider another school. The instructors in the program are currently abysmal. They are working hard to improve the program, but for now you will learn at a pace and challenge level much less than you would even get at OTC. The College of Business in general felt like a degree mill, in my opinion. As for the rest of the campus, it really is great in every way. You can do almost anything you need right on campus easily. The Foster Recreation center has an awesome pool and great selection of workout equipment. The library is also top-notch and has a great selection. I have a feeling that if you're pursuing an education in non-technical subjects, this would be a great school for the money. If that's not the case though, I highly recommend you seek a better business school elsewhere. Springfield has a hard time retaining talent, and you'll find little of it in the more technical departments at MSU.scott knox

BUYER BEWARE: You'll be fine at MSU as long as you don't complain about any lack of teaching pedagogy in your classes. As a student I have had a Jekyll and Hyde type of experience here; some professors include direct instruction (in a number of modalities) others do not. I was told verbatim by a professor; "I'll do what I want and no one can tell me differently". Another professor, on three separate exams, gave no feedback and in a class of 16 students had four A's with the rest, B, C, D, F, range and didn't change his "Educating" the entire semester. One other professor who had given out continual C's and B's – said he didn't need to teach for "Mastery" of the topic – he only needed to give "Students a shot"… Keep in mind professors are experts in an area and not teachers – that is do not have the training and education to teach, to reach students. Further, in classes I have never seen an administrator come and evaluate the level of "Teaching" being done.ME W

Mesa has a lot of great classes and opportunities but there are major issues. The sign up process for classes is confusing, many of the pathways online that are supposed to show you the courses you need for degrees are incorrect. Of course you should contact advisors to figure out which classes you need, but it is nearly impossible. There are so few advisors and very little availability. As of right now it asks you to make in person appointments with them and yet there are never any slots open. You can email advising which takes 2-3 days to get a response. You can try and call their office and wait on hold for an hour just to eventually get hung up on. It is in no way the advisors faults, anyone I have actually been able to contact has been as helpful as possible, but it is so hard to get a response or any help. I signed up for courses that the online pathway said I needed only to find out that they weren't actually necessary for my degree and others were. When I went to drop the courses and add the new ones it wouldn't let me because I owe money for the courses I am still enrolled in that haven't even started yet. So, I cannot sign up for the correct courses, have no clue which classes I actually need and cannot find advisors to help. I understand during the pandemic it is difficult for universities to find staff and help, but even before COVID Mesa was still just as inefficient. Mesa just needs to improve their communication and assistance with students, it would solve so many issues.Taylor Pouncey

MCC has a fantastic non-credit program for older adults: NFLL, or New Frontiers for Lifelong Learners. For an extremely reasonable fee, I sign up for as many of the program's classes as I please. They're online, in-person, or a mix of the two. There are also some field trips; we've just gone to a free day at the Desert Botanical Gardens, and next week there will be a trip to the new one in Queen Creek for a fee. A class on WW2 planes had a trip to Falcon Field, etc. Over the last few years I've taken classes in history, tech, health, music, and much more! There are also groups for discussion, playing games, hiking for 3 different levels, etc., as well as social and service activities. In-person classes are at MCC Mesa and Red Mtn campuses usually. Some classes have been through Great Courses, and many lecturers are former teachers/professors or experts in their field. Check it out–great program at low price! Update: on-campus classes are so easy to get to: it's a small campus (either Dobson or Red Mountain), and the free parking is ample and easily accessible.Natalie Satterthwaite

So I just signed up today.. I think which is the problem. There’s like 5 people sitting at a desk “helping” people get set up but they did absolutely nothing to help me get signed up they didn’t tell me I couldn’t sign up for my class the same day as I walked in and told them exactly what class I wanted and that I never attended college before. They don’t tell me it’s some weird 24 hour wait for the account to start working and they also did not at all clarify to make sure to take the student photo because now that I chose to skip that because NOBODY helped me I’m unable to finish my application lol hice apparently if I don’t finish in 48 hours will be deleted? They also didn’t tell me that. So this has been an absolutely awful experience thus far and I haven’t even been able to join a class yet.Ryan Jorgensen

