Highly recommend this school! Evelyn is a great instructor! She is patient, calm, professional (and fun!), and encourages the students, giving them confidence to be able to do blood draws. She comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience, enabling her to share personal experiences and techniques. Class sizes are small (6-7 people) and the material is easy to read and understand. Evelyn answers any and all questions and shares personal experiences, stories, and videos to help us understand the material better. Dave and Dr Slater came in one day to introduce themselves, which I thought was a nice gesture. This is a very friendly company willing to work with your personal situation to help you be successful. If you ever have any questions or concerns, they are always open to feedback!Kristin Fuller
I did the weekend classes and it was so fun! Alyssa my phlebotomist instructor taught the class so great she explained everything and always answered everyone’s questions and provided a lot of help to us, the class course was so professional and educational I recommend this place to whoever wants to become a phlebotomist, they make sure you’re confident and great by the end of the course and they help you a lot to make sure you pass your exams to become a licensed Phlebotomist! Thank you to Alyssa and Evenly you two taught me very well I feel confident because of you two!Vanessa Gonzalez
The program itself was fine and the instructors know exactly what they’re doing. However, the problem I have with California Phlebotomy School is the wait times for an externship. On May 2nd 2022, I was #41 on the waitlist for externships. So far every single month I have emailed in hopes to be closing in on an externship. In my humble opinion placing 3 students at the maximum a month for a 40 hour externship is like watching grass grow! Almost 6 months later and I’m #14. I can’t keep my life on hold any longer due to negligence. Word to the wise, don’t come here.Travis Grzelak

Review Summary
Just started the CNA class at Bellevue yesterday and I honestly felt like I am on the right path. Mrs.Williams-Jarrett is very straightforward and a fun instructor when teaching the lecture accordingly. She is also very welcoming and allows questions to be asked during and after lecture with a friendly nature. I am horrible with asking questions, so that trait was very essential to me. Ms.Sheila is also an amazing instructor. I haven't witness her teaching skills yet, but based on first impressions, I can say that she also wants us students to succeed and go beyond like Mrs.Williams-Jarrett. Now, they both are very friendly, but they can be serious when needed. So, I advise you not to take advantage of their kindness. I am thrilled to be apart of this team and can not wait to go above and beyond. Update (01/19/2022): For some odd reason I can't add another review. Therefore, I'm going to add my recent experience on my former review. The Bellevue Experience, IS.REAL. I can't thank Mrs.Williams enough for everything she has done to make my Bellevue experience the most memorable time. Mrs.Williams is the definition of what a compassionately dedicated instructor should be like. She does not give up on anyone and wants everyone to succeed and achieve our goals above and beyond. I can't forget the most amazing team, I had the absolute pleasure to be apart of. For once in my life, I felt included. Bellevue Career College of Nursing will forever have my gratitude and I am forever grateful to have been apart of this journey. Thank you again Mrs.Williams for believing in me and making this a worthwhile journey.Suzuen Hamid
I'm only about half way though my CNA program at Bellevue, but I wanted to share my experience so far. I felt a little nervous going into any program because of my horrible experience with community college and university. I felt taken advantage by my schools. Bellevue was the first and last program I contacted because Ms. Williams from the beginning was genuine and transparent about her program. Not to mention I called two days before the cohort began and she got me in on time. I've now had a chance to learn under Ms. Williams (head instructor) and Ms. Sheila (clinical instructor) and both women are beyond passionate and highly skilled professionals. Without a doubt I know I will pass my state boards with flying colors thanks to them. This program will push you to be the best there is and I know I'll always have amazing mentors to help guide me through the rest of my nursing journey. #thebellevueexperience ❤️Nicole Boden
#CHOOSEBELLEVUE ! If you are looking to enroll in a CNA Program or interviewing different nursing schools, Bellevue Career College of Nursing is the BEST. Instructor Ms. Williams is the reason my classmates and I were confident and well-prepared taking our Certificated Nursing Assistant State Boards. Throughout the CNA program the education and experience I received was so amazing. Completing my course Ms. Williams encouraged us all to continue our education in the healthcare field. I am only 3 classes from applying to a RN Program and want to work as an CNA through my schooling. I’m so happy I attended Bellevue and excited for my future working as a Nurse ☺️Dayana Edmonds

