I was referred here by a close friend who is studying at the school for dentistry. The entire experience was great! From the moment I walked in, everybody had a smiling, friendly face. The initial examination was quick and thorough. The pricing is fantastic, and the instructors that guide the students are very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything is very professional and clean. It is a very nice building, and you can tell they have all the best and newest equipment on hand. Even the ceiling tiles are fun while you’re laying in the chair, as they have animal prints engraved in them and other fun things going on! I highly recommend checking it out. Good god, just let us use our email in an outlook application. We already have the other o365 tools. Having to access emails through the site is inefficient and we aren't notified of an incoming email unless we're actively checking. Also, the school's application no longer works. I'm not the only one. Read the reviews. Please use the "technology fees and other silly fees that we pay for something useful or please provide a refund. Reply: the pulse app is terrible and still does not notify of incoming emails. It doesn't display well at all. I have to say that the campus itself looks very well maintained and is enormous. I visited this location for training that deals with my current career. As a individual who has never visited this campus before I think my biggest and only complaint is that there is not enough signage to tell you where to go. Which is really annoying since I never been there before. My instructors were amazing and exceptional in what they do (kept it real) and had really good stories that made class go by pretty fast. Personally just a little too big for me but I hate crowds so ehh could just be my inverted mentality telling me to run.NW TCG

Okay school but professors suck! Good learning platform with Blackboard (easy to use & navigate). Professors are very picky & strict with grading. They act like they are from Harvard. Faculty is not professional & highly rude. They don't care about you learning or helping you succeed. Rather expect you to fail. Lots of errors & typos on quizzes. No live or recorded lectures. Didn't learn much. Spend the extra money & attend brick & mortar or better online school to get a job.Oliver

I highly recommend Hodges University! I enrolled in the fast track BS degree with 10 classes left to finish in Interdisciplinary Studies. I graduated 18 months later! All of my teachers were phenomenal and my counselor reached out to me at the beginning of each semester to enroll me in the correct classes to finish my degree program as quickly as possible. I have been at Hodges for two years now. Every time I hear about another school, I always compare my experience to Hodges. This has led me to believe that there are no other schools that I would be as happy with. The professors I have had actually WANT me to succeed and will do what they can to help us as students to develop and learn. We actually don't visit the college but the bay that's right beside the college. We are from Illinois and every vacation we come to this area. I'm not sure what the name of the bay area is but it's always easy to locate because of nearness to the college. My grandkids love coming here and I feel they are safe because the water is pretty shallow till about 20 feet out which gives them opportunities to wade and look for sand crabs. The college itself reminds me of my hometown college. Not too big and well designed. I like the fact it's spread over the block area. I feel like this school is robbing my GI benefits by telling me I “need” a class, then the next semester they tell me I didn’t need the class. I have 49 credit hours but was just told that 16 of those were ones I didn’t need. How is that possible? Even the VA approved of the classes, but now all of a sudden they are classes I didn’t need. And now I have to take another semester at GCSC when this whole summer I thought I was graduating after fall semester 😭Nikki Head

I am giving this School as a whole 3 stars with the exception of the the higher authority the school is expensive even after you get your student loan you still could owe up to 4000 out of pocket the President is an exceptional person understanding and VERY motivating however we are offered only 2 tickets to the graduation so if your out of town and have support they will not be able to share this moment with you which is who we do it for it sucks having to tell your family they can’t attend this elite moment in your life especially when you have 20,000+ plus debt to pay out to them the instructors there are amazing excluding The head instructor is down talks the rest of the instructors and look down on the students that are taught By then it’s very discouraging to hear that she speaks so bad about the next person when it’s all about empowerment I think her name is Ms Johnson after hearing from one of her student who changed from her class because of the way she spoke on other instructors and their students is was a discouraging moment for me and other students but we had a great instructor and if I could do it all over with her I would Big ups to Ms Blackshirre because the way she teaches is the way I learn she is forever my reason for completing this program because there are plenty of times I wanted to give up and she was not taking that standing ovation to you ma’am… It is very sad that my siblings and nieces and nephews and grandparents aren’t able to share this special moment with me if I had know when I signed up I would have never went to this school I would have gone to an more accredited school and got my associates 😔 Good job staff and PresidentLatisha Lopez