I have a mobility scooter because I can't walk very well anymore. This scooter is electric and I don't go very far on it as it has a limited range. The park I go to some times is far (in a wheelchair). I cut through the north campus parking lot 100's of yards from any building to save some battery. I felt dejected today when I was accosted by one of the campus police telling me to leave as is a closed campus. It did not feel like it was for my safety as much as him exerting his authority. I was just cutting the corner of the campus away from anyone. Edit: This happened around noonish on the same day I posted. I decided to take 2 classes this semester, both in person classes. One started in September and the other in October. My September class is amazing! I love the teacher and the curriculum. My October class was switched to online only days before it was supposed to start- I paid and signed up for an in person class specifically, and was not notified by anyone that it had been moved to online, leaving me with one day to find another class, or bite the bullet and do an online class. Very unhappy with the communication of the school.carly

They are a horror story. 2018 I applied for being a personal trainer. They put me in a weird stack of classes including world religion and other classes. They said I can't change no matter a student advisor's mistake. When I dropped classes they claimed I owed them almost $400 for their mistake and out a freeze on my FAFSA.Scandy Italian Ice

I absolutely love the RT program here, the instructors are probably the best I have ever had. They have super high standards, but they also help you reach those high standards. The school is a bit pricey, but you get helpful instructors, with real experience, and who are ready to assist you whenever you need it. Plus, the hands on experience in class is a huge benefit. The only two downsides is not the program itself, but the food and beverage options in the school “cafe”, and the uniforms. For the price of the program, the uniforms are very stiff, and definitely nothing close to decent quality. So, if your enrolling, make sure to put some $$ aside to buy comfortable scrubs that actually fit you. As for the cafe, it would be great to have a real coffee machine (not instant coffee), so we don’t have the need to go off campus for caffeine. Overall though, I love my program, the instructors, and the new career PIMA is helping me prepare for. I definitely would recommend PIMA to anyone who wants to actually start a new medical career!Christina Romero

This school is easy to get started at. I was admitted to the RT program immediately after taking some brief tests and completing a mock study schedule. It is not a cheap option, but the wait list for cheaper schools is two years long…so I decided to get my schooling done rather than wait. I hope that the high price of education here all goes to the instructors, because they are the only worthwhile part of attending here. The admissions staff will make whatever promises they need to make to get you signed up, even if it is something they can’t deliver. The facility and equipment is old. The programs are fast paced and will leave you behind unless you are serious about learning the material.Derek Aaron

Choosing Pima Medical Institute and their Respiratory Therapy program was one of the best decisions my family and I have made. The program was very thorough and straightforward in the teachings. The thing I enjoyed the most was the constant engagement you were able to have with the instructors. Everyone is very open and willing to help in any situation whether it was school related or just life in general. The PD is amazing and she will do everything in her power to make sure you are not only a successful graduate but you are a successful RRT for many years to come. I took the 4 week CNA program during the summer and am now certified and working in a hospital. The class was incredibly informative and prepared you tremendously for the exams. I went into my exams incredibly confident and was helped throughout the program with any questions I had. While the program itself was amazing, there were several instances that made getting my certification from the program miserable. My instructor was the sweetest woman but spent most of the time questioning her own knowledge on the topics she was teaching. We had another instructor come in to assist our class and she spent a lot of time talking down to the students for messing up simple steps on topics we were just taught for the first time minutes prior. One student had a breakdown due to being constantly ridiculed by this instructor (management was told and nothing changed) most students avoided her like the plague. The two instructors who taught my class would then bicker with each other on what was correct in front of the entire class, it was extremely unprofessional. I would recommend this program, I just hope they have talked to their team and discuss how to handle conflicts better.Hailey Carpenter

I completed my CNA program with AMTI & would definitely recommend it to anyone that's willing to commit to a few weeks of hard work. The program is fast paced but if you study & stick with it, you will succeed. It definitely feels like the course is geared towards those wanting to go into hospice, long term care, etc. but I always knew I would be going the acute route after graduation – I am now working as a nursing assistant in the ICU at a hospital here in the valley. I don't know what these reviews talking about having their money stolen are all about, it's made very clear from the beginning that if you cannot keep your grades up & be there for lectures/instruction, you will not receive a refund. My only comment for improvement is that all the instructors get on the same page, we left a lot of classes confused because one instructor would tell us one thing & another would tell us otherwise. I am so happy I went with my gut & decided to attend AMTI. I just finished my CNA weekend 7 week program & passed my state boards on the first try. I did experience some uncertainty when speaking with student services, I had some questions that I didn't feel were answered properly. I even went down to the campus for more information & I didn't leave confident that this was the right school to choose. I took a risk & went with it anyways. The instructors were absolutely wonderful. Barb E. was my skills instructor & you can tell how much passion she has for nursing and for training future CNA's and nurses. These teachers truly give you so many resources and provide you with every thing you need to pass the program and pass your state boards. I highly recommend taking your CNA training here. I enjoyed every moment of it & I am a tad sad I wont be coming back next weekend. Loved this experience.SB

