But I kept pushing and moving forward and it got easier and easier and ATA and the teachers really encourage you, the first semester was really hard for me but there was so many teachers that checked on me and helped me to see the light at the end of the tunnel. ATA IS THE PLACE TO BE. You will make the best decision of your life if you come to this school. Here I am graduating in May with my Associate Degree in Medical Assisting. Been in the Limited Medical Radiography Program with Medical Assisting, and it has been AMAZING! Love the small classes! & The Instructors are by far the most involved with every student and are dedicated to them as well. Very passionate in their teaching. All of the staff from ATA from Admissions and Financial Aid and Student Services are also very dedicated, helpful and GREAT! Last but not least The President! He is super uber Amazing! He visits the classes, greets every student, personally hands out the Honors or President Awards to the students who've earned them. Also looks for better ways to improve ATA. I have been attending ATA since may 2017 and I am proud to say that I will be finished December 15, 2017. The staff at ATA are truly amazing and a blessing. They push you and help you so much throughout your Journey. Attending ATA has been one of the best decisions that I have made. Medquest changed my life in so many ways! When I didn’t know what I would do after not getting into my hygiene program I instantly started looking into other options and Medquest can across my Facebook for different programs that could be completed in less than a year, and Boom! Started in May of this year in my Dental assisting program, The best decision of my life ! Joy and Desireé was my absolute favorite! they deserve a raise & praise! They made sure to go over the material again if we needed more time to learn it. I absolutely loved this school. I graduated in 2017 for Dental Assisting and I am now enrolled for the LPN July classes. The staff went over and beyond to accommodate me. I am extremely excited about my new journey. Update Alert!!!!!! If I could give 10 stars I would. Of course with any school you have a few bumps along the way, but I must say the Nursing experience has been amazing. The accountability and educational standards were are amazing. The instructors have taken their time to be sure that you understand what each class is about . Having teachers who are actively working in the nursing field, working in the School and going to school themselves gives you the push to never give up. I have 7 weeks till completion. It was not easy, financially nor mentally with 4 children and going through divorce, but when you walk in those doors you understand that you can accomplish ANYTHING because of the role models standing in front of you. Excellent school! I am a recent graduate of the Medical Assisting Program and I loved it! The instructors are the best, they are kind, patient and very intelligent. They have so much passion for teaching that you cant help but to learn. The school is very clean and organized. Everyone is helpful and kind. I was nervous about going back to school and starting a new career at 44 years old. It was the best thing I have done for myself in a very long time. I went in for a crown as told was necessary by the former dentist. This was my first experience with the new dentists and I was extremely impressed with her professionalism and bedside manner. After starting my procedure, she informed me that the fracture in my tooth was not as severe as expected and instead recommended transitioning to a less invasive (and less expensive) filling. I really appreciated her honesty and guidance. The whole experience was probably my best in this office and I will continue to go there even though they are out of network with my insurance and ultimately, it will cost me more. Aiken Family Dentistry is an all around incredible practice. They have worked with us through insurance issues and changes. Dr. Aiken is always timely and prompt. He does excellent work. It is clear that he cares for his patients long term dental health and not just profit. All of the hygienists and assistants are professional and delightful. First and foremost: Thank you Dr. Wigger, and everyone at Wigger & Wigger Dental! My partner was recently seeking emergent dental care, we were having the most difficult time finding any dentist taking new patients until the end of March and out to May – and a fairly poor experience in the effort of getting x-rays and a consultation. All of this was preceding the wonderful recommendation of Wigger & Wigger. I left a message at their office and within the hour I was called back, after having discussed what we had done up until this point, we had an appointment the next day. After a quick and wonderful consult, we were referred (with 3 wonderful options) out because the needed procedure wasn't Dr. Wigger's specialty, however in the effort of great care and attention to his patients, he did inform us that if we couldn't get an appointment within the week to call back and he would ensure he was prepared to do the procedure himself. This was quite the blessing given the pain my partner was in, and the entire time he kept our financial situation and ability at in mind, and still delivered some of the best service and care we've ever experienced in a dental office. I cannot express the gratitude and respect that I have for this office and their wonderful service. I always