Let's see where to begin. I am a former employee at FCC but they are also called UEI and US colleges. The 1st thing I noticed when working there the amount of unnecessary emails you get from everyone that works for FCC UEI and US college and the corporate office, about over of 100 hundred emails. The 2nd thing is the amount of meeting you have attended almost every two hours. And let's not forget that these meetings are not to motivate you, but rather make you feel small and tell how much of a horrible job you're doing. Beacuse in one hour you were not able to enroll a student. The director of admissions Mrs. MOORE will threaten to send you home without pay, she will threaten to fire you, she will call you lazy and pathetic or good for nothing, just because you can not book an appointment or enroll a student. To FCC it doesn't matter if you are homeless or can not afford school, they will enroll you no matter what. The work environment is very hostile and just not a good environment. They are always hiring on indeed.com but apply with caution ⚠️ 😉 😄, I wouldn't recommend this school to work for or even to go school there as student.Kevin Azizi

As a student I suggest you go to a regular community college get an associates. Then transfer to a University. When I went there seemed like it’d be a great opportunity seeing I’ve been working to get back into school. But the office folks seemed reluctant to actually work with me. The process was not being done in chunks. It did not seem logically scheduled so all and all I give the program 2 stars seems like it can be helpful for maybe some people who wants to just rush back into school but seemed like they wanted me to use my student tuition for the school more than actually help me. Don’t waste your time. Go to a student advisor in lone star or HCC and then work with them from there. They should be able to help you. Or just work to get into a better vocational school. We were here yesterday for the Manatee Chamber's Business After Hours. A very nice well ordered facility but the most important was the people there. Everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and took the time to both inform and teach. Even though I was a guest there for a short time I was brought up to speed on current procedures for CPR and how to use an automated defibrillator. A very impressive visit!Phil

I had the best time at my CPR training class. My instructor was just so cool and down to earth. She really made sure that you really understood what you needed to do. She made sure you were completely comfortable before moving to the next thing. She also took time after the class to give me information on the CNA class I was interested in. He ensures that everyone is able to grasp and learn the information by using real world examples and repeating the information throughout the session along with demonstrating on the practice mannequin. This was the most fun and engaging CPR class I've ever been part off. The instructor is very knowledgeable and makes it easy to digest all the information by keeping it interesting throughout the class. I attended EMTS for both my EMT and medic training several years back. I was nervous- I was the oldest one in my EMT class (27 at the time) and thought maybe I had made a mistake starting my training so much later in life. Dead wrong. After 1 day in class I knew I had made the right decision. The instructors at EMTS were there for me anytime I needed help. Day, night, before class, after class, between classes, everything. I did my homework on schools in the area and EMTS was the best there was. This wasn’t some mediocre trade school full of students and staff who don’t really want to be there. The people at this school have a genuine passion for EMS. They work hard to be sure the students that walk through their doors have that same passion. Make no mistake they care about you and your education more than you can imagine, but they will show you some tough love. EMS is not a career for anyone who cannot handle the brutal realities of the field. Many go into EMS with the thought that it is exciting, full of adrenaline packed situations, and great stories for later. While all of this is true, there is also going to be that patient with Alzheimer’s who wandered out of their home and fell down and you’re now spending anywhere from 1 minute to 3 hours with them just to get their name and birthday because they are scared and crying. There will be that SIDS call or that child abuse call. There will be inmates you treat that will go out of their way to get under your skin even as you’re trying to help them. EMTS works hard so that by the time you graduate, those who did not have the passion for it have been weeded out and you are 200% prepared both physically and mentally. That might sound a bit harsh, but would you want your loved one being attended to by an EMT or medic who didn’t care or didn’t have the best training possible? I have worked in various areas since graduating: ER, MICU, correction/tactical medicine, and mental health. My training put me miles ahead of most of the EMS personnel I encounter. Even medics with years more of experience or RNs- many many times I have had to step in and correct or take charge when I was not the lead for a patient. I have emailed my medic instructor numerous times to thank him for teaching us how to thrive. If you attend school here you will quickly see on your rotations how EMTS students are favored. I got to see and assist with A LOT of really cool stuff simply because I’d proved myself not to be an idiot and willing to step up. So many students on my rotations looked like deer in headlights. When you get into the field you will have people’s LIVES in your hands. I do not understand why schools and students choose mediocrity for something so important. This is not an easy program. It will push you and it’s tough. But they give you every tool you need to get through it and then some. EMTS is very hands on- they want to be sure you are thoroughly prepared. By the time you graduate you actually feel confident in yourself and your skill set which is such a great feeling. This is the best training school you will find in my opinion. I went to EMTS with absolutely no prior emergency medicine training or education and gained an immense amount of knowledge and experience. More than I could have expected. I graduated EMTS prepared for a career as a first responder on a level that is heights above what other schools offer. Even if your goal lies in some other medical field, I would recommend this school, as they teach outstanding medicine that is applicable all around. I had a good amount of apprehension as the NREMT exam approached due to a fear of the unknown, but it was an absolute breeze given what I had been taught at EMTS. There was no difficulty at all. I was worried for nothing, because I had been prepared prior to taking it. This is not to say that you will not work. You WILL put in work or you will not graduate. Rightfully so. Identify your problem areas, work on them, and prioritize. Everything you need to succeed is given to you. The instructors are extremely approachable with any questions you may have (even Tom in his own way), the lectures are way above par, and the hands on training is excellent. In addition, take constructive criticism as just that – constructive. Use it to better your skills and knowledge as they are trying to teach you. Don’t be soft and you will emerge from this school a very well trained first responder. I cannot endorse this school enough. It was a difficult yet phenomenal experience.Michael Cook