First regarding special ed, I have a scholar with a previous IEP that transition to a 504 plan. There have been issues with teachers recognizing a 504 plan and providing the appropriate accommodations. If I reach out as a parent to to the teacher, I have been told the special ed team needs to let them know what accommodations are on the plan. But then when I include the administration and special ed on the email, miraculously the teacher is familiar with the plan. Luckily the supports needed are fairly simple for my scholar to advocate on his own, but it would be very nice if the teachers were provided more guidance in these areas. It's been almost 2 years since I had a meeting regarding this plan, and the last one was over the phone, just me and the special ed teacher. Some teachers are VERY difficult to contact. They barely respond to email, are not as available as they claim to be for makeup work or assistance with assignments. Other teachers are WONDERFUL, and really inspire a love for learning. I have a scholar who have purposely NOT selected dual enrollment or honors classes only to find out that the ONLY class available is an honors class. This wouldn't be a problem if students & parents were told that prior to registering for classes, but alas, they are not. If you are looking for a college prep school with a strong conservative bias, this could be a great school for you. There have been several inconsistencies with Heritage COVID policies. Prior to a theater performance, I had inquired about COVID safety precautions and was told via an email to all parents "As soon as the performers leave the stage they will be expected to put their masks on" and "Audience members will be required to wear masks to attend this optional event." However at intermission, half the attendees had removed their masks. Following the show most of the students were outside in the courtyard mask-less. There was no enforcement. We have also kept our students home while they are "sick" per the COVID guidelines the school set in place for in person learning. However, my student received a notice that they were at risk of losing credit due to so many absences. This was finally resolved, but only after causing stress to an already stressed out scholar. While I was dealing with the "loss of credit crisis" the issue of mask enforcement policies came up. I questioned why some teachers were not being disciplined for not enforcing the schools mask policy, and I was told "good teachers are hard to find." This was incredibly disappointing. Heritage advertises "The purpose of education is to build strong character." To me, strong character starts with INTEGRITY, if you say you have a policy, you enforce it. Recently we experienced some troubling behavior at the end of a sports season. At a baseball game, we witnessed a simple error by one of the team members, the SHAMING from the coach to that player was extremely inappropriate. The coach was also yelling at the umpire during the game (more than a typical "I'm not happy with the call"). Later in the season at the semi-final games, there were fights between the umpires and coaches, and the game ended with a student cussing out the umpire, and the coaches fighting with each other and the umpires. There was a definite lack of sportsmanship, which is disappointing. One scholar was completely left out of the yearbook. The solution "I'll refund your purchase or give you a free one next year." Apparently there were several kids left out. I also had a straight A student who was not acknowledged at the awards assembly.Nicole Lovell

I switched into this school my junior year from Westwood high and I honestly feel like those who choose for themselves to attend heritage will find more enjoyment and satisfaction than those who may be pushed into heritage by parents or the likes of. I went in knowing the uniform policy, it’s strict rules, and the environment of the school. Upon arriving I’d say my expectations were met. Pros: The scheduling format is great, I prefer to take a class 2 times a week over 5 times a week. It makes it feel very refreshing and you do feel like you have more time to work and learn. It is also conveniently located right next to the light rail station, which was very helpful for me while I attended EVIT. It is also located by a good bunch of restaurants and fast food for lunch. The teaching staff is great and I felt like I had a positive experience with almost all of my teachers at this school. Some negatives: The school does not have an on-site nurse which to me is scary. I once had an allergic reaction to a spider bit while I was in class and felt my throat swell up, I needed to call my mom and ask her to bring me benedryl. To coincide with this, the school doesn’t have a counselor other than one for college guidance. I think these two things would definitely give the school another star on my rating. I also felt at times that certain classes, particularly history oriented classes, felt like they had a strong right-wing bias towards them. When I was choosing to go to this school, I was expecting this given the schools demographic and dedication to a very constitution-based curriculum, so to me it didn’t matter to much. I did feel that I had opportunities to speak my own opinion’s in these classes and had open debates about them. It helped strengthen my views, but if you are uncomfortable with your child not going the typical public school history route, then this school might not be your place. My last con is that the school tends to plan really important meetings for senior’s at the worst times for kids in EVIT which was during lunch. I ended up missing out on the “senior assassins” game because I had to take the lightrail to evit or else I would be tardy. Even when I got a car to drive to EVIT, I only had enough time to eat and drive there, when I got there it was usually 5 minutes before the bell rang. To people with AM EVIT, this probably wasn’t a problem but it didn’t benefit me at all with afternoon EVIT. That concludes my very detailed review. I hope that this reaches someone at the school. I overall did enjoy my time there, but I did only spend 2 years there compared to the usual 6 others spend.Kylan Dubiel