Review Summary
HealthStaff Training Institute is a Godsend, a wonderful place to learn, to grow and to succeed. I was recently retired and became a widow around the same time and due to circumstances beyond my control I realized I needed to get back into the workforce. Finding HealthStaff Training Institute during the most trying time in my life was just what I needed. The entire staff was helpful from beginning to end, everything they promised they delivered. The training prepared me to enter the field and hit the ground running. My instructor Miguel Palos was exceptional. He was always well prepared and engaging. Miguel is a subject matter expert because he has worked in the field, he brought real life experience to the classroom and that made a world of difference. When I graduated, I knew I was well prepared to enter the field. HealthStaff Training Institute found the ideal place for me to do my externship, which led to the wonderful job I currently hold as a Substance Abuse Counselor RADT1 working to obtain my CCAPP CADC certification. We are doing good work, helping so many people. This was all made possible by having a great instructor Miguel Palos and the wonderful team at HealthStaff Training Institute. I am forever grateful!TheDeborah0777
Dear future students I would like to share my experience of the this school with you. If you are thinking of going to the field of treatment, recovery counseling this is the place for you. This school allowed me to work at my own pace knowing I had to maintain a full time job plus school, The quality of the curriculium and the the teachers is amazing. They really supported me through out every class. They worked with me on payments allowed me to pay every other day and work my my personal budget. They belived in me help me with my portfolio to present to the state board and allowed me to also log back on so I could study right up until the night before I took the test for CDAC II after, I had already completed all classes. My hourly rate of pay after getting certified went up 7.00 more dollars per hour. This school changed my life, gave me a life that I could maintain and be proud of. Today I work in a field that truely helps other addicts change their life. It has given my life a purpose that I can make a difference in my community. Thank You to all of the Health Staff Training Institute teachers and staff you will never know how many lives you have changed by helping me change my life. All journeys do not look alike. And none of them are wrong. In my 48th trip around the sun and as I prepared to be a Grandma with my oldest being a mother and having a Grandson was the best feeling in the world, I myself embark on a new adventure. In 6 months, I complete my MA program and will sit for my state boards to earn my MA certified license in May 2022. Inspired by the courageous healthcare workers who tirelessly cared and treated those affected by COVID in early 2020, I jumped back into a program and committed to serving my community the best I knew how…by becoming a MA. Flash forward to today, healthcare workers are as tired as ever, people are needed desperately, and I am humbled and honored to be able to answer the call. I have accepted a position, in Hemet for externship and cannot wait to offer all I have. Through this journey I have learned: Life is about spending AS MUCH TIME WITH YOUR LOVED ONES AS POSSIBLE, course correction, learn from your mistakes, never regret decisions, and ultimately…just enjoy the ride….because you’re just one decision away from doing what you’ve always wanted to do. ……..and I think I’m just getting startedMarie Aiello