prefer local businesses over large chains. Wigger & Wigger Dental Care has been providing me with excellent service for many years, and I love the familial feel as soon as you walk into the office. I highly recommend this local dental practice with no reservations. If you are looking for outstanding dental care then search no further. I grew up on well water in rural Kentucky, so I have had "soft" teeth due to the lack of fluoride and had several fillings as a result. Bardstown Road Dental is absolutely amazing!! Dr. Tinsley and Dr. Rusher are both fantastic! I first met Dr.Tinsley at Urgent Dental, when I went in for a toothache and needed help ASAP. When I moved to Fern Creek and was looking for dentist, luckily I found him again at Bardstown Road Dental! I was so happy to see a familiar face, and he recognized me immediately. This office has such a warm and friendly atmosphere. I always get nervous before getting dental work done, but they do so well making you feel comfortable. I am new to the Hillview area and did a little research before settling on Maryville Dentistry. My original appointment was not supposed to be for another 2.5 weeks but they had an opening and contacted me about coming in sooner. I was greeted immediately upon entering and waited about 15 minutes before being seen. Holly was the dental hygienist and she was great! Super friendly and very informative through the whole process. Made sure I was aware of anything my insurance didn’t cover (like fluoride). Dr. Mitchell was very friendly as well. I arrived on time for my appointment then waited for an hour, sitting by myself in an exam room. I got up, when to the front desk to find out what the story was. They said they are behind and they are calling people to cancel appointments. But they didn't bother to tell me. They told me that it will be another 1 to 2 hours wait for me. I told them if they had mentioned that to me at the start I would have rescheduled. Apparently, their plan was to let me sit in the exam room by myself for 3 hours and not tell me about the wait.Dave O.

I have been bringing my kids to this office for over a year. We loved it when we first started, mostly because Sally and Annie were absolutely amazing, but the last few times we have been in something has been different. All the staff seem very stressed, there is some guy running around with his laptop open asking the girls up front to do a million things on top of their “actual jobs.” I have no idea who he is, but come on. There was a older male doctor that we have never seen before and he was belittling the assistants, I could hear him telling them to basically get it together and raising his voice to them. I also saw him throw a few papers at one of the girls at the front desk telling her he couldn’t look at that right now. It was so rude and very uncalled for. The girls up front are usually so happy, but they seemed very defeated when we were there. They are always nice, very pleasant, but defeated. 😢 I wonder why?!? My kids even noticed and asked why everyone was so sad. You have to know it’s bad if kids noticed. I think we may have to start looking for another practice, especially since I found out that the male doctor owns the practice! I hope something changes for the sake of the employees at Parkside or they may need to start looking for new jobs.M Murphy

I highly recommend Bell Dental to everyone without any reservations. Dr. Bell and Dr. Kaebnick are extremely knowledgeable and provide excellent dental care. The staff is polite, understanding, and compassionate. The facility is spacious, modern, and so comfortable, you forget you're at the dentist. I have been a regular patient at Bell Dental for four years, and I have even had two dental emergencies during this time. Both incidents occurred on a weekend, and Dr. Kaebnick personally returned my messages within 1 hour when I called his after hours line. His office was able to work me in within 48 hours after both incidents to see me and provide care. Lastly, Bell Dental created my dental implant. I came in for a routine dental cleaning. The staff from when I first walked in came off very approachable and attentive. My experience continued to be enjoyable once in I was brought back and seated for my cleaning. They have a new technology to clean teeth, which was quicker and feels a lot more thorough. EVERYONE in this office is amazing!! Like many other people, I have high anxiety about seeing the dentist. Dr. Lefta is calm, understanding, positive, very knowledgeable and thorough. She listens to get a clear understanding of the symptoms you are experiencing then does a thorough, usually painless exam (always letting you know what to expect ahead of time). When she has completed her evaluation, she sits with you and clearly explains the options (kindly but bluntly)- including pros/cons, time/finances involved and (in my case) possible outcomes a year or 2 down the road. She gives you everything you need to make an informed decision and to be an active participant in your plan of care Dr Lefta follows up with you after procedures – whether the procedure is done in her office or at the referred providers' office. If there are questions before she follows up and you call the office, she or Dr Ikram call back very promptly. If there is a problem, they address it as soon as humanly possible. Regarding procedures done, infection control, safety and results – it is truly impressive! Everyone I have had contact with has