If you want an in-depth review of Heritage Academy, here you go: Some of the teachers were awesome and incredibly understanding. Having Friday’s off were nice. Other than that, that’s all the good I can give. During my six years at Heritage, the school indoctrinated Republican and Conservative ideas into everyone’s brain. If a comment isn’t conservative, it’s frowned upon. Teachers have talked about their religion openly in class which was uncomfortable when I was leaving the religion that a majority of the Heritage population practiced. When I did leave, mostly everyone in my class shunned me for not believing in Mormonism. Every Government and History conversation was incredibly biased and they worship the Founding Fathers constantly and it’s very concerning. Schools shouldn’t be influenced by politics, but somehow Heritage has managed to do so. They show Prager University clips in their history classes which is an extremely republican and conservative biased YouTube Channel. Basically, if you want a politically neutral and inviting place to send your kids, Heritage is NOT the answer. I don't know where to begin. Being frustrated and feeling as though I am giving the runaround, trying to get my diploma and trying to get my official transcript from a school that never answers a phone call during business hours. I never had to rely on a voicemail message to get back in contact with me due to miss understanding of phones calls. I have set up a payment arrangement back in May 2021, and I was told that if I miss a payment out of six months I will have to start all over again. I have been making payments and unfortunately was told that I missed three payments but look at my account and I see they're taking money out of my account. But still won’t give me my diploma. The staff is very rude and have not sympathy or compassion about the students other are trying to make something out of themselves in life. Talking to the staff is like hopping and excepting. Staff that not willing to work with you to try to help me. I've been only help by Miss Sherry, which I was told no longer works there. She's been the only person helping me getting my diploma and trying to get everything situated. I feel frustrated disappointed disgusted and hurt that I can't even depend on the school that I thought would help me succeed in life. This is hurtful and I would not wishes upon no one else. I work so hard live alone have no family here and you're telling me that I can't get any of my transcripts or I can't get my diploma because you guys messed up on your end and you're making me suffer which is not right and unacceptable. As much as I talk about you guys school and the staff that helps me and for someone to sit there and make me feel as though it's my fault is unacceptable. Question would you want to recommend a school to someone? For me at this point I will say no because I see that they're not even trying to help at all but take my money and won't give me my diploma or my transcripts I need to speak to someone and the corporate office as a CEO or CFO that can help meMoquatin Washington

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Every campus that I have spoken to someone on the phone has been rude and dismissive and not willing to help… I attended the nursing program in 2016…completed one semester…and had to withdraw from the second (before it started) because My son was having health issues. They told me to come back whenever I wanted that they would gladly accept me back into the program where I left off… which was absolutely not true! When I tried to go back….i was told I could be accepted into the current semester…Which would have been fine except….they were changing the curriculum the following semester…Which if I would have gone back would have forced me to start all over again…. Also, When I asked If I would be able to have a financial credit for the first semester that I completed because they changed the curriculum, I was told to speak with the head of the nursing dept and then she told me that was a question for financial aid who then referred me back to the nursing dept head…and they both said that they couldn’t help me. Don’t waste your time nor effort here. $24,000 down the drain for absolutely nothing! And not only that, But when you try to have your transcripts sent, it takes forever to actually get a hold of someone…and with the rude staff on the phone at every single campus it’s ridiculous!Melissa Kloess