I took this EMT course with not much interest in the medical field but knew I needed the certification to pursue my fire career. After the first couple classes I was pretty stressed out thinking I wouldn't be able to keep up, seeing as I have 2 businesses of my own to keep going as well. I quickly became overwhelmed and struggled to find time for homework and studying but as the course went on and things started connecting, I started having fun learning it. Tom teaches far more in depth than most instructors do, I assume, but his way of teaching helps you understand how the body works, and how things are connected. This helps you understand what you are learning, rather than just trying to remember words from the book. This course was difficult but if you put in the time and just pay attention, you will come out much further ahead in the end. I passed the NREMT on my first try with the minimum amount of questions which was a pretty big deal to me seeing as I started this course with very little interest. I now have full intentions to move on to paramedic which is also something I never thought I would want to do. Tom is very fair, straight forward, and tells you how to pass. I just got home from the BLS provider course and felt I had to review immediately. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. As a nurse and someone who has always worked in healthcare, I've taken many BLS courses throughout my life. Debbie A. is by far the best instructor I've ever had. She was so engaging and positive, it made me want to listen. I usually get bored during these things. Debbie, you're great! From the initial call I made to EMC, I was greeted professionally and sincerely. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They are the most affordable in the area as well. I have been an ALS and BLS instructor for several years but in 2022 I decided to expand my skills as a Pediatric Instructor. My PALS provider card had expired so I had the experience of attending both provider and instructor courses. The Prep packet EMC provides helped me tremendously going into the courses.. My provider instructors , Rodney and Deb F. were so knowledgeable, patient and supportive. I felt so prepared for the Instructor course with Chuck. Chuck was also very knowledgeable and energetic! I had a great experience at OMI. I attended a "Flipped classroom" for Paramedic school led by retired FDNY Lieutenant Paramedic Hector Arroyo, and the most important thing I can say is that you get out what you put in. If you put in the work, the staff of OMI will work tirelessly to make sure you get the education you paid for. No games, no egos, just knowledge. The clinical coordinator Jessica Sasser absolutely made my year. I have never in my life worked with someone more accommodating or approachable than she has been. My year of Paramedic school would have been substantially worse if not for her kind, understanding, and extremely hardworking and available approach to clinical internship. While I enjoyed my overall experience at OMI, if I recommend OMI to coworkers or friends, my experience with Jessica will be one of the first anecdotes I share. In addition, I would be remiss if I did not mention the Vice President, Mrs. Abby Marquez. Her caring nature and calm demeanor while dealing with conflicts cannot be overlooked. No matter the obstacle, we all knew we could go speak to Abby, and she would help us come to a tenable solution. Knowing that the administrative staff of your school is on your side and truly cares about you is a feeling you cannot put a price on. As a recent graduate of the EMT program at Orlando Medical Institute, I want to take a second to recognize the staff for all of their hard work. From the admin staff to the instructors and lab instructors, everyone did an amazing job preparing the students for excellence in the field. Okay I attended this school way back years ago. Yes the owners do like and make money. The teachers are pretty good but all work multiple jobs and can be late or they may rush to fill a teacher last minute. Their driver cert truck is very old. Abby never bothered me. One thing to be carful. If you are going on to college classes or certs they may not accept your cert or you will have to take the college test. OMI does not require a college entry test. Seminole state does. Felix is very knowable and cares about the school. Just remember this is a private school. Not a college or university. Other than that I attend learned and passed without issue.brad gibson

