A good school where you get out what you put in. Many trains stop within walking distance and buses as well. Just like any college, depending on your major, you will find good and bad professors. So always make use of the rate my professor website. I had a very pleasant experience. The administration was more competent than other schools I went to and my issues were always solved within a reasonable amount of time. The facilities I had to use for my major were in even better condition compared to some four year schools. The wifi coverage was good. Plenty of cafeterias with the best one being in the E building. Plenty of food trucks with different types of foods. Lots of seating areas with electrical ports. The class scheduling was workable with enough sections to fit almost everyone. Can't speak for any other major but it felt like that overall. They are always hiring new adjuncts so it's not the same professor teaching that one section you need all the time that everyone says is horrible. Always stay on top of your things if you want to have them resolved quickly. That's the part you play in your college years. The hand holding stops after High School. All I can say is, relax a little and have some fun. At the end of the day grades won't show the strength of your character after all is said and done.Mounia B

It seems like professors like the one I got Professor Arnold who acts likes she is going through the motions and don't there . i felt I waste my time and money which I paid out of pocket in her class and is thinking about leaving the college. She is one of the worst teachers/professors i ever had . I think cause it a community college a lot of them are mad cause they can't teach in a four year college through out of the community colleges in NY LaGuardia is the best . That being said she is the third professors that I had that sleeps walks through their class and I had another one that did something that weren't cool and I didn't show up for her class and never got an apology from her. Im currently in my last year at LaGuardia (majoring in business) and i have to say the Business department is full of AMAZING professors. Classes are really easy (most of them except accounting unless you're good at it) and the students are cool. I, personally, never talked to anyone or made any friends because I'm not an outgoing person. The school is constantly going under renovations and they just finished the new library and it looks AMAZING, as if it was a library from an ivy league. Food isn't that great but what do you expect, its school food [not free of course]. My overall education received I will give a 5 star. But as for respect for alumni and help available to them I give 1 star. I completed my b.s in 3 and a half years, I got a scholarship for 8,000. I decided to attend because my best friend was attending and enjoyed the school. I also did not want to attend a CUNY, I wanted to try a private college, but not too expensive. My education received was great, the professors were friendly and well educated as well as had expierence in their related field. BUT I have to take a required course for a masters degree program, I would prefer to take it as SFC, so I ask if the terrier come home program applies and they say NO because I am not pursuing another degree. Well, I’m sorry you don’t provide my graduate program. CUNY wants to charge me 2,200 for one class, I asked if SFC could lower the rate since I graduate there and they made about 20,000 off of my degree? They flat out said no, unless I’m pursuing another degree and would not discount the rate of 860 per credit which is about 400 more than CUNY. They wouldn’t discount me anything AT ALL lol. I would never even consider taking a masters degree program, certification or any other course at this school again. It was very uncooth and disrespectful to not offer any discount especially seeing as they made an immense amount of money off of me. I graduate cum laude and would have attended their graduate school but they offer 3 limited programs with a crazy tuition. Save your money and go to a CUNY for your masters. It’s okay for a undergraduate program but masters programs are limited and the amount they charge for the quality for care and respect for students is minimal. When I went the lobby and cafeteria area had classroom chairs and it looked awful, now it’s all done up and amazing looking lol is that what the extra charge is for ? I would have considered paying a bit extra but the way the man replied via email was kind of snark and annoying. You think they would treat alumni better. Oh well, whatever. They raised the tuition at lease 5,000 bucks in the 3 years I was there and if I’d known that previously I would have saved myself the student debt and went to a CUNY 😂🤷🏼‍♀️ Professors get 5 stars. I am going to be a Sophomore this year and I couldn't be happier with the school. All the faculty and staff made the transition from high school to college very smooth. The faculty and staff care about how your are doing both academically and personally. From the minute I stepped through the door at my open house, I was automatically welcomed with open arms to the St. Francis College family. Everyone from the students to the faculty members are friendly as well, it is really easy to find a solid group of people who will be by your side for a long time. Its also the perfect school for students who