I was experiencing extreme pain due to a broken tooth, and they were able fit me in same day. My anxiety was through the roof because I knew I’d need an extraction done, but the staff especially the dental assistants, Mark and Ruby, and Dr. Duffie quickly put me at ease. They were nice, personable, and the tooth extraction went off with a hitch. I highly recommend this dental office for your dental needs. Update: I had a post-extraction appointment two weeks after my extraction and I still stand by my previous review. The front office were very personable. Dr. Duffie is amazing! Such a caring dental provider. I also had a dental cleaning during this visit and the dental hygienist, Desiree, was so wonderful. She was nice, personable, and very knowledgeable. We talked about the importance of flossing. Of course we all know why we should floss, but she provided additional information I've never heard before at any of my previous dental offices. I left feeling good, and I hate dental offices lol. I recommend this office, not just for emergency needs, but for your normal dental needs as well. I will be returning.Chastity C
The entire staff was excellent. I came into the dentist facility with the most excruciating pain I have ever felt (worse than child birth). The staff got me in to see the dentist and hygienist immediately. Quickly they determined I needed a root canal, and took care of a terrible situation. They had to correct someone else’s mistake, and never made reference to it, they just took care of business. The dental hygienist was extremely compassionate and empathetic. The Dentist was fantastic and very empathetic. He knew his profession well and knew exactly what to do. Both took X-rays to ensure the area was rectified with the work performed. By the time I left, it felt like the three of us were a team and best friends. I felt completely comfortable and confident in their care. I would recommend everyone to use their services. I am forever grateful. Thank you very much.Lynnette Baier
I had a painful dental emergency (a cracked tooth); they got me in right away with no trouble. The office is clean, bright and serene. From the minute I walked in the door, I felt like a welcome guest. The entire team is very friendly, yet also completely professional. After a brief consultation, the doctor confirmed that my tooth was indeed cracked, explained what he could do to fix it, and what the cost would be, with no subterfuge and no up-selling. They stayed late (10 pm!) to accommodate me. The work was done perfectly, providing immediate pain relief. Three weeks later, I returned for my permanent crown, and again the team was awesome. I feel fortunate that my frantic internet search led me to this office, and I highly recommend this amazing team for all your dental needs. I am beyond grateful.David Abrams

Very judgemental and unfriendly the front desk attendant and dentist demeanor. I don't think a professional should judge a client by its appearance. Circumstances may change. Nothing is free in this world. Many dentists forget the now is all we have. We were born with nothing and will leave with nothing. These two stars pertain to Veronica, Joceline and the dentist assistant taking notes. Hope I made myself very clear.Angel Coco
Just started my cleaning today with Jillian! She was very easy to talk to and professional. The clinic is very clean and affordable. What would have cost me $500+ is only going to cost me $20 per quadrant plus $50 for establishment and x-rays. It took me a little over a month to get in but it's worth it!Kaitlyn Labertew
Terrible service desk most uneducated people had to call the school twice since the first person hung up. At least hire people who can speak proper English and not gibberish all they did was mumble there words and never helped all they said was call the school Monday worst service everRene Rodriguez

I just had my tooth completely restored today at UNLV Dental School. After having a previous filling come out I saw a dentist at A+ Dental that wanted to do a root canal and crown. Thank God I came here and got a second opinion because WOW! 😯 Anthony Alvarez was able to essentially reconstruct what felt like was half of my tooth! He was extremely detailed, on task, and informative. It has lengthened the life of my nerve and my tooth instead of jumping straight into the root canal and crown. Amazing! It was a really pleasant experience and will go back here for any other dental emergencies. I even hope to be able to continue my dental treatment plan here. Thank you UNLV Dental School & Anthony for everything you’ve done! 😊 🤩Danielle Hall
This place is ridiculous. They did not have time put in my insurance info on my comprehensive exam day so I have to pay first and get the re-imbursement. I have not received any treatment plan and the clinic could not file for the insurance as the case was not closed. After 4 months, they said it took 8-12 weeks to process my credit re-imbursement. By the way, it will cost you $5 and go to the clinic to request the X-ray film if you want to transfer the records in 2 weeks.Great Wall
I’d like too say that I’ve read some reviews about the receptionist at the front desk, about them being rude and uncaring, this hasn’t been my perception of them at all. I was greeted with respect and a smile on my visits, my questions were answered politely by Ms Tiffani and was very helpful and patiently checked too see if my fax and been reviewed and giving me the best time too check for appointments. So Thank you Tiffanibonnie turner