I love the CSBA and will continue to go there whenever I can to get something done. I have had my nails, hair, make up and a facial there and I loved it. I go often to get a Meni Pedi and sometimes take my niece with me since they seem to be the only ones that can handle people with ticklish feet. I have got my hair done twice their now and love that I can get a cut and color for only $38 just a color at other salons cost a min of $65. Today 6-17-14 I went in and wanted a whole new look a color and cut. I knew what color I wanted but not the cut just that I wanted it short. The girl I had her name was Morgan and she is very sweet and understanding. She was shocked that I pretty much wanted all my hair chopped off since it was to my mid back. I explained that I was recently diagnosed with a medical issue that was causing my hair to fall out and that instead of shaving it all off I would try just cutting it short. She got the dye right the very first time and dyed my hair perfect with no mistakes at all. Was very professional while working on my hair. I wasn't sure how I wanted it cut so she provided me some magizens to look at and I showed her what I liked and her and the girl working at the station next to her described some styles that they thought would look good on me. They came up with one that I couldn't say no to. It was Awesome the instructor showed her how to best do it with my hair since I have thin hair and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. I have never had my hair this short before and never thought that I would. I love my hair. I have never walked out of a Salon feeling so excited about my hair as I did today. THANK YOU MORGAN!!! I went there for a day of beauty that I won> I got a manicure,facial, shampoo and haircut and style and make up, declined the pedicure due to the fact I have a lot of pain in my feet and don't like them touched. the manicure was good given what she had to work with cause I have hardly any nails to begin with, loved the wax dip she did it made my hands feel like they were melting felt very nice. the girl was very nice and quiet but did engage in conversation some. the facial was done by a girl who had very good massaging techniques, she about put me to sleep. when it was over I was all like can't I just have you do this all day lol. my hairstylist did a good job as well with some assistance from a supervisor they both seemed to understand what I wanted and it was actually the first time EVER someone cut my hair right. the girl who did my makeup was good as well, she listened to what I said and thats what matters that and she had a very good personality and confidence. I just read a couple of the reviews. I have to say that several years back I went here for the manicure program. Yes, some of the things are a little out dated. But, it is cosmetology school. I will say one thing..While this was a few years back, I never once had an issue with any of the instructors. I went to school every day and actually finished 3 weeks early. Also, the way they teach you is exactly the way you have to do it at state board. It was second nature to me when I went to take my exam. I HAVE gone to another school since to complete the Esthetics program, because it was cheaper…there was a HUGE difference. I finished early as well there but the instruction was awful. They did not look out and watch for "bad habits" or even teach you how it will need to be done for the exam. There is much worse out there. My over all experience was just fine. It is all in what you are looking for.J H

My father in law was supposed to be transported this past Sunday from SC to IN but he passed away in the hospital in SC early Saturday morning. We called to inform right away and y'all are not going to reimburse the $5,100! I can hardly believe this, surely you're not going to keep our money when we're already grieving and now have to deal with insensitive company that won't work to some resolution in our situation. I'm sure your company is good at what you do and if we had needed the service the money would have been worth every penny. But your company did nothing other than make a few phone calls, sent emails and possibly moved a vehicle in that direction and we understand maybe something is due to you but ALL of our money for something we had no control over. Terrible way to treat people especially when they've lost a loved one! Your policies regarding this situation need revised.DansyM