want to be highly involved on campus. There are lots of opportunities from department jobs, to research assistants, to clubs and sports teams. I myself am a member of two of their 21 NCAA Division 1 teams, as well as a handful of other clubs and organizations on campus, from Student Government to the Latin American Society. This is the perfect school for someone who wants to be an individual and find themselves, rather than just be one of a few thousand. By spending a day at St. Francis College, I immediately felt a strong connection with the school and everybody in it. I have never felt such an amazing vibe like this ever before. I took Acting & Gymnastics classes growing up as a kid @ KCC; along with taking other performing arts enrichment classes @ Brooklyn College also while growing up, although Brooklyn College wasn't affiliated with my high school like KCC was. KCC has a great campus for a CUNY two-year college (one of the nicest in the CUNY system being right on Manhattan Beach) and is also the partner CUNY institute with my High School alma mater, Edward R. Murrow whom it operates the CollegeNow! program with. I spent my Junior and Senior years at Murrow taking KCC college-level courses taught by both Murrow faculty, and visiting KCC faculty (at Murrow) as well as commuting to the KCC campus from Murrow for additional classes that could only be taught on-site @ the KCC campus. It was EXTREMELY academically enriching to be able to enjoy a college level curriculum whilst still being in High School; and that was due directly to KCC's collaboration with my high school. My GPA went up as a result of the CollegeNow! program during my last two years at Murrow as did my SAT scores. I have KCC to thank for that. 👍👏👏👏👏Ben Schaeffer

Kingsborough CC has a very nice entertainment program, well-run and well-sited, with both indoor and outdoor venues. This year's 4-part post-pandemic return to their July outdoor series has been a real winner for the 3 weeks of it so far, with decent weather enhancing the winning combination. Performers have commented on how well-received they are when they come to perform there, from an enthusiastic staff that really respects their art, to receptive audiences. That reputation has allowed audiences to see a number of top-notch acts more than once there, as the artists appreciate that respectful treatment. There have been other events there, all of which were interrupted by COVID since it came around, so there will be needed time to get those back on track. There are cautionary protocols in place even now: those attending must provide proof of vaccination, with masks optional. Not sure of masking will or will not be required once the indoor events resume, but it certainly appears that the staff has kept up-to-date with everything necessary.N H Tanner

I went to Nyack College in the city for one year and switched to a CUNY school after as I felt the quality of education did not match the HIGH costs. I remember when I was first applying to the school, I was so nervous about taking out such high loan amounts to pay for one year. I kept communicating this to the admissions person, but he kept telling me that no one could take away my education and convinced me to take the loans. I loved my time at SUNY JCC during my 3 year tenure. I originally enrolled on the Olean campus with an Individual Studies degree. however, I did not enjoy that campus and I wanted something bigger and better for myself. During my spring break that year, I toured the campus and fell in love. I changed my degree to Media Arts and August that year I moved to the dorms. My roommates were not the best to at the least but I had amazing professors and the classes actually taught me life skills. My last year I moved to the West building and got a whole set of new roommates and we became best friends. I loved being able to walk only 5 mins to my classes each morning and the Artworks department was amazing. I loved on weekends it was always open and I always was able to get my graphic design or video projects done without stressing. The people you meet and the professors were just amazing. They always carried for you and if you had trouble, they were always there. I also attended a study abroad trip that summer to Japan and I had a Wonderfull time! I graduated last May with my degree and now I am interning at a local business in my hometown! People might give JCC a bad rep but, I loved the school. My family told me they would set up a payment plan. During an entire semester, I assumed a payment plan was set up. But, to my surprise, no payment plan was set up. I received a call from a debt collector telling me I had college debt that was unpaid. I called the Cattaraugus campus to confirm, and they confirmed it, and they said that letters were sent to my home. No one in my family received anything. I received nothing. Now, I'm stuck with a bill I can't pay, and having to deal with debt collectors. I can't pay the bill due to losing my job because of COVID. JCC should have called me on top of sending the supposed notices. Because of their error, I'm stuck with payments I can't make, and having to make sacrifices in order to pay. I've already had to park my car and cancel insurance just to make debt payments and bill payments. Thanks a lot, JCC.Sir Teebs