Couple months ago, I didn’t know what direction I was going. While I was drinking coffee one morning, I thought to myself, I’m just gonna get certified in nursing assistant, (CNA). So I’ve looked on google what school is offering the course, and TRINITY HEALTH ACADEMY popped out on my screen. So I called the number. And I’m glad that I did because the course is very short and on top of that they also offer other courses like, CHHA, RNA, MED TECH, and soon the school will be offering GI Tech. The instructor is very knowledgeable, so educated, and very good motivator to everyone who walks in the door. The whole Wright family are just very supportive to every students. They all work together to make sure all students reach their goals and succeed. I can highly recommend TRINITY HEALTH ACADEMY to everyone who has the determination to succeed like myself. I enjoyed going to class everyday because I have the best time when I’m with my teacher and classmates. She makes learning so much easier and fun the way she teaches. That’s why I took all the courses offered. Thank you so much TRINITY HEALTH ACADEMY for taking me to the right direction. I will never forget you Mr and Mrs Wright and family, London Smith, Mrs Hamilton, as well as my classmates for being a part of just the beginning of my journey to success. I’ll continue to climb the ladder until I get to the top😁. Great family, awesome school👍Leonila Creekmore
Trinity Health Academy was amazing! I took the CNA course in December and ended in February! It is a 29 day program to get your certificate. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about it! I loved being there, the environment was always joyful, and I was actually happy to be there. I had Ms. Hendricks for my instructor and she was amazing!! I absolutely loved her! If you had any questions, she would answer them thoroughly and during clinicals she would be hands on with you. She would go into a residents room with you, no hesitation. Mrs. Wright was amazing too! Although I never had her as my instructor, she was the reason I decided to join Trinity Health Academy in the first place. Kamilah, who works at the front office was amazing as well! Overall, everyone is so personable, knowledgeable, and kind. Even after I graduated and took my state test, they called and checked up to see if I got a job (because they help with job placement)! I am now employed with a home health aid agency and one of the main reasons I stood out of the crowd was because I went to Trinity! I sent out so many applications, and I feel like 50% employers knew this school! That's a huge bonus! Overall, I highly recommend this course, it's so worth it!CASSIDY STWART
Let me start of by saying what an amazing experience this program has offered me! From day one I knew I had made the right choose. Mrs. Wright is the most inspiring instructor and person I have ever come across. She really cares about her students and it shows! The course was very well organized and full of Valuable information ( even more then required for your CNA license). She incorporated life stores and experience which made the class even more interesting and entertaining. You will never have a question unanswered. She is very thorough and only expects the best from her students because she gives her best. By the end of the course I felt very confident in my knowledge and skills and was ready to take the state exam. I am now a CNA and ready to start my new career! Thank you Mrs. Wright, and all the staff at Trinity Health Academy!!!! I would recommend this school 1000% to everyone interested in starting or advancing their career. You will not be disappointed!Betsey Mosquera

There are many medical assistant programs you can choose from and it can get overwhelming so I’ll make it short and sweet, choose Efficient Care. The teachers are amazing and helpful, the price is very reasonable (they even offer financial aid through a third party), and the hands on training you get, can’t beat it anywhere else. I literally walked right into a job a couple weeks after becoming a medical assistant/ scribe. I debated other schools and I am so glad I chose Efficient Care!Tristan Saich
I chose to go through this program and I made the best decision because 1st: Hollye was a great teacher and she was so efficient with her students to learn the material. 2nd: I got a job right after finishing the course and did not have to wait to apply in other places. And here I am after 1 year of graduating, I am working in such an efficient place with amazing people. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL to start with your Medical Assistant journey.Narmin Matti
I went through the EC program winter of 2018-2019. I did the scribe program which is a 8 week course. I learned more than your average scribe. I was taught to take vitals, complete an efficient patient work up and take a good medical history. I would recommend efficient care to anyone who is looking for a quick career in the medical field. You will learn so much depending on your motivation! #ifthereisawillthereisawayLuz Ortiz

Very quick program with an affordable price. (And they let you make payments) Location was very convenient and the clinical locations were local too. Also got to take the certification exam at the school in Temecula. The owner and employees were very sweet and helpful. I'm very happy to have completed the program for CNA here. Started on 8/21/17 and am a CNA on 10/7/17. It was the fastest/most close to home/least expensive program I could find. Well worth it.Rebekah Brown
I went to this school in summer of 2020. This school was really good at fast tracking us through the CNA program when Covid was in full swing. The state testing was done at their location which was very convenient. I felt like the teachers were very professional. They do the CPR certification there and they allowed me to come back to take my renewal two years later. I recommend this school.Jackie Acosta