The whole experience using ACC Medlink was top notch. Up front the service was explained clearly. There was a good stream of communication. Medink coordinated with the pickup and delivery locations directly and communicated with me so I always had a good sense of what was going on. At the drop off all 3 of the team members were engaged and active and personable. It was very important to me to get a sense of who they were as people and I got a good vibe from the way they were all working to make my 95 year old mother's transition a comfortable one. Given my good friend's recent health condition, she had a dire need for a quality, reliable and competent medical transport service that would take her over 1000 miles (17 hours) through states that would involve elevation. I am very glad I discovered ACC Medlink. They delivered her door to door with stellar service. ACC Medlink's administrative staff was so professional and kind. They made sure all parties involved were always informed and what to expect. If an aspect of the schedule were to change, one would always be notified. Mr.Martion ( idk how to spell his name) was very rude and unprofessional. Yesterday I took my GED test and lost time because he and a lady in the testing center did not want to attend me. Today I called and Martino was very rude to me and told me I did not lose time because I wasn’t attended( he was arguing with me and rising his voice a bit) but I called a GED representative and they said I indeed lost time because no one attended me before my test started at 1:30….. I was stilling waiting to take my test at 1:35 and still no one came to help me. I only got 60 minutes for my test and I had to guess on multiple questions although I did pass I was not given enough time and got a low passing score when I knew I could have gotten a High score and college credit. this is not the first time I or my boyfriend had problems with him either restaff or set him straight!Snagurr

I only gave two stars because I graduated from the high school side. Outside of my school experience, as a customer their automotive collusion side isn't good. If you choose to being your car there because you graduated from the school (or not) DO NOT take it over there. After they got my car they didn't check everything like the teacher said he and his students did. Plus at a ACTUAL auto shop the workers are NOT supposed to get in contact with their customers over their personal cellphones only through a company phone(don't tell me other wise because I did my research). It's weird/wrong they made me pay about 4000 for things they didn't fix under my hood.Selena Young

Our high school Medical Academy students participated in a mass casualty training today. It was an amazing experience for us all. The EMS students and faculty were professional and friendly. The lighthouse commons are a great addition to the Edison state college-lee campus. Everyone around here is friendly and there are many things to do such as going to the fitness center, game room, basketball or volleyball court. Also there are many attractions outside of the campus such as movie theaters, restaurants, the beach, and so many other great things. Security isn't a problem because there is a security guard 24/7 just making sure everything is alright. I would really recommend the dorms to anyone who wishes to study at Edison. Only downside is that it's a little bit expensive ranging from 3k to 3.3k per semester, but it is worth every penny. To bad there isn't a pool in campus 🙁Kill Affection

The staff all around is terrible. Most of the professors act high and mighty. Constantly remind you that they’ve already gotten their degree while simultaneously refusing to give answers to the smallest questions. Also, departments such as housing and student conduct do not seem to care about their jobs. I constantly email, call, message; no matter what I do, they place me on hold and never get back to me. I’ve had the same concern for a month and tried THREE departments and nothing has come of it. I have pictures, emails, call logs and videos yet am not being taken serious. Parking is atrocious; why did I spend $200 just to not have anywhere to park ?! Such a small area is designated for student parking for as much as we spent on a pass. As someone stated before it’s extremely boring, and for us to be spending money for so many different things, we have access to so little. The professors at this school are amazing and the campus itself is very nice. However, parking is a nightmare and so is getting your GI Bill set up. The last school I was at made this process go by smoothly. Here, I did everything as instructed months in advance and still fear that I won't be able to enroll into classes next semester due to financial holds since my paperwork for this semester (that ends next month..) Has just been processed through the VA. I was told there's only one person processing all of the paperwork for every veteran student. This is unacceptable. If there's so many veterans at this school, employees should be proportionate to demand. After this semester, I might go to a different school or be forced to take it off and put my education on hold. I'm very disappointed.Raven Hickman