This school is very biased when it comes to work study jobs. Don’t come here looking for a word study job unless your a INTERNATIONAL student or a athlete. In addition the ladies in the business office are very rude and nasty. The ladies in the financial aid office don’t have no knowledge, I don’t know why they even work there. Residence life is super boring. They try to do actives but their just childish and tacky. It would be better if they did activities outside a campus. This school also didn’t give me no type of scholarship even though I had over a 3.5 gpa. The only reason ppl go here and are willing to grossly pay for an education is the location. I went to school here and will say it is far overpriced for the education you are given. Some staff are great and really care about the education they are providing. Others just read off a powerpoint and have no interest except for a paycheck. Pace is expensive, doesn't help the students getting internships and when the students get one on their own, Pace takes the credit. After graduating, the students don't get a job. One of their alumni just got a good job and due to she owes money, they don't give her transcripts and are retaining her title. Is not possible for Pace to help when the students really need help? This is a good school. However, the quality is almost identical to the CUNY school I attended before coming here that costed significantly less. Additionally, the lack of diversity (granted, because of how this is a private school) is also lacking. As an RCC graduate of 2015 I can say this was a second home for me. I had the best professors, a very kind advisor who helped me so much through it all. I had an amazing job on campus I absolutely loved, it helped me get involved more with school events and get out of my shy shell ☺️. This student and her entire family caught COVID and this pathetic excuse of a doctor/professor compared her sickness to her grandfathers surgery. PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE APPLYING TO THIS SCHOOL I attended the biology program as a transfer student and it was the worst mistake of my life. Marymount Manhattan puts up this facade that their small class size sets them apart from any other college in the city. Let me be clear: this school has more downfalls than advantages. This school requires their students to take general education courses as a freshman and then again at junior and senior levels. I was a biology major taking dance, film and painting during my junior year. Just another ploy to make more money. I was told by an advisor that I would have to graduate a year late to take one single class in spring semester that was only offered every other year. If a class is mandatory for graduation, it should be offered every year. The shortage of staff to teach classes sets an automatic disadvantage for students. How can they expect a student to return to one of the most expensive cities in the world to take one single class? The adjunct faculty is laughable. I took a painting class and had to buy everything out of pocket. I do not come from money as most students at this school and was told by my professor that my brushes were "too cheap". The courses from this college are impossible to transfer as they are considered a joke at even community colleges. As a freshman my friend failed her first biology exam. Normal, not everyone is able to adjust to a college style exam right away. She immediately went to see her professor about improving her grade and she was told to change her major and her aspirations to go into medicine over her first ever college exam. Is that pushing your students to be successful? Maybe the BFA programs are better, but I have only heard negative aspects about them as well. The majority of my anatomy class was failing and nothing was done by the staff to improve lessons regardless of the countless complaints by students. The graduation rate is laughable. The advisor and bursar offices are laughable. They are quick to take your money for a transcript but never send it out. There is so much more to say about this college but it cannot be done in a single review. Please do your due diligence before committing to this school. I transferred here from a big state school and after taking a gap year. As a marketing major in a primarily performing arts focused school, I sometimes feel like not enough attention is given to the business department, but the small class sizes and very focused attention given to each student in the school makes Marymount, in my eyes, a very great institution. This school has been very good to me and I have met a lot of awesome people and am currently working with the career offices to secure an awesome internship for the summer. The individualized attention that each student gets here is only awarded to this who strive for it, and unfortunately there students at Marymount who don't really try and attempt to get over on the faculty because its a private school. I received three evening robo-fundraising calls within a week that began with the robo-caller saying not to worry, they were just calling to see how my child is enjoying the school. I am glad I transferred from IUPUI campus to CUNY. I will graduate debt free . Love the QC CUNY campus along with free QC Red/CUNY black shuttle bus for students that has certain pick and drop off points . I really can’t explain what I went through with the staff, so unprofessional and the attitude is horrible I always try to be as nice as possible but