I’m so happy I came across the Arizona College of Allied Health on google. I requested to receive more information about the college and not even a few days later I get a text from Justin. Justin was very nice and gave me so much information that helped me decide this was the college for me. Before I came here I was at Community Colleges for the last 5 years completing only prerequisites not even in a program yet. When Justin told me I would graduate next year in July getting my DA diploma I was beyond excited. I can’t thank Justin enough for all his help. I just got done with my first track passing all my classes. I could have not done it without Ms. Vosteen. She is the best teacher I’ve ever had at all the schools I’ve been to. I am going to miss being in her classes but I am so excited to continue my journey. Thank you Arizona College of Allied Health for everyone there that I’ve seen have all been so nice and some teachers actually joke around with students instead of being so serious and rude it’s so refreshing being able to be in a environment with teachers like that.Ashley Brandon

I found Mesa Body & Brain while looking for a Tai Chi class. Before my first class I met with Young Su and she has been a wonderful guide explaining auras, chakras and energy. I attended her Sound Healing class which was amazing. I love the Tai Chi class! I am really new to everything but already feel and enjoy the benefits of each of the teachers and classes. Everyone is very kind and welcoming. I look forward to attending a variety of classes, learning more and becoming more aware of my body and my energy.Allison Wood

Ive been going through so much in life as most people do, and I had an notion to get moving, found Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi on Google and decided to walk in. From the very beginning I have felt that this is the right place to be, the staff are very nice and patient. I have noticed a shift with my anxiety, pain and depression to name a few and I’ve only been taking classes for a month so far, I have much work still to do but it’s comforting to know and feel that I’m on the right path!!Amber Burge

Before coming to Mago, I had never done meditation because I thought I was too busy for it, and that it wouldn’t help me. I was completely wrong. The instructors and members have been so kind and supportive, and the classes and workshops have allowed me to connect with my body and breath, increase flexibility and feel a lot more grounded. Despite not practicing in person right now, I’m still benefiting from online classes and consultations. Would highly recommend to others.Allie Barton

Megan is awesome! I am currently 11 weeks postpartum and I feel better than I ever imagined I would thanks to Megan. She is encouraging and motivating. During the lesson Megan explains each exercise thoroughly, and helps you do it correctly so you get the most out of it. She maintains a judgment free zone and always pushes me to do my personal best, while giving me positive affirmations. I walk away each season feeling better than when I walked in, and you bet your bottom dollar you’ll be feeling sore the next day. Megan also offers lessons over zoom due to COVID-19 which is such a plus!!! I definitely recommend training with Megan.Ashlyn Tyre

As someone who is just getting back into exercising, I love training with Megan! She has amazing energy, makes each workout fun, unique and keeps me motivated to push harder each time. I took both BLS and ACLS at LBW Training Center with Instructor Blake – he was exceptional! I highly recommend taking BLS/ACLS with him! I have taken this course many times over the years and he was one of the best instructors I’ve had – by far! He kept the course interesting and provided additional information to understand the physiology and the reasoning behind certain interventions (used real-life scenarios and pulled from his own experience). This really helped the information to stick and I believe I will execute the ACLS protocol even better in my practice now that I have completed the course with him.Kelly Sims

LBW is the only place I go to for my AHA certifications. They are thorough, entertaining, and deliver the content needed to make you feel comfortable performing your duties in cardiopulmonary resuscitation. I just finished my ACLS class and feel confident I can perform to the top of my license in a cardiac arrest/choking/stroke situation. I love that they explain the how and why of the science behind resuscitation. Keep up the great work!! Most of all this is a stress free, collaborative course which promotes learning.Eve Pillor