College charges kids $700 a semester to park a car in their parking lot even one day a week. There are people that can afford this many cannot. This is an unfair burden that is being placed on UCO families. Our child has to walk nearly a mile to find a place to park their car at school off campus after they drive 40 miles to get there. Now we are constantly worried about what's going to happen when they have to walk to their car late at night. Edmond as a city is not near as safe as it used to be. The UCO parking lot fee structure is exorbitant and unnecessary and this parking for profit will ultimately bring harm on those that cannot afford to pay UCOs sky high poor tax.SilverJ

This an unbiased completely rounded review because I'm someone who has been to many colleges, 3 to be exact. CF is AMAZING. Please don't take this gem for granted because I did and regretted when I moved cross country to go to a more hip school that turned out to be the worst. The campus is new and clean and beautiful! It's so relaxing to just chill and do your studies. I definitely took it for granted and years later I'm still thinking about this place. The teachers are awesome. For a community college there is some impressive staff that work here and have great experience. Definitely take part in theatre and music/dance. Even though I was not an arts major, I took alot of classes to know the teachers and they are talented! Please come here for your 2 years and then go anywhere else you want.champ flowahbomb

First off, I want to say this was a good experience for me. The financial aid office and the cashiers desk do not have great communication, but by the third week of classes my scholarships dropped into my higher1 account and everything was fine (higher1 is the reimbursement account the college uses to disperse your financial aid). The campus is clean, the math and social sciences are AWESOME, the science labs are great, and the professors care about you, the student, on a personal level. I had a professor take time out of her day to say "hey, how are your classes going?" 2 semesters after I had taken her english course. Overall, a great 2 year college experience with professors who truly get to know you.Matthew Stephens

I really like this college. I'm in the engineering technology program and I've learned a lot. The professors in this department are very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I started at a college in South Florida, but I'm liking CF much better. I like the smaller class sizes and getting to know my professors. I feel that I will definitely be ready to go into the workforce after finishing my degree. The campus is very clean and modern-looking. Also, my advisor is very nice and helpful. Formerly known as Edison College, Florida Southwestern State College will only waste your life away. I earned two degrees from this institution thinking it'd help me land a job beyond a cashier position and it didn't do anything for me. Currently, I'm taking orders from goofy people with GEDs at my workplace (BTW, they're kids who are fifteen years younger). The only fifty thousand dollar a year jobs that have been offered to me were from pyramid schemes and scam MLM corporations. Go into the Army instead, they'll provide you with a decent career and you'll be taken care of. One other thing I may add is there's constant unnecessary construction on this campus because the administration rather waste its money on that instead of job-placement programs that would be beneficial for the students. * This college's main goal is to keep the student as a student for as long as possible. What I mean by this is that they will force you to take remedial courses, even though you don't need to take them. So when you finally receive your degree, your skills and education will be outdated thus putting you in the situation of returning to college–they make more money. Then the next situation turns out that you're already too old and unemployable and the next generation has taken over, working and prospering.Michal Mack

I'm thankful we have a local college that continues to make itself better with each year. I'm receiving my AA in 3 credits and I have nothing but outstanding things to say about this school. My advisor has always been incredibly attentive to my needs, even down to offering book recommendations within my future major. I never feel rushed or unwanted. Not all professors or experiences will be great for everyone; however, I'm thankful to say all of mine have. The campus is also quiet and beautiful to hang around.Sarah A

went here for dual enrollment and didnt have any major problems (though -1 start to make up for anything i might not know). the campus is alright, sometimes a christian guy comes on campus and calls us all sinners, but overall the campus isnt the worst. this place feels a bit dated/cheap, but it’s literally a community college, so in that case this campus us actually better than most. classes are pretty good, overall id say it was a positive experience! good collegeKašpar Zelenka