the way they treat people is awful. They literally screamed at my mom who does not speak any English for not having her vaccine card with her although she had picture of the vaccine but her phone was dead they yelled at her and did not try to help her enter the building at all. If I could, I would easily give York a ZERO RATING! NOTHING against the professors I’ve come across, but the school, policy and registrar/bursar staff and policy are ridiculous. I have been charged, during the pandemic I might add FULL. I clearly withdrew from summer classes and was literally ONE day passed the 100% refund date. After, I spoke continuously with bursar who kept sending me back to registrar. ALL professors assisted in submitting documentation showing I DID NOT CONTINUE in the ONLINE courses. Although I submitted required, and accurate paperwork documenting the WHY I could not complete the summer session, this greedy school is charging me ONE HUNDRED PERCENT for courses that their own records reflect that u withdrew from. Again, let me reiterate this was at the time of a Pandemic. I am now not able to register or do anything until this balance is paid. I think this school is deplorable, too much of the staff is unprofessional and not helpful At all! They’re dismissive and there is never any considerations or flexibility offered. If you can, avoid this school. Majority of the staff are unprofessional, lazy and do not seem to take their job seriously. Imagine emailing your professor and days, or even up to week plus passes by with no response. Lovely campus and easily seen from the street. The school is close to public transportation. The campus houses a high school and an elementary school. The grounds can use some work and some more public art installations. The cemetery is gated but plenty of history ardorns the head stones. The indoor exhibit of The Tuskegee Airmen is worth visiting the campus. The stundent art galley is the best. Ask security for accessibility for people with disabilities. Security at the gate will ask of I. D. He is very pleasant and awesome with directions. Most staff/faculty are helpful too. Better to get assistance from the more experienced staff. They are quite knowledgeable. The food is pricey for college life, but the chicken Marsalis, peas & rice, Mac & cheese and green beans with show string beans cut carrots was a tasty pleasant delight. The logistics of the buildings are identified in letter quadrants to help navigate your way through the buildings. For example 1B 106 would be on the 1st floor in the "B" section. If I could give this institution zero stars I would be. Don’t waste your time with GCC, they will waste your time and money without any doubt in my mind. Don’t fall for the “it’s a beautiful campus” thing, because for example the nursing program is going downhill according to some alumni I’ve spoken to, who are now clinical instructors. I would never even refer to this place as a school let alone a college. Being a transfer student, I have experience with other more legitimate schools and universities. During my education in ASA College I was able to make friends with students from different parts of world. The most of them are my lifetime friends now. Classes are not too big. Therefore, providing a tremendous opportunity to study and excel your knowledge and/or skills. I would recommend international students to study in ASA College if they want to be ready to compete within existing job market and get a job they are looking for. School seemed great when I toured it, but from day 1 that changed. I didn't recieve any of the assistance or help I was told I'd be able to get/be provided with. The dorms had many issues, such as my room along some of my friends rooms lacked door knobs and even locks. In the winter the heat didn't work at all, and for days at a time there would be no hot water through out the building(s). It normally took a day or longer for any form of maintenance/repairs to be done. Was given very little info about/prior to activities and or things going on at the school. The computers throughout the dorms almost never worked so if you don't/didn't have your own computer you couldn't do basically any of the work you'd need to do (for most all work at the school has to be done on the computer or online) and even if you did have your own computer or the ones in the dorms worked the internet barley ever worked, so no matter what getting work done was very difficult. Also, the attendance policy is very strict and no matter what the situation, whether it be a family emergency or just no going to class because you don't want to, if you miss 3 or more straight classes you get kicked out of the school and with little to no prior warning about being kicked out. Overall, I had many issues and problems (some of which are stated, but not all) with this school, which made for a pretty bad college experience. To finish, this school sucks, and is a complete waste of time and money from the moment you start. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH THIS SCHOOL.Adam Hope