Easy, funny and interesting class. The instructors made this class fun and most of all not scary. This is not my first time taking PALS and every time I felt like I had to force myself to be there. This time I felt like I want to stay and listen to instructors for some more. I’m a student transfer from a different state which I attended Carrington college. I recently relocated back to Az in hopes to finish nursing school here. I struggled where I came from trying to work only as needed so I can go full time in nursing school. Where I’m from classes were only offered during the day. I moved back to Az so I can work full time again and attend classes in the evenings. I lost almost everything I had where I was because of not working Harley any hours. Here, I can attempt to pay bills by working full time days and still go to classes in the evenings. I put in 4 out of 6 semesters with Carrington. The Mesa campus director, Antonio Thompson, took that from me. I pay out of pocket because I have exhausted my financial aid on a different degree that still pays very little. Young, and thinking I was doing the right thing many years ago, as the first to go to college in my family, I attended a private school which ate up my financial aid. Little did I know that there was only so much FA you can borrow to get through your bachelors. Antonio Thompson made a decision to not enroll me because of a balance I cannot afford to pay up front. I struggled to make payments. It’s not easy to survive on your own with no other income and attend nursing school, and because I can’t pay up front, he took my dream and life away. I’ve been depressed ever since. I’ve been in healthcare 20+ years and I know I would be an outstanding RN. I’ve worked in the ICU and managed in healthcare. It’s amazing how an individual wants to make a life for themselves and just be educated can be told no… basically you’re not good enough for us to educate you because you can’t afford it. I’m not trying to get free education. I’m trying to better my life so I can pay all my bills, including my student loans.Kat

Unprofessional. Went to school here in 2018 but couldn’t finish it off. I contacted them a little over a YEAR ago so I can restart my path. Was in touch with Ernesto and out of nowhere stop receiving replies. I sent emails left messages and even went to the school. Every time was promised to be contacted. But I didn’t know it would take A WHOLE YEAR! Ernesto just contacted me today, a whole year later after I first inquired about the school. No thank you. Krista was an awesome instructor when I did attend the school in 2018. But I will not be returning there. Get a better organized staff to help out.Cristina Delgado

First semester was great. Second and third had so many staffing issues. Teaching was inconsistent and had professors leave and be replaced mid way through. The financial aide department is a complete mess. I received three different financial plans from three different financial planners stating that after financial aid, I owed out of pocket ranging from $1600- $19000. A little bit of discrepancy there. Two stars. One for my enrollment advisor, Maribel and second semester. Other than that , the staff and quality of instruction we received in the third semester leaves much to be desired.George Ruiz

I really wanted to like this place! The staff was nice. The building is very small. I had access to their cameras, and I would check on my pups multiple times a day. Each time I checked my female dog was being mounted. This is a typical dog behavior, HOWEVER I counted 17 different times my poor girl was humped. This is excessive, and someone should have intervened. They said my dogs would come back tired, and they didn’t. My female tried to play but was being humped every 5 mins. There was also a lot of dog stalking and the behavior was never corrected. I will not be taking them back here. I cannot fathom paying for my dog to be humped the whole time she is supposed to be PLAYING at daycare.Lilli Allen

If I could give 100 stars I would. Camp Bow Wow in Mesa is absolutely wonderful . Our foster dog, Yogi loves having his staycation at camp. He gets so excited every morning when he goes and the amazing staff take such good care of him. It’s been a huge relief knowing that our boy is looked after so well, I can even check on him throughout the day with the cameras and he’s always having so much fun. I honestly recommend this place so much and we are so thankful we found them. Camp Bow Wow and staff are a step above the rest.Terri Norgate