I enjoyed my visit to University of Rhode Island. Care about students and alumni from foreign countries. National Origin, Race, and Creed is a top priority to University of Rhode Island. Awesome basketball team that made it to the second round of the NCAA tournament. Much a better school than Quinnipiac University. I have first hand experience on Quinnipiac University. QU will discriminate if your Indian, Muslim, Black, Chinese, Mexican. The only reason QU has South Asian students on campus is because the racist Higher Authorities want their money. John Lahey, Mark Thompson, Donald Weinbach, Dianna Pategas, Edgar Rodriguez, Lynn Bushnell, and John Morgan are at fault for all the racism that happens on the QU campus. The QU Higher Authorities mentioned above hate people of color (Especially Brown people-Indians and Muslims). In reality the QU Higher Authorities and Matt Conway QU's Attorney hate people from India. Matt Conway QU's Attorney wrote a death threat letter to end a QU Indian Alumni's life. The QU Indian alumni's mother and father were also present and threatened by Matt Conway at the CCHRO Central Office in Hartford. QU's Attorney is ignorant, a bully, malicious, two faced, shady, erratic, disturbed, unprofessional, corrupt, dishonest, negative, rude, and racist toward Indians. Matt Conway and Paul Stoughton manage an unethical law firm. Conway voted for Donald Trump. He supports the immigration ban and Donald Trump name calling every Black NFL player "SOB's". He has a disdain for Indians. A Quinnipiac University Indian Alumni floored him on the Connecticut General Statutes and Title II Public Accommodation Civil Rights Act of 1964 in the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities. He is incompetent and has no clue on World Views, National Origin, Creed, and Race. Attorney Conway lost a National Origin discrimination case against a QU Indian Alumni in 2015. Unsuccessful in defending a National Origin Discrimination (India) claim and failed to get a "No Reasonable Cause"(administrative dismissal) determination in CCHRO during the Mandatory Mediation Conference for his client Quinnipiac University. 82 allegations were filed against his client John Lahey President, Mark Thompson EVP, Donald Weinbach VP of Alumni Affairs, Dianna Pateags Associate VP of Alumni Affairs, Edgar Rodriguez Chief of Public Safety Quinnipiac University for discriminating, harassing, provoking, bullying, extorting, blackmailing, and threatening an Indian alumni's life. Indian National Origin discrimination complaint easily passed a CCHRO Merit Assessment Review. Complainant's CCHRO Lengthy Affidavit and Rebuttal was much stronger than Quinnipiac University's weak response. The QU Indian Alumni and the Indian family pointed out in CCHRO that National Origin discrimination against Indians does exist at Quinnipiac University and in the small little law firm of Conway and Stoughton. Matt Conway wrote a threatening letter to end a QU Indian Alumni's life thinking that it would solve the problem. It made the problem worse for his client QU. Went here for 1 year and transferred out. Would’ve dropped out sooner if my loans allowed it. In the middle of no where despite pushing students to not bring cars. Public transportation takes forever. Only way to make friends was through sororities or very specified programs. Nothing to do on campus except watch basketball. Dorm always smelled like weed. Couldn’t take food from the dining hall. Clubs were mediocre and many leaders and participants seemed disinterested. Shared a bathroom with 3 floors of girls because floors were coed but bathrooms were not and every other floor had a different gender bathroom. Very homogenous group of people. Very isolating. Weak history program. Only had 2 dining halls for 15,000 students. And one was closed on the weekends. Dining halls only open until 8:30, even on weekends. RIPTA stops running at 10pm. Commute home on holidays took twice as long via public transportation. Printing was expensive and so was laundry. Met like 2/300 people from my hall. Grounds always had dead grass and beer cans. Quad was always too busy to enjoy. Fine arts center looks like a prison. Many facilities need updating. Academics were too easy and left me feeling unfulfilled. Massive parking problem. Greek life dominates too much. Everyone vapes or juuls or drinks. No sense of community and little school spirit. They overstate concerts, there was 3 the whole year. Feel left out when people go home for holidays since they live so close but you can’t. Never in a million years would I recommend or go back to this school.Anja Schwieterman

Not recommended unless you are interested in pharmacy, engineering, or marine biology/oceanography. Many of their other programs tend to be pretty underfunded and ignored, and it shows. If you take a tour of the campus, you will notice they pretend the Fine Arts Center does not exist, showing off other brand new buildings. That's because it's literally rotting and falling apart, and the school does not care. Their students put so much effort into their work and are left with a disgusting mess of a building to pursue their education. The heavy party school atmosphere and stories of unhelpful staff are also an issue. Talk to someone that goes there that isn't close to you. Get the real story.Rhody Walsh