I started looking at Bay State College because of the great things I had read and seen online. I requested information and received that promptly. I applied and got accepted. That process was very smooth. I was at a community college before and had some credits that would transfer. Bay State staff helped me with the process and made sure the credits that could transfer would transfer. Fast forward two years. I received my Associate's in Criminal Justice and I am in the Bachelor's program scheduled to be done this year. I have built amazing relationships with professors and staff. They have become more like a family. If I ever have an issue I reach out and someone will always have an answer for me. When they do not, believe me. They find it. There are so many opportunities they have to offer you just have to ask. I am sad my time is coming to an end with Bay State. The college has won multiple awards from the CUNY system as well as other institutions for its ability to grant Associate's Degrees at an impressive rate and to foster continuing education at senior colleges. With a respectable teacher-to-student ratio, significant public and private funding, and a central location in New York City, the learning experience has been covered by many publications and studied by experts. However, BMCC also suffers from a large rise in remedial education, lack of freshman retention, and overcrowding. Due to its larger base of capital compared to most other two-year colleges, expansion of new campuses during the rebuilding of Fiterman Hall was possible. Several trailers are still used as classrooms to this day in order to help expand capacity. Internal programs have also been created or expanded to help with academic advisement, provide online access for registration, transferring to other colleges, and job placement. A diverse student base, some of whom had immigrated to America shortly before enrolling, also makes tailoring a viable solution difficult. Improving the retention and graduation rate as well as the increased financial and academic burdens of a remedial program still remain a considerable problem. The Center for Career Development (CCD) provides students with comprehensive career planning services. Its professional career counselors assist students in making informed decisions about an area of study; research occupations that match their personal interests; write a resume; practice interviewing, and help them prepare as candidates for internships and employment. Students also learn to clarify their career goals, develop effective communication and interpersonal skills, conduct job searches, and develop a digital portfolio for employers to view as evidence of their skills, accomplishments and professional qualifications. In addition, CCD partners with New York Needs You, the New York office of America Needs You, to host career-oriented events and seminars to bring industry insights to its students.Nesar Ahmed

edit, update: ended up coming to the conclusion that because all of this uncertanty and my bad living situation I am dropping out, I did all I could, was not met halfway by anone but professors unless I begged here. do not go here if you're poor. Just, no. I can't take it anymore. I've tried to explain my situation to this school multiple times, and I'm left to struggle on my own. I am starving, housing insecure, financially unstable, and unable to make ot to class or properly study because of financial struggle, inability to be alone a place quiet to study because they won't house, and depression. In the end they want to fail you out so you can pay them fees later, I guarantee. I'lll gladly take my review down if it's actually a thing they decide they really want to help me with, only after I have been actually helped, and not as in, money grant to help my situation I never recieve, or new housing program email I apply for and am swiftly rejected because I am not enrolled just enough just yet due to circumstances that are once again not entirely my fault because when I applied here I intended to be taking 16 credits not 7. Very diverse. You can see all kind of people over here. Most of the students and staff are friendly. Environment is good. Friendly neighborhood. If you are hungry, you can find all types of food around the building. It has 26000 student. It also has a big cafeteria, big library, big quiet study place for study and a lot more . I am an alumni from this school and my two years spent were memorable and enjoyable. I am originally from NYC so going upstate for school was a drastic change in environment and people. The staff are very friendly and helpful and made me feel comfortable in the change of environment. My advisor helped me choose my classes and helped me through personal and educational challenges I faced which helped me alot. The food does need some change but it was not the worst thing. I enjoyed dorm life at SUNY Delhi but recommend they install air conditioners as it tends to be warm in summer and spring time. I mostly enjoyed the classes, my professors were very knowledgable in their fields and were very helpful in making sure I understood every topic. The resources on campus are worth going to because they do help. I made many friends and connections through joining clubs and going to events. I was even President and co-founder of a two different clubs. Definitely recommend this school if you are looking to get a good education and experience dorm life away from the city. My daughter just finished her first semester. Overall, I would not recommend this school. While the campus is beautiful, the accommodations are extremely unsanitary. The drug culture is highly prevalent and it doesn't appear as if it's being monitored. The sororities still practice hazing for membership. After they use and abuse their pledges, they accept little to no new members. Unfortunately, my daughter had a professor who was clearly unapologetically rascist. I've never, in all my schooling, had a professor grade every paper with a personal insult attached. I highly regret enrolling my daughter in this school. From what I've witnessed, the majority of the academics (with exception of that professor) are decent. At best I would suggest if your not in the veterinary program or in the private pay dorm (Catskill) it's best to live off campus.joangelica 80