been conscientious and gone above and beyond. I am not an easy person to work with or do work on yet no one in the office has been anything but kind, understanding, knowledgeable and professional. I have seen a LOT of healthcare providers but I have NEVER been in any other office where literally every person is consistently knowledgeable, cheerful, patient, helpful and kind to patients and each other! Found this dentist via my health insurance listing of dentists who accept my insurance. Before I set up an emergency dental visit I double checked their website to see what insurances they took, after setting up the earliest appointment I could which already had me waiting days for an emergency visit, they called the day before to get my insurance info ahead of my appointment, after giving the name of my insurance I was told they didn't take my insurance and I was referred to another location, that doesn't do emergency visits and has nothing until October at the earliest. I'm in major pain, have a front tooth hanging, can't eat much of anything and their refusing to see me even though my insurance referred me to them and their website says they take my insurance . I was even denied service with paying cash. Rude office lady. This place doesn't care about the patient they only care about the money Rude officejen price

This office is efficiently ran. I had an emergency visit today with an extraction. I have horrible dental anxiety. Dr Fox is who normally sees me and has always been so kind and patient. Today, I was seen by Dr. OWENS. SHE WAS AMAZING AS WELL AS HER ASSISTANT! I never felt her injection. I just cannot say enough positive things about today's visit. Best of all, I have had zero pain post extraction. Thank you for seeing me promptly today. I live just a few blocks from this Dental office here in Crescent Hill and I was looking to establish a long term dental relationship since I live so close. I developed a cavity that went into the nerve.I was in bad pain so I scheduled an appointment as a new patient. My appointment was for 9am. I didn't go back to the dental area until 9:30. Not one person said welcome to me or made me feel welcomed. The Dr spent 20 seconds of looking at my tooth and said root canal. I said that I wanted it extracted. With that he said that he couldn't do it and that I was going to have to go to an oral surgeon and he walked off and that was it! I mentioned that I was in pain twice. No one cared. This seemed to be a place where the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. They did contact an oral surgeon on my behalf and left a message for them to call me. However was going to let me walk out still in bad pain! I spoke up and at least I was able to get a prescription for an antibiotic. I wouldn't have though had I not spoke up! I guess my pockets aren't deep enough for this place for expensive root canals and was made to feel that the quicker they could get me out the better! No one even asked me about doing a follow-up visit for further future dental care. Like I was invisible and wasn't even there! I was very disappointed because again I was wanting to establish a long term relationship. This place lacks personable people. Plus the waste can in the bathroom was overflowing to the point where people were just throwing their paper towels on the floor. No one had checked that bathroom from the day before. Terrible experience. I went there last year because I saw it on google and looked at the reviews. So I decided to give them a chance to resolve my issue. My first mistake was that I didn't have insurance at that time, so it cost me 300 JUST for my first visit. And that was not the problem; the problem was that every time I went to the appointment , they wasted my time doing more, more and more X-ray. Now I am still paying them lot of money for nothing just because they never solve my problem in the first place. So if you want to avoid the same problem, see someone else.Dayana Arenas

The best experience I've had at the dentist so far. The receptionist was extremely sweet and welcoming, my hygienist was super nice and fun. Awesome place for kids! Staff is super nice, they are fast with treatment, payment, making appointments. They are so good with kids. Dentists explain things in a way easy to understand. The professionalism and care the staff had shown my daughter as well as myself shows that they truly care. My 7 year old daughter has her molars coming in so they informed me what to watch for in case she complains of pain and how to treat, which is helpful! I have been a patient of Dr. Klein for at least 50 years – back when his Uncle, Harold Klein was in charge. Yesterday had to the worst visit ever. I realize it was Friday, but I was there during posted hours and had an appointment. So why was I made to feel like I was inconveniencing them? From the dentist (who came in BEFORE the hygienist so that she could leave) to the staff who turned off equipment the hygienist needed to clean my teeth. I was ready to say just get forget it. And the poor hygienist who was a sub and knew where nothing was as she rummaged in the drawers looking for what she needed. And why at 59 years old, would I want a flouride treatment? Again, worst dental appointment I have ever had. A lot of work is needed for this office to get its act together. One additional comment – details. Not one of the staff who called me by name, could get it right. Not one. My name is not difficult, but not one of