What a breathe of fresh air!! Literally….I don't think I have ever been in a cleaner place. You can tell they are dedicated to providing a home away from home. They treat my pup like their own! I just wanted to say thank you for caring. It's important to me that I can trust this place to care for my boy. I had signed my son up for a driving package and he just wasn't quite ready to get behind the wheel yet with a stranger. STOP & GO said "no problem, just call us again when he is ready" and refunded the cost. About 9 months later, we signed up again and Mr. Freddie was fabulous. He was calm and patient with my son and kept me very informed on his progress, areas to practice more in and the roads he would be driving. I had already driven many, many hours with my son but felt it was important for him to receive instruction from an objective third party. At the end and when my son received his license, Mr. Freddie took the time to talk with me about how amazing my son was, their talks and that he had no doubt he would be successful in life. As a parent, it is so nice to hear that when your child goes out into the world without you, that they are presenting their best selves. I became a licensed driver as of today and it was all thanks to their amazing service! Getting my license was something I dreaded and put off till I'm now a working adult. But Stop and Go made it very easy! My instructors Deborah, Walter, and Treba were incredible during the entire process. They provided great instructions, tips and fun conversations! They helped me establish good driving habits and awareness on the road since day 1. It's also worth mentioning that due to my personal schedule I needed weekend availability for these lessons, and Debbie was extremely helpful in finding instructors and lesson times that worked with my schedule. My daughter completed the Stop & Go driving school over the summer months and definitely improved her driving skills and her understanding of driving rules. She passed the Driver License test during her last lesson and is proud of her success. Both Deborah M. and Sarah were great instructors. They were patient and informative as well as providing constructive feedback so that we could focus on practicing those items in-between her lessons. The on-line scheduling system was easy to use and to make changes as needed. The convenience of the instructors picking up & dropping off at our house was very valuable to us. My daughter had pain on her right scapula and it was really mild and didn't occur often. However, after a year and the pain starting to get worse she decided to go to a physician and they referred us here. They said it was scapular winging and her shoulder muscles weren't very strong. We were consistent with coming for the first six months of therapy but for the next six months she was there and it not getting any better (actually worse) we were less consistent. Overall we were there for a year and her PT hadn't referred her to anyone else. So we went to a doctor, got an MRI, trigger point injections, switched physical therapists and actually found an answer. It was scoliosis that was causing humped ribs and the scapular winging plus misaligned clavicles. I would think that a physical therapist would see all of the these especially after a year. The new one had her take her shirt off, she had a sports bra underneath (The old PT did not take her shirt off) and noticed these signs almost immediately. Then created a plan that was very different from the exercises her old PT was making her do. The techs also gave her more attention making sure was doing the exercise right. Coming here caused not only a year of wasted time but also the later diagnosis of scoliosis made back bracing impossible. So if I had young kid with back pain I definitely wouldn't come here.Jennifer Ware

I had come into this physical therapy after an ACL surgery. For a month I was not given proper therapy and I came into here looking for help. From the start they immediately wanted to help me. All the physical therapist here are friendly and love to help! They have positive attitudes and always do their best to make us better. All the techs are extremely helpful and do their best to make you feel comfortable. They constantly check how you are doing and how you feel. It has been amazing working with Matt and Kelly! They have pushed me to get better and succeed with my knee. This is over ally a great physical therapy and a great experience! 🙂payton simpson

I’ve tried out many gyms that have group trainings in the past 3 years. I normally end my membership once I no longer feel challenged by the classes. Everything has felt different with After It. The first thing I was super impressed with walking into the gym is the wide range of weights they have available and the steel maces (which I’ve never trained with before and absolutely love now). As someone who has worked out for years, I know coming into each class that I’ll be challenged with a movement I’ve never done before and you feel it the next day. The trainers have amazing energy, are exceedingly knowledgeable and educated in exercise science, and really push you to challenge yourself. When you first join, they give you a free one month challenge and a strategy session to tackle your goals. I’ve had two strategy sessions with the owner so far and I’m amazed by how much progress I’ve made just by having a little bit more more guidance on my diet and exercise. I’ve had a nutritionist in the past without success and I feel like I got more out of one strategy sessions with Nick than I’ve had with 9 sessions with my nutritionist. I’ve lost over 5 pounds of body fat and gained over a pound of muscle in just a week and a half and I’m feeling amazing. I have no doubt that I’ll continue to make progress with this gym towards my goal of continuing to build strength and shed fat. Love the trainers. Love the playlists. Love the energy. After it is awesome! All of the trainers have been wonderful helping me learn as I go in the classes. I really enjoy this because no matter what level you are at in physical fitness you are able to gear it towards your comfort. When I started working out here I was just coming off of two months of not doing anything due to a knee surgery and I was able to modify everything. I have very little experience in group type setting but the trainers went out of their way to ensure my comfort. I don’t know if I will ever be a “fan” having to go to the gym, for me it’s necessity to feel better and to get healthier as I get older, but After It definitely has helped me not dread going as much😂 i’m really grateful for Nick and his entire team to make this as painless as possible!MJ

Just discovered this gym a few weeks ago and I already feel like it’s changing my life. I never leave a workout feeling like it wasn’t enough. Every trainer is so knowledgeable and sincere and genuinely wants you to succeed. Class times range from 5am-7pm so there is a convenient time for everyone! Nick has broken down the science of nutrition to me in such a simple way that meeting the correct nutrition has been the easiest it’s ever been for me. The trainers are reachable at any time of day by phone to answer any questions I have. Not to mention, the price for unlimited training and nutrition coaching is extremely reasonable.