I went on a tour today for this school and from everything that I heard they have everything I needed in a school. They allow freshman’s to have cars on campus for a $168 fee (that covers the whole year). They allow you to stay on campus all four years of college and have specific dorms for upperclassman like juniors and seniors. The school and view is beautiful. The school it’s self seems to have a great support system. Everyone seemed friendly and welcoming. The food tasted good from my experience. I recommend this school for anyone in New York looking to go away from home but still be in their home state. I enjoyed my tour here and hope to enjoy my four years here.Bryanna Jordan

WORST.SCHOOL.EVER!! I hope they close down for good VERY SOON! There's no motivation or inspiration at all in this school whatsoever. The counselors and teachers are horrendous!! For every 5 teachers there, only 1 teacher is decent! They hold back their students far too long from achieving their true potential and don't even get me started on the atrocious time consuming and full of adversity enrollment process!! If you're still stuck taking a remedial/non credit class; instead of being able to register online LIKE IT SHOULD BE FOR EVERY STUDENT, you're instead forced to go all the way to Valhalla to register for classes EVERY semester until you've passed ALL their pointless non credited classes! Very excruciating and appalling for any student! Their counselors are always putting down students, not one can potentially uplift you when it comes to succeeding in school. This school is entirely all a scam. They will give you classes that do not pertain to your major and leave the big fat F on your transcript if you fail it, even if you're a Math and Science student that was given a social worker class that has absolutely nothing to do with your program!!!Toki Sing

Miserable place. Professors don’t care. They have people who don’t speak English teaching the math department. Those in the financial building are miserable, uninformative and rude. Nobody communicates!! Financial Tells you one thing and the counselors say something different. Totally unorganized and made my college experience a miserable one. They prioritize minorities and even questioned me on why I’m not on financial aid. Teachers WILL fail you if you don’t agree with their POLITICAL views. Community college is supposed to be affordable, but they manage to shake you down for every little penny. I was pretty skeptical about going back to school during this plandemic and now that I’m back in school, I wish I would’ve saved my money. The website says lab classes will be conducted online but it’s actually remote. If you want to pay full tuition for a partial education, then this is the place for you. The people who work in the administrative building specifically the Bursar’s office don’t care. The administrative building is physically closed so the only way to communicate is via email. I have been emailing the manager of the Bursar’s office, Marcia, for weeks to no avail. No one cares, they just want your money. A money sucking machine.Schneia Robinson

The best college ever! The best opportunity in your life! Berkeley College is a small college but very professional one. You can find everything you want there, an excellent stuff who works hard and is always waiting for you, a sophisticated technology, using up different sources to make you succeed, a big stuff helping out students to finds jobs and internships, They will do everything to motivate you and prepare you for your future success. That's the way I see this college. It may be a little bit expansive but when it's about our future we have to invest first. Everything in this college is great. Let me start sharing me experience with you: I come from a small country from Europe, where we have a completely different system than here that seems to be a completely stress-free. My English level was not so good, and I still find it difficulty sometimes, but it was not a obstetrical for me at all, because all the professors helped me. And I am definitely glad for all the professors that I had, for 19 of them (5 quarters until now), they are all gorgeous. They never stop telling their student to use them as much as possible. They are respectful, patient, helpful, easy to understand, and they will try everything and every method for the student to succeed, after that is up to the students. If you do what the professors tell you to do you'll be fine, and that's what I and all my friends do. And we enjoy time in the class, we work in group, we discuss and bring new topics in class related with the lectures. And what is the beauty of Berkeley College is the diversity that it has. I consider myself lucky to have peers form different part of the world, because in an easy