them could pay enough attention or care enough about their patient to get it right. Was anyone in charge? Was anyone overseeing that standards were being met? Oh, I forgot – it was Friday and all the staff/dentist were only interested in was leaving. Dr. Klein has been my Dentist for a long time. I was disappointed that he was not there. Everything seemed different as If it was a new practice. The cleaning was completely different than I was used to. I didn’t understand why there was two and they were on the computer discussing the exrays for most of the time. At one point they turned the light off and left the room for a time within telling me why and how long. I ask when Dr. Klein would be in to check my teeth, as he always did. They said we can ask another Dr to come in. You did come in and I think you were very pleasant and professional. I left the office with a lot of questions.Jeanne Gianneschi

I recently went to Klein dental since it had been years since I had been to a dentist. As someone who sufferers from anxiety and panic attacks I can't overstate how comforting the staff was when it came to every aspect of my visit. So, I'm writing this review with the guaze in my mouth from this morning's visit to Advanced Dental Center because I can't wait to rave! I was enduring a tooth emergency and felt hopeless. While I travel to Louisville often, I've yet to have a dental issue or emergency when there. It's very disconcerting to have something happen when you're away from your "home team" of docs, but I knew I wasn't going to be able to hold off until I returned to NYC so I spent the entire sleepless night (due to pain) researching Louisville's best options for me and I'm thrilled that I got lucky in discovering Advanced Dental Center! The next morning, I called first thing and spoke with Hannah over the phone and she couldn't have been more helpful. She understood my immediate/emergency needs and was very caring and informative when answering my barrage of questions. She also made sure I got in right away and found me an early time slot for that same day. Luckily, their Rudy Lane location is nearly walking distance from me. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by Rachel, who got me situated and detailed their financing options and in-office dental plan. The dental assistant also took great care as she prepped me for the fun to come. The icing on the cake was meeting my new favorite dentist, Dr. Maria Monert! Kind, intelligent and incredibly skilled (what needle?), she made a nightmare of a procedure a true breeze! I expected horrible pain, but I didn't feel a thing and didn't even realize she was finished. As a matter of fact, I was pretty chatty with her during the process and she obliged me. I learned so much about her extraordinary background and was impressed by my entire experience, I got their in-office dental savings plan and made my next appointment before I walked out because I knew I had to see Dr. Monert before I go back to NY. The entire team is tops and the office space and treatment rooms are spacious, immaculate and calming. Due to a battle with cancer, my teeth have recently started giving me significant problems to the point we had to delay chemo treatments until I could get my teeth fixed. I contacted Advanced Dental Center and explained my circumstances. As a new patient I wasn't sure if they could even get me on their schedule but it was the exact opposite. The entire team has bent over backwards to get my teeth fixed in record time so that I could resume the cancer fight. Every single person I have encountered has been so kind, professional and genuinely caring. I would highly recommend this Dental team, they take time to make sure it's right and they really care about their patients. It was a great first visit for me. I couldn’t believe my previous dental office was so rude to my request for the X-rays by hanging up my call! (I need to drive 30 minutes there every time because there was a friend dentist there. But he moved and I have no reason to go anymore. The most important thing is I just got a $8k treatment quote which is definitely too expensive.) But all from Harmon saved my day. They were all very nice with smiles and thought of patients’ more by trying saving money for me. They said if my previous dental refuses sending my X-rays, they would love to take them for me for free. They will double check the list if all are needed. Thank you all for what your did! My husband and I have moved around a bit due to working in and out of town. During that time we saw a few different dentists. None that compare to the quality of work and great service we have received from Harmon Dental. The whole team is just amazing, attentive, and have provided us with the best possible care. We are so happy to have been referred to their office that once we settled our work load and bought a house in Indiana we have continued to go to Harmon Dental. Recently ended my previous dental doctor and was pleasantly surprised with the usage of new technology at the Harmon Dental Center and also saved money with their insurance. So far I’ve only had routine cleanings; however my hygienist is fantastic, along w Dr Pape also a new addition and they are the reason I switched to Schulte. Even though this office was super busy today, everyone in this office treated my husband and I with respect and dignity. My crown came off a few days ago and after my cleaning today, David graciously fixed it TODAY!!!