way help me to learn more about what's going around and try to understand other cultures too, thing that is very important if you live in a city as New York. I agree with a review here that in short terms tells that Berkeley College is a easy college to enter in because it accept everyone. That's true! But that's what make this college a successful college, because it gives everyone an opportunity. Just because you didn't do well doesn't mean that your life should end there, no college any more no career, nothing. No! That's why Berkeley College has hired good professors, where mostly of them has a PhD degree. Men lie, women lie, numbers don't; Berkeley College is one of the worst college in America. According to National Center for Education Statistics, the retention rate is 64 percent and the graduation rate is 30 percent. When people see these type of statistics, many people like to blame the students however in Berkeley College’s case, it’s not the students fault, it’s the school’s fault. One of the problems with Berkeley College is the financial aid. When you first come to Berkeley College, they promise you that you will graduate in 3 years however when you have to deal with the Financial aid it’s nearly impossible. Berkeley College operates on a Quarter System. And because Berkeley College operates on a Quarter system, the government can’t fund every quarter like Summer Quarter. This is a problem because students are force to pay large amount of money out of pocket. And if you can’t afford it, you have no choose but to drop the quarter and this will push back you graduation date. Berkeley College is so expensive and such a waste of money. If you’re coming from high school or another college, don't waste your money and your time. This school is not worth the tuition money you have to pay every year. You pay 30,000 plus (about $7,800 each Quarter) in tuition and with the new book policy, you will be forced to pay $300 out-of-pocket for books you will never use each Quarter. Word of advice, if you are looking for a college look somewhere else. If not be prepared to work at McDonald with a Bachelor or Associate degree.Andrew Owens

I had the worse college applying experience. This is for the Paramus NJ Campus. I was a prospective student. Unfortunately, I’m on temporary disability for now so I figured “why not go back to school to pursue my dreams?!”. Well, Berkeley admissions gave me a HORRIBLE experience. They stopped following up with me unlike other universities I applied to. No one knew what was going on in my admissions process. I gave this college money that THEY knew I didn’t have because of my disability because I wanted to attend. All of that for these fools to tell me they’re only accepting a portion of the credits I took for my associates degree. I am going to attend a prestigious university that knows what they’re doing and how to handle their prospective students. Putting effort into this college was WORTHLESS!!! Now a month later after my horrible experience the director of admissions Janine contacts me to stand up for her poor excuse of a staffs behavior. She called to say “sorry”. What kind of BS is that?! I went here from pre-K through 5th grade. Everything was ok academically till 4th grade and in 5th grade it honestly amazes me the schools that I got into. I didn't know how to do long division and my mom had to teach me it herself in the summer before 6th grade. I got punched 2 times while I was at Caedmon and in 5th grade when I sent one of the kids who punched me to the principals office, since his parents were such big donors, they did nothing about the situation. They treat the donors kids specially and we had to raise money holding bake sales before class for our own field trips. They did nothing on the instance on bullying whatsoever. We had 30 minutes of activity a day. And we had 'silent lunch's where they stopped the kids from talking to each other in the one time of day that was dedicated to social time. A bunch on kids whould show up late and there were no consequences. We had one class where we litterally did nothing but play Minecraft. There was little diversity in our class.Koffee e

The Caedmon School is the leader when it comes to providing well-rounded elementary education for the whole child. The Caedmon School prepares children well for life after elementary school, whether it's in areas of academics, social development, or emotional intelligence. But, it's not just about what they learn at Caedmon: their Caedmon experience will leave them with wonderful memories and confidence for life! In my opinion, all great elementary schools should aspire to become like The Caedmon School: excellent across the board with a schoolhouse that is child-centric (even the faucets are made for the little ones!) nestled on the upper east side of Manhattan. This is our second year of having the privilege of sending our children to The Caedmon School and being part of a truly special community. The care for the individual child and their unique educational journey is paramount to the incredibly talented teachers and compassionate staff. We are having so much fun watching our children grow into curious and engaged little learners. The classrooms are beautiful and bright and our pre-school aged children have access to all the facilities of an elementary school (music room, art studio, STEAM lab and a gym to name a few).
